A Congressional Test for the Usurper

©2011 drkate

In this broad context, if the Obama administration decides to impose a no-fly zone or take other significant military action in Libya, I believe it should first seek a Congressional debate on a declaration of war under Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution,” Lugar said.

Weasel Zippers has the story, and a great pic of the usurper in full regalia.

Usurper caught in a lie

The United Nations Security Council voted March 17 to impose a no-fly zone over Libya, with the veto-holding Russia and China abstaining. Obama, in his unconstitutional role as head of the UN Security Council, ‘authorized’ the United States to use military force along with the United Nations.

Would Obama dare to cross the line and declare war without Congress?  You bet he would, this is what he and his backers are doing.  After all, he received the Nobel Peace Prize.

As Senator Richard Lugar noted above, Obama is not authorized to do any such thing as only Congress can declare war.  And a no-fly zone is a declaration of war.

Lugar’s stance against imposing a no-fly zone puts him at odds with committee chairman John Kerry (D-MA), who supports the move.

This is a crystal clear example of the tyranny of multiple allegiances.  Obama is operating as a foreign agent, against America,  and using our military to do so.  The Congress has an obligation to stop this right now.  Will they?

Look at the hypocrite John Kerry, another failed tool of the NWO but still useful in some way.

This is an engineered showdown which focuses sharply on the usurpation of the power of Congress by Obama through Executive Orders and through numerous violations of the Constitution, including the nobility clause.  And this is one of the most blatantly unconstitutional and treasonous actions aside from the initial invasion of the White House.

The Senate Armed Services Committee should convene immediately to prevent Obama from using our people in his and the NWO’s war. The military should stand down.

How Congress behaves will further illuminate who is and is not on the side of Americans.  Obama is just doing what he does–taking advantage of any crisis, no matter where in the world, as long as it diverts America’s hearts and attention.

Great article Dr.K, but guess what, Congress is on vacation and obat is leaving the country.

    • 2 drkate March 17, 2011 at 11:20 pm

I doubt that he will leave if this is his plan, to initiate military action over Congress. congress will get nailed on their vacations…

So, its a diversion, he’s escaping the US…or he stays

Counting on us to give up for every one of his actions…while we get concerned about Japan…all the time trying to scare us while doing something else, like Libya

It seems that the march in DC tomarrow is no longer to demand he be removed but to support the troops. Which is certainly needed. What better way to support them but to demand the arrest of the person usurping as Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces?

They must have realized it was too blatant of an overstep. Gaddafi declares cease fire, and the Nobel Peace Prize winner looks like a hero.

In this Catch 22 situation in Lybia where the logical move would be to enforce the “no fly” action of the UN, but Congress should first declare a state of war, we need an alternative plan that doesn’t make our boy out to be a hero. What if, with all our remote capability demonstrated in Afganistan, we just go in with unmanned aircraft and zap Gadafi with no fanfare or claims. We almost did the job once before without all the fancy technology, only manned F-111 aircraft.
Alas, that would be too simple and bho could not grandstand.

The UN declared a no fly zone–he went right over congress and into the hands of the UN! Imagine that–and our troops also wear the UN patch on their uniforms in certain instances.

Talk about our constitution—where the law is the law and he continually makes his own. When will congress say enough is enough.

Yes, and in case anyone thinks this is over, the usurper just said ‘us is prepared to act as part of a coalition’, as if THAT is sufficient for a ‘declaration of war’.

China, Russia, and Libya have played the NWO/Obat here…China and Russia letting the west be the obvious aggressor and not following obamas ‘lead’…and Libya did not give the UN, NWO and barky a chance to invade.

    OT but if true, WTF!!!!

A very worried trucker, spent time in relating to me his account of delivering a tractor trailer load of food to a Chinese military camp 60 miles south of Laredo, Texas. When I questioned him this is what he stated.

The camp is 2 miles wide by 3 miles long. There are 10,000 armored vehicles. It blew my mind! I asked him how he calculated the number of armored vehicles and he said he had time to physically count the rows of armored vehicles as the Chinese soldiers unloaded his trailer.

The Barack Hussein Obama Elementary School in Asbury Park, N.J. will be shuttered this summer.
      😆 😆

Bruce N. Rodman, the official who oversees the district’s finances, determined that it was necessary for one of the district’s elementary schools to close and the Obama school’s enrollment had dropped 35 percent. 😀

I guess no one wanted to attend the school. 😆
I would not want my child to learn to hate America either.

“Every time they walk through the school doors, there’s going to be a certain amount of pride in where they go to school,” Campbell told the Star-Ledger in 2009.”

      Keep dreaming.

I guess not. No one wanted to be associated with a crook and liar who’s name is on the school. 😆

Even the school named after him is a failure.

How’s that for hope and change!

“I will promise you this, that if we have not gotten our troops out by the time I am president, it is the first thing I will do. I will get our troops home. We will bring an end to this war. You can take that to the bank.”

I had heard they and the Russians were in on our soil–the Russians came in last spring through California with their tanks and headed to northern california, so this bit of info could very well be true.

Barry had asked Merkyl (germany) to send in 18k UN troops for civil unrest and she said she would come to America and judge for herself before she made any decision—so barry, went to Putin directly and asked him for his troops–which of course he gladly supplied! This was from American Thinker last year. However the trucker story is proof that the chinese are here, which was part of the plan from the get go.

He plans on using them for martial law against us because he knows our military will not obey his command against American citizens–per their oath. So he screws them and us!

Last year when I saw this article I quoted it to my neighbor who was FBI and it blew him away–he snapped to attention in my family room and asked where I heard this and all the other questions they usually ask. Of course he being our friend I gladly supplied him and his wife with the information that I had read and he was red in the face. I also told him that barry was going to do away with the FBI and just keep the CIA and he said that would never happen, the FBI is too well respected! I said, just wait and see and keep your eyes and ears open and the discussion ended.

    Got Impeachment…AGAIN?????

2226: The Yomiuri Shimbun newspaper, quoting a senior official of the ruling Democratic Party of Japan, said the US made the offer immediately after the disaster damaged Fukushima No 1 nuclear plant. According to the unnamed senior official, US support was based on dismantling the troubled reactors run by Tokyo Electric Power (TEPCO) some 250 km (155 miles) northeast of Tokyo. However, the government and TEPCO thought the cooling system could be restored by themselves, the report said.

    Am I reading this right?

Our government demanded that the Japanese dismantle – that is, permanently remove – over five gigawatts of power in order to help them with a critical safety problem that had the potential to destroy 100 square miles of land and kill or injure thousands of people?

That as compensation for helping them we demanded that they cripple their electrical generating capacity on a permanent basis?

You have to be kidding me.

This is an extremely serious charge. If it’s true it stands alone as grounds for impeachment and dismembering every single federal agency involved.

I thought that the War Powers Act of 1973 gave the President, as Commander in Chief, the authority to commit troops for up to 90 days without Congressional approval. And this is not question about whether Barry Barack Hussein Soetoro Soebarkah Obama is actually Commander in Chief ( I don’t think he is ), just what the War Powers Act actually says. Also not whether the act is constitutional ( I don’t think it is ). The last Declaration of War was in 1941 and a lot of fine American troops have been lost in the intervening 70 years.

The morning of March 11 shows the massive quake and its aftershocks, and then the seismic activity slowly subsides. The Donald has a message for the president — get on a plane to Tokyo, stat!

Donald Trump, who says he’s seriously considering a run for president in 2012, said it would be “brilliant” for President Obama to get on a plane to Japan and “not be on the golf course.”

The developer made the comments in an interview with CNBC’s Larry Kudlow, the first part of which aired Thursday evening.

“Wouldn’t that be brilliant? Go over there and tell them, `We’re here to help. We’re here to do something,’ ” Trump said. “Not be on the golf course.”

He added that an upcoming trip to Brazil that the president will be making isn’t “the right choice now. You can’t have the president of the United States working on his nine iron shots when Japan is potentially, I mean, one of the great problems ever. So I think maybe the concept — you’re asking what should he do..the concept of him getting on that plane and flying over for a two-hour visit would be brilliant, in my opinion.”

Brazilians protesting the imminent visit of President Barack Obama struck the U.S. consulate in Rio de Janeiro with a Molotov cocktail Friday, prompting police to respond with rubber bullets, according to local news accounts.

The U.S. Consulate in Rio said one security guard was treated at a local hospital for minor injuries after the brief demonstration. A radio reporter was hit by the rubber bullets, Brazilian newspaper O Globo reported. The crowd was protesting U.S. participation in enforcing a no-fly zone over Libya, local reports said.

The president, First Lady Michelle Obama and daughters Malia and Sasha are set to depart Washington Friday night and spend most of Saturday in Brasilia before flying to Rio Saturday night.

White House officials opted to hold President Obama’s major speech in Rio Sunday in an indoor setting, the Municipal Theater, rather than an outdoor venue that might have posed greater security concerns.

Some 300 people had gathered at the site when Brazilian Military Police showed up and tried to break up the demonstration.

Police cracked down on the crowd after protesters hurled a molotov cocktail at the consulate door, the O Globo newspaper reported on its website.

“I was in the center of the protest when people began to run and I heard shots,” said AFP photographer Vanderlei Almeida. “I had to get out of there because it was hard to breathe.”

Our leaders betrayed the middle class which is forced to compete with welfare-receiving illegal immigrants who will work for almost anything, just because the standards in their home countries are even lower.

If these policies are not reversed, the future is grim. A poor, dependent and divided population is much easier to rule than a nation of self-confident individuals who can make a living on their own and who share the traditions and values that this country was founded upon.

Barry is a bone head. Nuclear fallout is dangerous and fallout from nuclear plants are triple strength than from a bomb and fallout falling in rain droplets increases the strength of danger exponentially. You can’t be protected you even if you are in doors because it penetrates residential buildings. There are no more communtiy fall out shelters. Can you believe it?

I’m scrambling to get things in order. What a nightmare. I imagine the fallout is similiar to volcanic ash dropping from the sky. The plume cloud from Japan is following the usual jet stream going to hit the West Coast and Pacifc Northwest Coast and then travel the jet stream across the US and southern Canada.

Barry is still a bonehead because when he told Japanese officials he would do anything to help then he ran off to play golf and party. Those first moments were crucial in this. Help was desperately needed by these Japanese plant workers who were in deep shock and having a tough time getting a grip of things.

So it’s hopeless now. The plant workers have had little food or sleep in several days and they cannot get the rods to cool down.
It’s total meltdown on all 4 reactors.
It will spew all over the world.

        • 86 Quantum Leap March 19, 2011 at 12:04 pm

Oh and at least 4 workers have been hurt in an explosion.
The plume cloud scheduled to hit the Western seaboard is from the second blast meaning it’s from the meltdown blast from the beginning of the week and not the first steam blast. After that there will be many more plume clouds and will go everywhere and anywhere, hopefully on top of the bone heads quarters.
Does anyone find it peculiar that the billionares and super wealthy along with their extended families have escaped to India’s underground bunkers or elsewhere?

Contamination of California crops is imminent.

Back to work getting ready for the fallout.

CFR, sustainable development, Executive Orders, who is directing our government, why they want states to go bankrupt, etc. Why they want open borders and welfare.

I said this goes back to Nixon, however it really explains Kennedy’s Exec. Orders and how Nixon incorporated them all in to one big one.

If the Beta Gross CPM goes above 130 (actually 100) that signifies heightened risk/danger. It’s strange that there are pockets where fallout collected.

Jan, I think this is the UN’s Agenda 21, Sustainable Development and it has been going on for a long time, since the ’60s. A local radio show host in Philadelphia, Maggie Roddin, has been into this for some time. She has had a lot of guests on her show who have been fighting it for years. Her show is “The Unsolicited Opinion” and you can catch it online. I just signed up on a committee with her to try to investigate and fight it in our local area. She is very passionate about it. They make it sound good but it really isn’t. It’s in almost every community in the US.

A question for those who might know-would it be an actionable violation of the voting rights act if the state or local officials, who authorize placing names on the ballots, fail to act to determine the eligibility of the candidates-regardless of whether it is a legally prescribed duty? would their failure to act effectively deprive citizens of their right to vote or participate in a legal election? is this a possible avenue?

  44. 95 Rich T March 19, 2011 at 7:53 am

    Anyone see the similarities?????

I don’t know how to embed the video from this other site into mine, but it’s Soviet-era newsreel footage from the 1956 Hungarian Uprising. History now likes to call this a revolution; and not to take sides with the Soviets (I DON’T), but in my book when regime change by force is unsuccessful it’s an uprising. Downgrade the scale and level of organization of the other faction(s) and it could also be labeled an insurrection or riot. All of those were common throughout history and the vast majority were unsuccessful. Many were related to a change in the supply of food, the amount of taxes levied or a combination of both –usually less and/or more expensive bread for the lower class and an increase in taxes among the merchant class and the minor nobility (the modern equivalent is the lower-upper class).

Here’s the transcript from the video (I’ve added some snarky translation):

On October 23 a peaceful student demonstration went to the streets. The demonstrators were inspired by good intentions.

    [GardenSERF: Oh, those misguided youth…]

They expressed justifiable dissatisfaction with the mistakes and perversions committed by the previous Hungarian leadership.

[GardenSERF: Put in by the Soviets]

But fascist elements tried to use the lawful actions of the masses.

[GardenSERF: It’s not long after WWII, so anyone in a communist regime with a gun who isn’t part of that regime must be a Nazi and an enemy of the people, right?]

Immediately armed groups that had been gathered ahead of time in the capital started to spring up.

    [GardenSERF: “A vast right-wing conspiracy!”]

They were guided by the experienced hand of the leaders of the counterrevolutionary underground.

[GardenSERF: Since the Soviets and the Chicom believe their early 20th Century communist revolution was the only valid one in human history, they use the term “counterrevolutionary” to describe the reactions of their internal dissidents.]

The rebels provoked disturbances and threatened the life of the population.

[GardenSERF: Because gulags and mass liquidations don’t…]

The city was placed under a state of siege.

[GardenSERF: The real siege later happened when the city was encircled and invaded by the Soviet Red Army with 150,000 soldiers and 2,500 tanks.]

Newspaper: “Ending the Anti-Popular Shenanigans in Budapest

Upon the request of the Hungarian government, Soviet armed forces deployed in Hungary according to the Warsaw Pact helped restore order in Budapest.”

[GardenSERF: No mention of that massive use of force.]

The reactionaries were forced to retreat.

[GardenSERF: Before they were rounded up and executed.]

    The Soviet troops left Budapest.

    [GardenSERF: In 1989]

The Soviet government had in mind with such a command that a prolonged stay in Budapest might exacerbate the situation.

[GardenSERF: To put the local sheep at ease, the secret police remained behind in civilian clothing and made their arrests in the middle of the night while the little lambs slept.]

Life in the capital must be peaceful and quiet.

[GardenSERF: Like a small dove an hour after it has been crushed to death by an iron fist.]

Surely, people would be able to see through such media propaganda today…

‘Bread and Circuses’ is the cancer of democracy, the fatal disease for which there is no cure. Democracy often works beautifully at first. But once a state extends the franchise to every warm body, be he producer or parasite, that day marks the beginning of the end of the state. For when the plebs discover that they can vote themselves bread and circuses without limit and that the productive members of the body politic cannot stop them, they will do so, until the state bleeds to death, or in its weakened condition the state succumbs to an invader—the barbarians enter Rome.

Bernard von NotHaus, creator of the Liberty Dollar, was found guilty on two counts this morning in his counterfeiting trial at the federal courthouse in Statesville, N.C.

He was found guilty of making counterfeit coins and an intent to defraud. Sentencing will be held in several months.

The jury reached its decision in less than 90 minutes.

In this week’s four days of defense testimony, von NotHaus maintained that his “medallion” was not legal tender. He said each piece contained the NORFED name and telephone number, but the government pointed out that the silver pieces bore a very strong resemblance to legal U.S. tender coins.

Forfeiture hearings began after the verdict was read in regard to property belonging to von NotHaus and others that was seized by the U.S. government.

The “mmmn mmn mmmmn Barack Hussein Obama” school closed down? Good Riddance. If it were built upon the foundation of how “Constitutionally eligible” Obama is, the very first day of pouring the concrete foundation in its construction would have dropped the site down a 260 ft. sinkhole. Anyone else remember that humorous building fiasco out of Russia in the late 1970s?
Barack Hussein Obama II, and also legally known as alleged former Indonesian Citizen Barry Soetoro, has no US Citizen Father age 21 or above to pass on naturally a US Natural Born Citizenship per Article 2.1.5 and the 14th Amendment Section 1.
Obama had of age US Citizen mother per the 19th Amendment, and no US Citizen father by the same Amendment.
How is his alleged US Citizenship so “natural”, when the Madison debates on the US Constitution, Thomas Jefferson, Joseph Story in his Commentaries on the US Constitution, the Yale Law Review of 1845, the American Law Review of 1884, US Supreme Court cases like Minor v. Happersett and Weedin v. Chin Bow all affirm that a sole allegience (sole nationality of the US) at birth is required for a US Natural Born Citizenship with respects to holding the office of the US Presidency? He can’t even prove his identity per 533 US 53 @ 54, 62 (2001) per 333 US 640 @ 653 per US Supreme Court requirements of producing that hospital documentation WITH WITNESSES TO THE BIRTH! Give us a break.
May the school closing be a sign from G-D that we may yet see the Almighty intervene and shut Obama’s illegal Presidency down also.
After all, the first Birthers were the Media of the Eastern Standard of Nairobi Kenya on June 27, 2004, more than 2 1/2 years before whom they headlined and repeated as one who was factually “Kenyan-born” decided to run and win the US Senate seat of Illinois. Good grief.

Artic Patriot hits it on the head with this one.

    war (wôr) n.
    a. A state of open, armed, often prolonged conflict carried on between nations, states, or parties.
    b. The period of such conflict.
    c. The techniques and procedures of war; military science.
    a. A condition of active antagonism or contention: a war of words; a price war.
    b. A concerted effort or campaign to combat or put an end to something considered injurious: the war against acid rain.
    intr.v. warred, war·ring, wars
    1. To wage or carry on warfare.
    2. To be in a state of hostility or rivalry; contend.Idiom: at war
In an active state of conflict or contention.

    Pretty simple, right?

Remember, we are attacking soldiers of another country, without provocation, as they try to maintain their long-standing government’s authority…

Hmmm. Kinda looks like a war to me. And to the poor bastards on the receiving end, as well.

Exhibit C, from the Constitution :

Among the powers granted to Congress:

“To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal , and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;”

Now what was that organization called again? Oh yeah, I remember now…

Serving our government and remaining an oath keeper is becoming harder and harder every day. Take this as you will. At some point participation in unconstitutional wars constitutes consent. As much as I admire our soldiers (and I have served with and trained quite a few), I have to ask aloud how many alibis they can be given. As much as I do not wish to offend with this post, I must present the facts as I see them, and ask my questions.
Read the above OathKeepers patch closely.
    “Not on Our Watch”.
Hey…guess what, oathkeepers? It’s happening. Right effing now.

Barry-declared war on Libya by circumventing congress and using the UN allies. By chance is he getting rid of all the heads of countries in his past that know he is an illegal alien? Or is he out for oil for his friend George Soros? It certainly isn’t to save the citizens of Lybia, we all know how evil he is and he could care less about anyone!

He has fired missiles into their country and that constitutes war. Where the hell is congress?—What’da say John McCain? -would you have done this along with everything else evil he has done?

My God who will stop this maniac and he is becoming just that–for power and money for himself. This goes beyond evil.

If obat knows what’s good for him he’ll stay in Brazil or find a hold to crawl in.

Farrakhan was obat’s buddy and mentor and also Kaddafi’s buddy.

obat didn’t bother to get approval from Congress to start a war in Libya, but we will pay for it and judging from Kaddafi’s past record, we will pay in more ways than one.

Wonder how long it will take anyone on FOX to report this, bets anyone???
