You Cannot Usurp 911

©2009 drkate

(Note: I am re-posting this article today, September 11, because a bunch of us will be there protesting Obama’s latest attempt to change the meaning of America.  And of course, I want him to repent for what his is trying to do today and to be aware that we will not let him rest.  I don’t know if anyone is covering this event but we will have camera and video coverage ready next week, and perhaps a short post later tonight or early tomorrow.  Please use this thread to continue the very interesting discussion generated when this was first posted.)

September 11 will live forever in America as a day of mourning and respect for those killed, their families, the survivors, the rescue workers and the rescue animals on that day in 2001. We salute our soldiers that went to get the perpetrators, and remember our unity and resolve as Americans in the face of such a terrible tragedy.

Americans remember

Americans remember

Such an event on our homeland  cannot be trivialized, forgotten, replaced, nor celebrated, though some of course will. Isn’t it shocking to even wonder if the pResident of the U.S. is one of those celebrating?

And it cannot be usurped, as Obama would like to, with his announcement of his mandatory civilian army corps on September 11, 2009, in LaFayette Park across the street from the White House.  Or carelessly dismissed by his disrespectful tossing of a rose into the memorial at New York’s Ground Zero last year.

The Obama machine is as thick as molasses with symbology…everything is staged– from the attire color, coordination, and style, to words and the tone and cadence of their delivery, to the dates and locations for specific events. Here of course is September 11th, and LaFayette Square.

September 11th

Obama’s civilian army, to be as well funded as the U.S. Military (say what?), will force nearly every American into mandatory civilian service for aims is as nefarious as the vagueness of  Obama’s original  statement of his desire.  Training will be conducted on University campuses now well-stocked with the socialist ‘professors’; all kinds of social service access is probably tied to service within his civilian corps.

Two points jump out at me.

  • First, Obama and Congress’ authority to establish such a mandatory service is severely challenged by their Constitutionally- delegated powers, the Second Amendment, and the authorities of each of the Governors to command the National Guard and militias of their states.
  • Second, Obama has every reason to continue to diminish 911 as a tool of disrespect and demoralization of Americans and our troops.  He has no concept of what September 11 means to Americans, because he is not American.

As eloquently stated in the blog Shrouded in Doubt:

As a conservative now, I understand what was wrong with my mentality at that time. I also understand what Obama’s gesture after 9-11, removing his American flag lapel pin, meant. And I understand what is wrong with it. Barack Obama is a member of the far Left. His loyalty is not to America as it is, but to his Leftist vision of what he wants it to be. He is not “America First”.

With 9-11 attacks, Obama saw America wounded.  He dug in his heels in opposition to President Bush’s muscular defense of America as it was. I have no doubt that he sensed a historic opportunity was at hand to advance a progressive Left agenda. Wounded, America might be brought to its senses and submit to a Leftist reform of revolutionary scope. He removed his lapel pin to symbolize his position. At a tragic moment, when his countrymen were killed, Obama said, in effect, I can’t honor them or the country they supported. My loyalty is elsewhere.

LaFayette Square

LaFayette Park used to be called the ‘President’s Park’ because of its proximity to the White House grounds.  According to the National Park Service,

Lafayette Park has been used as a race track, a graveyard, a zoo, a slave market, an encampment for soldiers during the War of 1812, and many political protests and celebrations. Today’s plan with its five large statues dates from the 1930’s. In the center stands Clark Mills’ equestrian statue of President Andrew Jackson, erected in 1853; in the four corners are statues of Revolutionary War heroes: France’s General Marquis Gilbert de Lafayette and Major General Comte Jean de Rochambeau; Poland’s General Thaddeus Kosciuszko; Prussia’s Major General Baron Frederich Wilhelm von Steuben.

So, let me get this straight:  Instead of paying respect to the heroes and victims of 911, Obama is setting up his own civilian army corps, surrounded by American revolutionary war heroes, on the anniversary of September 11th, the day America was attacked.  And Andrew Jackson, the President who favored a strong and ever-expanding central government, is in the center of the Square.  The background of the American revolutionary war heroes, replaced with a new set of revolutionaries.

Seems like Obama’s buddies Bill Ayers and Jeremiah Wright also used the same place to “protest for peace” prior to Obama meeting with Israel’s Prime Minister.

Having just written the piece on the Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism,  those who usurped the name of the Sons of Liberty, I wonder again:  who is making war on America from within? There seems to be a very fine line here between First Amendment rights to free speech, and the actual undermining of a country from within, using the people’s own resources.

Obama is replacing actual events and circumstances of 911 with his own vision of America’s atonement for 911, in my view, and by his behavior is clearly saying we deserved it.  So we’re going to make you pay serve, America. That is usurpation.

This disrespect of Americans is astounding and cannot be appeased.  It must be stopped.  I am torn between ignoring the SOB or standing there in the square with the appropriate signage…..

No, You Can’t

I am not sorry Obama.  Nothing you can do will ever replace Americans and our memories, our spirit, and our love of country.  Consider yourself on notice.  You are unworthy of we, the people.

First, a stunning memorial within days:

The Light will Shine Forever

The Light will Shine Forever

And this, taken in December 2001:

We will never forget

We will never forget

And finally, this:

Thanks Dr. Kate; I agree. This is truly an outrage. I will never forget how BO tossed that rose at ground zero, with a complete lack of respect. All I can say is “get him the hell out!” He is no American!

    Dr. Kate,

When you write: “Obama is replacing actual events and circumstances of 911 with his own vision of America’s atonement for 911, in my view, and by his behavior is clearly saying we deserved it.”

I begin to think of Orwell’s Truth Ministry on a slightly different bent. Instead of changing the factual events of the actual past, they change the feelings of those events of the past and what those events in the past meant. So we come to the same conclusion as Orwell did in his book: “who controls the past, controls the future…who controls the present, controls the past.”

Such control of the past and how it effects the future is truly frightening.

I think Anerica has woken up but doesn’t seem to be doing the job entirely…What we need is the military and the cia to wake up…
The administration has like you said ZERO respect for the American people….Calling in the BIG GUNS is what we need!

    • 14 drkate August 31, 2009 at 2:15 pm

I’ve surprised myself in wishing the same thing, that the military would step in and take care of this situation, arrest the usurpers (and the teleprompter)…..

      • 15 curi0us0nefromthe60s August 31, 2009 at 3:54 pm

I have not wished for this to happen. I firmly believed that our founding fathers gave us a means of redress that does not require military might nor taking up arms although we reserve those rights. First, we must do what our founding fathers did and that is continue to address the issues through non-violent means, and address them over and over again. Our founding fathers took more than a decade of letter writing and other means to have their voices heard before they resorted to revolution. We must pay the same respect and continue our efforts peacefully. We have the full power and force of the Constitution behind us; we should be able to find peaceful means to have our concerns addressed.

        • 16 cowgirl4u August 31, 2009 at 6:29 pm

Hmmmm seems like so far our Constitutional rights have been broken at every possible turn…The call for what’s right has been loud and clear, yet still nothing….
I still say bring in the big guns!

          • 17 curi0us0nefromthe60s August 31, 2009 at 6:51 pm

How have you fought peacefully throughout your life for the loss of Constitutional rights? Before you can take up arms, you must exhaust all peaceful means to rectify the the situation, i.e., the erosion of our rights under the Constitution. Our founding fathers did this. Do we not owe their memory and their courage the same respect and follow the same path they took before devolving into a physical battle? I believe the founding fathers would agree with me and would have a hard time supporting your current cause.

        • 18 drkate August 31, 2009 at 7:22 pm

Curiousone, yes, I indicated it was a surprise for me to think this would be an option.

Our Founders gave us lots of tools–that’s what this blog is about, the use of the Constitution to defend ourselves. The Constitution also gave us a right to revolt, armed revolt if necessary, if the government ends up as tyranny on steroids, which it is fast approaching.

I have always fought for things I believe in via the battle of minds and hearts, and through proper administrative and legal tools. I still have the option of armed revolt.

Given a choice between open armed conflict with the government and Congress, or armed conflict between branches of government, I would prefer a Honduras type situation.

someone is going to have to yield, and someone is going to have to lead.

The president, administration, and congress have failed us, and they continue to do so. They will not be appeased, their power must be taken from them at the ballot box and in the hearts and minds of Americans. All bets are off, for me anyway, if they refuse to yield.

          • 19 curi0us0nefromthe60s August 31, 2009 at 8:00 pm

I can appreciate what you are saying here, and I think we are in actual agreement. We must first exercise all peaceful means at our disposal. Until we exercise all peaceful means, we should not resort to non-peaceful means made available to us in that same Declaration of Indpendence and Constitution. Patience and unyielding faith to peaceful means to get our government back in the hands of the people must be exercised at this time. I think we all agree.

The military do not get to decide as a group who rightfully occupies the Oval Office. They have no monopoly on either truth or patriotism. I want to know what affirmative steps those advocating military intervention have taken to peacefully remove him from office, which efforts have failed, leaving us feeling no alternative remains but to ‘wish’ for another rescuer, in the form of the military.

I cannot help thinking, we should be directing any frustration at the inability to get BO out of office before the next election, on the basis of our assumption, he is not a NBC*; at ourselves, for not doing our best to prevent him from getting in. (*If you want to remove him from office for any other reason, well, that’s what elections are for.)

      • 22 drkate August 31, 2009 at 7:59 pm

I agree that we fell asleep at the wheel….yet it was a shock to see it happening while it was happening….only months later could we mobilize effectively and even think straight about this!

There is no sense in blaming right now at all, either ourselves or others. We are responsible as Americans to right this situation.

We did bring this on ourselves; it is the grand challenge now to figure out a way out of this mess!

        • 23 thedeametruth September 11, 2009 at 2:13 pm

Drkate & jbjd, *WE* did not all fall asleep here…you and I and countless other Americans saw the threat, knew the truth and labored tirelessly to prevent this takeover of our country and our White House, all to no avail because of the complicity of the MSM and the inability to spread the facts in time for the *election*. That being said, we all continued to work at getting the truth out and have now reached the point at which thousands if not millions are converging on Washington tomorrow!

The Patriot Movement is gathering steam and with it, strength. Rejoice and Rally the Republic!

See you all on the Mall tomorrow!

I heard an audiotape of Michelle Obama recently on the radio. She said something like we (Americans) will have to learn to “change our history.” I guess this is what she was talking about.

Here’s a promising editorial. At least part of the MSM is waking up:

        This was my favorite part:

“We won’t allow you to bully us. And if you try it with anyone else, count on going through us first.

        That’s a promise, not a threat.”

  11. 31 Papoose August 31, 2009 at 4:23 pm

September 11th is Patriot’s Day, a national day of solemn commemoration and there is nothing he can say or do to CHANGE that. Ever.

Obviously, he harbors disdain for his countrymen and abhors the love we have for our country.

His national day of service is creepy and very telling. Our community has been celebrating MLK Day, January 15th, as the national day for service for years now.

  12. 32 Mary August 31, 2009 at 8:07 pm

    dr kate,

While I understand the anger, frustration, and fear that might prompt a patriot to wish out loud for such things as a military response to the present usurpation, I urge you most strongly to delete such comments from this blog. We’ve been through this at TD, and we concluded that a blog is not the correct venue for such discussion.

I do not say this out of disrespect for anybody’s position or feelings. I say it because, (1)we know that (paid) obots read all the anti-obama blogs and report what we are saying, and (2) czar Cass Sunstein is even now gathering “evidence” for what he will say are internet threats to the USA, by which he means, threats to Obama, so he can shut us down.

Please, dr. kate, consider what I’m saying. Disallow such comments (delete them if they’re already on the screen), and caution our community about making statments that may be misconstrued as threats or calls for violence.

    • 33 drkate August 31, 2009 at 8:11 pm

You got it Mary. Thank you for your caution and help.

    • 36 curi0us0nefromthe60s August 31, 2009 at 8:14 pm

Although I wholeheartedly agree with you that only peaceful measures should be exercised, I think it does a disservice to all to censor thought. It is our job to help those who do not wish to seek peaceful means to help convince them that we should only be pursuing peaceful means. Censoring thought to me is just as dangerous as allowing it to stand in full light. I understand your concerns about future Internet restrictions, but if we all cannot speak our minds without being censored, then we have already lost.

      • 37 drkate August 31, 2009 at 8:43 pm

Maybe its time for your piece written around July 4th, which I read on Constitutional Radio….would you be interested in sharing that here again? Or in a post?

      • 41 Mary August 31, 2009 at 9:05 pm

“but if we all cannot speak our minds without being censored, then we have already lost”

Wht makes you think we havent, or are not a hair’s breadth away from it?

Thank you foe your feedback, but I’m talking FBI here, not ideals. obama is the man who brought us the WH enemies list site a few weeks ago, remember? This is not politics–or America–as usual. We are beseiged by Evil, man-made and/or supernatural, as you will.

I am not, as you allege, censoring thought. In fact, I was very careful to point that out my original comment to dr. kate, above. I am urging that our commenters use discretion to avoid a visit to them or this blog by the o’gestapo, which has already been erected, and is being augmented daily, right before our eyes. What do you think most of the “czars” are if not Fascist commandants?

        • 42 cowgirl4u August 31, 2009 at 9:19 pm

If it makes them Happy to beat on a lil ole girl like me then so be it..
Just proves my point, they do best at being Bullies!

        • 43 drkate August 31, 2009 at 9:21 pm

This is a good discussion and your points are well taken Mary. Caution and explanation are the rule, as well as qualification as necessary.

I anticipate this to be a small blog not high on the list of anyone–its too boring–I mean, you know, its just the constitution….and I do feel the community here does exercise caution….

that said, our passion is strong for our Country. We have read the words and understand the meaning to the sacred oath that was pledged among many to do what was necessary to be free.

It is so very interesting a time!

  13. 45 cowgirl4u August 31, 2009 at 9:04 pm

OMG, I have been banging my head up against the wall since before the elections…reading, writing and every way possible trying to convince or communicate with my reps…(Diane Feinstein and the likes) without even one response…Watching the MSM ignore so many as if they haven’t a voice…I am just so frustrated!!! I would most definitely prefer a peaceful way, but it seems as though they could care less what the majority of the American people think…Everyday holds a NEW defiance of the Constitution….When will the peaceful communication come into play????
Maybe I’m being paranoid but watching the bogus election we just had to get this President into office what makes you think that the next election will be honest????
They certainly have an arrogance about them which makes me feel like the American opinion doesn’t matter…vote or not!
TY Dr. Kate and if you feel you need to remove my comments I understand….But I’m not scared of what the obambi people think..For now I still have freedom of speech.. 😉

    • 46 drkate August 31, 2009 at 9:15 pm

I think we are having a reasonable discussion here–NO ONE wants a violent solution I am sure. Our frustrations lead us to want someone, something, some organization to fix it. I understand the frustrations, know we must exhaust every reasonable course of action.

But we have been charged with being a part of protecting this constitution, all of us, including the military. I think we are waiting for critical mass; in the meantime, ALL our discussions are important, the critical expression of our feelings, our knowledge, the search for answers. The Continental Congress in November 2009–what will it recommend? That group has been petitioning Congress for redress for 15 years, about the same length of time our Founders were regarding the British Empire.

They were met with silence and guns. We have been met with silence and wounds in the form of ridicule and harassment and ruination…just like the early Americans. We have a great tolerance for abuse as Americans.

We have different tools right now, primarily the internet, that allows the word to be spread faster and more people to become informed. That allows much more latitude for the legal methods of redress. That is why they are trying to control it.

The Sons of Liberty were publishers; looks like the new “resisnet’–the sons and daughters of liberty for the 21st century, are bloggers! 🙂

    • 47 Mary August 31, 2009 at 9:39 pm

I also live in CA and have been snubbed repeatedly by those two bibmos in the senate (my Repub. representative at least shows some signs of life). Boxer is a moron; Feinstein seems to have lost any moral bearings she may ever have had. If I could meet her, I’d ask, “Why are you doing this to us?”

I’m glad you understand that my comment urging discretion is in no way personal. obama has declared war
on us and we are under seige. It behooves us to give him no ammunition to use on us in his quest to destroy us.

Wm. Ayers, whom the intriguing blogger Lame Cherry identifies as obama’s “control,” said he would gladly kill 25 million Americans if that’s what it would take to implement his “brave new world.” If Lame Cherry is right, those FEMA camps that are being outfitted and staffed right now are meant for us. We must provide them with no excuses for rounding as up.

Mary, Take heart, you are not alone!!

Diane and Barbra are on the Socialist Locomotive and don’t realize the end of the line is around the next bend. They only used us, the voters, to gain power. They lie and twist meanings. They use their power to keep their important elected offices. They won’t listen to their constituents because we are “the masses” that must be controlled. They hear us but want us quieted so we don’t contaminate others. At some point they will loose their offices and their power. Right now they are haughtily riding that locomotive unaware that they are on the wrong train.

I am definitely not trying to make any enemies here. I very much respect both of your opinions, and I just wished to share my opinons with both of you. I respect your rights to say exactly what you have said. I simply wanted to offer that we should continue to pursue peaceful means and we should never try to censor others opinions. I am certainly fine with each of you disagreeing with my point of view, and I will continue to respect both of you whether or not you agree with my point of view.

It is well to say that we need to try all peacefull means first and I agree with that. I think we have been doing that since we saw what he has been up to. But time is getting very short now. Things are happening so fast now that it seems like lightening speed. If we don’t get him out of there very soon I am afraid it will be too late. Does anyone really think he plans to have elections in 2012? I DON’T!!

PS Thank you for the video of Red Skelton. I had seen that one before. I have very fond memories of watching him.

        Well, there goes that metaphor.

btw, My cousin sent me an e-mail about an anti-0 Legislator who told his Townhall meeting what Lincoln said about concepts such as redistributing the wealth:

You can’t make a weak men strong by making a strong man weak.

Austalia point of view and I LOVE IT!

Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to get out of Australia, as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head off potential terror attacks.

Separately, Howard angered some Australian Muslims on Wednesday by saying he supported spy agencies monitoring the nation’s mosques.

Quote: ‘IMMIGRANTS, NOT AUSTRALIANS, MUST ADAPT. Take It Or Leave It. I am tired of this nation worrying about whether we are offending some individual or their culture. Since the terrorist attacks on Bali , we have experienced a surge in patriotism by the majority of Australians.’

‘This culture has been developed over two centuries of struggles, trials and victories by millions of men and

women who have sought freedom. We speak mainly ENGLISH, not Spanish, Lebanese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society, Learn the Language!’

‘Most Australians believe in God. This is not some Christian, right wing, political push, but a fact, because Christian men and women, on Christian principles, founded this nation, and this is clearly documented. It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools. If God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as your new home, because God is part of our culture.’

‘We will accept your beliefs, and will not question why. All we ask is that you accept ours, and live in harmony and peaceful enjoyment with us.’

‘This is OUR COUNTRY, OUR LAND, and OUR LIFESTYLE, and we will allow you every opportunity to enjoy all this. But once you are done complaining, whining, and griping about Our Flag, Our Pledge, Our Christian beliefs, or Our Way of Life, I highly encourage you take advantage of one other great Australian freedom, THE RIGHT TO LEAVE.’

‘If you aren’t happy here then LEAVE. We didn’t force you to come here. You asked to be here. So accept the country YOU accepted.’
Maybe if we circulate this , American citizens will find the backbone to start speaking and voicing the same truths.

Agreed, that statement should go viral!! Do you have a link?

    • 61 curi0us0nefromthe60s September 1, 2009 at 1:03 am

Perfect. In our own country, I think Michael Savage represents this view best. His motto: Borders, Language, Culture. His meaning if I understand him correctly succintly stated is how a society remains intact.

    • 62 Miri September 1, 2009 at 9:05 am

Wow! That’s great. I’ll keep Australia in mind if I ever have to “live like a refugee.”

    • 63 ali September 2, 2009 at 12:32 am

Words transcend time — although perfectly fitting in our current climate, this event may have actually occurred in 2005.

    • 64 Renee September 11, 2009 at 11:50 am

Exactly ! We need to do the same. Welcome everyone here. Fit into our country and culture, not try to twist it into a different version. We like our country, history and language. Just like other countries. Learn it or leave. Works for me. Why have Americans allowed this to go way too far ? We need more guts and self confidence. Like the Aussies ! Good catch Cowgirl. Do you have a link ?

Heads up folks – saw this over at obamafile –

Meanwhile, over at the Obama website itself, the Gateway Pundit and Little Green Footballs blogs are reporting on a post by Organizing For America, the official website for promoting the ObamaCare bill, which contains the following shocking entry calling ObamaCare opponents the “heirs of bin Laden.”

That post is also asking supporters to commemorate 9/11 by placing two phone calls, one to each caller’s two US Senators, in order to fight the “Right Wing Domestic Terrorists.” And that’s just for starters. Here are some shocking excerpts direct from that Obama “Organizing For America” website post:

In case you haven’t seen it in the News: Republican Representatives, Senators, GOP Party Leader, GOP Political Machine top personnel (e.g., Gingritch), etc etc etc — they’re ALL every one of them applauding and encouraging their zealot-horde by merrily referring to them as “Proud Right-Wing Terrorists”. Google it – I’m not pulling your leg.

But don’t hate them: Misguided citizens are easy-pickings for demagogues, whom they blindly follow because they’ve been trained all their lives not to question the dogma of their religion, so it’s natural for them NOT TO QUESTION what’s being spoon-fed to them by their FALSE PROPHETS who, themselves, shamelessly seek Worldly Glory.

They don’t apply the simple Test: “Am I being led closer to God, when I do what these folks say? – Or, am I on a Bullet-Train to the Devil, and I’m just a pawn to make these folks richer and more powerful?”

  23. 74 Miri September 1, 2009 at 9:36 am

Note the connection of Michelle Obama to this dodgy effort by the National Endowment for the Arts and also the connection to usurping 9/11:

  24. 76 Miri September 1, 2009 at 9:48 am

    From Courreilche’s article:

“The making of a machine appeared to be in its infancy, initiated by the NEA, to corral artists to address specific issues [Obamacare, Cap and Trade, among others]. This function was not the original intention for creating the National Endowment for the Arts.

A machine that the NEA helped to create could potentially be wielded by the state to push policy . . . .

If the art community wants to tackle those issues on its own then fine. But tackling them shouldn’t come as an encouragement from the NEA to those they potentially fund at this coincidental time.

And if you think that my fear regarding the arts becoming a tool of the state is still unfounded, I leave you with a few statements made by the NEA to the art community participants on the conference call. ‘This is just the beginning. This is the first telephone call of a brand new conversation. We are just now learning how to really bring this community together to speak with the government. What that looks like legally?…bare [sic] with us as we learn the language so that we can speak to each other safely… ‘

Is the hair on your arms standing up yet?”

    • 77 drkate September 1, 2009 at 9:51 am

Yes, on my arms, back of my neck…..are we really living in this time??? I shake my head in disbelief, but only for a moment, as there is much to do!

  25. 78 Miri September 1, 2009 at 9:50 am

An article in the American Spectator, respecting this issue of rebranding 9/11:

    • 79 drkate September 1, 2009 at 10:00 am

My gut feeling they were trying to change 911 verified. On every front, from ‘national day of service’ to ‘green america’ to the national endowment of the arts.

Where are the patriots in our Congress? Are there any?

      • 80 Miri September 1, 2009 at 1:42 pm

I’m beginning to wonder. Michele Bachmann, for one. But are there any others? Not my representatives. One has already voted for Obamacare; at least one of the senators plans to, despite the express will of the people.

      • 81 dkw September 2, 2009 at 9:04 am

There asleep at the wheel I fear.

    • 83 drkate September 1, 2009 at 10:02 am

      From the article:

Regardless of these obvious contradictions, it really doesn’t matter who originated the meeting. Yes, it appears that the government is distancing the NEA from being the meeting initiator. And yes, the NEA’s initiation of a meeting that encouraged the independent art community to address specific issues under current national debate may be a violation of its charter. But the mere fact that the National Endowment for the Arts participated in a conference call of this nature taints the agency and creative process moving forward. It is called the National Endowment for the Arts, not to use the Arts, a subtle but profound difference that the NEA appears to only now realize.

      • 84 Miri September 1, 2009 at 1:11 pm

Yeah, drkate, I’m glad to see that guy stand up and speak truth to power. He’s not backing down.

Isn’t it typical how they try to weasel out of what they’re doing, when the light shines on them? Like the little cockroaches that they are, they scurry for cover. But also like roaches, there are hundreds for every one that comes out into the light, so we must keep close watch, all along THIS watchtower.

Here’s a video from another artist who’s standing up:

And speaking of Dylan, wasn’t it refreshing to see someone who was unfairly rousted by the cops just explain himself and then go about his business? Dylan didn’t accuse the cops of stopping him for “walking while scruffy” or “walking while Christian, although formerly Jewish” or “walking while being a Sixties icon.” 🙂

  26. 85 ILBlue September 1, 2009 at 9:21 pm

All you have to do is turn on the MSM to know that some people are permitted to say the most ugly , hateful , outrageous lies, show discrimmination for over a year now.

Many others who disagree or for other apparent reasons to me are being censored by name calling, bullying , threats of hate crimes just to shut us up.

I for one am sick of PC when it’s one sided , meant to silent only certain people.

I refuse to be silent, I refuse to be 100% PC anymore. I’m not a threat to any living thing but I believe in saying it like it is.

I won’t sit around and bullied and then not respond, I have never threatened or been involved in physical harm , that is coming from the “hater” who have brought us to where we are today.

    Thank you drkate ! 🙂

  27. 86 RICHARD September 1, 2009 at 10:30 pm

A thought about the release of the Pan-Am bomber.

Gordon Brown , The Prime Minister of Great Britain and Northern Ireland – is Scotish –

Who removed the bust of Sir Winston Churchill from the White House?
Who slighted the Prime Minister on his Visit to Washington,
and gave him dvd’s that dont work in Great Britain?
Who disrespected Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on a visit to the Palace?
Who removed the ‘Special relationship’ title between America and great Britain.?
Who ignores Great Britain at world events and summits?

    Your American President,

We have been around as a nation since 1066 and have plenty of history dealing with tin pot would be dictators – Oliver Cromwell comes to mind,
and many others in far flung countries around the Empire.

We may yet have to once again come to the rescue of the world, and America in paticular this time.
Does the war of Jenkins Ear remind anybody of what happens when the British People get mad at one,or as indeed Mr Hitler found out on the 3rd of September 1939.

You see there is a small nondescript building in the county of kent that houses the records of anyone born in any country within the empire and commonwealth since the dawn of time…….

    now what if……..

    Just musing

  28. 89 thedametruth September 3, 2009 at 11:53 am

Some musings on 911: I am on the road this week, reporting from the Heartland of America, in Kansas and Missouri. In KU at Lawrence, at the Robert Dole Political Center, I saw the largest stained glass American flag in the world, in a window flanked by two pieces of the World Trade Center; I saw a man who was paralyzed learn to walk, write and learn again, and took courage from both.

My beloved Golden Retriever, Teddy’s great big paws were used to make patterns for protective booties for the 911 rescue dogs’ feet because they reasoned that any boot that would fit Teddy’s big feet would fit any rescue dog’s. Like all New Yorkers, and the world at large, I was stunned, sickened and traumatized by the events of that day, and of those following.

The idea that this IMBECILE–this pResident, Usurper, Poseur, illegal alien, interloper and traitor could even begin to belive that he can change the significance and the solemnity of this day is beyond hubris, and glides straight into insanity. As Lincoln so poignantly stated in his Gettysburg Address, “The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here.” Nor will we. This sham of a person can rattle off any fool thing he wants to, propped up by all the Neurolinguistic Programming he wants, but the fact remains: WE shall NEVER forget what happened on that day in 2001, nor shall we forget its meaning and all that it precipitated afterward, for it continues into today.

Sorry for the rant there, and thank you, kate, as always, for your work. Thank you also to all those patriots who comment so sagely here as well.

  29. 90 Delle September 11, 2009 at 6:38 am

Thanks Dr. Kate. Be safe whereever you are. Take lots of pictures and know you are there for all of us.

I have two quotes on a board next to my desk.

One is from Hillary Clinton, the other is from Martin Luther King Jr. I look at them often throughout my work day.

Today I will share the one from Martin Luther King:

“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.”

Americans will never forget 9/11. To all who died that day, may their souls rest in peace.

I’m heading to DC in about an hour. Looking forward to meeting folks and helping where I can with the weekends events. Happy to learn that the Coast Guard was only doing a drill in the Potomac and that those that are in DC are safe. CNN is becoming a big joke!

btw, o/t, but by now y’all have seen the Baltimore ACORN video but James and Hannah also went to the Washington DC ACORN office and this time the staff recommended she set up her prostitution ring as a “consultant”. Yep, a consultant. LMAO. I haven’t had this much fun watching videos, evah!!! And you just know that there will be a third video coming soon. I guess they want to make sure they show a pattern to ACORN’s mortgage lending practices! These young adults are my two newest heroes!!!

    Still laughing.

    I am developing a website

It’s designed specifically for, and donated to, the Patriots Of America/World (where the internet is open) to get their government’s attention

there’s a subtle difference in this website

consider it a closed, unbrella, for the internet

it si infinitely expandable in any direction

    we control the content completely

    it’s for us right-sided Americans

    to use (ONLY)

It works extremely’s completely intuitive to get around on

right now, it’s a little meesy at the moment, but that will clear up soon,

    I’ll keep you plugged in.

A Day of Rememberance it will always be for me, not a dayofservice and Rememberance.

At least another spike has been thrown into the armour that surrounds the Manchurian Jihadist today, which I find fitting.

The Director of the Census Bureau announced about an hour ago that the bureau has cut all ties with ACORN. ACORN will not be participating in the 2010 Census.

This due to Fox News, Glenn Beck and Hannity covering the undercover tapes of the “prostitute and pimp” looking to ACORN for help in filing false tax returns, opening a brothel with 13 year old females being illegally brought to the US. The first tape of the Baltimore office of ACORN was released yesterday and today a tape of the same undercover jounalist seeking the same services/aid at an ACORN office in DC.

even with all the corrupt scheming – usual- modis operandi…not one of those women even blinked in hearing about little foreign children being held in bondage for perverse delight.

Not a problem, just don’t call it that.

If there are these few incidents on record, wonder how many made it through already. Chilling.

  38. 100 Papoose September 11, 2009 at 5:58 pm

I am sick. Just the thought that there are people out there that have the authority to funnel our money to whomever they wish makes me sick. There is a major problem in our world buying little girls and abducting women and we have people in our own cities who may know firsthand who they are.

FLOTUS and Oprah aren’t even appalled? It’s called Human Trafficing and I saw two tapes that show how you can actually do it if you apply through the Obama Administration Common Good Offices. Green Light. They’re so into green.

I hold out a slim chance that with this expose of ACORN we may get an investigation. My best scenario would be if all funding of ACORN was put on hold while a Federal Investigation is conducted. There are on going investigations in 14 states, but the only Dem that called for an investigation was Conyers. He recently admitted that he had to withdraw the investigation because of the pressure from “the powers that be”. Think we can guess who that is.

Also, pretty much the only people that know about these 2 videos are those who watch FoxNews. CNN mentioned it 2 times and the alapabet networks not a peep. But possibly since the Director of the Census Bureau has made his official statement severing ties with ACORN it might get a 10 second mention in the MSM.

  41. 103 d2i September 11, 2009 at 9:47 pm

Census cuts ties with ACORN –

Wow! These two videos were able to accomplish in two days what many of us have tried to accomplish over a 12 month period. Gotcha journalism appears to work.

Now when does the congressional investigation begin?

    Dear Dr. Kate:

At least the Founding Fathers knew who they were fighting against for their freedom from tyranny.

Our disadvantage is we do not really know who we are fighting against?

I’m not as smart as a Supreme Court Judge, Senator, or National TV anchor man, but how can a man with a Kenyan father ascend to the high office of the Presidency without actually meeting the Constitutional qualification for the job?

Who are the rich, powerful elitists who betrayed the citizenry of the United States to put this shameless “fake” into high office?

The audacity of lecturing the American people while calling the political opposition “liars” while he himself has “lied” about everything under the sun including his own qualification to be President.

Citizens submitted to the U.S. Constitution and loyal to the United States of America are up against a shadow foe they cannot see to fight.

Bush I, Clinton, Bush II, Obama– all seem to be working for the very same elite group of people.

I would take Richard Nixon over any of these politicians in a minute.

At least Nixon was loyal and loved his country enough to resign.

We are in deep, deep trouble.

P.S. Was the Coast Guard incident on the Potomac today an accident or something simliar to the New York flyover to create “fear” so that Obamacare will pass through Congress?

  46. 108 Ginger September 12, 2009 at 6:56 am

    DrKate and all.

My dream is for anough of the democrats to change over to republicans and give our country back! This will stop the evil Pelosi. It would slow down the evil freight train of the Barry and his little morons. The majority of both houses then can start an investigation against all of the corruption that is happening to our country.

We need to put pressure some how and have the Federal Reserve audited. Thirteen months is to long to wait to take back our country.

    God Bless America
