Third Continental Congress on Calderon’s Speech to Congress

©2010 drkate

Official statement in regard to the treasonous acts of the US Congress and the declaration of war by Mexican President Calderon:

President Calderon stated,  “with all due respect, if you do not regulate the sale of these weapons in the right way, nothing guarantees that criminals here in the united States, with access to the same power of weapons will not decide to challenge American authorities and Civilians. I will ask Congress to help us with the respect and to understand how important it is for us that you enforce current laws and stem the supply of these weapons to criminals and consider reinstating the Assault Weapons Ban.”

The Republic versus the Renegades

…sometime in the not too distant future…

Washington D.C. (UPI). An estimated three million Americans arrived in the U.S. capitol today, including several Governors and state legislators, and together with tens of thousands of bicyclists, at least 30,000 semi tractor trailers, and thousands of buses, literally shut the capitol down.  Federal workers, warned of this event in advance, were not affected as more than 3/4 of the federal workforce stayed home.

The protesters called themselves ‘The Republic’, representing the U.S. Constitution and its form of government.  Seizing the day, “The Republic” called out the current government as “renegade”, runaway government without the consent of the governed.  It was helpful to point out that Obama’s secret service name is ‘renegade’.

The massive crowd and vehicles surrounded the Capitol, the White House, Supreme Court, and the Pentagon with the singular intent of calling for the investigation, indictment, and arrest of Barack Obama. While many were calling for impeachment, all were united behind the now common knowledge around the world that Barack Obama is an impostor and an illegal immigrant to the country, who seized power with the help of the Rothschilds and key government officials who were purchased and took thirty pieces of silver to betray the country.

Arizona, Americans, and America

I am beginning to think that Obama’s planned ‘false flag’ operation in the spring was thwarted by Arizona’s recent immigration bill.  But, I am also inclined to think that the O maladministration team , being the opportunists that they are, will try to create a false flag operation out of this bill and the reaction to it.

Arizona

Their strategy seems to be:

Confessions of a Weary Traveler

Colorado River Horseshoe near Page, AZ

I am traveling once again, this time amidst the red and white marbled rocks of the Grand Canyon, on my way to celebrate my mother’s 95th birthday (!).  I stopped late last night on the north rim, stayed in a cheap hotel with the stars so close I could reach out and pull one toward me.  The Milky Way, the path of cloud stars across the sky so well lit, where does that Milky Way lead?  The air, soft and fragrant.

Third Continental Congress, United States of America

The moment the gavel went down in St. Charles, Illinois, on November 11, 2009, the Continental Congress 2009 became the Third Continental Congress in United States history, thus taking it’s historical place in the on-going battle for freedom in America.

On Sunday, May 16, at 6 pm eastern, an election of new Officers will be held, historically strengthening the work of Patriots nation-wide in our common goal of restoring constitutional governance to the United States.

Organizing this election has kept me away from these pages, my apologies, but sharing with you how we are doing this will enlighten you as to what I have in mind with Stop them Cold and The Revolt Begins.  We are using the on-line, confidential meeting space that allows break-out sessions, voting, polling, ‘white board’ work, brainstorming, sharing documents, video…

“The Revolt Begins”

From a novel  by Lana M. Harrigan

(Note: this is an extended excerpt from a story of the Pueblo revolt of 1680 against the Spanish.  The revolt, which extended across more than a dozen Indian villages simultaneously, stunned the Spanish into hasty retreat back to Mexico. )

“Trail at Acoma Pueblo, ca. 1882-85,” Ben Wittick (Photographer)

This excerpt from K’atsina: A Novel of Rebellion takes place on the eve of the Pueblo Revolt of 1680. Aurelio—whose grandmother was Spanish and Catholic—meets his foster brother, Diego, at his Acoma home. Diego, an angry young man with Apache and Spanish parentage, has been plotting a revolt with the leader Po-pé against everything Spanish.

“A runner will arrive,” Diego began, his strident voice the only sound in Mauharots. “Around his waist will be a knotted yucca cord…

Battle of Bunker Hill, 1775

I have reached the point where I DO see the whites of their eyes. 😡

The socialist democrats, republicans and Obama are busted on Obama’s eligibility, their collusion, and their planned destruction of the United States. And they know it.

They must be stopped. It is now  up to the people  to clean up this mess.

We have been patient, educating, peaceful, praying that someone of conscience will stand and demand that Barack Obama step down immediately. Two million of us marched in Washington D.C. in September 2009, and many more millions have attended the Tea Party events; tens of millions pieces of mail have been sent, and thousands have participated in local events ranging from Tea Parties to public meetings and demonstrations.

“Mal-Bama”

Maladministration in offices of high public trust, is a positive misprision

This essay started out as a discussion of ‘misprision of treason’ as a follow up to an earlier article describing the failure of all three branches of government to reveal and address the felony that is Barack Obama posing as a lawful President.  As with the knowledge of or participation in a felony, it is also a crime to conceal the crime of treason.

The topic of misprision, and the evidence we have against Obama, the Congress, the judiciary, and other officials is really, really bad news for our Constitutional Republic.  Hence, “Mal-Bama”, a little more elegant than ‘bad-bama’, as the title of this essay.

*******

According to the 1828 English Language Dictionary, ‘misprision’ is defined as:

MISPRISION, n. misprizh’un. [supra.] Neglect; contempt.

1. In law, any high offense under the degree of capital, but nearly bordering thereon. Misprision is contained in every treason and felony. Misprisions are divided into negative and positive; negative, which consist in the concealment of something which ought to be revealed; and positive, which consist in the commission of something which ought not to be done. Misprision of treason, consists in a bare knowledge and concealment of treason, without assenting to it. Maladministration in offices of high public trust, is a positive misprision.

Some terms do not change over time, and indeed, ‘misprision’ is a term that has remained  as a means to describe the failure of the basic responsibilities of citizenship by participating in or failing to report a crime.  Black’s Law Dictionary defines ‘misprision’ as:

Boycott San Francisco

©2010 drkate

San Francisco is a ‘sanctuary city’, harboring illegal immigrants in contradiction to federal law, and to Arizona’s new state law.    Nancy Pelosi represents California’s 8th Congressional district which includes most of this city, and has already  tacitly given approval to an all-out effort to boycott Arizona because of its new law which, in part, makes it a crime to offer ‘sanctuary’ to illegal immigrants.

Hey, Nancy–you could learn something from this way more powerful American woman (h/t ResistNet):

What was she thinking, or was she?

What possible reason would Linda Lingle (R), Governor of Hawai’i, lie for Obama?

The warning was identified in Last Chance for Republicans, and then specified in as Misprision of Felony, and here Governor Lingle actually stands up as another poster child for the problem.

More than a year and half after Barack Obama was elected commander in chief, the governor of Hawaii is now publicly voicing the alleged exact location of Obama’s birth, saying “the president was, in fact, born at Kapi’olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii.”

The disclosure is believed to be the first time a state government official has declared the precise place where Obama was born, despite numerous other published claims, including some for a different hospital in Honolulu.

Governor Lingle tries mightily to focus the issue on the birth certificate, again, but is caught in a lie about her press release:

Misprision of Felony

©2010 drkate

Misprision of Felony. Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both. ~ U.S. C. Title 18 Chapter 1 §4

This essay addresses the next step after the warning in Last Chance for Republicans, wherein the failure to address Obama’s constitutional disability is a serious risk to anyone who knows about and participated in the cover up of this information and installation of Obama into the White House.

This includes obviously people like Nancy Pelosi, but others like media moguls, reporters, and talk show hosts, Congressional leaders and members; Cabinet members; the Supreme Court, the large financiers and many more who believe they are above  and beyond the reach of the law.

Last Chance for Republicans

©2010 drkate

In the last year Americans have witnessed Obama and the democrats collectively risk their entire political careers in order to destroy the essence of American liberty, move our government and economy toward European-style socialism, and impose unconstitutional government regulation of businesses, individual citizens, and states.

Pretending to fight

What we have not seen is republicans collectively risking their careers to stand up for the United States Constitution and protect America from this onslaught.  While claiming to be for the Constitution, many main stream republicans’ ‘concerns’ about the Obama regime are nothing more than complaints they can whine loudly about.

On the many threshold constitutional issues that plague the Obama administration, republicans have been eerily silent, or alternatively, have resorted to old punch lines characteristic of a left-right or republican-democrat paradigm. Claiming to be ‘constitutionalists’ these mainstream republicans are in actuality clamoring for votes to keep themselves in the game.

Taking Back Our Power

©2010 drkate

I am inspired to write this post by an excellent discussion held Thursday night, April 29 with Red Beckman on Revolution Radio’s Walls in Our Minds.  As the show title suggests, this segment of Revolution Radio is dedicated to identifying and eliminating the walls in our minds so as to bring forth the Second American Revolution.

Many false assumptions we have about government and ourselves and our own power are exposed in this show, and tonight we touched upon a diverse set of subjects all revolving around the power and paradigm of prayer, the amazing awakening of Americans and the rejuvenation of the America unfolding before our eyes.

Precedent for Prayer as Inspiration

The story starts here in the high plains of the upper midwest, along the Missouri River, where I have spent the week in intensive meetings regarding the management and restoration of  a very large river system.  As it turns out, Red Beckman grew up in Montana, in the Missouri River basin, and watched the river’s development as a young boy to a grown man.  The Missouri River is the longest river in the United States, and its most developed.  In encompasses seven states and 28 Tribes.

The Missouri River basin is the location of thousands of years of cultural history among many nations and people. Centuries of trade, agriculture, and cultural development occurred in the bottom lands of the Missouri River.  Jefferson secured the territory as a part of the United States when he purchased this area as part of the Louisiana Purchase and commissioned Lewis and Clark to travel up the Missouri in search of the Pacific ocean.
