The People are Coming, and We’re Not Leaving

The Third Continental Congress (TCC) ratified the official Articles of Freedom tonight, January 31, 2010, in an official webinar which at one point had 61 participants representing 31 states.  Our votes were tallied by state, so each state delegation had to coordinate their vote.  The final official Articles of Freedom document will be available on Tuesday morning, as well as a brand new Third Continental Congress website.

As with all of the Continental Congress’ in our Nation’s history, many of those who began in November did leave, for various reasons including serious differences of opinion. The final vote was 26 in favor, 1 opposed, and 1 abstention.

The Articles of Freedom are for the American people.  Tonight we rest; tomorrow, our feet, hearts, and minds hit the ground running.

    But wait, there’s more…

Second Continental Congress Delegates Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay wrote 85 Essays to explain and promote the “New Constitution.” They stopped after New Hampshire became the ninth state to ratify the Constitution.

    Fast-forward 222 years.

Delegates from 48 states convened in St. Charles, Illinois from Veteran’s Day, Nov. 11, 2009 to defend the Constitution.

Third Continental Congress Delegates are picking up our Founding Fathers left off. The “New Federalist Papers” begin with Essay 86, A General Introduction to our Unalienable Rights.

By the middle of next month, dozens of Essays will be released, authored by “Publius.” Once completed they will be compiled into two volumes, III and IV.

Volume IV Essays will explain the Articles of Freedom by the Delegates who deliberated over them, with at least one essay for each Article of Freedom.

While you will be able to find them “wherever the truth is told,” you can find them at

    Dr Kate,

‘We The People’ are confronting and challenging the Usurper occupying The White House and the illegitimate members of Congress (i.e. the whole cabal that failed to object to the ratification, as President of The United States of America, of Mr Obama, who is not a ‘natural born Citizen’, as required by Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of The Constitution).

This is because Mr Obama was born into a ‘foreign allegiance’, due to the ‘British Subject’ status of his Father, who was born in ‘British East Africa’, in the part now known as Kenya.

The Framers of The Constitution decided, wisely, that there must be no question as to the sole and undivided allegiance to The USA of The Commander in Chief of the armed forces of The USA. Recent events have provided ample evidence of the wisdom of that decision, which was codified as Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of The Constitution. “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President”. No Person, alive today is exempted from the ‘natural born Citizen’ requirement – not even someone who is good at reading from a Teleprompter and who is accomplished at rigging elections.

In the current circumstances, it falls to ‘We The People’ to enforce this vital mandate in The Constitution.

If we allow any requirement of The Constitution to be ignored, then we will be complicit in the undermining of the bedrock of our Country. Failure to act now, would inevitably lead to an earthquake that would destroy The United States of America, the home and sanctuary of Liberty on our planet.

I thank you both immensely for what you have done and how much you have sacrificed for our country. No words that I can say are enough. I hope that someday very soon all Americans will know what the third Continentil Congress has done for them!

Not that I’m heartless but I can’t stand to see the many illegals at some grocery stores here spending their food stamps in one fell swoop. I mean they look so well groomed and healthy. Now most people don’t buy all the expensive steaks and stuff but they do as they fill their carts to the brim. And then I immediately think about the huge chunk of tax money they take out of my check as I’m watching the illegals stock up on the best of foods. Peeves me off. I usually avoid those stores cause they peeve me off. Everyone else is watching them too. So I checked out that patriot website above and found a site in their for protecting ourselves against illegals entering the country. I’m going to join. I’ve had it. As they push their shopping carts to the partking lot and load up the groceries into their cadillac escalade and undercut the wages because they don’t pay taxes…bites big time..and they are not abiding by our laws and they commit the most crimes. I would never hire them to mow my lawn.

QL, I have noticed that too ! It is a real mood spoiler to see my small ground beef packages in my basket paid for with hard earned money, and watch someone with food stamps buying lots of shrimp and t bone steaks. All the people around give them really nasty looks too. They have on alot of gold and nice clothes too ! Wondering if they wear those to the food stamp office ? Bet not.. It makes one feel used and really stupid. How can we get used like this ? How do we stop it ? Hi DrKate. Great post as usual.

Okay. If you have wondered why all the commotion above and beyond about Haiti…drum roll
    Here it is:
    Haiti, a new Saudi Arabia?

The remarkable geography of Haiti and Cuba and the discovery of world-class oil reserves in the waters off Cuba lend credence to anecdotal accounts of major oil discoveries in several parts of Haitian territory. It also could explain why two Bush Presidents and now special UN Haiti Envoy Bill Clinton have made Haiti such a priority. As well, it could explain why Washington and its NGO’s moved so quickly to remove– twice– the democratically elected President Aristide, whose economic program for Haiti included, among other items, proposals for developing Haitian natural resources for the benefit of the Haitian people.

In March 2004, some months before the University of Texas and American Big Oil launched their ambitious mapping of the hydrocarbon potentials of the Caribbean, a Haitian writer, Dr. Georges Michel, published online an article titled ‘Oil in Haiti.’ In it, Michel wrote,

… .[I]t has been no secret that deep in the earthy bowels of the two states that share the island of Haiti and the surrounding waters that there are significant, still untapped deposits of oil. One knows not why they are still untapped. Since the early twentieth century, the physical and political map of the island of Haiti, erected in 1908 by Messrs. Alexander Poujol and Henry Thomasset, reported a major oil reservoir in Haiti near the source of the Rio Todo El Mondo, Tributary Right Artibonite River, better known today as the River Thomonde. 8

According to a June 2008 article by Roberson Alphonse in the Haitian paper, Le Nouvelliste en Haiti, “The signs, (indicators), justifying the explorations of oil (black gold) in Haiti are encouraging. In the middle of the oil shock, some 4 companies want official licenses from the Haitian State to drill for oil.”

The Bush’s and Clinton’s stopped democracy there and kicked out the president and stopped progress there so they could capture the natural resourses that should have been used by the people of Haiti…No wonder people hate America. But it’s not’s the corruptocrats who rule USA and are members of the many secret societies like Rhoades and Bilderberger…Holy Cow. Things are not always what they seem.
    Read more here.

And Lame Cherry has a read on Haiti about how disappointed obots are that they are going to Haiti to capture their own real live black to replace their disppointment in the current tan guy. FUNNY.
