That won’t fly. Resolution or not, you can’t back up the statement “I have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures” if there’s no birth certificate. It’s an obvious out an out lie that no resolution can cover.
And also, a resolution regarding the definition of an ‘nbc’ cannot be made by Congress, as they cannot change the constitution’s requirements without amendment.

I believe that it is quite possible that the original birth certificate on record is one that Stanley Ann Dunham requested from Kenya as part of the documentation for her divorce from Barack Obama Sr.
We’ve noted before that there are pages missing from the divorce records… the hand written page numbers go something like 1-7, 10-12. So, what happened to pages 8 and 9? (I may be off on what the exact page numbers are, but that’s a detail…) The point is that a Kenyan birth certificate could be on record in Hawaii, which is why Dr. Fukino could not claim “Obama was born in Hawaii” when she made her October 31, 2008 News Release. Of course, the AP ran a story claiming that Dr. Fukino had confirmed Obama was born in Hawaii, even though she did not say that.
It was not until the U.S. House of Representatives voted in favor of H.Res. 593, which claimed “Obama was born in Hawaii”, that Dr. Fukino then issued her second News Release which echoed that statement, and echoed the DNC’s document (the one that was notarized and contained Nancy Pelosi’s signature) statement that Obama is a “natural born citizen”.
This is all a big shell game.
Fukino did not say “Obama was born in Hawaii” in October 31, 2008, and seemed unwilling to make that claim until the U.S. House made the claim first.

I went to a showing tonight of “The Secret of Oz” a movie based on the original book, “The Wizard of OZ” and the meaning behind it. 7. The British government cannot dictate who can be president, thus a British citizen can be president. (No, a born British Citizen cannot be a natural born Citizen).
8. Didn’t you know the first presidents were all British subjects? (Yes, and I told him about the grandfather clause which excluded only them from the natural born Citizen requirement but Obama wasn’t alive in 1787 so moot).
9. Didn’t you know Obama is a natural born US Citizen native? (WHAT-the-hell is that? No, you get 2 choices naturalized by oath/birth or natural born citizen, none of this conflated bullshittery).
10. The State of Hawaii verified the COLB (NO, in fact Janice Okubo said “we can’t say what that image (factcheck) represents), and Fukino said she had only seen vitals, she never said they matched the COLB or were the COLB or verified the COLB ever. AND the Attorney General does not corroborate the COLB and Tim Adams corroborates Abercrombie in that there is no birth certificate, thus there cannot be a COLB).
11. Even if Obama was born in Hawaii, which he has no proof of, this would make him a US Code 1401(b) statutory naturalized at birth Citizen thus not a natural born Citizen.

… and you see that Obama and Biden are legally required to produce hard copy documentation of not only their eligibility to work in the United states but also their eligibility to hold the office of President. Certified copies of a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth may be requested following the procedures for certified copies of standard birth certificates (see Certified Copies). The eligibility requirements for issuance of a certified copy of a standard birth certificate apply to Certificates of Hawaiian Birth. And the same fees charged for standard birth certificates are charged for Certificates of Hawaiian Birth. Copies of the set of testimony used to establish a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth may also be requested, and an additional fee is charged for each copy of the set of testimony.
Any person to whom a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth has been issued may submit a request to amend an entry, including a legal change of name, on an existing Certificate. A request to amend a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth will, however, be considered to be and treated as an application with the Department of Health for registration of a late certificate of birth in current use, unless a standard birth certificate for that person already exists in the vital records of the Department of Health. How to Apply for the Issuance of a Late Birth Certificate in Lieu of a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth
Upon receiving a request to amend an entry on an existing Certificate of Hawaiian Birth, the Registration Unit of the Office of Health Status Monitoring will send:
1. notification to the requestor that the amendment request is treated as an application for registration of a late certificate of birth, and
2. instructions on procedures for and submission of required documentary evidence in support of registration of a late certificate of birth.
If the amendment request is subsequently withdrawn, all documents received in support of the amendment will be returned. If the requestor elects to proceed with the application for registration of a late certificate of birth, the documentary evidence submitted in support of registration will be reviewed and evaluated for adequacy. If the application is approved, a late birth certificate will be issued and the original Certificate of Hawaiian Birth issued to the applicant must be surrendered to, for cancellation by, the Department of Health. I have served over 20 years in the U.S. military and was afraid and scared a few times over that time. But, I have never been as scared and afraid as I am now. The Judicial system refuses to even consider law suits by American citizens due to lack of “standing” or with “no comment”. What has happened to the citizens Right to redress to the government?
The current military leadership bows to the president and punishes those that question his unlawful orders. What became of the requirement that military members are only required to obey lawful orders? If a Commander in Chief is not legal, any orders issued under his command is unlawful. How can a Military member be assured that the Commander in Chief is legal? If the legality is questioned, the member is punished.

According to very extensive research detailed in a new book entitled “Academically Adrift: Limited Learning on College Campuses”, 45 percent of U.S. college students exhibit “no significant gains in learning” after two years in college. For many Americans, a statistic like that comes as a complete shock, but for anyone that has spent much time in or around U.S. colleges lately this should not come as much of a surprise. This new research also found that today’s students spend approximately 50% less time studying than U.S. college students did just a few decades ago. What this research shows is what many of us have known for a long time – that the quality of college education in the United States today is a complete and total joke.

According to the instructions on the 1967 application for passport amendment (clause H – name change) it says to attach the previous passport which was issued on 7/19/65. It is a 2 side app whereby Stanley changes her name from Stanley Ann Dunham to Stanley Soetoro (note: not Obama)… it also states to add children to the form that travel with you. That block is blank. The next page (also “page 2″ but with a different form number with edition date 1964) there is a block with instructions to Include or (Exclude) children. That block is filled out correctly: Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarka). Though it has lines striking the entry, the block is filled out correctly.
Questions:
where is page 1 of that form?
why is it just tossed in there as if it were an attachment?
why is (Sobebarkah) excluded and Barky added?

When I was ten years old, I participated in an act of unadulterated group evil. It happened at a sleep-away camp in the Catskill Mountains.
Starting in third grade, I was shipped off to this summer camp for three months at a time. Although I was in no way ready to be so far from home, my parents wanted the summers free and clear — so I was whisked away, like hundreds of other Camp Tawonga kids.
I lived in a bunk with a gaggle of other girls, with two teenagers to oversee us. Since our counselors were more absorbed in the male staff than in us, we girls had the run of the house.
One day, my bunkmates decided to punish Barbara, a popular and confident child. The masterminds held Barb down while a few others stripped off her clothes. Barbara struggled and screamed as the rest of us watched, transfixed. The details are blessedly murky, but they involve mocking Barbara and grabbing at her body.
Although I wasn’t a major player, I also did nothing to stop the madness, which shames me to this day. I even recall feeling a strange, wicked thrill surging through my body. Now that I analyze it, it was the maniacal power of sadism — and evil.
I’ve always wondered why Barbara was chosen to be tortured, and not a nerdy girl instead. But after beholding the horrible treatment of Sarah Palin, I finally understand: Barb was a sweet and happy and innocent child. The leaders of the pack wanted to knock her down from her high horse.
My mind flashed to this awful memory after hearing that Palin was being scapegoated for the Tucson Massacre. Palin has been a target of the left’s wrath from the moment she was nominated for vice president. Many conservatives have tried to explain why.
Some say it’s jealousy, which is true; Palin is a lovely woman with a handsome husband. She’s also a self-made woman; Palin has risen to power on her own, without the coattails of husband or father.
Some conservatives believe that the hatred is a result of brainwashing; this is true, as well. Liberals respond robotically, like Pavlov’s dogs, whenever Palin’s name is uttered.
But there’s a darker reason for the abject hatred of Palin, and the clues can be found in that Catskill Mountains bunk. Because evil can manifest when people project their own badness and shame onto another.
People on the left hate Palin for one simple reason: because she is everything they are not. She is their polar opposite because her life journey has diverged from the prescribed liberal path.
Palin was raised to be self-sufficient and independent since “idle hands are the devil’s tools.” Little Sarah was up at the crack of dawn, hunting with her dad; in sharp contrast, liberal kids like me were still fast asleep.
Palin didn’t have life handed to her on a silver platter, like so many in the ruling class. Instead, Sarah balanced school, chores, jobs, and sports. While liberal girls like me were glued to the boob tube, Sarah had no time for sloth.
Palin attended church with her family on Sundays. On Sunday morning, young liberals like me were recovering from Saturday night.
From her devout Christian upbringing, Sarah learned to be a good girl. In contrast, I learned everything I needed to know about how to be a modern girl from the monthly Playboy Magazine, which was conspicuously displayed on our living room table.
Sarah dated and then married her high school sweetheart; I learned that my body was a commodity that I “owned.” And I could use my body — and allow it to be used — to temporarily still the pangs of loneliness.
There’s a lyric from a Matt Maher song that always moves me to tears. It’s when he cries out to God: “Where were You when sin stole my innocence?”
When I hear these words, an unspeakable pain cuts through me. I feel the ache of something stolen from me — something precious, never quite recovered. And there are countless others out there, similarly robbed, though they have no idea what has gone missing.
And then, out of the blue, Sarah Palin, like a majestic bird in flight, swooped onto the scene of a depraved and deprived nation. With her children and grandchild, her religion and her patriotism, Sarah is the antithesis of everything the progressives stand for. Palin is not just pro-life, but she emanates life — and good, clean living.
And what does the left do? They try to drag her through the mud to sully her. The hardcore among them want to eliminate her, even if this means putting her life at risk.
The progressives “joke” about gang-rape, make pornographic movies about her, and leer at her legs. (Would any of this be tolerated against Michelle Obama?)
Palin’s church was torched during the primary, a vicious crime that was hushed up by the MSM. And now, with the smears about Tucson, death threats against Palin have soared.
Yes, leftists attack Palin because they envy her beauty; and true, she’s a political threat. But the main reason for the hatred is something deeper and darker.
Leftists loathe Palin because she has retained something that was stripped from them years ago: a wholesomeness, a purity of heart. People on the left despise Palin because she shines a bright light on their shame and unworthiness, which they try desperately to deny.
The progressives, like that brutal gang of abandoned girls, want to drag Palin down into the gutter with them; they want to spoil her. Of course, their efforts will be futile; Palin is fueled by a Spirit that isn’t simply her own.
The left knows only how to point fingers, and threaten, and menace. Why? They are lost, abandoned children as well; they have shunned the only Force who could wash them clean and bring them home again.

Attorneys for a Marine Corps veteran of the Iraqi War say they have filed a petition to the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals after a federal district judge ruled it is fine for the U.S. government to fund commercial enterprises that promote the indoctrination of Shariah religious law inside the United States.
The decision came from Judge Lawrence Zatkoff, who changed his perspective on the issue and said just last week that he would dismiss a constitutional challenge brought by Kevin Murray against the U.S. government’s bailout of AIG, the insurance giant.
That company used more than “$100 million in federal tax money to support Islamic religious indoctrination through the funding and promotion of Shariah-compliant financing. … SCF is financing that follows the dictates of Islamic law,” said officials at the Thomas More Law Center.
TMLC is representing Murray in his challenge to the use of federal tax money to promote Islam in the United States.
And its chief, Richard Thompson, warned of the precedent.
“Judge Zatkoff’s ruling allows for oil-rich Muslim countries to plant the flag of Islam on American soil,” he said. “His ruling ignored the uncontested opinions of several Shariah experts and AIG’s own website, which trumpeted Shariah-compliant financing as promoting the law of the prophet Mohammed and as an ethical product and a new way of life.”

In Florida , an atheist created a case against Easter and Passover Holy days. He hired an attorney to bring a discrimination case against Christians and Jews and observances of their holy days. The argument was that it was unfair that atheists had no such recognized days.

The USDA confirms the story, saying the deaths were part of a large killing at a private feed lot in Nebraska.
