Relentless: Unmoved by appeals for sympathy or forgiveness; insensible to the distresses of others; destitute of tenderness; unrelenting; unyielding; unpitying…

This is the word that comes to mind when I think of Cmdr. Charles F. Kerchner (Ret) and attorney Mario Apuzzo and their relentless pursuit of usurper Obama, a British national,  ineligible for the Presidency.  The Kerchner v. Obama case is scheduled for briefings before the Federal Appeals Court in early January.

Kerchner continues his public education effort, and has published another stunning advertisement in the Washington Times.  The new ad features an ineligible  Obama with all his democratic cronies, the whole scene stamped  “Illegal”. They are all busted.  Priceless.

These advertisements are important tools for public education and pressure on Congress, and your help is still needed in continuing this pressure and supporting the extensive and expensive filings required for the case.  Please click on the advertisement on the right, or go directly here.

There should be no sympathy nor excuses for usurper Obama, and it is worth reviewing what Edwin Vieira said more than a year ago in his article “Obama Must Stand Up Now or Step Down“.  No law he signs  is valid; our armed forces are being sent into battle with no authority and are thus unshielded from war crimes; no treaties are valid–pure despotism exists now.

The only people standing up are the real Americans.  The media and commentators-all of them–are cowards. The only two words I have for the Congress (that I can print) are “YOU’RE FIRED”.

The easiest way to invalidate all legislation that he signs, and all Executive Orders, treaties and deals he makes, is to have him declared ineligible, and thus disabled from the Presidency.  When he falls, all of his co-conspirators will fall, on their own accord or through prosecution under criminal racketeering statutes.

I really like the ad by Atty Apuzzo. I’ve put the scribd of it in my sidebar on my blog. Thanks for sharing this link and for the overall post. I love the title and theme: relentless.

That’s a great ad. Thanks for sharing it. I’m off this morning to DC to bombard the senate one more time to try to stop the health care bill. We aare going to storm their offices and the hallways. They hope to have at least a couple thousand of us more or less locals there. They tell us to pretend we are sick to get the point across. Some of us are expected to even fall on the floor dead. My daughter told me that is pretty dramatic and I said it takes dramatic to get the point across to them. wish us luck. I am so more that anxious to get him OUT of there!

By the way, I think my poor pacemaker battery is going to go very low or possibly even die out!

      Good luck Nancy.

I really wanted to go today, but my schedule wouldn’t allow it.

I heard David Horowitz say that those ‘die-ins’ really work.

Let us know how it turns out. I was at the 9/12 rally and the media under reported the event.

Nancy – GO kick some butt! LOL. I am so grateful to you for attending today’s rally. I’d hoped to go but the family is in transition…my niece is transitioning b/w semesters so needed to be home. ugh! I look forward to your report.

A Jack Kemp article is focused on Freerepublic today (12/15) talking about the upcoming trials in N.Y. on the planners of 9/11. He states the trial will be brought to an early end if any one of the defendants raises the question of Obama’s eligibility using previous Orly Taitz and Phil Berg’s arguments. One case especially, the military man who had his orders to deploy vacated when he brought up the Obummer’s eligibility (and then govt pressure brought to bear on his employer where the man ended up fired…disgraceful abuse of power).

Besides considering both Charlie and Mario patriots I consider them good friends. Their fight is our fight and I would appreciate it if we all could make a small donation to the cause of keeping these advertorials in the Washington Times where they are getting noticed.

The tide will turn but we must stand our ground.

Please support them with what ever you can.

As you all know me I never asked for one dime for the, but I am asking that you help the Commander keep firing his guns.

Kerchner and Apuzzo are relentless! God bless them.

The ad pretty much says it all. This coupled with the pink slips and today’s rally ought to prick somebody’s damned conscience. It is utterly impossible for anyone in Congress to ignore all of this. They must act and act NOW!!!

I also can’t imagine any thinking person unwilling to accept this unmitigated truth. Maybe not argued in the courts yet, but until such time, 2 parents + soil = natural born. How silly these lefties are looking these days. I’m ashamed for ever taking part in the Party even though until 2008 it “appeared” to be on a different trajectory. Just knowing I helped further these rat bastards goals truly sickens me. What a fool I and millions of others have been!

I feel the same way about my ‘years in the wilderness’ of the democratic party. I did not pay attention.

It is so true, ‘the price of liberty is eternal vigilance’, and it is a lot harder to regain freedom than to have kept it in the first place.

Now I spend the rest of my life undoing this damage!

Calm yourself. We were more sinned against than sinning. We all fell for the leftist media hype: Democrats good,Republicans bad. We’ve been programmed to believe nothing else since the end of the McCarthy era. It took the contrast between what we know to be true of obama and the media’s hysterical fawning over him to wake us up to that fact.

  7. 12 ksdb December 15, 2009 at 12:25 pm

Hope this isn’t too off-topic, but it just occurred to me that there’s pretty good evidence that Barak Sr. may not have been Obama’s biological father. I haven’t really seen it mentioned elsewhere. According to the divorce records, SAD never asked for child support. This seems really odd considering she was somehow able to go to college in two different states with no obvious means of support for college or her child. It would make sense, however, if she got hush money and then picked a father for her child who would not be burdened with raising him or supporting him monetarily. It also explains SAD’s lack of a marital relationship with Barak Sr. Why else would she not ask for child support??

    • 13 Mary December 16, 2009 at 12:18 am

“it just occurred to me that there’s pretty good evidence that Barak Sr. may not have been Obama’s biological father. I haven’t really seen it mentioned elsewhere.”

Sorry it took you so long to find us. I’ve been saying it for close to two years, first at TD, then here, at WTPOTUS, and other blogs. In fact, I don’t think that the bimbo from Hawaii or the randy Kenyan were his biolobical parets at all.

      • 14 ksdb December 16, 2009 at 12:27 am

I’ve seen it speculated that they weren’t his parents. What I haven’t seen is anyone discuss SAD’s reasoning for not demanding child support. Even if she didn’t expect him to pay, she still should have asked for it, and certainly, if she had a lawyer, this would have been recommended to her.

  8. 15 mtngoat61 December 15, 2009 at 1:38 pm

This story about Obama Sr. not being the biological father of Obama Jr. has been around for about a year and is just another OBOT disinformation campaign and a last ditch fall back position to try and justify by pulling straws out of the OBOT’s hats of tricks and deceit that Obama still is somehow, someway a “natural born Citizen” of the USA. It seems to be resurfacing again lately and being spread around the conservative blogs, once again. Don’t fall for these OBOT distractions, red-herrings, disinformation campaigns. These type false stories and misinformation tactics are straight out of the KGB manual and Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals. Don’t fall for their what if this and that tricks.

Obot rumors? That’s absurd. No turnip trucks around here!

    • 18 tminu December 16, 2009 at 12:52 am

Correct, and we base his not being a natural born citizen off of his own provided “records”, that is the only possible approach. If he now would choose to define himself as NBC using another birth certificate entirely, then that would prove his major fraud and he’d still be out on his can.

  9. 19 ksdb December 15, 2009 at 1:50 pm

mtngoat61, if you’re referring to my comment, it has nothing to do with an Obot disinformation campaign. How do you explain SAD’s reasons for not asking Barak Sr. for child support when she filed for divorce?? How did she afford college, an apartment in Seattle and take care of a baby without benefit of things like welfare and college grants when they had no marital relationship?? She didn’t file for divorce until he was at Harvard. In the divorce records, she claimed Barak Sr. caused her ‘grievous mental suffering’?? Why wouldn’t she asked for child support??

    • 20 drkate December 15, 2009 at 2:04 pm

Oh so very interesting questions as well!

We do know that Soetoro (lolo) paid for occidental, as he had been there…for Anne, it is still a mystery.

I personally feel that the hiding of everything obama is also a major distraction, as we have to deal also with what he is doing to our country and in the world. It truly is a mess, with so much going on…and requires much work in sifting out the key questions that will unravel the mystery…I think yours is one of those questions…why didn’t she ask, and who supported her all that time? Was it her parents?

And here is an unraveling question: “What passport did you use when you went to Pakistan in 1981?” Said out of the blue could cause him to just ‘slip up’ and tell the truth. But the guy who was cooperating with the FBI on the passport break-in was found dead in his car, in front of his church. Suicide they say, with a bullet hole in the back of his head.

And all of our efforts and questions are important. Like obama has invaded every part of our lives, we must invade his and his network’s to bring this coup down.

      • 21 ksdb December 15, 2009 at 2:10 pm

See, there’s a good discrepancy. SAD wanted Lolo to pay for Obama’s college education when he’s clearly an adult. Normally, a stepfather would have no financial obligation to the stepchild when he’s no longer a minor. Yet, SAD didn’t ask Barak Sr. for ANY child support and somehow was able to afford college, an apartment and taking care of a child all on her own. Why would someone not ask … or demand … child support from the baby’s father?? The only thing I can think of is that she didn’t feel like he needed to be held responsible … because it wasn’t really his child.

          • 23 d2i December 15, 2009 at 3:51 pm

dk – what information do you have that states Lolo paid for his tuition at Occidental? Is this where Lolo went? If so, I never knew that.

I believe the nativity story is an American one, that is SAD got pregnant by a black man and when she told her mother they concocted a scheme. The scheme was – get the man who impregnated SAD to sign the BC OR they didn’t want him to know OR they wanted to hide the identity of the father OR SAD professed that she didn’t know who the father was. Any of these scenarios could apply. The bottom line, however, is what jbjd preaches – what bona fides did Pelosi use when vouching to 50 states that he was eligible under Article II of the US Constitution?

            • 24 drkate December 15, 2009 at 3:55 pm

Exactly d2i, jbjd honed in on exactly how to unwind this, imho.

I think I read the information on TD blog, or maybe the obamatimeline about Lolo…. and it occurred to me this would be a good avenue to investigate Occidental–any records of Lolo Soetoro?

Soetoro, Obama sr, and Anne all went to UH and the East-West Center, known CIA recruiting and training places for ‘students’ from all over the world. Get an education, become a spy?

            • 25 finneganswig December 15, 2009 at 11:37 pm

Foreign student aid probably paid for Occidental, and Punahou. In part at least. People in HI thought he was born in Indonesia.

              • 26 ksdb December 16, 2009 at 12:15 am

One person, at least, thought he was born in Indonesia. Nothing in Obama’s background is certain, other than his penchant to hide the truth. I found an article written when Obama was at Harvard that claimed they left Hawaii as soon as his mother divorced Barak Sr., which should have been when Obama was only 3 or 4 years old. The current official story is that Obama didn’t move there till he was 6. The reason to change the age is because he couldn’t become an automatic citizen by adoption after age 5.

I don’t know if any of you are still on this thread but I returned from the rally in DC called code Red. It was great. Many thousands of people attended. Great for such short notice, only one week. they had really good speakers. Some of the US Reps came out to talk. Michelle Bachman talked and Connor I think his name is from Oklahoma who is an MD and Demint. They were all very appreciative of us being there an;d told us to continue and never stop. Dick Army spoke, also. they said that our movement is definately making a difference. Pelosi, Reid and Obama all thought this would be passed in the spring.

After the program was over we were encouraged to go into the senate office buildings and find our senators’ offices. That is where I was disappointed. The two people I was with, we drove down, didn’t want to battle the crowd. There would have been a long wait to get in the building, probably. I wanted to go, but I was outnumbered. Chances are we couldn’t have seen our senators anyway, but that was why I went. I have pictures of the crowd waiting to go in. Pretty impressive. It was still worth the trip. The one thing we all felt we learned is we are making a difference and we HAVE to continue, even if they somehow pass this thing. One of the reps said he went out on a balcony of the capitol building before coming down to speak and he could hear us loud and clear! Laura Ingrahm was the main speaker.

One group went, before the rally, to Joe Lieberman’s office and asked t o talk to him. They were told he wasn’t there. They said they would wait until he came. After just a couple of minutes they were told that not only would he not talk to them but if they didn’t leave immediately they would be arrested!!! What country are we living in Joe???

    • 33 drkate December 15, 2009 at 5:37 pm

Hi Nancy, thank you so much for the report! Sounds great, but sorry you weren’t able to go see the senators. Lieberman–just goes to show you they are all part of the scam on the american people. They are supposed to represent us! That’s cause enough for me!

      • 34 d2i December 15, 2009 at 8:07 pm

NN – I so appreciate your briefing of today’s events. It is wonderful to learn that on such short notice so many patriots came out to participate AND support the effort.

Like drkate, I too am disappointed for you that your federal representatives didn’t hear from you. I’ve been in your situation more than once which is one of the reasons why I now go to such events solo. Yeah, I enjoy others companionship, but when you have others joining you it is only polite to go along.

        Maybe next time…

  13. 35 Yousaidit December 15, 2009 at 8:55 pm

To KSDB. Back in 1961 paternity wasn’t proven by dna tests. So there is no way Obummer can claim Malcolm X or Frank Marshall Davis at this late date as his father, whether he can now dna to prove it or not. In 1961 when Barack Sr. married Stanley Ann Denham (which I believe did happen, else why the need for a divorce?) Barack was deemed his legal father, and Barack Sr. was a foreign national, thus Barack Jr had dual citizenship at birth, whether he was born in Kenya, Hawaii or Timbuctoo.

    • 36 ksdb December 15, 2009 at 9:57 pm

Yousaidit, I’ve proposed nothing about who the real father is or what impact it has on the child’s citizenship. I’m merely pointing out that it’s very odd for SAD not to have demanded child support in the divorce decree from the man who she claimed caused her ‘grievous mental suffering.’ Their entire marital status is shaky to begin with, but if she felt compelled to file for divorce, it seems like she should have asked for money. The only reason I can think of for her not to, is because she didn’t want to hold him responsible, and the only reason for that would be if he was not really the father. Maybe the real father needed to be kept secret, and Barak Sr. helped provide a good cover story. Remember that Obama wasn’t sure his parents were even properly married to begin with and Barak Sr. did not make any pretenses of acting like a father.

  14. 37 Quantum Leap December 15, 2009 at 10:44 pm

I don’t know why you keep going into who’s his father. We don’t know anymore than Stanley Ann did. All we care about is how to get our country back. Are you an obot or something?
So let me neutralize your musings with this.

Celtic woman sing. I think this may be archived here?

    • 38 ksdb December 15, 2009 at 11:11 pm

Why are you folks so determined to assume that Obama Sr. is the real father?? The bigger issue is that there are several areas of mystery and potential fraud in Obama’s history. Fraud would be much easier to promote and prove than the NBC issue. We’ve already seen judges who are determined to misstate native-born as being the same as natural born. And we still don’t know for sure where Obama was born anyway. There’s as much a chance he was born in Seattle as in Hawaii or in Kenya or wherever. Look at the question and see if you can explain why SAD wouldn’t demand child support from Barak Sr.

      • 39 Quantum Leap December 15, 2009 at 11:44 pm

Here is some more soap opera, but remember keep your eye on the tiger…he admits he was born British and was thus never eligible.

It’s at 3:12,Matthews said Obama’s mother saw him run for President!!!!
I think Liddy was stunned when Matthews said his mother watched him run for President especially after he said she wasn”t alive!
If Mathews said what it is being alleged he said then he has stuck his entire tingly leg into his own mouth. Obama’s mom died in 1995 or so we’re told.

          • 43 tminu December 16, 2009 at 1:02 am

ksdb, we talked about this eons ago and concluded it doesn’t even matter

Obama presented us data, that is what we have to work with, that is what he purports as his actuals. Any soap opera tidbits may be interesting but are legally inconsequential.

Obama is not NBC per his own data. Now should he want to plead that he lied and supplied false data and lied and forged documents, by all means, we are all ears.

In either case his goose is cooked. However if we sidetrack onto the soap opera angle, there is NO hope of exposing him for the fraud he is in EITHER case.

            • 44 ksdb December 16, 2009 at 8:09 am

I don’t think you get it. Judges in real courts have already told us they think native-born = natural born. It doesn’t really matter what Obama admits to, because they’re still going to say, “Well, he was born in America, so it doesn’t matter.” Even if you were to get a judge to agree that his British citizenship muddies his claim to being natural born, he has plausbile deniability because he can point out that his parents’ marriage was invalidated by Barak Sr.’s existing marriage in Kenya. IMO, there are better opportunities to prove fraud and deceit, but one has to be willing to follow the clues. America loves a good scandal, but they’re not going to get too worked over natural born citizenship when they don’t understand what it is. Maybe Leo will have some luck, but I’m not counting on it.

              • 45 tminu December 16, 2009 at 2:11 pm

No, US v. Wong Kim Ark holds that the native born child of an alien cannot be a natural born citizen. That is a SCOTUS holding, so don’t quote an Indiana OPINION based on bunk–even that opinion quotes WKA then concludes the opposite of its holding, so it’s contrived political nonsense.

The marriage makes no nevermind, because Barack’s father and grandfather were british citizens by birth, per the British Nationality Act of 1948 which Barry cites himself, he was born a British citizen as well.

I think your diversion with the soap opera angle is the “good scandal” whereas his British citizenship is a slam dunk.

Americans are not so stupid that they cannot be made to understand what NBC is. But instinctively they know a British citizen AINT one!! Really, the founders had just fought a bloody war against the Brits, it’s not rocket surgery to know they would have never allowed a British citizen to be CIC.

                Sorry, your fluff plant failed.

We’ll keep our eyes on the laws, holdings, precedents and logic, you can flit around with soap opera angles, which are fun (such as matthews saying Obama’s mother is still alive) but in terms of what the goal is, which is to remove the usurper and criminal, those points are irrelevant.

              • 46 drkate December 16, 2009 at 2:53 pm

ksdb, you should look at this case in this article–Kerchner. There is absolutely good reason to believe we will get a decision on NBC, but in the meantime, one’s only source is the Constitution, and the body of law referenced there, the “Natural Law, and the Law of Nations”. Until the US supreme court decides on this, and wong kim ark was NOT it (see the links in this article to the natural born citizenship book), or Congress and the states amend the constitution, the only explanation is 2 citizens and born in USA.

Most of the readers here have looked at these cases, not just leo, and have read much of the background information here, as well as on Jefferson’s Rebels. We know what arguments just don’t work, but we’ve argued it before last year.

In the meantime, fraud is a way to go, but there again, eventually it will have to be decided what is an NBC…somewhere.

              • 47 ksdb December 16, 2009 at 3:59 pm

Wong Kim Ark gets cited by many as proving that being native-born = natural born. I don’t agree because those justices made the distinction based on the parents being permanent residents, while Barak Sr. clearly was not. Regardless, there is still a pervasive mindset that it doesn’t matter. The 14th amendment makes it hard to argue that a parent’s citizenship will make a difference in regard to NBC. I don’t see anything in this new case that justifies an assumption that it will get heard in a courtroom any more than any other case that has been submitted nor do I have confidence that Obama’s legitimacy will be challenged. Judges and justices have very creative ways of justifying their refusal to hear such a case and hiding behind procedure.

All this labeling of ‘soap opera angle’ is pointless and needless. I brought up the issue of child support because it exposes a legitimate question about the relationship between alleged father and son. This divorce decree is the only document publicly available that legally ties SAD, Barak Sr. and Barack II, yet it wasn’t signed by Barak Sr. If there are doubts about his paternity of baby Obama, then that has to be considered or anticipated. As a bastard child to an American citizen, should he choose to play this card, there is no argument that Obama is NOT an NBC. Due to his perfect storm of his life history, he has many cards he can play to stymie challenges to his eligiblity.
