- Since no one in the U.S.A. was a natural born citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution–they were born British subjects and gained U.S. citizenship in April 1782 at the end of the Revolution– and since there would be no ‘natural born citizen’ that had obtained the age of 35, a provision was made to grandfather in those initial American citizens to be eligible citizens for President. Martin Van Buren was the first natural born citizen President of the United States as he was born Dec 1782 to two U.S. Citizens, who acquired their U.S. Citizenship at the end of the Revolution.
- That the lower courts and SCOTUS have avoided ruling on any aspect of Article II during 2008-2011 means the definition of natural born citizen stands as is.
- Notwithstanding Congress’ efforts to amend the definition of natural born citizen through failed constitutional amendments or non-binding resolutions, they have not changed the definition, nor can they.
- There is no legal or constitutional authority granted to anyone to change this settled definition of natural born citizen. Flat-earth eligibility deniers cannot parse the words in Article II, or find some magical clause in Blackstone, nor any act of law that can change this definition.
- Enabling Obama to avoid the Constitutional criteria specified in Article II is an act of treason against the Constitution. Knowledge of this act and or failure to address this, constitutes the felony of misprision of treason.
- These are grounds for the immediate removal, resignation, and prosecution of those individuals.

I have been saying this ever since Mr. obama began his campaign. Nobody in authourity will pay any attention to this problem. Someone needs to start attending every townhall meeting and asking for the defination of “Natural Born Citizen” and then correcting the answer because we know the politicians answer will be about being a citizen and not a “Natural Born Citizen”.

I don’t agree that they can ‘do it the same way’ as 2008. First, Pelousy had to send 49 false verification forms, without the ‘constitutionally qualified’ language, to states; only one said he was ‘constitutionally qualified’ (HI). Unless we are quiet about this, they cannot get around the mounds of information out there now, and the awareness of the people on his ineligibility. Every state has a fraud statute that can be used against any individual, including the DNC, for falsifying records in the public; one does not need an eligibility statute to do so. If even one state does get him off the ballot by any one of those means, it will be very difficult to win.
What we cannot do is sit around and watch them do this. And we must keep the pressure up

I am not an expert on this, but my understating is that all the legislation by the states for proving the candidate is nbc has been watered down to a point where the latest fake bc can be presented and the SSs will accept it. At least that was the view of Leo Donafrio a few months back. I don’t know if he is right, but from the practical point of view, what can anyone do if that happens? File a new lawsuit against the SS? We know how the judges will rule.
O seems to be pretty confident that the new state laws are not going to be a hindrance to his reelection. Otherwise he would not run.
As far as general antifraud laws in the states, that will not get anyone any further either.

One thing I got from Allen Keys is that since the Congress and the Supremes think our constitution should be banished they are ignoring the truth of the usurpation because to admitt it would be to go aginst the very grain of what they are trying to accomplish, that is dissolving our republic and making us into a totalitarian regime. When Dr. Keyes ran against Obama for the senate seat during a debate they had the following exchange.
Keyes: “You are not even a natural born citizen”
Obama: “But I’m not running for president”
I have heard about this exchange many times, but have never seen or heard it live.
This would be quite revealing that Obama basically admits it.

It is stragne that Keyes does not rmemeber it. This came up in 2008 and it was widely discussed. If I remember correctly, it was quoted from one of the Chicago newspapers. A good researcher could probably find it and call up the reporter if he still has the tape. He may not be allowed to release it even if he wants to, but maybe worth the try.

In case you haven’t yet heard:
1. The people are angry. Their petitions to their elected representatives have fallen on deaf ears;
2. The putative pResident is NOT, repeat NOT, a natural born Citizen – as required by Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution;
3. All elected officials, from City Councils on up through State Assemblies, all the way up to the Justices of the Supreme Court and to the Presidency itself, – all swear an oath to uphold and defend that very Constitution – in its entirety, without exception.
4. Not a single State has been able to pass a Presidential Eligibility bill so far; but that may soon change.
Patriot Carl Swensson and a group of patriots are rallying at the Georgia State Capitol on Monday, August 15, 2011, in order to help that State Legislature come to their senses concerning their Oath – and the consequences of continuing to violate it, as we progress into another presidential election year.
If you live near Georgia, or have relatives anywhere near the great State of GA, let everyone know that their attendance at this event will probably be the most patriotic thing they can do in the weeks ahead. According to the WSJ (8-12-20110 Sour Mood Threatens Both Sides of incumbents) abbot 50% approve O. 50% disapprove. Feeling towers the GOP about 60% unfavorable and 30% favorable. (Chart)
My own informal and unscientific survey says that people who voted for him will vote for him again. And will elect him again.
Add to that that he controls one branch of the government 100%, and the other two branches are supporting him along with the media. Also add the $1 B campaign fund that he will spend. No GOP or any candidate can match that. Unless the stats change he will have his second term.
Not one of the GOP candidates touched on eligibility in Iowa- (at least I have not heard it). Intentionally or unintentionally they are working on O’s reelection.
Barack Obama will lose in a landslide. All the money in the world will not make people vote for you. His approval is hovering around 40%. He won’t win.
Don’t bet on it. What do you think the opponent’s rating will look like after the media digs up all the personal negatives?

This is a question for you now…are you going to just keep repeating that ‘obama will win’, and finding all this ‘evidence’ to prove it before the fact, or are you going to apply yourself to ensuring his defeat and exposure? What you look at and what you write is very important to your state of being and how you are moving forward in this constitutional battle. You absolutely can be more than a naysayer! I’m not blind to the challenges, but I can assure you I am never writing an article or commenting that its a done deal for Obama. Resistance means resistance.
The LAT poll–don’t you think the media did a good job painting the republicans and the Tea Party as the ones bringing on the loss of the AAA rating? Yes it appeared to be the republican fault as far as the media goes…so the sheeple who read that drivel without consciousness are going to rate the democrats better. Context is everything, and, I am not going to argue meaningless polls…because that is what they are. Do you think if that poll was done in say, North Dakota, or a less liberal state, that the answer would be different? You betcha it would.

I am flattered that you devoted so many words to bring me out of my pessimistic mood. You are right that it does not serve the purpose. You are also right that the pols are slanted.
Perhaps the only purpose my present thinking is serving, reflected in my comments, reminding those of some realities, who are taking for granted that O’s popularity will decline to such low levels by November 2012, that any opponent can beat him.
I detect such thinking among some of your readers. Also, that kind of thinking promotes idleness on the eligibility front. There is already less talk about that than speculation on the election.
That is exactly what O wants. It legitimizes him and takes the focus away from the fraud.

LtC Lakin gets 6 mos for asking a question and missing troop movement. I am not sure he was charged with disobeying a direct order, I don’t remember. Stripped of all rank, denied benefits, and kicked out. Something is not right.
Lakin’s second attorney, Neil Puckett, was Alan West’s attorney. JB williams of the patriot union, as well as general vallely, ‘found’ Puckett for Lakin, bragged about it, and especially Williams trashed everyone working with Lakin and his previous attorney, claiming he (Williams) was completely right about Puckett. Then Williams and Vallely never showed at the Lakin court martial, and Niel Puckett executed his client (Lakin) on the stand.
West said Lakin was ‘misguided’. That prompted my post on cowardice and alan west.
So yes, there is something wrong.
He was not set up to win. He was defeated in ’08 and it was only through diligent campaigning and massive volunteerism that he secured the win in ’10. He was a long shot in ’08, but came through with a respectable margin for a first timer.
I know many are disappointed with him, but many understand that he is a strategist. I demure and defer when dealing with the Lakin case because so many of you are familiar with the details, and we really don’t know what transpired regarding West’s involvement with this case, if he was involved at all beyond having shared an attorney.
He was asked plenty of times to help Lakin, and didn’t.
This was a set up from the get go, and Puckett was part of it.
West is toast in my view, and untrustworthy. He has voted hook line and sinker with the Rinos and does not demonstrate knowledge of the issues.

I think Keyes or Cain or someone should run just to challenge Obama’s credentials, and get a ruling on it, during the primary. This was a side result of the court creating the precedent of timing of any challenge to obama’s eligibility. What candidate is going to do this? You are right that most GOP candidates are afraid of being called racist if they question the eligibility. However, they are wrong. They are underestimating the intelligence of minorities. Furthermore, there were no riots when Trump brought this up. There was some name calling, yes, but not nationwide outrage.
This is nothing but a theory by Rove – and the GOP believes in it, incorrectly. Also, the candidates have no confidence that they can explain to the public that a constitutional issue is not a race issue? The answer seems to be no. Not one of them, so far.
In my humble opinion, if they can not explain that, they are not qualified to be prez. A president during the course of his term has to convince the population of many difficult tasks. If he can not even make a case for such constitutional issue – he is not qualified.
Also, say that the Rove theory is right – just for argument’s sake. So the GOP will lose the minority vote? They vote Dems anyway. So the GOP in reality would lose no votes. Perhaps, they would win votes from the general population from people who respect the constitution, whatever their race.

Bachmann spent upwards of $1 million, paid for over 6000 tickets, paid for Grammy Award winning, country musician Randy Travis to show up, and bussed in Randy Travis fans in order to secure 152 more votes than Congressman Ron Paul. While Bachmann gave out over 6000 tickets (worth $180,000 at $30 each), she received ~4800 votes, so 20% of those who she bought tickets for voted for other candidates. A country concert, a ride to that concert, and various other free stuff is a great deal for a simple vote.

I have to agree with DrKate. In addition, many republican voters view him as a bit weird. He has a couple of good ideas but some of his contentions are downright dangerous.
Besides, as early as 2008 or 2009, he said that the eligibility was not an issue. I would not vote for anyone who takes that position. Cannot trust such person with the Constitution.

JERUSALEM – Turkey secretly passed a message to Damascus last week that if it does not implement major democratic reforms, NATO may attack Syrian President Bashar Assad’s regime, according to Egyptian security officials speaking to WND.
The Egyptian security officials said the message was coordinated with NATO members, specifically with the U.S. and European Union.
Assad has been widely accused of ordering massacres on militants and protesters engaged in an insurgency targeting his regime.
The Egyptian officials said Turkish leaders, speaking for NATO, told Assad that he has until March to implement democratization that would allow free elections as well as major constitutional reforms.

The officials said the NATO message demanded Assad halt attacks against the insurgency and begin the process of democratization immediately.

Iran is warning Israel that its citizens should flee the Middle East or face annihilation.
The chief commander of Iran’s Basiji forces, Brig. Gen. Mohammad-Reza Naghdi, recently stated that Iran has no option but to destroy Israel. Ratcheting up the war of words, Naghdi is now threatening Israelis in the “occupied lands” that they are surrounded by mujahedeen of Islam bent on their destruction.
“I quote our supreme leader, Imam Khamenei, who clearly stated during the recent gathering of the leadership’s elite that Zionists are now encircled by those who are willing to wage jihad for Islam, and that those concerned for their safety and well-being should quickly go back to the countries they left behind,” Naghdi told the Fars News agency, the media outlet for the Revolutionary Guards.

Saudi Arabia is developing a Sunni rapid-reaction military of soldiers from Central and South Asian Muslim nations to confront the expansion of Iranian influence and Tehran’s nuclear threat in the Arab world, Joseph Farah’s G2 Bulletin reports.
The effort, which has been under way for months, according to informed sources, will include participants from Pakistan, Indonesia and the Gulf Arab countries. Training will be held in facilities the Saudis will finance in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
According to sources, Pakistan and Jordan will provide the instructors for the new mobile force. The Saudis are looking to China to help supply weapons. In exchange, some sources say that Riyadh will offer Beijing naval facilities in the Saudi kingdom to access the Red Sea and Persian Gulf.
Such a development would be a big boost to China’s plans to expand its forces and give it bases from which to combat pirates attacking Chinese and other ships in the Arabian Sea.

Rick Perry may be good at invoking states rights and property rights, while disavowing ‘ foreign creditors,’ but his actions as Texas’ longest serving governor tell a different story. Public private partnerships (or P3s) are part and parcel of the United Nations’ Agenda 21. Two of the purposes of Agenda 21 are to abolish private property and restrict mobility and P3s act as the vehicle to do it. Perry made P3s a centerpiece of his transportation policy since he stepped in as governor.
It started with the Trans Texas Corridor, known at the federal level as high priority corridors, corridors of the future, or the NAFTA superhighways. Just in Texas, it was to be a 4,000 mile multi-modal network of toll roads, rail lines, power transmission lines, pipelines, telecommunications lines and more. It was going to be financed, operated, and controlled by a foreign company granted massive swaths of land 1,200 feet (4 football fields) wide taken forcibly through eminent domain.
Called the biggest land grab in Texas history, it was going to gobble up 580,000 acres of private Texas land (the first corridor alone was to displace 1 million Texans) and hand it over to well-connected global players using P3s, who would gain exclusive rights to determine the route and what hotels, restaurants, and gas stations were along the corridor in a government-sanctioned monopoly for a half century. It was the worst case of eminent domain for private gain ever conceived.

Property rights shredded
The Trans Texas Corridor, and P3s in general, represent an imminent threat to private property rights. While lawmakers repealed the Trans Texas Corridor from state statute only months ago due to the public backlash, the re-named corridor ( ‘Innovative Connectivity Plan’) and its threat to property rights lives on through P3s. Two such projects underway by a Spanish developer, Cintra, will charge Texans 75 cents per mile in tolls (nearly $13 a day while Perry claims he hasn’t raised taxes or indebted Texans to foreign creditors) to access lanes on two public interstates — I-635 and I-820. A third project being developed by the same company for two segments on SH 130 is, perhaps, the only leg of the Trans Texas Corridor TTC-35 project that will ever be built.
While Perry distracted Texans and tea partiers with ‘emergency’ resolutions on state sovereignty during the 82nd legislature, P3s spread from transportation projects to virtually every other type of public infrastructure in a bill, SB 1048, passed by the Texas legislature which he signed into law June 17. Now all public infrastructure, including public buildings, schools, nursing homes, ports, mass transit, etc. can be auctioned-off to private interests in long-term sweetheart deals with taxpayer subsidies and profit guarantees using P3s.
P3s give a private corporation the power to tax the public, whether through charging tolls or other so-called ‘user fees,’ to access their own public infrastructure, and, perhaps more insidious, allowing well-connected private entities to profit from concessions on land taken through eminent domain.
Why shouldn’t the original landowner be able to profit from developing his/her land instead of having the government take it in the name of a “public use” and give it to another developer, one with government connections? Perry’s administration of P3s is like his administration of his Emerging Technology Fund that’s been highly criticized for steering taxpayer money to Perry’s campaign donors — a case in point, Dan Shelley.
Shelley worked for Cintra, who had its sites set on developing the Trans Texas Corridor. Shelley lands a job as Perry’s aide, steers the $7 billion corridor P3 to his former employer Cintra, then goes back to work for Cintra. That’s how Perry does business — pay to play.
Texas “Open for Business”
While Perry is staking his campaign on Texas being the top net jobs creator, Perry’s version of Texas being “Open for Business” isn’t about low taxes and less regulation as much as it is about doing business with foreign companies, including selling off Texas’ sovereign land and public assets to foreign creditors, an issue which Perry’s first television ad uses to take aim at President Obama.
Aside from the P3s, Texas has 20 active deals going with the Chinese and has 32 foreign trade zones (FTZs), a vehicle to ease the flow of foreign goods into the United States that are chalk full of tax breaks for importers. Perry’s office promoted these FTZs in a document entitled Foreign Trade Zones: Texas Wide Open for Business and even dedicates a web site for Texas FTZs, http://www.TexasWideOpenForBusiness.com.
A recent Washington Post article documents Perry’s work to get Chinese government-owned telecommunications company Huawei, to base its U.S. operations in Texas, a company that the U.S. government has deemed a threat to national security noting that “three times since 2008, a U.S. government security panel has blocked Huawei from acquiring or partnering with U.S. companies because of concerns that secrets could be leaked to China’s government or military.”
Perry’s coziness with the Chinese and foreign investors exposes a huge weakness in his right flank — illegal immigration and open borders. The Trans Texas Corridor has been linked to the global plan to economically integrate North America, with the eventual goal of a common security perimeter modeled after the European Union. Perry ushered in in-state tuition for illegals and has long been an obstacle to immigration reform or any Arizona-style immigration law.
Perry’s record paints a much different picture than what candidate Perry would have us believe — that he’s a states rights, Constitutionally limited government conservative that’s responsible for the “Texas miracle.” In reality, he’s more like an Agenda 21 globalist willing to sell America to the highest bidder.
