Nancy Pelosi is Obama’s “Al Capone”

Seems its always those ‘little details’ that bring the giants crashing down…

Seriously, as readers of this blog know, I have a special affinity for removing Nancy Pelosi from her speakership and/or elected office positions as I believe she is a danger to America, hopelessly conflicted, and compromised.

As her role in the 2008 installment of Barack Hussein Obama in the White House came into sharper view, I began to look at the larger, clearly anti-American ‘movement’–of which she was an integral part–weighing in my mind the depth and extent of her betrayal of America with what I read in the Constitution.  Obviously, I became alarmed.

Hence I began a series of articles focused on her abuse of authority, conflict of interest, and unconstitutional behavior.  I proposed piercing letters to her and her House colleagues.  And I also researched what I thought were available remedies–impeaching her, bringing her up on charges of treason, or election fraud.

As it turns out, Nancy Pelosi is Obama’s  ‘Al Capone’.

Impeachment

Surely a Speaker of the House of Representatives who calls 95% of Americans terrorists, worships socialism, routinely lies, and behaves ruthlessly should be subject to impeachment!

However, the Constitution specifies otherwise.  Article 2, Section 4,  reserves impeachment for ‘high officials’, and states that

“The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” These “civil officers” include federal judges and cabinet members, but do not include Senators and Representatives, (the Senate and House deal with misconduct by their own members).

As speaker of the socialist-democratic controlled House, she cannot be impeached and is unlikely to be punished by her colleagues unless her behavor brings total embarrassment on them.

Treason

The word “treason” has very specific meaning in the Constitution, and is only used with regard to the following acts conducted together or separately:

• Making war against the states
• Providing aid and comfort to the enemy, or adhering to their enemies.

No person can be convicted of treason unless he/she openly confesses in court or is testified against by two witnesses to the same treasonous act.

Treason charges in history have been very difficult to bring forward, and even more difficult to prove.  Notable treason charges which resulted in death were the Rosenbergs; other treason charges have resulted in long prison sentences.  In each of these cases, actual ‘acts of war against’ the states, and ‘adhering to their (our) enemies’ were fairly evident.

The Federal Reserve was accused of treason in 1933; the judiciary committee has yet to act on the articles of treason!

I personally believe Pelosi is committing treason by violating her oath to uphold the constitution, and making war against us by forcing anti-american and anti-constitutional legislation down our throats; imposing taxes; and insulting us daily.

Unfortunately I had to conclude that her actions, although treasonous in spirit, do not fall within the legal or constitutional definition of treason.

Fraud

Specifically, election fraud.

Now this is where Nancy Pelosi begins to smell like “Al Capone” when it comes to being a BIG problem for Obama.

There is a fascinating story, and a set of solutions, over at jbjd’s site…and if you haven’t been there you should go right now.  I had the pleasure of interviewing jbjd on drkates Revolution Radio (see the blogtalk icon on the sidebar for podcasts), and combined with her blog, the entire picture of the massive 2008 election fraud appeared.

The story goes something like this–

• Somebody decides Obama is to be President
• But he can’t do it because Clinton is beating him
• Delegates in vote-binding states are threatened to change their votes
• So Pelosi steps up to the place as Convention chair, and manipulates delegates and floor votes to declare Obama the winner
• Then Pelosi signs certification documents, alternately declaring Obama the nominee or a ‘natural born citizen’, falsely swearing under oath that he has met constitutional qualifications;
• Those documents are used to put Obama on the state ballot

The amazing thing, jbjd has all the evidence.

Yes there is certainly much more to this story, lots of details that are critical to understanding the depth of the deception and fraud perpetuated on the American people. But fundamentally, if it weren’t for Nancy Pelosi’s actions, Barack Obama would not have been on any state ballot…and he would not have been elected.

She lied when she swore, under oath, that Barack Hussein Obama met the qualifications of Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, because she had no way of knowing at that time whether he was or was not.  As a result of this action, she is responsible for Barack Obama’s name appearing on each state’s ballot.

Is it treasonous?  Of course.  Should she be impeached?  Of course, she is 3rd in line to the Presidency, and should be considered a ‘high’ office subject to impeachment.  Are either of those two charges going to work?  No.

Barack, meet Al Pelosi.  Al, meet Barack Obama.   You cooked the books Al.  Barack, you are only there because of Al.

Alcatraz is beginning to look like the right spot for the two of them.  Pelosi can relive Al Capone’s term; Obama can be the ‘birdie’ of Alcatraz.
