The phrase ‘with malice aforethought’ is a technical element of murder, and is a ‘state of mind’ that is necessary to intentionally produce great bodily harm.

“Aforethought” is the deliberation, consideration, and planning before the action is taken in preparation for a future condition.
Applying this to the deliberate destruction of the Constitution for the United States, is there any question that the enemies of America have proceeded with malice aforethought in this quest?
Of the cast of thousands in these acts of treason long line of abuses, this article focuses on Nancy Pelosi as the willing participant who committed the election fraud on America in 2008 which resulted in the overthrow of the government by installing a usurper in the White House.
Information has been available for more than two years as to Obama’s lack of eligibility for the Presidency. Indeed, he has admitted it. The catalogue of evidence is overwhelming and more is ‘uncovered’

The Actors in Place
The key position that would allow Barack Obama to evade the natural born citizenship requirement of Article II is the Chair of the Democratic National Convention, the one who certifies to the States, under oath, that the nominee meets the constitutional requirements for the Presidency. Nancy Pelosi was that person in 2008. A large hat tip to jbjd for being able to write that paragraph! 
With a network of democratic secretaries of state in place through Howard Dean’s 50 state strategy, and the Speaker of the House as Chair of the DNC certifying Obama’s eligibility (who would think she would lie?), Obama was falsely entered onto state ballots through actions of Nancy Pelosi.

Blago was not a good governor, as those of us here in Illinois can testify to. We had high hopes after the last governor (Republican Gov. Ryan) went to jail that we had finally gotten a good governor for our state, but alas, that was not the case. He was just as bad or worse than the Republicans who were in office before him. However, the prosecution did not seem to prove its case that the senate seat was sold or that any money changed hands. There seemed to have been a lot of grandiose talk talk talk coming from Blago but that didn’t constitute a crime. Whether you like the man personally or not, you can’t put someone in jail for a crime they did not actually commit. I think he should be acquitted or else if I were him I would name names and that includes Obama, Rahm Emanuel and the entire motley crew.
Nancy Pelosi talked about “draining the swamp”, Nancy is the swamp-you could even call her Queen of the Swamp, or Swamp Girl-either name would apply to this woman who is corruption itself.

Suffice to say, real unemployment counting the U6 measurement is around 20%. The length of the average American’s unemployment has reached incredible levels. Many millions have remained jobless for 6 to 12 months. In response, the Federal Government has extended unemployment benefits several times over the past year. While this has been painted as a necessary action to save the livelihood of jobless citizens, it is less about “compassion” from the government and more about obscuring the effects of unemployment until they are ready to let the cradle fall. That time has come.
Congress has not renewed extensions of benefits as of this month, and it looks as though they do not plan to do so again.
Extending benefits again would add billions if not trillions to the already unsustainable U.S. debt and cannot be continued indefinitely.
No longer can we operate in a system built upon the premise that the American people must be kept in the dark “for their own good”. We must prepare. We must be told the truth.
What’s your plan? Do you have one? As the dollar plummets in value, where will you put your money? Is there no escape? I have some survival stuff, the immediate things, such as gas masks from Home Depot, iodine (may prevent thyroid cancer w/dirty bomb), water stores and filtration system, canned food, a sack of beans and rice, granola bars, generator, fuel, I call it “cheap insurance”, if anything it makes me feel better.

Nevertheless Nancy Pelosi looks at this bunch as five more Democrat votes in the various Committees they are assigned to.
These “observers” were never supposed to be a factor in Congressional business, but when Democrats lost 12 seats in 1992 and could see what was coming in 1994 they gave the Observers a vote in Committees. Originally if their votes changed the outcome of a tally, there was to be a second vote without them.
This vote was a big win – win for Nancy Pelosi. By using the votes of this gang of freeloading clowns, she was able to offer “CYA” coverage to Nick Rahall (W.V.), Jim Costa (Calif.) and Dan Boren (Okla), all Democrats from energy producing districts, and “let” them vote “Yes.”. They can now claim they “worked” to defend their constituent’s jobs.
Those who can’t get angry about this and the fact that insignificant people from the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico have told us we can’t drill off our own shores, don’t have a patriotic bone their body.

KENNER, LA. — Long before an eruption of gas turned the Deepwater Horizon oil rig into a fireball, an alarm system designed to alert the crew and prevent combustible gases from reaching potential sources of ignition had been deliberately disabled, the former chief electronics technician on the rig testified Friday.
Michael Williams said he understood that the rig had been operating with the system in “inhibited” mode for a year to prevent false alarms from disturbing the crew.
Williams said the explanation he got was that the leadership of the rig did not want crew members needlessly awakened in the middle of the night.
