In the wake of Obama’s assault on law-abiding American citizens and the Second Amendment–which is in my view another act of war against these United States–the Obama/Biden team plan to take a tour around the country to rally lawlessness support for his unconstitutional actions.
In actuality, Obama is making himself available for a false flag scuffing event–and if that doesn’t work, will direct that another false flag like Sandy Hook be ginned up to anger the sheeple known as Obama supporters and Congress to force the demand for gun control.
Don’t take the bait. Keep your powder dry and stay alert. Obama and his handlers are no longer afraid of putting this right in our faces and daring us to act. Remember what Obama is diverting attention from: Benghazi, 2012 election theft, and of course, his ineligibility/foreign-agent status and all the fraud that keeps him in the White House.

Cold-blooded mass killings, most recently the slaughter of innocents in Connecticut, are staged at places and at times designed to terrorize Americans, ultimately to force us to accept gun control disarm. And so soon after Benghazi, or shall we say, in the middle of the international gun and missile running scam, its cover-up, and the electoral college vote where Obama could still have been eligibility/voter fraud toast…America is terrorized once again. And that’s the outlook as long as Obama & his backers are in power.
There are too many domestic and international terror events under the Obama regime to ignore the pattern of apparent staging and intent. It seems to be part of the international gun running – a second part of the bigger picture whose primary target is the general American public.
Part II: The Butcher
For just the Obama regime, this started under Obama with Holder, Napolitano, and Clinton arming the Mexican drug cartels in the failed project known as ‘fast and furious’. Or lets just say that this crowd took over an existing operation and added their own arrogance touch. A U.S. Border Agent was killed and more than 300 Mexican citizens murdered using weapons these clowns allowed to “walk” into the hands of criminals. The intent behind the operation was gun control legislation.
So having been busted in Operation Fast and Furious, along oame the other killings…at army bases, a temple, universities, schools, recruiting centers, shopping malls, nursing homes, and restaurants, in addition to several individual horrible senseless killings and outright assassinations.
There have been 422 children shot this year in Chicago alone, 82 of them dead. Ah yes– the same Chicago that boasts the strictest gun laws in the nation. And in 2012 there have been 16 mass shootings across the United States, with now sadly predictable outcomes…the killings happen and then the police arrive. The pattern of these mass killings consists of :
Typically ‘safe’ gathering places and particularly vulnerable or symbolic victims are chosen for the purpose of causing mass trauma.
A single deranged gunman heavily armed with multiple weapons…but ballistic information and on site-witness reports of additional gunmen almost right away.
The gunman kills himself, has no memory of the incident, or is killed by police. The “other participants” are not identified and are whisked away or allowed to walk
The police and emergency tactical armored teams have ‘practiced’ for this same event at the same or a similar facility within months of the incident
The gunman’s father or a relative is the kind of person who has information on such non-important things as the Libor rate scandal, recent ‘record fines’ for banks involved in money laundering, or has some information damaging to the regime administration and its backers.
The typical reaction is blaming and then a legislative push for more gun control. And the very tangible threat is that other mass killers could be loosed on society if we fail to cooperate. That’s the psyops part of the plan for the marketing of international weapons domestically.
The Domestic Market for Weapons
Eric Holdup seems to have been an arms dealer in the arms trade for a long time. Operation Fast and Furious got US guns into criminal hands and many are still missing…are they being used in other so-called ‘unrelated’ mass shootings? When Holder is involved, weapons go missing and are found like after they exploded in Oklahoma City; the government agencies buy millions of bullets; the FBI sets up people on charges of domestic terrorism and drones are released domestically on American citizens.
The Police have militarized with ‘excess’ military equipment from the so-called ‘wind down’ of the wars, upon which someone is getting a cut of the profits. Could the ‘locals’ want their cut of the weapons trade? Nothing like a mass shooting with lots of weapons, mind control, media mockingbird stories to stoke the sale of guns and then call for their confiscation. Anyone have any doubt that guns confiscated from Americans, end up on the national and international black market after they’ve been used to kill us?
A Constitutional Defense Force
While the politicians stroll around on gun control, communities all over the country should organize their own armed watch of schools, athletic events, and other venues. This was the reason for the Second Amendment, or the second Article of the Bill of Rights, that
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
A well-regulated militia is to protect us from the tyranny of our own government. After the Connecticut shooting my mind was filled with images of this protective sphere necessary for our children in the face of the danger from within.
We have a government that is letting us get killed…by whatever is infecting these ‘lone’ gunmen to trigger their violence. We must now do our own watching, and put our full armor on. You know the story of David and Goliath….before David picked up the stones he put on a whole bunch of armor, given to him by others. He took that armor off because it was someone else’s. He then picked up four stones…

Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Guts, America, and Common Sense: The 25th Amendment. Do. It. Now.
This is Presidential disability based on being unable to discharge the powers and duties of the office, for any number of reasons the first of which is always that Obama is not eligible for the job under Article II of the Constitution. As is well known, there are other underlying reasons that behaviorally disable Obama, and why the 25th Amendment remains an important tool to be used in his removal:
Obama is incapable of protecting America’s interests overseas, and is directly responsible for the murders of 4 Americans in Benghazi and gun/missile running in the middle east
Obama is a threat to the national security of the United States as evidenced by his decisions on foreign policy and domestic safety…and his firing of a significant number of top military officers.
Obama has failed to implement the laws of the land, the primary example being immigration. Obama is gutting the laws of our land
The Vice President, cabinet, Speaker of the House and all of Congress know Obama is ineligible. They have lied as thick as thieves to preserve this secret. For these people, Amendment 25 saves their face…and ass temporarily. They know through their feeble ‘investigations’ of Obama’s gun running and the Benghazi cover up that Obama and his administration are lying. Obama has openly provided comfort, aid and shelter to our enemies, specifically the Muslim Brotherhood whose goal is the destruction of the United States.
For Obama, it ‘saves’ him –albeit temporarily–from charges of and the penalty for sedition and treason, from impeachment, from charges of deliberately polluting the Gulf of Mexico, and from a lengthy jail term and fine…and the associated ‘shame’ of being outed for who he truly is. He can still be ‘acting 44′ while his ‘disabilities‘ are never removed.
Let’s face it. Obama does not want the job, and his wookie wife and mother-in-law want out of the ‘dingy’ White House, made more dingy by their trashing of America’s history, beauty, accomplishments, and exceptionalism. On has to ask the question if Obama is even a sane man? Or if he is ever clean and sober. He looks stoned or high all the time to me.

Pat Caddell is right: WTF is wrong with the republicans and Mitt Romney’s campaign? This was Mitt’s race to lose, and Caddell believes he is losing.
Nowhere was this more evident than during the tragic death of a U.S. ambassador in Libya that was lied about for nine days, because the press and the administration did not want to admit it was a terrorist attack. “We’ve had nine days of lies over what happened because they can’t dare say it’s a terrorist attack, and the press won’t push this,” said Caddell. “Yesterday there was not a single piece in The New York Times over the question of Libya. Twenty American embassies, yesterday, are under attack. None of that is on the national news. None of it is being pressed in the papers.” Caddell added that it is one thing for the news to have a biased view, but “It is another thing to specifically decide that you will not tell the American people information they have a right to know.”
We can plea all we want for people to vote for Romney, but he needs to cooperate and start playing hardball. If Obama can stage a false flag that results in the deaths of Americans, and find the scapegoat, Romney can certainly step up to the plate and ask some hard questions of the press and Obama. This is what is meant by a mediocre campaign…its his to lose and he’s losing it. Only the massive support of the people and voting in the tens of millions are going to overcome the sure cheating by the Obama camp and those like Karl Rove who would like to preserve everything for the next Bush.
Silence on Obama’s Lack of Constitutional Eligibility
This is the biggest story of these last four years…and the Obama regime in collaboration with the lame stream media–including FAUX news, has successfully diverted attention from this by any number of false flags. Notice the timing of the assassination of the Ambassador falling shortly after Romney began his critique of Obama’s foreignness? And right after more information emerges about who funded Obama’s Harvard education and pressure upon Secretaries of State to reject the false nomination certificate promulgated by the Democrats? Obama surely has more false flags up his sleeve as part of his October playbook, continuing to divert attention away from his illegal occupation of the White House.
The only thing shocking in this, is Janet Napolitano and the host of Obama psycho creators expected more of these “too much reality” delusional orbs to be acting out, and they have not. Tavistock and flouride have kept the lid on, even if Obama was viewing the American Tea Party as this Joker group and why ABC and the media have been given talking points to point all in that Sarah Palin direction. There should be no doubt in anyone’s mind right now that the cabal-backed Obama regime will stop at nothing to win the 2012 election. The deliberate murder of innocent Americans is just part of the plan and is only masked by the way in which it is accomplished. Whether its from deliberately poisoning the Gulf of Mexico, “breitbarting” dozens of individuals, letting terrorists into the United States to bomb airplanes or Times Square, sending our soldiers into kill zones with bean bags as weapons, shooting up people in a grocery store parking lot or a theater, or allowing guns to walk to Mexico and back. This is a murderous regime that doesn’t even pretend to hide it any more.
Try to wrap your arms around this America: Americans are expendable, collateral damage, useless chattel to be herded into a corner and enslaved, jailed, shot, poisoned, or blown up. For the boys like Obama, Holder, Jarrett, and Naps Napolitano, the ends justify all means. And the end they seek is the end of America—a fundamental change where hope and change masked the intent to bind us in rope and chains.
That Eric Holder is Obama’s right hand conspirator in this effort is in perfect sync with Holder’s involvement in the Oklahoma City bombing, the first WTC bombing, Waco, Ruby Ridge, and the Elian Gonzales fiasco. None of this is by accident. Beginning with the usurpation of the Presidency, the foreigner in the White House is actively waging war against Americans. Stepping on the bodies of Americans is the only way he can lift his sorry ass.

Obama will make a personal inspection of the scene visit to Colorado to renew his call for destruction of the Second Amendment pay his respects to the victims. The Colorado Shooting: Who Paid for the $20,000 in Military-Grade Equipment?
It is very likely that the Colorado shooting was a false flag event…and by discussing it as such does not diminish the tragedy of the losses suffered there.
While the cabal was expecting most Americans to go into a period of grief counseling for those who lost their lives on July 20, some took a look at the suspicious reports immediately surfacing from the tragedy which indicates this was most likely a staged event.
How did a poor Ph.D. student who had trouble finding work get $20,000 dollars of military-grade equipment, including guns, tear gas, gas masks, body armor, and sophisticated devices to booby-trap his apartment?
Why didn’t anyone go after the shooter in the theater? Why didn’t anyone fight back? Aurora’s strict gun control laws prevent the concealed carry of weapons and provide strict registration requirements, but this did not prevent the shooter from legally buying guns and using them.

While Obama/Holder/Naps/Hillary will push for gun control, and the UN small arms treaty is up for HRC’s signature, the shooting in Colorado just reinforces the need for an armed citizenry. History is replete with examples of the millions of people killed by their governments upon the confiscation of hand guns and passage of laws banning them.
Yes, concealed carry laws are about trust. Law abiding citizens trust other law abiding citizens to carry concealed weapons responsibly. And just as 71-year-old Samuel Williams did what he saw as his duty in the Ocala Internet Café, perhaps saving the lives and property of a dozen or more innocent victims, if he had been seated in the front row of the theater in Aurora, Colorado we might not be mourning so many deaths today.

This is important in our day–if we are to chart the next path we must know, see, and seek the Truth.
We believe we live in a Constitutional Republic; how much more do we need to have happen to know that that Republic has been overthrown? We believe we may have been responsible in large part for the fall of our Republic. When will we know it and repent for this great loss? We know that Obama is ineligible for the presidency; Congress, the media, and the obots only believe he is eligible.
In matters of the spirit, of faith and the spiritual, there are many who say they are believers. But do you really know? The Disciples were believers, but had continuous doubt, until they saw Jesus risen from the dead in Galilee. They all died as martyrs as his witnesses on earth. And then there are examples , like the Centurion, of belief and faith so great that it led to knowing Jesus’ grace and mercy would be shown upon asking.
It has been said many times that America would not know how far adrift our Nation has become until there was some great economic collapse, something so dreadful that it would force coming face to face with that truth, with ourselves, and with the role we have played in bringing us to this point. Confusion, deception, ‘lying wonders’, mistruths are all the fabric of the last days. They center around rebellion and contempt.
Discernment is thus a necessary part of the ‘the whole of God’s armor‘ of our day. This extraordinary period we find ourselves in requires our presence as a discerning individual to see things as they are on the human and spiritual levels of existence. Note the two applications of ‘discern’ below:

It seems a spiritual and moral responsibility to learn and practice discernment as best as possible with regard to the events engulfing our lives. It takes faith and belief, which prescribe a set of standards by which one can trust the discernment revealed when you seek it.
It is the only way we understand what is going on and what we must ‘do’.
A Time of Great Deception and Necessary Discernment
The core of the Alinsky-based NWO tactic is to overwhelm–and that applies to the myriad of events, bad legislation, treaties, ideas, and information we are being bombarded with. On the NWO Chess Board
We have come to know that the Bushes are completely in the know about Obama’s illegitimate presidency and have covered it up. Now we hear that they also know of the intentional destruction of America, “beginning and ending with a ‘George W’. Was this a slip of the tongue exposing Obama, or the ‘signal’ to move the plan into place? With daddy Bush in the room, you know it is about the new world order that has taken over the United States, and “W” was bragging about his place in our history as a nation.
Interesting that Bush would say this as we have just finished quite a long post on Agenda 21 and have had no hesitation to link this to the New World Order and to the attacks on America from within and without our country.
I maintain that the usurpation of the presidency was an act of war by the New World Order, and here good ole’ W confirms it. Acts of war include replacing a legitimate president with an agent. And the stark reality of Obama is that he had John McCain, the republicans, the democrats, the Bushes, the media, and the military supporting this overthrow–without a shot being fired (if you discount the people murdered to pave the way for Obama, like Donald Young or Lt. Quarrels Harris).
They stand at every street corner.
“The Parallax Prophecies” predicts that if enough Americans don’t “Declare Their Open Resistance” to this rising pressure of anti-American actions by their government, the covert takeover of America by the United Nations, the central banks and the government of the United States of America will be ultimately successful. America will have been conquered from without and from within, without a shot being fired. The NWO is Exposed
Enslavement has been Obama’s hallmark since day one, where ‘hope and change’ pretty quickly moved into ‘rope and chains’. As he pulled the ‘big one’ off in America–the usurpation of the presidency–the shiny armor came off the fraud, and like the wizard of Oz all of his handlers have been exposed. The crimes undertaken by this regime point directly right back to them. They are too late in censoring the internet, as the information is out and about for everyone to see.
The NWO ASSet Obama has so exposed them, it is unlikely they can keep him in office without a major false flag event, flipping 30+ million votes, provoking a war abroad or a race/class war at home, assassinations, crashing the economy, or doing something to the Obamas to generate sympathy. Watch for the ‘scuffing’ of the Obama’s by their handlers, aka the NWO, blamed on someone inside the U.S. or a foreign country.
We know the NWO has their candidate already selected in case their plan for Obama goes south and the voters overwhelm the cheaters –Mittens Romney. If they truly were smart, they’d run another democrat who isn’t an obvious and odious marxist foreigner.
But I think Bush’s statement at the White House today is telling. My guess is that he gave the signal to “end it”. Who benefits from ‘an end’? The criminals of course, a very telling answer to the question of ‘who did it’?
For the record? I want Obama alive and able to testify. No more hiding behind dead bodies, sealed records, koolaid, drone attacks, Hollywood, and unsolved murders.
As we move from one dramatic diversion of Obama’s life story or unconstitutional antics to another, there is some very serious stuff going on in yours and my back yard. Its called Agenda 21—the stealth plan of the New World Order to inventory and control every piece of land in and the water supply of the United States.
Just walk down your street and you will see who all is involved in this ‘feel good’ plan:

local and national non-governmental organizations (NGO) involved in land, water or environmental issues
State and/or federal natural resource management agencies.

The NWO has provided the education for the ones who teach our children today from pre-school all the way through college and graduate school. Our law schools have already been infected with disdain for and ignorance of the Constitution, aka, limits placed on the federal government in the Constitution.
Article I Section 8, restricts the Congress to (a)”the commerce clause”, i.e., ‘regulating commerce’ with foreign nations, among the states, and with all the Indian Tribes’; and (b) to exercise its authority over the D.C. and lands purchased from the States for ‘necessary government buildings’. The word regulate means to ‘make regular’. The abuse of the Commerce Clause by Congress is manifested in increased regulation that fosters centralized control over natural resource management and use decisions. It is through this avenue of environmental and land use regulation that the NWO inserts Agenda 21 as the controlling paradigm for American communities, mega-regions, and bio-regions.

Barrack Obama has something to cry about. A legend in his own mind, a legend by the CIA, his tale is coming apart at the seams. He is no longer able to live in America undetected, with a background so nefarious, so much of a big lie, that no one at first dared to believe it. It is entirely plausible, in fact completely possible, that Barack Obama is a man that never was–pure fiction, created out of whole cloth. No records can be fixed enough in time found on the man, and anyone who has gotten even close is now either dead, in jail, in a psych ward, or a bought off false-patriot.
There are many who have alluded to Obama’s likely CIA origin…how else are we to explain the conspiracy of silence that confronts our serious questions, proper legal actions, millions of letters to the elected cowards of our system trying to raise the issue of Obama’s ineligibility for office? While I once thought Obama was the trojan horse, I now think that 911 was the trojan horse–if we could believe that a group of muslims did that damage, we would believe anything, including the fact that a foreigner now sits in the White House and the entire Constitution is on its head. Remember that the entire Al Queda apparatus was also a legend creation of the CIA.
As we have discussed in several posts on this blog, America was betrayed long ago by the bankers and international financiers whose main objective was to control the money of every society. In accomplishing their goals, they are the ones who brought us wars, political assassinations, the sinking of the Titanic and Lusitania, and propped up dictators on both sides of every single war that has befallen this earth.
Sixty years later, the same Wall Street bankers and oil magnates who supported Hitler and eventually needed to get rid of the Frankenstein monster they had created, faced a similar problem. Now the CFR conspirators were pushing hard to impose the New World Order upon the American people, and for this final, decisive phase of their plan, they need in the White House a psychopath — a Hitler, a Stalin, a Castro — who cannot sway or hesitate when the time comes for him to take the drastic decisions that this moment will require.
Obama was recruited by Brzezinski, as one of the major jobs of any Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) member is to recruit agents:
Barack Hussein Obama was perfect for the job. In the first place, he was a pot-smoking nonentity lacking in principles and ethics, not very clever and with an immense ego and ambition. CFR agents at the CIA proceeded to create a man that never was in order to sell it to the self-righteous, naive and gullible American public. To this effect, they falsified Barry Soetoro’s documents, including his birth certificate, social security card, school and university records, and places of residence. Of course, things like high school and college records are very difficult to falsify, because eventually somebody is going to check them against the original documents. Consequently, they froze Obama’s records to keep them out of the hands of researchers.

Probably one of the reasons that tipped the balance in Obama’s favor was that he was not born in America, and he profoundly hated everything American, particularly its Constitution and culture.
The knowing liar
The article from which I quote, Obama: The Man Who Never Was, (h/t Lame Cherry) is ruthlessly efficient in demonstrating how Obama can never be impeached, and is not necessarily a manchurian candidate, in the ‘classic’ sense. He never took the oath of office; he initially never lied about his birthplace–Kenya–although now he is caught up in the lie about Hawaii; he has never cited the pledge of allegiance properly. He can be prosecuted once he leaves office, if he ever leaves, but the entire crowd of cowardly politicians, the judiciary, the media are just as treasonous in their ignorance as those who outwardly commit assassinations and conspire to overthrow a country.
Desperation
In desperation to throw law enforcement in the name of Sheriff Joe Arpaio off his trail, Obama’s lawyers now claim his birth certificate is not relevant to his eligibility–because no state requires that proof specifically for his candidacy. Sort of a nice way to side-step it beinga forgery, eh? To pull this stunt now is what they had planned all along–convince the gullible Americans that being ‘born in the USA’ was the only significant factor in determining eligibility, and now force us to take his word for it. We Constitutionalists warned all of those who would latch on to, or choose to ignore, the birth certificate! “Natural born citizen’ does not mean ‘born in the USA’.
We know what natural born citizen means, and birth place is not the only determinant of that characteristic of Article II. Our cowardly Congress has failed to live up to that constitutional definition, and failed to properly disqualify Obama from that office despite numerous opportunities to do so. Those empty-headed men and women in black robes won’t hear the issue and delight in disparaging Americans. This is treason. Servando Gonzales:
The true guilty parties are the Congress, the Supreme Court, the Department of Justice and the sycophantic mainstream press for having relinquished their obligations to uphold the Constitution and address the legitimacy of the man currently residing in the White House.
The republicans don’t want to raise this issue, they just want to win the presidency so they can sweep it under the rug, hiding their own complicity in this matter. And it goes further back than Obama…think 911, think of what the CIA has gathered on each of the members of Congress.
And if Congress is so inept because the CIA has ‘the goods’ on them, what are they doing in office in the first place. Why do we keep electing these people?
It is time to call it what it is. Why continue to support this government? Why continue to elect traitors, or let the media lie? Boycott all of their advertisers, turn your backs on them wholly. We don’t need permission from any court of law–treasonous court of law–to begin to exert our God-given rights.
The usurper thought he could hide his true intentions, identity, and idiocy from the American people, but he has failed miserably. When one is so arrogant as to be transparent in his hatred of America, Americans and in particular, white people, one’s own shit eventually lands on one’s own head. Obama could never have made it without assistance, and those who have enabled this treachery are also now exposed and subject to criminal charges due to their mistake in releasing this menace upon America.

Obama was always a foreign student, took scholarship money and had his way paved for him…it is doubtful he wrote his own papers or got any grades for authentic work. By his own word, he was a foreign student. He told the postman. We don’t need the Occidental records, his Columbia Records, or his Harvard records. We know he is the worst kind of user.
Obama’s life has been a fiction of all the radical elements in America– the Weathermen Underground, aka Bill Ayers and the countless other jailed criminals who blew up federal buildings and killed policemen for fun, counterfeited hundreds if not thousands of fraudulent identities, arranged marriages of convenience, and created false selective service registrations and birth certificates –the latter a particularly specialized known practice of the WU as they wandered around graveyards and hung out at vital statistics offices around the country in the 1970′s
Obama is a foreigner and may never have been a U.S. citizen–by his own admittance his father was born british–and thus so was he–became Kenyan, and Obama was adopted by and became an Indonesian citizen. He never had a U.S. passport–otherwise Lt. Quarles Harris would still be alive. We don’t need to see the passport records, we already know.
Obama is betraying America through all of his actions–whether its giving secrets of our allies to his muslim brothers; killing our servicemen by illegally sending them into war and then disarming them; whispering on an open mic about his very obvious and treasonous plans to destabilize our own defenses
Obama is a serial liar who will stop at nothing to hide the truth about a gimmick meant to distract Americans from his fraudulent identity
Obama’s election strategy for 2012 will be to run against America–SCOTUS, Congress, Republicans, women, conservatives, white people, wall street–using the race card, false flags, and healthcare warfare, hoping to declare martial law when his thug supporters have caused enough flashmobs, murder and mayhem on American streets
Obama is loathed. Americans want to see him on trial for his crimes; his handlers probably want him out of the picture in a dramatic way that ensures their control.
The establishment republicans, the democrats, and the Congress are entirely complicit in this attack on America and do not have my consent to continue. They must all resign and be replaced starting now. Start your recall proceedings in each state now, and don’t forget to include the judicial cowards.

Just like wading into the dispute about a cop doing his duty in protecting one of his college flunkies buddies, he wades into the death of a teenager (never a white teen, of course, or hispanic or asian) without information, gives the go-ahead forfoments violence, and then leaves for another part of the world…to poop in their nest.

After the Georgia court’s decision, why not the militia?
Malihi is a traitor and has blatantly violated his OATH OF OFFICE, if you ever signed one. I call for his resignation from the bench. As reader Troy points out, however, Malihi left the door wide open for the case to go up to the U.S. Supreme Court, knowingly or not. When it gets before SCOTUS, we do expect them to rule in the Obutt’s favor, because to do otherwise would convict Chief Justice Roberts of treason for knowingly swearing in a usurper. That will be our signal.
In 1789, Thomas Jefferson warned that the judiciary, if given too much power, might ruin our Republic and destroy our rights:

Obama is going to have to flip more than 30 million votes to cheat his way back into the pResidency.
The stunning victory of the Constitutionalists over Barack Obama/Soetoro/Soebarkah in Georgia on January 26 was also a victory for the judicial system and the rule of law. No doubt the pressure on Georgia officials is significant so it is important to remind them of the support that exists for their courage.

Defiant Obama–nothing new, of course–blows it by not showing up, but when has he ever showed up even through his lawyers? He has dismissed all of us as just so much toilet paper, and his attack on the judiciary, the people, and the states will not stop with this positive ruling.
The Obama ballot challenge and the Article II SuperPac have had a considerable impact in beginning the process of outright removal of his name from the ballot and has the additional very important impact of raising awareness and doubt about Obama in the electorate. Rather demoralizing for the Obots, Congress, and the media to have spent their wad, ‘credibility‘, and resources defending a fake, fraud, liar, and criminal, don’t you agree? They will stay home, not vote, and ‘blame it on Bush’.
Its time now to go on the offense and cripple Obama in the states he needs to “win” the election. Some 130 electoral college votes are needed in the states of Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas, Ohio, and New York in order for Obama to give the appearance of have(ing) a chance of winning the 2012 election. Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state. And the Congress may by general laws prescribe the manner in which such acts, records, and proceedings shall be proved, and the effect thereof.
JUDGMENTS: EFFECT TO BE GIVEN IN FORUM STATE
In General
Article IV, Sec. 1, has had its principal operation in relation to judgments. Embraced within the relevant discussions are two principal classes of judgments. First, those in which the judgment involved was offered as a basis of proceedings for its own enforcement outside the State where rendered, as for example, when an action for debt is brought in the courts of State B on a judgment for money damages rendered in State A; second, those in which the judgment involved was offered, in conformance with the principle of res judicata, in defense in a new or collateral proceeding growing out of the same facts as the original suit, as for example, when a decree of divorce granted in State A is offered as barring a suit for divorce by the other party to the marriage in the courts of State B.
The English courts and the different state courts in the United States, while recognizing “foreign judgments in personam” which were reducible to money terms as affording a basis for actions in debt, originally accorded them generally only the status of prima facie evidence in support thereof, so that the merits of the original controversy could always be opened. When offered in defense, on the other hand, “foreign judgments in personam” were regarded as conclusive upon everybody on the theory that, as stated by Chief Justice Marshall, “it is a proceeding in rem, to which all the world are parties.”
The Obama ballot challenge must move now to these states as a new State Challenge Campaign, and those readers here in those states I would hope would immediately contact the Obama Ballot Challenge and the Article II SuperPac to initiate proceedings:
A State District Court filing of a Show Cause Order asking why the State of (x) should not honor the State of Georgia’s determination under the Full Faith and Credit Clause of the Constitution, addressed to the State Gov., Atty Gen., SoS , and State Election Commission/Board/Agency as Respondents is a logical next step. Already ballot challenges in Illinois and Alabama are underway, for 30 more electoral votes. If we raise enough awareness and enough challenges to make our state officials pay attention, Obama is going to have to flip more than 30 million votes to win the election.

And don’t forget Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse and the report due out in February. The justice department and individuals have threatened the Sheriff with removal and death, and are finally being held accountable. I doubt that Arizona will have an easy time of putting him back on the ballot, notwithstanding Governor Brewer’s lack of courage and membership in the usurper’s’ ‘council of governors‘.
We will not forget that everything Obama has signed as an illegal occupant of the White House has no effect in law. Think of the tens of thousands of people, including our soldiers, that have died under this illegality.
Section 2 of Article 4 states, in part:
The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.
A Person charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another State, shall on demand of the executive Authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having Jurisdiction of the Crime.
How correct it would be to have the charges against Obama in any state lead to the arrest and detainment of Obama? Would it stop his endless campaigning?
No Enthusiasm for the Usurper
Obama has already lost the youth vote to Ron Paul. There is no enthusiasm for the Obutt or Moose-hell anymore. Oh, and they’ll have to arrest the OWS people first before they declare martial law, as the Patriots will be at home keeping our power dry. And there is nothing more ugly than the left scorned. We told you Obots, you’re the first ones to be detained under martial law.

That video about Romney was put out by a Newt SuperPAC, and it’s name is based on the book Gingrich published “Winning the Future: A 21st Century Contract With America” in May of 2006. I just verified it at Amazon, and remember when the WH came out with their WtF slogan, Hot Air was all over the stupidity of it, not least of which it plagiarized the Gingrich title.
Thanks to reader Troy, we have to consider that the whole republican field is another set-up and illusion of an election, where Romney will be the nominee and he will lose to Obama. Please study the comments and this video, and think long-term. The ‘surge’ of this republican or that one is just what it is: a mirage to make us think we have a choice. While you may not like Ron Paul, I do not believe he is a part of this as are Gingrich, Santorum, Perry, and Huntsman. Cain presented the illusion of a threat and had to be eliminated by innuendo. Huntsman dropped out and endorsed Romney. Will Bachman be the next traitor to show her part of this charade? )
The notion that Mitt Romney routinely makes statements lacking a factual basis should not come as a surprise to anyone who has followed the campaign. On the left, Paul Krugman has marveled that no other candidate has ever “lied so freely, with so little compunction.” On the right, The American Conservative‘s Daniel Larison wondered about why he lies, concluding that the former Massachusetts governor is “so contemptuous of the people he tells lies to that he never thinks he will be found out.”
Sounds just like Obama…so much contempt for America that he willingly lies.
Alarm bells should be ringing in everyone’s ears when Karl Rove, the establishment RINOs, GHW Bush, and democrats ‘praise’ Mitt Romney, or in the case of Nancy Piglosi, jeer at the republicans for their infighting over him.
Mitt Romney can’t climb above 25% in public opinion polls (to the extent that those are believable, it’s actually probably less than 25%), is endorsed by losers and NDAA sponsors like John McCain, and has been running for president for five years. He’s playing it safe, trying to ‘look presidential’ and ‘grown-up’ and demonstrates his deception with every word he speaks. His campaign slogan is deception pure and simple: ‘let’s fight for the America we love” (?)
While trying to run as a “CEO”, and ‘someone who has been in business’, and ‘knows how to create jobs’, let’s hear about Mitt Romney’s “creative destruction” of American business and jobs (h/t Bill):
Can you hear the guffaws as Romney lied in last night’s debate saying “get rid of Obamacare”? Like the guffaws in the film above when he said that the money in corporations goes to the people? Can you hear the democrats focusing on Romney’s corporate savagery as a convenient distraction from Obama’s savaging of America?
There are no degrees of separation between Obama and Romney. They both think they are entitled to the presidency, and they both have the media doing everything in their power to enable the continued destruction of the Constitution. The rinos, dinos, Rovians all want Romney to be the nominee because he will lose to Obama….and if by some miracle he wins, so that the continued theft of America and destruction of the Constitution will escalate.
By the way, did you notice that a questioner in the South Carolina debate asked Romney about his father being born outside the United States, and segued that into a discussion of immigration? Do you notice they will never ask what a ‘natural born citizen’ is? How many of us tweeted that question to be totally ignored? The media and republicans are scared to death of that subject.

The true intention of the GOP, their candidates, their minions, and their so-called “Tea Party”–yes, Tea Party, the GOP now owns you– have become so clear in the last two years–they all want the current corrupt system to remain the same. Aside from the corruption, the blindness, and the ignorance, I conclude they’ve forgotten entirely what this Country is supposed to be about, and who makes a true leader. Its like rearranging the chairs on the deck of the Titanic.
Here is a reminder of the kind of person a true Constitutionalist, a true Conservative and a true American should vote for.

Do NOT tell me you are a ‘constitutional conservative’ and vote for Romney, Gingrich, Santorum, Huntsman, or Bachman. They are wolves in elephant’s clothing. Ah yes, Miss Tea Party Bachman voted for the NDAA…so I guess you’ll have your Tea Party organization inside the FEMA camps?
The conservatives who have found themselves in intentional ignorance are about to find out that their actions betray their children, the future, and America.
Both houses of the United States Congress have become a cesspool of corruption, crony capitalism, and a life-long political class that has nothing to do with the Constitution or with protecting America. Members of Congress enjoy jacking off in their private saunas and steam baths which only they would call ‘hallowed space‘; voting themselves pay raises; keeping their salary and benefits for life,and otherwise destroying America to benefit only themselves. Where else can you go from negative net worth to multi-million dollars of net worth in a year? You can count the principled members of Congress on the fingers of one hand.
And where else could the tacit approval for the Obama usurpation of the presidency be enabled, and still planned? Throw in the corrupt Supreme Court and judiciary, unaccountable agency heads, and billions of dollars and bribes from the banks and corrupt foreign nationals like George Soros, and the stench of the cesspool becomes overwhelming.
We don’t need an amendment to the Constitution to balance the budget, we need to hold Congress to its 18 enumerated powers and their oath of office. Cross the line and they should be forever barred from running for any office again. Tell me where in this world does a person receive their full salary and benefits for life, after serving only one term in what should be the hallowed occupation of a citizen legislator? By our own hands and lack of attention, we have created the most corrupt group of people in the world. I point a finger at Congress and three fingers point back at me.
We don’t need an Article V Constitutional Convention because its not the framework of the Constitution that is broken, it is the people who inhabit its positions. And they will always have to be reminded that it is not the people who are in rebellion, it is the government that is in rebellion against the people and the Constitution.
It is also true that we cannot rely on Congress to reform itself. Why should they? Most of them have never had a real job in their lives so they know nothing about ‘reform’ except ‘reforming’ their responsibilities so they benefit.
Here are a few ideas to literally remake those who serve the people:
Pass a law at the state and federal level–if need be an amendment–that any time the deficit exceeds 3% of gross domestic product, all members of Congress are ineligible for re-election.
Forbid Congress to raise its own salary and mandate pay raises be the lower of the CPI or 3% per term of office (2 or 6 years).
Reduce the Congressional work period to nine months, with appropriate salary reductions, and limit any deal making or legislating to the hours of 7 am to 5 pm, the normal working period of Americans. No voting on anything between the hours of 5 pm and 7 am.
Require Congress to spend the three remaining months of each year in their districts performing community service, meeting with state legislatures, and learning from constituents–without pay or paid at minimum wage.
Half the Congressional staff.
Enact term limits at every level, including staff
Reduce Congressional office budgets and forbid free postage, travel, and first class upgrades for all members of Congress and their staff.
Require members of Congress to justify each and every vote and their compliance with the eighteen enumerated powers.
Forbid life-long appointments in the entire judiciary, substituting instead a term of ten years with required evaluations for any reinstatement.
Reinstate the original 13th amendment and forbid lawyers or those with other titles of nobility to serve as members of Congress.
There are plenty of other ideas…please use this thread to propose them.

As reinforced by so many here, we must get control of our monetary system as the illegality of the Federal Reserve, the Congress, and the usurper promises to ruin America and the world.
We are in an impoverished state now, having lost God’s protection–willed it away in fact—by generations of unthinking Americans who used this gift of America to get their way, ignoring the political, national, and historic ramifications of losing it all to the Rothschilds and Rockefellers. They simply don’t care and think the wealth they’ve built up will save them. Our enemies include these unthinking lost souls.
We keep falling into the same patterns, pinning our hopes on this candidate or that one, not recognizing they are all flavors of the same poison soup, and being fooled and cajoled once again into being dupes. The scenario that is played is thus: even if Ron Paul wins the republican primary, Obama will have his second term, the Congress will be “lost” to the Republicans–the rino globalists–and the enslavement of America is a done deal.
This alarms me so deeply that I too am beginning regular fasting and praying for our Nation…it will be as routine as getting up every day. Our losses are great, my compatriots.

A question: how do these videos change your views on how we must proceed?
Obama has waged nothing but war since he usurped the office of the Presidency on January 20, 2009. It has been a war on Americans, America, our allies, the Constitution, and the foundations of our Nation. As his foreign agenda has become clear, he is waging war against all Arab regimes, murdering, assassinating, and bombing innocents with the sole purpose of destabilizing whole regions of the world.
It is world-wide community organizing agitation on steroids, and to boot, run by a narcissistic dictator who knows absolutely nothing except how to murder. In the process Obama has cheapened the meaning of the “Peace Prize” and destroyed any chance at peace.
Aside from hoping to get a poll boost, or to distract from ‘fast and furious’ and his profound ineligibility for the office he now occupies, Obama’s “end” to the Iraq war has as its primary goal further destabilization of the region. Think about it…strategically all that is left now is for Iran to move on Iraq and to join forces with the sharia dominated Libya. Obama and Clinton’s goal now must be the destabilization of Saudi Arabia. They will keep poking and funding the muslim brotherhood in Yemen and Syria until Saudi Arabia is completely surrounded.
And then they can have their goal of murdering Israel…with blood on their hands and dripping from their fanged teeth.
What was in Clinton’s briefcase when she went to ‘support’ the murderous muslim brotherhood in Libya, or to “meet the rebels” in Syria? Millions of dollars and promises of American NATO bombing runs with indiscriminate killing; a ‘wish list’ of who to assassinate, and a timeline to get this done in time to help Obama stave off an overwhelming election defeat.
This blog is fast coming to the view that Ron Paul is our only hope now to begin to restore the Constitution. We must lose the empire to save the Republic, and we must lose the entire Congress as not a one can be counted on to stop this.

For most of the republican presidential candidates, there must be an unspoken deal to not raise his eligibility or social security number issue. Oh sure, they all ‘go after’ Obama, but it is all scripted. I would say its not all bout ridicule, its more about being part of the problem, aka, complicit, aka Misprision of Treason or Felony.
Those who potentially have not been bought out, say Bachmann or Paul, I’m guessing they’ve been threatened, perhaps personally or perhaps by the specter of false flags on American soil.

Of course, I support the Tea Party. It would be downright un-American not to support this citizens’ movement for constitutionally accountable government. The Tea Party is as all-American as it gets. Tea Party patriots stand for government according to the Constitution and have risen in response to the current administration’s “Can we get away with it? Yes, we can!” style of authoritarian rule that is killing our economy and guilefully stealing our freedom. Liberty lost is no small thing and I applaud these citizens for their valiant stand.
My last post on the nature of the attack on and extreme threat to the United States posed by the constitutionally ineligible imposter named Obama suggests that this event is now more than just a law enforcement issue, it may also be a military matter. The politicians have all the weapons in their hands and our money, the FED continues to wreak additional havoc…and the line has been crossed where ordinary citizens cannot carry the burden alone… although we will if we have to because we are Americans who love our Country. The call has been placed and the alarm sounded to begin this process of removing Obama.

As it turns out, the real poverty is in the minds, hearts, actions, morality, and intent of the political class.
Poverty remains an issue of serious social concern, but accurate information about that problem is essential in crafting wise public policy. Exaggeration and misinformation about poverty obscure the nature, extent, and causes of real material deprivation, thereby hampering the development of well-targeted, effective programs to reduce the problem…
…However, if the goal is greater income redistribution—rather than policies that precisely and effectively target those truly in need—then big numbers matter a lot. Liberal activists continue to insist that very large numbers of Americans live in severe deprivation.
This is no accident. The interlocking assertions that poverty is widespread, affecting one in seven Americans, and that the poor live in desperate conditions are both ideologically necessary for the Left. Together, they provide justification for policies to greatly expand the welfare state and further “spread the wealth.” But if one or both assertions proves to be untrue, the impetus for expanding the welfare state is greatly undermined.
If we are to speak truth to power, we have to challenge every assumption lie they are using to change the fundamental fabric of our society. Then again, these scoundrels may have power, but they have no authority to change our country.
In the last several days I’ve been reviewing film series, documentaries and news casts for the hidden signs of the the new world order and the deeper causes of the spiritual and moral war we are in right now…manifesting as a Constitutional struggle in our lands.
Not only are these subliminal symbols and messages in rampant use in Hollywood, every TV series, and music videos, the forward conditioning message of these shows assault our senses with an intense narrative that replaces reality. The invasion is deep, mocking every effort to expose the truth.
What initially stunned me about Obama was his contempt for America. And through these years, it is evident how much the left disdains America…and then we find that this is the strategy to get us to hate ourselves.

There is more than enough information on Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility to begin to bring this message home to the people of the United States. Social security fraud, birth certificate fraud…these things people understand. People also know that a dual citizen may not be president of the United States.
