Dual Citizenship and the Presidency

The Usurpathon actions include finding new ways to talk about Obama’s ineligibility for the Presidency.  One such tactic is to use the concept of ‘dual nationality’ or ‘dual citizenship’ to underscore that Obama has divided allegiance.  This theme was emphasized in the letter delivered to Congressman Issa’s office.

A review of past Presidents’  status regarding dual citizenship indicates that all of the Presidents before Obama, with the exception of Chester Arthur, met the criteria of natural born citizen, that is born in the United States of two U.S. citizen parents.  James Buchanan’s father came to America in the early 1780’s, becoming a ‘citizen of the United States at the Adoption of the Constitution’.  James was born in the United States in 1791.

With the exception of Chester Arthur, all Vice Presidents have also met the natural born citizen criterion, including Spiro Agnew, who was born in the United States to a naturalized U.S. Citizen father and an American mother.

However, Chester Arthur successfully hid his father’s non-Citizen status from the American electorate during that time period by lying about his exact year of birth and burning all his family records.  The true facts were only confirmed recently upon historical research of the naturalization records from that time period which revealed that Arthur’s father was not yet a Citizen when Chester Arthur was born.  And there were no legal court challenges to him at the time, just rumors as to which side of the Canadian border he was actually born on. In an astute historical analysis, Commander Charles Kerchner further identifies why being a “born Citizen” is not sufficient to be President of the United States.

Occams Razor and Presidential Eligibility

Occam’s razor (or Ockham’s razor) is often expressed in Latin as the lex parsimoniae (translating to the law of parsimony, law of economy or law of succinctness). The principle is popularly interpreted as “the simplest explanation is usually the correct one”. When competing hypotheses are equal in other respects, the principle recommends selection of the hypothesis that introduces the fewest assumptions and postulates the fewest entities while still sufficiently answering the question.  It is in this sense that Occam’s razor is usually understood.

As applied to the question of Obama’s failure to produce even one document that affirmatively identifies him as a natural born citizen, the following question applies:

What is the likelihood that Obama is hiding documents that:

1. are harmless and benign?
   
2. contain damaging information?

Separating the two options with a razor, it is clearly door number 2.

The World on the NWO Chessboard

The Brzezinski Formula proposed that the New World Order (NWO) is ultimately the force(s) behind the current constitutional crisis we face in the brazen usurper,  the economic collapse, the attacks of 911, and the continued Islamic jihad against America.  Of course there are the enablers in Congress, the media, the military, the universities, and political ranks, all willing participants and sworn to secrecy as to their true mission.  But the enablers are not the inner core, they are the outer circle.

In my dreams I see this as a gargantuan hole filled with rubble, fire, wind, and endless smoke, with many faces  and visions appearing in the billowing and towering ashes.

And when the dust settles, I see the same group of people who throughout history have sought to enslave the entire world under one religion, one government, one master–consisting of a ruling elite.  Theoretically when we truly see ‘them’, we could craft more targeted and effective strategies…but will there be anything left when the smoke clears?

Looking for anything that was useful to this clearing, I was directed to the google videos of Professor Walter Veith.  As these are life-changing and clarifying videos ,a few snippets and links to full videos are provided here.

Obama’s Domestic Terror Network

It is apparent that the Obama agenda has been an assault on America–the Constitution, its institutions, the economy, and social structure.  No one has been spared from this institutionalized assault, which has been put in place over decades and is now poised to inflict maximum damage.

When one views the pace of events since the 2008 election, the loss of American wealth, elimination of opportunity, and the stifling of public debate,  the effect is similar to terror perpetuated on the homeland, or ‘domestic terror’. This is classic Alinsky and Cloward-Piven, of course, to confuse, overload and destroy. The danger now is that the resources of the entire federal government, including the military, are at the disposal of individuals who are committing crimes against the United States.

Yes, the foxes are already in the hen house, and have labeled the hens the ‘domestic terrorists’.  Good excuse for eating them us one by one or  en mass. Foxes Domestic Terrorists are clever that way, seizing the language for their own use.  Too bad they can’t read the sign, TIME’S UP, as they are in for a nasty surprise.

Zbig uses Osama

Obama’s foreign policy advisor and former professor at Columbia is Zbigniew Brzezinski, and his fingerprints are all over the obama so-called ‘foreign policy’.  As a professor at Columbia University when Obama supposedly was in attendance, it is more than likely that Zbig recruited students as future implementers of his policies, and arranged for their travel abroad, like Obama’s trip to Pakistan to go ‘partridge hunting’, which occurred during the spring of 1981, the same date of the photograph of Zbig and Osama.

Brzezinski’s education and background made him a soviet scholar, studying the perils and history of communist governments. As a policy strategist, Zbig’s goal was to undermine the Soviet Union through covert activities involving radical extremism.  But something happened along the way, and Zbig ended up being one of the founding members (h/t Red Pill) of the Council of Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission..in short, he joined New World Order boys.  Under the guise of anti-communist activity, Zbig was the primary architect of developing the muslim terrorist apparatus that could be used as a geopolitical weapon by U.S. intelligence to further its the New World Order political goals.  He has bragged about it.

On Precedent

Precedent:

• An act or instance that may be used as an example in dealing with subsequent similar instances.
• Law A judicial decision that may be used as a standard in subsequent similar cases: a landmark decision that set a legal precedent.
• Convention or custom arising from long practice

Precedent for future usurpers of our Nation is being set right now, every day that Obama occupies the White House and every day that we the people allow it. This is precedent for usurpation, for treason, for sedition, and for illegal acts under the color of authority.

We all have been told many times to ‘forget the usurper issue’ because ‘it is done’…and that our best hope now is to find someone new and replace Obama in 2012.  These were the comments from those who walked by in Washington who said, ‘get over it’, and this includes many otherwise patriotic bloggers who have ‘moved on’.  This comes from many who believe or wish that the popular vote is the decider, and who have not yet seen how this vote has been hijacked by the political parties.

In this atmosphere, it is critically important to bring the issue of the usurpation to a level that people can understand or grasp.  Papoose  was able to deftly identify a line of discussion that instantly cut through the legalese on Obama’s usurpation that we all have become familiar with.  The two themes that seemed to work most effectively are (a) loyalty, and (b) precedent.

• On the need for loyalty to our country:  ‘our President should be a ‘full blooded American’, from full-blooded American parents…loyalty and allegiance only to the United States.’  Most people have a visceral understanding of this and are in agreement.
  
• On the setting of precedent:  Because of Mr. Obama, it is now possible for any foreign father, never an American citizen,  to come to the United States, have a baby with an American woman, and the child be raised somewhere else, but become president based on the saying ‘my mother is an American’.

When the second scenario is understood, there is no room for the first scenario:  a full-blooded American and loyalty only to the United States.

In the Belly of the Beast

IN a third report from the field on the Usurpathon, the Platoon did some final scouting in Washington…places to go where staffers, senators, and others like to hang.  One of our platoon members did some digging and found those spots, casual and otherwise, for valuable research as we ate inside the belly of the beast, and later traveled to Ground Zero.  Independently or together, “never let a constitutional crisis go to waste”, and use the opportunity to educate.  Ever leave ‘birth certificate’ postcards in the restroom? 🙂

One of the places we visited is featured in a post by Renee at WTPOTUS, a must read from a very grateful drkates Platoon.   There are jewels in this kind of work, plus you get to eat.  After these discussions it is more imperative than ever to walk right in.  If you want to deal with the eligibility issue, you have to show up.  We are reminded by the monuments in Washington to our Freedoms that we must stand.

ATLAH Ministries

On the way to Ground Zero for Pamela Geller’s event,  we were able to visit The Honorable David James Manning and Mrs. Elizabeth Sarah Manning and attended Saturday Sabbath.  Reverend Manning reminded us not to be discouraged by the numbers,  because then no one can claim the crowd accomplished the miracle, but God in works through his servants did.  The Saturday Sabbath was joyous and musical, with clear and resonating voices, praising our Creator God.

As uplifting as the celebration was Reverend Manning’s large, strong, comforting, powerful hand on my shoulder, placed there.  We felt welcome and took great comfort in the House.

The Audacity of NO

The advance scouting for the Usurpathon–the marathon to remove the usurper and his enablers from the White House–truly was a success on many fronts. Our major advance is learning how to speak with people about the issue of Obama’s dual citizenship and his lack of eligibility for office.  A surprise for all engaged was that a large crowd is not necessary to make an effective point.  As our very own No Nonsense Nancy states so succinctly:

We were never trying to get a big number of participants. That would have made our accomplishment impossible. We were able to convey our message and reach people just fine with the number we had. You should all do what we did, if in your own cities or towns. WE were able to figure out the best approach and the right response to the passers by. We reached an awful lot of people in just 3 days. Large crowds are good at times but we proved that you can accomplish more by having a small group. They can be organized quickly anywhere. The signage and the message is the key. Make your goals and stick to them. Don’t be afraid to take a little bit of ridicule or name calling. You would be surprised how many people support you and agree with you. Education is the main goal.So many people are not aware of his dual citizenship or the dangers of that. Once they are educated they will want to act on it. How do you think the word was spread on issues before we had our modern means of communication?

The Wall

On a warm, still night, the sun already setting quickly, the Usurpathon began with a tribute to the brave, those who stood in the line of fire and made the ultimate sacrifice.  We will never understand their moments, the spoken words, the depth and frailty of emotion, the families upon families… reflected in the honoring place known as the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.  Their plans were changed in a moment.  With reverence and care, candles lit and sheltered in the wind on the knoll above the monument, a deep gratitude rises, where 58,168 stand as witnesses and sentries.  We all have friends who left and did not return; should we not now stand where they can’t?

Our next stop was Walter Reed Memorial Hospital to honor and thank Lt. Col. Terry Lakin.  At the busy entrance on Georgia Avenue, Patriots stood with thanks and in praise for those who do honor the oath to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.  No need for protest here, just thanks.  We distinctly have the feeling that very few people inside Walter Reed know about Lt. Col. Lakin…and we know those who do.  In conversations with passengers in cars entering and leaving, and with the drivers, the story is told of a man who is being punished for helping Americans.  The word somehow trickles back into the compound…and later a call from Lt. Col Lakin himself, grateful for the support with well wishes for our effort.

We are relieved to report that Lt. Col. Lakin is working at Walter Reed and is able to go home and spend time with his family.

Bringing the Storm

A tail wind blew me out of the Great Plains on a starry night, into the sunrise over Madison, Wisconsin, and into the hurricane that ran up the east coast.  A storm preceding the storm.  the miles ticking by, as the time, as one more day goes by and our heroes are denied a fair trial, or are killed in action in the field–where rules of engagement protect Obama, not our soldiers.

It is a surreal time, waiting for the other shoe to drop.  Americans’ consciousness is raised daily, following a predictable, exponential pattern…

E = mC²

Where E = energy we need to move ideas forward; m= mass of people; C= speed of light squared–consciousness squared

The inertia of Congress, of all those who could do something about this usurper is palpable. Embarrassment and shame keep them standing still.  It means then that we must move them forward, with our sheer energy.  Remember everything you have learned on these, and other pages, these are your tools.

Remember, we now have nothing to lose by taking action.  They will take our jobs, our savings, our children if they can, selling our souls and leaving a shell.

We have everything to gain!
