As Satan tempted Christ in the wilderness, he promised him all the kingdoms of the world, all the riches and glory, “if thou therefore will worship me, all shall be thine” Luke 4:7. This temptation of Christ is what Satan has tempted all of us with, and hence we suffer from those who would impose a new world order, Agenda 21, one world finance, and one world ‘religion’.
But our nature is that of rebellion…we want to do our own thing…and if we acknowledge God’s role in the founding of our country, guidance in the constitution, we would have to be obedient to that constitution. This disobedience is the territory of the politicians–by definition liars–who are obedient only to themselves, money, and power. They have betrayed America.
Which is why the truly Constitutional candidates for the Presidency are always marginalized, murdered, or ignored. Politics is a racket where the media, the international financiers, Hollywood, the justices–educated away from the constitution–all conspire with the politicians, of republican and democrat ‘flavor’, to deceive. Deception and confusion is the realm of satan.
Presidential Candidate Dr. Laurie Roth
Into this fray walk just a few Constitutional candidates, including Dr. Laurie Roth, and Dr. Ron Paul, persistently reminding us of who we are as Americans. Dr. Roth has been very vocal about the influence of evil in the Obama administration and what we face right now as the most important election of our lifetime slips closer each day:

The ‘seduction’ shoe has dropped. Now, the ‘oppression and control’ shoe is dropping all around us and people are waking up…although a bit late but not too late. Half the states have stood against the Health care bill and now the Supreme Court (which Obama taunts) will render a decision.
Dr. Roth asks us to remember that with God, all things are possible.

But we must confront evil if we are to deal with it effectively. Once again the republicans have maneuvered us into voting for ‘the lesser of two evils’, media-presumed Romney. Romney is the typical politician, of obligation only to himself…he supports the NDAA, won’t see Obama’s ineligibility as anything other than ‘innuendo’, and is a fan of big government. While ignoring the absolute promise of and need for a third party constitutional candidate, even the so-called Patriot movement wants us to unite around Romney–hoping he will but knowing he won’t defeat Obama.

definitely–and i am thinking of getting in touch with them to find out what part of blood tests show toxins and what they are. strangly enough i just had some blood tests done about 2 wks ago and 3 of the tests came back a bit higher than the normals and yet my dr said its nothing to worry about–i should have asked for a toxin screening i guess but then who would think to for something so simple.

I think it is stupid when people say controversial things on FB but why would anyone go into the military knowing that your freedom of speech is diminished? is it even legal to say military personnel can’t speak freely of the government?

Yes we are, but the Military Code enables them to throw the book at him.
Article 88 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) prohibits commissioned officers from speaking or writing “contemptuous words” against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Transportation, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present
was he a commissioned officer or enlisted man?. And they did not charge Terry Lakin under this statute although he was an officer. They accused him of missing movement, that a trumped up charge. Lakin followed all the rules to a T.
They did not charge Dr. Lakin under this, because they could not prove that he used “contemptuous words”. He simply demanded to know if the CiC is eligible. He invited court martial himself by not showing up, and the eligibility excuse for no show was not accepted as legitimate. In this new case it was easy to prove “contemptuous words”. (I think that is what they did – please correct me if I am wrong.).
The lower ranks have generally high courage, but the upper ranks lean whichever way the wind blows. Typical banana-republic-behavior.

You need to read the whole Lakin case and trial. They lied on the stand in terms of ‘not showing up’. Lakin was railroaded using no authority at all.
Lakin as an officer had a duty to do what he did, it was his chain of command that failed to take it seriously. Punishments are different for enlisted men and officers, and so are responsibilities. They had to say Obama was a ‘lawful president’ otherwise Lakin would have been vindicated in not following ‘unlawful orders’ which is the duty of an officer. The marine’s case was entirely different, and it sounds like he is an enlisted man, not an officer.

100% agree, I think my comments were too short and were misunderstood. I know the Lakin case pretty well.

He is a Sgt. There are certain requirements for being Commissioned Officer. I could not find out if he was one or not. However, I think they charged him under that code, otherwise he could have prevented the discharge with the defense that it does not apply to him.

Yes, it is exactly my point, that the charges are totally different. The Sgt called O names, whereas Dr. Lakin did not. So Dr. Lakin could not be charged under that code.
All I am saying is that the marine could not be charged under the title you cited UCMJ as he is not an officer. A sergeant is not an officer or commissioned officer, and he can be fired for calling the president names, because it is a matter of discipline of the military non-officer rank and file. Look up ‘commissioned officer’. Look up UCMJ for enlisted vs officers.
The other possibility is that the guy wanted out, no matter what. So he called him names, simple. If he was an officer he might have taken a different path, if it was on principle. he chose the easy way to get out.
I think you are probably right. I could not find enough reliable information about this case to clarify it. Perhaps some of the readers who are better researchers than I am can find more.
