Continuing to thwart the United States Constitution and the people’s will, the Obama-Jarrett administration appears to be bribing the states considering eligibility legislation. Already Georgia* and New Hampshire’s eligibility bills will be postponed to 2013, clearly to protect Obama. And although there are signs of improvement in the language of the Arizona bill, what do you want to bet that will be postponed too?
The way the bribe is being set up only reinforces our own research that Congress is engaged in the cover up of the usurpation.
The goal is to reduce or threaten federal funding for key infrastructure projects in those states that have eligibility bills. But in order to hide the extortion, the reductions in funding must appear to come from Congress, specifically the republicans in Congress. Whatever loophole is left the democrat-controlled Senate will fix.
This is the federal government extracting behavior out of the states by leveraging our tax dollars. It is power the Founders never wanted our federal government to have.
New Hampshire
Several major infrastructure projects in New Hampshire are threatened by ‘republican’ budget cuts, scream several New Hampshire newspapers. Bridge repair, highway development, airports, and technology development are at least partially funded by the federal government.
In addition, New Hampshire is big on environmental projects, particularly forestry, which Senator Judd Gregg advancing in pulling federal dollars to his state. The 2009 federal spending included millions of dollars for conservation efforts.
Gutting or cutting any of these programs threatens the political careers of republican federal and state office-holders. As there is an urge in Congress now to cut without intelligence (i.e., cutting the Women and Infants program or food supplies), or to gut anything ‘liberal’, they are easy pickings for hostage taking.
New Hampshire has been taken hostage.
Georgia
Looking at Georgia’s request for federal funding, and cognizant that Georgia is one of the few states that often receives a federal contribution to cover 100% of project costs, it would appear that this state is also ripe for extortion. Billions of dollars have been secured for Georgia by Rep. John Lewis, who has recently accused republicans of threatening funding for the dredging of Savannah Harbor. The goal is to secure 100% federal funding for this project, as it is the most ‘economical’ in the nation.
Conveniently a project of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, whose budget is widely considered to be bloated, the republicans will be blamed for the failure to secure 100% funding. In other words, even if they approve the project with say, a 35% match required by the state, their party will take the hit at the state and federal level.
And conveniently, John Lewis was the guy who claimed he was spit on by the ‘tea party’ as he accompanied the gavel-wielding Pelousy in a transparent attempt to enflame around the passage of obamacare against the will of the people they are supposed to represent.
Has Georgia has been taken hostage?
*Georgia Representative Hatfield said on Reality Check last night that he would postpone the eligibility bill to 2013. Various reports have come in this morning that ‘he didn’t really mean it’ and he wants the bill out of committee and passed to be in effect for 2012.
Just an aside, remember that Georgia is where those “new world order” tablets are? When will we return to the days when people mean what they say, and say what they mean? Is it that hard?
Too Clever for their Own Britches
The bribing mechanism in place is to use ‘sympathetic democrats’ who go along with republican budget cuts, only to have Jarrett use those cuts to extract compliance from of the state to delay eligibility legislation.
They are so transparent in ways that make them easy to spot for their deception. If Obama was legit, why go to all this trouble?
The White House Insider disclosed a meeting where Obama sat still as Jarrett and others talked about the state eligibility efforts. You can still hear the wheels spinning in that little communist tart’s head.
Just Say “No” to Federal Funding
The States need to stand up against this tyranny…and begin to refuse federal funding for such projects. Remember who you will see bussed in to cause riots–Obama ‘for’ America–paid thugs designed to stop the public from seeing the truth.
I spoke with Hatfield personally this afternoon, and it is true that he wants this bill in effect before Nov 2012. He like all of us is receiving attacks and resistence from all sides.
He asked that everyone get on the phones and call the Georgia House of Representatives in each office and tell them you want this bill passed.
It does not matter if you are from another state, as we are all hoping Georgia will be the first to pass this eligibility legislation.
So everyone go to the Georgia House of Representatives website, click on leadership and it will take you to the phone #’s of each one that needs to be called. Flood their office Monday and Tuesday. Rally everyone you can and light up their phones. Pressure from the public will tremendously help him.
He is a leader,not a follower and I really like his style. He will not be pushed around, but said we all must do this to help him get this done, so everyone get on those phones first thing Monday and Tuesday. We will need to do this in each state that is passing this legislation for backup to let them know we are serious.

The Insurance commissioner has been give over 1 mil to fight us on anything we propose to stop obamacare. She said we could either do it or the Feds would come in and do it for us.
The environmentalists have effectively blocked us from harvesting timber, several big mills shut down last year.
Stopped us from drilling oil, coal, etc.
We have a bill to make it a law that the Sec. of State must vet candidates before they are put on the ballot, but it is being held up in committee.
Jarrett has a well oiled machine that writes letters to our Congress/Senate that run 10-1 in favor of DCs garbage. They even write letters to the editors and use citizens’ names (with their permission of course)

The GOP leadership of the House adamantly refuses to move the bill, and we have less than a week to go before the bill is dead for the year. Do I just let it die, like so many other states have? Or do I try some offer of compromise to try to get it dislodged from committee, on the House floor for a vote, and then on to the Senate where the bill’s effective date could be amended? Maybe you wouldn’t proceed that way and you’d prefer that the legislation just die. I can tell from your brilliant post that you are a real genius, but I just don’t see it that way.
In any event, it doesn’t matter. The leadership still refuses to move the bill. And people like you, who could help by calling or emailing the House leadership, are instead wasting time making snide remarks about me (!) on this website.

Any eligibility bill needs to be Constitutional. Many of these are not. Whenever they mention a “long form birth certificate” or even “birth certificate” they are not. A state can’t impose greater requirements than the Constitution or it will be struck down if they somehow pass. Where the proposed bill is Constitutional, it doesn’t disqualify Obama.

I couldn’t disagree with you more! If you think a state’s actions have to be approved by the federal government, you are wrong. The 9th and 10th amendments give the states plenty of room. How can you say asking for a BC is ‘unconstitutional’? Huh? The states have all the rights granted to them that were not given to the federal government. The feds are not vetting the candidates, it is up to the states. How to prove natural born citizenship? You start with the BC. In fact Obama should be providing this, we should not have to pass a law.
I think you should revisit the Constitution and find out why your statement is not the way to look at these eligibility bills.

GA already has an eligibility law. In fact, they have a law allowing citizens to challenge names on the ballot. I wrote about this beginning in August 2008. I posted a citizen complaint of election fraud to the GA AG, more than a year ago now.
If he runs, Obama will be re-elected in 2012 because we are so stupid, we don’t even know what are our current laws, and, if we do, cannot bother to compel enforcement, anyway.

A law has been enacted; a bill becomes a law when the Governor signs it. In 2008, AZ law did not require candidates whose names appeared on the ballot to be Constitutionally qualified for office. They only compelled ballot wannabes to sign an affidavit declaring they were eligible. Again, going after Obama for signing AZ’s affidavit is fruitless. Because the burden would be on the claimant to establish he is not eligible; and proving this negative is impossible, given the documentation available in the public record.

Then when you go to 8-502(c)(2) it says:
§ 8-502. Candidates for President — Primary election
(c) Selection by Secretary of State. –
(1) The Secretary of State shall certify to the State Board the names of candidates for nomination by a principal political party during the period beginning 90 days before the primary election and ending 80 days before the primary election.
(2) The Secretary of State shall certify the name of a presidential candidate on the ballot when the Secretary has determined, in the Secretary’s sole discretion and consistent with party rules, that the candidate’s candidacy is generally advocated or recognized in the news media throughout the United States or in Maryland, unless the candidate executes and files with the Secretary of State an affidavit stating without qualification that the candidate is not and does not intend to become a candidate for the office in the Maryland primary election.
So, to get on the ballot, you only need to be advocated in the media!
