The winter left us yesterday, escorted out of town by the Patriots gathered in Washington D.C.. The voracious appetite for liberty that now breaks the haze over America is like the spring—it is irreversible. Obama and the socialist democrats did not move fast enough to give us permanent winter.
They are exposed now fully, in the light of the new and longer day. And they are lifeless, the antithesis of spring which is so full of joyous growth.
The light has brought us clarity of the danger we face amidst the beauty of spring. We see very clearly, for example, what Obama’s behavior is about–the sickening fulfillment of communist objectives and Obama benefactors.
We have witnessed, for our benefit, the deceit, corruption, anti-Americanism, and anti-constitutional behavior of Congress. As witness to the deceit, we can now flood every single judge, governor, sheriff, and attorney general with documentation on misprision of treason and misprision of felony.
Misprision of Treason. Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.
These Congressmen knowingly violated their oath of office…we saw it, and they know it. They should be reported, and we, as citizens, need to report this and hold these elected officials accountable. This is a return to citizen government before the 2010 elections. Put them on notice NOW. And use the time to educate the public with numerous examples as to their violations and the consequences for each and all of us.
Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
Think about bribery in the form of Ben Nelson, Mary Landrieu, Dennis Kuchinich, and any republican who votes ‘yes’, and you’ve got a start. They need to be reported, put on notice, and compelled to defend themselves, if only in the public sphere as having to answer questions about potential crimes raised in the citizen charges.
A return to Constitutional Governance begins at home. Report the crime.
