The Siege of Washington

©2010 drkate

I am reminded this early morning of George Washington and all of our Founders… of the Second Continental Congress which led our country during the war for independence and until the Constitution was in effect… and our founding documents which now pave the way for the revolution of a corrupt government.

We have the inherent right as a free people to cast off tyranny, and to form a new government that lives by the principles of the Constitution for the United States, which serves our needs.  And we have the tools to bring about this revolution peaceably as our Founders created and passed them to us.

Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable ~ John F. Kennedy

In theory, the entire government should resign as well as a great deal of the federal work force.  They all took an oath to uphold the Constitution and by their silence and game playing they are complicit.   But they are comfortable, are deluded with power, and comfortable in their misery.   And just this week, we see the left, alinsky baiting machine in full swing–they want us to adopt the same failed, discrediting tactics of violence they used in the ’60s and ’70s.

The government has become the enemy of the Constitution, and has breached its contract with the American people.

The Siege of Boston, 1775-1776

Siege. the action of an armed force that surrounds a fortified place and isolates it while continuing to attack

British evacuate Boston 1776

In 1776 the siege of Boston saw the isolation of the British forces in Boston Harbor by the fledgling Continental Army, positioned at key high points surrounding the bay, along river courses and roads, behind breastworks, and throughout the countryside.   Washington had secured a number of cannons and placed them on high ground, which the British were unable to defend against.  The siege began on April 19, 1775  in Lexington and Concord and ended with the British evacuation of Boston in March 1776.

The siege had been made possible by the Patriots’ push back against the invasion of the British. This was preceded by years of boycotts and other forms of economic punishment, petitions, and pleading with the Crown to stop oppressing its people.

The Americans drove the British back into Boston by covering every road and trail; by hiding behind trees and sniping at key targets; and by laying traps and surprise attacks. Once under siege, the plans, strengths and weaknesses of the British were revealed through a network of spies and infiltration into British camps.

The Americans intended to surround the British and prevent their escape.  Although eventually the siege of Boston ended when the British evacuated, the strategies followed in Boston were pursued by the Continental Army against the British throughout the war.

The Siege of Washington, 2009-2012

Americans are under siege by their government, more openly now so than ever before in history.  In fact, the anti-Americans cannot hide it anymore, and, they realize it is not a done deal as more and more Americans wake up.

We are not in 1776, and the people are ‘armed’ with different tools.  So Washington’s siege today has not surrounded the people, we surround them. But there are parallel tools and strategies our Founders used then that can be used now.

Realists among us are not naive about what lies ahead.

American Patriots began the push back in 2009, culminating in the 2.1 million patriot march on DC in September…only to be met with a more arrogant and vigorous fight back from the government, resulting in a health industry take over.  They plan on more fights in sheer defiance of our will.

It is our task now to place Washington under siege…not with weapons or rebellion..but with pressure and presence, and lots of it.  When you know in your heart they are wrong, and are reminded of how the first Patriots lay siege to their enemies, think about the following:

  • Fluster and Embarrass. The anti-Americans get to go nowhere without someone calling out their anti-Americanism. Just pick a topic, there are so many.  And take the high road, let them call you a Nazi.  Remember the left only knows how to scream (like Howard Dean), they do not know how to engage in ideas.  Bring a camera everywhere, and hand them copies of the constitution.  Let them throw it in the trash on you tube.  Tag team this across the country–call it Patriot networking.  Everywhere.
  • Stop Work Orders.  Prevent any more work against the people by flooding every agency, senator, congressman, president, office, at every level, with constituent requests.  Keep them busy, bombard the phone lines, speak to everyone.  Tag team this across the country.
  • Disinfection Strategy.  Meetings in the people’s house should be public and we the people should be in our house every single day of the year.
  • Question Eligibility Constantly.  Do not let up on Obama’s eligibility, and the government’s legitimacy.  Nearly all of this disaster done by him can be undone because of that.  Quo Warranto– always ask the question, ‘by what authority is Congress/Obama doing this?’
  • Occupation.  Occupy their minds, our house, their mail,  their work load, their staff’s workload, their phones, their fax machines, their electronic mail in boxes.  Several times a year, several million people can occupy Washington D.C. as we exercise our First Amendment rights.

These of course are just a few ideas of the many that are emerging from all Patriot sources everywhere.  It is a good sign that we may have suffered a punch to the jawline, but already we are up and strategizing.  We are not alone. 🙂

We know a lot more than we think–we know that Cloward-Piven strategy and alinsky tactics are used, we know the White House is occupied by communists, we know that Obama is ineligible, we are not fooled any more by the right-left or republican-democrat paradigm.  We know they are trying to label us terrorists.  We know they will be brats and likely push it too far.

No time to argue or persuade.  I think on Sunday just about everyone knew that there is no turning back now.  I ask God to bless our Nation and to return to our hearts so that we may re-member America.

DRK—Another good and thought provoking epistle. We, the free people (for now), have just begun the real fight. Those who may have doubted the severity of our plight now have strong evidence of what we are up against. As pelosi said, they will do whatever is necessary to get their way. They have erased the old classic political boundaries of party and taken strides to unite the people in opposition to their total take-over.
In spite of the careful and elaborate preparation of obama, soetoro, whoever by whoever sponsored him, I feel his overwhelming narsisism and ego will ultimately upset all their plans. However, we must do our part as you point out to keep the pressure on and frustrate their efforts–and make it easier for obama to screw up. The eligibility issue is becoming more evident now and the states are responding to the health care fiasco.
The next few months are going to be very decisive, and I feel, good.

NO, we do not want a constitutional convention! They could get rid of our constitution altogether. We already have a Continentil Congress. That is all we need.

PS—Everyone should read(re-read) The Trojan Candidate to refresh us on just what we are up against. There is even more to that story now.

I have seen this elsewhere and linked it here a few weeks ago. This so called sell out has never been amended with the NESARA act.

More information can be found on http://www.teamlaw.org which has much more information and property rights and how to protect our property.

Since no one has ever brought this up, how are WE THE PEOPLE to know if in fact it is true?

However if it is true than we have been owned by the Rothchilds/Bilderbergers since 1933, when we were quit claim deeded over to the UN and the IMF.

If this is true what recourse do we have?

The past few weeks I have continually called my local Congressman only to speak with his aide who did tell me that everyone knows that Obama is NOT a NBC and ineligible to hold this office but they don’t know what to do about it…..and I gave him this link to read. Could it be that if this is true, then there is nothing we can do? Is this what Michelle Obama meant when she said, “there is nothing to keep Bararck from being President.”

Regarding Obama, there is most certainly something they can do, and that is initiate and investigation and get him out on the 25th amendment. They themselves can also pursue quo warranto. They can raise the issue all the time. They can ask for an FBI investigation.

Regarding the corporation usa…the 14th amendment and the act of 1871 have to be addressed. The Third Continental Congress intends to address this…come up with concrete actions against this.

A 300 million person class action lawsuit against the corporation in DC is intriguing to me. We may have to do this.

  9. 13 heather March 26, 2010 at 1:35 pm

A 300 million class action lawsuit would be awesome–I can picture it now.

There is just so much going on in the middle of every night with these usurpers that it’s so hard to keep up with them. Just the way they want it.

I just called the ACLJ and spoke to them about this and they are unaware of it? Never heard of it…was told to call my state reps to find out! How can one be a constitutional attorney and never have heard of this?

    Just saying.

November is a long time away and a lot more damage can still be done.

Some predict they will go after the democrat/marixst/progressives wish list a/k/a/ the “Holy Trinity”: Health care reform, cap and trade and immigration reform. Since they have nothing to lose any more, they might try and ram the other two hot-bed issues through and go down in flames in November. God help us!!!!!

Leveling the playing field, Marxism, the moment with Joe the Plumber was his campaign promise. That is the fundamental transmission that he promised. It’s in the New York Times today except they don’t call it redistribution of wealth because that’s no longer politically correct! It’s now wealth inequality!
Max Baucus admits it’s not about healthcare but welath distibution and Fidel and Quaddaffi are so proud of Barry Soetoro (everyone needs to start calling him only that name – His true name-Phil Bergs requests his real name to be used only and from now on.)

  14. 21 Rosemary Woodhouse March 26, 2010 at 4:33 pm

I cannot comprehend how/why some/many/we/they act as if any law enacted by this thugocracy cannot be undone! If we last until November(stated seriously), why couldn’t all of these illegal/ill-begotten laws be repealed? I am seeing this all over the internet (especially with regard to the clause in the healthcare bill being unrepealable) and find it perplexing. How do these Marxists/Radicals wield such power? It’s incomprehensible that the formerly intelligent citizenry of this once exceptional nation is falling for this scam. Are we beasts or are we red-blooded Americans?

I ,for one, will not wring my hands and be paralyzed with fear. It’s time to take our power back, starting with our reactions/emotions/logic. We will find a way back….yes, we can!

we need to segregate “Healthcare” into 2 components,

The Medical Field of professionals should be distinguished as individuals providing health services to humans and their pets on their own volition. Some are employees and some are in what used to be known as “private” Practice. Some are students of this ancient Humanity. Some research and conduct experiments. Some teach.

Insurers should be recognized as a pool of corporate carriers in the business of underwriting the cost of providing medical services. They are investors. Their solvency is in layers . Its called reinsurance. Premiums are the basis for viability. (Insurance “carriers”, the rip offs, also employee millions of people providing wages, benefits and time off.) Insurance is measuring the risk and providing a contract.

They shouldn’t be lumped together. Unions have no say whatsoever, Neither does Wall Street.

I’d much rather pay my Doctor on the spot. She’d love that co-pay at $40. a pop.

I only need to have a line in my policy addressing the tests I may need, as well as my 25 year old child, and that is: fully covered; and a catastrophic clause for the likeliness of disease with a promise of first class treatment and recovery. No deductibles. No coinsurance; my premiums already do that. Rehabilitation is included.

The people providing health care and companies offering a means to offset your long term costs shouldn’t be anything the Federal Government has any say in.

Its the Lawyers and Board of Directors of Hospitals that need to be regulated and reformed. Get the Unions out of medical care facilities employment and benefits. Read pension plans- hah! They are leeches causing the hemmorhraging.

Social Services and Charities, begone! We need you no longer. Its all free now. Maybe you can go invent a new thing called clinics or something for the working poor footing the Bill.

  22. 29 Papoose March 26, 2010 at 7:38 pm

Insurance is neither a gift nor a a right.

Our health insurance is an in-state insurance for in-state only. For the past few weeks I have heard on our local radio that our insurance is approved by the fed govt.

I told my husband to check this out at his job and he was told that last summer the insurance dept of his employer called the govt to find out what their mandates for insurance was going to me–and when our renewals came out for this year, the only thing changed was the deductible going up by $250 each person. Everything else stayed the same. I supposed because the insurance that is offered by his employer wanted to make sure everything was going to work since the insurance is a trust.

I agree, within the next few weeks when HR depts start holding meetings with the employees there are going to be some ticked off people nationwide. This was not the hope and change they thought they were getting. Along, now with the huge tax increase for those earning less than 200k a yr. The middle class is taking the hit so they can “CASTE” a new class. This is designed to destroy us.

Wow-where can I read that about them coming for us to concentration camps? This is frightening. Everyday is something more scary — what’d they do save it all for the big blast off in our faces?

Yep, people are going to be ticked when they find out and though there are times when I tend to have a BIG mouth, I find myself scared to death of all the things they have PLANNED for us.

Not for legislation. Unalienable rights usurped for the common good. Your personal spirit that you’ve know all your life has been hijacked.

Remember when you knew this instinctively…prior to the Federal Reserve dictating your labor and sense of justice beacause they say so… as they loot the Treasury and Terrain:

    THE EIGHT BEATITUDES OF JESUS

“Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

    Blessed are they who mourn,
    for they shall be comforted.

    Blessed are the meek,
for they shall inherit the earth.

Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
    for they shall be satisfied.

    Blessed are the merciful,
    for they shall obtain mercy.

Blessed are the pure of heart,
    for they shall see God.

    Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they shall be called children of God.

Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.”

My husband is a civil servant – puts his life on the line every shift he works. He saves lives, he protects lives. He is exposed to situations most people could never imagine. His brother does the same but in a different line of work.

We just found out today that due to obama free-care we will have $1500.00 more per year deducted for LONG TERM CARE insurance – we have no choice. So, we pay into our health care $$$, pay our deductibles $200 per person ($600.for us) and up to $2000.00 per year IN ADDITION for part of a thing I can’t remember the details of right now-I think it’s for “stupid visits”-things like running to the Dr. for colds/pimples/slight sprains, ect. So, we have health care – but must be responsible. We actually pay for the very basics out of pocket, but are covered for 80% of things like annual mammo’s. 80% of most prescriptions are covered. Not all. Dental = 5%. Vision = 5%. We pay 95%. So, NOT a Cadillac plan.

Sigh. He is in a union, not that purple one though. We pay over $3000. a year (without the “stupid care” stuff-{cause that’s kind of how the agent explained it to me}) Now we have to add to that $1500. per year. Not including prescriptions, which both of us have.

Where is our freebie? Where is our $4500.+ per year handout? Our household is well below $250k per year – WTF?

Why do we get the notice, just a couple of days after obama-care is deemed passed, that we will have an additional $1500. per year forcible extracted from our income for “long term care”?

Oh, we are not finished with this fight. Game on I say.

”Are we beasts or are we red-blooded Americans?”

    Indeed.

There exists proof in the form of Obama’s own words that his health insurance plan is nothing more than a redistribution of wealth which the government has no power to do under our Constitution. Obama made some appearances as a guest on Odyssey, a talk show at Chicago Public Radio. Obama, then a State Senator was on the program 3 times between 1998 and 2002. Here is an excerpt from the call-in segment for the Slavery and the Constitution show that aired in September of 2001 and the transcript from 2001 as posted at Free Republic at

That “Special Reserve Corps” (or should it be “corpse”) and the “Student Loan Program”, as all know, are part of the the health care reform just passed. On the Citizen Wells blog, a comment was made that maybe that isn’t coincidental. He theorized that perhaps to get a student loan, our youth would have to join the Special Reserve Corps. He thought it eerily similar to Hitler and his Brown Shirts. Obummer said he was going to have a civilian army, as well funded as our military, and so it begins.
