Official statement in regard to the treasonous acts of the US Congress and the declaration of war by Mexican President Calderon:
President Calderon stated, “with all due respect, if you do not regulate the sale of these weapons in the right way, nothing guarantees that criminals here in the united States, with access to the same power of weapons will not decide to challenge American authorities and Civilians. I will ask Congress to help us with the respect and to understand how important it is for us that you enforce current laws and stem the supply of these weapons to criminals and consider reinstating the Assault Weapons Ban.”
Mexican President Calderon attempted to dismantle the Constitution, the highest law of our land thus declaring war against We The People. He did this with the approval of some and the acceptance of all public servants present. They sat by and did nothing to fulfill their sworn oath to protect the Constitution from enemies, foreign and domestic.
The Third Continental Congress demands an immediate apology from all elected Representatives and government officials who were present during the Calderon declaration of war against We The People. We also demand that the united States Congress denounce any allegiance to Mexican President Calderon and his government.
Finally, the Third Continental Congress will keep records of any Representative or government official who does not denounce this treasonous act committed by Mexican President Calderon. When the People once again rule their servant government, those who violated their oaths will be held accountable and subject to a conviction of treason against We The People.
An act of treason and declaration of war against We the People of the united States has taken place on the floor of the united States Congress. These charges are levied against all elected Representatives, from all States, present at the time Mexican President Felipe Calderon, a foreign power, delivered his speech from the podium in the Peoples House, against our most sacred Constitution.

“If you love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.“ Sam Adams
