Kerchner, Apuzzo, and the Supreme Court

Its been nearly two years since my first blog post ever, The Trojan Candidate, which began with the simple question–why does Obama hate America so much?  If you recall, that post began with a song quoted by Billy Ayers, the terrorist punk:

“The end of an empire is messy at best
And this empire is ending
Like all the rest
Like the Spanish Armada adrift on the sea
We’re adrift in the land of the brave
And the home of the free
Goodbye. Goodbye. Goodbye.”

We now know that Ayers, as well as others who hopefully wish for the destruction of America, knew the finishing touches of the end would be to place a usurper into the White House, a radical bent on ‘fundamentally transforming America’. Nothing Soebarkah did, said, or promised changed this fundamental goal: the destruction of the United States as we know it.

The steady march of the left, that took the long, if misguided view, to erode fundamental principles of our Nation took a subtle path: attack through political correctness, undermine people’s will through the judiciary with its fake promise to uphold the Constitution, and dumb-down the American public with education infused to confuse and undermine the thinking, individual sovereign.

Enter the Heroes

Into this sea of danger wade the Constitutionalists, heroes among us who have taken on the usurpation with the guts, tenacity and strength of will that only Patriots possess.  Two such heroes are Commander Charles Kerchner and Attorney Mario Apuzzo, who return to Revolution Radio tonight at 7:00 pm mountain.  The merits of Commander Kerchner’s case begin with the timing of its filing, and the steady stream of solid argument which prove conclusively that Soebarkah is not a natural born citizen, and that his occupation of the White House is illegal.

Soebarkah and his attorneys, panicking, have used every legal trick in the book to divert attention away from this argument–the now familiar use of the judicial inventions “lack of standing” and “lack of Article III jurisdiction” and  “failure to state a remedy upon which relief can be granted”.  In their supposed black-robed jurisprudence, the courts have outed themselves as agents of the government and agents of Obama.  Note, by the way, that the government is using the exact same three arguments to defeat Florida’s effort to sue on obamacare.  In eight of the eligibility cases, Elena Kagan is listed as an attorney for the illegal pResident.  It has been a conspiracy to deny justice to our Constitution at the very highest levels of government.

The Test

So now the Kerchner case winds its way to the Supreme Court, and all eyes are on these nine, unelected, unaccountable justices whom we have allowed to dictate to us.  Since the Kerchner filing, Sotomayor and Kagan have been appointed to the Court, backed in full of course by the RINO republicans, particularly Lindsay Graham who cynically uses Christianity to justify his vote for Kagan.  The worst is that we allow these clowns to continue in their positions.

The Supreme Court’s behavior on this issue now is going to be our litmus test–how far has the government gone to destroy our system? We have been taught to believe that the three branches of government are the only checks and balances that exist–that we expect the foxes to police themselve when it comes to raiding the people’s stash.  If the Supremes act, or don’t act, is that the last say?
