Spring is Irreversible

©2010 drkate

The winter left us yesterday, escorted out of town by the Patriots gathered in Washington D.C..  The voracious appetite for liberty that now breaks the haze over America is like the spring—it is irreversible.  Obama and the socialist democrats did not move fast enough to give us permanent winter.

They are exposed now fully, in the light of the new and longer day.  And they are lifeless, the antithesis of spring which is so full of joyous growth.

The light has brought us clarity of the danger we face amidst the beauty of spring.  We see very clearly, for example, what Obama’s behavior is about–the sickening fulfillment of communist objectives and Obama benefactors.

We have witnessed, for our benefit, the deceit, corruption, anti-Americanism, and anti-constitutional behavior of Congress.  As witness to the deceit, we can now flood every single judge, governor, sheriff, and attorney general with documentation on misprision of treason and misprision of felony.

Misprision of  Treason. Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

These Congressmen knowingly violated their oath of office…we saw it, and they know it.  They should be reported, and we, as citizens, need to report this and hold these elected officials accountable.  This is a return to citizen government before the 2010 elections.  Put them on notice NOW.  And use the time to educate the public with numerous examples as to their violations and the consequences for each and all of us.

Title 18 U.S.C. defines ‘misprision of felony’, or knowledge of a crime:

Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

Think about bribery in the form of Ben Nelson, Mary Landrieu, Dennis Kuchinich, and any republican who votes ‘yes’, and you’ve got a start.  They need to be reported, put on notice, and compelled to defend themselves, if only in the public sphere as having to answer questions about potential crimes raised in the citizen charges.

A return to Constitutional Governance begins at home.  Report the crime.

… and as the slumbering populace awakens, the cheese (for Onama and his Flying Monkeys) will become even more binding. I do not believe that most Americans will happily entertain treason by those in power politically.

I was in DC yesterday. We had a big crowd for a last minute call to action, at least 10,000. When we were going to the various Representatives offices most of the staff were very cordial. Of course we didn’t see any of our Reps. They were in the Capitol building. When we got to one of my Reps from PA, Chris Carney’s office the door was locked. They were inside because lights were on. We were sure they were there, refusing to let us in or talk to us. Then we found out that Carney took a bribe. Guess what the traitor got? Chairmanship of the Appropriations committee! There were about 30 or more of us outside his office and we wrote notes and put under his door. This is what we are up against. If they pass the bill today then we have a lot of work to do to try to get it appealed. It would make life easier for us if they vote it down!
We need to get him exposed and out of our White House very soon folks. I think that is the only way we can get our country back on track. I fear that if we don’t do it now there will be no elections in 2012, or no real elections, at least.

God bless all of the patriots who came to DC this weekend from afar. We thank you. For me it is only a 3 hour drive but I saw many who flew from states far away. We shook them up. they knew we were there. As they were in he Capitol building debating we were outside chanting very loudly. Mechelle Backman said they could hear us inside. We heard that BO was going to the Cannon building to talk to some of the reps so we all ran over there and actually blocked the entrance way so his suv had to drive around finding a spot to get him out.

We can stop this train wreck and we will. The will of the American people is very strong.I was glad to see a lot of young people out there. It is good to see them fighting for our liberty, too. Thank you Dr. Kate, for this piece. It is great, as usual. You are so poetic.

Nancy, thank you so much for being there and reporting! It sends chills up my spine to hear this. the lame stream media is trying so hard to paint Patriots as racist, and its not going to work.

Thank you thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

      **waving American flag**

  3. 5 Katie March 21, 2010 at 8:39 am

Nancy – on behalf of those of us who couldn’t go, THANK YOU! We are so grateful for all the patriots who were there, and I hope you know we were with you in spirit.

Here’s another experience from a fellow blogger who was there:

  4. 6 Katie March 21, 2010 at 8:42 am

The Tea Party movement is the biggest threat to the communists trying to take over our country. That is why it has to be attacked and destroyed. Good luck with that (sarc!)

Even FOX reported racial attacks on the Congressional Black Caucus (speaking of racist!)and slurs on Bawney Fwank. The MSM is lying. Lots of boo’s, no racial slurs. Great job, lamestream media. You’ve been BUSTED!

I WISH Obama was a socialist. It would be preferable to yet another fascist government.

This healthcare “reform,” in which they plan to force us to buy a product from a private industry, is neither socialist nor conservative, but fascist.

It’s time to stop seeing things as right vs. left (a false distinction drummed up by the corporate media) and as us vs. them.

    Get a clue.

    • 9 drkate March 21, 2010 at 11:30 am

yes, the left right paradigm is over. This is a fascist takeover of our government, has been since Pelousy was elected speaker, and since the usurper fooled everyone to get in office

  7. 10 No-nonsense-nancy March 21, 2010 at 11:35 am

I want to make something clear from the previous post. There was no construction around the roads going into DC on Sat. preventing patriots from getting to the rally. That info must have just been more propaganda. I wish I could have been there today because they were supposed to hold a church service in the rotunda of the capitol building.

    Inspiring speech by Jon Voigt

  9. 12 Papoose March 21, 2010 at 12:28 pm

Nancy Pelosi bearing her gigantic mallet in the face of the American People, deliberately and defiantly, on sacred ground today drips with immeasurable conceit and deceit.

Is Chairwoman of the World wearing her super-duper Wonder Woman underroos all pretty with sickles and hammers?

Is that the same suit she wore at the State of the Union address when the color theme of the evening was shades of purple? Or do we all have a few lavender suits in our closet?

    Man-made catastrophe? Gird your loins.

    —- For another day

Drkate, what is the actual job description of the Secretary of State in the Executive Cabinet? What are the real duties and obligations of this Office? I often wonder about the purpose of this position.

    • 13 drkate March 21, 2010 at 12:41 pm

      State or national, Papoose?

I can’t stand to look at pelousy, and the gloating. 😡

      • 14 Papoose March 21, 2010 at 9:18 pm

        Wretching, drKate.

SOS as in Secretary of State, HRC.

I am starting to hear Sarah plainly. Her voice used to irk me. It now sounds like a Chelsea Morn’g.

I have been yelling and cussing at her off and on at the TV and hoping my neighbors don’t think I’ve suddenly taken to arguing with my family. 😆

    Thanks for this Link!

Picturesque, Liberty on Alert – its a Beautiful Thing.

Its comforting to come here today with all the daring Patriots and brave resources provided.

    Bless you, each and everyone.

Let’s think about bringing back stocks and bonds, in the public square, that is. Communist public officials need to be identified.
America is a choice, not a doormat. If you want the IRS at your kitchen table, then you are in the wrong Country. Nada Nope is universal for the English word NO. Comprende Compadre? (Jihadists included.)

Hall of Shame’s first inductee, Nancy Pelosi, the life long commie not really from San Fransisco.
    – Breaking!
Stupak is a grandstander. The buzzer went off on the 18th. I heard it.- more bullpuckies for us.

Remember when horsetrading and rackateering were high crimes?

    Treason in your face.

  12. 18 heather March 21, 2010 at 2:29 pm

Concerning the construction equipment surrounding the WH yesterday, holding back the tea party from entering, was reported by foxnews and therefore I wrote what was reported.

However, in my mind that sure would have been a trick that these democrats would have played on.

The MSM reporting that certain politicians were spit on etc is just another one of their games. The tea party patriots would not do that, and yet it could have happened by way of other protesters or the SEIU, if infact it did happen at all.

  13. 19 heather March 21, 2010 at 7:06 pm

Seems to me after listening to Bart Stupak state repeatedly that he would NOT sign this bill unless federal money was eliminated for abortions, that he is pro-choice–so he is a liar.

He clearly accepted the EO today which revolves around the dollars for the tax payers — his NO vote did not revolve around the “life” of unborn babies. He sold out pro-life and is no better than obama who believes in all forms of abortion.

I am sick, sick, sick over this. I thought for a while that just maybe there was one “decent” democrat. Was I ever wrong.

I will be on the phones tomorrow to all of the republicans to do whatever they can to reverse this massive take over of our lives.

My greatest fear is that Soros and the Seiu do everything illegal they can to get this communist back in office in 2012. After all Soros himself has said he will do whatever it takes, and that leaves us, we the people, deeper in communism.

  14. 20 Papoose March 21, 2010 at 8:13 pm

Yeah, Stupak has been brilliant for days on end now.

The fricking “morons” know exactly what they are doing.

Thank Goodnesss we are onto them like their underwear.

Help! I’ve fallen and cannot get up.

Nancy D’Alesandro Pelosi from Baltimore is sickening.

    Who is this woman?

    Communist Liar.

    • 22 Quantum Leap March 21, 2010 at 11:02 pm

She is from a political family in Baltimore and was born with a silver spoon in her slimy mouth.
Did you see her lizard devil tongue darting in and out? Funny how all the facists do that when they get in front of a crowd to speak. F8ckers stole my party.

  16. 23 Papoose March 21, 2010 at 8:32 pm

If Turd Kennedy is so special why don’t the Kennedys pool their bucks and open up an National NonProfit to proivide clinics in every neighborhood like they had back in the day? You know when you paid the student dentist $7.00 to extract a tooth.

    Its all good.

    • 24 tdr March 21, 2010 at 8:38 pm

I’ve often thought it a good idea to have two tax structures. One for those who want socialist agendas and one for those who want capitalism. That should make everyone happy. Right?

  17. 25 Papoose March 21, 2010 at 8:52 pm

    Now. What do we do?

    Spring is irreversible.

Bye Bye Miss American pie. Got my chevy stuck in a levy but the levy was dry and good old folks…whisky and rye… Pitchforks and Ole Glory…as is to a crucifix in the face to life suckers…Dracula in broad daylight.

    Took them long enough.

    Usurped. Coup d’tat.

  18. 26 Papoose March 21, 2010 at 8:55 pm

Governor Ed Rendell is bought and sold.
So much for a former District Attorney. Bad Bye, Eddie.

    Phil Boehmke

Although Rudyard Kipling died twenty-five years prior to the birth of Barack Obama, he nonetheless knew him far better than those who cast their vote him in 2008. Mr. Kipling understood the dire consequences that are produced when unfit leaders ascend to the seat of power and the warning that he penned rings ominously true today.

    “A Servant When He Reigneth”

His feet are swift to tumult,
His hands are slow to toil,
His ears are deaf to reason,
His lips are loud in broil.
He knows no use for power
    Except to show his might.
He gives no heed to judgment
    Unless it prove him right.

    His vows are lightly spoken,
His faith is hard to bind,
    His trust is easy broken,
    He fears his fellow kind.
The nearest mod will move him
To break the pledge he gave-
Oh, a Servant when he Reigneth
    Is more than ever slave.

  20. 28 Papoose March 21, 2010 at 9:02 pm

    Hurray for Rudyard Kipling…

Helen Keller was and Gloria Steinem is into…hmmm.

Lord Tennyson: and yours is but to do and die.

  21. 29 heather March 21, 2010 at 9:05 pm

Tom Delay is on Heraldo with Ed Rendell—and Tom was livid! He pulled out of his pocket a copy of the constitution and said on national tv–the democrats just shredded and burned the constitution———Heraldo (the idiot drama king) challenged him and said NO it comes under the commerce act—Delay came right back at him and Delay was right.

Boehner gave the pleading speech of beggery of his life on the floor–but then walks in OBama — oh I just cant wait til tomorrow when constitutional attorneys nationwide turn this upside down in the courts which of course will be in the courts for years! Hopefully this travesty will stay in court until after the pig gets out in 2012.

Mark Levin will be in court tuesday filing his lawsuit! Don’t anyone mess with Levin–he knows his stuff.

I am sick, sick, sick and cannot believe they over turned our United States of America Constitution.

You ask what we do now? PRAY for Impeachment–pray that this so called coup backfires on Obama and co and brings out the ineligibity now and the SCOTUS now hears it!

Every blog today is talking Impeachment of all of them.

I hope Stupak is happy, because that EO is nothing–law supercedes EO!

  22. 30 Papoose March 21, 2010 at 9:13 pm

Stupak is a grandstander fake in false overtime.

Now what’s up for my daughter who should be attending College next year? New Roolz? Does the Government now own my baby Daughter? Now that they Own me…. ? 😦

  23. 31 heather March 21, 2010 at 9:25 pm

If your daughter takes student loans–which now are included in the bill–she has to apply thru the fed govt for loans–no more bank or private student loans. You will have to keep her on your insurance until she is 26 years old.

That is bull crap—what kind of accountabity and responsiblity does this teach kids today? NONE ZIPPPPP—

Yes, the govt will probably own not just your daughter, but every other student. It’s called Alinsky rules for radicals and control of the children—Teach your daughter well, which I am sure you have that only she is responsible for her own actions and she doesnt become one of them.

The student loan bill will kill thousands of jobs nationwide, just like their mortgage bill killed mine and thousands of others.

Pelosi is a liar–this piece of crap will not create millions of jobs————it will create move govt and less private sector jobs–leaving the american people without a way to survive.

  24. 33 Rosemary Woodhouse March 21, 2010 at 9:39 pm

Pardon my being crass, but they just dropped a whole load of shit laden fertilizer on our Springtime celebration.

  25. 34 heather March 21, 2010 at 10:19 pm

Pelosi gave her grand stand speech after the first passing and went on and on naming all those who worked so hard—-I screamed at the TV–what is this the OSCARS!

Yes they did drop all that crap————–!

  26. 35 chicagogal March 21, 2010 at 10:37 pm

It’s been a long time since I posted here, but I think we now know why Hillary let the Dems win their war to put Obama in office instead of exposing him for the fraud that we all know him to be. The Clintons couldn’t win the healthcare battle in their day so they’re letting it go down this way instead.

    • 36 Quantum Leap March 21, 2010 at 10:50 pm

You have THAT right. Hillary struck a deal. I would never support a Clinton as long as I live. (anyone want my autographed copy of slick willies book that I have?-I want if off my bookshelf) the scales fall from my eyes to see that they are also Brezinski’s puppets. The Bush’s, Clinton’s and obuma are brezinski’s puppets. Hillary’s boss is the council of foreign relations, EU, and the new world order.
      Fook them all.
They voted by electronic voting machine. Boener strongly asked several times at the podium if they could have a roll call vote and he was not responded to. They ignored him.
      They cheat again.
Every single one of the scemocrats is corrupt and they lie constantly. Every sentence they say is a fat lie. All of them are constant liars.

      • 37 drkate March 21, 2010 at 11:49 pm

Amen. Never again. I have great affection for the Clintons, but sadly I realize my whole life has been lived with the progressive destruction of the Constitution.

  27. 38 Quantum Leap March 21, 2010 at 10:52 pm

Here is the list of who voted for and who voted against.

  28. 39 heather March 21, 2010 at 11:05 pm

The one statement I love came from Rep from florida–Hastings–
” We don’t have rules, we make them up as we go along”——-that in itself is illegal.

OMG i cannot believe what I have witnessed with this one in office.

I agree with why Hillary allowed Obama the presidency–let him take the fall for the HC bill leaving her free for 2012!

Not hardly–she was a progressive way before he was born! Her and Bill standing in Russia protesting against the vietnam war while we are at war! That is treason and then 20 yrs later they are allowed to run for political office? What is that?

Now we have thousands of IRS and govt workers owing hundreds of thousands of dollars in back taxes and they are allowed these jobs? Private secture runs credit reports and if you have crap credit you dont get the job!

I think it is a prerecracit of obama to hire all people with bad credit!

    • 40 Quantum Leap March 21, 2010 at 11:12 pm

Pity the people who are job hunting and get their credit pulled so many times it tanks to 150 and then they can’t get a job for sure. True thing. People are experiencing this.

  29. 42 heather March 22, 2010 at 6:07 am

Employers are only allowed to pull credit as an Employer which if done correctly has no effect on the score.

Although there are some pretty stupid people out there who don’t check the right box on the report and sometimes it has been known to come back as a consumer check instead of employer check.

That can be corrected IF the consumer/employee gets access to that report and with by the new law that employer is required to send that report to the consumer. It is then that the consumer will be able to tell if the credit pull was done correctly, and if not the consumer has the right to dispute it and the agencies, by law has to delete it or correct it, whichever the consumer has requested. Must be done in writing though.
