Eight Principles

©2011 drkate

  • The first ‘birthers’ of America were the Founders, who insisted that the President be either a natural born citizen or a citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution.
  • It is settled law, history, policy and practice in the United States that a natural born citizen is born in the country of two citizen parents.
  • It is settled history, law, and practice that ‘a citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution’ meant the original founders, the first several Presidents of the United States.  Two important principles are implicit in this particular statement of Article II:
  • Recognition that being born in America of parents who were citizens of  and who had allegiance to another country would not be sufficient to ensure complete fidelity to the United States.
  • Since no one in the U.S.A. was a natural born citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution–they were born British subjects and gained U.S. citizenship in April 1782 at the end of the Revolution– and since there would be no ‘natural born citizen’ that had obtained the age of 35, a provision was made to grandfather in those initial American citizens to be eligible citizens for President. Martin Van Buren was the first natural born citizen President of the United States as he was born Dec 1782 to two U.S. Citizens, who acquired their U.S. Citizenship at the end of the Revolution.
  • That the  lower courts and SCOTUS have avoided ruling on any aspect of Article II during 2008-2011 means the definition of natural born citizen stands as is.
  • Notwithstanding Congress’ efforts to amend the definition of natural born citizen through failed constitutional amendments or non-binding resolutions, they have not changed the definition, nor can they.
  • There is no legal or constitutional authority granted to anyone to change this settled definition of natural born citizen.  Flat-earth eligibility deniers cannot parse the words in Article II, or find some magical clause in Blackstone, nor any act of law that can change this definition.
  • Enabling Obama to avoid the Constitutional criteria specified in Article II is an act of treason against the Constitution.  Knowledge of this act and or failure to address this, constitutes the felony of misprision of treason.
  • These are grounds for the immediate removal, resignation, and prosecution of those individuals.

Just how are they going to get Obama on the ballot?

I have been saying this ever since Mr. obama began his campaign. Nobody in authourity will pay any attention to this problem. Someone needs to start attending every townhall meeting and asking for the defination of “Natural Born Citizen” and then correcting the answer because we know the politicians answer will be about being a citizen and not a “Natural Born Citizen”.

Just the opinion of a dumb ole (Natural Born Citizen) country boy!

    • 2 drkate August 13, 2011 at 5:18 pm

Of course, we all have! But is different now than in 2008. Obama has many more liabilities…this is why he keeps doing diversions.

      • 3 heather August 13, 2011 at 7:34 pm

Dr Kate–1st–we hope everything is ok with your family and are glad to see you back.

A little off topic–today during Herman Cains speech in Iowa he closed it with the entire Declaration of Independence! I was impressed — just for 1 person the acknowledge that we have it.

barrys sweating this election-he said on tv again today that we should all contact congress and demand they follow what he is asking of them. More like demanding and threatening in my book.. Does he want us to contact all of them and demand they remove him–because that is the only way I will bother to contact any of them.

        • 4 Susu August 16, 2011 at 8:29 am

The one person who could & should challenge Obama on his eligibility is Herman Cain. Any of the other candidates would be charged with “racism”.

  2. 5 RacerJim August 13, 2011 at 8:59 am

Unless Congress or SCOTUS declares Obama ineligible beforehand they are going to get Obama on the ballot in 2012 the exact same way they did in 2008…violate the law.

    • 6 Ann August 13, 2011 at 9:41 am

You got it! The Dems and Obummer think they’re above the law and that we can’t do anything about it. Sadly, so far, they’re correct.

    • 7 drkate August 13, 2011 at 5:17 pm

I don’t agree that they can ‘do it the same way’ as 2008. First, Pelousy had to send 49 false verification forms, without the ‘constitutionally qualified’ language, to states; only one said he was ‘constitutionally qualified’ (HI). Unless we are quiet about this, they cannot get around the mounds of information out there now, and the awareness of the people on his ineligibility. Every state has a fraud statute that can be used against any individual, including the DNC, for falsifying records in the public; one does not need an eligibility statute to do so. If even one state does get him off the ballot by any one of those means, it will be very difficult to win.

What we cannot do is sit around and watch them do this. And we must keep the pressure up

      • 8 bill August 13, 2011 at 7:15 pm

Yes drkate,It will be very interesting how Wasserman Schultz submits the “Certification of Nomination” for Barack Obama. from the DNC.I know for a fact that 35 S.O.S.s have been sent the Wasserman Schultz postcard defining where
someone had regrets they couldn’t offer congratulations to Mrs. Schultz on her
ascension to the DNC chair 🙂 I am so looking forward to the first one she submits.Whether or not the S.O.S.s are prepared to fall on their swords for Obama, remains to be seen.

      • 9 Voco Indubium August 13, 2011 at 10:45 pm

        Dr Kate

I am not an expert on this, but my understating is that all the legislation by the states for proving the candidate is nbc has been watered down to a point where the latest fake bc can be presented and the SSs will accept it. At least that was the view of Leo Donafrio a few months back. I don’t know if he is right, but from the practical point of view, what can anyone do if that happens? File a new lawsuit against the SS? We know how the judges will rule.

O seems to be pretty confident that the new state laws are not going to be a hindrance to his reelection. Otherwise he would not run.

As far as general antifraud laws in the states, that will not get anyone any further either.

Of course this should be voiced as you suggest.

  3. 10 no-nonsense-nancy August 13, 2011 at 9:18 am

One thing I got from Allen Keys is that since the Congress and the Supremes think our constitution should be banished they are ignoring the truth of the usurpation because to admitt it would be to go aginst the very grain of what they are trying to accomplish, that is dissolving our republic and making us into a totalitarian regime. What I don’t understand is why they think they would still be relevant in such a government.

    • 11 heather August 13, 2011 at 7:38 pm

NNN–yes you are right, no need for any of them at that point. Just look at this new congressional committee they just put in place. No need for congress now.

Senators and SCOTUS would also be gone………..barry would reappoint his own SCOTUS.

    • 13 Quantum Leap August 13, 2011 at 1:31 pm

He’s on a vacation from his 3 year vacation?

Obama also chose the vacation to start serving up cruise missiles in Libya, a war he made his very own and that he still hasn’t won.

Libya for crying out loud. That’s like invading Wisconsin.

Here was the moment when the next Great Recession began.

We saw in that crisis the epitome of a failed presidency: the listless leadership, the lack of direction, the lack of pretension in being presidential (or even pretending to be), disregard for the consequences of policy. And the certainty that vacations would always come first.

And whatever was the purpose of the trip to Brazil, it was more of a junket than a business trip and Obama was rightly criticized for it.

Then there was that trip to Wiliamsburg that Obama cancelled because he had to, um, do that budget thing. He whined about that. A lot.

Most people are not getting a vacation because of him.

I listened to the vid of Dr. Keyes twice. I would vote for him in a heartbeat. Wouldn’t it be shadenfreude if he ran against nobama? Why won’t he run? he could win.

  4. 14 attilasdaughter August 13, 2011 at 10:17 am

When Dr. Keyes ran against Obama for the senate seat during a debate they had the following exchange.
Keyes: “You are not even a natural born citizen”
Obama: “But I’m not running for president”

I have heard about this exchange many times, but have never seen or heard it live.
This would be quite revealing that Obama basically admits it.
Later I think Keyes said he doesn’t remember saying this, but it would still be nice to have the original debate videos.

  5. 20 Tenacity August 13, 2011 at 10:43 am

If you ask the mob to admit they are a mob, what do you expect the answer to be? Attempting to gain any ground through a federal court is like a lamb telling a wolf to stop feeding on its mother’s carcass. The solution is a shepherd, a staff, a sheep dog and, in our case, a bunch of each. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, we HAVE to stop the banking vortex by regaining proprietary ownership of our money via Sound Money legislation in each State. Then we must revitalize our well regulated State Militia. Then and only then will we be able to restore STANDING and enforce presentments. Why can’t everybody get this? They are ignoring us because we keep financing our own enslavement. Stop allowing these thieving bastards to steal all of our production. All of our efforts short of this is nothing more than mental masturbation!!!!!! And They* know it.

The following was in this morning’s email. I would love to see the Pitchfork Rally spread to all 50 states. They are doing what the Tea Party people should have done from the get go. I hope you find this as hopeful as I do.

    Rise Up

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.
They are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights.
That among these are life, liberty…the pursuit of happiness.”
    – The Declaration of Independence

Lookin’ at millions under a circus tent
Watchin’ a jackass chase a dumb pachyderm
    Oh what a show!
Tappin’ on any shoulder that I can find
Of anyone on there who might change their mind
    It’s time to go.
To the real world outside with those pirate ships
The drunken sailors with dirty lips
    That rule the night
Shoutin’ don’t be afraid of those wicked men
There’s more of us than there are of them
    Come join the fight!

    Rise up and be counted
Take your part in the solution
Linking arm in arm, to arms, to arms
Lower your guns and raise your voices
    Join the peaceful revolution
    Shout I’m mad as hell
and I will ring the bell of freedom

Ride with me from Boston to Phili to LA
    With reason come marching
    With knowledge come drumming
    Let everyone hear you
Each soul that is near you
The British are coming! the British are coming!

We built a house of sticks a hall of parlor tricks
But we blame it all on our politics
    Oh what a shame!
Truth is the cancer ain’t just in the head
    Half the body’s nearly dead
    We’re all to blame
Time to pledge no more standing on one thin leg
    Lack of principle’s a powder-keg
    And we can’t wait
If we just say what we mean mean what we say
Take back the power we gave away
It’s not too late – Grab your tea and follow me

    Rise up and be counted
Take your part in the solution
Linking arm in arm with words as arms
Lower your guns and raise your voices
    Join the peaceful revolution
Have you an ear to hear, an eye that sees us
We come in the Spirit of Martin, of Ghandi, of Jesus
Holding fast to the words with the power that frees us
    Rise up. Make your choices
    Choose the peaceful revolution
Sell what you have to sell so the devil can tell
Then let them raise their hell
And we will ring the bell of freedom
    The bell of freedom
    The bell of freedom
    Rise Up

    8/15 Pitchfork Rally –
    Georgia State Capitol !

    or PERISH !!!

    Thanks CS BobJen

    Citizens for the Constitution

In case you haven’t yet heard:

    1. The people are angry. Their petitions to their elected representatives have fallen on deaf ears;

    2. The putative pResident is NOT, repeat NOT, a natural born Citizen – as required by Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution;

    3. All elected officials, from City Councils on up through State Assemblies, all the way up to the Justices of the Supreme Court and to the Presidency itself, – all swear an oath to uphold and defend that very Constitution – in its entirety, without exception.

    4. Not a single State has been able to pass a Presidential Eligibility bill so far; but that may soon change.

Patriot Carl Swensson and a group of patriots are rallying at the Georgia State Capitol on Monday, August 15, 2011, in order to help that State Legislature come to their senses concerning their Oath – and the consequences of continuing to violate it, as we progress into another presidential election year.

If you live near Georgia, or have relatives anywhere near the great State of GA, let everyone know that their attendance at this event will probably be the most patriotic thing they can do in the weeks ahead. Read what Carl has planned below … and bring your pitchforks or your longarms (open-carry permitted in GA) to help make your statement.

    In Liberty.

Great summary Dr. Kate and many thanks to Patriot shout USA for the post.
    I will pass it on.

Yes it is beyond our time to rise up. We have been pushed to the edge of a cliff, and our country stolen out from under us. Time to get rid of the tyranny, and vote in legislators who will stand by our country, not destroy it.

  8. 25 Quantum Leap August 13, 2011 at 1:41 pm

They do not acknowledge the constitution as Keyes said. I think it’s time peeps. Time to rock the boat. Time to get new members from disenfranchised dems and indies who are fed up. Tea party has many factions. The extreme right is not the sum total of the Tea Party and Rick Santorum did not start the Tea Party-he hijacked it. TP is supposed to be non partisan. It’s a patriot party. Anyone who subscribes to party politics is asleep. Both parties are the same:bought and paid for by Soros and his global gang. Kerry is the waterbearer and boss in chief.

It’s time peeps. There is nothing left to lose.

    • 26 Rosemary Woodhouse August 13, 2011 at 3:24 pm

I like Santorum because he isn’t FOS. But I acknowledge he has no chance. Again, as you’re all aware, watch who the MSM castigates as that’s who they most fear. Palin, Bachmann and Santorum. As far as Paul is concerned, no comment necessary.

And the Dems? Who are they going to primary him against…Hillary?

    • 30 aprilnovember811 August 13, 2011 at 6:59 pm

Rick Santelli is the father of The Tea Party.

      The rest is history.

      • 31 Quantum Leap August 13, 2011 at 8:13 pm

That’s hogwash. Talk about wanting to hijack and get credit. It’s hogwash. Unless you were the first to help form the TParty you wouldn’t know. And he was no where around when that happened in it’s infancy early fall of 2008. He came aboard after that.
That’s why I do not trust him. His family pic resembles the “Adam’s Family”.

Those sickened by the RNC meeting in May of 2008 came up with the idea of taxed enough already Tea Party. It was dems. The the repubs hijacked it with the help of lamestream media. Why doesn’t anyone remember?
There were discussions of having it non partisan and calling oneself a Patriot. I keep saying it. Check with Team Sarah and or PUMA’s. They know. If I have to I’ll find pics of the disenfranchised dems who started the Tea Party and who held rallies in cities which had only 100 people attending and obots laughing at them. MSM labelled the disenfranchised dems as repubs to save Barry’s face.

          • 35 Tenacity August 14, 2011 at 8:26 am

The Ron Paul campaign held the first Tea Party Rally in December 2007 with about 1,000 in attendance.
            http :// www. youtube.com/watch?v=DKZmIzEMUN8
The next major rally was organized by Walter Reddy in Boston’s Faneuil Hall in December 2008 with Rand Paul as the keynote Speaker. Dr. Edwin Vieira spoke on Sound Money. Bob Schulz of We The People Foundation spoke last to a roaring standing ovation.
            http:// www. committeesofsafety. org/history-tea-party-movement

Unless you were an activist prior to the rise of the usurper, you could have easily missed all of this because neither the MSM nor the GOP wanted anybody to know about it. Schulz went on to organize Continental Congress 2009 of which 2 of us here at this blog were State delegates.

What started or excited much of this was Aaron Russo’s film “America Freedom To Fascism” If you have never seen this film, now would be a good time:

The only way obat can win is if he cancels the elections

    • 39 Rosemary Woodhouse August 13, 2011 at 3:20 pm

I beg to differ. The only way he can win, short of canceling elections, is to grant amnesty. A neat coup.

I hope the family emergency resolved itself in a satisfactory manner, Kate.

      • 40 drkate August 13, 2011 at 5:21 pm

Granting amnesty and getting a voting card are two different things. Not sure that he can pull this off in time.

Thank you for the kind wishes…The family emergency continues…hope this explains the simple posts going up in the next few days!

        RE: Is O re-electable?

According to the WSJ (8-12-20110 Sour Mood Threatens Both Sides of incumbents) abbot 50% approve O. 50% disapprove. Feeling towers the GOP about 60% unfavorable and 30% favorable. (Chart)

My own informal and unscientific survey says that people who voted for him will vote for him again. And will elect him again.

Add to that that he controls one branch of the government 100%, and the other two branches are supporting him along with the media. Also add the $1 B campaign fund that he will spend. No GOP or any candidate can match that. Unless the stats change he will have his second term.

Not one of the GOP candidates touched on eligibility in Iowa- (at least I have not heard it). Intentionally or unintentionally they are working on O’s reelection.

        • 42 aprilnovember811 August 13, 2011 at 6:51 pm

Barack Obama will lose in a landslide. All the money in the world will not make people vote for you. His approval is hovering around 40%. He won’t win.

          • 43 Voco Indubium August 13, 2011 at 7:09 pm

Don’t bet on it. What do you think the opponent’s rating will look like after the media digs up all the personal negatives?

Remember what they did with Sarah Palin in 2008? We knew more about her daughter’s boyfriend’s love life than any basic fact about O.

          • 46 Voco Indubium August 14, 2011 at 3:05 pm

            Attn: aprilnov

Yes, O’s rating is at 40%, but look at this stats:

“And a Gallup survey released Friday show that if the elections for Congress were being held today, 51% of respondents would choose the Democratic Party candidate while 44% would choose the Republican — the best showing for Democrats in about two years. ”

Unless O is disqualified, he will have his second term.

            • 47 drkate August 14, 2011 at 3:14 pm

That is if, and I mean IF, these polls are correct. I don’t believe this poll no matter where it comes from!

              • 48 Voco Indubium August 15, 2011 at 12:39 am

                Dr Kate

I find myself in agreement with you more often than not. However, if you look at the LAT link you will see that it is not only one poll.

Perhaps I am less optimistic than you are, because I dont see a change without disqualification.

                • 49 drkate August 15, 2011 at 7:27 am

Voco, you are less optimistic! This is a question for you now…are you going to just keep repeating that ‘obama will win’, and finding all this ‘evidence’ to prove it before the fact, or are you going to apply yourself to ensuring his defeat and exposure? What you look at and what you write is very important to your state of being and how you are moving forward in this constitutional battle. You absolutely can be more than a naysayer! I’m not blind to the challenges, but I can assure you I am never writing an article or commenting that its a done deal for Obama. Resistance means resistance.

The LAT poll–don’t you think the media did a good job painting the republicans and the Tea Party as the ones bringing on the loss of the AAA rating? Yes it appeared to be the republican fault as far as the media goes…so the sheeple who read that drivel without consciousness are going to rate the democrats better. Context is everything, and, I am not going to argue meaningless polls…because that is what they are. Do you think if that poll was done in say, North Dakota, or a less liberal state, that the answer would be different? You betcha it would.

                  • 50 Voco Indubium August 16, 2011 at 12:58 am

I am flattered that you devoted so many words to bring me out of my pessimistic mood. You are right that it does not serve the purpose. You are also right that the pols are slanted.

Perhaps the only purpose my present thinking is serving, reflected in my comments, reminding those of some realities, who are taking for granted that O’s popularity will decline to such low levels by November 2012, that any opponent can beat him.

I detect such thinking among some of your readers. Also, that kind of thinking promotes idleness on the eligibility front. There is already less talk about that than speculation on the election.

That is exactly what O wants. It legitimizes him and takes the focus away from the fraud.

He said so in a speech. Here is an 18 second video:CNN News clip:

Is there one media reporter who will confront him face to face on this statement? Is there a member of congress or a GOP candidate who will point that out? No, they rather have him reelected.

    • 57 Jan August 13, 2011 at 7:53 pm

Voco, you have to remember obat has no original thoughts, everything is written for him on the prompters, so he would just blame the speech writer.
      Nothing is ever his fault.

      • 58 Voco Indubium August 13, 2011 at 10:54 pm

Yes but this is an outright lie, not just a random teleprompter thought. He could not deny that he said that. Is there anyone who could hold him accountable?

Furthermore it is an insult to the veterans. The veterans vote also – why the GOP is not using this? They want him reelected?

        • 59 drkate August 13, 2011 at 11:03 pm

How in the world can our elected officials allow this fraud perpetrator to continue?….Why are they not impeaching this charlatan?

  15. 64 Quantum Leap August 13, 2011 at 8:30 pm

Oblame is too stupid to realize that NO ONE IS LISTENING. If Trump runs he’ll take all of the dems away from this blowhard muslim, Neo Leninist.
Bachmann wins the straw poll. I would stay home rather than vote for her. If she is married to a homophobe who thinks he can cure people and be in the whitehouse and she is the front runner, we will lose to Oblame again. Dems won’t stay home this time. Ron Paul came in second. I’d rather have him.

    • 65 heather August 13, 2011 at 8:39 pm

I do not think Bachmann will win the election. I think it will come down to Herman Cane, Romney maybe Perry. But people love Herman Cane. I don’t even think Ron Paul will win and who’s to say that Palin won’t just jump in at the minute and she may be the winner.

    • 67 heather August 13, 2011 at 9:09 pm

Just think if Keyes runs, and Herman Cane runs and all of a sudden Alan West runs, then theres no need for the blacks to vote for barry! They will have 3 the pick from and that way, we would also be the winner!

But I am not ruling out Ron Paul either.

      • 68 Durus August 13, 2011 at 9:39 pm

Has Alan West ever stood with Lakin? If not, he won’t get my vote.

West would accept a VP nomination, however, he has not ruled that out. I am disappointed in West and think he’s just one of the boys.

        • 71 SirLurksAlot August 14, 2011 at 12:15 am

I believe there is something very wrong about Alan West. He discharged a weapon near the head of a prisoner as a fear tactic. Way against the Geneva Convention..a court martial offense, yet allowed to retire with full rank and benefits, goes to Florida and gets elected to congress..Hmmmm!

LtC Lakin gets 6 mos for asking a question and missing troop movement. I am not sure he was charged with disobeying a direct order, I don’t remember. Stripped of all rank, denied benefits, and kicked out. Something is not right.

          • 72 drkate August 14, 2011 at 7:28 am

Lakin’s second attorney, Neil Puckett, was Alan West’s attorney. JB williams of the patriot union, as well as general vallely, ‘found’ Puckett for Lakin, bragged about it, and especially Williams trashed everyone working with Lakin and his previous attorney, claiming he (Williams) was completely right about Puckett. Then Williams and Vallely never showed at the Lakin court martial, and Niel Puckett executed his client (Lakin) on the stand.

West said Lakin was ‘misguided’. That prompted my post on cowardice and alan west.

So yes, there is something wrong.

            • 73 Rosemary Woodhouse August 15, 2011 at 5:20 pm

He was not set up to win. He was defeated in ’08 and it was only through diligent campaigning and massive volunteerism that he secured the win in ’10. He was a long shot in ’08, but came through with a respectable margin for a first timer.

I know many are disappointed with him, but many understand that he is a strategist. I demure and defer when dealing with the Lakin case because so many of you are familiar with the details, and we really don’t know what transpired regarding West’s involvement with this case, if he was involved at all beyond having shared an attorney.

              • 74 drkate August 15, 2011 at 9:44 pm

He was asked plenty of times to help Lakin, and didn’t.

This was a set up from the get go, and Puckett was part of it.

West is toast in my view, and untrustworthy. He has voted hook line and sinker with the Rinos and does not demonstrate knowledge of the issues.

      • 75 Quantum Leap August 13, 2011 at 10:06 pm

I think Keyes or Cain or someone should run just to challenge Obama’s credentials, and get a ruling on it, during the primary. This was a side result of the court creating the precedent of timing of any challenge to obama’s eligibility. What candidate is going to do this? None of them I can see so far…but they should just nip this in the bud right now. they are too worried about being called racists, so it has to be Cain or Keyes, imho

      • 77 Voco Indubium August 13, 2011 at 11:07 pm

    By Jim O’Neill

OT/Here’s an update to what I was talking about as poison in gum and soda and other foods. I spelled the ingredient wrong and here it is:

Will cause swelling in the lower extremities and other health problems.

A non-food source of phenylalanine is the artificial sweetener aspartame. This compound, sold under the trade names “Equal” and “NutraSweet”, is metabolized by the body into several chemical byproducts including phenylalanine. The breakdown problems phenylketonurics have with protein and the attendant build up of phenylalanine in the body also occurs with the ingestion of aspartame, although to a lesser degree. Accordingly, all products in Australia, the U.S. and Canada that contain aspartame must be labeled: “Phenylketonurics: Contains phenylalanine.” In the UK, foods containing aspartame must carry ingredient panels that refer to the presence of “aspartame or E951” [4] and they must be labeled with a warning “Contains a source of phenylalanine.” These warnings are specifically placed to aid individuals who suffer from PKU so that they can avoid such foods.

Geneticists have recently sequenced the genome of macaques. Their investigations have found “some instances where the normal form of the macaque protein looks like the diseased human protein” including markers for PKU.[5]

-Phenylalanine is produced for medical, feed, and nutritional applications, such as Aspartame, in large quantities by utilizing the bacterium Escherichia coli, which naturally produces aromatic amino acids like phenylalanine. The quantity of L-phenylalanine produced commercially has been increased by genetically engineering E. coli.

Phenylalanine is a hidden danger to anyone consuming aspartame. Most consumers don’t know that too much Phenylalanine is a neurotoxin and excites the neurons in the brain to the point of cellular death.

ADD/ADHD, emotional and behavioral disorders can all be triggered by too much Phenylalanine in the daily diet. If you are one in ten thousand people who are PKU or carry the PKU gene, Phenylalanine can cause irreversible brain damage and death, especially when used in high quantities or during pregnancy. Phenylalanine is 50% of aspartame, and to the degree humans consume diet products, Phenylalanine levels are reaching a dangerous peak
It is important to learn about the ingredients within your foods, especially isolated amino acids like Phenylalanine. They are in combination within nature for a reason – they don’t belong in isolated form for the healthy human diet.

So yes drkate it is in a way aspartame and is an isolated non food source of an amino acid. Used alone can cause huge problems. Must use amino acids in at least 8 combinations and derived from foods.
PKU is Phenylketonurics meaning you are highly allergic and may not know it.

All artificial sweeteners are made from chemicals, even the ones who claim to be made from real sugar. I never put any of them in my mouth. When diet sodas sit on warehouse shelves for a while they turn to formaldehide!

  21. 90 Voco Indubium August 14, 2011 at 12:20 am

    Dr Kate

You are right that most GOP candidates are afraid of being called racist if they question the eligibility. However, they are wrong. They are underestimating the intelligence of minorities. Furthermore, there were no riots when Trump brought this up. There was some name calling, yes, but not nationwide outrage.

This is nothing but a theory by Rove – and the GOP believes in it, incorrectly. Also, the candidates have no confidence that they can explain to the public that a constitutional issue is not a race issue? The answer seems to be no. Not one of them, so far.

In my humble opinion, if they can not explain that, they are not qualified to be prez. A president during the course of his term has to convince the population of many difficult tasks. If he can not even make a case for such constitutional issue – he is not qualified.

Also, say that the Rove theory is right – just for argument’s sake. So the GOP will lose the minority vote? They vote Dems anyway. So the GOP in reality would lose no votes. Perhaps, they would win votes from the general population from people who respect the constitution, whatever their race.

Though I can’t remember just now, which polls show that America is so angry at this punk, they would vote for anybody on the ballot who is not Obama. That means Cinderella, Elmer Fudd or even Sarah Palin would be chosen over this jerk. I posted the following last June. I thought it might apply now.

With the elections just around the corner, the illegal incumbent is getting ready to attempt to snooker America into making the same mistake twice. I wrote in a past commentary “Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.” This time America better make certain Steve Dunham is eligible before allowing him to run in any state.
I sincerely hope, Obama will be indicted, arrested and tried. Nevertheless the Communist/Progressives are fighting violently to keep this fraud in office. They will commit any crime, tell any lie or spend any amount of money to perpetuate this fraud. They are already putting up the big bucks while Sotoero is already campaigning on your and my tax dollars.

The blarney spinners are already attempting to mind fluck the American public with the idea Obama is so great he is unbeatable. The only people who think the bungler is unbeatable are the people being paid to spin the lie. The only way he got elected in 2008 was by cheating. Won’t America be so proud to keep a CHEATER IN THE WH. If any state lets him run again without strict and proper vetting—then, the only way he could win is by cheating. Honestly, the majority of Americans in all colors do not want 4-more Obama years. In spite of all the kings horses and all the kings’ men and all the stolen tax payer money to pay for his illegal campaign—HE WILL BE VERY BEATABLE!

Read the polls—most people say they would vote for anybody but Oblabla. That means if a Donald Duck or Elmer Fudd ran, either one could get elected.

Timing seemed to be on Barry Sotoero’s side in 2008 when little was known about him while people were upset with Bush over the Iraq war. This time it is different. Though the forger in chief has still failed to produce all his documents at a $2,000,000 expense to the taxpayers, we now have a real clear insight to who and what Soebarkah is. It is real clear George Soros, NWO, the Rothchilds are using Barry in trying to take down America. Except for a few die hard Obama junkies—most of America doesn’t want to go where Obama wants to take us.

Let’s take a look at Barry Sotoero aka Barack Hussein Obama’s unbeatable American leadership qualities, his long track record of failures, and the global destruction he has caused. Isn’t a lawless, arrogant, apologizing/bowing Marxist war mongering teleprompter only reader everything Americans want in a leader? Don’t Americans just love his race card baiting, denigrating any one who disagrees with him, dividing of America,100% jihad Muslims support, his support of murderers of innocent Americans like Nidal Hassan of Fort Hood, his support for a mosque at ground zero, plans for trials in New York for Sheik Mohamed Khalid, while LTC Terrence Lakin is court martialed for honoring his oath to protect the Constitution from within and with out.
Isn’t America grateful for Michele Evita telling children what they can’t eat and what they must eat, making a war on McDonalds, changing the food pyramid while she stuffs her face with lobster, Kobe beef and pastries made by the 5 star WH chefs. My how Americans loved doting on Michele’s vacations in Spainwhere a large portion of the beach had to be shut down so she and daughter could dip in the ocean.
While Americans have lost their jobs, homes, and their families the Pharaoh and his queen of the Nile spend $200,000,000 per day vacationing in India visiting the Taj Mahal. Were not Americans impressed that no pharaoh, emperor, Shaw, king, prime minister nor leader of any country in all of history has traveled in that much lavish. We know the American tax payers were so glad to foot the bill. Of course Americans were so pleased that in the face of the highest national debt in all of America’s history, the President and the first lady showed no concern for the “sacrifice Americans had to make” to pay for all their UNNECESARY lavish trips.

The people are especially proud most of the trillions of national debt were accumulated under Obama’s watch, the historical first black usurper. It was so easy for Barry to get the stimulus approved, then the bail outs, then the BILLIONS and Billions of aid sent to all the Middle East countries that are burning churches, synagogs while murdering Christians and Jews daily. America can’t wait to enjoy another four years of hardship so Palestine can get fat on pastries while America’s homeless increase, employment decreases, gas and food prices soar, the thousands of tornado, flood, and hurricane victims are still in need of assistance. Barry had no problem to send several million to Haiti.
We the people love being told by Soebarkah to make sacrifices while he jets around on air force one at a cost of $181,757 per flight hour (not to mention the additional travel costs of Marine One, Secret Service, logistics and local police overtime), that’s a lot of frequent flier dollars going into Obama’s carbon footprint.

Under the above-the-law-usurper, we so love watching the miscarriage of justice as one bought off judge after another threw out cases challenging Obama’s eligibility based upon standing and not merit. We truly appreciate our constitutional rights violated by having our bodies scanned and genitals groped at airports in the name of “security”. We feel our rights are so very well protected when witnessing the DOJ ignore our rights by refusing to investigate the Black Panther voter intimidation case.

Wasn’t all of America really impressed seeing the smooth criminals operation of Obama, Pelosi, & Reid bribe, intimidate and lie to ram rod the worst alleged health care plan down the throat of America in spite of the millions of citizens who protested, spoke up at rallies, called, wrote, and faxed their political representatives. America looks forward to the continued high cost of the major effort it is taking to repeal this malevolent Plan. Yes, Hussein is so desirable, America could not bare being without him for another four years which is all it will takes to keep him in office for another 40 years.

This regime hasn’t even got a clue. The one lesson I learned after the 2010 election is Soebarkah didn’t learn a thing. He simply made a little speech and has continued doing exactly as he was told to do by his freedom-destroying-constitution-shredding puppet masters. What non-hopey-changey platform are they going to use this campaign? “Obama hasn’t finished his work and needs another for years to destroy what little is left of America after he so seriously devastated our country in just less than three years”.

No candidate is MORE BEATABLE THAN SOEBARKAH. If Mickey Mouse is the voting choice over Barack Insane Soetoro, America will vote for Mickey Mouse. WE know Mickey is a NATURAL BORN CTIZEN AND HAS ALWLAYS REMAINED A TRUE AMERICAN PATRIOT.

what we seek is not a medium of exchange but the lust and greed after what the Bible called mammon, something all together different ,imo.In trying to support my thoughts,I must ask a question. Why does anyone wonder why many people have tried to remove ” In God We Trust” off our currency ? America Freedom To Fascism premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in May of 2006.

Aaron Russo died suddenly in a hospital in August of 2007. Sometime after the release of the film, Aaron was diagnosed with cancer. I personal have spoken with the people who provided the Rife equipment to him to kill the cancer. After a time, he tested free of cancer. Then, one day he became ill, went into the hospital and died. The official record says he died of cancer. Those treating him say that record is false.

If anyone deserves credit for exciting this movement, it is Aaron Russo. I will reluctantly add that Bob Schulz started formally petitioning the federal government on breaches of the constitution in 1995, especially on the unconstitutional income taxes. These men and those activist working with them over the last 16 years should be recognized for their work that precedes the dems attempt to hijack the Tea Party in 2008.

A very good interview Dr. Keyes, but you were mistaken about on thing — The constituional term, “natural born Citizen” has indeed been addressed….It has been addressed, clarified and defined by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case of Minor -vs- Happersett…..Lawful legal precedent has been established by the SCOTUS defining “natural born Citizen” (as used within the United States Constitution – Article II, Section I, Clause V) as a person born within the United States of TWO American citizen parents.

    From rminc comment at CW:

Why would Mr and Mrs. Obama’s purchase a house at 5046 Greenwood Ave in Chicago in 2006 and put the title in the name of The Northern Trust Company?

Because Mr. Obama did not have a VALID Social Security number, and could not provide any truthful information proving EXACTLY who he was, or where he came from in 2006.
But he had enough Chicago street smarts to be elected a State Senator in ILL, which apparently requires no positive identification for the job.

Remember this was 2006 and long before the rich and powerful behind him started scrubbing his records like a cat with the runs . If the property located at 5046 Greenwood Ave. at that time had been put in his name, someone would have jumped on that immediately.
Also remember Joe Biden right after the election said that within six months of Obama’s presidency, a bombshell might drop causing Obama problems….now what in the hell was that all about?.

Now, Mr. Obama has really stepped on his ding dong. On his 2009 Income tax return (and probably on his 2010 returns too), he claimed exemptions for taxes paid on the property located at 5046 Greenwood Ave, although the property is in the name of Northern Trust Company. This is a PURE and simple case of income tax fraud as I see it.

Wow this audio of Staff Sgt. Moran gave me chills! What a brave young man and a wonderful Christian, also. I surely hope he stays safe. I agree, we HAVE to get behind him, no matter what.

    • 141 speedy August 15, 2011 at 4:48 am

Ron Paul accepts bo’s forgery as proof of citizenship and being NBC and eligible. He is not looking into the matter. Neither is Bachmann. If he is for the constitution like he says he is, then he should be looking into bo’s ineligibility and push for a congressional hearing.

      • 142 drkate August 15, 2011 at 7:31 am

The constitution is not a menu!!! All of the republican candidates will let Obama win, including Ron Paul.

      • 143 heather August 15, 2011 at 8:57 am

I think Ron Paul is playing it safe — until after the election. Barry will destroy anyone who speaks against him and even brings his bc issue up–that is a well known fact, so I truly think RP knows and is just playing it safe for now.

How do we know who is doing what about him, behind the scenes–we don’t—yet………Let’s pray there are good honest americans still around in the WH that are trying whatever they can to remove him.

I can’t imagine that everyone in the WH wants him there.

        • 144 drkate August 15, 2011 at 2:32 pm

Unless he is the republican nominee, Ron Paul will ensure an election win for Obama. He’s only positioning himself to ‘do better’.

        • 145 Quantum Leap August 15, 2011 at 6:40 pm

I agree Heather. He’s a consummate pro who has been called a kook so many times he is stepping carefully so he doesn’t step in it. Once in though, he will squash all the obie bills like a bug. What other alternative is there? Palin?
A woman can’t win. I want to fly again and want TSA to be gone. I want states rights again and let states decide on social issues. I want to keep our funds here and not send it out to foreign banks and thugs. Therefore I want DR. RP.

The only one who has the guts to yell out loud about the illegal unconstitutional laws being shoved down our throats….yeah yeah I know–he is not talking about barry and the bc—does it really matter at this point? They know we all know, and he isn’t the only politician telling the american people to stand up and fight back–. There are a few others.

And we do need to stand up–look at Staff Sgt Moran–a military man, far from home, with his wife and kids in a foreign country, and he is willing to stand. It’s about time we stand too.

    by CDR Kerchner (Ret)

Once again we have an ordinary serviceman standing up on his own volition to demand that the Usurper-in-Chief be investigated to determine Obama’s true legal identity in response to the mountain of evidence that Obama has committed birth certificate fraud, SSN fraud, draft registration fraud, and real estate fraud. Obama’s true legal identity is not conclusively known. This time it is a serviceman in the Air Force named SSGT Daryn Moran.

If we have a legal mind here, could you remark about the ramifications of not having a legal (lawful) CIC and the effect it has on our troops as far as the Geneva Convention and the UCMJ is concerned. If memory serves they have no protections.

    from: – http://www.unelected.org/how-michele-bachmann-bought-the-ames-straw-poll

Posted by Paul Krugman on August 14th, 2011

Headlines on FoxNews, CNN, MSNBC, and all over the web should have been “Randy Travis Wins Ames Straw Poll Edging out Ron Paul” instead of headlines which touted Congresswoman Michele Bachmann’s victory.

Bachmann spent upwards of $1 million, paid for over 6000 tickets, paid for Grammy Award winning, country musician Randy Travis to show up, and bussed in Randy Travis fans in order to secure 152 more votes than Congressman Ron Paul. Michele Bachmann’s camp handed out flyers, which stated that in order to see the entertainment, you had to vote for her first. Here is an image of the flyer that was around Ames,

While Bachmann gave out over 6000 tickets (worth $180,000 at $30 each), she received ~4800 votes, so 20% of those who she bought tickets for voted for other candidates. A country concert, a ride to that concert, and various other free stuff is a great deal for a simple vote.

Though she may have won the Ames Straw Poll, Bachmann will not be able to bus in country music fans for a free show for a vote scheme at the Iowa Caucus in 2012. As Joe Scarborough put it, “She is a joke. Her candidacy is a joke.”

Exactly! I understand those who consider themselves “fiscally” conservative but are actually socially liberal loathe her, but she walks the walk and talks the talk. Bachmann IS a Conservative.

        • 163 Tenacity August 15, 2011 at 5:41 pm

Not when it comes to her Zionist bent. Ask her who she thinks runs this country. Ask her what an Ashkenazim is. Ask her where her donations come from and how much she gets from Khazarian Jews. I’d lay odds she does the Texas side step, a la ‘Best Little Whore House In Texas’. Ask her who paid for all those buses and concert tickets in Ioway. Ask her what happened to the ‘rest’ of the ballots that aren’t accounted for in Ioway. Ask her who she answers to in the globalist cartel. She is one sharp cookie. She has the lingo down pat. In my opinion, she is a shill. Preaching liberty and freedom while supporting the Khazarians. Hyping the left right debate and watching the prey slobber their way after the siren.

If you saw most of the crazy women having babies when they can’t take care of themselves you’d agree they should have a right to save the kid by aborting it. These mad dogs would ruin the kids life before it was 1 year old. all strung out on meth and heroin etc. You want the kid to be born? and what’s this blaming a tiny part of the population for the ills of the world = gays? Has anyone addressed how sex addicts and sexual predators along with crooks and gansters all over the place are ruining this country with THEIR LACK of morals? You only have a short sighted persepective if you blame a tiny group of people who don’t even make up 10% of the population. Expand your perspective Think for yourself. Stop listeneing to the flavor of the day and the fear mogering—–> still needing to blame others when they won’t clean up corruption and sexual predators aka sex addicts and drug addicted people who cause crimes.

          • 167 Paula August 16, 2011 at 5:59 am

“Save the kid by aborting it?” What strange words. Taking an innocent’s life is never right in God’s eyes; but then, we humans do like to be our own god and think we know better than the Creator who gives life…that’s our sinful way.

I’ve been there, QL, and by reading God’s word, found out I was a murderer among many other sinful things I was, but I also found out the good news about my Saviour who reconciled me unto God by his death on the cross, and justified me before God by his resurrection. My sins are gone, never to be brought up again. I am now a saint with the very righteousness of God made to sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. That is wonderful news!

That will pave the way for children of illegals who come here to be president.

Watch for ALL those who marginalize Ron Paul. He is the only one who gets it and They* are afraid of him…so much so that they will do ANYTHING to thwart his momentum. Even have someone come on this blog and say ‘a vote for Paul is a vote for Obama.’ Watch…he ain’t perfect, but I’m starting to appreciate his blemishes…his honest pimples. I’m even starting to tolerate his whiny voice. Unless Tom Woods is convinced to run, Ron Paul has my vote…warts and all. Watch out for ALL who marginalize him…they are not your friend. He gets it and it scares the hell out of them.

    • 175 drkate August 15, 2011 at 9:41 pm

I am glad to say that a vote for Ron Paul is a vote for Obama, because its true. This has nothing to do with his principles, its just that he is not after a win, he just wants a better position. He’s got to fight harder and be a real campaigner to get my vote, which he does not have.

Ron Paul is right on the Fed, right on the patriot act, and right on so many other things. He may have a better chance in 2016.

    • 177 heather August 15, 2011 at 10:43 pm

Win the republican nomination? That is key…history has proven the republicans will turn on their own big time…

Who knows, I sure don’t. People may be awake enough to nominate and then elect a non-bilderberger. Paul, like others, will face a withering attack re: racism and his past positions…is he strong enough to face this? Will the support be there?

I strongly believe the republicans want Obama to win, so they can continue the charade of game playing and deal making.

        • 179 Quantum Leap August 15, 2011 at 11:51 pm

After being called a kook and every other name I think he is up to the task. When you reach that age you do not give a rats a$$ what anyone says as long as you stand in your own integrity. That’s where he is at. He doesn’t bore people with who is wrong and who is doing what. He’s sticking to his principles and the people like that. People are sick of the blame game and negative campaigns. Those that won’t vote for him think Hussein is doing a good job anyway. 😆 Watch the Indies shift to RP. You wouldn’t believe how much support he has from disenfranchised dems. No one is perfect but he’s the best. He wants to stay out of other countries business and people’s lives. Israel hates him. He will not be funding this game with Israel to the tune of billions. We are too broke. All we take in annually pays just the interest on the debt. The hole we are in is vast and wide. He’s the only one to dig us out. Picture a set of high powered brakes. That’s Ron Paul and the deficit. Come to your own conclusions. The Ron Paul supporters already have. He makes no mention of entitlements or soc sec because it’s not his issue. He’ll prolly let those ride. He’s putting the brakes on funding other countries and their issues.
Now we have diebold to contend with. Everyone needs to get a purple thumb print when they vote

        RE: Can Ron Paul win?

I have to agree with DrKate. In addition, many republican voters view him as a bit weird. He has a couple of good ideas but some of his contentions are downright dangerous.

Besides, as early as 2008 or 2009, he said that the eligibility was not an issue. I would not vote for anyone who takes that position. Cannot trust such person with the Constitution.

    • 181 Quantum Leap August 15, 2011 at 11:17 pm

Yep marginalize is a kind word here. The current news for tomorrow is that there are 3 front runners, Bachmann, Perry and Romney……. NO POLL has put them as the top 3 ever.
The amount of support TP has now is astounding. People are hearing him and Gingrich is even parroting his ideas. RP is the real front runner. Remember: Whomever the lamestream media marginalizes is the one to vote for. Whomever the lamestream media supports in not what we want.
I found TP to be very strong in his debates. He refused to be upstaged and he politely and forcefully made his point. After that debate where TP pounced on Pawlenty for his lies, Pawlenty dropped from the race. So I’m seeing a strong leader in TP who can’t be swayed into anything less than constitutional law. He’s the real constitutionalist among them. He can beat Hussein Obama for sure.

      • 182 drkate August 15, 2011 at 11:20 pm

        RP or TP?

      • 184 drkate August 15, 2011 at 11:25 pm

        • 185 Paula August 16, 2011 at 6:10 am

I agree. Out of all Repub contenders that we have, Ron Paul fits the closest to a Constitutionalist. He would be my choice out of all the Repubs unless another Constitutionalist comes along that has a chance of winning. I don’t forsee that happening, though.

          • 186 Paula August 16, 2011 at 9:21 am

I should add, however, that if I think Mr. Cain has a better chance than Mr. Paul, then I might take that route. He’s better than the others. Paul and Cain are my frontrunners right, now.

  49. 187 heather August 15, 2011 at 6:11 pm

OT a bit—so tell me, have we NOT put money into SS/medicare all these yrs? Just another terror tactic he is shoving down out throats. These are not entitlements–these are paid for and funded and if there is a giant IOU in the lockbox then its because they stole it and now they are terrified because the bill is coming due fast with all the boomers getting ready to retire.

So my suggestion is Barry, “fill up the lockbox with all the money you have stolen in the past 3 yrs and the rest of them, put your extorted money back in.”

He is admitting that he is a socialist born in another country and taking away our freedom. Bo is the worst. How can anyone back that loser? I can’t understand how he has a higher approval rating than the congress. Bo is the one bullying the congress into submission. Bo is the one who people should disapprove of instead of the congress. Although, I think congress should be working harder to getting to the bottom of bo’s ineligibility no matter where he was born since his father was never a citizen. Bo must go! Anyone who supports that moron, after how much he has destroyed our country, is a fool. Anyway kudos to that tea party guy. JERUSALEM – Turkey secretly passed a message to Damascus last week that if it does not implement major democratic reforms, NATO may attack Syrian President Bashar Assad’s regime, according to Egyptian security officials speaking to WND.

The Egyptian security officials said the message was coordinated with NATO members, specifically with the U.S. and European Union.

Assad has been widely accused of ordering massacres on militants and protesters engaged in an insurgency targeting his regime.

The Egyptian officials said Turkish leaders, speaking for NATO, told Assad that he has until March to implement democratization that would allow free elections as well as major constitutional reforms.

Read what we’ll need to accomplish to restore America to greatness.

The officials said the NATO message demanded Assad halt attacks against the insurgency and begin the process of democratization immediately.

Last week it was widely reported Turkey gave the Syrian government a two-week ultimatum to come up with a set of reforms and asked Assad’s regime to withdraw its security forces from protest cities.

Iran warns Israelis they should flee or face annihilation

Editor’s Note: The writer is the author of “A Time to Betray,” a book about his double life as a CIA agent in Iran’s Revolutionary Guards.

Iran is warning Israel that its citizens should flee the Middle East or face annihilation.

The chief commander of Iran’s Basiji forces, Brig. Gen. Mohammad-Reza Naghdi, recently stated that Iran has no option but to destroy Israel. Ratcheting up the war of words, Naghdi is now threatening Israelis in the “occupied lands” that they are surrounded by mujahedeen of Islam bent on their destruction.

“I quote our supreme leader, Imam Khamenei, who clearly stated during the recent gathering of the leadership’s elite that Zionists are now encircled by those who are willing to wage jihad for Islam, and that those concerned for their safety and well-being should quickly go back to the countries they left behind,” Naghdi told the Fars News agency, the media outlet for the Revolutionary Guards.

When asked by the Fars News reporter about what he called empty threats by the Zionist government against Muslims, Naghdi responded: “(Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu and the Zionists don’t even have the capability to keep the Hamas mujahedeen in check, let alone take it upon themselves to devise plans and plots for Muslims elsewhere. Our response to all the threats is that the heads of the Zionist government and Mr. Netanyahu should prepare themselves for the cage (prison).”

Fear of Iran prompts ‘rapid reaction force’

Saudi Arabia is developing a Sunni rapid-reaction military of soldiers from Central and South Asian Muslim nations to confront the expansion of Iranian influence and Tehran’s nuclear threat in the Arab world, Joseph Farah’s G2 Bulletin reports.

The effort, which has been under way for months, according to informed sources, will include participants from Pakistan, Indonesia and the Gulf Arab countries. Training will be held in facilities the Saudis will finance in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.

According to sources, Pakistan and Jordan will provide the instructors for the new mobile force. The Saudis are looking to China to help supply weapons. In exchange, some sources say that Riyadh will offer Beijing naval facilities in the Saudi kingdom to access the Red Sea and Persian Gulf.

Such a development would be a big boost to China’s plans to expand its forces and give it bases from which to combat pirates attacking Chinese and other ships in the Arabian Sea.

We do know, that a child born quote, “In hospital, in Hawaii,” in the first half of the 1960s would have been issued a standard, long-form birth certificate, complete with all the normal birth documentation, signature of the attending physician and so on.

I could sit at a typical workstation, not unlike the one I’m on now, and produce brilliant documents that would declare me King of Mars, but that doesn’t make me royalty anymore than any of the documents we have currently available makes the President born in hospital, in Hawaii. This is why all the venom hurled by any one side of this debate against their opponents is just about equally invalid. What we can reasonably prove is, that at some point, a lie has been told. What is being kept from the American people, and why? We can’t really say.

    Devvy has an interesing article:

“….On March 20th, 2009, Army Ranger 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna was sentenced to 25 years in prison for killing Ali Mansur, a known Al Qaeda operative while serving in Iraq.” That’s where the story begins with the stench of corruption and cowardice by military officers up the line and military prosecutors. ….”

Staff Sergeant Who Stopped Following Orders From Obama’s Military Expounds on His Decision
    by Sharon Rondeau

SSgt Moran’s complete, unedited response, received at 8:02 a.m. EDT, is as follows:

This is an extremely important email. I ask that you not treat this email as other ordinary emails. It must be read and reread, thoroughly comprehended by everyone. Your patience with this request is appreciated. Please inform me when you receive it and if it is continued as the prior information in your Post and Email. I cannot stress enough the urgency and I will explain why, alright? Only follow carefully and please don’t add or subtract or be mislead. However, you may use it as you see fit, and I’m at the mercy of your profession.
Let’s start by answering the question of my name. My full name is Daryn John Moran. At the time that WND reported my story, the journalist was aware of my name, but the website used a pseudonym for security reasons.

So the first emphasis which I do not want missed is that these events are not all about me, or even the one I’ve identified in this fight, B. Obama. It’s about every American whether they pity myself or support the President. This is critical to think about.

In length, I’ve identified why I will not follow orders in the military anymore. Should B. Obama provide an original birth certificate from Hawaii that professionals prove valid, it would be nice to know he was born in our country, instead of still having no rational reason to believe he was. He cannot change the fact that his dad was never an American citizen, and I won’t be addressing the natural born citizen clause at this moment, except to say, of course, I believe as an American, that the founders meant two citizen parents and that our history of court rulings etc fully validate this.

    A few Perry tidbits:

Rick Perry tied to Agenda 21: Selling Texas to foreigners, jabs Obama for same

Rick Perry may be good at invoking states rights and property rights, while disavowing ‘ foreign creditors,’ but his actions as Texas’ longest serving governor tell a different story. Public private partnerships (or P3s) are part and parcel of the United Nations’ Agenda 21. Two of the purposes of Agenda 21 are to abolish private property and restrict mobility and P3s act as the vehicle to do it. Perry made P3s a centerpiece of his transportation policy since he stepped in as governor.

It started with the Trans Texas Corridor, known at the federal level as high priority corridors, corridors of the future, or the NAFTA superhighways. Just in Texas, it was to be a 4,000 mile multi-modal network of toll roads, rail lines, power transmission lines, pipelines, telecommunications lines and more. It was going to be financed, operated, and controlled by a foreign company granted massive swaths of land 1,200 feet (4 football fields) wide taken forcibly through eminent domain.

Called the biggest land grab in Texas history, it was going to gobble up 580,000 acres of private Texas land (the first corridor alone was to displace 1 million Texans) and hand it over to well-connected global players using P3s, who would gain exclusive rights to determine the route and what hotels, restaurants, and gas stations were along the corridor in a government-sanctioned monopoly for a half century. It was the worst case of eminent domain for private gain ever conceived.

    Property rights shredded
The Trans Texas Corridor, and P3s in general, represent an imminent threat to private property rights. While lawmakers repealed the Trans Texas Corridor from state statute only months ago due to the public backlash, the re-named corridor ( ‘Innovative Connectivity Plan’) and its threat to property rights lives on through P3s. Two such projects underway by a Spanish developer, Cintra, will charge Texans 75 cents per mile in tolls (nearly $13 a day while Perry claims he hasn’t raised taxes or indebted Texans to foreign creditors) to access lanes on two public interstates — I-635 and I-820. A third project being developed by the same company for two segments on SH 130 is, perhaps, the only leg of the Trans Texas Corridor TTC-35 project that will ever be built.

While Perry distracted Texans and tea partiers with ‘emergency’ resolutions on state sovereignty during the 82nd legislature, P3s spread from transportation projects to virtually every other type of public infrastructure in a bill, SB 1048, passed by the Texas legislature which he signed into law June 17. Now all public infrastructure, including public buildings, schools, nursing homes, ports, mass transit, etc. can be auctioned-off to private interests in long-term sweetheart deals with taxpayer subsidies and profit guarantees using P3s.

P3s give a private corporation the power to tax the public, whether through charging tolls or other so-called ‘user fees,’ to access their own public infrastructure, and, perhaps more insidious, allowing well-connected private entities to profit from concessions on land taken through eminent domain.

Why shouldn’t the original landowner be able to profit from developing his/her land instead of having the government take it in the name of a “public use” and give it to another developer, one with government connections? Perry’s administration of P3s is like his administration of his Emerging Technology Fund that’s been highly criticized for steering taxpayer money to Perry’s campaign donors — a case in point, Dan Shelley.

Shelley worked for Cintra, who had its sites set on developing the Trans Texas Corridor. Shelley lands a job as Perry’s aide, steers the $7 billion corridor P3 to his former employer Cintra, then goes back to work for Cintra. That’s how Perry does business — pay to play.

    Texas “Open for Business”
While Perry is staking his campaign on Texas being the top net jobs creator, Perry’s version of Texas being “Open for Business” isn’t about low taxes and less regulation as much as it is about doing business with foreign companies, including selling off Texas’ sovereign land and public assets to foreign creditors, an issue which Perry’s first television ad uses to take aim at President Obama.

Aside from the P3s, Texas has 20 active deals going with the Chinese and has 32 foreign trade zones (FTZs), a vehicle to ease the flow of foreign goods into the United States that are chalk full of tax breaks for importers. Perry’s office promoted these FTZs in a document entitled Foreign Trade Zones: Texas Wide Open for Business and even dedicates a web site for Texas FTZs, http://www.TexasWideOpenForBusiness.com.

A recent Washington Post article documents Perry’s work to get Chinese government-owned telecommunications company Huawei, to base its U.S. operations in Texas, a company that the U.S. government has deemed a threat to national security noting that “three times since 2008, a U.S. government security panel has blocked Huawei from acquiring or partnering with U.S. companies because of concerns that secrets could be leaked to China’s government or military.”

Perry’s coziness with the Chinese and foreign investors exposes a huge weakness in his right flank — illegal immigration and open borders. The Trans Texas Corridor has been linked to the global plan to economically integrate North America, with the eventual goal of a common security perimeter modeled after the European Union. Perry ushered in in-state tuition for illegals and has long been an obstacle to immigration reform or any Arizona-style immigration law.

Perry’s record paints a much different picture than what candidate Perry would have us believe — that he’s a states rights, Constitutionally limited government conservative that’s responsible for the “Texas miracle.” In reality, he’s more like an Agenda 21 globalist willing to sell America to the highest bidder.

I knew there was more to this story than what he claims. I also knew Perry is a biilderberg attendee–if not a member already.

Do not vote for him for anything.
