Defending our Defenders

©2010 drkate

In the midst of one of the greatest assaults on our Nation since its founding– the usurpation of the Presidency– We the People have turned to the Constitution as our guide to identifying and resolving the problem of Obama’s on-going violation of Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 and other Articles of the Constitution.

On the table in recent days are reports of Obama’s mental state as a disability and removal through the 25th Amendment, and with a hat tip to reader KM,  Article II of the Constitution itself.  Both avenues are worth considering and seem a reasonable way to remove a usurper, but many including me  are left with questions,

what about the civil and criminal charges against Obama, his ineligibility, and all the things done under his watch, and the court-martial of LTC Terry Lakin?

The answer to these questions is  still the Constitution as we defend our defenders:  those who have risen to defend our Constitution and are in the arena,  fighting for all of us:  Commander Charles Kerchner–with the brilliance of Mario Apuzzo, and LTC Terrence Lakin, having the integrity to obey his oath of office and ensure his orders are legal.   The love of country more than self, the absolute integrity of upholding the oath to protect and defend the constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic, so help me God, has not failed.

And  we must not waiver in our support of and insistence that the Kerchner case be heard and that LTC Terry Lakin have a fair trial where evidence of Obama’s eligibility is absolutely required.  Our lives and our Nation depend on these bold works.

Resignation or removal by any means will not protect Obama from these charges, nor will it allow him to jail by fiat a decorated Army officer.

And that is our mission. No matter who is behind the Obama machine or how he is removed, Obama and his enablers must be fully outed and held accountable for his high crimes and misdemeanors against our country.  It is the beginning of the end of this thievery.

TAPPER: Isn’t that like the whackjobs that tell the president he needs to show them his full long-form birth certificate so he can put to rest the questions that have been raised?

AXELROD: The president’s birth certificate has been available to people.

    TAPPER: The long form?

AXELROD: Someone once in the course of this debate about whether we should have a law to force these organizations to disclose where they’re money is coming from in the campaigns, someone said, and I think they’re right – “the only people who want to keep things secret are folks who have something to hide.” If the Chamber doesn’t have anything to hide about these contributions, and I take them at their word that they don’t, then why not disclose? Why not let people see where their money is coming from?

Axelrod: “the only people who want to keep things secret are folks who have something to hide.”

    • 3 AttilasDaughter October 12, 2010 at 12:35 am

Besides Axelrod admitting that Obama has something to hide….

Is that the first time a reporter in the MSM points out the difference between a long form and the COLB?
Lou Dobbs maybe, but he got fired.

So, what happens if they use Amendment 25 and declare him unstable, would that be like “by reason of insanity”? If so, would a court declare him unfit to stand trial?
The oldest SCOTUS (can’t think of his name) said he would not retire until obat was out of office. Kagen has to recuse herself.
I can’t imagine that having Biden would be much better and if we got Pelosi, we would really be in trouble. There is talk of putting Hillary in there somehow, but she is just as much a Marxist as obat, so now what?
We need to arrest obat, biden, pelosi, hillary, reid, and McCain because they all knew exactly what they were doing. The majority of Congress/Senate now serving should be arrested for not protecting our Constitution.
If they were all arested, who takes over? Maybe the new Congress elected in Nov. could be sworn in early? Or maybe just an election for Pres/VP.
People are worried about riots. Everything obat and pelosi, reid do is behind closed doors, this could also be done quietly

    Just in from Neil Turner:

The significance of this ‘Order’ by Judge Henry Hudson cannot be under-stated. The ‘in-eligibility’ issue of Barack Hussein Obama has been included in VA A/G Cuccinelli’s lawsuit against the unconstitutionality of Obamacare.

This single action by a lone, but learned, Article II Constitutionalist (‘Birther’ to the liberals who can’t handle big words like ‘Constitutionalist’), W. Spencer Connerat, III, may just be the straw to break the camel-jocky’s back. Mr. Connerat’s defense of his charges against Obama (failure to appear or respond is ADMISSION OF INELIGIBILITY) echo the words of Dietrich Bonhoeffer: ‘Not to Act is to Act!’

  5. 9 Paula October 12, 2010 at 7:52 am

“It is the beginning of the end of this thievery.” drkate, I so hope these written words are true. I’ve been petitioning my heavenly Father for 2 years concerning this matter in our country, and I would abundantly rejoice for this nightmare to come to an end! I just want justice to be served and the criminals to be taken to task for what they’ve done and not let off the hook due to mental instablity. If he had mental instability before usurping the Office of the President, he shouldn’t have run for the office to begin with (just like he said he wouldn’t). Liar-in-Chief should be arrested and tried for treason along with the whole lot of them!

OT–I know this is off topic–but for those on the “fence” for Nov elections go here — put in your gross annual income and see what the new FEDERAL tax is that you owe! If this isn’t enough to piss you off then guess what—you are a true entitlee and sit on the shoulders and backs of the workers of this country.

Those who refuse to work and earn their way through life–leave this country and go to Europe where they love this way of life—–government handouts from the worker class.

Agreed….And a threat of violence is no reason for an American to tuck tail and run, in fact it’s quite the opposite…It’s an open invitation to dish out an ass whoopin!

      • 18 Michelle October 12, 2010 at 10:24 am

Dear drkate-I don’t buy that devise-scare tactic re: rioting either, never did. I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, and went down there during the riots-when Rev. Martin Luther King was murdered and I know for a fact that I was one of the few. Mayor Daley declared martial law-3 days (with good reason) from the suburbs to city of Chicago 40 miles (approx) absolutely no vechicles except military (Viet Nam was going on at that time too)and us-very young, very stupid, very curious what can I say. Parts were funny-someone had a real good time toilet papering the expressway. Mayor Daley yelled a lot, somewhat like your own father when you were naughty. “Burn Baby Burn” later I would ask my cousins why don’t they demolish these burned out hulks, I don’t think parts of the city ever recovered-sad to say who would invest there-criminal element-gang bangers, drug dealers took over from there “community organizers” ie. slum landlords. End of a sad story which continues to this very day.

        • 19 Tenacity October 12, 2010 at 7:58 pm

I got your back Troy. Bring it on! I do not want to have to apologize to my grand-kids for letting freedom be murdered during my watch. We are no longer ignorant to what has been happening for the last 150+ years. We have no excuse if we allow it to continue. We must not become complacent in hope that an election will truly change anything. It may slow it down temporarily, but that’s not good enough. We have to undue the reconstruction and run the bankers and Luciferians out of our country. They are worse than just traitors or horse thieves; they deserve a lake of fire.

I know some of you have heard it repeatedly, but Jefferson was absolutely correct:

God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, and always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to the importance of the facts
they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty. …And what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to the facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure.

I think Dr. Kate’s readers will find this article enlightening.

    “Looking Back at History”
Natural Born Citizen Discussions in the Late 1800′s

The definition of Natural Born Citizen and the presidential eligibility issue were researched. Multiple newspaper articles are presented to show how constitutionalists and scholars in the 19th century addressed the issues by responding to citizen’s questions.

The first article below asks: if a person with American parents is born in a foreign country would he be eligible to the presidency? Note the answer states “parents” not the singular word “parent.”

May 27, 1888 Is a Citizen Born Abroad Eligible to Be President?

    continued …

    • 24 drkate October 12, 2010 at 8:26 pm

This is a terrific piece of research, and confirms everything that we have been saying. It is a wonderful confirmation.

    • 25 drkate October 12, 2010 at 8:30 pm

    • 27 Heather October 12, 2010 at 1:59 pm

QL-Based on this write up it doesn’t seem to really bother the seniors at all and I wouldn’t be a bit surprised based on their attitude about govt being in trouble, that they still vote for the dems!

Not too smart and wow am I discouraged!

    • 29 A Crazy Old Coot October 12, 2010 at 3:15 pm

As a senior I should remind you all the we were told last year that there would not be a COLA adjustment in 2010 or 2011. That also holds true for retired military. In other words, we are to pay more for everything with the same money we received in 2009.

At least a third, and possibly as many as half of the men in uniform will be joining LTC Lakin in refusing to follow orders. This massive resistance from the uniformed military will force Obama to leave office before the end of the year because the court marshalls will be overloaded beyond capacity and the military will be crippled past being able to defend the country.

    • 39 Paula October 12, 2010 at 4:07 pm

      at least a third? Wow!

It’s time to make plans for an election party and invite some obots so we can see their jaw drop to the floor. It’s going to be a good laugh if repubs manage to win by at least a margin of 5% and over. IT”S a must to offset the commie progs cheating.

SOBama’s class war. WHO’S ANGRY NOW?

With the recovery stalling, unemployment stuck at 9.6 percent and the housing crisis entering a dangerous new phase as bungled paperwork and outright fraud force a halt to foreclosures across the country, there’s plenty to get upset about.

The poll, a national, random-sample survey conducted by Langer Research Associates, shows just how deep the anger runs: A sky-high 25 percent of Americans say they are angry about the state of the economy — many more of them Republicans than Democrats, a key reason why the economy’s woes appear to be playing to the GOP’s favor.

Dissatisfaction, which thus far has grabbed few headlines, runs sharply through an even larger swath of the electorate, but it holds just as much peril for the Democrats struggling to hold onto control of Congress and many statewide offices. Fully another 60 percent of Americans say they are dissatisfied with the economy — and many of them are Democrats.

So just who is angry? And who is dissatisfied? And where are they?

The short answer: pretty much everyone and everywhere. The real story underlying this election may be how uniform and broadly felt the unhappiness is.

[Election Anger at Stake in Governors’ Races]

“The pResident can talk about the economy recovering, but no one believes him,” says Democratic strategist Hank Sheinkopf. While many analysts have compared this year with 1994, when an unhappy electorate sent many Democratic incumbents packing and handed control of the House to the GOP for the first time in 40 years, Sheinkopf points out the shift then was mostly fueled by “angry white men.” This time, “it’s angry everybody.”

Lane McCammon, 54, a retired engineer now living in Stallings, N.C., undoubtedly speaks for many as he ticks off the reasons for his ire.

,b>”Unemployment just kept going up and up and up. … The stimulus has been an absolute disaster. Cash for clunkers — people took the money and bought foreign-made cars,” McCammon laughs in obvious disgust. “This has been a pathetic Congress. … They are spending money like drunken sailors.”

[Why “Bailout” is a Dirty Word]

“I’m very angry. My wife is angry. We’re an angry household here,” adds McCammon, who voted for McCain and thinks Obama doesn’t have a chance of being re-elected in 2012.

It’s often the case that political trends are felt.
Oh, no, we’re definitely not in recovery. … More people are out of work every month,” says Wilk. He didn’t vote for Obama in 2008, and won’t be voting Democratic now. To him, it’s clear where blame for the weak economy lies: “Businesses don’t like uncertainty, and nobody knows what Obama is going to do.”

  17. 43 no-nonsense-nancy October 12, 2010 at 5:24 pm

I pray that it is true that so any of the active military are going to support LTC Lakin by refusing to follow orders by an ineligible pResident. I have felt that it is going to have to be our military that will get us out of this mess. They are the ones who will have to go into the White House and arrest him and his cronies. Oh, what a glorious sight that would be!!!

I hope and pray they won’t mess up SS further since I am due to start receiving it in only a couple of months. I guess I’ll be working until the day before I am in my grave!

Very good title, Dr. Kate and Papoose! We do need to defend our defenders! It is a two way street. We need them and they need us.

I know this has been in the wind for a yr or so now, but just heard this wk that congress had meetings on this very thing.

    Anyone else?

How much more can they steal from us?

    • 58 drkate October 13, 2010 at 12:02 am

😯 Not fully an expert on this, but Logistics Monster has a great informational post on this very thing…

      • 59 Heather October 13, 2010 at 8:40 am

Thanks for the info and link–although I am totally against this “theft” of our existing accounts, this is no more than a massive ‘ponzi’ scam at best.

We already are forced to contribute to SS which they have always stolen from and now this is just another way for them to steal even more.

These criminals who so called thought this up will ‘word’ this sale to the American people in a format that will extice everyone into believing this is going to make them rich at retirement and we all know that is so impossible for the mere fact that they will again continue to rob from that account.

So in essence what would be the purpose of this vs SS except to ‘grab’ the massive amount of monies that we have in our personal accounts for one huge sweep. Nothing more than what FDR would say—when he saw what was in the SS surplus account and when he stole from it.

The American people MUST be educated quickly on this take over of our own personal money. If this happens, the next grab will be our personal homes and property belonging to the govt. This cannot happen and must be squashed before anyone in the criminal gang even looks at our monies.

        • 60 Heather October 13, 2010 at 8:48 am

          Correct word is entice.

Add this deduction to our paychecks with his massive tax increase and watch and see how these corrupt criminals continue to find a way to tax that money as well.

Tax upon tax and on and on with taxes–it will not end until we the people make our demands based on our constitution.

Speaking of constitution–we need another amendment—-eliminate the govt workers from any and all exemptions they have written into law for themselves-time for them to realize they are equal to the same dictatorship laws.

    From Neil Turner:

    Glenn Beck! Can we talk?

You talk about Restoring the Constitution – every word of it!

Yet you refuse to talk about Article II, Section 1 – ELIGIBILITY (It’s not even an afterthought – like an Amendment. It is an original requirement – with some extremely important reasons). What’s up with that?

You talk about Restoring Honor – the Honor of our Military upholding and defending our Constitution!

Yet you refuse to talk about the most heroic and honorable military officer of the day: LTCOL Terry Lakin – pledging his life and his fortune to make sure that YOUR Constitutional rights to a legal and legitimate Commander in Chief are maintained! What’s up with that?

And on Monday, 11 October 2010, you talked about Responsibility – everyone’s responsibility to restore the order created by that God-ordained document, the Constitution. A plan for creating order out of chaos!

Yet you refuse to talk about or take responsibility for your SILENCE in the face of evil: ‘Not to Act is to Act’, you were heard to say; the responsibility to speak about and take action against the blatant (and obvious to all but the evil and/or brain-dead among us) violation of Article II, Section 1 of our Constitution – that the President and Commander in Chief MUST BE a Natural Born U.S. citizen (native-born, Hawaiian COLB-born, and naturalized does not apply). The security risk to our very survival as a Constitutional Republic is unimaginable.

The question for you, Mr. Beck, and all your cohorts at FNC and in the Main Stream Media, is, when will you begin to honor the memory and work and words of one of the heroes of history, whose picture hangs so prominently in your office, Dietrich Bonhoeffer:

Silence in the face of evil is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless.
Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.

    When, Glenn Beck? When?
