“Usurper flees the Country”  was the original title of this post.

…and yes, we are talking about the United States of America, and the usurper is Barack Hussein Soetoro Obama.  High-tailing it–along with 450 of his closest friends co-conspirators–to Indonesia with an extended visit to India on November 4th.  Indonesia has no extradition treaty with the United States.

But after discussing this turn of events with Patriot Papoose, my view is revised.  Obama doesn’t give a rats ass about the expected repudiation of his whole being loss of the house and senate–his trip is intended to send a very different message than the FU he is deliberately giving to America.

“Disability”: A Second Look at the 25th Amendment

The recent series of  “Insider Reports” discussing the disarray at the White House and Obama’s  mental state in part led Lyndon LaRouche to start pointing to the 25th Amendment as a way to remove Obama, based on his ‘mental disability’.

Initially intrigued by this idea, it suddenly became clear that this is another diversion from Obama’s lack of eligibility–which is his true disability under the 25th Amendment. It would be far easier to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Obama based on his eligibility disability than to prove his mental disability. Therefore it is worth a review again of the text and applications of the 25th Amendment to be clear on the definition of ‘disability’ as a tool to advance this Constitutional method of removing Obama.

The Twenty-fifth Amendment was an effort to resolve some of the continuing issues revolving about the office of the President; that is, what happens upon the death, removal, or resignation of the President and what is the course to follow if for some reason the President becomes disabled to such a degree that he cannot fulfill his responsibilities?

Less than a week away from one of the first most important elections of our lifetimes–the next one being 2012– I take one more deep breath because the revolution moves to a new level shortly thereafter.  We see the internal and external enemies of our Country–we have exposed them and they have exposed themselves acutely in the last twenty months.  I am conscious that I have been holding my breath for months.

Leading the way as usual, Lame Cherry warns the Obama democrats, neo-progs and obots: don’t steal the election for if you do, it will unleash a revolution and they will lose by way of 1776 justice.  We have all watched closely as Obama’s cloward piven strategy has been to produce that very result: civil unrest that would be an excuse for the totalitarian crackdown on all things American.

The anti-Americans have chosen to roll the dice, a high stakes game to take over America…but the missteps along the way have undermined their own efforts. The one key critical to the domestic takeover is the military and local law enforcement.  Well, killing the soldiers by ‘engagement policies’ and dissing every law enforcement effort in the United States, and choosing to associate with a professed cop-killer and unrepentant terrorist punk in open defiance of law enforcement doesn’t inspire a following.  Neither does the record of legislation, bailouts, apologies, suing the States, or personal behavior.

Psychological Operations or PSYOP are planned operations to convey selected information and indicators to audiences to influence their emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of organizations, groups, and individuals.

While the term ‘psyop’, and its use against foreign countries by all intelligence agencies is known generally, unbeknown to most of us is that psychological operations on the American public have actually been underway for quite some time–by our own intelligence agencies.

Viewing the ‘Obama operation‘ through the lens of Web Tarpley, and understanding Brzezinski’s role as adviser to Obama and as an orchestrator of plans to destroy Russia and enable the New World Order,  it is apparent  that psyops are likely tools that would be useful to both project Obama and  to further their cause.

Used in all aspects of war, it is a weapon whose effectiveness is limited only by the ingenuity of the commander using it. PSYOP is one of the oldest weapons in the arsenal of man. It is an important force protector/combat multiplier and a non-lethal weapons system.

Radio programs broadcast into foreign countries; flyers over villages; infiltrators who are agitators or worse; and false ‘news reports’ or ‘facts’ are the psyops we are most familiar with, and it is easily seen today with the major media.  It is a not so subtle information campaign.

The Usurpathon Strikes Again

After walking into the belly of the beast, in particular walking into the Monocle, a Senate-owned bar and grill just steps from the Capitol, the Platoon is undertaking a variety of activities during October.  This post briefly outlines a few efforts, and hints broadly about others.

The Prima Facie evidence of Obama’s citizenship–aka, the long form Birth Certificate, is the focus of Phil Berg’s October 23  Birth Certificate march, and our own NoNonsenseNancy will be attending in force, with force, reinforcing Obama’s dual citizenship and ineligibility.  The interesting aspect of this is we need to see his Birth Certificate in order ascertain if he is American.  We already know he is British, Kenyan, Indonesian… is he American?

In these pages we have examined the left’s funding machine, ideology, strategies and tactics, and have concluded that America has been under attack for a long time and by an array of ‘familiar’ people, organizations, money sources, and secret societies…and that attack has been stepped up with the installation of a usurper in the White House.

This “NWO” amalgam of slime has infected governments around the world, and is now so evident here in the United States.  These actors had to control education, foreign policy through the State Department, Congress, the Presidency, and the intelligence agencies.  This has been accomplished under many labels, disguises,  and in many layers over time…what can I say except it is deep! 

This article discuss the emergence, in plain site, of a criminal conspiracy involving the misuse of taxpayer funds  and the manipulation of U.S. domestic, energy, and foreign policy.  The conspiracy involves current and past ‘lawmakers’,  wealthy individuals of American citizenship, and numerous others.  Like clever bandits, they have hidden the stash and trail so nearly everyone has plausible deniability.

This essay is first and foremost a tribute to Chile and its President, the Chilean people and to all those around the world including America who contributed to the success of this rescue.  A second purpose is to compare the responses of the Chilean President and the Resident of the White House to disasters man-made and natural.

The President of Chile, Sebastian Pinera engaged his entire government and the entire Nation in an effort to rescue thirty-three miners trapped a half a mile underground. The operation was joyously successful and graced by God the prayers of millions.  It seems that when the situation seems most hopeless, the Creator has the chance to really show us his stuff.  Through faith and works, a miracle occurred 17  days into looking for a needle in a rock pile drilling

Then a cheer went up as the note arrived, attached to a probe that had been lowered: “All 33 of us are well in the shelter.” The note continued.. “Under this sea of rock, we are expecting all of Chile to pull hard so that we can be taken out of this hell,” Urzua told Chilean President Sebastian Pinera. The news electrified the rescuers, and sent whoops of excitement around the world: the 32 Chileans and one Bolivian were still alive.

Obama targeting Armed Forces?

In Obama’s siege of America, terrorists get trials, and decorated Army officers go to jail.  In other words, treason is the rule: Obama provides aid and comfort to the enemy, and through sedition, rules of engagement, deployments, and malicious prosecution,  attacks the armed forces of the United States.

Obama’s  so-called “justice department”, led by terrorist-sympathizer Eric Holdup brings terrorists to New York for a civilian trial based on the U.S. legal system, where great care is taken to protect the terrorist by excluding evidence obtained by torture.

Defendant Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani denies helping al-Qaeda kill 224 people in the 1998 US embassy bombings in Africa. The judge ruled the witness could not testify as he had been named by Mr Ghailani while he was “under duress”. A BBC correspondent says the move complicates plans to try Guantanamo detainees in civilian courts.  The Obama administration is hoping to hold such trials for a number of high-profile inmates, including alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. New York Judge Lewis Kaplan postponed Mr Ghailani’s trial, which had been due to begin on Wednesday. The decision was a blow to U.S. prosecutors.

Defending our Defenders

In the midst of one of the greatest assaults on our Nation since its founding– the usurpation of the Presidency– We the People have turned to the Constitution as our guide to identifying and resolving the problem of Obama’s on-going violation of Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 and other Articles of the Constitution.

On the table in recent days are reports of Obama’s mental state as a disability and removal through the 25th Amendment, and with a hat tip to reader KM,  Article II of the Constitution itself.  Both avenues are worth considering and seem a reasonable way to remove a usurper, but many including me  are left with questions,

what about the civil and criminal charges against Obama, his ineligibility, and all the things done under his watch, and the court-martial of LTC Terry Lakin?

The answer to these questions is  still the Constitution as we defend our defenders:  those who have risen to defend our Constitution and are in the arena,  fighting for all of us:  Commander Charles Kerchner–with the brilliance of Mario Apuzzo, and LTC Terrence Lakin, having the integrity to obey his oath of office and ensure his orders are legal.   The love of country more than self, the absolute integrity of upholding the oath to protect and defend the constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic, so help me God, has not failed.

“If he doesn’t go, the nation itself is in danger, by virtue of his intrinsic incompetence.

Increased pressure is on Obama now, as he faces historic rejection  of  ‘his’ party ego, and as his Achilles heel arrives on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court…with nothing but straw covering it.   Is he cracking under the pressure? And is his resultant instability generating efforts to remove him from office?

Invoking the use of the 25th Amendment  and Presidential disability, Lyndon LaRouche has issued a called for Obama’s immediate removal. Speaking on LPAC-TV’s October 6th Weekly Report, he stated:

“Last night, on the basis of information received, I moved for the 25th Amendment for the ouster of the President, on those grounds. The reason of the timing was the general situation, the manifest state of the President’s mind, or at least behavior: that he is actually in the kind of mental condition, which warrants his ouster on this.

The absolute, imminent  danger that faces the  United States with a constitutionally ineligible person acting as President and Commander-in-Chief  can never be underestimated.   Every other constitutional violation that exists now, while true, has no meaning and cannot be addressed, as with an ineligible President, the constitution is not in force.

The national security of the United States is cited as a major reason why the Supreme Court should grant the Petition for Writ of Certiorari filed in the Kerchner v. Obama & Congress case.  That ‘national security’ is now in the hands of a the ineligible Obama, a controlled puppet doing the business of others, under the usurped authority of the United States.

Reflecting on the learning in the last three years–all the things we were never taught in school nor from our ‘government’ but learned through frantic research–the statement above confirms the crucible confronting our Nation.

First,  we know clearly that the ineligible Obama is indeed psychologically and emotionally challenged, and second, that he is a puppet likely controlled by the New World Order.

I assert that the key information the NWO has on Obama is evidence of his birth place and citizenship; the true identity of his parents; and his so called ‘education’ and training.  Otherwise why spend millions of dollars and covertly/overtly collude with the media and Congress?  There is a huge financial investment in Obama.

Like something burning deep underground but heating the surface, only recently uncovered by the foot steps and clearing of ten thousand Patriots, we are removing the leaves, sand, burlap, and rocks to observe it fully,  studying the patterns and feeders of the fire.  This article is yet one more effort to see this moment of our lives in the context of known frameworks of deception that are operating to impose a different reality on America.  I believe strongly that such analysis can help refine our strategies as we rise to the challenges before us.

There is no question that Soetoro/Obama fits the banking elite’s preferred profile perfectly, which both incapacitates him to lead our country and allows his controllers to ensure he does what they tell him to do, lest certain key information is released or ‘events’ happen.

In this regard, does this report on Obama, or this on Michelle feel timed?  “Leaks” of information from ‘insiders’ NWO spies remind the puppets of who is in control; these become pearls of information that let Patriots know about Obamas’ disabilities and that they are a pair of choreographed puppets.  A key question here would then be, ‘if ‘x’ is happening to Obama, what is going over at ‘y’, or behind the scenes?

Documentation of the deceit through which Obama usurped the Presidency is an important task for all of posterity.  This collection of video clips will be the record of the psychological operations used against the American people by a controlled media.

Your own collection of what you consider to be seminal documents, video clips, articles, etc, is important as well!  As are all your historical finds and understandings of how our Constitution evolved and how it was attacked.

The Usurpathon’s October Surprise

The reason we are running this marathon usurpathon, is because our country and our lives are at stake.  Aside from the need to stay the course on the upcoming election, two fundamental tests of our Constitution demand our sole attention–NOW.

At issue is Obama’s constitutional ineligibility for the office of the President…so fundamental a violation of  the Constitution as to place our nation’s security, our lives and future at risk.  These related seminal events are:

• Whether the U.S. Supreme  Court will  take the Kerchner case and define a ‘natural born citizen’, or whether it will deny individual citizens’ standing to enforce the Constitution
• Whether LTC Terrence Lakin will be convicted by court martial–having been denied the right to a fair trial for questioning whether his orders were from a legal Commander in Chief

The seriousness of both of these imminent events is shown by  the extent to which the rule of law has had to be subverted in order not to hear the cases or allow discovery under any circumstances.  When the most fundamental rights are denied, something big is going down.

This is a second call to action for those Patriots and Constitutionalists among us who want to STOP THEM COLD by focusing on Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility for the Presidency.  DrKates Platoon seeks your advice, participation wherever you are, and support in ‘spreading the word’ about these actions.

OBAMA’S FALSE FLAG OCTOBER

Are there a series of rolling false flag events scheduled for October 2010, and are they already underway? Are the forces behind Obama and the demo-socialists desperate enough to manufacture events to retain their power? If so, what are they going to do?

BREAKING: OSAMA BIN LADIN CAPTURED

Taking direction from the Radio Patriot article titled “Osama Bin Ladin Captured”, it is likely that such a “capture” is intended to distract, to bolster Soetoro/Obama/democrats ratings, and to achieve another ‘game changer’ event for November.  And, as our own Papoose noted, ‘they will probably pull Bin Ladin off ice and kill him again‘.  Note that the latest terror threat is linked to a threat directly from Bin Ladin:

Who are these non-vetted  ‘officials‘ black operations specialists?

I think the supposed ‘directive’ criticizing the Pakistani government for its response to the recent flooding is clearly American-directed, trying to link his directive to climate change.   “Terror plots” ‘discovered weeks ago’ are only now being reported…as breaking news.

And I totally agree with The Radio Patriot that we must preempt the use of false flag events by calling them out with eternal vigilance every single day. Question, ridicule, fact check, report, question…EXPOSE.

A Test for the Supremes

This case is about whether our nation should allow a precedent created by a popular vote to stand that makes it possible for an individual who is born with dual and conflicting foreign allegiance to become President and Commander-in-Chief of the Military.  This case is about whether we should allow a critical question such as the meaning of a ‘natural born Citizen’ to be answered by the political parties and the people through their act of voting at the polls, or by the judicial branch of government…

On September 30 2010, a petition to the Supreme Court asking them to grant a Writ of Certiorari in the Kerchner v. Obama and Congress lawsuit was filed by Attorney Apuzzo for Commander Kerchner.  Painstakingly shepherding this case through the proper legal procedures for more than twenty (20) months, without legal error or misstep,  Commander Kerchner’s  case is finally ripe for judicial review.

The petition delineates in considerable detail the reasons why the Supreme Court should take the case, offering a slightly different perspective on the excellent pleadings that have characterized Kerchner’s effort since January 2009.
