Avoiding the Constitution

As if we didn’t already know, Justice Clarence Thomas admitted confirmed that the Courts Supreme Court is avoiding Obama’s eligibility issue.  What was unexpected is the laugh that accompanied this admission, from a Supreme Court Justice. So much for the ‘revered’ position of a Supreme Court Justice, when the  national security of the United States and the rights of the people are concerned.

Psst. Clarence. Its not a joke. 😮

Is he telling us that when the Kerchner case reaches the Supreme Court, they will avoid it?    What kind of message does that send to the Justices on the  Court hearing the Kerchner appeal?  Will the Supreme Court violate Article III and fail to take on this clearly constitutional issue?  One that has never been presented to the Supreme Court in all its history?

With friends like these, who needs enemies?
