And the the much touted ‘release’ of a digital image of  Obama’s non-certified long form certification of live birth still doesn’t prove it!  Why? Because it is so obviously a fake that intelligence agencies around the world already have concluded that the digital image is a “rank forgery”.  Confirmed.

Obama's Straw man II: The Birth Certificate

The Obama machine’s second straw man–the birth certificate– was defeated by his own arrogance, stupidity, and a couple of lousy photoshoppers.

“Straw man” is one of the best-named fallacies, because it is memorable and vividly illustrates the nature of the fallacy. Imagine a fight in which one of the combatants sets up a man of straw, attacks it, then proclaims victory. All the while, the real opponent stands by untouched.

Like the judicial invention of  ‘standing’, Obama has set up another straw man, the  fallacy that ‘the birth certificate’ was enough to prove he was not a usurper to avoid the crushing reality that he is not a natural born citizen and still not eligible for the Presidency.

Why Release an Obvious Fake?

While the COLB is irrelevant to Obama’s inherent ineligibility for the office he now occupies, why release such an obviously troubled and easily debunked document?

Within one hour of the White House release of the long-form  birth certificate certification of live birth, it was proven to be fraudulent and another “assembled” document, that is, a fake.

The same obvious problems that plagued the first forged documents plagued this one,  only with a few different twists.  Here is just one of the many videos already available documenting different parts of the forgery:

In fact, the latest long form creation proves that Obama is not a natural born citizen.

A Commander in Chief would have taken care of his men in uniform. A Commander in Chief would not allow harm to come to his men if he could easily prevent it. No questions regarding Obama’s eligibility for the Presidency have been answered by this latest release of another forged document.  The arrogant prickly pear thinks he’s fooled America again.

It was only a matter of time before Obama paid for another forged birth certificate.  Obviously the obots, the media, and the intellectually dishonest are having a happy time with this, although none of them will say it is a valid long-form certificate.  A forgery is a forgery is a forgery.  He still won’t have it forensically analyzed so the plan is to have people noodle around for months on this latest forged birth certificate.

No doubt this is an effort to have us discuss and dispute Jerome Corsi’s book so it has minimal impact on Obama’s re-election plans, and to once again focus on the birth certificate rather than obama’s fundamental fatal flaw: he was born a brit and will forever be a brit.

(Update.  In light of Obama’s release of yet another obviously fraudulent certificate of live birth, with no seal and obvious photoshop effects, a reminder that(a) his father’s citizenship makes him still ineligible for the Presidency, (b) Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Obama, was adopted by an Indonesian national, yet the ‘certificate of live birth’ contains no amendments that reflect that real life event, which, until he releases all of his records, makes him a citizen-subject of Britain and a citizen of both Kenya and Indonesia.  He still cannot prove he is American.)

With regard to Obama, then,  Americans are entitled to adopt a framework of  adverse inference about his American citizenship.

Adverse Inference:

• Unfavorable deduction that may be drawn by the fact-finder from the failure of a party to produce a normally expected witness or other evidence. It may be presumed that the failure to produce was because the testimony or other evidence would have been harmful to that party.
• An adverse inference generally is a legal inference, adverse to the concerned party, made from a party’s silence or the absence of requested evidence. For example, as a sanction for spoliation of evidence, a court may instruct the jury it could draw an inference that the evidence contained in the destroyed documents would have been unfavorable.

Obama and his new world order handlers, complicit democrats and republicans, the flat-earth eligibility deniers, and the media have lost their epic multi-million dollar battle to keep Obama’s illegality hidden from the American public. They have lost it because both they and Obama cannot produce any evidence that Obama is a natural born citizen, let alone American citizen.

With each day, the depth of Obama’s deception is exposed, even with the most basic element of natural born citizenship–being an American citizen.

Obama’s Allergy to Allegiance

The defining characteristic of a natural born citizen is unalienable undivided allegiance to the United States.  Such allegiance is not complicated by the foreign entanglements of divided loyalties.

It is time for the democrats, the republicans, the Tea Party, the media, and the supporters of the Obama regime to have a serious discussion of the Constitution’s Article II natural born citizenship clause and the meaning of allegiance to the United States.  Being the President is not a ‘right’, or an equal opportunity; nor does it have anything to do with skin color. The Constitutional requirements for the Presidency cannot be overridden by an election.

Americans by now have  basic gut feeling that Obama is not an American. We see and experience that he is a person who dislikes our Nation and its founding documents.  We also instinctively now know that Obama is not a  ‘natural born citizen’.  We know all politicians lie, but a natural born Citizen President would not:

• Jail Terry Lakin for requesting the information necessary to prove the authenticity of the CIC’s orders.  In fact, if Obama had been vetted and was proven an NBC, Terry Lakin would be in Afghanistan helping his fellow soldiers.
• Treat the military with disrespect
• Sue a state for exercising its Ninth and Tenth Amendment priorities
• Invade or bomb Libya at the request of the international community or without Congressional approval
• Seize the economy
• Apologize for America
• Refuse to salute the flag or honor the National Anthem
• Declare Christianity irrelevant
• Fly the Chinese flag over the White House

These are serious violations of the law, the Constitution and the national security of the Nation.

Obama Blames the Victim

Victim Blaming.  Blaming the victim consists in holding the victim(s) of a crime, an accident, or any type of abusive maltreatment to be entirely or partially responsible for the transgressions committed against them.

Cracking under the pressure

Obama has lost the battle to conceal his records and now resorts to his final, desperate tool–blaming the victim. He is now blames Americans for not asking him for his birth certificate.*  Like the child bully he is, he chooses to blatantly unveil this tool at a fundraiser, where people paid $50,000 a plate to hear him basically say “I fooled you suckahs, and its your fault, so STFU!”

At the LA Fundraiser, Obama said (h/t Army D.A.V.):

“A lot of you got involved when the prospect of electing Barack Hussein Obama to the Oval Office was slim. None of you asked for my birth certificate. It was a complete leap of faith.”

This is Obama’s abusive behavior. He was supposed to have the honesty and integrity to show all his documentation before he even signed up to run for the office. Because no one asked did not mean he could sneak in until someone found him out.  And then feign ‘hurt’ and ‘shock’ that anyone would now ask for his documentation.

* (Update: Thank you to readers… I revise this statement. Of course Americans asked for his birth certificate, as well as the life history records of Obama. He spent $2 million to fight the disclosure of every single record, and countless more millions bribing, intimidating, forging documents, and quashing all questions of him.  So I say STFU Obama. )

A recent oped at HotAir asks the following question;

“Is Obama intentionally withholding his long-form birth certificate to continue to perpetrate the notion that those who question him are crazy giving the media more ammo against the birthers and the right?”

If this was 2008 I would think this is possible, but circumstances have changed. What changes is that a man, Terry Lakin, is in prison for asking to see proof, not of Obama’s citizenship, but of Obama’s constitutional authority to issue orders as Commander-in-Chief. Politics as usual has just been removed from the table.

If Obama slams his long form Certificate of Live Birth on the table to ridicule a challenger, then he had it all along. Obama’s minions said he only had the short form, in fact this is the only thing he shows on his 2008 campaign website and touted by the media as the real deal, and now Hawaii is saying this is the only form they have.

The only glimpse we have had of this Certification of Live Birth is what Obama posted online, and short form Certifications are not always accepted as proof positive. Especially when the issuing authority has laws that create more questions. One such law is that Hawaii allows for the registration of a birth to be mailed in and does not require a doctors signature. Why is this important, because it opens a window for a birth to take place outside of the jurisdiction of the state of Hawaii, and allows a relative to file the registration saying the birth was at home. This is why the long form is required.

Karl Rove Loves Obama

Karl Rove appears to be in panic mode.

The once sought after ‘Bush’s Brain’ or “republican strategist” is now revealing what many republicans  and conservatives don’t know–that Rove was one of the key architects behind the ‘election’ of Obama in 2008, and is secretly behind an Obama re-election in 2012.

Yes, you read that right. And read the lines and between them here.

• Who did Karl Rove fear as a republican strategist in 2007 and 2008?  Hillary Clinton.  He knew that HRC would beat any republican candidate after eight years of Bush/Cheney/Rove. He had to knock her out so collaborated with Donna Brazile–Gore’s former campaign manager–to take out Clinton by violating the DNC rules and bylaws.
• Why did Karl Rove make it inevitable the choice of John McCain, the weakest candidate of the republican field, as the republican nominee?  So Obama would win, and that there would be a question of presidential eligibility on the republican side in case the issue was raised on Obama.
• Why did he purposely closet Palin–McCain’s only hope–just when her appearance clobbered Obama’s lead at the end of September? He was afraid of Palin’s power–i.e., a conservative woman–with ‘rank and file’ Americans  republican, independent, and democrat women voters of all races, coupled with the 18 million disenfranchised HRC voters–would actually result in a McCain win.
  
• Why is Rove backing Romney?  Because Romney will lose to Obama, and Romney may also have an eligibility problem.
• Why is Rove slamming and ridiculing Trump and anyone who raises Obama’s birth certificate, and forcing every single republican candidate to renounce and denounce any interest in the ‘birther’ conspiracy?  Because when the scope and scale of Obama’s illegality is exposed to the American public–through any number of important avenues right now–all of the complicit pundits, political advisers, and politicians will also be fully exposed.
• Why is Karl Rove calling the occupation of the White House by a usurper a ‘birther conspiracy’?  Because he participated in the election of Obama and the cover-up of the usurpation of the Presidency. And Karl Rove does not support the Constitution.
  

We Write With Urgency…

Author’s Note.  As readers of this blog know I have endeavored to focus the natural born citizenship discussion on its full unified meaning…born in the United States to two American citizen parents. This is the most basic definition we can glean from the use of the term ‘natural born citizen’, rather than ‘citizen’ to describe the higher level of allegiance required for the office of the President and Commander in Chief.  Nature’s law, and the Law of Nations were the context within which major portions of our Constitution were written.  Absent a constitutional amendment or another Supreme Court decision beyond the 1874 affirmation of the definition of natural born citizen, we have no legal authority to arbitrarily separate the geographic test and the parental citizenship tests for natural born citizenship required by Article II.

It seems that when we are close to really focusing on the concept of natural born citizenship, numerous diversions constantly blur what should be a sharp discussion.  The birth certificate, social security fraud, selective service registration fraud, differing versions of the meaning of natural born citizen, Kenyan birth certificates, state nomination form fraud…all of these are important tools that would bring any ‘Al Capone’ down. These findings offer invaluable evidence of a pattern of fraud and a trail of complicit entities.  But the fundamental fraud right in front of our eyes is the failure of Barack Obama to qualify as a natural born citizen as stated in Article II of the Constitution.  Whatever tool is used to bring Mr. Obama to justice and move him out of our White House, we cannot forget that what we are talking about is the Constitution’s most fundamental protection for our nation: the office of the President and Commander in Chief of the Nation’s Armed Forces.

(Update 2 note to readers:  The work of Susan Daniels, presented in this post as background showing the extent to which Obama has pursued and used false identities, did not go as far as finding out names of the SSN’s that Obama has used.  The Daniels research focuses on the tracing the fraudulent activities of Obama, including his selective service records, but not on the names of the fraudulent records he used. 

The name ‘Ludwig’ was found by other investigators and I am doing more research on these sources and will keep readers posted. Information provided by WTPOTUS, however, indicates that there is much more to this, and that the name ‘Jean Paul Ludwig’ is not correct…but confirms the person was born in 1890 and the SSN issued in 1977, and further, that the name “Ludwig” appeared many times during this time period.   It is entirely possible that any name we find is an obot disinformation tool.  Until we find out whether the SSN was obtained for Obama by Madelyn Dunham or by Bill Ayers, there is allowance to speculate, but also hedge, given the volume of deception and disinformation put out by the Obama machine.)

Throughout the three years of exposing piece by piece Obama’s fundamental Constitutional disqualification for office, and brilliantly capturing the meaning, intent, and precedent for the use of the term ‘natural born citizen’, the name of Obama’s game has been “deception”…

Deception: beguilement, deceit, bluff, mystification, bad faith, and subterfuge are acts to propagate beliefs that are not true, or not the whole truth (as in half-truths or omission). Deception can involve dissimulation, propaganda, sleight of hand. It can employ distraction, camouflage or concealment.

The first basic deception was to focus the discussion on birth place instead of natural born citizenship, which then allowed the further distractions of the Certification of live birth versus a birth certificate. To further marginalize the Constitutionalists and deceive the public, the Obama cabal propagated the lie that ‘the birthers’ were those who believed Obama was born in Kenya—instead of his ineligibility due to his father’s British citizenship.

Thus, a relentless pursuit of ‘the birth certificate’ ensued for three years. At one point a $25 million dollar reward was offered for Obama’s birth certificate.

But now the operation to fully discredit the Constitutionalists has failed as Donald Trump broke the ice jam..but “plan B” was in play a while ago…and now is rearing its head. And that is the so called Kenyan Birth Certificate propagated by Lucas Smith.  “Operation Kenyan Birth Certificate”, if timed properly, would not only compromise the best legal efforts to expose Obama, but could also silence the best legal voices and those of other advocates for the truth.

Given his behavior, and the spectacle of the last couple of weeks, I hope he keeps on rising,” Plouffe said the issue of Obama’s birth will not impact the 2012 presidential election because the American people are focused on the economy and national security.

And, Barack Obama’s UTTER FAILURE to address the needs of black people all over this country and the world tragically spot on as well. The entire mess of the usurpation is spinning out of control for them, and this threatens to bring out and down the Chicago cabal of criminality.

In fact, the only reason Obama caved to ‘avoid the budget shutdown’ is because it would look bad if he was on vacation when the government was shut down.

Will the fawners of the undocumented Obama continue to carry his water wash his diapers of the stinking mess he’s handed them?  Or at some point will they ask ‘the I won’ to have some respect at least for his supporters and the media who installed him and come clean all by himself? It would seem only fair since obama supporters have not been able to prove anything about Obama’s life story, and they cannot prove he is a natural born citizen.  Heck, they can’t even prove he is an American citizen.

Memo to American Thinker: Four Facts on the Breach of Article II

American Thinker has generally produced well researched and interesting articles that I enjoy very much.  But they fail, like so many others, in discussing the most pressing issue of our day: the invasion of the White House by the foreign usurper, Obama.  This author has repeatedly submitted  articles to the American Thinker  on the subject of Barack Obama’s failure to meet the constitutional requirements for the Presidency articulated in Article II of the Constitution.  American Thinker has refused to publish not only mine but many articles on this subject, presumably because they either don’t see a problem or have been directed to not publish anything of substance.  Recently AT allowed two articles to discuss Obama’s ‘birth certificate’, notice not eligibility.  Both articles fall woefully short of informing their readers of the true seriousness of this issue.

The American Thinker’s satire and ludicrous analyses aside, the failure of  the media and others to  acknowledge that Barack Hussein Obama  is not a natural born citizen eligible to the Presidency under Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the Constitution is one of the most serious breaches of the Constitution in United States history.  We do ourselves, America, and our future generations no favor by satirizing, ignoring, or being afraid to address this issue.

Donald Trump’s release of his Birth Certificate, and the ‘media’s’ immediate questioning of Trump’s mother’s birth outside the U.S. demonstrates unequivocally that the media knows full well what a ‘natural born citizen’ is.  Trump masterfully produced his mother’s naturalization papers the next day proving that both his parents were U.S. citizens at the time of his birth.  Now that Mr. Trump has broken the ice jam and has forcefully brought this issue into the public view, it may be useful to review the basic problems of Mr. Obama’s citizenship that have caused 91% of Americans to doubt his birth story.

Clinton, Gates, Obama, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff know they are violating the Constitution of the United States and the War Powers Act of 1973, but they don’t care.  They don’t know who they are fighting, who they are supporting, and if this was a ‘humanitarian mission’ the United States would have rescued many countries–even those that don’t have oil or water.  Either can be used as a weapon of or reason for war.
