Multi-Culturalism is Dead

©2011 drkate

GermanyBritain, and France, have all declared multi-culturalism dead, and in some cases have called for a halt to or moratorium on Arabic immigration. The sharia law focus of Muslims is antithetical to our existence and does not allow multi-culturalism–living side by side.

This video tells it all.

Obama will pull the race card and use the First Amendment against Americans, employing political correctness to force muslim immigration and sharia law upon us.

The federal judiciary is supporting this as well, overturning people’s referenda such as in Oklahoma on sharia law…I don’t believe the federal judiciary has any say over this especially if they say this is first amendment. the bill of rights applies to the FEDS, not against the states.

    • 2 Quantum Leap February 25, 2011 at 1:07 pm

Yes the west is wising up. USA needs to follow. politacl correctness is dead for this reason, or should be. I’ve researched this myself a while back.

Dr K–and we the people of OK are darned good and ticked off! And we are still waiting–what gives the muslims this right to demand we change our laws.

      • 4 Tenacity February 26, 2011 at 3:45 pm

Heather, what gives them the right is the lack of people willing to shoot those attempting to oppress your unalienable rights. Like Yuri Bezmenov said, “you cannot subvert an unwilling target.”

Yesterday I called for Rex Duncan, the Ok rep that introduced this sharia law for our ballot last Nov and was told by the New girl answering the phone that his term was up and Dennis Casey is the new rep–but he is not handling any of Duncan’s laws and that the Sharia law is just sitting on that judges desk in limbo waiting to see if it even makes it the the district court.

Well I find this disgusting that a law was written and voted on and that 77% of the citizens voted for it and some idiot comes along and screams unconstitutional for the muslims and now we have nothing. How the heck can some paid off judge just take our vote away–that is what I intend to find out today–and tomorrow until I get the answer I need.

I am also going to ask about these unconstitutional chemtrails that are clouding up my sky and polluting my air. Where is the wonderful and bogus EPA? They are spraying 24-7 right around the clock now—almost like they are daring us to question them!

Well I intend to question with “boldness” as beck puts it.

obat will probably just issue an order that if you are not Muslim or Mexican, go to the nearest FEMA center for processing.

Do you have the link to that one?

Doc – completely OT but I thought I would let everyone know that something very strange happened here off the the Big Island last night. We started having a lightening storm well offshore with no accompanying thunder. The ‘lightening’ was going sideways through the clouds and it was gold. This continued on for HOURS and then finally a storm came up circling the Big Island with actually blue/white lightening going between the clouds and the ocean. What makes this VERY unusual is that storms don’t circle the top of the BI. They usually move east to west and hit the mountains and dump rain on the Hilo-side and then curve around going north to the other islands. This particular ‘storm’ started dead center on the island and spun right above us for quite some time. I DO NOT believe that the beginning lightening storm was a natural occurrence as the area that it started in has high military traffic on a daily basis.

Oboy… this HAARP testing? This sounds awful. Maybe Heather knows.

      • 16 heather February 25, 2011 at 1:27 pm

DT and QL–sounds like haarp–as much as I have read about what it can do and cause–and they are messing with the weather–the east coast NJ prime example–storms they have never had — massive snow and rains with flooding and extremely high winds of 60 mph+ all winter including today.

I put nothing past them and the military and the Russians are creating this.

Here in OK we have had nothing but chemtrails daily and tons of snow – which we normally do not have. Never saw these chemtrails when we first moved here 5 yrs ago–but over the past 3 they are everywhere and spraying more and more and also, arrogantly open about doing so–like they dont care!

        • 17 LogisticsMonster February 25, 2011 at 1:33 pm

I think the cold weather situation hitting the world is mostly caused by BP shutting down the North Atlantic Loop Current with all the corexit they dumped. If you folks want more info about that, just let me know.

As for the weird storm; an update: 2 cobra gunships moving very fast came out of that area last night, moved across the Kona area and headed off toward Oahu. Something is going on out in that area of the ocean.

          • 18 heather February 25, 2011 at 1:50 pm

Can you get more info on that and let us know? Sure sounds like somethings happening……….remember all these uprising in the mideast again was one of those crisis’s that can’t go to waste and perhaps was used as a deversion to what barry is planning here. Distraction for another false flag perhaps?

            • 19 DiamondTiger February 25, 2011 at 2:22 pm

That’s the problem, there is no information on what is going on out over the edge of the horizon line. The US government owns 95% of this island and has some pretty hardcore bases up on the mountain. We have been watching major military traffic for about 6 weeks now. There isn’t a TV station on this island and even if there was, they would be part of the establishment problem. All I can do is let you folks know that something is going on, and considering our proximity to Asia – it’s anybody’s guess as to the who, what, where, and why.

HI state senator Sam Slom digging further? Hopefully something will come of it…probably not, as they’re all in deep criminal doo-doo, the D’s and the R’s, and are blackmailing one another which is probably why nothing is being done about this whole issue. Oh, how I wish American’s would do away with this 2-party nonsense and vote the Constitution!
Hawaii’s Senate minority leader is accusing Gov. Neil Abercrombie of politicizing the state’s health department by firing his nominee to replace Chiyome Fukino, a woman best known to the nation as Barack Obama’s birth certificate guardian.

Sen. Sam Slom, the sole Republican in Hawaii’s upper house, is denouncing Abercrombie’s handling of the nomination of Dr. Neal Palafox to be the successor to Fukino as director of the state’s health department. He said he is convinced Abercrombie asked Dr. Palafox to withdraw his nomination because the nominee fired two Hawaii health department employees who were politically connected.

It was always a lie. Balkanized nations do not survive. We need to accentuate the things we have in common, the left knew this and the useful idiots followed like zombies chanting diversity, diversity….

Multiculturalism also had the advantage, to the left, of being anti American. The real thrust was not so much to “embrace diversity” as to demean our culture.

Nice job leftards one more notch of destruction on your belt. All the left can do is destroy. The real work of building a society gets done and they ride in complaining and pointing out how it should have been done. Then they set about dismantling it leaving carnage in their wake all the while complaining how unfair it is.

Truly leftisim is a mental disorder in my non-phd opinion.

“Integration requires effort from those that are to be integrated. I will not show respect for anyone that is not making that effort. I do not have to acknowledge anyone who lives by welfare, denies the legitimacy of the very state that provides that welfare, refuses to care for the education of his children and constantly produces new little headscarf-girls. This holds true for 70 percent of the Turkish and 90 percent of the Arabic population in Berlin.”

oFF THE TOPIC BUT. . .

    bob strauss

You are right to be frustrated with this corrupt system. It has become totally dysfunctional. Three years ago I was one of those starry eyed Americans who thoroughly believed; “This is America. It would never happen here.” When the green puss of corruption began to ooze from the cracks in the judicial system–I believed “This is America, IT WILL BE STOPPED. Today I ask is there any one in politics with enough integrity to PLACE COUNTRY ABOVE CAREER?

When the Tea Party groups began to evolve, I had great hope, they would be the force to DEMAND BARRY STAND UP OR STEP DOWN. They became jaded at the get-go and chose to protest policy over eligibility. That is when I washed my hands of them. They became complicit in Sotoero’s fraud by ignoring A is A or it begins with his legality. While they are well intentioned–the road to hell is paved is good intentions.

If Obama were removed upon ineligibility a year or so ago–WHICH HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN–then all his policies would have become null and void. That would have solved all the Tea Party issues. Failure of the Tea Party and other groups to do so has resulted into a now much compromised national security, a bankrupt America, an imposter president giving the bird to American law (he is now in contempt of court for persisting in oil drilling bans and Obamacare), and violating all international laws by instigating the middle east uprisings via the Muslim Brotherhood and the list grows bigger daily.

As for sold-out-to-Fox Sarah Palin, weeping John Boehner, vanilla pudding Huckabee, tough-talk-only Allan West, cowardly Rush Limbaugh, Bill O’Slyly. wet-behind-the ears Sean Hannity, charlatan Glen Beck, and the rest of the people in the enviable position with the power to confront this issue in a meaningful way—THEY CHOSE TO BETRAY THEIR OWN COUNTRY AND BECOME PART OF THE CONSPIRACY. WE MUST HOLD THEIR FEET TO THE FIRE!

HOW DARE THEY ATTEMPT TO TALK DOWN TO US. ADVISE US TO IGNORE THE PRESIDENT’S ELIGIBILTY ISSUE AND FOCUS UPON BARRY’S POLICIES! HOW DARE THEY SAY THAT USURPATION IS NOT IMPORTANT. How dare they DIMINISH THE SACREDNESS OF THE ARTICLES OF THE CONSTITUTION? It is not for our elected officials or TV talk show hosts to decide for we the people what is vital to us and what is not. We are neither children nor ignorant. Over 10,000,000 citizens are demanding that Barry prove his legitimacy or step down. IF OUR LEADERS ARE IGNORING THEM—THEY ARE FAILING AT THEIR JOB,

It is not the job of our leaders to make value judgments for us while denying, avoiding and denigrating we patriots who have the loyalty to America to ask a very rational and valid action of the alleged president. “Do you qualify under article II NBC clause of the constitution to serve as the president of the United States?”

If our current leaders are making themselves visible on the political stage scheming to further their political careers while avoiding this issue–NOT ONE OF THEM–NOT ONE OF THEM–THAT MEANS HERMAN CAIN, ALLAN WEST OR THE REST OF THE COVERNING THEIR OWN REARS DOUBLE TALKING POLITICIANS–DESERVE OUR VOTE. Do not rationalize with “they’re all we got, or they’re the lesser of two evils.” Don’t vote for the traitors’

Wis assembly passes bill in favor of the GOP

Democrats launched a filibuster, throwing out dozens of amendments and delivering rambling speeches. Each time Republicans tried to speed up the proceedings, Democrats rose from their seats and wailed that the GOP was stifling them.

Debate had gone on for 60 hours and 15 Democrats were still waiting to speak when the vote started around 1 a.m. Friday. Speaker Pro Tem Bill Kramer, R-Waukesha, opened the roll and closed it within seconds.

Democrats looked around, bewildered. Only 13 of the 38 Democratic members managed to vote in time.

Republicans immediately marched out of the chamber in single file. The Democrats rushed at them, pumping their fists and shouting “Shame!” and “Cowards!”

The Republicans walked past them without responding.

    Democrats left the chamber stunned.

Their being on the AWOL backfired. 😆 whine whine whine

Off Topic, but thought I would post this anyway. I don’t know how reliable the info is though.

This comes from Robert Chapman, publisher of International Forecaster. WORTH A CAREFUL READ AND DISSEMINATION TO OTHERS!

Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People’s Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China’s continued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!

The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.

Read the rest at the above link.

As for me, China and our government can take a long walk off a short pier. I refuse to acknowledge or accept any Eminent Domain on American property by a foreign country.

Did anyone see the news last night of Rhode Island being in worse financial shape than CA, along with dozens of other states per capita?
The new Finance director is clamping down. She’s a Rhoades scholar. I’m trying to find out her name which sounds like an Italian last name.
She’s really good. This has occured nationwide because of unions and statewide political corruption as well as federal corruption… Corruption worldwide is the reason the world is in the shape we are in. Corruption in the WH started back with Carter and has escalated on up to obammy.

Several congressional dems in DC are not running for office again and several others have resigned. Do they know what’s coming down the pike with US and worldwide implosion and are getting their families ready in their bomb shelters? World War III and NWO?

QL–I saw it–and let me tell you RI and MA are 2 of the worse corrupt states with their mafia style politics (ted kennedy and john kerry)-I lived in Newport RI in the 60s,70s and 80s—what kept the state of RI afloat was the Navy Yard—but when Nixon pulled the navy out in his term, people lost everything–the state and city went into bankruptcy almost immediately. The taxes and cost of living without any resources were unbearable to the residents who lived there generation after generation.

Finally in the late 70s early 80s Reagan reinstated the navy to open a full and complete operating base and life picked up–and now-Newport and the entire state thrive on tourism and their taxes—-They are still over taxed just as Ma is–and Ma was always refered to as the taxation state. Of course throughout the 80s into the 21st century taxation is running rampart throughout the country. These unions have to go–they are killing the private sector-which is their intentions.

Teachers in NJ are paid 50k right out of college — and NJ property tax is unbelievable. My taxes in 2006 when I left the state were over around 7k and out of that 6k of it went to the school board! Just 1k left for township and county taxes–so of course they raised taxes again. I still have family there and most are paying $10,000 + in property tax while others are in the 30 and 40K range! Get this country back on track and we will be #1 again. But we have a long road to hoe..

Of course Barack Hussein Obama will do whatever it takes to drag un down to a 3rd world country which is his intent!

An interesting observation regarding the chemtrails in metro-Atlanta. They have been very heavy for some time now. So much so that even one of my co-workers’ 4-yr-old looked at her one morning and asked what in the world was going on in the sky. It was day and night, just like everywhere else. Well, a couple of weeks ago the local CBS Atlanta TV station ran a story on them and encouraged everyone to send in their photos. Well, everyone did and the response was so huge they did a follow-up story. What is interesting to me is, it seems like ever since then we have had almost no chemtrails at all! You all keep talking about them still being so heavy where you are, but there are almost NONE around here. I guess maybe the stories made them back off in this area for awhile? I do still see a little bit, particularly in the morning on my way to work, but by late afternoon/evening there is virtually nothing at all. Maybe they have just cooled it for a bit in order to let some time pass so everyone’s attention will be elsewhere? The sun was SO bright this afternoon that it was almost blinding! Haven’t seen that in a long time.

    • 55 Papoose February 25, 2011 at 7:33 pm

The actual chemtrails/ ling streams of false clouds of late are not visible for very long. But, the planes 4 to 6 at a time are still roaming and criss crossing. They are visible for a few minutes and then disappear as they ascend higher into the sky. They are doing something else. My view is that they have additional crap in addition to the aerosol. They are still there conducting business as usual, just another recipe.

we are being assaulted 24/7. the winds were ferocious and roaring in the skies today yet barely moving a hair on your head in my neck of the woods. clouds rushing by in plain sight. just a breeze on the sidewalk. the blue skies and the sun were in battle to break through. surreal. weird.

Please share the observations in Atlanta. People are starting to notice here. Instead of hearing the words Goodbye, (God be with ye) we are saying, “stay safe”.

      • 56 Glorygal February 26, 2011 at 4:18 am

Papoose – you are right about those rushing clouds. We apparently had a “storm” in the early a.m. yesterday. When I was driving to work I was was observing the clouds that were still around. They were dark and zipping across the sky at a pretty good clip – it just looked strange. After a while it all cleared up and we had the bright blue skies and sunshine. Don’t get me wrong – I’m still seeing the chemtrails some, but not nearly like what they have been the last several months, and the planes are not just blatantly out there all over the place like they have been. I just figured they must be doing more nighttime spraying. Another thing I notice is that when I step outside in the early morning to take my dog out, the smell is VERY noticeable.

    • 57 heather February 25, 2011 at 8:03 pm

They are doing them in the darkness of night–so beware–do not think you are free of them, this is their agenda–I have seen the nightime chemtrails by the light of the moon–beware, look up and stay alert to them.

    • 59 Glorygal February 26, 2011 at 4:29 am

Thanks for that article, Heather. Technically over my head a bit but I DO get it. And those pictures! I’ve seen some of those dark clouds with the “holes” in them and the sun shining through. This is all SO bizarre and surreal. I guess sometimes I STILL want to believe that I’m a nut and this stuff is really not happening!

  20. 60 Helen February 25, 2011 at 7:48 pm

dk said on the thread downstairs –

“those are the lands that will be taken under eminent domain. like in 1932 when they came for all your gold in the name of a national economic emergency, private land is also subject to taking. This is why Judge John Roll was murdered under the cover of Giffords”

Wow! Let me make sure I understand this statement – those individuals who are taking their private property and putting it into a conservation easement will have their lands taken first via eminent domain? This is stunning. Not the devious nature of the entire program but more that the uber wealthy, first families and large farmsteads are plowing their properties into these easements for the tax write off with the promise of the land being conserved into perpetuity and remains in the family portfolio.

QL – always appreciate your insight. Thanks for taking the time to respond.

    • 61 Jan February 25, 2011 at 9:19 pm

We have an Indian man in MT that was asked for an easement for a transmission line. The line would go across MT to Canada and would not benefit MT.
The man asked the company to go around a corner of his land because it was where a lot of Indian TeePee rings were being preserved for his mother and other family members.
The company refused to move the line so the man took them to court and the man won. So, the powers that be in MT condemed the man’s land and are going to run right through the sacred ground.
We are trying to stop this in our legislature, hopefully we can.

    • 63 Quantum Leap February 25, 2011 at 11:26 pm

That’s right. You’ve got it. Citzen owned Fallow land in return for Gov payments may be subject to the ‘collateralized items. (you know fallowed land is designed so they can control the price of commodities by lowering the supply and raising the price due to demand)

BUT I believe Judge Roll was addressing directly the 401k’s and bank accounts/liquid bank assets of people. And we know that they won’t stop seizing there and seizing non-liquid assets of citizens could have been in there, so check it.
That’s just a start. The bill to seize the liquid assets of citizens is a different animal. I’m not sure if this bill has to do with ‘collateral for default on debts China bought for pennies on the dollar’. You might want to check the bill Judge Roll was addressing. It’s out there. Does anyone know the bill name and number? I believe the collateral had to contain buildings and land already owned by the Government. They can’t collateralize assets they do not already own.
Anyhow, they have the citizen bank account asset seizures also contained in the health bill on page 52. That and issues like it make the HC bill unconstitional not to mention unconscionable.
If one bill fails they’ll get to their goal in another bill-they think.
Ultimately though you can bet BML land was collaterlized in return for Chian buying our debts. I’d be surprised if not. And the question is did they collateralize the citizens personal Real Estate property that the government gave loans on (FHA Loans. That’s an all time question. So if you have a FHA loan on your home could you be subject to ‘calling the loan due’ for no reason or fault of your own or lose the property? That’s a can of worms because it violates the terms of the contract. Think of the commercial properties that have FHA loans on them too. You can see the long and winding road on this issue. The reach could be far and wide. The question remains on the red indian land that they just did payoffs (or will do) to the owners in a lawsuit Dec 21,2011… when dk had her trouble. What was that all about anyway? See the links to that on the previous thread. 5 links in one post.

And I don’t believe the food shortage aka wheat shortage. They store it in bins onsite and at the ports for however long they wish and can control pricing and availability by holding this back in storage. It’s a racket but can benefit the grower if the price per bushel is too low…they can hold back and not release the wheat onto the open market. Don’t trust the Dems. Obama cannot be trusted. ( says)Obama cannot be trusted by his friends. Obama cannot be trusted by his enemies. Obama cannot be trusted… but It’s his admin that can’t be trusted.

Btw, eminent domain was attempted here in Virginia for power lines that didn’t serve our state. I know the preservation groups were fighting this line with all of the ammo they had. Last I heard they defeated it and the power company had to draw up a new route. Haven’t heard anything about it since.

Robert DuVal came out full force here in Virginia. Who knows he might be willing to go elsewhere. Btw, his estate is a hundred percent easement. Wonder if he is aware of all of this.

Amen! I pray for justice to be served and the truth of what is going on behind closed doors to be made manifest. The MSM in this country is useless garbage, for the most part; their job is to keep Americans in the dark! People of America wake up to your country’s perilous situation. We the people have to call for justice!

Raise the voting age to 25

Some people shouldn’t be allowed to vote. I’m one of those people. I’d also throw most of my friends into that category. In fact, of the 218 million eligible voters in the U.S., I think 25 million of us should be disenfranchised, and all for the same reason: We’re between the ages 18 and 24. The truth is that young people aren’t fit for voting, which is why a constitutional amendment needs to be passed raising the voting age to 25.

I realize that most people reading this will disagree. If you’re over 25, you’ve probably forgotten how poor your judgment was when you were younger. If you’re under 25, you probably don’t realize how poor your judgment is now. In either case, you’re wrong. A recent Harvard study revealed that the frontal lobe — the part of the brain that controls reasoning and judgment — remains largely undeveloped until well into a person’s twenties.

Good judgment is the lifeblood of democracy. We don’t let ten-year-olds vote because we know they don’t have good judgment. The current voting age (18) is predicated on the assumption that 18-year-olds have good judgment. Now that we know they don’t, why not adjust the voting age accordingly? At the very least, we should re-evaluate whether allowing teenagers to vote makes sense.

I don’t think it does. The 26th Amendment, which lowered the voting age from 21 to 18 when it was ratified in 1971, was largely an attempt to placate young people who were upset about the Vietnam War. At the time, proponents argued that if young people could be drafted, they should be able to vote on whether their country went to war. But the Vietnam War is over and the “old enough to fight, old enough to vote” line makes much less sense now that the draft has been abolished. In any case, the argument that people who are eligible to serve in the military should also be eligible to vote was always a bit of a non sequitur. As the editorial board of the New York Times put it in 1967, “The requirements for a good soldier
and for a good voter are not the same. For the soldier, youthful enthusiasm and physical endurance are of primary importance; for the voter, maturity of judgment far outweighs other qualifications.”

I’ll sure second that. They need to be out of college and working for at least two years so some of that brainwashing starts to dissipate.
Many years ago you had to own property in order to vote.
I think a test for common sense would be good.

    • 75 heather February 25, 2011 at 10:50 pm

QL–I told my baby brother not to allow his daughter ( my niece ) to ever vote again–she is clueless–now does this tell you something? If she is clueless how many others between those ages are–and she is of that age group….however I believe it’s a game they play for attention and entitlements and now they are getting the full blown bullcrap that they wished for. The old saying goes, be careful what you wish for!

    • 76 Troy February 25, 2011 at 11:57 pm

My-O-My, I can’t believe that I’ve run across someone else that agrees with me on this topic…But, I’ll go you one even further.

I think the voting age should be raised to the age of 35.
Why?….Because the founders were wise enough to realize that a person under the age of 35 simply had not attained enough life experience under their belt yet to be trusted as CIC of our country….Article II, Section I, Clause V = must be at least thirty-five years of age.

If a person under 35 years of age has not attained enough life experience yet to make the kind of mature and sound judgements needed to run this country, then why in the hell would we want voters that haven’t either….Simple as that!

When I was a young man, in my twenties, I thought like a liberal democrat…When I was a bit older, in my thirties, I thought like a republican….When I got into my forties, I wised up enough to to think independently and to follow no crowd or slip into no group think…Now, in my early fifties, I remain Independent and recognize the two party system as the pile of crap that it is.

Here is another requirement that should be put into law:
In order to obtain a voter registration, a person (35 or over) should have to pass a required simple civics exam….It should be at least 40 – 50 simple, random civics questions out of a pool of at least 200 potential questions….The applicant must score at least 85% in order to register for voting.

If a person can’t correctly answer 30 or 40 very simple questions about their own government then they have no damn business voting for neighborhood dogcatcher much less voting for a person to lead our country….Period!….I’m getting freakin pissed just thinking about it!

      • 77 Helen February 26, 2011 at 7:59 am

Troy, my experience as a young voter was first Independent, then conservative Dem and back to Indy. And the two party system is a facade pretending to serve the lib or cons constituency which is intentionally constructed to keep American’s divided.

        Go Indy’s!!!

And I have to give some thought to your 35 year limit on voting. To me it has always felt like a privilege of which I try my damndest to do my research on candidate ? before giving them my vote.

The civic exam should be mandatory for all voters btw. Totally concur. Not a wild idea IMHO.

Troy–if we have IRAs and CDs how do we cash them out without being penalized–they are in a private credit union not a work related account. And what do we do ask for cash at the bank?

This is a serious question, I am not mocking you–I need to know. Also if anyone has sterling silver, like silverware or coffee and tea sets take them to a gold and silver dealer and cash them out–not sure if this is a good idea–whats your thought?

      • 80 evergreen February 26, 2011 at 12:04 am

For IRAs, you can use college expenses, or medical expenses as reasons and it may be worth taking the 10% penalty compared to losing it all. It’s tough to mentally move from the feeling we once had that the USD was the “lucky” currency to realizing it may soon be toilet paper. But the risk is too high to do nothing.

One thing you could do is blow your banker’s mind by scheduling a meeting with him/her and ask those same questions.

Hubby the banker opines: He has heard there are a large number of small banks in trouble and predicted to be closed. This may be what the blogger is talking about. As for a bank holiday, he has no idea what that may mean. If the concern is exchanging US money for NWO money, the liklihood of that happening in 60-90 days is slim. Nothing in the banking industry is done that quickly. Just his .02, but he’s a pretty sharp guy.

I heard on the radio a couple of days ago that one in nine banks in the U.S. is close to failure. Soon the banking system will be in the hands of a few privileged banks. JPM, B of A, Wells Fargo. All friends of of the FRB.
If you think we’re getting screwed now, just wait until you can’t pay a bill or buy anything without going through one of “them”.

      • 83 Quantum Leap February 26, 2011 at 1:15 pm

This same thing occured during the Carter years. Cash in sterling silver and silverware.

Open an account online with a Canadian bank. Then roll the Ira’s and CD’s into that account. Your private credit union should be safe……. safer than the big banks. Go in and ask to see a bank balance sheet to see how flush they are.
There is no ‘hit’ on cashing out CD’s. Take those out and buy silver. Hide the silver. Can’t say much in a blog post.

Well Troy, we are not alone in this voting age issue. PUMA’s want it raised and a whole host of others do too. MILLIONS of people want it raised.

What peeves me off is the hijack of the TEA PARTY. It was supposed to be non-partisan as a revolt against the party system. At least it started out that way after the terrible DNC vote heist. GOP’ers can’t freakin help themselves as they still claim TP is Repub… which, by the way was a meme that the lame stream media started to cover oblowhards embarassed butt because his party would not ‘shut up and get in line’–instead we bailed forever more——but the news started that meme and it caught on.
They need to stop saying it’s GOP. It’s not. GOP’ers need to get honest or lose again. GOP has not made a comeback. All they have is a reprieve because of the disenfanchised voter and they better get real. They better have candidates that everyone can vote for or lose. I still can’t stand Bush. He’s as guilty as anyone.

    • 87 Troy February 26, 2011 at 12:41 am

I can’t stand about 95% of all of their sorry asses, on both sides of the aisle….The effers just love their little two party system as they can forever keep the country divided and in turn keep themselves in power….That is all that matters to those freaks – keeping themselves in power.

They look at it as their own little private jousting match or sporting event….They have forgotten all about the fact that they are there to actually do the people’s work….Bastards!!!

    • 90 Helen February 26, 2011 at 8:22 am

Just a note of caution, there is way more at stake in these union busting bills than salary and benefits. For example, the bill Walker is proposing eliminates cabinet positions of which serve as the doorkeeper b/w the citizen and the Governor. Try getting to your state Governor sometime. It’s next to impossible if you didn’t donate or have something that assists him/her in some meaningful way.

Also, WI teacher’s and other union members have foregone any kind of pay increase for five years. They have met the Governor on all of his demands but one – the write to bargain.

I live in a right to work state and can testify to the fact our state employees have foregone pay increases over the last three years while contributing more and more of their checks to pensions and healthcare.

State employee’s just like their private counterparts rode the financial boom during the false Bush years of which all of us are paying for now. But now that we’ve had this dramatic and serious financial downturn in our economy we see our private workers laid off receiving 99 months of unemployment benefits while their counterpart in state government is being squeezed financially from all sides. Virginia has laid off or eliminated up to 15% of our workforce since around 2005. Every year! No one is there to negotiate other remedies on their behalf and there are a plethora of remedies.

Blaming the state worker is precisely what the conservatives want you to do. But they aren’t the ones who fleeced Wall Street and stole our money in the dark of night. Like you and the rest of us they have paid a very heavy price.

That said, the real criminal who brought us to our financial knee’s lie at the doorstep of the WH, Congress, Federal Reserve and Wall Street.

How many teachers do you know who got a $1 million bonus this year for stealing more of yours and my wealth?

      • 91 RacerJim February 26, 2011 at 10:53 am

        Blaming Bush is so yesterday.

        • 92 drkate February 26, 2011 at 10:55 am

          Agreed RacerJim.

Also, there was no financial boom during the bush years–the boom happened in the Clinton years.

If I had known I could make more than $90,000 driving a bus I would have foregone the Ph.D. and the usual thing of getting an education and making something of yourself.

        • 93 Quantum Leap February 26, 2011 at 11:24 am

No it’s not. I’m just getting started disclosing BUSH. Before congress passed the use of funds for the Iraq war they asked where the money to pay for it would come from. Bush said the Iraq oil. Did that happen? NO! So we went into the hole to fund that war WITH LOANS TO PAY FOR IT. That’s why we are broke now. If not for Bush we would not have DHS feeling up our kids or the Patriot act spying on us and taking our consitutional rights away or 9/11-re: Patriot Act = No trial etc..they can just pick you up and lock you away. GET REAL! And Clinton was a broke person. It was congress that passed the cuts during Clinton reign and got the budget balanced.

          • 94 drkate February 26, 2011 at 11:39 am

Clinton is part of this too

Totally agreed on the iraq war and funding

            • 95 Helen February 26, 2011 at 12:03 pm

Let me put this another way, every President since 1963 has passed laws w/a knowing Congress to bring us to this day of exorbitant debt, an outlaw Federal Reserve, a lawless Wall Street, a broken fraudulent government/corporation full of agencies that serves the powers that be not the people.

Continuing to fall for who is right or wrong AND what a Rep or Dem President did or did not do is what is so yesterday.

Watch this video – listen to what Ron Paul says about his decision to run in 1974. Like him or not is not the purpose of sharing this video. It’s to show how the game works –

Understand, it’s critical, that the two parties merged long ago unbeknownst to us and are all about serving their masters. The Party system is horribly broken and to continue to believe R’s are the good guys and D’s are the bad guys and visa versa serves no other purpose in getting us out of this miserable mess than one’s own stubborness not to accept this fact.

Someone stated up thread their frustration about the Tea Party being taken over by the conservative right. Well, that frustration is earned and shared by many of us early Independent Tea Party advocates and worker bees. It was infiltrated and hijacked. This movement had an opportunity to bust up the two party divisiveness which is precisely why it was hijacked. Divisiveness serves a financial purpose which serves the powers interests. Not yours and mine.

If you consider yourself a Tea Party voter answer this one question for me – when you heard your Tea Party candidate talking on the trail the need to cut spending and tightening up the budget did he/she once say that the way to do this was to end collective bargaining? No. Is collective bargaining or the need for unions a discussion our nation needs to have ABSOLUTELY. Blindsiding the voter isn’t the way to have the discussion and it is a huge betrayal to the TP voters.

For me, the divisiveness has to end and we the people need to come together in the center and yank our power back. We lead. We decide our platform. We work. We fund. We pick our candidates – especially for Pres. Not the two parties that got us into this mess intentionally.

              • 96 drkate February 26, 2011 at 2:19 pm

Not a tea party voter here or identified as such. Tea Party is now just ‘TP’ unfortunately.

Completely agree on party nonsense and have written about it. I am unaffiliated here, not even indy.

QL–I do remember Bush saying that the Iraq oil would pay for the war–yep–so where’d all that money go? There is so much missing money — whose pocket did that go in–I have always wondered that.

Agree to disagree–not so sure Clinton’s budget was TRULY
balanced–that’s what we were told. And we were told that Clinton had a surplus in SS to remember? So again where did that money go? The Clinton’s got filthy rich just as he was leaving office and whamo-they became multi-millionaires after that–right over night….These politicians are all dirty–all thieves–and have picked our pockets dry for years–and now the theft is out in the open–they just scream TAX THEM and puff like magic there are new agencies and taxes and money laundering going on right before our eyes–oh yeah–total transparentcy.

Rep. West: I’d Consider VP Slot in 2012

Rep. Allen West says he’s open to the possibility of being the vice presidential nominee for the Republicans in 2012, The Hill reports. West made his comments after former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said West would be a good VP.

That is great news, but if the Newt (a slimey salamander) runs and asks West to join him then I am going to personally send this to Alan West….Everything that Mr. McManus tells about is true and easily found on the Internet…..If Newt Gingrich tries to run for the GOP nomination then I have decided to be a one man wrecking crew….I will spend every waking moment, of every day, wrecking his chances…..I will first try to convince the brainwashed Hannity, who seems to have some sort of “man crush” on the salamander, that Gingrich is a bigtime CFR NWO puppet turd.

Don’t don’t do it, Newton!….Don’t do it or your ass is grass and I’m the lawnmower!

Troy and Heather, I join you too. Newt is a full fledged member of the Council on Foreign Relations which serves, at least for me, as the ‘period’ to the end of a very, very, very long list of his betrayals and lying ways. West will not do well with Newt. Newt is corrupted and West is uncorruptable.

      How about Cain and West?

      • 107 Paula February 28, 2011 at 9:42 am

If BUSH could have stayed on as prez he’d have had to do the bailout, all by his lonesome self, as the market was crashing during his regime. (THE COMMERCIAL LOAN MARKET FROZE IN JULY OF 2007 AND IS STILL FROZEN) So he’d have had to deal with all that. We were all nail biters waiting for the shoe to drop as the market was crashing during Bush’s regime beginning in 2006. He left the WH in a hurry huh? He couldn’t wait to leave in airforce one. (some dictator as he liked to describe himself-he scrammed in a hurry)He left a huge pile of poop from his pants for a rookie to figure out. Well the rookie stepped into that huge pile of poop and made matters worse. It’s the rookies fault for lying to his voters that he knew how to fix Bush’s poop pile. NOT! He knows about partying and playing ball and posing…that’s all…By his own admission he was and is in it for the perks and we can see how that’s working out. (Americans stay stranded in Libya while obatshit parties hardy)

During Bush regime the foreclosure domino began. In Dec 2006 the first bank (Indy Mac) closed it’s doors (christmas eve)laying off thousands nationwide. Right Heather?

So the bank implosions began during Bush’s regime. By the time Bush left office, 303 lenders and banks had imploded. Banks have nationwide branches that went down with all the main corporate Branches and are not counted in this figure—so how could everyone forget the huge implosion before Oyippyskippy even came onto the scene?

Look, Bush was a coke snorting drunk who had male prostitution services ushered through the back door by secret service. We found out just after he left the WH. Remember he supposedly choked on a pretzel and had a big gash in his face saying he fell down? That’s a lie. He choked on coke and his wife hit him for being such a loser. “W” is a member of the “Bohemian Grove” and so is Boehner. It’s a week long, male only, sex party. Male on male.

The Senate passed an amendment to an appropriations bill that would prohibit the Departments of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Transportation from giving grants to the Association of Community Organizers for Reform Now (ACORN), or its subsidiaries.

ACORN is an activist group that represents the interests of minorities and low- and moderate-income individuals. More and more the non-profit is getting involved in the housing market (see September issue of HousingWire for in-depth coverage).

For the vote, held yesterday, the amendment passed 83-7. It introduced by Nebraska Republican Sen. Mike Johanns and co-sponsored by 14 additional Republican senators.

In a statement on his Senate Web site, Johanns said the amendment’s passage was a bipartisan move to stop tax dollars from supporting fraudulent organizations and activities.

I know my typing sucks lately.
Wisconsin State workers currently pay 1% of their retirement plan costs and they are being asked to increase employee contributions to 5.8%. (The national average for government worker contributions toward retirement plans is 6.3%.)

–Wisconsin’s proposal includes prohibiting most government workers from (1.) collectively bargaining for anything other than their salaries, and (2.) demanding pay increases above the Consumer Price Index measure of inflation. To bypass the salary cap would require voter approval. Additionally, Wisconsin’s proposal would stop unions from requiring public employees to pay union dues.

How have Wisconsin’s citizens responded to the on-going partisan clash between its Governor and the public employee unions?

A just-released poll of Wisconsin citizens reveals the following:

    • By 74-18, Wisconsin voters support making state employees pay more for their health insurance.

    • By 79-16, Wisconsin voters support requiring state workers to contribute more toward their retirement/pension plan.

    • By 54-34, Wisconsin voters support ending the automatic deduction of union dues from state workers’ paychecks, and support making unions collect dues from each member.

    • By 66-30, Wisconsin voters support limiting state workers’ pay increases to the rate of inflation unless voters approve a higher raise by a public referendum.

    • By 41-54, Wisconsin voters oppose limiting collective bargaining to wage and benefit issues.

    • By 58-38, Wisconsin voters support limiting collective bargaining on matters relating to educational issues such as, (1.) giving schools flexibility to modify tenure, (2.) paying teachers based on merit, and (3.) discharging bad teachers and promoting good ones.

Excellent find, thank you for the ammunition!

      • 116 Helen February 26, 2011 at 12:15 pm

The state unions went to Gov. Walker over a week ago agreeing to the increases. What this post fails to point out is the fact state employees in Wisconsin have taken pay cuts over the last three years and have seen no increase in five. They did this to save jobs. What is wrong with you guys?

The worker is not the bad guy here. It’s the banks, Federal Reserve, the oligarch, the fascists, the mega corporatists and the two party system period.

        • 117 drkate February 26, 2011 at 2:21 pm

pay cuts? or increase in amount contributed to retirement funds? Or no increases in pay above COLA? Did you read the comment on what happened?

Reading into my words that I am blaming the worker without knowledge of the FED, Helen, is just a result of you not reading my blog. Before you assume some shallow thing about me, I’d appreciate you reviewing what I have written about it.

Drive-by comments out of context, and focusing on personal accusations of someone’s politics without being a regular are often times not helpful. Don’t get me wrong, I like you commenting here, but just don’t assume we are ‘behind’ the curve of knowledge here.

        • 118 Quantum Leap February 26, 2011 at 5:03 pm

It’s common knowledge that the unions are bankrupting the states. It’s not about the workers. It’s about saving jobs and having the unions get their grimy paws out of government.

    Troy and everyone,

I just talked with my friend and asked him some of the questions you mentioned. My friend said that his friend is the president of one of the banks and that his particular chain will be closing and that he will be without of a job. He was a a government banking expert. He said you will start to see banks closing quickly. He mentioned that the only banks that will be left open will be the ones in the major cities and everything will be done electronically with very few employees. I asked if there will be a bank holiday and the answer was yes. I also asked about the currency swap and the answer was that he did not know for sure. He told my friend that this country was toast……… 😦

    •General Implodes
    •FDIC Failed Banks
    •Failed Credit Unions
    •Credit Union Conservatorships
    •Writedown-Rundown & General Distress

Since mid 2006, 387 major U.S. lending operations have “imploded” to date.

Europe Sovereign Debt Blowup, China Supply Chain Breakdown Coming Soon
    February 17, 2011
    By Lee Adler
An inflationary supply chain breakdown in China will begin to have dramatic consequences in the US around the same time as an impossible situation in the sovereign debt crises in Greece and Illinois could lead to a blow up in the financial system. Lee Adler and Russ Winter of the Wall Street Examiner and Winter Watch reveal how the scenario may unfold in part 1 of this podcast, free to all visitors (28 minutes), also available on iTunes. They tell how and when they expect these issues to impact the market. They also cover the “news versus the reality” on this week’s economic data releases, revealing the real meaning behind the data, which the mainstream media usually misses or misinterprets.

puzo1moderator said.regarding the AZ Bill on Citizenship..
Here is the email address, telephone, and fax number for the bill’s sponsor, AZ Senator Gould. I would recommend people contact him and tell him the proposed bill is a disaster and that a bill addressing simple U.S. citizenship and correcting the misunderstandings of 14th Amendment citizenship should not be conflated with the Article II legal term of art “natural born Citizen” which is solely reserved in the Constitution for the special citizenship qualifications as to whom can serve as President and Commander in Chief of the military. AZ should stick to clarifying how one becomes eligible to get basic Citizenship under the 14th Amendment by clarifying what “under the jurisdiction thereof” means and not try to combine that task with the separate issue of “natural born Citizen” in Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution. The 14th Amendment never uses the term natural born Citizen nor did it address or amend Article II, Section 1. So if you want to make a positive contribution to the effort to give our “civic” undereducated legislators in our nation a lesson in the Constitution, please take the time to contact this AZ legislator and tell them to take this bill back to committee and rework it to remove all references to the legal term of art, natural born Citizen and in that process solicit some legal advice from attorneys very familiar with this issue such as Attorney Mario Apuzzo, Attorney Stephen Pidgeon, or Attorney Leo Donofrio. The legal term of art “natural born Citizen” is defined by natural law, not by man-made laws and is certainly not what this AZ bill SB1308 says natural born citizen means.
You could also suggest that if he wishes to learn more about the very special legal term of art in our constitution,
i.e., “natural born Citizen”, that he read the relevant section of
Vattel, The Law of Nations or Principles of Natural Law, Vol.1, Chapter 19, Section 212.

Subject:Executive Order Declaring A National Emergency!

President Obama issued an executive order Friday evening that imposes immediate sanctions on Libyan ruler Muammar al Qaddafi, his sons and his accomplices in the slaughter of civilians. In a letter accompanying the order, Obama declared a national emergency over the situation.

“I have determined that the actions of Colonel Muammar Qaddafi, his government, and close associates, including extreme measures against the people of Libya, constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. The order declares a national emergency to deal with this threat,” Obama wrote in the letter to House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH).”

    • 139 Troy February 26, 2011 at 10:01 pm

What do I make of this?

Well, Obutthole and his commie pals thought they would cause the entire country to erupt into rioting chaos with their communist led riots in Wisconsin by spreading them all across the country.

They thought they would pull an “Egypt” on us….It didn’t work, so now he is grasping at straws in trying to find an excuse to declare martial law….What in the hell does Gaddafi killing his own citizens have to do with matters inside of our border?….Answer: Not a damn thing!

He is desperate because his manufactured riots here didn’t cause the nationwide chaos that he was counting on….The Gaddafi/Libya issue is an extremely weak excuse for declaring a national emergency here at home and it isn’t going to cut it….Therefore, you can damn well expect a major false flag event to take place inside of our borders VERY soon….You will recognize it for exactly what it is as soon as you see him declare martial law….It’s coming, folks!

Spent a couple of hours strolling around the Capitol grounds in Madison this afternoon. If you enjoy people watching this was the place to be. News reports put the crowd at around 70,000 but that seems to have been a rather generous estimate. Pubs were doing a brisk business, paid parking lots were full and folks were generally
well behaved. A few fools and tools were out, more than a few drummers, and one huge dude
puffing a tuba. Law enforcement was very conspicuous, but didn’t seem to have much to do. Saw three parked chartered coach busses out of Illinois. FIBs! I guess they’re welcome as long as they’re spending money and contributing to our sales tax.

What I didn’t see a lot of was media attention. Police and pro-Walker supporters have gone out of their way from the beginning to not give the union thugs the confrontations they crave, so the protesters are slowly becoming old news. A couple of hours around it all was enough to last me a lifetime.

    Multi-culturalism and France……..excerpts….

Another European leader announced the failure of multicultural policies. French President Nicolas Sarkozy cracked down on Muslim individuals praying in the streets of Paris and other cities of France.
“The truth is that in all our democracies, we have been too concerned with the identity of the person who arrives and not enough with the identity of the country that takes that person in. Times have changed, and I understand that this could be found shocking. So it must stop. If you come to France, you accept to melt into one community which is the national community. If you can’t accept that, you can’t be welcome in France,” Sarkozy said.
“Our Muslim compatriots must be able to live and practice their religion, like anyone else. In France we don’t want people to pray in an ostentatious manner in the street. Prayer offends no one but we do not want . . . aggressive religious proselytising,” he stated.
Sarkozy is not the first European leader, who speaks so openly about the failure of the politics of Muslims’ integration in Europe. German Chancellor Angela Merkel shared a similar point of view last autumn
The Muslim issue in France is probably more serious than in any other country of Western Europe. The number of Muslims living in France is estimated from two to seven million people. This is the largest Muslim community in the Old World.
A head scarf, hijab, has become an inseparable part of everyday live in French cities.

Many French Muslims do not want to work – they prefer to be on welfare instead. Native French have to pay more and more taxes to maintain the growing number of immigrants. The level of criminality among Muslim immigrants is considerably higher in comparison with that among the native French. To crown it all, a number of mosques promote Jihad and urge others to support terrorists in the Caucasus, in Iraq, Afghanistan and other hotspots. Terrorists used to conduct subversive activities in Paris and other cities for years.
Elena Chudinova, the author of the controversial novel “The Mosque of Notre Dame de Paris,” shares Sarkozy’s views on the issue. Multiculturalism, Chudinova believes, can be extremely dangerous to all European countries.
Will France and other countries of the previously tolerant Europe have to take extreme measures to make Muslims obey the national laws? Muslims only understand the language of force, it’s a part of their mentality,”
