Opening the Back Door to the Obama Eligibility Lock Down

 The Courts, Congress and for the most part the Mainstream Media have effectively closed the door to any serious legal challenges to Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility. That is about to change.

 Unknowingly Esquire Magazine has opened the door to have the evidence of fraud presented in a federal court when they wrote in their satire disclaimer about their story about Joe Farah pulling Jerry Corsi’s book off the shelves, “(a)re its author and publisher chastened? Well no. They double down, and accuse the President of the United States of perpetrating a fraud on the world by having released a forged birth certificate. Not because this claim is in any way based on reality, but to hold their terribly gullible audience captive to their lies, and to sell books. This is despicable, and deserves only ridicule.”

 Joe Farah, Jerry Corsi and WND.com, now have the unique opportunity to present to the world the evidence that the document is in fact a fraud. And there is nothing Esquire or Obama can do to stop it. Since Obama will not be mentioned as a defendant, he has no cause to have his wonderful government lawyers intervene, in fact his personal lawyers can not do anything. The fact is Obama simply will be told what we have been told, he has no standing. Divine justice is not only just, it is sweet.

What can Esquire do? The only option they have is to settle out of court, but that requires all parties to agree and for some reason I do not think Joe is going to settle out of court for any price. Perhaps all those nasty things the left been saying about him are true, you know that he is (OMG) a Christian! And you all know the motto of those pesky Christians, “and the truth will set you free.” I think Joe will go for the truth instead of the money.

Joe will establish that he has reasonable doubt of the April 27, 2011 release of the so-called long form birth certificate and have those experts that he has published testify to this fact. Come to think of it, thanks to Esquire this action will give WND the right to get a federal court order for the original birth certificate on file with the Hawaii Department of Health to have it examined to substantiate their claim that the document produced on April 27^th is in fact a forgery and that Esquire is intentionally lying about it to damage the reputations of Joe Farah, Jerry Corsi and WND.

Saul Alinsky said ridicule is the best weapon, and this is what Esquire Magazine tried to do to Farah, Corsi and WND, but it only works on those with no or little courage.

Esquire made a blunder with the initial article, and perhaps all Joe Farah had to sue them over is trying to restrict the sale of Jerry Corsi’s book. Okay at best that might cost Esquire a couple of million, but then they screwed the proverbial pooch and said Joe was intentionally lying about the birth certificate being a fraud to scam the WND audience. This just cost the media their blackout on the facts, this is priceless.

Esquire, on behalf of all the Birthers nationwide all I can say to you is, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

And its 1776 all over again. We the people are at our own government’s doorstep, and we want our Constitution back.

For more than fifteen (15) years, the American people have petitioned the government for redress of grievances only to be turned away time and again while they continue to do what they please.

The Supreme Court passed down a decision in 1984 that said,

“Nothing in the First Amendment or in this Court’s case law interpreting it suggests that the rights to speak, associate, and petition require government policymakers to listen or respond to communications of members of the public on public issues”.

A recent decision reaffirms this…

 The right to petition under the First Amendment does not impose an obligation on the federal government to respond to citizens, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has ruled.

In We the People Foundation, Inc. v. United States, decided May 8, the court relied on two Supreme Court cases, Smith v. Arkansas State Highway Employees, 441 U.S. 463 (1979) and Minnesota State Board for Community Colleges v. Knight, 465 U.S. 271, 286 (1984). Both concerned public-employee grievances.

This case was appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court but certiorari was denied.

Is it any wonder then, that the political class would take this decision as a green light to do whatever they want and laugh in our faces about it?  And the corruption since 1984 has certainly deepened and spread…and now they have all let a usurper into the White House and refuse to address it. This picture perfectly captures who they are.  We should have arrested them while they dared to show their faces to the public.

If it weren’t for the documented fraud of Nancy Pelosi, lying to all 50 states in verifying Obama was constitutionally eligible for the Presidency, Soetoro-Obama would have never made the ballot, and never had the opportunity to usurp the office of the Presidency.

Here is the Representative from California, the Queen of Fraud,  misinforming students:

It is obvious from this video that Nancy Pelosi knows nothing about the U.S. Constitution, inventing out of whole cloth things she things our Founders ‘envisioned’.  Deriding the Constitution as she speaks about it, she claims the authority to amend it by fiat.  Seriously, is she drunk, uniformed, mentally challenged, or serially socialist?

Nancy Pelosi has perjured her oath to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, domestic and foreign, and should be impeached for her crimes against the people of the United States as Speaker of the House of Representatives. Impeachment charges should include misprision of treason:

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

I think the punishment for all of these scoundrels who have occupied our government and contributed to the destruction of our Constitution would be deportation and a loss of American citizenship.  Stripping these people of their assets and any life long severance is part of the package.

Let them leave in shame in the dark of the night, never to have the honor to serve in any office of public trust again… after they serve the requisite jail time!

Dear Congressman West:

As a battle-tested soldier, I am sure you understand the definition of cowardice.  I am equally sure you do not apply that label to yourself.  I am writing to tell you that I apply that label to you, as I think you are demonstrating the cowardice you so decry.

Your self-serving note about Lt. Col Lakin being ‘led astray’ just lumps you in the same category as every other elected official who has silently stood by while the Constitution has been usurped.  Dr. Lakin’s decision was his own, and just because you can’t see the usurpation that millions of Americans do doesn’t give you a right to blithely call him a man who has been ‘led astray’.  With this kind of attitude, how did you command any respect from your soldiers?

The Sheriff, Land Use, and the Constitution

The Sheriff is a Constitutional officer, and should be one of the recipients of your letter alerting officials of the crime committed by Obama on April 27, 2011.  The Sheriff is one of the last lines of defense against constitutional incursions, be they by a usurper or by the U.N.’s Agenda 21.

Protection of your county land, water, and other natural resources, and your property is a critical step in resisting the NWO.  Think of how the planned disaster in the midwest could be investigated as a criminal assault on the people of every county in the basin.

I think this is a powerful statement in how to nullify in practice the intrusive and unconstitutional actions of the federal government under the cover of any excuse.

“Why Shouldn’t You be Charged with Misprision of Felony?”

Millions of Americans witnessed the felony release of a forged, fake electronic LFCOLB by Barack Hussein Obama on April 27, 2011…and still more reviewed the extensive material documenting its many fraudulent components.

That staged, punk event led me to write this post, urging that Obama’s crime(s) be reported as increasing pressure to force someone to act as suggested in Title 18, 1, Section 4.

Many of you wrote to “officials with authority” to hear this complaint as did Dean Haskins:

Chapter 1, § 4 (“Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”), I believe I am compelled by law to make known to you that I witnessed the commission of felonious fraud.

On April 27, 2011 Barack Obama released an image that he claimed was his long form birth certificate from the state of Hawaii.  After more than two years of claiming that nothing was available but a Hawaiian abstract (a Certification of Live Birth that was posted on the Internet and was proven to be a forgery), Barack Obama publicly stated, “As many of you have been briefed, we provided additional information today about the site of my birth.”  His usage of the pronoun “we” implies his personal involvement in what was released….

HAARP and Nuclear Power Plant Safety

There is currently a news blackout regarding a potential serious nuclear accident at the Ft. Calhoun nuclear power plant in Nebraska. As reported in the previous Geoengineering Disaster post, the plant had been shut down for refueling against the backdrop of extensive flooding caused by weather modification  weather and hydrologic geoengineering in the upper basin states.

Over the summer extensive storms appeared over I-29 near this nuclear power plant as well as road closures reported by Dutchsinse.  Dutch reports tornado activity produced by HAARP rings appearing over the midwest now moving toward the plant itself.

The entire disaster of tornados, flooding, extensive cold, snowpack and rain has pounded these states relentlessly and to produce maximum disaster. Never let a crisis go to waste…

I am certain this manipulation exists. Why else would the Huffnpuff write joyfully about this while ignoring nuclear disaster?  Let it get to Fukishima levels and then shut down all nuclear power?

Geoengineering Disaster

Geoengineering. The deliberate large scale artificial modification of the earth, watersheds, oceans, and atmosphere.

Look up any definition of geoengineering and you will be bombarded with fuzzy and warm reasons why as a field it is only aimed at reducing the effects of man-made climate change, or ‘benignly’ increasing rainfall by cloud seeding in arid areas.

But as readers of this blog have pointed out, ‘geoengineering’ as chemtrails, HAARP, the explosion of the BP rig in the Gulf of Mexico, earthquake generation, tornado activity, and now the flooding of the entire mid-west via the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers are simply activities that create or have magnified disaster.  The ‘crisis’ created allows the government the ‘opportunity’ to step in and take over.

What is developing in the midwest from the Dakotas to Missouri is a deliberate food disaster of epic proportions, and it originates in the manipulation of the hydrologic cycle in the upper basin states. Crops cannot be planted because it is too wet from rain, and those crops already underway in the lower basin states are underwater and long gone.

The crisis of Garrison Dam non-releases, in North Dakota, is an issue I will write in depth about in coming posts. As Lame Cherry points out, and as news reports confirm, the Army Corps of Engineers admits that it did not make room for expected high runoff [enhanced by cloudseeding and chemtrails].  But did the Army admit the reason? No.

But I know, and its for the birds.  I wonder who ordered the large scale use of the dams to conduct sediment movement  studies across a seven state region for birds and fish instead of protecting the cities and farmland from floods?

And that’s not all.  The airspace above a nuclear power plant in Nebraska threatened by flooding is closed, and there are rumors of a radiation leak.

In the next few days I will be posting some articles on the major geoengineering threats facing our nation and propose a series of strategies to address them.

In an extremely interesting interview, Major General Paul Vallely opined that Congress knows of Obama’s ineligibility, but is a afraid of “probing a possible felony and black backlash” and ‘treason implications for a black president‘.    Yes, the first ‘black’ president has committed high treason and the punishment is execution.

These are indeed serious implications. But Obama has punked America, but what the pretend Congress doesn’t see that Obama punked them all and used their ‘liberal guilt’ and fear of being called racist to get elected in the first place.  Just like Congress and the liberals to blame the victim for their inability to act.

But I don’t find Congress’ excuse believable as the people’s response has never been of concern to them ever before.  No, they are  afraid if they stand up, that all of their illegality will be exposed, and that they will face treason and other felony charges for their too long silence and complicit activity.

The disturbing facts emerging about the virulent pathological obots who may have participated in the deliberate harassment of individuals by law enforcement suggests a RICO conspiracy of the first order.  Better lawyer up boys and girls.

Note to Congress.  If you are being silent on Obama’s criminal enterprise because of your own criminality which is safely stuffed in your closet, then you need to resign immediately.  Your selfish goals of preservation of your perks and your weiners is destroying our country.  You have perjured yourselves and have lost any semblance of consent from We the People.

We will not tolerate your silence on the destruction of the Constitution.

It’s 1776. All over again.

Indeed the efforts to create as ‘hate speech’ any criticism of Obama is the same tool being used by organizations such as CAIR to create  as hate speech the criticism of Islam.

We should not hesitate to expose this threat to our country and call out the cowards who hide behind political correctness to advance their anti-human and anti-American agenda.

How perfect that the lawless Obama’s secret service name should be ‘renegade’…

…a deserter from one faith, cause, or allegiance to another an…individual who rejects lawful or conventional behavior.  Synonyms include apostate, defector, deserter, recreant.

The powers that be are so clever, aren’t they, hiding in plain site with terms such as ‘renegade’ or programs cover-ups like ‘TARP’, or diversions of a sexual nature with the one guy named ‘Weiner’ of 535 scoundrels who are all neck deep in corruption.  Yes, he’d better resign before all their pictures of themselves at the house and senate gyms show up on the internet.

The renegades and scoundrels occupying the government are in total, open rebellion against the constitution and We the People. We owe them nothing and in fact should begin immediately to starve this beast.  And by starving the beast, I do not mean the common terminology of ‘republican plans to reduce the tax rate’.  It is a larger concept that I will purposely leave for the reader to interpret for themselves.

Lawrence Sellin’s article Congress agrees that Obama is above the law is a compelling read and reason to yes, ‘throw the baby out with the bathwater’ the next time we return to the polls:

By not investigating the mounting criminal evidence against Obama, members of Congress are willfully negligent as well as active participants in an ongoing conspiracy to hide their complicity in the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people.

It is unacceptable that countless letters , evidence and pleas for investigations have been disregarded, ridiculed, or given the ‘form letter’ treatment on an issue as important as the REAL RENEGADE IN THE WHITE HOUSE.

Former FBI Chief, Ted L. Gunderson, makes a statement regarding the chemtrail “death dumps”, otherwise know as air crap, on January 12, 2011. Ted says the following: “The death dumps, otherwise known as chemical trails, are being dropped and sprayed throughout the United States and England, Scotland, Ireland, and Northern Europe. I have personally seen them not only in the United States, but in Mexico and in Canada. Birds are dying around the world. Fish are dying by the hundreds of thousands around the world. This is genocide. This is poison. This is murder by the United Nations.

Civic Action update at end!

What we have going into 2012 is the experience of the fraud of 2008 and everything we have learned since then about how Article II was breached.  In order for the Democrats to run Obama again in 2012, they are going to have to cheat and commit the same fraud which we have documented fully.

Thus one of the focus areas is to knock Obama off the ballot by confronting officials of the democrat party now before they even start the paper trail of fraud.  Using the fraud statutes of your state it may be possible to to challenge anything suspect submitted by the party to the Secretary of State, whether or not the state has an eligibility statute.

In Arizona, the statute is called the fraudulent scheme and artifice statute. It reads, in pertinent part, that “[a]ny person who, pursuant to a scheme or artifice to defraud, knowingly obtains any benefit by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, promises or material omissions” is guilty of a felony (Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 13-2310(A)).

What will be submitted to your Secretary of State?  Whatever the democrats submit to the State we all know it will be fraudulent, so let’s be ready to challenge them at every step.

Debbie Wasserman-Schultz –the new Chair of the DNC–needs to be hounded from day one.  She needs to (1) fail in her mission to breach Article II again, and (2) to lose re-election for Congress while she’s at it.  We don’t need any more progressives to hang around and continue to cost us our country.

Time to Act!

Fraud. A false representation of a matter of fact—whether by words or by conduct, by false or misleading allegations, or by concealment of what should have been disclosed—that deceives and is intended to deceive another so that the individual will act upon it to her or his legal injury. Fraud is commonly understood as dishonesty calculated for advantage.

Felony fraud is serious criminal offense intended to deceive for advantage, resulting in injury to others…when committed by an official in a high office it constitutes a high crime and misdemeanor.

While Obama and his minions think he has put away the ‘birther’ issue and he is now clear to move forward, he is wrong.  External events are now beyond his control, and the lid has been blown off the Obama cover…in a few words, they all have ‘stepped in it’.  Now who’s a moo?

In the not-too-distant future, everyone in this country is going to know that Barack Hussein Obama is using a stolen social security number and a fraudulent Selective Service Registration card tied to that SSN.

There is more than enough information on Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility to begin to bring this message home to the people of the United States. Social security fraud, birth certificate fraud…these things people understand.  People also know that a dual citizen may not be president of the United States.

Once the American people understand what we have in the White House and the depth of corruption that allows this to continue, it will come to an end.  The Eligibility Civic Action Contest asked this question…

…and challenged you all to come up with some ideas for informing people just what was at stake.  The timing of the above photo, Kathleen Gotto’s excellent article:  American Citizens’ Demand For Justice Against the Overthrow of the U.S. Constitution , and the introduction of a Revolution Radio series on Civic Actions generated a host of ideas proudly shared here…though informed readers will see things between the lines of things best not telegraphed.

The Error in Chief

On June 3, Steven Pidgeon gave a terrific interview on Trunews, discussing new and important information contained in his book, The Obama Error.  This is worth listening to the entire hour discussion.  Some important tidbits:

• Pidgeon found at the Consulate in British Columbia, just over the US-Canada border, a record of a name change from  “Barak Mounir Ubayd” to “Barack Hussein Obama” in 1982.
• Believes Obama was educated at Patrice Lumbuma University in Moscow, echoing Pastor Manning’s research;
• Mentions Nazi, Stalinist-Marxist, and fascist as descriptors of Obama
• Predicts Obama will throw the NWO under the bus as the Caliph.

Eligibility Civic Action Contest!

The starting point for this post is that its time for We The People to literally take our country back from those who have overthrown our Constitution.  This starts with the relentless pursuit of Obama’s criminality and his network of advisors, czars, attorneys, and congressmen that knowingly aided and abetted a foreigner to usurp the office of the President.  Dr. Vogt is right:

Everybody in the White House who knows this thing, as well as in the Department of Health in Hawaii, is in huge trouble. They have no idea that just on the face of the document itself, and the security number, is 20 years in prison. Considering they flagrantly flaunted their arrogance and knew what they were doing was wrong for somebody to become President of the United States who wasn’t even a citizen is treasonous. If the prosecution goes to the level of treason, which it should be, these people go to prison for the rest of their lives.

Its time for organized civic action to force this issue now, not in 2012.  In our discussion at Revolution Radio on June 1, we discussed many aspects of a civic action program…but we all agreed we are lacking critical mass!
