Awakening in the Midst of Despair

©2009 drkate

Often the most troubled times can bring out the most brilliant minds, works, strategies, and breakthroughs.  Despair is defeated by having the hope, faith and courage to move on despite it.

Alfred Erik Leslie Satie was born in Normandy in 1866 and died in Paris in 1925.  An eccentric but brilliant pianist, he produced some of his finest work during most difficult personal and worldly times.  As you listen to this piece, and enjoy your day, remember the times you have pulled through when you thought you couldn’t.  There is a sadness as to what you have to leave behind, yes? But knowledge that you must.

Ground yourself, because our most brilliant times lie ahead, and, we will rise to the challenge of anything presented to us.  No, not everyone; but enough.

And right on cue, an amazing painting has appeared called “One Nation under God”, documenting our place in time today. With a hat tip to d2i, please visit this site and scroll over the figures in the painting.

Having just finished an article on how Darwin’s theories of evolution were used to launch an attack on the Constitution, I was astounded to find a smug scientist, holding Darwin’s papers, in the painting.  Find the judge in the painting, what is he doing?

Alfred Erik Leslie Satie was born in Honfleur (Normandy) in 1866. He died in Paris in 1925, aged 59

Dr. Kate, thank you for that soothing and relaxing musical piece. It is what I needed right now. With a million things to do for Christmas I am trying to email key senators asking them not to vote on the health care bill. Email addresses I was given aren’t working and Ben Nelson’s fax line has been jammed for days. Or else turned off, which is a possibility. It is very frustrating yet I feel I need to keep trying. This is so vital today.
I have seen that painting before. Very impressive how it was done. Amazing what can be accomplished with today’s technology.

dk – when I read the painter’s reasoning for many of the characters he mentioned Darwin and the Origin of Species, and I knew right then your readers would enjoy viewing this masterpiece.

Happy Sunday morning to all dk posters!

drkate, I think if and when someone who has the power and expertise and “connections,” who are not afraid of this administration to check into OB’s mother, grandparents, and his background that supposedly involved the CIA, we will know why everyone all the way up the Chain of Command, has closed a blind eye, ear and why noone is talking and no one is coming forward to impeach him. Instead they are just rolling over like dominoes. Any other explanation just does not fit into the puzzle. Any one who attempts to get close to the truth gets killed, shot at, threatened or they just disappear. My ducks and geese do that. They will go under the water when threatened and appear somewhere else on the other side of the pond. Sort of like the key players that Beck and Hannity have outed. But even Beck and Hannity seem to have their limits of how far they are willing to go to go after him. Sorry if this is OT. I have read here and other places that his mother and father and grandparents, and even he had brief connections to the CIA. Maybe he knows just enough to blackmail them all and is using the knowledge to its full intent and purposes.

“Any one who attempts to get close to the truth gets killed, shot at, threatened or they just disappear.”

I’d like to add “or bought off” to your list. No one can convince me that Norm Coleman from MN didn’t hold out as long as he did without getting a big chunk of cash for his efforts. He knew he held the key to a majority in the Senate, and it was worth a bunch. When 2500 votes – all for Franken – miraculously show up in someone’s trunk days after the election, AND get counted, we should have known then.

And now add this to your mental files:

Obama just declared INTERPOL records immune from search and seizure — “The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable.”

Does INTERPOL have a file on Obama — on his associations?

I suspected this all along. Funny you should say they were hooked up to the CIA. It’s only the CIA that can issue him a new identity complete with papers.

oh my – the $$$$ to be made by stealing it out of the pockets of the sheep for carbon trading is starting to be exposed…from across the pond

    • 8 Katie December 20, 2009 at 12:58 pm

“Obama Years Ago Helped Fund Carbon Program He Is Now Pushing Through Congress” is a FOXNews story by Ed Barnes. In short, “While on the board of a Chicago-based charity, Barack Obama helped fund a carbon trading exchange that will likely play a critical role in the cap-and-trade carbon reduction program he is now trying to push through Congress as president.”

The charity was the Joyce Foundation on whose board of directors Obama served and which gave nearly $1.1 million in two separate grants that were “instrumental in developing and launching the privately-owned Chicago Climate Exchange, which now calls itself “North America’s only cap and trade system for all six greenhouse gases, with global affiliates and projects worldwide.”

And that’s only the beginning of this tawdry tale, Mr. Barnes.

The “privately-owned” Chicago Climate Exchange is heavily influenced by Obama cohorts Al Gore and Maurice Strong.”

Holy Cats! Copenhagen births world government despite the climategate junk science. Also, Nancy has a bill all ready to go to Senate that tricks them to think it’s one thing but it’s really a vote to pass the one world governement. I saw it a couple weeks ago.

I just checked the Articles of Freedom web site again and they have taken down the preamble and the outline. Maybe that means they are getting ready to put up the Articles now. I hope!!! I have to go to work soon and won’t be able to check again until tomorrow morning.
