The Nobel Peace Prize has been forever tainted with the silly, uniformed, and obtuse decision to award this prize to Obama the Charlatan, the one who has done nothing in his life but lie. Were they drinking koolaid?
Perhaps they were giving him an award for telling so many lies he can’t keep track of them? Or perhaps it is his disgusting performance in calling everyone racists? Or maybe its because of his disrespectful, clueless wife? Or maybe because he is apologizing for America and bowing and scraping to the world’s dictators?
To all the other real Nobel Peace Prize winners–those who have spent their lives in a cause, my apologies for this uniformed, unwise decision.
Obama is a fool. The Nobel Peace Prize committee isn’t too far behind.
Kate, as always, our thoughts resonate at the same vibrastional level. Those were my exact thoughts when I learned of this latest obscenity.
However, it is always better to know one’s opponent[s] and this craven act clarifies any confusion one might once have held on the matter. Indeed, we are already facing a large, powerful, World Order. The good news is, however, that they do NOT KNOW AMERICANS. They have forgotten, or perhaps never really paid attention to the last War for Independence.

I have not taken the Nobel Prize seriously since it was awarded to the terrorist Yassah Arafat.
It has become a political prize, rather than a peace prize.
That was the first thing I thought of when I heard this- they gave it to Arafat. Why would anyone with any integrity want it?
How does a clueless dude from Indonesia, who’s involved in 2 wars get the nobel peace prize? Anyone?
Now the news is saying “it’s the last thing he needs” More propaganda and playing it down. They claim obama was surprised..what a crock…his wife prolly threatened the committe to give it to him. It’s purely political and not humanitarian. God help this country. We can’t continue on with this evil circus for 3 more years.

Since it hasn’t been mentioned yet, the deadline for nomination of this prize was 12 days after the shamfest “inauguration” in January. Yes, that’s 12 whole days. Obviously the Nobel committee were mainlining the kool-aid and probably thought they were giving it to him for “winning” the election.
Seriously though, I’ve always admired the Nobel committee for their fine work all these years in giving awards to very deserving folks. However, they lost my respect completely several years ago when they gave this award to former IL Governer George Ryan for commuting the sentences of all inmates on death row to life imprisonment. All he was doing was trying to stay out of prison and look how well that turned out!
As far as I am concerned the Nobel committee has sunk lower than a snake under a rock. Who are they anyway? Builderbergers and Pilgrims, I presume. The Dame is right. This is further proof that we are up against some elites who are aiming to make us part a world order. God help us. Do they mean to make him king of it after all? We need to get him in prison for high treason before that happens.

Some poster said they wouldn’t wipe their butt with the paper the nobel piece prize is printed on…obama, a man who whole heartedly supports infanticide gets peace prize? So much confusion going on. He doesn’t want anyone to “be punished by having a baby”. This decrepit man with many names obama, barry whatever, needs to be locked up much less be in the executive seat or given a peace prize. Why are they announcing it now when he won it 10 days after he supposedly was sworn in to protect and defend the constitution? More confusion.

The Nobel should be reserved for people who dedicate their lives (and some actually lay down their lives) for peace, not for lofty ideals. I have lofty ideals, where’s mine?
The fact that the Nobel Committee selected Obama after he was in office only two weeks, makes a mockery of some of the great people who HAVE won it in the past.
People are not always going to agree on whether someone who wins is “worthy” and we may sometimes disagree with their political views but regardless, there are clearly individuals who truly earned the prize- the Dalai Lama and Nelson Mandela immediately come to mind. China is a big sticking point with me and I am outraged at this administration’s posture towards them. How ironic that the Dalai Lama is in Washington DC as we speak, requested a meeting with Obama and he said no? Shameful.
When Guantanamo is actually closed, when the Executive Branch ceases to be a secret shadow government (thanks to policies created by the Bush admin. neocons), when we stop using the Bill of Rights as political fodder and when we cease our hypocritical foreign policy towards China, Cuba and Burma then we can talk about whether Obama really deserves this honor.
