At a time when we should be looking up, waiting for the return of our Lord and Savior, we look up and see chemtrails…those disgusting stripes of chemicals in the sky that everyone says are just jet contrails. Yeah, tell me another one please. This is all part of a design to forever break us from our Creator, to replace God with the false god of government, and money; fortune and fame. And to poison us.
Acts of courage today involve telling the truth, and seeking the truth. Many will willingly be deceived; many will continue to play politics with people’s lives and just say, ‘that’s the way it is’.
In the last several months, I have had the privilege of working with some very courageous people who took on a freight train bearing down on their neighborhoods, families, livelihood and personal health. Awakening all has been a matter of putting up with charges of ‘racism’, of ‘being unreasonable’, of being ‘radicals’, being ‘stupid and confused’, of not knowing how the game was played. Their perseverance stopped that train—but only for a couple of years. As it turns out, the freight train had a bunch of cars attached to it–the new world order, agenda 21, the federal land and water grab, the destruction of individual sovereignty, and the control of all the means of production of all the people–regardless of politics. And now, there is time to expose the true story behind this freight train–and its enablers. This was an improbable story, a victory, and all praise is to God, as His Will will be done.

Why are we pretending? Pretending that elections in 2014 might change things, that elections in 2016 could too?
Indeed,why are we pretending that we need more research to ‘really’ know what is going on? Or who Obama ‘really is’? Or that the so-called republicans and so-called democrats are really the same party? Or that the theft of our nation has been going on since at least 1871?
With lightening speed those of us ‘behind’ in our learning caught up pretty quickly in the last five years, often learning about the ‘old timers’ who have been awake for many years longer than we have. This is a good thing, and, there comes a time when all this learning must be put into action. As I review my own learning it seems I have crossed new thresholds as an ‘innocent’ study of the Constitution in 2009 produced over 700 articles where the initial topic of Obama’s usurpation turned into a full-fledged ‘seeing the forest from the trees’. In 2013 I am in a profoundly different place on many levels.
What now is my affirmative duty as an American? I think you would agree that it is almost impossible to ‘sit still’ with the information you now have…it is true that we must keep educating but have we run out of time for the willingly blind or fence sitters to ‘wake up’? throwing pearls after swine..those who are not listening cannot or will not…they have been deceived sometimes willingly.
As we complete the second month of the new year, I am inspired, as are perhaps you, to reflect, learn, and make a plan for my own work in doing my job as an American, exercising the revolutionary right we have as in ourDeclaration of Independence:
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.–Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.
The States right now might just as well be are colonies of the federal government, which has abandoned the restraints that We the People set out in our revolutionary founding. The Second Amendment was designed for this moment, when the government became tyrannical, stationed troops in the homeland, and taxed the without representation. Is it any wonder that it is under attack, as the last bastion of our defense, and that they will kill to ensure it happens?
Americans who are alert have exercised restraint; it is those who are unaware that squander the moment. While governments should not overturn for any light reason, the Declaration reminds us of our weaknesses:
… all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
As we deeply reflect on the status of our Nation and the government that has come to control it, its deep roots and multiple tools, does anyone have any question in their mind about what is our duty from hereon out? Do we need any more debates, analyses, evidence about Obama and the entire government’s complicity in the takeover by a foreign ‘agent’? How about on the role of the banksters and international financiers, debt, government growth, taxes, or slavery of citizens? How about the growth of the police state surrounding us?
We face a Constitutional Crisis unknown except at our founding. What is our Affirmative Duty as Americans knowing what we do about our government?
Time and history would assert that it is our Constitutional duty now to act in the affirmative defense of our Constitutional Republic through the dismantling the illegal government that exists right now and establishing new Guards for our future security.

As far as the problems confronting us as Americans, our advantage is we now know the ‘thinking that was used to create the kind of problems we face’. We have their names, organizations, connections, and what they control. We know what their tools are, including these horrific false flags involving the murder of Americans here and abroad. It is a sobering understanding in the context of what our duty is as Americans today. Our enemies are ruthless and will stop at nothing to achieve their goals.
And we outnumber them. We are ‘armed’ with a lot more than a weapon in our own defense, and now suddenly, our offense. Think about and gather from that. Each one of us that are awake has a gift to give to this struggle, and our affirmative duty individually is to find it and use it. In our lifetimes this is uncharted territory that involves a combination of pushing back, nullifying on a personal, community and state-wide level, and creating new Guards for our future security.
But as we do step up, I believe we have a duty as Americans to do so with certain guidelines:
Check your ego at the door. If you can’t lead without being acknowledged as ‘the leader’, then step down. Your personal ego has nothing to do with rescuing our Nation. This is not about you, it is about God, and Country, and Family…in that order.
Stop the scare-mongering. Does fear mongering with all the ‘insiders’ get you new ratings? Lots of visitors to your radio, TV show or blog? Then stop it. Think about how fear mongering stifles action, thought, reasoned dialogue, developing of plans, and creates confusion. Satan is the father of lies, confusion, and fear. Fear is what satan wants, because it paralyzes. The opposite of fear is FAITH.
Stop the game-playing. So you’re a politician and think you’ve got the upper hand because you are one? So you think you’re smarter than the average bear? Prove it. Dare to show your humanity, be creative in solving problems, not creating new ones or new classes of victims. Be creative, not destructive. If you are creating destruction, you’ve only proven how stupid, obtuse, and uninformed you are. Get over yourself.
All the laws, executive orders, bad legislation, ignorance, threats, and drones have no intrinsic value or worth except by those who want to control what they cannot. The authors of these actions have no idea that they are cutting their own throats. We have no obligation to follow them whatsoever: they have lost the consent of the people. More than a year ago I wrote a series of posts regarding the rise of liberal fascism in the United States. Part of that work involved the examination of the role of science in the development of the ‘progressive‘ Marx-based ideology in the United States, and how social Darwinism undermined the Constitution beginning with President Woodrow Wilson. But the misnomer here, perhaps the diversion, is that social Darwinism is Marxism. Marx found Darwin’s work to be the ‘proof’ that the ideology he espoused–communism–was the true and necessary direction or evolution of society.
Darwin’s theory of evolution had no real scientific underpinning save a few observations. Evolution was seen as a materialistic process, a survival of the fittest over scarce resources. Thus conflict was the necessary ingredient of survival, and it was central to evolution. When applied to communism, this ‘struggle’ or ‘conflict’ became a dialectic, or
any systematic reasoning, exposition, or argument that juxtaposes opposed or contradictory ideas and usually seeks to resolve their conflict through ‘reason’.
But the only reasoned outcome of a debate between communism and capitalism is that capitalism fails and gives way eventually to communism…through materialism, survival of the fittest, through conflict.

If we wish to think seriously about government there are certain basic questions we must ask. For example, we need to figure out how legitimate governments are established, or to put it in slightly different terms, we have to ask, “What is the foundation of legitimate political authority?” ~ Center for Civic Education
More than one hundred years before the Founders developed the Constitution for the united States, philosopher John Locke articulated the foundation for a government of, by and for the people. By looking at the problem from the vantage of viewing what life would be like without government, Locke called man in this state as being in a state of nature,
and argued that it “has a law of nature to govern it which obliges everyone, and reason, which is that law, teaches all mankind who will but consult it, that being all equal and independent, no one ought to harm another in his life, health, liberty or possessions….”
This state antedates any form of government, yet guides the purpose of government and the extent of its political authority. Fundamentally, it also provides the reason why a people would leave such a state of nature to form a government.
Locke held that the inalienable rights of individuals form the basis of all rightful governments. According to him, individuals possess these rights simply by virtue of their humanity… The authority exercised by governments is exercised on the basis of the consent of the governed and they consent to the exercise of that authority in order to acquire security for their natural rights to life, liberty and estate.
The rest is our history, you know. The thirteen independent sovereign states joined together to create our government whose purpose is to secure our natural rights. The law that empowered that government was the Constitution. They chose liberty and formed a government to secure it.
Government exists only with the consent of the governed and pursuant only to government officials’ lawful exercise of their duties under the Constitution and their oath of office:
“I, AB, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.” (not ‘so help me Allah‘…)
In the context of the original design and foundation of the Constitution, every single act, decision, expenditure of funds, declaration of war, and economic policy by the Obama administration, the Federal Reserve, and the 111th and 112th Congress is null and void. Obama is ineligible and the Congress has abrogated its responsibilities.
The only Constitutional authority held lawfully in the United States today is held by We the People in and of the States.
Well, the darkest hour has arrived, and the line in the sand is bright for all to see. It will be even a longer time before the light of day if we don’t start taking action now.

Obama went too far in exposing the true moral bankruptcy of the American left and the progressive agenda–the destruction of the American Constitution and sovereignty. The democratic brand is finished.

Opening the Back Door to the Obama Eligibility Lock Down
The Courts, Congress and for the most part the Mainstream Media have effectively closed the door to any serious legal challenges to Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility. That is about to change.
Unknowingly Esquire Magazine has opened the door to have the evidence of fraud presented in a federal court when they wrote in their satire disclaimer about their story about Joe Farah pulling Jerry Corsi’s book off the shelves, “(a)re its author and publisher chastened? Well no. They double down, and accuse the President of the United States of perpetrating a fraud on the world by having released a forged birth certificate. Not because this claim is in any way based on reality, but to hold their terribly gullible audience captive to their lies, and to sell books. This is despicable, and deserves only ridicule.”
Joe Farah, Jerry Corsi and WND.com, now have the unique opportunity to present to the world the evidence that the document is in fact a fraud. And there is nothing Esquire or Obama can do to stop it. Since Obama will not be mentioned as a defendant, he has no cause to have his wonderful government lawyers intervene, in fact his personal lawyers can not do anything. The fact is Obama simply will be told what we have been told, he has no standing. Divine justice is not only just, it is sweet.
What can Esquire do? The only option they have is to settle out of court, but that requires all parties to agree and for some reason I do not think Joe is going to settle out of court for any price. Perhaps all those nasty things the left been saying about him are true, you know that he is (OMG) a Christian! And you all know the motto of those pesky Christians, “and the truth will set you free.” I think Joe will go for the truth instead of the money.
Joe will establish that he has reasonable doubt of the April 27, 2011 release of the so-called long form birth certificate and have those experts that he has published testify to this fact. Come to think of it, thanks to Esquire this action will give WND the right to get a federal court order for the original birth certificate on file with the Hawaii Department of Health to have it examined to substantiate their claim that the document produced on April 27th is in fact a forgery and that Esquire is intentionally lying about it to damage the reputations of Joe Farah, Jerry Corsi and WND.
Saul Alinsky said ridicule is the best weapon, and this is what Esquire Magazine tried to do to Farah, Corsi and WND, but it only works on those with no or little courage.
Esquire made a blunder with the initial article, and perhaps all Joe Farah had to sue them over is trying to restrict the sale of Jerry Corsi’s book. Okay at best that might cost Esquire a couple of million, but then they screwed the proverbial pooch and said Joe was intentionally lying about the birth certificate being a fraud to scam the WND audience. This just cost the media their blackout on the facts, this is priceless.

For more than fifteen (15) years, the American people have petitioned the government for redress of grievances only to be turned away time and again while they continue to do what they please.
The Supreme Court passed down a decision in 1984 that said,
“Nothing in the First Amendment or in this Court’s case law interpreting it suggests that the rights to speak, associate, and petition require government policymakers to listen or respond to communications of members of the public on public issues”.
The right to petition under the First Amendment does not impose an obligation on the federal government to respond to citizens, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has ruled.
In We the People Foundation, Inc. v. United States, decided May 8, the court relied on two Supreme Court cases, Smith v. Arkansas State Highway Employees, 441 U.S. 463 (1979) and Minnesota State Board for Community Colleges v. Knight, 465 U.S. 271, 286 (1984). Both concerned public-employee grievances.
This case was appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court but certiorari was denied.
Is it any wonder then, that the political class would take this decision as a green light to do whatever they want and laugh in our faces about it? Less than a week away from one of the first most important elections of our lifetimes–the next one being 2012– I take one more deep breath because the revolution moves to a new level shortly thereafter. Reflecting on the learning in the last three years–all the things we were never taught in school nor from our ‘government’ but learned through frantic research–the statement above confirms the crucible confronting our Nation.
First, we know clearly that the ineligible Obama is indeed psychologically and emotionally challenged, and second, that he is a puppet likely controlled by the New World Order.
I assert that the key information the NWO has on Obama is evidence of his birth place and citizenship; the true identity of his parents; and his so called ‘education’ and training. Otherwise why spend millions of dollars and covertly/overtly collude with the media and Congress? There is a huge financial investment in Obama.
Like something burning deep underground but heating the surface, only recently uncovered by the foot steps and clearing of ten thousand Patriots, we are removing the leaves, sand, burlap, and rocks to observe it fully, studying the patterns and feeders of the fire. There is no question that Soetoro/Obama fits the banking elite’s preferred profile perfectly, which both incapacitates him to lead our country and allows his controllers to ensure he does what they tell him to do, lest certain key information is released or ‘events’ happen.
In this regard, does this report on Obama, or this on Michelle feel timed? “Leaks” of information from ‘insiders’ NWO spies remind the puppets of who is in control; these become pearls of information that let Patriots know about Obamas’ disabilities and that they are a pair of choreographed puppets. A key question here would then be, ‘if ‘x’ is happening to Obama, what is going over at ‘y’, or behind the scenes?
Washington D.C. (UPI). An estimated three million Americans arrived in the U.S. capitol today, including several Governors and state legislators, and together with tens of thousands of bicyclists, at least 30,000 semi tractor trailers, and thousands of buses, literally shut the capitol down. Federal workers, warned of this event in advance, were not affected as more than 3/4 of the federal workforce stayed home.
The protesters called themselves ‘The Republic’, representing the U.S. Constitution and its form of government. Seizing the day, “The Republic” called out the current government as “renegade”, runaway government without the consent of the governed. It was helpful to point out that Obama’s secret service name is ‘renegade’.
The massive crowd and vehicles surrounded the Capitol, the White House, Supreme Court, and the Pentagon with the singular intent of calling for the investigation, indictment, and arrest of Barack Obama. While many were calling for impeachment, all were united behind the now common knowledge around the world that Barack Obama is an impostor and an illegal immigrant to the country, who seized power with the help of the Rothschilds and key government officials who were purchased and took thirty pieces of silver to betray the country.

The Framework for Revolution
The Declaration is the enabling document that gave rise to the construction of the Constitution, through which we the people united as independent states to form a government and organize its powers in a way that seemed most likely to effect our safety and happiness. Thus the organization of three branches of government with checks and balances, and the enumeration of powers of each of the branches.

It is our time as Americans now, our responsibility, and our calling. In 2009, you either woke up or you didn’t. In 2010, the tide will turn, not only because it has to, but because liberty has awakened in America. We see the bright of the day in Patriots’ eyes; the only light our opponents see is the single, steady light of a train coming straight at them at high speed.
Fall has changed to winter here seemingly overnight, as I gather all the gloves, scarves, and hats I can find to break the whistling wind. I look out the window, through the gray now November sky…our flag is still there…in fact, I see more and more American flags every day. Storefronts, automobiles, pins, hats, and patches on jackets. Americans, hanging on, getting ready.
This is a picture of the conditions during the dust bowl of the 1930′s…a familiar time of the people fearing the government. During the last few months of Texasdarlin’s blog, this photo (or one similar) was on her header. To me it was a warning as well, a coming storm, to which she passionately worked on exposing. Not just the birth certificate and citizenship, but ACORN, Odinga, the DNC, so many contributions.
If you look closer at the photograph and I bet you can outline some faces that are bringing the same kind of chaos to America today.
I am pleased to present, with permission of the author, the original private letter written to friends and colleagues in early June of this year warning of the gathering storm America is facing. The letter made such an impact that it was soon circulated nation-wide with various additions not in the original letter.

When the storm finally hits (and it will), those of you who supported the Obama administration will be affected as well. It won’t just be us gun owners or Fair Taxers, or Pro-Lifers that get hit. You’ll be right there next to us.
From the Naples News, the ’2009 Affirmative Action Nobel Peace Prize’
I assert that this award is an affirmative action award which favors his candidacy over more qualified applicants by virtue of his race and socialist politics. I hope that the other candidates for this year’s award are righteously offended by this egregious decision and would be prepared to publicly express their chagrin. I would also hope that right-thinking U.S. citizens will also decry this cheapening of a once noble and important international award.
There were more than 200 nominations for the Nobel Peace Prize this year, all of them more qualified than Obama. The Nobel Committee, in my view, has rewarded Obama for being anti-American and a socialist.
Now let’s cleanse the palate and remember who the true heroes are that fought for our Nation.

There is a revolution brewing in this country, but it is not a call to arms, it is a call to thought. There will be no bloodshed, there will be no violence and there will be no secession. There will simply be a return to the promise of this country and the beauty of its simplistic yet profound message: that all men are created equal and that all men have unalienable rights that include the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness ensured through adherence to a system of government known as a Constitutional Republic that is for and by the people. Oh how those of you in the government have strayed, but how easy it will be for the American People to return to that promise and guarantee because we will heed the call to thought.
