If Lakin is in jail, shouldn’t Abercrombie be too?

©2011 drkate

Usurper v USA

As an Officer whose oath requires a duty to protect and defend the Constitution, LTC Terrence Lakin asked the same question Governor Neil Abercrombie did:  where is the birth certificate?  Lakin asked the question as part of his duty as an officer not to obey unlawful orders; Abercrombie asked it as a ‘favor to an old friend’, and with concern for the political ramifications for 2012 .

Lakin’s punishment was stripping him of his livelihood, benefits, and jailing him in Leavenworth. Abercrombie’s punishment for asking the same question is remaining Governor to continue obfuscating the truth, handing out benefits, and spying on public employees.

Shouldn’t Abercrombie be in jail?  After all, in Obama’s world, anyone who asks him who he is gets punished.

He was convicted of a charge of missing movement by design. As an soldier in the US Military we fight for this country to be free. The act of what the LT Col did was viewed as cowardly by all those that are doing their duty and upholding our commitment to fight for this country. Lakin pulled a cowardly move by not getting on the plane. His orders were given by his superior officer and an order which preceded the current President. The issue with the President was never an issue and the fact that all the evidence proving his citizenship by having his birth certificate viewed was met long ago. In addition the news postings of his birth were also noted and for anyone to believe that in 1963 the Presidents parents planned a fraud that far in advance are simply nut cases. Myself and all the others fighting overseas see Lakin as a coward and he got what he deserved. May his name be forever affiliated with that of a coward and deserter.

Will Steel: It would appear that you, sir, are the coward, if indeed, you are military; afraid to look at the facts surrounding the man in the WH. Lt. Col. Lakin is a highly deocorated officer and has deployed many times and performed his duties and was up for a promotion; therefore, the proof is out in broad daylight that HE IS NOT the coward, but those who refuse to uphold their oath to defend the Constitution from enemies within (Obama and his ilk), as well as from enemies without.

If you fight for this country to be free, then fight against the enemy within, sir. This country is built upon freedom which is laid out in our Declaration and Constitution. This country is NOT built upon that which Obama and ilk are trying to force upon the U.S.A., i.e., socialism/communism/sharia. Get him out of the WH; he is an enemy! That is what our military should be doing. God bless Lt. Col. Lakin! May God bless all those who are seeking the truth about this matter

Abercrombie should be om jail instead of Lakin.

  3. 9 Ginger January 29, 2011 at 10:11 pm

I pray for Lt. Col. Lakin every day! Begging our Lord to give him and others their justice. Do you have a date that they are to let Lt. Col. Lakin out of prison. They should let him go home they have proven that he is no threat to them! If the right person is reading this …please let Lt. Col. Lakin go home NOW! YOU WON! NOW LET HIM GO HOME!

    • 10 Troy January 29, 2011 at 10:34 pm

No, they haven’t won…We are winning!…If Lakin chooses to, and I hope he does, when he gets out he will have a better chance of putting Obama behind bars than any other person in this country….It won’t happen as long as Eric Holder is still the AG, but when Obama gets replaced in 2012 Holder will be gone also….The new Attorney General only has to grant Lakin a quo warranto hearing in DC district court and then Obama will go to prison for the rest of his life….He could possibly even face a firing squad if convicted of treason and issued a death sentence.

Holder was responsible for rounding up mafia in the North east–hmm–will they retaliate for the good of America?

When 2012 comes and barry does NOT get in a 2nd term-WE THE PEOPLE need to bring a class action suit against barry and his administration—

The Egyptians in America are calling out barry to help the people in Egypt and off course we the people know he will not–he will though set the stage for a complete muslim take over in that govt-called the muslim brotherhood–just another illegal group of thugs–like The Nation of Islam by Farakan. A Leopard Does Not change its spots.

Since these so called politicians that we just recently hired all think now that barry was born in HI – they too need to be sentenced for treason. All of them…..

Notice all those coming out now and saying they believe he was born in HI.

Can Bill O’Reilly deny the controversy surrounding Obama’s eligibility for the presidency?

(Jan. 29, 2011) — Bill O’Reilly has failed and actually betrayed the American people when it comes to upholding these pillars of Good Journalism. This is especially true as it relates to the usurpation of the presidency of the United States and the sham court-martial, conviction and imprisonment of U.S. Army LTC Terrence Lakin.

“FOX News: Fair and balanced” – WE THINK NOT.

Here are the questions that Bill O’Reilly should ask the usurper, Barry Soetoro, AKA Barack Hussein Obama, on February 6, 2011, Superbowl Sunday:

    • 36 Quantum Leap January 30, 2011 at 12:23 pm

Bill O’Reily was threatened with job loss etc. long ago.

      Now you know why.

Everyone at fox and the rest of the media know that barry is a ursurper–O’R loves barry ever since his 1st interview when barry keep grabbing for Bills knee—-he must have thrown “pixen dust” at Bill—see how blind Bill became! And this was well before the Saudi prince bought into fox!

  12. 38 Mildred Smith January 30, 2011 at 8:26 am

Coward O’Reilly won’t broach the subject. I’ll bet the farm on it.

  13. 39 tiger 7 January 30, 2011 at 9:23 am

Yes, by any reasonable logic Abercrummy should be jailed. However, the way the illogical actions of this administration evolve that will not happen. It will, though, add to the total array of contradictions that have been presented to the US public.
The litany of crap that has been set forth is really becoming significant–the Hawaiian health dept. mess; the multiple statements of no birth certificate; the counterfit health dept. seals; the Kenyan birth certificate; the shift of key bho cronies to Chicago ( very interesting move)and the “untimely” accidents that some significant players have encountered. There are a lot more, of course.
The shift of people to Chicago is presented as preparation for the 2012 campaign—I think it is more likely an effort to seal off any leaks that may emerge regarding corruption and illegalities that could precipitate deeper investigations. I still don’t think we have heard the last of the Blago story. If he and his potty-mouth wife survive long enough.

    • 62 Tenacity January 30, 2011 at 3:27 pm

Paula, Thanks for that link. This, the 3rd PDF at that site, is precisely the point that Charles Kerchner brought out a few months ago on Dr. Kate’s blog talk radio show.

On June 18, 1787 Alexander Hamilton submitted a draft version of the US Constitution where he suggested the following qualification for President:
“No person shall be eligible to the office of President of the United States unless he be now a Citizen of one of the States, or hereafter be born a Citizen of the United States.”

To be “born a Citizen of the United States” means to be a native-born citizen, for the definition of native-born is “of a specified place by birth”. Here, “place” means the United States.

Five weeks later, on July 25, 1787, in response to Hamilton’s suggestion, John Jay wrote the following to George Washington at the time of the Constitutional Convention:
“Permit me to hint, whether it would be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government; and to declare expressly that the Commander in Chief of the American army shall not be given to nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.”

Neither Hamilton’s language (born a Citizen of the US) nor the term native-born citizen appear in Article II Section 1 Clause 5 of the US Constitution:
“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;…”

Instead, what appears in the Constitution is the term natural born citizen, which came from John Jay’s letter. The Founding Fathers rejected Hamilton’s suggestion and chose John Jay’s term of natural born citizen. Why? Because they wanted future presidents to be born of the soil and full blood of the nation, and being born of the soil (native born) was not enough.

Native-born citizen = Born of the soil (United States)
Natural born citizen = Born of the soil (United States) and full blood (two US citizen parents)

If Obama was born in Hawaii, he would be a native-born citizen, but he is NOT and NEVER WILL BE a natural born citizen because his father was not a US citizen. Obama is NOT Constitutionally qualified to be President…he is illegally holding office and HE MUST BE REMOVED! STAND UP, DEMAND ACTION…THIS IS THE BIGGEST FRAUD IN OUR HISTORY AND IS A MATTER OF NATIONAL SECURITY!!!

      • 63 Paula January 31, 2011 at 6:06 am

        You’re Welcome.

“If Obama was born in Hawaii, he would be a native-born citizen, but he is NOT and NEVER WILL BE a natural born citizen because his father was not a US citizen. Obama is NOT Constitutionally qualified to be President…he is illegally holding office and HE MUST BE REMOVED! STAND UP, DEMAND ACTION…THIS IS THE BIGGEST FRAUD IN OUR HISTORY AND IS A MATTER OF NATIONAL SECURITY!!!”

I have been totally shocked that our Congress and Judicial branches of government have done NOTHING to uphold the laws of this land! I am grieved beyond words at the hypocrisy that is emanating from our elected officials & judges! They talk about our Constitution, read it, and say they abide by it, but they ignore the biggest, in your face, trashing of it in our country’s history. THEY ARE IGNORING IT! Their talk of it is CHEAP! LET’S HAVE SOME ACTION, CONGRESSPERSONS!

Islam is not a religion nor is it a cult. It is a complete system.

Islam has religious, legal, political, economic and military components. The religious component is a beard for all the other components.

Islamization occurs when there are sufficient Muslims in a country to agitate for their so-called “religious rights.”
When politically correct and culturally diverse societies agree to “the reasonable” Muslim demands for their “religious rights,” they also get the other components under the table. Here’s how it works (percentages source CIA: The World Fact Book (2007)).
As long as the Muslim population remains around 1% of any given country they will be regarded as a peace-loving minority and not as a threat to anyone. In fact, they may be featured in articles and films, stereotyped for their colorful uniqueness:

    United States — Muslim 1.0%
    Australia — Muslim 1.5%
    Canada — Muslim 1.9%
    China — Muslim 1%-2%
    Italy — Muslim 1.5%
    Norway — Muslim 1.8%

At 2% and 3% they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs:

    Denmark — Muslim 2%
    Germany — Muslim 3.7%
    United Kingdom — Muslim 2.7%
    Spain — Muslim 4%
    Thailand — Muslim 4.6%

From 5% on they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population.
They will push for the introduction of halal food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature it on their shelves – along with threats for failure to comply.

    France — Muslim 8%
    Philippines — Muslim 5%
    Sweden — Muslim 5%
    Switzerland — Muslim 4.3%
    The Netherlands — Muslim 5.5%
    Trinidad & Tobago — Muslim 5.8%

At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islam is not to convert the world but to establish Sharia law over the entire world.

When Muslims reach 10% of the population, they will increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions (Paris — car-burnings). Any non-Muslim action that offends Islam will result in uprisings and threats (Amsterdam — Mohammed cartoons).

    Guyana — Muslim 10%
    India — Muslim 13.4%
    Israel — Muslim 16%
    Kenya — Muslim 10%
    Russia — Muslim 10-15%

After reaching 20% expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings and church and synagogue burning:

    Ethiopia — Muslim 32.8%

At 40% you will find widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks and ongoing militia warfare:

    Bosnia — Muslim 40%
    Chad — Muslim 53.1%
    Lebanon — Muslim 59.7%

From 60% you may expect unfettered persecution of non-believers and other religions, sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon and Jizya, the tax placed on infidels:

    Albania — Muslim 70%
    Malaysia — Muslim 60.4%
    Qatar — Muslim 77.5%
    Sudan — Muslim 70%

After 80% expect State run ethnic cleansing and genocide:

    Bangladesh — Muslim 83%
    Egypt — Muslim 90%
    Gaza — Muslim 98.7%
    Indonesia — Muslim 86.1%
    Iran — Muslim 98%
    Iraq — Muslim 97%
    Jordan — Muslim 92%
    Morocco — Muslim 98.7%
    Pakistan — Muslim 97%
    Palestine — Muslim 99%
    Syria — Muslim 90%
    Tajikistan — Muslim 90%
    Turkey — Muslim 99.8%
United Arab Emirates — Muslim 96%

100% will usher in the peace of “Dar-es-Salaam” — the Islamic House of Peace — there’s supposed to be peace because everybody is a Muslim:

    Afghanistan — Muslim 100%
    Saudi Arabia — Muslim 100%
    Somalia — Muslim 100%
    Yemen — Muslim 99.9%

Of course, that’s not the case. To satisfy their blood lust, Muslims then start killing each other for a variety of reasons.

“Before I was nine I had learned the basic canon of Arab life. It was me against my brother; me and my brother against our father; my family against my cousins and the clan; the clan against the tribe; and the tribe against the world and all of us against the infidel. — Leon Uris, “The Haj”

It is good to remember that in many, many countries, such as France, the Muslim populations are centered around ghettos based on their ethnicity. Muslims do not integrate into the community at large. Therefore, they exercise more power than their national average would indicate.

Adapted from Dr. Peter Hammond’s book: Slavery, Terrorism and Islam: The Historical Roots and Contemporary Threat.. http://www.frontline.org.za/books_videos/sti.htm

Isn’t it interesting how Will Steel claims to speak for all those in the military? Who made him spokesman? Then he disparages a decorated soldier, who has many combat missions under his belt, for not having courage. LTC Lakin spent a whole year raising questions and trying to get a response from everyone throughout the chain of command to no avail, endangering his own imminent promotion and placing himself in jeopardy of courts martial.

Only a very brave and principled soldier would put himself and his family in physical and financial danger on the basis of fulfilling his sacred oath to protect and defend the Constitution. He has courageously put his country first at very great cost to himself.

I think this self-proclaimed soldier Will Steel any chance to slander a true patriot, all to protect his pathetic usurper messiah from being exposed.

Here is another Lakin hater identified. Bought the whole thing hook line and sinker. The Army should be ashamed of itself, and certainly those who railroaded and framed Lakin will be brought before justice as well. Glad you dropped by showing us how unconvincing and intellectually dishonest you are about the facts. You will not post here again.

Seems a lot of you bots come to us from Georgia.

Georgia the state or Georgia the country?
I was sure he was not fighting overseas, but just making it up.

And……. for the hypnobots (short for hypnotized)

      Flash back
In regards to obama’s Deathscare bill and the senators below we have John Boehner’s response.
Senators Reid, Durbin, Schumer, Murray and Stabenow:
Thank you for reminding us – and the American people – of the backroom deal that you struck behind closed doors with ‘Big Pharma,’ resulting in bigger profits for the drug companies, and higher prescription drug costs for 33 million seniors enrolled in Medicare Part D, at a cost to the taxpayers of $42.6 billion.
The House is going to pass legislation to repeal that now. You’re welcome.

What’s with those black American women?

Totally classless and mean, and probably proud of it.

Ever since they arrived on the professional tennis scene the entire Williams family has been totally classless and anti-white, and not at all ashamed of it.

Forget federal government, we’ll build fence ourselves!

A Mississippi legislator has caught on to an idea that if the federal government won’t complete a border fence separating the United States from Mexico, the states will – and he’s planning on taxing illegal immigrants to fund it.

Republican State Sen. Joey Fillingane has filed S.B. 2255, which would charge a fee on all money transfers wired out of the United States, then count the amount as a credit on Mississippi citizens’ tax returns. The result: Only illegal immigrants sending money abroad would ultimately pay the fees, since they cannot file tax returns to receive a refund.

The net revenue from the non-refunded fees, S.B. 2255 specifies, would then be sent to states like Arizona and Texas for construction of a border fence.
“It’s a very novel idea and certainly a departure from the thinking that the border is the federal government’s responsibility,” Fillingane told southern Mississippi’s SunHerald. “I think this is the kind of idea, if it takes root, it takes time to educate people on it and then let them marinate on the idea. Just because we have never done something before, certainly doesn’t mean we can’t or shouldn’t.”

Fillingane admits the idea wasn’t even his originally, but was presented to him through at tea-party group called the Mississippi Patriots.

Bill Chandler, executive director of the Mississippi Immigrants Rights Alliance, has criticized the bill as harassment of Latinos, who often wire money to relatives back home.

“Many of the legislators, mainly some of the white legislators, are pandering to their perceptions of how their constituents feel about people of color,” Chandler told the SunHerald. “At one time they were overtly pandering to racism against African-Americans, but now that is muted. The fact that there are Latinos in Mississippi, and they are vulnerable, they are now targets.”

But Fillingane rejects the notion that his bill is a racist attack on Latinos.

“It doesn’t target Indians, it doesn’t target Hispanics even; it targets people who are here in the country illegally, be they from Hispanic-speaking countries or English-speaking countries or Chinese-speaking countries, it doesn’t matter,” Fillingane said. “The bill is designed to go after people breaking the law by being in the country without the proper documentation.”

In 2009, Oklahoma imposed a similar system of tax-deductible fees on wire transfers – though it didn’t submit banks and Internet companies like Paypal to the same charges, as Fillingane’s plan does – in order to support the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics fund. According to the Oklahoma City Journal Record, the fees had generated more than $3.7 million for the state in the system’s first year.

Sending vast amounts of money back home

Statistics from the Inter-American Development Bank, reported in the Wall Street Journal, show that migrant workers in the U.S. sent over $69 billion worth of wire transfers, or “remittances,” to relatives overseas in 2008, with over $25 billion sent to recipients in Mexico alone.

Workers in California rack up the most remittances, shipping more than $14 billion of cash earned in the state over the border each year.

The Journal also reports that some 1.35 million Guatemalan citizens – 10 percent of the population – live in the U.S., supporting 3.5 million people back home through remittances, which are now the top foreign-exchange earner for the Central American nation, ahead of coffee, sugar and other leading exports.
Forget federal government, we’ll build fence ourselves!

The Mississippi Patriots report that remittances from their state total about $99 million annually, while Mississippi spends an additional $106 million on public education, emergency medical care and incarceration of illegal aliens.

Now the organization is hoping to persuade legislators from other states to join Fillingane in filing bills similar to S.B. 2255.

“This unprecedented step will get the border fence built by the states after more than 24 years of waiting for Washington, D.C., to make good on the 1986 amnesty act that they passed into law,” said Mississippi Patriots spokesman Marvin Cox in a statement. “If only half the states participate, we could raise $1.2 billion annually for the fence with an average remittance fee of 5 percent.”

  29. 96 A Crazy Old Coot January 30, 2011 at 7:08 pm

If the feds won’t build the fence. Isn’t each border state supposed to protect their own state? Build the fence within the states border and tell the feds to go take a hike. The Governor is responsible for the safety and security of that states citizens. If the fence is within the border of the state and not on fed property, the feds have nothing to say about it. Then send the states National Guard to guard the fence, inside the border of the state. If the Governor has activated the National Guard, the feds can’t then send the NG from that state overseas to fight their war. A double benefit.

This has me Sooooo angry! To think that Obama is loose and this is what Terry went through. This is part of a letter he wrote to Ducky agter he got to Levenworth.

Lots of thoughts about the trial and treatment after being shackled by ankles and hands cuffs strapped to leather waist band, not sure all that was necessary. Dirty, cold cell at Walter Reed Provost Marshal’s building for 2 days and 1 night was pretty poor. I was well into a hunger strike and think that may have expedited my transfer. Not sure ankle & hand cuffs were necessary through the airport, the plane trip either. Fellow inmate that arrived after me with a 10 month sentence for DUI & assault was escorted without cuffs. Oh well!

Here is the link for reading Terry’s letters and some information from Pili and an audio of Greg on Peter Boyle’s radio show. Some of you may already have this but in case you don’t all have it I thought you would want it.

The sacrifice that this man and his family is making for his counry and for all Americans cannot ever be forgotten. We need to coninue to spread the word about Terry and pray for him and write to him. Send money if you can for his fund.

That was the way it was during the American Revolution I also, most people wanted to go a long with the British! It takes a few proud courageous types to lead the way.

I can’t remember the exact verse number, but one of my very favorites is “Be still and know that I am God” I say it daily. Also I hope this might help:
Here is what Jesus says to anyone who is stressed out, anyone who is under pressure, anyone who is carrying a burden of any kind:

“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28–30)

  36. 109 Terry Lakin is a Hero February 10, 2011 at 4:09 pm

This hero gladly served his nation for 18 years. Showing devotion and love for his country. He followed all protocol needed to address this in order of his command. After being commanded to deploy to Afghanistan in early 2010, Lakin was told to bring his birth certificate to the assigned location. Lakin has and will gladly serve his nation as time has shown. He is not a coward but in fact chose to stand for his oath and for his country. All he wanted was the truth. Instead he got prison. Terry is standing up for the Nation. He now needs the nation’s help.
