Treason or sedition?

Sedition: In law, sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organization, that is deemed by the legal authority to tend toward insurrection against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent (or resistance) to lawful authority. Sedition may include any commotion, though not aimed at direct and open violence against the laws. Seditious words in writing are seditious libel. A seditionist is one who engages in or promotes the interests of sedition.

Treason. This word imports a betraying, treachery, or breach of allegiance: The Constitution of the United States, Art. III, defines treason against the United States to consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid or comfort. This offence is punished with death. By the same article of the Constitution, no person shall be convicted of treason, unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

What are your thoughts?

It wouldn’t be treason since treason implies the betrayal of an existing allegiance Barry never had legally or personally. So, between the two, it would have to be sedition. More properly, it would be espionage and sabotage.

Barry’s hatred of America is so deep he will do anything to humiliate or harm America–especially make the innocent look guilty. Americans used to be proud of its Christian heritage, s free enterprise, industry and capitalism. Now they are made to believe capitalism is a crime. This is Muslim taqiya at its best. It is also Saul Alinsky style of denigrating everything America loves and is proud.

What I don’t understand is why Arizona doesn’t take a very aggressive position and have the sheriff’s indict Obama for usurpation, sedition, and treason. Yes treason for aiding and abetting our enemy–the Mexican illegals and criminals. So what if they call Arizona “racist”. It’s a tactic that is wearing very thin on Americans today. I would rather be called a racist than a traitor–which is what Obama & thugs are.

With the power of the many citizens’ grand jury (I don’t know if there is one in Arizona) it would be very easy for the Sheriffs to demand his arrest and trial.

Yes, indictment can come from the states. Obama and Holder may just push Arizona too far. In my opinion, they already have and Arizona should strike back. That literally have nothing left to lose.

Mayor Bloomberg sent investigators into another State to infringe the Second Amendment.

He is guilty of a Federal crime.

Here is the text of USC 18 Section 421:

    UNITED STATES CODE
TITLE 18 – CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
    PART I – CRIMES
    CHAPTER 13 – CIVIL RIGHTS

    § 241. Conspiracy against rights

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any inhabitant of any State, Territory, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured –

They shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results, they shall be subject to imprisonment for any term of years or for life.

Arctic Patriot discovered this gem a week or so ago, and one of the Patriots who reads this column pointed out that the Mayor directly violated this law.

    Where is the indictment?

Are we a nation of Laws, or not?

    Toto/everyone

I promised you that I would check into that post that QL posted the other day concerning DHS/Patriot Act Bank Seizures.

I spoke this morning with the legal dept of my credit union and I actually read to her the entire post. She said:

Yes-under the patriot act they do have the authority to seize bank accounts, safety deposit boxes, and all that is kept in the bank.

However, they do NOT have the right to seize anything unless they DO have a warrent or subpenia AND there must be a pending lawsuit. They CAN see all records though.

The judges have the right to freeze all accounts for the DHS.

All charges have to be filed with the court in order for this to happen because, they to have laws that need to be followed.

The state government and agencies i.e FBI also have this same right. So it isn’t just the DHS-as everyone comes under the DHS and the patriot act.

I also told her about the last sentence which states that any employee of that institution will be fired if any information is leaked or given to anyone including the media.

I hope this helps everyone understand what can happen.
If anyone does have a safety deposit box I suggest they clean it out. IMO only.

This little scheme of theirs is now part of the patriot act that they are voting on for re-instatement.

Good info here, thanks for the follow up. FYI: Homeland Security/FBI have open/blank warrants so your bank official MAY think this is somewhat restricting for them. Most of us know otherwise.

Before Obama another Bush was just impossible. Now it looks not as bad. That was perhaps their plan all along.
Obama would srcew up so bad that the Democratic party is dead and another Bush looks like a good idea.

No, Jebby will continue the slide. Why do we have Obama if W didn’t look the other way? That’s what they want is a romney bush ticket, to continue this luciferian dominance of our government. They are all NWO…remember the ‘birds of a feather’ post?

Quite possible-Bush/Romney……………..first I would never vote for Romney (and I am republican) and 2nd I wouldn’t vote another Bush in — the 1st was evil enough and the 2nd was iffy but evil that day in the rose garden while hank paulson was sticking the knife deeper in W’s back while the tarp money was being printed and wired off shore — we certainly cannot have Jeb–no way–no can do. And Romney may be have an excellent business head–but so do a lot of other people—–no not Romney either–he can be dangerous too. Give us a blue collar worker!

Americans who have accessed the WikiLeaks web site may have violated the Espionage Act, under an extreme interpretation of the law advanced by Air Force officials last week.

“If a family member of an Air Force employee accesses WikiLeaks on a home computer, the family member may be subject to prosecution for espionage under U.S. Code Title 18 Section 793.”

Update: Josh Gerstein at Politico was told by the Air Force Monday afternoon that the AFMC guidance “is being taken down pending a further review of the legal opinions it was based on.”

However, several copies of the AFMC statement were also entered into the Lexis-Nexis database by States News Service, Targeted News Service and US Fed News. Those remain in circulation and unaffected.

    Resolution 2011-23
Nullification of Federal Gun Control Act 1968 Resolution

Submitted by Mark Patterson, Chairman District 15, Lucas Baumbach, Chairman District 17

Whereas, the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution is the law of the land for firearms and firearm ownership, directly contrary to “gun control” law.

Whereas, the Gun Control Act of 1968 created a burdensome regulating agency, the ATF, the mandate of which, is to control guns, especially by mandating registration of firearms by manufacturers,

Whereas, the NAZI Weapons Laws of 1938 are very similar in scope and aim to the U. S. Gun Control Act of 1968 (Aaron Zelman’s Gun Control: Gateway to Tyranny)

    • 39 bdwilcox February 7, 2011 at 4:18 pm

Senator Thomas J. Dodd (father of Senator Christopher Dodd of the infamous waitress sandwich incident with Ted Kennedy) wrote the 1968 Gun Control Act using the Nazi’s ‘Law on Weapons’ (March 18, 1938) as its model. Here is the proof from the Library of Congress.

      • 49 Jan February 7, 2011 at 8:25 pm

        Heather,
Sustainable development under Agenda 21. The master plan for all countries, including ours, is to move everyone out of the country and into a city of highrise apartments. No more individual property ownership. All residents within 20-minute travel of business. No autos, walk or bikes.
One of the reasons I’m so upset about Freddie and Fannie owning 98% of all home mortgages. This was a move so that the gov’t can kick you out and move you uptown, yuk!

I think China is just getting a jump on it for when the time is right. Move everyone off the farm in to the cities they are building.
I have no idea which country has the job of growning enough food for the world, however if Monsanto keeps going and replacing all our crops with poison, we will be eliminated either by starvation or deliberate poisioning.

Lt Col Terry Lakin’s brother wiill be on America Betrayed tue 02/08
The U.S. Army has filed two charges against Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, who earlier posted a video inviting that action, over his refusal to follow orders until Barack Obama documents his eligibility to be commander-in-chief.
The documents, filed today and posted on the SafeguardOurConstitution website, which is generating support for the officer, allege violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice Articles 87 and 92.
Lakin publicly asked the president to document his eligibility and expressed a willingness to deploy with the 32nd Cavalry Regiment to Afghanistan. But he received no response from the White House.
The filing of charges may, however, be part of the still-unrevealed strategy Lakin and his legal counselors are pursuing.
Formally, Lakin is accused of “through design” missing “the movement of US Airways Flight Number 1123, departing from Baltimore/Washington International Airport arriving in Charlotte, North Carolina, in order to deploy for a Temporary Change of Station in support of Operation Enduring Freedom with the 32nd Calvary (sic) Regiment, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Kentucky, with which he was required in the course of duty to move.”
The second charge accuses Lakin of failing to report “to the office of his Brigade Commander, Colonel Gordon R. Roberts, at 1345 hours, or words to that effect, an order which it was his duty to obey.”

OT–Today I went to our capitol in Harrisburg, PA for a rally to support a bill which has been proposed, HB 42 or Freedom of Choice in Health Care Act. It is a bill to exempt Pennsylvanians from the mandate of Obamacare saying that it is unconstitutional for the federal government to tell citizens that they have to buy government insurance. I wish they would say that the whole bill is unconstitutional, but hey, you can’t have everything. PA did put in the lawsuit against obamacare, so I’m glad for that. After we met and had some speakers we were told that we could attend a committee meeting to try to get it out of committee and into the House for a vote. It was very interesting and they did manage to do that. Of course, there were some remarks made by some dems which were stupid. They must be Obamabots. They were mostly from Philly, Papoose! Afterward I introduced myself to my Rep who is a co sponsor of the bill. I talked to him about the ineligiblility issue with Obama. He said he had dismissed it until the fracus(not his words) over Abercrombie. See, that situation is getting a lot of people thinking more about it. I explained to him how BO cannot possibly be a natural born citizen. I’m not sure if he knew it before.

By the way, our state capitol is the MOST beautiful building I have ever seen. I was awe struck. I think it is more beautiful than the national capitol. I’m ashamed to say that as old as I am that this was the first time I was ever in it. It is said that when Teddy Rosevelt first saw it he said it was the most handsome building he ever saw.

I’m sorry to say that I have not payed enough attention to our state and local politics, I have been so focused on the national but I intend to be more involved in this level from now on.

    • 54 Rosemary Woodhouse February 9, 2011 at 9:37 am

All politics are local, Nancy. Imagine what would have happened to halt O’s political ascendancy if his machinations with Jack Ryan and the woman who gave him his start in politics were paid attention to when he was just a local wannabe.

    QURAN IN THE PEWS
    JESUS IN THE QURAN
    By
    Paul L. Williams, Ph.D.

This weekend, the Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church in Houston along with Christian communities in Atlanta, Seattle, and Detroit will initiate a series of sermons that have been designed to produce an ecumenical reconciliation between Christianity and Islam.

In addition to the sermons, the Sunday school lessons will center on the inspired teachings of the Prophet Mohammad.

Qurans will be placed in the pews next to the Bibles.

    • 56 drkate February 7, 2011 at 6:53 pm

      😯 There is no reconciliation!

      • 57 Paula February 8, 2011 at 6:12 am

I agree, drkate; zero reconciliation! God is love and He gives mankind the freedom to choose Him and receive the free gift of salvation through His death on the cross. Islam’s false moon god is a god of hate and does not give any man the choice to choose. Why can’t muslims see the hate in their false god?

        • 58 JanH February 8, 2011 at 12:04 pm

I am coming out of lurkerdome to comment on this issue as it is a huge one in the circles in which I travel.

Not only is Allah a god of hate, the Islamic christ of the Koran is a false christ. He is merely a prophet: a man only. Islam teaches that God has no Son.

I would like to highlight some of the most important differences between Christianity and not only Islam, but every other world religion. I ask your forbearance if I come across as “preachy.” That is not my point and I hope it is not the case. For reasons I will touch on later the need for awareness of these fundamental differences will become more and more essential in keeping things straight as time goes on: kind of like a beacon of light through an increasingly darkening fog, or a brightly lit “EXIT” sign in a smoke filled room.

By contrast to Islam, etc., Christianity teaches not only that God HAS a son, but that this Son of God IS God and that this Son of God is the image of the invisible God, the first born over all creation (by which He means that He was resurrected, not created, first). And that by this Son all things were created that are in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones, dominions, principalities, or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. He is the head of His body, the church (all people who believe in Him). He is the beginning, the first born from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence. You can find this reference in the book of Colossians, chapter 1, verses 15-18, in the Christian Bible.

Islam’s god has no such Son, let alone a Son who made everything, who is above everything, who gives power to everyone that has it, who has died and is risen from the dead, and who has preeminence over everything.

Christianity teaches that God is an eternal Trinity of 3 persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Christianity teaches that God the Son became a man, namely Jesus Christ, which event we call the incarnation. He did this expressly for the purpose of bearing the wage that man has earned by sin- a crucial point in Christian doctrine.

God revealed through one of His real prophets, the Apostle Paul, that the wages of sin is death. That is in the letter Paul wrote to the Christians at Rome, chapter 6, verse 23. This is perfectly consistent with what He told Adam and Eve in the garden, that in the day they eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil they will surely die. Moses told us this in Genesis 2:16, 17. (Moses would be that prophet from among the Jews that led the Jews out of Egypt and into Canaan, the land that was promised to the Jews in God’s covenant with Abraham recorded in Genesis 15, to which land they have returned according to other prophecy by later prophets, and which people and covenant Islam wants to dispense with, also according to prophecy.) Jesus bore this penalty for mankind that whosoever receives His death as payment for their own sin is given eternal life as a result, as a free gift. This is found in numerous New Testament passages. Again through the Apostle Paul we are told that He (God the Father) made Him who knew no sin (God the Son) to be sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in Him (God the Son, Jesus Christ- the real one). That is in the second letter Paul wrote to the Christians at Corinth, chapter 5, verse 21.

Further, in keeping with Paula’s (not the prophet, but the Christian who comments here. :)) statement that God is love, He did this in love for us, Jesus (the real one) told us Himself that God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. That is the famous verse John 3:16. And, again Paul, the prophet sent from the Triune God, tells us that God demonstrates His own love toward us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8. God’s love for us is connected directly with the sending of His Son to die on the cross for our sins. That would be the Son Islam thinks God does not have.

Islam has no such provision, no such Provider, and no such doctrine of a loving God whose love for mankind is demonstrated through the sending of God the Son to bear the wages of man’s sin in His body on the cross. Islam’s god has no such Son but rather explicitly denies this cardinal Christian doctrine.

There is absolutely nothing Islam has in common with Christianity. On the contrary, Muslims are told that they are to kill those who believe this Christian doctrine in the name of their moon god whose christ is only a man and only a prophet and certainly not God the Son.

Why am I saying all this? Because this doctrine is the doctrine that separates Christianity from not only Islam, but all other religions. If it is not there, the religion is not Christian. It may or may not preach a christ, or a christ figure, but it is not THIS Christ. Those christs will preach YOURSELF to you and sometimes even say YOU are God. He will not preach HIMSELF as your substitute and God. He will tell you that YOU or mankind in general is your own savior and that salvation will be entirely about the earth. He will not tell you that your need is such that your salvation must come from somewhere wholly EXTRINSIC to you: that you must be saved by Another, and that salvation is not earthly but eternal.

Here is the point I said I would touch on and why I wanted to come out of lurkerdome and post:

There is a great move today to unite all faiths together in one universal “supra religion.” It is part of the move to unite the world under one government, one economy, AND one religion, which all who are alive at the time will be required to participate in and which will necessarily EXCLUDE Biblical Christianity, as Biblical Christianity excludes it.

The supra religion will include bits and snatches of all faiths, including some things that are Christian, but it will not be Biblical Christianity and the christ of that religion will not be the Biblical Christ but rather the Anti-Christ. Biblical Christianity, and those who hold to it, will be excluded from the one world supra religion (and persecuted ruthlessly). If you are following the trends in Religion, you are probably already aware of these developments and where they are going, especially if you are Christian. In some Christian circles this surpa religion is understood as what will be the fulfillment of the vision the Christian Apostle John wrote down in Revelation chapter 17 of a woman that rides a beast. We see the stage being set for that vision to be fulfilled sometime in the probably not too distant future.

This ecumenical alliance with Islam by the Presbyterians (who should know better) is one more step on that road.

And now I am going to get preachy after all, because I can’t help it when it comes to this (I know fellow Christians understand). If you would like to be done reading at this point I totally understand but I hope you will read through to the end. But I have to add this one final thing.

In Revelation 18:4 the call goes out to all the earth concerning individuals and this horrendous one world system, called “Babylon”:

“Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.”

You are all doing a wonderful job opposing the coming system. But opposing it isn’t enough as far as the religious aspect is concerned. For that you must not only oppose this one, but you must embrace another system. In the end, that is what it will all come down to- whether or not you embrace the real Christ and what He has done for you in dying on the cross.

I have already shown how God says that He so loved the world (you and me, not “the world system,”) that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life and that the wages of sin is death. What I have to tell you now (and others have shared on this forum- Paula in particular has shared it a lot that I have seen, as have some others- is that ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God. That means that, in God’s view (the real God) the wages of sin are going to be required of everyone. Someone will have to pay for the sins you have committed. That someone will either be you or Jesus Christ (the real One, the one who died to pay that cost because of His love for us all). So, as Paula alluded to, you have a choice to make concerning this real Christ and His sacrifice on the cross: you either accept His death in your stead or you reject His death in your stead and pay the cost yourself. Which one will you choose?

If you understand and accept that you have sinned and that God is righteous to judge you because of your sin; and you believe that that judgment in full was laid on Jesus for you; and you will choose to accept both that judgment against you and Christ’s (the real One) FULL payment for it, then tell Him so now. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father but through Him. But we are justified (saved from God’s wrath against our sin, fully and completely delivered from His judgment forever) before God through faith in the blood that was shed on the cross by His Son and the death that He died for you and me, and by nothing else.

Try finding that teaching in Islam or any other world religion. It is not there. Only in Christianity.

There is a whole lot more that can be said, but gosh this post is long as it is! So I will stop now, and thank you for your perseverance in reading through to the end.

If you don’t find this information useful now, I hope you will find it useful at some future point.

You are welcome, Dr. Kate. I’m glad you found it beneficial.

I appreciate all you are doing with your blog and in “real life” to bring to light the evil things these people are doing. You have been a great help to me as well.

            Thank You.
About Islam I can only say that You are right, there is no way we can cooperate. The religion of hate uses the very fact that a Jesus and a Mary are mentioned in their book to make them look as just another human being in history. Nothing special.
And I have seen the look in a muslims eye when he mentioned that.
“Jesus is a prophet in the Muslim teaching.”
            Meaning:
You think he is the son of God, but we know he is just a prophet.

You’re exactly right. And that is why they have to work and work and hope they will make it to heaven (where there will be 72 virgins waiting for them. I guess promiscuity is just fine with Allah.)

Christianity teaches that man CANNOT gain heaven by his own works. He can only get there by faith in what Another has done for him, and that Other has to be as morally perfect as God. No one but God is morally perfect. So for Jesus to be our Savior He MUST be God incarnated. Christians can rest knowing the work for their salvation is finished by One who is inherently qualified to accomplish it. Muslims (et al) can never rest. They must work and work and work and HOPE it is enough although it never is.

When they say Jesus was only a prophet, they boast in a hopeless faith. It’s tragic in so many ways.

And all the more so when Christian denominations like the Presbyterians just foster confusion by joining with Muslims as though they believed even remotely the same thing. But that is what is going to happen. There will be more and more mixture and more and more blurring of the lines that divide, by which you can tell one thing/idea/belief from another.

Just like the globalists want to do away with international boundaries so we have one governmental system, and the boundaries of personal property so “social justice” can be achieved, so they want to do away with faith boundaries so all religions basically teach the same thing.

Now, I don’t believe for a minute that that is the motive of the Muslims, as things currently stand. They do want to keep the religious divides. They will use these opportunities to take over the Christian religions as much as they are able, and replace them with Islam. But the end goal in the broader globalist picture, I believe, is to eventually blend all faiths into one supra faith.

Amen & amen, Jan! The gospel of Jesus Christ according to the revelation of the mystery given to the Apostle Paul is the only good news that saves man, today. Romans 16:25-27: Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my (Paul’s) gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was KEPT SECRET since the world began, but NOW is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith: To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen.

You wrote the truth:o) It takes the righteousness of God Himself to enter into His heaven, and no man has that righteousness, but One, and that is Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, who paid our sin debt, that all we have to do is believe and trust His finished work on the cross; that He died for our sins, was buried and rose again for our justification. God the Father was satisfied with His Son’s sacrifice on our behalf. When any person trusts in Christ Jesus’ work on their behalf, immediately upon faith, the LORD imputes His righteousness to him/her, and that person is sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise until the redemption of the purchased possession. He purchased the Body of Christ with His own blood. Praise God for His love, mercy, and grace! I’m thankful I can rest! Salvation is by grace through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.

Islam, along with any other religion, loves to boast in their works, but God’s wisdom says that is foolishness.

            Grace and peace.

Why–muslims do not enter Christain churches–so the quran is there for intimidation.

Imagine if this actually takes off–that protestan pastors start preaching islam–that makes them all liars of Christianity and our Holy Bible. How will they explain that little scheme? Have they been paid off too? Wow–if so they will enter the kingdom of HELL and burn forever and ever.

Here is the link to read the rest of the article. We have to fight this. You are right, Kate. there is no reconsiliation. They do not honor our Christianity and never will. Are the Rabbis going to do this in the Synagogues next? PC is going to get more Americans killed.

Re. hving the koran next to the Bible in Churches, this is Satan geting his cloven hoof in the door. In my Church here, we had a priest who consistently preached islam every Sunday, said we had much to learn from it. He had been a Missionary in Islamic countries. I confronted him – brought in photos of beheaded Christian school-girls in Indonesia and told him that that was what Islm taught – to kill ll the unbelievers. Eventually, I reported him to the Bishop ( I am a Roman Catholic) who did intervene , and , had him removed and snt back to his home country, Holland. I actually witnessed physial manifestations of Evil prior to that happening. “We fight not against flesh and blood alone,” etc. Do not cease fighting against this evil and proclaiming the Truth.

Why is China building eerie ‘ghost cities’?
Google Earth photographs reveal towns completely devoid of people

Why is China constructing large, well-designed “ghost cities” that are completely devoid of people?

Jerome Corsi’s Red Alert reports Google Earth photographs of China depict city after city of vast complexes consisting of office skyscrapers, government buildings, apartment buildings, residential towers and homes, all connected by networks of empty roads – with some of the cities located in China’s truly most inhospitable locations.

Images of these “ghost cities” – after countless billions of dollars have been spent on the towns’ design and construction – reveal nobody lives in them.

    OT but interesting.

A little food for thought; be sure to click on the subliminal messages at the end.

This song & its title was an answer to a recent final Jeopardy –only one person got it right — question was (paraphrased)

“What 1980s song do history teachers praise for its educational value.”

Never could understand all the references on Billy Joel’s song –fortunately, with this VIDEO, given the picture(s), now can “see” what our “ears” couldn’t.

Anyway, checked to see purpose behind the song. Apparently, it’s Joel’s homage to the 40-years of historical headlines since his birth (1949).

Wish we could have appreciated the depths of this song when it was released.

Twenty years later, it’s amazing what Joel was able to put into music and lyrics lasting only a few minutes.

Here it is, set to pictures… . It’s a neat flashback through the past half century. Turn up volume, sit back and enjoy a review of 50 years of history in less than 3 minutes! Thanks to Billy Joel and some guy from the University of Chicago with a lot of spare time and Google.

Top left gives you full screen….top right lets you pause. Bottom left shows the year. The Older you are, the more pictures you will recognize. Anyone over age 65 should remember over 90% of what they see. But it’s great at any age.

    Shhh…listen…is that the dictator-in-chief?

    You betcha!!!

Everybody has heard the national Emergency Alert System (EAS). Those familiar “duck calls” that reassure listeners “THIS is a test…this is ONLY a test…”

The FCC is planning an upgrade to the tests by including presidential announcements in the system.

Lisa Fowlkes, deputy chief of the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau of the FCC, explained to the Federal Drive the Presidential Alert isn’t new.

“The primary goal is to provide the President with a mechanism to communicate with the American public during times of national emergency,” said Fowlkes. The change, she said, is that prior to last week’s order there was no rule in place to call for or allow a test from top to bottom.

Fowlkes said, “There’s never been a test from top to bottom where it’s issued by FEMA and it goes straight down to all the different levels of EAS to the American public. So this is a way for us to glean, okay, if there were an actual emergency and the federal government needed to activate the Presidential EAS, making sure that it actually works the way it’s designed to.”

These devices probably need periodic inspection and repair. The radio station owners would probably be doing us all a huge favor if they would all disconnect them and send them back to their point of origin this week and at least once a month hereafter. There they can be fully inspected and, if necessary, adjusted or repaired. We can’t afford to have them fail in a time of crisis. The station engineers could probably keep the stations running while the devices are gone and fashion a means of plugging them in quickly upon their return – something like a computer docking station.

Knowing where we can find these devices in our homes and how to inspect them would be very helpful, too.

We also need to know exactly where the control towers are so that we can provide them adequate security should any “bad guys” threaten us. Chances are, it’s only a few security people and lots of bad guys who know where they are. That’s not good for our national security.

It would also be appreciated we could know the names and see the faces of those patriots who are looking after our security by installing and monitoring these devices so that we can properly thank them. Surely they are all deserving of great public adoration.

To be even more on the “safe” side we should all develop additional means of communications in case all of our standard means are compromised by an invading and hostile force. We especially need to know how to contact and protect our political leaders, especially those who have had our security so much on their mind, should we ever come under attack so that we can keep them informed of any threats against our nation, our constitution, or our people.

I’m familiar with this group and I understand much of what they say; however, I don’t know how much of their ideas can materialize. I would love for this to actually catch fire and blaze across the USofA, but reality is that satan is the god of this world and there are principalities, powers, and rulers of the darkness of this world that are moving and shaking the nations and working in the children of disobedience. With all due respect, Mr. Turner is wrong about man having dominion over this earth. Adam and Eve gave that up to satan when Adam chose to sin. This earth will remain under the control of the god of this world until the Lord Jesus comes back to establish His rule through the believing nation of Israel at His Second Coming, and He will rule this earth with a rod of iron (then there will be justice and righteouness on this earth). Judgement is on God’s calendar and we are daily moving closer to the time, therefore, He says today is the day of salvation, the day of God’s salvation by grace through faith. Members of the BOC will not have to endure the coming wrath as we are not appointed unto wrath but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. The BOC will not rule in the earth, contrary to what many teach, but we will reign in the heavens with the Lord. Our abode will be in the highest of heavens with the Lord. The BOC will take the places of those principalities and powers and rulers of darkness and will also judge the angels! The mind cannot comprehend what the Lord has in store for the BOC, but God has revealed them unto us by his Spirit!

With that understanding from the Word of God, I cannot put much hope in this group even though I’d agree with most of what they say. I wish it were different.
