Avoiding the Constitution

As if we didn’t already know, Justice Clarence Thomas admitted confirmed that the Courts Supreme Court is avoiding Obama’s eligibility issue.  What was unexpected is the laugh that accompanied this admission, from a Supreme Court Justice. So much for the ‘revered’ position of a Supreme Court Justice, when the  national security of the United States and the rights of the people are concerned.

Psst. Clarence. Its not a joke. 😮

Is he telling us that when the Kerchner case reaches the Supreme Court, they will avoid it?    What kind of message does that send to the Justices on the  Court hearing the Kerchner appeal?  Will the Supreme Court violate Article III and fail to take on this clearly constitutional issue?  One that has never been presented to the Supreme Court in all its history?

With friends like these, who needs enemies?

Obama’s Practice of Avoiding the Constitution

Obama’s clearest slap in the face to Americans is to not have proven himself an  American citizen and constitutionally eligible for the Presidency.  It should have been clear to the citizenry, but the bulk of the citizenry is illiterate regarding the basic requirements of the Constitution.

As a result, Obama has been able to avoid all other constructs of the Constitution with ease, as his co-conspirators run the U.S. Senate, the House, and now apparently the U.S. Supreme Court.

Logistics Monster recently featured an article entitled  “A Visual Aid to Obama’s Dictatorship” , presented handily in the diagram below.  Although the title should be “Constitutional Governance Denied” rather than democracy, imho, this graphic highlights the power grabs going on currently in key areas that affect the fundamental character, governance, and economic structure of America.

Visual Guide to Obama's Dictatorship

Obama bypasses the Senate and usually has House cooperation in his efforts, thanks to the Forked-Tongue Speaker of the House.  This highlights why the people must regain the House and the Senate in order to limit the Executive powers.

Right now, Obama is unchecked and our country is in massive danger.  The man has no allegiance to us and neither does the majority of the Congress or the Courts.  Its hard to see an option that doesn’t involve the wholesale condemnation of the entire government and the Judiciary.  The longer the so called ‘republicans’ remain quiet, and utter mild objections to the democrats wholesale assault on the Constitution, the more they are part of the problem.

Live by the Constitution, and let the chips fall where they may.  BE a profile in courage.

Soon it is going to be time to shut them all down, and prevent any business from going on until the basic elements of the constitution are addressed, like eligibility

The constitution has been abused and ignored since andrew jackson.

    Remember the ‘Trail of Tears’?

andrew jackson methodically ignored the Supreme Court ruling in favor of the Cherokee Nation over land rights in Georgia and forced them at their peril and under gun point to relocate to Oklahoma territory. (This was the beginning and what ’caused’ the Indian Wars.)

What will be new here is the fact the supremes decided that they will learn from history and not bother to rule in favor of the Constitution due to the past history beginning with andrew jackson and the executive branch saying they are above the Rule of the Land.

The checks and balances imposed by our founders have been a laughing stock since that cretin uttered probably the same words as george bush II — GD the Constitution…is is only a piece of paper.

Soon we will regain our country back and once again it will be a shinning star in our lonely world. However, like our forefathers before us will we ban those neighbors from our country who fought against us(most ‘lovyal’ british subjects in the colonies were banished and relocated to Canada). But unlike our forefathers once we have our country back we must stand vigilant and not allow ‘tolerance’ to get in the way of our countries happiness…we won’t have a third chance to revive/restore/rescue this shining star.

And when we get our country back, we should begin to charge, try, and convict much of our governmental official with treason.

      Yeah Right:

Jackson didn’t just “Ignore” SCOTUS. When someone asked him how he could square his idea of dispossessing the Cherokee Nation, he actually said (paraphrased) “… if the Supremne Court wants to have that law enforced, then let them go and enforce it …”.

At that point, it was actually the responsibility of Congress to take Jackson to the woodshed of even remove him from office – but they were as big a bunch of cowards and collective know nothings as they are today so they sat on their hands.

It will be up to We The People to ensure that anything similar does not happen again, but of course in this case it will be even a more serious matter since SCOTUS will rule that the man does not meet the eligibility requirements to hold the office he now occupies while Jackson WAS eligible.

    Yeah right–well said!

I would add that “Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.” It is now time for THE PEOPLE to stand against this corrupt government and remove them all from the city of DC.

Since the justices have been silenced-what do we need them for? Why pay salaries to those who sit and create ways to keep the truth under lock and key. Why have congress? Why have the CIA? Why have any agencies that do nothing but continue to pretend they are working for the people.

The hand writing is now on the wall that it is the People’s choice to chose our government—-as stated in the constitution.

When I saw the clip of Justice Clarence Thomas yesterday, my thought was that he is uncovering the truth and took the opportunity to go on record. I was thinking that the laughter was sneering.

I hope nothing happens to him or his wife…

Also, there today, an article about a 12000 SF mosque being built in Tennessee to serve 40 families…

I hope it was sneering, and I do hope Justice Thomas and his wife are safe. I think Obama is deadly and will stop at nothing. but I also know that the eligibility issue is key to our stopping this.

It is convenient for Obama that we are focusing our anger on Congress. He could care less whether he loses seats in 2010…

I agree that he could care less about the 2010 elections. I am sure they have plenty of infiltrators to step in to take the place of the current “useful idiots”.

The eligibility issue is the crux of all our problems. The talking heads are trying to get us to focus these commie laws that are being passed and coming to pass, when the key is automatic overturn in getting rid of this louse.

I hope with all my heart that Clarence Thomas was going on the record. Its so hard to know what the truth is about anything anymore.

Clarence Thomas’ wife started up some sort of tea party organization about a month ago. When I saw that video clip I couldn’t have imagined that he was “in” on it with Obama, and wondered also if is was an act on his part. I just don’t understand why everyone in the position of removing him have and continue to stay quiet.

Could it be they all have a PLAN that WE don’t know about? After all, these thugs are being watched closely by other agencies as was told to me a few weeks ago. That those same agencies are part of WE THE PEOPLE quietly. We need to see that TREE instead of the forest that they have shoved in front of us.

After watching the NWO video above, I believe that they think they are almost where they want to be to do us all in, and have no idea what so ever that there are other EYES on them just waiting for the right time. I cannot imagine losing anymore of America than what we already have. I also have some gut feelings that there are others outside of the US that are also waiting and watching. After all, America has always been there for the world, and someone has to be there quietly for us.

    Just my thoughts.

Jose Seranno is the guy chiding Justice Clarence Thomas in drkate’s video – first sentence above.

Barney Frank and Harry Reid also proposed this action in their committees as well. Cited in Wiki: 22nd Amendment under Criticisms.

I remember reading one explanation by SCOTUS that they don’t intervene in political issues…….so, hey, SCOTUS, what was that you were doing in 2000???

    • 12 Papoose April 19, 2010 at 4:30 pm

      Exactly, JJ.

Mario Apuzzo has a new post up discussing this video. The comments are terrific.

Also, ‘I took the Red Pill’ offers an article that is a topic discussed in the comments, which is truly wonderful. ~ He writes about President George Washington’s borrowing specific books most probably on the day he took the oath of office in NYC. Pill’s writing takes you there. Its very interesting.
