The Crossing

©2009 drkate

On the long drive home Tuesday night, over a 10,000 foot pass, and through the crisp autumn air with the windows rolled down, I thought of the bridge we Patriots are building from the past, through now, and to the future.

Each investigative article, each network exposed, each politician disrobed, each strategy identified, is a crossing: a barrier understood and overcome, the elements of strategy appearing. We have used the timbers of our research, investigative skills, and our networking ability, to lay the foundation for the crossing. In the process we have grown as individuals, as a community of Patriots, and as Americans.

The Obama Unraveling

©2009 drkate

It appears that the more ‘deadpan’ Obama is about a subject, like ACORN, Bill Ayers, Jeremiah Wright and communism, the more he is actually involved.  This is a useful tool as we realize he has been mum about the czars, the true intent of his foreign travels, and so many other facets of his ‘administration’ of government.  He seems to be blowing smoke, but there is fire behind it.

Shining a light on any of these areas begins to unravel the Obama machine, as it was a contingency they had not planned on: the American people waking up.  If the public disgust to the Obama-democratic health insurance plan scam is “Obama’s waterloo”, then the reaction to the bilking of taxpayers through ACORN will make the wheels fall off his Cloward-Piven wagon.

I found this piercing article about the Cloward-Piven strategy, the role of ACORN, and the connection to Obama over at American Daughter Media Center.  Author Jim Simpson proposes an amazing chart which begins to show the net that holds the Obama machine together:

“Diamonds on the soles of her shoes”

©2009 drkate

I was talking with a friend today about our long journey to restoring our Constitutional Republic, and the many roads, trails,  and trials which lay ahead of us.

But we remembered, too, that the love held in our hearts for Country, and the principles we hold dear to, are like ‘diamonds’…on the soles of our shoes.  They don’t wear out…the road is long, but they don’t wear out.

Diamonds are produced by fire and pressure over time.  Keep the fire burning, and keep the pressure up!  For your viewing pleasure:

“ACORNS toasting on an open fire…”

©2009 drkate

acornI know it’s a little early to be thinking about roasted toasted chestnuts acorns on an open fire, with ‘jack frost nipping at the air’ and all, but that song came to mind with the most recent revelations of more investigations and indictments of ACORN. This is especially important in the context of  recent posts on the application of RICO, the racketeering act, to ACORN’s activities.

The key will be to connect the dots–the pattern of corruption the organization demonstrates across state lines.  Hiring primary thugs to be bussed across state lines for intimidation purposes, or fraudulent voter registration is part of this interstate criminal enterprise.

It is ripe for a federal investigation, and we will see if AG Eric Holder “Holdback” stifles any investigation brought forth.  And we will also find out where Patrick Fitzgerald may come out on this, as the ACORN issue appears to have makings of bringing down Al Capone Barack Obama and underlings.

THE END GAME

Introduction by drkate

In the long battle to determine the eligibility of Barack Obama under Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution, there are many unsung heroes whose work has articulated, in great detail, the basis for constitutional eligibility, the proven the forgeries of documents, and the fraudulent methods Obama has used to avoid proving himself.

One of these heroes is jbjd, who has spent months researching and articulating various legal strategies to get at the issue of eligibility.  While several high profile cases and authors have used jbjd’s work, few have actually applied the information correctly; some cases have been dismissed as a result, and some authors have missed entirely that key recommendations are  state-specific, type of client- specific and not applicable on a nation-wide basis.

After many months of arduous research, and several key related articles,  jbjd has zeroed in on a viable strategy for citizens of specific states to implement.   I am pleased to present this must read article, in the hopes that a reader out there will pick this up and run with it!

THE END GAME

Just because none of us knows whether Barack Obama is a Natural Born Citizen does not mean, he is not a Natural Born Citizen; but if a state Attorney General supports charges of election fraud against the Democratic Party for swearing he is a Natural Born Citizen without ascertaining whether this is true, this does mean, he should be facing Articles of Impeachment.

Tyranny in America, Part I

©2009 drkate

(Author’s Note.  This is the first of two essays discussing the strategies, tactics, and patterns of the assault on the U.S. Constitution.  This first article examines the attack on our foundational principles: individual liberty and limited government for the people.  The second article looks at the patterns common to the assault on Articles I-V of the Constitution by the Executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government.)

What can we see?

Dec20LibertIsleReOpensLrgFlag

The discussion on this blog related to the U.S. Constitution has been undertaken to discuss its enduring application to the problems and opportunities of today.  It is also intended to shine  an intense and relentless spotlight in that place and on those objectives now illegally occupied by Obama and enabled by the  socialist/fascist democrats and RINOs.

Stepping back from the details of the Constitution, the pattern is illuminated: the systematic attack on the Constitution, and how it is enacted through raw power, the stroke of a pen, or slam of a gavel, all the while traumatizing the citizenry.  Pure tyranny.

It is literally the Cloward-Piven tactic directed at the Constitution and government, and accelerated during this time by other captured elements, and it is one element of the strategy to destroy the basis of the Constitution.

Obama’s Deception: The Missing Link?

©2009 drkate

I found this photo of  President Jimmy Carter’s National Security Adviser,  Zbigniew Brzezinski, visiting Osama Bin Laden in training with the Pakistan Army, 1981, on flickr, originally scanned from the New York Village Voice:

Zbig meets Osama in Pakistan, 1981

Zbig meets Osama in Pakistan, 1981

Brzezinski  is one of Obama’s mentors (Harvard and Columbia) and currently an advisor to him. Is it a coincidence that Obama was also in Pakistan on ‘spring break’ in 1981?  And what was Brzezinski doing there, ‘on behalf of the United States’?

For the video that confirms Ayers’ role in Obama’s book, go here (h/t Maggie’s Notebook).

It’s time to say goodbye, oh flailing one.  We Americans love the Constitution and our Country more than you do, and we spotted the fraud a long time ago. Please enjoy the following old tune that periodically erupted during the 912 march–particularly the chorus…

The ‘Political Question’

©2009 drkate

In my earlier article on the First Amendment, 912, and the Continental Congress 2009,  I suggested that Article IV, or the “Guarantee Clause”, was an important underlying principle of protecting our ‘republican form of government’, and could prevent the assault on our current Constitutional Republic by fiat or decree by Congress or the Executive.  Specifically, Article IV Section 4 states:

Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

I initially read this to mean that the Federal government cannot move this country to a socialist form of government, because it was required to ensure to each state a government that was a republic.

ACORN and RICO sitting in a tree….

k  i  s  s  i  n  g

😯

The ACORN fiasco must be embarrassing for Obama, after all, they’re”‘just community organizers’, just like the President.”    Especially now since  34 investigations nation-wide are underway regarding voter fraud, they were caught giving advice on how to defraud the American taxpayer in order to set up a brothel with underage children, and founder Wade Rathke, an ex-weatherman underground member, was caught covering up a million-dollar embezzlement of taxpayer’s funds by his brother.  And now their funding has been cut off in a move that was inevitable as  the obot legislators scramble for cover and others simply revolt in disgust.

Millions of dollars later, and at the request of Representative Lamar Smith (TX), the Justice Department Inspector General has decided to open an internal investigation into  whether ACORN has applied for or received any DOJ grant money.  According to this article,

A Fist-full of Race Cards

©2009 drkate

Aren’t you tired of being called a racist?  First, Jimmy Carter suggests that Americans’ concern with Obama is at its core, about race.  Then Nancy Pelosi starts crying, shamelessly using gay people to suggest that the Tea Party protests  will result in murder and mayhem.  And of course, the news media saw no one of color at the tea party march, although there were plenty.

Jonah Goldberg nailed it in this RealClearPolitics article:

Of all the poisonous, ugly, and intellectually vapid controversies ginned up in my lifetime, the current breakout of St. Vitus’ Dance over the “racist” opposition to Barack Obama may be the most egregious.

Al Sharpton tells CNN’s Larry King that decent and racially sensitive Americans shouldn’t let a small minority make health care into a “racial issue.”

In case you don’t get the joke, this entire “debate” over whether opposition to Obama’s health-care reform is racist is totally, completely, and in every way conceivable an invention of the Left.

“Hope and Change?  Nah…its more like Rope and Chains, get it?” ~speaker, 912 March on Washington

The CSPAN coverage of the 912 Rally (yes, I know I am shamelessly plugging it once again) included the speakers, one of whom uttered the above gem about ‘hope and change’.

This is a pictorial essay in support of this keen observation and a commentary on the great American awakening.

The first awakening probably happened when Barack Obama met Joe the Plumber:

Constitution Day

History to Celebrate

On September 17, 1787, forty-two of the 55 delegates to the Constitutional Convention held their final meeting. Only one item of business occupied the agenda that day, to sign the Constitution of the United States of America.  The delegates had gathered daily to work on this document since May 25, 1787.

It had not all been smooth sailing.  According to James Madison’s Notes on the Constitutional Convention, on June 28, 1787, the delegates had reached an impasse in the development of the Constitution.  Small states wanted one-man, one-vote, while the larger states wanted representation apportioned by population.  At this point, the 82-year old Benjamin Franklin stood to plea for compromise, making a motion

… that the assembly institute “prayers imploring for the assistance of heaven, and its blessings on our deliberations, (to) be held in this Assembly every morning before we proceed to business.” Roger Sherman seconded the motion.

The Fall of Obama [Update]

©2009 drkate

(Author’s note:  I want to apologize to readers for not being able to post since September 12….I am in an airport today waiting to get back home.  Honestly, I am overwhelmed.  I have had ‘goose bumps’, or ‘chicken skin’ (depending on where you are from) since September 9th when I arrived in DC.  I took hundreds of photos and had a video camera spotting the size of the crowd.  All my ‘tools’ for getting this stuff on a computer are, of course, at home.  But I can promise you when I have recovered from this event those photos, and possibly a youtube, will be posted here for your pleasure.)

“Isn’t it ironic that the worst thing that could have happened to America has brought out the best of America”–Fernley Girl

September 21 officially marks the beginning of the fall season, often that great harvest moon shining overhead.  The air, the smells, the sound, and the sky change when the fall rolls around.  It is my favorite season as it always signals something new, something starting; the questions set before the winter-time reflection sets in.

And gratefully, September brings the fall of Obama: his ACORN buddies caught and their funding lost, voted down; his czars under attack for who they are as well as Obama’s unconstitutional appointment of them.  Two million, plus many more in spirit, took D.C. away from them all on September 12th: Obama, Congress, and the Chicago mob that has invaded the Capitol like a disease.

Report: 60,000 or 2 million?

©2009 drkate

What a day!  While ABC was reporting 60,000 attendees at the Washington, D.C. rally for our republic, this time lapse photography suggests that the number of people in Washington today was nearer to 2 million people.

At 10 a.m., D. C. police estimated the crowd at 1.5 million.  By 4 pm, highways into the metro D.C. area were closed to one lane, with buses being turned back.  And still there were lines of Patriots marching to the Capitol.  The ROAR of the crowd was deafening; thrilling; and ‘across time’.

What do you think?

Patriots Rising

©2009 drkate

We are here

We are here

The time has finally come.  Patriots arriving from all over the country…as individuals, groups of  strangers, mom, dad & the kids,  suddenly sitting, talking and walking together, all with American flags, US Army, Marine, Air Force and Navy insignia t-shirts, hats and uniforms…we recognize each other perhaps by spirit, that which drew us here and millions more in support of our Country.

For the 90-year old woman with the sign ‘don’t pull my plug’, a local Washingtonian, reinforcements have arrived.  Her smile lit up the whole avenue.

For the  bearded veteran, who came from San Diego, who sat quietly in the hotel restaurant, waiting for Patriots to see his sign “I did not vote for obamanation”, and thumbs up all around the dining room.

Greetings like, “hello Patriot”, “thank you for coming”, ‘thank God you are here”, and “USA USA USA”…  And that very interesting and palpable sense that ‘I have seen you before’…as if we have been connecting over time and over the ethers for all of time.

For our wounded soldiers at Walter Reid, hundreds of people stood at the entry way, cheering, thanking our troops, flags waving, horns honking…..

To the ROAR that went up from the crowd when it was announced that the Census Bureau has broken all ties with ACORN…

To Representative Joe Wilson, who raised $700k in 24 hours after his bold statement to Obama, ‘you lie’…

For the informed and educated Americans, who are not going to take it anymore!

For the spontaneous songs, “God Bless America”, “America the Beautiful”, that greeted the Tea Party Express Bus as it rolled into a parking lot filled with hundreds of people.

For the 4,500 buses that have permits to unload passengers in DC for the march, and ‘all the charter buses in Ohio that could be rented are on their way to DC’, to the dozens of bikers spotted on a freeway headed to DC…

It is palpable.  It is real.  The Rise of the American Patriot.  The Rally for the Republic.  The Million Patriot March on DC.

You Cannot Usurp 911

©2009 drkate

(Note: I am re-posting this article today, September 11, because a bunch of us will be there protesting Obama’s latest attempt to change the meaning of America.  And of course, I want him to repent for what his is trying to do today and to be aware that we will not let him rest.  I don’t know if anyone is covering this event but we will have camera and video coverage ready next week, and perhaps a short post later tonight or early tomorrow.  Please use this thread to continue the very interesting discussion generated when this was first posted.)

****

September 11 will live forever in America as a day of mourning and respect for those killed, their families, the survivors, the rescue workers and the rescue animals on that day in 2001. We salute our soldiers that went to get the perpetrators, and remember our unity and resolve as Americans in the face of such a terrible tragedy.

Americans remember

Americans remember

Such an event on our homeland  cannot be trivialized, forgotten, replaced, nor celebrated, though some of course will. Isn’t it shocking to even wonder if the pResident of the U.S. is one of those celebrating?

And it cannot be usurped, as Obama would like to, with his announcement of his mandatory civilian army corps on September 11, 2009, in LaFayette Park across the street from the White House.  Or carelessly dismissed by his disrespectful tossing of a rose into the memorial at New York’s Ground Zero last year.

RE: H.R. 3200: America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009 and Its Impact on Senior Citizens

Dear Senator Diaz,

Thank you for asking me to participate in the New York State Senate Aging Committee’s hearing regarding H.R. 3200, “America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009.” You and I share a commitment to ensuring that our health care system is not “reformed” at the expense of America’s senior citizens.

I have been vocal in my opposition to Section 1233 of H.R.3200, entitled “Advance Care Planning Consultation.”[1] Proponents of the bill have described this section as an entirely voluntary provision that simply increases the information offered to Medicare recipients. That is misleading. The issue is the context in which that information is provided and the coercive effect these consultations will have in that context.

Finished the “Mystery of Banking” book yet?  Ok, my bad.

This post, which will be up for a couple of days, presents a series of fascinating lectures by Myron Fagan  on the control of the banking system, world wars, and the attempt to push the United States into a global ‘new world order’.

While not new information to readers here, this does provide some fascinating history and connections I was unaware of, and some ‘tentative’ connections or threads that now seem actually quite conclusive.  Try your hand at diagramming the people and links in these lectures and see what comes out.

“The Mystery of Banking”

©2009 drkate

I am on the road for the next week and will be reporting on the events surrounding 912 with fairly short posts.

But soon I want to tackle the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 and the 16th Amendment to the Constitution, both of which seem to be at the center of the economic portion of the our current Constitutional crisis and economic distress.  In order to understand the significance of both of these topics, it is necessary to understand something  about money.

In the series of articles I have produced on the Constitution, this is the one topic that I have not covered, yet it is key to understanding what must be done to undo the damage done to our Constitutional Republic and the citizenry by the Act and the 16th Amendment.  In fact, a proposed 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution would abolish the Federal Reserve and repeal the 16th Amendment.

In this post, I offer the on-line version of the book, The Mystery of Banking, and I encourage all of you to download it for your edification.  Eventually, I will make this book a whole ‘page’ in this blog, in the form of this link,  along with other key references..

One becomes accustomed these days to look for meaning behind every Obama staged event, including the date chosen for it.  We are speaking of Obama’s “address to the nation’s schoolchildren on September 8th”, the “day when most children go back to school”.  There are at least two aspects of this, maybe more, including

  • the address to the nation’s children
  • September 8th

As we seek solutions to this Constitutional Crisis, it is worth remembering the tools we already have as Americans.  Our passion for Country gives us the tools for a thoughtful, reasoned approach to restoring our Constitutional Republic with the courage of our convictions.  I hope you enjoy this  enlightening and empowering essay! )

donttreadonme

There is a revolution brewing in this country, but it is not a call to arms, it is a call to thought.  There will be no bloodshed, there will be no violence and there will be no secession.   There will simply be a return to the promise of this country and the beauty of its simplistic yet profound message: that all men are created equal and that all men have unalienable rights that include the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness ensured through adherence to a system of government known as a Constitutional Republic that is for and by the people.  Oh how those of you in the government have strayed, but how easy it will be for the American People to return to that promise and guarantee because we will heed the call to thought.
