Mike Huckabee sponsored an excellent two-hour Presidential forum on December 3, 2011, where the republican candidates had a great opportunity to speak their minds on questions posed by several of the states’ Attorneys General. To be frank, I was a little disappointed that Dr. Paul missed an opportunity to really show how much he knows about the Constitution and its amendments. In particular, he was given an opportunity to talk about the “worst amendment”…and he mentions Prohibition…not the Sixteenth or Seventeenth Amendments, for example, which I know he has mentioned as unconstitutional at other times.
I realize no ‘debate’ offers the whole view of the man, but I have a few questions as to missed opportunities.
Was this strategy? An oversight? An agreement not to mention it?
How could Ron Paul improve on his ability to speak the Constitution to Americans, not just his supporters?
What do you think were his best moments, and, can you find a video that answers the questions above?

I find the month of December a very hard and sad 31 days for myself as well. I lost my mom on Dec 3rd and buried her on the 6th — 10 yrs to this Dec 3rd. I am sorry to say that time does not heal all wounds, time just goes by. My mother was my best friend and we were extremely close – so I understand Dr. Kate. But to honor my mom I just continue to go on, even though it’s a very depressing time for me.
My mother is rolling in her grave as she was one of the most patriotic people I ever knew next to my father and grandparents. Those people do not exist today. It’s all about ME and what can you do for ME!
I thank God for having had the up bringing that they gave me because that too is a rare commodity.
Heather, my prayers for you…you are right about time, and, one eventually –so I hear–’reconciles’ the loss. My mother was out of the US during the 40s and 50s…so I grew up founded in the US constitution and those morals which seem to be long gone…I am grateful beyond words, and, to be honest, glad that Mom isn’t here to witness and experience what we all are experiencing. We will make it back to the Constitution, but it won’t be easy. In our parents’ honor, I vow to never let their sacrifices go in vain.
I have so much admiration and respect for you Dr. Kate, you are like me in a lot of ways, tough and strong when we need to be and soft to the core when need be. You are a true friend and I will always honor that.

QL–my mother was 71 as well and a very young 71. She worked out with the guys in her gym and could do 200 crunches along with them.
I stayed the full 18 hrs and 2 bags of morphine it took to due her in and even the nurse said it never takes 2 bags…….there is enough blame to go around, but my first is to her husband, my step father and 2nd is the dr that decided it was her time to leave. In a letter addressed to Congress, S. Mori said the legislation, if enacted and put into use, would be reminiscent of the unconstitutional indefinite detention of Japanese Americans during World War II.

The non-profit legal advocacy group Liberty Counsel plans to confront Macy’s because the retailer dismissed a clerk who intervened when a man headed for the women’s dressing room.
Clerk Natalie Johnson, according to Liberty Counsel, reported that she saw a man walking out of the fitting room reserved for women at the San Antonio, Texas, Macy’s and “politely told him that he could not go back in because it was for women only.”
What’s going on in the U.S.? Find out in “A Queer Thing Happened to America.”
Johnson later told her employer, the store chain featured in the classic “Miracle on 34th Street” as the “store with a heart,” that she could not allow a male to change in a females’ fitting room because of her religious beliefs. She cited the company’s policy that protects against religious discrimination.
Macy’s officials, however, ordered her to allow “transgender” customers to change in any dressing room they wished and warned that if she wouldn’t comply she would be fired.
“Johnson refused to go against her sincerely held religious beliefs and was terminated from her job,” Liberty Counsel reported.
The man seen coming out of the women’s room was “cross-dressing” and said he is “female,” the legal group said.

There is only one way in which understanding can be had of the word of God and that is to study it rightly divided (2 Tim. 2:15 KJB). Most people have been tricked by Satan to divide the word of God between OT & NT, but that is only a deception to keep people from the truth.
Exactly right, Tenacity, Believers can discern for themselves the truth of the word of God…IF they want it. The Holy Spirit cannot teach the unteachable–those who want to continue on in their religious, false doctrinal pride. The false gospels and false doctrines only come from refusing to listen to the Apostle Paul as our authority today (2 Tim 2:7~Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in ALL things; 1 Cor. 14:37~If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord). With those two Scriptures right there, you have to determine who you are going to listen to today for instructions (commandments) on how to be saved and live for God, because the 12 Apostles & the prophets of OT versus the Apostle Paul give different instructions for living for God. The Apostle Paul, alone, was given the revelation of the mystery, which was that God was saving mankind by his grace apart from any works, as well as apart from Israel (as in OT thru first part of Acts) (their program included faith +works and a Gentile had to come through raised up Israel–Ask yourself if Israel is raised up today–Romans 11 has the answer to that). Israel is fallen today, therefore so is her Godly program of faith plus works (that doesn’t work today in the dispensation of the grace of God). God is saving both Jew & Gentile and baptizing into the Body of Christ those who trust the cross-work of Christ (plus nothing else for their salvation).
I assume that you believe in the “Trinity”, right Tenacity? Well, that word is not in the Bible, either. But you believe the concept, right? The word rapture, if I’m not mistaken is a Latin word meaning to be snatched and carried away, but for those who don’t like the word to be used, I don’t have to use it to take hold of the doctrine that is right there in the Apostle Paul’s letters. Here in 1 Thess. is the description of being caught up and carried away into the heavenlies where our inheritance is:
1 Thes. 4:13-18~But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
When I rightly divide this part of Scripture to me, for me, and about me, as a member of the BOC, I can see and know in my heart that I am not appointed unto wrath, and I have been saved from the wrath of God through Jesus Christ my Saviour, and we, the BOC, are to comfort one another and edify (build up) one another in this doctrine (1 Thes. 5:9). I know, also, from rightly dividing the word of truth and listening to my Apostle (that the risen Lord Jesus Christ sent to us Gentiles) that Israel as a nation, as well as all unbelievers, will be the ones to endure the tribulation which is God’s wrath being poured out without measure. One day in the future, the Lord Jesus Christ will open the book and loose the seals thereof, which will begin the day of Christ, when he will pour out his wrath upon his adversaries as described in the book of Revelation. The faithful remnant of Israel who will believe on their Messiah will have to endure and remain faithful unto the end. Today, if a member of the BOC becomes unfaithful to the Lord and even stops believing, that member will be forever with the Lord, because we are members of His Body and He cannot deny Himself (2 Tim. 2:13 KJB). That Believer was saved and sealed unto eternity the moment he trusted Christ alone for his salvation, but for those in the Tribulation time the doctrine says that they will have to maintain the works and faith in order to be saved (enduring unto the end whether that be the end of their life as a martyr or to the end of the Tribulation).
There are very BIG and GLARING differences in the teachings of the OT, Matt-John & Hebrews – Rev. versus Romans – Philemon. In order to start understanding these differences, you have to listen to the Apostle Paul, because the Lord Jesus Christ gave to him the gospel of our salvation by grace through faith and the revelation of the mystery (the BOC for the heavenly places) which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God until He saved Saul of Tarsus, His enemy, by His grace alone, and gave him this new information to preach and teach to the Gentiles, as well as any Jew that would hear and believe.
It burns me when the Scriptures are taken out of context and twisted to say what someone wants to make it say. 1Thes. 5 (immediately following 4:18) 1 But of the times and seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. 2 For ye yourselves know perfectly, that the day of the Lord shall come, even as a thief in the night. 3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety, then shall come upon them sudden destruction, as the travail upon a woman with child, and they shall not escape. 4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day shall come on you, as it were a thief. 5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day; we are not of the night, neither of darkness. 6 Therefore let us not sleep as do others, but let us watch and be sober.
As indicated elsewhere in Scripture, the reference is to The Day of the LORD which is after the tribulation. I love the repetitive messages in Scripture. The wrath of God is not synonymous with tribulation or trials. Look at the flood. Look at Sodom and Gomorrah. God’s wrath was the total destruction of evil, not a trial or tribulation. Did Noah experience the flood? You bet he did and God’s church has faced persecution, which is a tribulation. Nowhere in Scripture does it say we will not face trials. It does say we will be spared the ‘second death’. You are assuming the tribulation is off into the future. Please stop standing on preconceived, indeed conditioned, notions and practiced liturgy of the dispensational brainsoiling you have been exposed to and allow the Word of God to speak to you fresh, without putting it through the teaching of men.

I could say the same to you, Tenacity. You definately are filtering the Scriptures through what you have been taught by men with their false systems of “Theology.” One glaring false belief that I believe you follow is that the Church, the BOC has replaced Israel and that you definately follow Israel’s scriptures as if they belong to you to follow and they most certainly do not. If you have trusted Christ’s shed blood on the cross plus nothing, then God’s very words to you are to follow Paul as he followed Christ (the Lord repeats this admonition through Paul many times in his letters–the question is, who are you going to allow to be the authority in your life–you or God?). He was the first to be saved by God’s grace alone and the first member to be added to the BOC made to inherit the heavenly places,not the earthly places which is believing Israel’s inheritance. Paul was constantly having to defend his God-given authority to the Judaizers.
I am not reading the Scriptures from the standpoint of what I’ve been taught from men who want to build a house of doctrine on what they believe the scriptures to mean because of their own preconceived ideas or notions (systems of theology they have created). I read and study the Scriptures on my own and pray for God’s truth because I sincerely want it, and because from being in many different churches, many different versions of God’s Word and thus many different teachings, it caused me to ask questions–things didn’t make sense, there was hypocrisy and lies, which forced me to question doctrine and versions of the Scriptures. I asked the Lord for truth and He is very faithful to lead his children into truth, and for each truth we believe (He says what He means and means what He says; God said it, therefore I believe it), we grow up in Christ and become mature sons and daughters. He says we are to listen to Paul as our Apostle and to study to shew ourselves approved unto God, rightly dividing the word of truth. A crucial part of that is dividing Israel from the BOC.
Once again, you are making assumptions about what I have said and adding to what I say and taking away from what I say, in order to try and make your points stand. I will deal only with the Scriptures and what they say, rightly divided, sir. I never said that the Church will not face trials and tribulations as you are trying to imply. But, I would also point out that every human being faces trials and tribulations because of the fallen nature of humanity, even the creation groans and travails. Romans 8:22-23~For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body (which happens when the Lord comes in the air to catch up the BOC to the heavenly places). The Day of the Lord includes the time of Jacob’s trouble, a.k.a. the Great Tribulation, the wrath of God, plus the millenial kingdom reign of Christ on the earth.
God’s future wrath which is so prominently displayed in Israel’s scriptures (Why? because it is to her, for her and about her, as God’s unfaithful people and therefore God promised Israel punishments that would come upon her for her unfaithfulness to God). God called out Israel to be a nation set apart from the Gentile heathens which God gave up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, who changed the truth of God into a lie and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator. He would use Israel to establish His kingdom on earth through which the Gentiles would be able to come unto God; they were to be a nation of kings and priests unto God. However, God the Father had this mystery (the BOC for the heavenly places) hid in him from before the foundation of the earth. It was not revealed prior to the Apostle Paul. Why? would be the logical question. 1 Cor. 2:7-8 answers that: But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. God has revealed unto the Apostle Paul the reason for the creation of the one new man, the BOC, which is to take out Satan and his angels from the usurped positions over the heavenlies and install those members of His Body in those heavenly positions.
It is clear that if one wants the truth of God’s word, they have to rightly divide Israel’s earthly position from the Body of Christ’s heavenly position. They are not one in the same. In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. Satan filled with pride, became God’s adversary and usurped both spheres and God’s plan is to reclaim them from the devil! And by his grace, mercy, and glory, he will use saved men who have trusted his words to them throughout history to fulfill his plans of taking back the heaven and the earth. It is quite obvious that the earth has not been taken back and Israel has not been established in her promised kingdom ruling with her Messiah. It is also rather clear that Satan and his angels have not been removed from their heavenly positions and they are still operating to keep lost men lost and saved men from propagating God’s word of truth (hiding the true gospel & doctrine for any given time period), using God’s very own words, twisting them, adding to and taking away from them, just as he did with Eve, and has done ever since). It would behoove any one of us to question what we have been taught and to examine ourselves to see if we be in the faith and to prove our own selves.
I have said all that I need to say. You make false assumptions about my statements and thoughts the same as you do with Scripture. If you were honest you would have acknowledged my statement, “Don’t assume I agree with everything said at these sites.” Instead, you quote one of those articles as though I was the author. Your presumptions are wrong.
Sorry, but I did not read the articles. I say what I say out of love for lost souls and out of love for my brethren, the BOC, because my heavenly Father wants His sons & daughters to acknowledge His truth & authority. I’ve been in churches that teach unsound doctrine, I’ve believed the wrong things in the past being in different churches and can’t say that I won’t make mistakes in the future, however, I do know that I am to listen to the authority that God has given to me for understanding of what He is doing today and that is to follow Paul as he followed Christ. Allow me to respectfully disagree with you. Vince Lombardi did not say: If you think you cannot win then compromise. That is basically your premise.
Many conservatives voted for McCain on the lesser evil premise in 2008. Enough of that. The GOP is doomed. They are incompetent. A third party is badly needed. Perhaps it will be formed after O’s second term. No one has the guts to form it now.
Besides O will probably win against any GOP nominee, anyway. You vote or not. The media will destroy any GOP nominee.
Disqualification is the only answer and it goes nowhere. Most conservatives, on this site, have given up hope in that, and desperately hanging on to the unrealistic belief that the GOP can win without disqualification. .

No, Lombardi did not consider not winning. He just kept trying to win and expected his players to keep focused and believing they would win. However, if his quarterback didn’t have a great arm, he didn’t try to win with a passing game. Being practical doesn’t always mean one is compromising. What you don’t know is that I co-authored the eligibility presentment against Obama in the Articles of Freedom at Continental Congress 2009. Dr. Kate chaired that committee. I have hosted numerous blog talk shows and community calls focusing on the eligibility issue. What brought my attention to Dr. Kate was her writings at TD blog back in 2008 on the constitutional topic of natural born citizen. We have both done all within our ability to bring attention to this utmost problem. In fact, It is fair to say we have both beat our heads bloody on the subject to the point of it impacting our livelihoods.
Obama is not alone in the crimes being committed against We the People. If We had standing, the facts of the eligibility case would have been heard and adjudicated properly. Our standing and the constitution has been under attack since before the ink was dry on our founding documents. The same groups and families have been behind that attack all along. Obama is just one symptom of that ambush. The key to getting out of the ambush is to regain proprietary ownership of our money, the product or property resulting from the People’s investment of labor and capital. Our standing has been sold by the theft of our production via the banking vortex. That vortex was created by and sustained by our tolerating those groups and families to subvert our sovereignty by stealing our production. Just getting rid of Obama does NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. The eligibility issue, as important as it is, is only one of many constitutional breaches. I am fighting as hard as I am able on 2 fronts at the moment. One is Sound Money and the other is educating the People (jury pool) and sheriffs that they have the right to judge the law, especially in the proper use and application constitutional grand juries. I see these two issues as being within our grasp and mandatory to regain standing. So you see, Dr. Paul is the only candidate that seems to understand this. Plus, his actions (track record) match his words. I can say that of no other candidate.
I questioned his negligence at the time of the electoral college. I am the one that brought forth (inquired and revealed) his “laughing stock” excuse. I have learned to forgive him for that and respect his wisdom in fighting those battles he deemed himself capable of winning (right or wrong). I also believe that he would now be cutting his own political throat to champion the eligibility issue. I believe he could educate people on the definition of ‘Natural Born Citizen’ and wish he would, but that is a pass he seems unwilling, if not unable to throw. So he needs to stick to his running game. So be it. I and others, yourself obviously included, will keep fighting the eligibility issue without compromise. We criticize S/Ob for being a Manchurian candidate. In the absence of the People ceasing to be wiling targets of the Leninist subversion, it will take a certain level of stealth for a true statesman to reach the required level of authority to effect necessary change. We must trust someone or go hide. The only person I see worthy of my trust at this time is Dr. Paul. Supporting him is the only possible political route I can see to victory. If you see that as compromise…call it what you will. I see it as practical and I keep fighting on the fronts I am able. In order to win the eligibility issue, we must have standing…our enemy knows that only too well. Money is tied to standing. People exercising their right to judge the law is tied to standing. I fight for standing to WIN the fight for the constitution and the security of these united States (eligibility).

It is much more difficult for the vote count to be cheated in a close election. They need to keep it close. Both major parties have cheated on the vote count. In fact, it appears that the GOP may have been doing it first. Exit polling is important to hold the vote counting accountable. Notice in 2008 & 2010, there was less exit polling than in the past by the media. They don’t cheat everywhere and they do it by just a few percentage points where the race is close. If they have their stooges on both sides of the race, they don’t have to care that much about who wins. There is only one candidate in the race right now that They* would absolutely not want in office.

Maverick Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio says his “Cold Case Posse” investigating Barack Obama’s presidential eligibility will release a preliminary report in February of its findings, which he expects to be “controversial.”
“This is a serious law enforcement investigation, and our findings are going to be controversial but based in facts,” the Maricopa County sheriff told WND. Arpaio said a comprehensive report will be issued shortly after the February preliminary report.
“The investigators on the Cold Case Posse are doing a great job,” Arpaio told WND. “They are all law enforcement professionals, and they are all volunteers putting in a lot of hours at no taxpayer expense.”
Arpaio confirmed that the Obama investigation has broadened beyond an examination of whether or not the birth certificate made public by the White House on April 27 is an authentic document. The probe, he said, is examining Obama’s history in regard to his eligibility to be president under Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution.
“We are not taking the Obama investigation lightly,” Arpaio said. “The Cold Case Posse is actively tracking down all leads received, because the people deserve to know the truth.”

The “W” in Christmas
Each December, I vowed to make Christmas a calm and peaceful experience.
I had cut back on nonessential obligations – extensive card writing,
endless baking, decorating, and even overspending.
Yet still, I found myself exhausted, unable to appreciate the
precious family moments, and of course, the true meaning of
Christmas.
My son, Nicholas, was in kindergarten that year. It was an exciting
season for a six year old.
For weeks, he’d been memorizing songs for his school’s “Winter Pageant.”
I didn’t have the heart to tell him I’d be working the night of the
production. Unwilling to miss his shining moment, I spoke with his
teacher. She assured me there’d be a dress rehearsal the morning of the
presentation.
All parents unable to attend that evening were welcome to come then.
Fortunately, Nicholas seemed happy with the compromise.
So, the morning of the dress rehearsal, I filed in ten minutes
early, found a spot on the cafeteria floor and sat down. Around the room, I
saw several other parents quietly scampering to their
seats.
As I waited, the students were led into the room. Each class, accompanied by
their teacher, sat cross-legged on the floor. Then, each
group, one by one, rose to perform their song.
Because the public school system had long stopped referring to the
holiday as “Christmas,” I didn’t expect anything other than fun, commercial
entertainment songs of reindeer, Santa Claus, snowflakes
and good cheer.
So, when my son’s class rose to sing, “Christmas Love,” I was slightly taken
aback by its bold title.
Nicholas was aglow, as were all of his classmates, adorned in fuzzy mittens,
red sweaters, and bright snowcaps upon their heads.
Those in the front row- center stage – held up large letters, one by one, to
spell out the title of the song.
As the class would sing “C is for Christmas,” a child would hold up the
letter C. Then, “H is for Happy,” and on and on, until each child holding up
his portion had presented the complete message,
“Christmas Love.”
The performance was going smoothly, until suddenly, we noticed her; a
small, quiet, girl in the front row holding the letter “M” upside down –
totally unaware her letter “M” appeared as a “W”.
The audience of 1st through 6th graders snickered at this little one’s
mistake. But she had no idea they were laughing at her, so she
stood tall, proudly holding her “W”.
Although many teachers tried to shush the children, the laughter continued
until the last letter was raised, and we all saw it
together.
A hush came over the audience and eyes began to widen.
In that instant, we understood the reason we were there, why we celebrated
the holiday in the first place, why even in the chaos,
there was a purpose for our festivities.
For when the last letter was held high, the message read loud and clear:
“C H R I S T W A S L O V E”
And, I believe, He still is.
Amazed in His presence… .humbled by His love.
Again, HAVE A BLESSED CHRISTMAS SEASON!
