Obama Dares Congress to Impeach Him

©2011 drkate

“The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation”Barack Obama 2007

Daring Congress to impeach him, Obama launched missiles against the nation of Libya without authorization or provocation.  Hiding in Bush’s clothing and using the same day to launch an attack on another middle eastern country does not hide the raw unconstitutional exercise of power.

Senator Richard Lugar warned Obama on Thursday…when Obama was just talking about a no-fly zone.  A lot of good it did as Obama bombed Libya on Saturday.

Obama Illegally Usurps the Power of Congress

James Madison was very clear on why the founders vested the Legislature and not the Executive with the power to declare war:

The Constitution expressly and exclusively vests in the Legislature the power of declaring a state of war [and] the power of raising armies. A delegation of such powers [to the president] would have struck, not only at the fabric of our Constitution, but at the foundation of all well organized and well checked governments. The separation of the power of declaring war from that of conducting it, is wisely contrived to exclude the danger of its being declared for the sake of its being conducted.”

Declaring war on Libya through his direction of U.S. military action against it is declaring a war for ‘the sake of its being conducted’.  This is the New World Order talking, Obama’s handlers, the Brzezinski, Rockefeller, and Rothschilds cabal of war, drugs, guns, and money.

Once again, Obama transparently demonstrates that he is not an American, is not ‘one of us’, is operating an agenda antithetical to America, and his using our military against us and the world.  He is setting America up for huge retaliation.

And he is daring all of us to say or do something about it.  Have we had enough yet?

An article written in 2002 about George Bush Jr and Iraq applies equally well today:

Therefore, when a U.S. president wages what might otherwise be considered a just war, if he has failed to secure a congressional declaration of war, he is waging an illegal war — illegal from the standpoint of our own legal and governmental system. And when the American people support any such war, no matter how just and right they believe it is, they are standing not only against their own principles and heritage, not only against their own system of government and laws, but also against the only barrier standing between them and the tyranny of their own government — the Constitution.

Obama’s action in hiding behind GWB just shows the collusion that has occurred over several administrations both republican and democrat.

What is additionally serious is that we have rogue military commanders at sea following the illegal orders of Obama–illegal because Obama is himself illegally occupying the white house, and illegal because this act of aggression is without constitutional authority.  Where are the Joint Chiefs?  Where is the Defense Secretary?

This is not only a test for Congress, it is a test for all of us.  Will the obots stand for this?  Or will they be persuaded after their first comments that its ok because its Obama?

Are there Other Views?

Obama’s blatant unconstitutional use of power reminds us easily of his actions regarding his failure to qualify as a natural born citizen irrespective of the non-existent birth certificate.  He stinks, and he dares you to call him out on it.

But this issue is more easily impeachable, even in the Senate where the liberals will have to eat themselves and the democrats will be dead forever if they don’t convict Obama.

Is this the event that his NWO handlers will use to get him out of the way and install their next puppet?  Does it make it easier for them not to be called birthers or racists?

Offering another perspective, is Obama’s attack on Libya, overthrow of Egypt, fomenting of middle east uprisings, and arming the ‘rebels’ everywhere the long awaited ‘double cross’ of the Muslim world?

I would support any military personnel who chooses to stand down instead of violating the constitution.

Of course, and we all still support Ltc Lakin for standing down!

So much so fast — the world is spinning and so are we–trying to keep up with all of his distractions so he can do more false flags after another. Japan took the ‘hit’ for what reason–what did they do to him? Of course I believe that the NWO and haarp was the culprit that created the devastation there as well as the rest of the EQs. Like I posted previously, they know the ring of fire and the plate activity, so they ‘help’ it along. They knew exactly what they were doing.

They know exactly what they’re doing taking out the heads of these muslim countries all the while knowing and planning the installation of the muslim brotherhood. No doubt in my mind.

Some people think I am off my rocker as a barry hater, and say these are conspiracies, no way, they are all planned I say, and I stand my by opinions.

When have we in our lifetimes ever seen so much devastation worldwide and constantly?
This is all his hope and change and now he brings change to the world and the world is not happy.

It is time he is arrested for his terrorism.

While I wholeheartedly agree with you please keep in mind that the only military personnel who can legally choose to stand down instead of violating the U.S. Constitution are Officers because the oath they took compels them to uphold, defend and protect the U.S. Constitution. Enlisted personnel and Non-Commissioned Officers (80% + of our military) cannot legally choose to do that because the oath they took compels them to obey all orders from their superiors.

      • 8 drkate March 21, 2011 at 9:32 am

Yes, thank you for the reminder. Its only the officers. thank you for clarifying.

this is what was such a travesty with Lakin.

      • 9 George March 21, 2011 at 4:28 pm

You are correct, but NCO’s can refuse an unlawful order such as firing on Americans, I know 22 years Army.

        • 10 RacerJim March 22, 2011 at 6:09 am

Thank you for your service, George.

You are also correct, but the key difference is that only Officers are OBLIGATED by the oath they take to refuse what they believe is an unlawful order, I know also albeit only 4 years Army.

          GO ARMY – SINK NAVY!

    Fantastic Dr. K.
I heard Oliver North talk about obat going around Congress and the Military, I also heard some retired officers questioning what obat did.

I flipped over the video of Farrakhan dressing down obat. Wonder if obat will find a hole to crawl in and maybe stay in Rio?
But then I guess he is above the law.
Farrakhan does not think so. hehe

What really scares me is that obat just put every American in harms way, Kaddafi does get even.

One question about Bush though, I thought the whole Congress voted to give Bush permission to go in to Iraq?

    • 13 heather March 20, 2011 at 4:57 am

Jan, yep congress did give GWB to go ahead, with Bush twisting their arms. See Bush twisted arms, barry threatens and does exactly as he wants regardless of consequences. He is so arrogant he doesnt think about what someone will or can do to him–but it is time that congress has him arrested.

      • 14 RacerJim March 20, 2011 at 7:54 am

Heather, yepper, Bush did in fact seek and obtain authorization from Congress. Dictator, tyrant, usurper Barry did not…yet again. It is indeed time, way past time, for Congress to have him arrested for Treason, Bribary and other High Crimes and Misdemeanors and punished accordingly.

I’m shocked that the military actually carried out the order to bomby Libya without provocation — at least there was a weapons of mass destruction argument with Iraq – although it wasn’t quite what our intelligence thought.

Libya is absolutely no danger to us.. Damn right this is an impeachable offense… will anyone in Congress do a damn thing now about this un-American Usurper in Chief?

Great article Dr. Kate – I thought the same way.

But remember–barry went through the UN and the UN gave the go ahead by having England and France and the Arab countries stand up. He circumvented congress and he doesn’t care about the constitution therefore he arrogantly does as he pleases–or is told to do by his puppet masters. Oddly enough, no one stops him and he knows it!

And stopping and arresting him is past due.

I am in total agreement with drkate about standing down.It seems what then President Dwight Eisenhower warned Citizens about,in his farewell address, about the Military/Industrial complex has come to pass. What I can’t understand is that ALL members of Congress can’t seem to grasp the understanding that they are being rendered
moot by their own inaction. How long will it take for King Obama to send them all home as not being needed. Here is a picture that proves this.Have a look,if you care too:

  10. 29 Ken March 20, 2011 at 7:06 am

This is a great article however, we need to give some thought to another aspect of this. It was the UN that made the decision to attack. Obama has given over our sovereignty to the UN. We are now simply a puppet of the UN carrying out its orders at our expense.

The next item to discuss will be when Obama has the military fire and kill Americans on USA soil. Will we then notice it is not Constitutional. Obama knows it is the way to get more power is to simply grab it.

I believe that we have what J Edgar Hoover began in America. Gathering blackmail information on other people and using it to gain power. I believe the politicians in DC have blackmailed everyone in DC. The Democrats have blackmailed all the Republicans and the Republicans probably have blackmailed the Democrats. Along comes Obama the supreme blackmailer from Chicago and he uses it to take over the King of the Hill. The same as Mayor Richard J Daley did 55 years ago and the family of corruption is going stronger than ever as it corrupts more and more of our country.

    • 30 drkate March 20, 2011 at 10:05 am

It was not the “UN” that made the decision…it was the security council headed by obama the usurper. This in itself is a violation of the constitution. It is still illegal and cannot be justified in any way. Obama cannot give us over to the UN.

I agree on the bribing, and that is why congress is stuck. Well, sooner or later they are all going to have to man up or face the people who will do it for them.

        U.S. Constitution Article 1 Section 9:

“No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”

This is the email I just sent to my Congress robbers, Coryn, KB Hutchinson & Brady. We’ll see if I get any answers.

Under what authority did President Obama take these actions?

I don’t recall that Congress held any hearings or voted to declare war on Libya as as outlined in the Constitution.

Even some of the left are outraged at him.

A hard-core group of liberal House Democrats is questioning the constitutionality of U.S. missile strikes against Libya, with one lawmaker raising the prospect of impeachment during a Democratic Caucus conference call on Saturday.

Reps. Jerrold Nadler (N.Y.), Donna Edwards (Md.), Mike Capuano (Mass.), Dennis Kucinich (Ohio), Maxine Waters (Calif.), Rob Andrews (N.J.), Sheila Jackson Lee (Texas), Barbara Lee (Calif.) and Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton (D.C.) “all strongly raised objections to the constitutionality of the president’s actions” during that call, said two Democratic lawmakers who took part.

Kucinich, who wanted to bring impeachment articles against both former President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney over Iraq — only to be blocked by his own leadership — asked why the U.S. missile strikes aren’t impeachable offenses.

    And yet we have this!

“The globalists are infiltrating, corrupting, and turning the entire planet, one nation at a time in a combined scientific-geopolitical dictatorship that will be effectively impossible to reverse once it is completed. The latest Western-fueled conflagration in the Arab world indicates an accelerated regional strategy of destabilizing and taking over target nations. Nations like Russia and China, whose interests are being directly threatened and stripped away in this malicious melee, appear powerless and unprepared.

Some nations succumb in silence behind the scenes, others are invaded, mercilessly brutalized, and assimilated into the globalist combine. The civil society overlay the globalists use to establish what amounts to a subversive shadow government is always creeping forward no matter how hard a target nation may try to ward it off. Only in the most extreme cases, such as Qaddafi’s Libya has civil society been uprooted entirely – making military intervention an acceptable and inevitable alternative from a globalist perspective.

Indeed there is a battle raging between the corporate-financier oligarchs of New York and London and their ever growing collection of globalist stooges and vassal states worldwide against the rest of free humanity. Each nation that falls to the globalists, however far from our own shores it may be, empowers and emboldens them and is one nation closer to their ultimate goal of one world government.

They have created a perfect system, a strategy of tension, where we wrestle with one battle after another, work to head-off one war after another, expose meddling and subversion in one nation after another all while their agenda moves ever forward.

We all to one degree or another help advance the globalists’ strategy of tension by playing into these contrived crises and by failing to focus on the source of our torment. The alternative media has made gains in exposing and delegitimizing the “international community” however, we must understand that the myriad of pet agendas we keep and nurture are in many ways dividing and distracting us – playing directly into the globalists’ theatrical productions.

The tragedy playing out between the duped and misled people of Israel and the besieged Palestinians is an example of where the globalists have created the perfect, unsolvable conflict from which they can perpetually wring out leverage to advance their agenda. The very fake “War on Terror” is another example. We get caught up in the details, we pick sides, we expend energy fighting these battles and we lose sight within this puppet theater of the men pulling the strings above. We become blinded and cannot understand the necessity of leaving the puppets behind, climbing up above the stage and throttling the puppet masters themselves.

We must recall how these corporate-financier oligarchs got so much unwarranted power in the first place – by controlling and regulating our lives from far above. They got it by us paying into their corrupt system for generations, as we’ve traded personal responsibilities in for corporate ready-made convenience. They will keep their power as long as we keep paying into their system, kidding ourselves that if we dance with their puppets long enough we will become the masters.

While activism, protesting, and campaigning is noble indeed, it is entirely futile until you identify and target the very source of your torment. In every case, be it Israel’s conflict with the Palestinians, the unending “War on Terror,” starving children, or even the bungling response of the “international community” over the disaster emanating from Japan’s Fukushima prefecture, the source of torment is the same: the unwarranted power wielded by myopically obsessed megalomaniacs, leveraging and squandering that power to enrich themselves at the cost of the rest of humanity.”

Too bad he’s not talking, then…let the chips fall where they may, huh? We the People would be better off without this corrupt government if they’re all compicit, and we would do what our Constitution allows us to do when the Government has forsaken its people…form a new one:o)

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of these colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former systems of government.

Question…How would the SCOTUS fit in on the coverup of 911 if O has the goods on all?

PUKE! He’s a puke. Makes me puke. What happened to the promise to get all our troops home by summer 2009? Now theya re withdrawing all the troops from the border.
Vote in more Repubs on the state level.
SANTA FE, New Mexico (Reuters) – New Mexico’s newly elected Republican governor lost her attempt to deny driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants on Saturday, when the bill died in the state Senate.

New Mexico is one of only three states to allow undocumented immigrants to receive driver’s licenses.

The other states bordering Mexico — Arizona, California and Texas — ban the practice.

Governor Susana Martinez, a former prosecutor of Mexican-American descent, made a crackdown on illegal immigration a centerpiece of her campaign before her election in November.

“I will continue to fight to fulfill the promises I made to New Mexicans,” she said on Saturday after the bill’s defeat.

She added that her office was looking into administrative measures targeting the issuance of driver’s licenses to undocumented immigrants.

About 83,000 foreign nationals, including some legal residents, hold driver’s licenses in the state. Martinez has called the practice of giving licenses to illegal immigrants “dangerous.”

The bill to repeal the state’s law giving licenses to illegals was approved in the state House of Representatives on March 4 by a vote of 42-28.

In the Senate, where Democrats hold a 27 to 15 majority over Republicans, lawmakers indicated they were more interested in toughening up the existing law rather than repealing it.

The Senate voted to require foreign nationals to renew their licenses every two years and extended a residency requirement for foreign nationals seeking a license to six from three months.

But those measures failed to be enacted when the House and Senate on Saturday could not agree on the amended bill.

Advocates for the illegal immigrants groups cheered the result.
HUH? So we have to show proof of long form BC to get a license renewal but illegals don’t have to prove anything? HUH? It’s time to march.

STOP THE SPENDING SPREES. Confusing revenue with debt. Indebting taxpayers should not be a partisan issue. This holds true for the fed and not just the state. The country is in a financial and economic hole and we cannot dig our way out by substituting additional debt for actual tax revenue.
This applies to the country too.
Did you know that msot state legislaturesa re dominated by democrats?
That’s why we are broke. Change is needed to kick the bums out and put in fiscal leaders.
    From my rep.

I believe incurring such high and burdensome debt levels stem from Legislators who, in their efforts to do good with other people’s money, deluded themselves into confusing debt with revenue. And those debt payments must be paid for decades. It is sobering to realize that much of this debt will not be paid off until long after our grandchildren are grown, our children are retired, and we are dead and buried.

Revenue is the amount of money an organization receives during a specific period of time. In a business “revenue” is generated by the sale of products or services. In government “revenue” is the money received from taxes, fees, fines, penalties, investments and interest. Debt is not revenue. Debt is borrowing the use of someone else’s money and paying for the use with “interest.” Revenue is income and debt is an expense. Unfortunately, in Oregon the amount of money borrowed is not transparently included when creating a “balanced” budget. So long as the payments on debt are included as an expense, the actual amount of the money borrowed is not factored into the budget equation.

I am not saying all debt is bad. Borrowing judiciously to build or remodel a capital asset can make sense, much like when a family finances the purchase of a home. A family’s decision to incur long-term debt to purchase a home results from multiple considerations: the family must have a place to live; the income tax structure encourages home ownership with deductions for interest; home ownership, over time, generally enhances wealth in the form of home equity; and finally, a home’s purchase price often exceeds five years of a family’s annual income. A governmental entity such as the State is in a different category. The State is perpetual and does not duplicate the same life cycles experienced by families. The State, therefore, in my opinion, should budget or save for most of its expenses—even capital construction projects. We have borrowed for too many projects, merely because the State has had the capacity to do so.

In short, legislative leaders in previous sessions were not content to merely fund their programs with other people’s (taxpayers’) money, they magnified their spending capacity with debt, and left I.O.U.’s in the till that must be repaid by us, by our children and by our children’s children. Since time-tested principles of thrift have been ignored or forgotten by our political leaders, now is the time to reform such practices.

    March 20, 2011

    Mr. Donald Trump, Personal
    Trump Organization
    725 Fifth Avenue
    New York, NY 10022

    Dear Mr. Trump,

It never occurred to me in my life I would be sending you a letter. Until recently, there was nothing in each of our lives to have anything to say to each other.

As a matter of fact there is no reason that you would ever have to communicate with me. You see, Mr. Trump I am not fabulously rich, super successful at anything, very famous, vitally important, own any thing of interest to you and I AM NO LONGER YOUNG AND BEAUTIFUL. In fact, the best I can say is I am an invisible American citizen who has achieved nothing more than raising her family, earning her own living, purchasing my home, and living responsibly and honorably.

Why would you be receiving a letter from some one like me?

Though you do not plan to announce your presidential candidacy until June, I believe you will choose to run. Chances are very good you will get the Republican nomination and you will be running against Obama in 2012. Honestly, in my humble opinion, I believe your chances of winning are very good. When you run, you will be asking for something from me. My vote! This is why I am writing to you now.

Among your considerations for deciding to run for president must be your platform. What will be the CENTER PIECE OF YOUR PLATFORM? What will you tell America is the highest and best reason to vote for you and no one else?

In order to defeat Obama, you must look better, be brighter, and be more pro-America, constitution, free enterprise and capitalism than Obama. You must also look better than all the sniffing and wagging presidential hopefuls planning to step into the presidential arena. If your platform is basically the same as all the other sniveling cowards—then you have said or done nothing new or different. You won’t pass my acid test. YOU WILL NOT GET MY VOTE!

You are astutely aware how dangerously close “we the people” are about to lose the United States Republic of America under God (not Allah) protected by the greatest contract ever written—The US Constitution. As I write the Constitution is being violated and ripped to shreds every day by this “regime”.

You have made it abundantly clear you don’t like the direction this current regime is taking America. I and millions of voting Americans agree with you. This is why if you or who ever runs against Obama in 2012 must be certain to win. Who ever wins must be exceptionally wise, extremely honorable, forged in the hottest fires to be strong, fearlessly single minded, so patriotic and loving of America that nothing can separate him from placing country, duty and obedience to the oath . . .to protect and honor the Constitution from enemies within and with out above his career and all else.

We already know the basic issues your competitors will be touting. America’s housing needs a boost; our energy resources must become less dependent upon foreign lands. Americans needs jobs. Travelers need to be protected from having their genitals groped at air ports in the false name of “for your protection.” America knows its borders need to be secured. The UN is a disaster. NAFTA has hurt America. The Federal Reserve sucks. America must get out of foreign wars and create better more workable foreign policies. Government needs to get out of the education business. Obama is trying to convert America from a Christian/Judeo country to a Socialist/Fascist/Muslim-under-Sharia-law land. The stimulus is a failure. The banks are making very few loans. These and more will be what the snake oil candidates will be saying while imagining themselves so clever and we the people so dumb. The yadda, yadda goes on. That’s what so. So what? You, Mr. Trump must do what your competition is too frightened to do.

Forgive me while I put forward my argument:

A is A or Don’t Put the Cart before the Horse!

IF THE TREE IS POISON, SO IS THE FRUIT. So why would destroy the fruit and not the tree?

If the foundation is cracked or askew, so will be the structure. So why would the structure continue to be built without first correcting the foundation?

If the POTUS is not legal, so follows all his policies and every action he makes. So why any one would ignore the POTUS and simply focus on his illegal policies. Isn’t that putting the cart before the horse? THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT CONGRESS, SENATE, THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM, MAIN STREAM MEDIA, AND THE REST OF THE POLITICAL WHORES ARE DOING.

If a presidential candidate avoids confronting the NBC issue of Obama for fear of ridicule and not being elected—THEN HOW IS HE GOING TO STAND UP TO CHINA, RUSSIA, THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD, THE UNIONS, OR ANY OTHER DECISION THAT DEMANDS COURAGE AND FEARLESSNESS? HE ISN’T WORTHY OF THE JOB. He/she will not get my vote. HE’S FIRED!

If any candidate hopeful ignores this primary issue—with the false logic:

“Obama’s eligibility is not a very important issue. Therefore it is far better to focus upon his policies”

—then that hopeful is clearly in the process of FLIM FLAMMING, SHUCKIN & JIVEN, AND ATTEMPTING TO CON THE PUBLIC. HE IS ALSO COMPLILCIT IN OBAMA’S GREAT COVER UP SCANDAL. It is one more example of the Emperor and His new suit of clothes—and not one political leader with the stones to call the emperor NAKED.

The great November 2010 “shellacking” Obama claimed he got has turned into another useless Congress of elected officials working hard protecting their careers instead of their country. Look at Scott Brown, the Rino. What has the forked tongue Daryl Issa accomplished? Rugged John Boehner claims Barry was born in Hawaii, is a Christian and there are more important issues than Bo’s eligibility. Huckabee wants to praise Michelle Obama for telling people what to eat. Sarah Palin sold out to Fox news partly owned by Prince Al Aweed. She simply avoids the issue. Mitt Romney ignores the issue. New Gingrich validates Obama as president. Ron and Rand Paul are afraid to confront Obama’s legitimacy for fear of being ridiculed out of their careers. Judge Napolitano who presents a program based upon the constitution HAS NEVER CONFRONTED THE NATURAL BORN CITIZEN REQUIREMENT TO BE PRESIDENT IN THE CONSTITUTION. Allen—talk tough—West advises people there are more important issues than Obama’s birth certificate! The cover up continues.

What do you think these alleged leaders look like in the eyes of millions of citizens who sincerely and rightfully want to know who this cheap shot punk really is?

Efforts to bring this controversy to court have met with dismissal after dismissal based upon “lack of standing” and not the merits of the facts. It appears judges were either bribed, intimidated or both. Main stream media has consistently refrained from all important discussion of the subject and simply suppressed most information about it. The White House approach in dealing with the issue is to use Saul Alinsky tactics of ridicule and denigration of any one or group who seriously is concerned with Obama’s legality under our Constitution. The demeaning word is “birther”. The United States Supreme court has simply refused to hear cases that have been brought to them regarding Hussein’s eligibility.

Millions of Americans and people all over the world know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Obama is a usurper and is bribing, intimidating, judges, Governors, Congress, Senate and the press to suppress the evidence, look the other way, or simply insult legitimate investigation regarding Barry’s citizenship. He has suppressed all his records from school, to law practice to birth certificate (the COLB is a proven forgery). He has spent millions keeping this out of court. Now he has grown so cocky, he’s making jokes about it.

Soon, you will be presenting your self as a candidate. You stated you would be willing to spend six hundred million of your own money to purchase the position of US President. Obama’s thugs raised and spent over ONE BILLION DOLLARS TO BUY THE EMPTY SUIT THE PRESIDENCY in 2007. They are already talking about raising another Billion dollars and probably more for a second term. Therefore, Mr. Trump, you will have to raise an additional ONE BILLION DOLLARS TO DEFEAT HIM AND MAKE YOURSELF STAND OUT AS THE BRAVEST, CAN’T-BE-BOUGHT-BRIBED-OR-INTIMATED CANDIDATE IN AMERICA. NOTHING WILL PROVE IT MORE THAN IF YOU CONFRONT OBAMA’S USURPATION HEAD ON.

The candidate who fearlessly and openly challenges Obama’s eligibility will not only become a national and international hero, he will become the next president of the United States.

Mr. Trump, would it be possible for you to get a new hair style if you run for president? You not only must have the big bucks to run—YOU MUST LOOK PRESIDENTIAL.

This is an open letter that will be e-mailed to my long personal list, published on several web sites with permission for others to post this on their web sites, too.

But oddly enough one can only take one side at a time unless he plays both–like a chess game–and play one against the other until the last man is standing and he will be the winner. So its now muslims/sharia VS NWO, and barry is standing between them.

  33. 106 evergreen March 20, 2011 at 8:21 pm

Farrakhan says this is more complicated than you imagine…

Well in the ’90’s he and Wright met with Qadafi their agenda is imposition of Islamic USAfrica (Unified Africa under Islam) with OIC/Muslim Brotherhood. Ondinga’s contract with OIC was to install sharia, which Obama helped fund (with our money) as part of Islamic USAfrica. Notice Wright didn’t really focus in on Darfur, because the slaughter there is again, for Islamic USAfrica (Obama tried to blockade their weapons of self defense so they could not protect themselves, over 2 million dead from islamist cleansing).

Then Lame Cherry says Obama works for the Rothschilds/NWO too.

I think his agenda is backed by both but his heart is with islam. Muslim Brohood stands to take over Egypt and Libya, and Obama stands with the Mullahcracy of Iran. These forces will require Israel to go to war, the region will be decimated in terms of livability from radioactivity.

Whatever the game plan, it will involve exterminating those who live around the resources. I’m afraid I don’t understand the whole thing.

What this Japan incident taught me is that wherever there’s nuclear contamination, it’s going to blow into most of the USA. Checking RADNET with the EPA and my state, the levels did peak but overall were not unsafe (except for Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, a few pockets).

Boehner and Issa are allowing this wholesale destruction of America to go on, Palin has been threatened but her message continues on a lower key basis.

I’m afraid I don’t understand the who what where or why of all of this, I just know that Americans are being set up to be ripped off then killed off.

RALEIGH — Cautioning that the federal dollars in your wallet could soon be little more than green paper backed by broken promises, state Rep. Glen Bradley wants North Carolina to issue its own legal tender backed by silver and gold.

The Republican from Youngsville has introduced a bill that would establish a legislative commission to study his plan for a state currency. He is also drafting a second bill that would require state government to accept gold and silver coins as payment for taxes and fees.

If the state treasurer starts accepting precious metals as payment, Bradley said that could prod the private sector to follow suit – potentially allowing residents to trade gold for groceries.

“I think we’re in the process of inflating a dollar bubble that could be very devastating,” said Bradley, a freshman legislator elected in November’s GOP tide. “The idea is once the study commission finishes its work, then we could build on top of the hard-money currency with an actual State Tender Act that will basically [issue currency] in correspondence to precious metals stored in the state treasury.”

The education of America’s children is one of the most important tasks any generation faces. That task is complicated significantly by the stranglehold the National Education Association has on America’s educational infrastructure. From local school boards to Congress and the White House, the NEA spends uncounted millions in tax-exempt teachers’ dues to elect officials who will write into law the union’s extremist political and social agenda.

Only 9% believe Obama has documented eligibility
Scientific tally shows 2 of 3 like state legislation to require proof

Not even one person in 10 believes Barack Obama has shown that he is eligible to be president of the United States, according to a stunning new scientific poll that also reveals political Independents have less tolerance than even Republicans for his efforts to obfuscate the issue.

“The shocking result in this survey is that just 9 percent said they believe Obama has met the requirements to prove he was born in the United States and is therefore qualified to be president,” said Fritz Wenzel, chief of Wenzel Strategies, which conducted the assessment.

“Even when you combine those who say such questions are not valid with those who believe he has satisfied the requirements, it still falls short of equaling the percentage who said he should step forward and prove his birth origin once and for all,” he said.

Wenzel Strategies, an independent public opinion research firm based in Ohio, conducted a nationwide telephone poll using a randomly selected sample of all adults. The survey, including 1,095 respondents, was conducted March 15-17, 2011, and carries a confidence interval of 95 percent and a margin of error of +/- 2.93 percentage points.

Shoplifter injured in Augusta , GA

Orville Smith, a store manager for Best Buy in Augusta , Georgia , told police he observed a male customer, later identified as Tyrone Jackson of Augusta , on surveillance cameras putting a laptop computer under his jacket.

When confronted the man became irate, knocked down an employee, drew a knife and ran for the door.

Outside on the sidewalk were four Marines collecting toys for the ‘ Toys for Tots ‘ program. Smith said the Marines stopped the man, but he stabbed one of the Marines, Cpl. Phillip Duggan, in the back.

The injury did not appear to be severe. After Police and an ambulance arrived at the scene Cpl. Duggan was transported for treatment.

The perpetrator was also transported to the local hospital with two broken arms,
    a broken ankle,
    a broken leg,
    several missing teeth,
    possible broken ribs,
    multiple contusions,
    assorted lacerations,
    a broken nose
    and a broken jaw,

all injuries he sustained when he slipped and fell off of the curb after stabbing the Marine .

Final Count: Pittman Wins, Fed Loses, As Supreme Court Refuses To Grant Confidential Data Disclosure Appeal Sought By Banks

In a crushing blow against the Fed and the banks that own it, in this case represented by the Clearing House Association, the Supreme Court rejected an industry appeal set forth by the CHA, that sought to keep critical bailout data from going public. The lawsuit was originally started by the great and late Mark Pittman, who tragically passed away around Thanksgiving 2009: we are confident we would be delighted to learn that his unprecedented act of suing the Fed in order to generate more transparency has finally succeeded.

WAR POWERS-Joe Biden in a Senate speech delivered on July 30, 1998.

Article 1, Section 8, Clause 11 of the Constitution says: “The Congress shall have power … To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water.”

After summarizing this language, the debate over it at the Constitutional Convention and the treatment of it by Presidents George Washington and John Adams and the early Supreme Court, Biden determined it was impossible to conclude anything other than that the president could not use force without prior congressional authorization unless it was necessary to “repel a sudden attack.”

    – After studying the constitutional language governing the use of military force and the debates that the Framers had on the issue, Joe Biden determined that the Founding Fathers had vested the power to authorize even the limited use of military force in the Congress not the president—unless it was necessary for the president to act swiftly to repel an attack on the United States or to rescue U.S. citizens.

Citing Federalist No. 69, Biden noted that Alexander Hamilton, who among the Framers was perhaps the greatest champion of a strong executive, argued that the Constitution gave the president the authority to direct the military in action only after that action was authorized by Congress.

“Given this,” Biden concluded, “the only logical conclusion is that the framers intended to grant to Congress the power to initiate all hostilities, even limited wars.”

Biden gave this speech laying out the Framer’s original understanding of the meaning of the war power to explain why he was introducing legislation that would replace the War Powers Resolution, enacted in the 1973, with a new law designed to prevent the president from indefinitely committing U.S. forces to a military engagement without congressional authorization.

Biden did not say that the president could use a UN resolution, as opposed to an act of Congress, to justify military action. In fact, he specifically criticized President Harry Truman—a Democrat—for going to war in Korea after that war had been authorized by the UN Security Council, but not by the U.S. Congress.

Gaddafi calls the SOB “my own son.”
See the resemblance in personality:?: 😀

He’s saying they went in to protect the citizens from taking a beating from Quadaffy Duck but forgot to plan the outcome more or less. Now they can’t get out because they would look stupid. FORGOT TO PLAN THE OUTCOME.. keywords… it’s what the radical left is famous for…FORGETTING TO CONSIDER THE OUTCOMES OF THEIR IDEAS.

Palin has many fine attributes, and while I generally agree with most of her political comments, there are a few troubling areas which concern me.

Palin ignores Obama’s eligibility, and lets remember she had standing along with McCain who many insist “threw” the election.

Palin will not discuss amnesty and securing our borders, except in very general terms.

Terrific lead, Jane. From the article:

A president whose complete disregard for substantive political discourse in addressing the nation’s fiscal woes is derelict. Whether he is lazy, irresponsible or just overwhelmed, the signs point to a man bringing disrepute to the office for which self-imposed exile is his only way out. A president with enough time and energy to fill out a NCAA Final Four basketball tourney bracket but can’t find the time to attend to border security or assemble a meaningful budget incorporating the recommendations of his own deficit commission, is derelict.

Henry Reske and Ashley Martella say Barack Obama’s re-election chances are imperiled by the combination of rising food and gas prices, Democratic political analyst Doug Schoen tells Newsmax.TV.

Regarding another volatile issue, Schoen said the public opinion battle over collective-bargaining rights in Wisconsin is in a stalemate but could break for Republicans.

“The combination of rising food and gas prices could pose grave peril to President Obama’s re-election,” Schoen said in an exclusive Newsmax.TV interview. “Not only would it be inflationary, it literally hits people where they live. And we saw with Jimmy Carter in the late ’70s the impact of stagflation. If we had a period of stagnant economic growth, inflation and potentially increasing interest rates it could be particularly perilous for our president.”

With recent poll numbers showing only 22 percent of likely voters think the country is headed in the right direction, there is every reason to believe that the 2012 presidential election will be more competitive than 2008’s, said Schoen, a political strategist who has worked for both Clintons.

“That being said, the Republicans are divided, there’s no obvious front-runner for the nomination. And then, come to presidents, particularly those who can raise a lot of money, have to be taken seriously, but it’s always a very serious warning sign when the right direction number for the president drops below 25 percent,” he said.

Similarly, he said, the 23 Democratic senators up for re-election in 2012 are in danger because the “circumstances that make Obama unpopular make them equally, if not more, unpopular.”

In Wisconsin, the battle between Walker and public-sector unions over collective-bargaining rights and budget deficits is a draw when it comes to public opinion, with both sides garnering strong support.

“Democrats are certainly mobilized by what they regard as an assault on the right of labor to organize and bargain collectively,” Schoen said. “But if, as we’ve seen in states like New Jersey and Indiana, there is a good economic result given the fighting that we’ve seen in the legislature and in the streets, then I think ultimately it could well work to Governor Walker’s advantage.”

One level where the Democrats are succeeding is in energizing their base, he said.

“I think Democrats have shown an unprecedented level of mobilization,” he said. “One-hundred-thousand people in the streets last weekend, the most since the Vietnam War, that’s huge, that’s really significant. But whether that translates into broad based across the board support for the Democratic Party remains to be seen.”

Timothy Naegele says, like former Presidents Jimmy Carter and Lyndon Johnson before him, in 1980 and 1968 respectively, Barack Obama will not be reelected in 2012. The twin pincers of a domestic economy in the throes of the “Great Depression II” — which economic historians will describe as such, or by using similar terms 20-40 years from now — and his failed Vietnam-like Afghan war will seal his political fate. Other factors will contribute mightily too, such as the perception that he is “out of touch” just as Jimmy Carter was; and that Obama is a silver-tongued, narcissistic “foreign born” demagogue who is un-American. Perceptions often become reality, certainly in politics.

We are witnessing the end of Obama as a politician now. The zenith of his presidency occurred with the enactment of ObamaCare, just as Hillary Clinton’s health care efforts marked the “high water mark” of her influence during Bill Clinton’s presidency. Obama’s nadir is yet to come, but the 2010 mid-term election debacle represented an important milestone on the slippery downward slope of his presidency. The domestic economy will get far worse; his Afghan war is a morass that seems unwinnable and inescapable; and national security issues loom — such as North Korea and Iran — which may prove “hazardous” at best.

Barack Obama is a failed politician whose “magic” has come and gone. He is not merely a bad president. He may have the distinction of going down in history as one of the worst presidents that America has ever had, or perhaps the worst depending on what happens during the remainder of his term in office. That he is presiding over a failed presidency is not in dispute. The only question becomes: how bad will things get for the American nation, its people and for him, before he leaves public office? It is fair to surmise that we have only seen the tip of an enormous political, economic, social and national security “iceberg” — or nightmare — reminiscent of the one that the RMS Titanic struck in 1912.

It is not beyond the pale to believe that scandals will engulf Barack Obama as more and more is learned about who he is and how he has governed, and what he and others in his administration have done during the time they have been entrusted with the presidency. Barack Obama is no Bill Clinton: a “cat” with seemingly nine lives politically. He is a “mix” between Carter who was perceived as cerebral and out of touch, and Johnson who was viciously maligned and prevented from running for reelection.

When I was a young Army officer stationed at the Pentagon, before working on Capitol Hill, I remember bumper stickers on cars in the District of Columbia that asked: “Where is Lee Harvey Oswald now that we really need him?” — a reference to John F. Kennedy’s killer. Johnson was hated, and such implied threats were real. There are rising negative sentiments about Obama today, involving large numbers of Americans who are not racially prejudiced or merely disillusioned.

I think the current political structure should pay close attention to this incident.

OT-but a neccissitiy in the times to come.

WITH a tin can, some copper wire and a few dollars’ worth of nuts, bolts and other hardware, a do-it-yourselfer can build a makeshift directional antenna. A mobile phone, souped-up with such an antenna, can talk to a network tower that is dozens of kilometres beyond its normal range (about 5km, or 3 miles). As Gregory Rehm, the author of an online assembly guide for such things, puts it, homemade antennae are “as cool as the other side of the pillow on a hot night”. Of late, however, such antennae have proved much more than simply cool.

According to Jeff Moss, a communications adviser to America’s Department of Homeland Security, their existence has recently been valuable to the operation of several groups of revolutionaries in Egypt, Libya and elsewhere. To get round government shutdowns of internet and mobile-phone networks, resourceful dissidents have used such makeshift antennae to link their computers and handsets to more orthodox transmission equipment in neighbouring countries.

IMO Congress will never inpeach Obama, no matter what he does. Obama holds over Congress the ability to reveal information concerning various members of Congress part in knowingly getting an ineligible person, Barry himself, on the ballot as the Dem party nominee, and eventually elected.

People like Pelosi, Howard Dean, and the Republican leadership, among others, all assisted in the fraud/scam that gave us Barry as the putative president.

Congress impeaches Obama and many members of Congress go to prison.

Liberal Democrats in uproar over Libya action

“A hard-core group of liberal House Democrats is questioning the constitutionality of U.S. missile strikes against Libya, with one lawmaker raising the prospect of impeachment during a Democratic Caucus conference call on Saturday.

Reps. Jerrold Nadler (N.Y.), Donna Edwards (Md.), Mike Capuano (Mass.), Dennis Kucinich (Ohio), Maxine Waters (Calif.), Rob Andrews (N.J.), Sheila Jackson Lee (Texas), Barbara Lee (Calif.) and Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton (D.C.) “all strongly raised objections to the constitutionality of the president’s actions” during that call, said two Democratic lawmakers who took part.
    . . . .
Kucinich also questioned why Democratic leaders didn’t object when President Barack Obama told them of his plan for American participation in enforcing the Libyan no-fly zone during a White House Situation Room meeting on Friday, sources told POLITICO.
And liberals fumed that Congress hadn’t been formally consulted before the attack and expressed concern that it would lead to a third U.S. war in the Muslim world.
    . . .”
Illogical Actions Have Finally Reached Their Logical Conclulsions

So now the Dems are kicking and yelling UNCONSTITUIONAL. Oh yeah! How come they were not screaming UNCONSTITUTIONAL when they tacitly agreed to let an ILLEGAL ALIEN USURP THE PRESIDENCY?

How come they were not yelling UNCONSTITUTIONAL when complete body scan and genital groping began at the air ports?

How come they were forgot to bring up UNCONSTITUTIONAL when Obama looted money from the American treasury to give to the Middle East to restore their crumbling mosques?

How come they forgot to point out UNCONSTITUTIONAL when Obama by passed Congress to create his czar shadow government, cavort with the Muslim Brotherhood against America, financially support the Egyptian uprising, put moratoriums on gulf oil drilling, bribed and intimidated the judicial system to cover up his illegal status, appointed two Communist judges with suspicious criminal/Communist backgrounds to the Supreme Court, used the EPA to restrict coal mining, and put the Muslim protector Eric Holder as head of the DOJ?

These sniveling, whining idiots think the CONSTITUTION IS A MENU—TO PICK AND CHOSE FROM COLUMN A AND B AS THEY CHOOSE.

It is time for them to awaken and face the logical conclusion of their illogical actions. If they don’t like what Obama is doing, they should have never chosen to ignore and cover up the fact Obama was not QUALIFIED UNDER ARTICLE II OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION. They have been the creators, enablers, aiders & abettors and coconspirators of an UNCONSTITUTIONAL MONSTER. Let them eat their hearts out.

They got into bed with dogs and got up with fleas!

Impeach him now, before it’s too late !

    • 215 RacerJim March 23, 2011 at 7:49 am

Impeaching him would be too kind. Drag him out of his office, string him up on the brand new National Christmas tree, tar and feather him, and let him rot into Islamic Martyrdom

BO calling the events in the Middle east, including the murder of four Americans, a “bump in the road” is a despicable comment!

“BO is a man of many words” BUT “ He is not a man of his word”.
