A Constitutional Crisis
For the first time in its history, the United States government has knowingly allowed a constitutionally- ineligible individual to break into and occupy the White House. All the branches of government have been involved, along with the media: the legislative branch by failing to do its constitutional duty; the judicial branch by thwarting any attempt to have the facts heard; the Executive branch by using taxpayer funds and the color of authority to defend the usurpation.
The media, in collaboration with private unelected officials and elected officials, have ensured a blackout of news and information on this most fundamental matter to the American public. The State governments also obliged the usurpation with a collective failure to ensure the integrity of the 2008 election. In 2008, all Americans were disenfranchised as a result of this dereliction of duty, in certain cases with malice aforethought.
The natural born citizen clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 was written with the national security interests of the United States as its focus. In order to ensure that the President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces was loyal ONLY to the United States, the natural born citizen clause requires the President to be born on United States soil, to two citizen parents; have 14 years residency in the United States, and be 35 years of age. Mr. Obama fails the threshold test of being born to two U.S. citizen parents, as his father was a British National and Kenyan.

The violation of this particular clause of the Constitution, above all others, is the most serious ever in United States history, for it has allowed the invasion of the White House and our armed forces by a foreign power. This should alarm every American. Nothing the federal government does at this point has authority of law inasmuch as its titular head is illegally occupying the White House. We are extremely vulnerable to attack, blackmail, and extortion as a result of this egregious dereliction of duty. Congress’ duty to investigate the usurpation, and to have prevented it, is not a ministerial duty, it is an obligation. An on-going one. They all know, and now cannot evade their responsibility.
The Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the Constitution reserve to the states and the people powers not enumerated to the government; and the Declaration of Independence requires that to be true to liberty, forms of government in contradiction to it must be altered or abolished. If the current federal government will not protect the states and the people, it is our duty to create a federal government that can.
Americans across the country are uniting September 7-9 to draw attention to the constitutional crisis we are in because of the illegal, and treasonous, usurpation of the Presidency.
The Mission in September
Faced with this stark reality, many patriots have called for specific action in Washington, and across the Nation, to alert the public to:
- The fundamental ineligibility of Barack Obama for the Presidency,
- The heroes in the military who are upholding their oath to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic;
- The massive evidence of ineligibility, election fraud, and media complicity
- The responsibility of the Congress, Judiciary, and the Executive in allowing this usurpation and their obligation to investigate and take action to safeguard the United States immediately
- The danger that America faces with an ineligible Commander in Chief
- What we want Congress, the Executive and Judiciary to do
Specific Events (tentative):
- Monday, September 6, 8:30 pm. Candlelight vigil and opening ceremony TBA
- Tuesday, Sept 7 11:30 am. Walter Reed Memorial Hospital. Honoring Constitutional heroes
- Wednesday, Sep 8, 8:30 am. Capitol Steps; House and Senate Office Buildings. Specific meetings with Republicans; public script and literature hand out, signage at key office buildings
- Thursday, Sept 9, 8:30 am. Justice Department demonstration; White House, Supreme Court
We also intend to honor the heroes amongst us, including Reverend Manning and the Constitutional attorneys and clients who have brought forth action to remove the usurper.
We intend to convey our seriousness through our signage, discussions, literature, behavior, and singularity of message. And this is an on-going, rolling, velvet revolution. We encourage all Patriotic Americans to demonstrate their concern with similar actions across the country.

does the third continental congress plan to take any action? Our forefathers used the continental congress as an interim form of goverment prior to the election of george washington as president. If I read my history correctly, they appointed a number of interim presidents and carried on a form of governing although I am not an expert. The third contintnetal congress was voted on by the people correct? I think we should all look again at what was originally done by our forefathers and repeat this same process. Any thoughts?
I will research this and get back about it.
I do know we MUST fix this….now.

Our remedies lie within these very missives.

In this way, the right broke loose from its traditional moorings of resistance to oppression. The alter or abolish provisions could now be interpreted consistent with the constitutional principle that in America, the sovereign was the people.”[34]

This is a most significant post, DrK. It points out that ever since Jan. 2008, the USA has had NO Government—no President, no functional Congress, no participating Judiciary, and no concious State governments. We had a governmental take-over without an announcement, just a silent over-throw just as the Soviets planned years ago.
Time to recognize it for what it is and take the usual American action to remedy the disaster—Let’s roll!!
It seems that there are a lot of US citizens who aren’t paying attention – or, perhaps, really think that Communism and/or Sharia “Law” is “neat”.
They may very well get to find out the hard was that such is not the case … the only problem is the rest of us will also.

I fought too hard for womens equal rights. I was a 19 yr old printer and even though I did a better job and put out more than the men I got a whole dollar less per hour. When questioned the bosses said it was because I didn’t have a wife and kids.

Jane, sometime during the campaign of the fraud, I read an article that had the fraud saying he changed his name legally through an attorney in Hawaii–of course, I didn’t save it, and of course, it’s been scrubbed if even it was the truth………….the truth being the liar had a cover for that story as usual.

Just a reality check-there are so many out there who actually believe that nothing is wrong, that this is GOP nonsense, racism, that he posted his Birth Certificate, that he wouldnt have been a Senator if anything was wrong and that actually welcome getting “free” anything from the government and think that the government should support them or the “poor” and that the Government can afford it. They see nothing externally (in the MSM) to cause them alarm or concern. This is where we are at.Until something happens to break the mindless masses fascination with the Kardashians or the Batchelor etc.,and gets this into the headlines, this charade is going to continue. Something has to break-big time or we will be in a situation where the masses will wake up to find themselves being carted off to re-education camps. Are there not any law enforcement officers who are serious about the oath to the constitution they took? I am 89 years old and know of nothing I can do but vent my frustration at how this usurper is destroying Our great country. Why is Gov. Brewer not accepting Pigeon’s and Donofario’s offer for filing a Quo Warranto againmst Obama? Why have some of the congressmen and women not stepped up to have this usurper taken into custody, tried and then, after extracting information about enabelers, executed, Why have the SCOTUS not stepped up and declared Obama the fraud and comitter of treason that he is or has done? Do we have to wait until the November election to rid the country of this crook’s abuse?

Yep, Burt, Hillary Clinton was so invested in the idea of Barack Obama becoming President instead of winning the office herself that she was utterly sanguine about overlooking clear, incontrovertible evidence that Obama isn’t a natural-born U.S. citizen. And John McCain and Sarah Palin were happy to have him win and take the office, even though they possessed this powerful disqualifying information that makes you and your ilk positively onanistic.
Face it, Bert, you’re a fair-weather patriot. If an election works out the way you like, it’s fine; if it doesn’t, then it can’t possibly be a legitimate expression of the people’s will. Add to the mix the notion that a black man has surpassed you to the extent that he can, within the limitations of a representative democracy, actually rule over you, and you’re ripe for the madhouse. America is now facing its greatest crisis since the Civil War.
The Obama Administration, Democrats in Congress and the left-wing media are in the process of shredding the Constitution and undermining the rule of law in order to transform America into a Third World one-party state, where the only organization that works well is the secret police.
The Republican Party is hopelessly impotent and the legal authorities remain willfully ignorant.
Barack Obama is an illegal President according to Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the Constitution and the binding precedent of Minor vs. Happersett (1875). There is no ambiguity, although those complicit in the fraud have deliberately provided information to mislead the American people.
Members of Congress will not investigate allegations that Obama boldly presented, on national television, a forged Certificate of Live Birth as an official record of his birth. They will not respond to evidence that Obama’s Selective Service registration is also a forgery and that his Social Security Number is illegal.
Congress does not act because it has succumbed to political blackmail.
For the same reasons, there is a conspiracy of silence that has spread throughout the federal government, the political establishment, the judicial system, the media and law enforcement agencies.
Members of our government have condoned a clear violation of the Constitution, ignored probably felonies and lied to the American people.
We have a gangster government.
Obama must not be permitted to enter another election cycle without his ineligibility and his alleged felonies being properly addressed.
If not, both the Constitution and the rule of law will be rendered meaningless.
Abraham Lincoln said that the American people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow those who pervert the Constitution.
It is now the responsibility of ordinary American citizens to act, if we want to preserve the Constitution, upon which our liberties depend.
Constitutional Conservatives should adopt the words of Samuel Adams:
“It does not take a majority to prevail… but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.”
A nationwide political insurgency must be launched to counter the corruption in the political establishment.
Liberal strongholds like major US cities should be, for now, ceded to the opposition.
We should concentrate on gaining political control of areas containing the water supply, food production, power generation, transportation hubs and those areas close to military bases.
If law enforcement is not available and there is a need to defend homes and families, extra food and water should be stockpiled as well as the weapons and ammunition that the law will permit.
Every effort needs to be made to funnel political funding away from candidates who are not Constitutional Conservatives.
A national communications and information system free from the control of the main stream media must be established.
Regional political command and control centers will provide small expert teams to inform and train dispersed political units, which will have the capability of operating independently. Already-existing religious networks could provide a starting point.
We have petitioned our government for the redress of grievances, but we have been ignored and misled.
We have not yet begun to fight.
