The ONLY Way to Defeat Obamacare Forever

©2011 drkate

…and the failure to use this tool shows the cowardice of everyone who says ‘they’re against it’ and politicians who promise its repeal.  It’s the silver bullet, his Achilles Heel:  Obama is not a natural born citizen and  does not have the constitutional authority to sign any bill into law.

Here’s Congressman Ron Paul with Judge Andrew Napolitano discussing the fundamental unconstitutionality of Obamacare, with which I agree.

To his credit, Dr. Paul introduced legislation  to prohibit the unconstitutional provisions of the bill from going into effect.  It was predictably rejected so more games could be played.  But nibbling halfheartedly around the edges, always with strings attached,  the republican political class prefers to play games and will not use their authority or power to stop  obamacare.

But its not just obamacare—the whole nation will suffer unspeakable harm as the illegal Obama is allowed to continue in office without so much as a peep from any of them on eligibility.  Lawrence Sellin describes the stupidity of the republicans’ 2012 election strategy in ignoring Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility:

Americans understand that the Democrats are hopelessly corrupt and many are accomplices in Obama’s crimes. They do not understand, however, why the Republicans remain silent as the Obama Administration continues to drive the country towards the precipice. There are two reasons: (1) some Republicans facilitated Obama’s illegal nomination for the Presidency and, subsequently, have been complicit in the cover-up and (2) ignoring Obama’s crimes is part of the Republican 2012 campaign strategy.

I would also add that they hide behind racism and political correctness to essentially cloak their objectives, which are to keep Obama in power.  None of them really want to win.

The only way to defeat Obamacare is for the candidates and Congress to call out Obama.  By what authority did he sign this legislation?  By the  “duties vested in the President”, which he took by force and deception?

Obama usurped the authority of the presidency–took power that he was not entitled to and does not belong to him.  He has no right to use that authority for any reason including signing “obamacare into law”.

Obamacare is wholly invalid because Obama is invalid.  It’s that simple, republican candidates.

The republican candidates are wasting time and resources not dealing with this issue. I think its time to consider heading to the Birther Summit and staying.

I totally agree. One vote and everything he has signed, all EX Orders, all bills, etc. I’m fed up with all in Congress/Sentate

If the gov’t does go bankrupt, can we Patriots buy it, like they did years ago?

      • 4 Tenacity October 6, 2011 at 12:49 pm

If what goes bankrupt, the corporation known as the United States of America, Inc.? And what will put it into bankruptcy, the fraudulent debt purported to be owed to the privately owned Federal Reserve? What have they loaned but paper and to whom have they loaned it? I’d like to be the judge in that case. I would force the dissolution of the corporation and the people wouldn’t owe a dime. Anything other than that would be a fraud upon the people. Furthermore, since all of the acts of that corporation have been outside the scope of the constitution and the States, then everything that corporation has done would have no further force nor effect upon the States or their citizens. If the CAFR funds are owned by that corporation rather than our lawful government, then they would be forced to disclose those assets. Hmmm, I think I will sell tickets to this event.

RE: “…I would also add that they hide behind racism and political correctness to essentially cloak their objectives. “

The first part of your sentence (that they hide behind racism and political correctness) is clear. That is exactly what they are doing.

But what on earth is their objective?

Corsi thinks that the GOP believes that if O is disqualified Hillary would be more difficult to beat. I don’t think so, but he could be right that that is the GOP “objective”.

We discussed this earlier, and I don’t disagree with you, but the GOP strategy still makes no sense to me, and I am not alone. Lawrence Sallin, whom you quoted, also says it is a puzzle for many grass root republicans as well.

Perhaps it comes down to simple cowardness hidden behind racism and political correctness, as you put it. I just cannot see any rational objective that is good for the GOP. To me their behavior is self-destructive. Which would not bother me, if they did not hurt the country by their irrational stance.

They are all corrupt and that is the reason. The R’s have lots of skeletons in their closet as well. It’s like a cesspool down there in DC. And it can’t be solved by voting which simply substitutes different faces in the same cauldron of corruption. We the people need to take over DC and kick EVERYONE out and take it over and clean it up. That is how bad the situation is. However since Americans have turned into nothing but spineless wimps i dont’see ths happening

I completely agree with you. I don’t get why the republicans don’t come out swinging at these corrupt criminals–oh sure some the repubs are corrupt but not all, and its beyond time to beat these vicious evil dems at their own game.

As far as Americans being wimps–some are–especially the obot lovers, but the majority of us want to fight back with our voices and votes, but the dems continue to ignore each one of us, if it doesn’t suit their corrupt agendas.

Who gave them criminals this power? They spit on our constitution, and on us all the while hiding and pretending to be so american–with their little lapel flags–that none deserve to wear–since they hide behind the flag. The flag is just a symbol, an icon, a false idol–the Bible on the other hand goes hand in hand with our constitution, and they all hate both.

I have decided that most of these career rinos and dems are nothing but atheists – which they prove by allowing this cheap and illegal alien to remain in our house.

I have no respect and no trust in any single one of them. They prove over and over that they have absolutely no regard for anything other than the money they can extort through lobbiests, the power they force on us and the continued double talk–my gosh how stupid are we that we listen, and trust these criminals. They make up words to suit their own agendas, so they can continue to pretend to be “for” us…….and on and on. It is so past time for everyone of them to go.

We need the people to march into DC and arrest all of them-and screw the security, we will arrest them too for aiding and abetting.

I have been banned from more than a couple “Conservative” sites for exactly this same argument. Ineligibility is Obama’s Kryptonite, yet these supposed “Conservatives” refuse to use it. They say that what should be attacked is his “policies”, and that “nativism” has no place in the “conservative movement”. They have been cowed by the “birther” and “racist” epithets. Those in Government remain silent because they are complicit. So there they sit in the stew of their own making.

Because they’re all on the same team….Everything they do is all an orchestrated show to deceive….They are all on the CFR NWO team.

Well then, we need to over haul the entire “HIRED STAFF” TO INCLUDE THE SCOTUS!–No more lifetime appts. They are staff that we elect/hire to do a JOB for US not for THEM and the NWO–and it’s gone beyond time for all of THEM to be FIRED and no benefit package to take with them.

To vote them out doesn’t correct the situation, as they all just go on to other organizations that cycle back through over and over again. It is a merry go round and enough is enough.

Dozens of House Democrats are calling for an investigation into potential conflict-of-interest issues involving Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

As the Supreme Court begins its fall session, Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-Ore.), Rep. Louise Slaughter (D-N.Y.) and some of their colleagues are asking the House Judiciary Committee to hold hearings on alleged ethical violations and raising questions on whether the justice can be impartial.

Among their charges against Thomas: that the justice failed to report at least $1.6 million that his wife, Ginni, had earned since 1997; that he might have failed to report gifts from rich supporters; and that he inappropriately solicited donations for favored non-profits, according to their letter sent to Judiciary Chairman Lamar Smith (R-Texas) and ranking member John Conyers (D-Mich.).

“The Supreme Court’s greatest assets are its integrity and the public trust,” Blumenauer said in a statement. “Yet for months now, concerns have been building about the unwillingness or the inability of the Supreme Court to address allegations of potential ethics violations by Justice Clarence Thomas.”

Well, thats OK but these folks might want to consider what Justice Thomas might say in this investigation unless of course the investigation is held behind closed doors at the stroke of midnight at a secret location. This is how criminal organizations come apart ,like a cheap watch.I believe this is another false flag and will never happen.

Just my opinion but I believe nothing can be done until We the People figure out
how to neuter the two enforcers of complicit government, the FCC(News) and the IRS(your money),either of which can tie you up in knots. On the latter, look at this :

This is the man who filed treason complaint against Obama (copied from Facebook)
Harry Accornero – N.H. State Representative for District 4, Laconia
It does not look like I will get the support from my fellow Legislators that I had hoped. While many agree with me, they are not willing to stand in public with me. I do not blame them for many our business men and women and fear the power of the What House and what may happen to their business, such as an audit by the IRS. I will wait a few more days and see what happens.

Palin Exalts American Exceptionalism With Chuck Yeager Looking On

Palin’s first reference to American exceptionalism came in the context of encouraging people to make contributions to the victims of Hurricane Ike.

“We’re gonna pull together and assist them because America is an exceptional country and you are all exceptional Americans,” she said. “And out of all of our exceptional Americans, I want to take the time for all of us to join in honoring those of us who have served our country in uniform either today or our veterans of the past.”

“You understand the need to put the pride back into America and into Americans because we can do this again,” Palin said. “We are an exceptional nation.”

Eze 22:23 ¶ And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
Eze 22:24 Son of man, say unto her, Thou art the land that is not cleansed, nor rained upon in the day of indignation.
Eze 22:25 There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof.
Eze 22:26 Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.
Eze 22:27 Her princes in the midst thereof are like wolves ravening the prey, to shed blood, and to destroy souls, to get dishonest gain.
Eze 22:28 And her prophets have daubed them with untempered morter, seeing vanity, and divining lies unto them, saying, Thus saith the Lord GOD, when the LORD hath not spoken.
Eze 22:29 The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully.
Eze 22:30 And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.
Eze 22:31 Therefore have I poured out mine indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath: their own way have I recompensed upon their heads, saith the Lord GOD.

Very good, Kate, thank you. We do need to go to the birther summit and stay there. The ONLY way to get this country straigtened out is to go en mass and make DEMANDS and not back down.

I am taking a constitution class which is very good. They are using a set of videos but I don’t know the name of the course right now. Last night we started on the constitution itself and covered Article 1, especially the commerce clause and the welfare clause. They say that we need to use Websters 1828 dictionary to get the full meaning of what the writers of the constitution really meant. Welfare is defined differently than the dictionary we use today. I was just found the 1828 version on line and I also found The constitution Dictionary which looks very g good. It basically defines words which the writers used in the constitution.

Yes…I do believe the Republicans don’t want to win this election and their objective is to let obama ‘win’. Or, the ‘handlers’ have purchased them and who ever is installed will continue the work of obama and most certainly never let this information get out about obama… so I just decided to say it.

Just reinforces that we need to work on the local level to remove him from the ballot. Everyone should look at their state elections laws and find out how to prevent him from being on the primary ballot–the deadline will be soon and window short. Submit the evidence that is out there. Even if they don’t accept the information they will be force to explain why they put an ineligible candidate on the ballot in the general election, which also can be challenged.

  11. 33 Durus October 6, 2011 at 10:11 am

  12. 34 chris October 6, 2011 at 10:37 am

_I have been yelling forever that removing obama on account of his constitutional ineligibility will null and void everything/everyone he has ever signed/appointed, including obamacare and Kagan and Sotomayer….

I am now yelling that We the people need to teach the R candidates a lesson that they won’t get our votes unless they address the obama eligibility issue, by voting for the one and only candidate, Cody Robert Judy in the Dem primary.

I am only a nobody. Actually even Dr. Kate’s call for using the ‘silver bullet’ has been in vain.

Could it be Congress and We the people and the pres candidates don’t want to remove obama?
Why else would they/we not use the silver bullet? They really have so much faith that the election will remove the odevil? Most likely they are plotting to hand over the presidency to Obama for 4 more years!
It is pure stupidity (being so sure obama will lose the election) or intentional stupidity (letting obama in the pres race again to steal the presidency one more time! )

“Obamacare is wholly invalid because Obama is invalid.”

And every Justice/Judge who was nominated by Obma is invalid because Obama is invalid.

Imagine not only Obamacare being repealed but also all of Obama’s judicial nominees being repealed and replaced. Perhaps it is for the best if Obama is not determined to be a usurper until AFTER he is defeated, so that the replacements for those judges can be nominated by a Republican President and confirmed by a Republican Senate.

    • 41 drkate October 6, 2011 at 11:55 am

Now that is an interesting idea, let this fully come out after his defeat.

What I worry now about is whether the Republicans have any intention of trying to defeat him? IT seems lit it will be a mixed and disappointing bag, as the tea party starts going after Romney but won’t support Paul…

Romney is Rove’s choice–Rove collaborated with Brazille to give the election to Obama—and also the Bushes, so he will lose to Obama and Jeb Bush will run in 2016.

If Romney ends up being the GOP nominee, then true conservatives could focus on a more exceptional write-in candidate.

Now that would be something to see… a write-in candidate who spent no money on a campaign, beating Obama with his war chest of ill gotten gains.

just part of the game, and it seems now that it is all ‘mockingbird’ all the time. The things that feed it are the false ‘left-right’ and liberal-conservative themes and other paradigms. Maybe its just plain communism that is what took over, and now we must get rid of it. Obama’s blatant theft and the government’s cooperation is astounding, but that is how much they think they are in control. Now we have all of their videos on how they did it so it will be a matter of unwinding the whole thing. A calling or a curse, we do live ‘in interesting times’!

              • 48 drkate October 6, 2011 at 2:22 pm

So, lets go…write-in President and VP

The only one who would have a massive chance in write in would be Ron Paul I think. VP–Major General Paul Vallely.

Has Ron Paul explained why he feels Obama being a dual citizen at birth, who cannot meet the “natural born Citizen” qualification for the office of the President?

That is one problem… candidates are just dismissing that issue without giving us a reasonable explanation for why they feel it is a non-issue.

No he hasn’t. And it bothers me too.

Sadly, there seems to be more talk about ineligibility on any given Sunday during football season in the U.S. than about one of the most important issues in America today. It’s the issue that still hasn’t gone away, despite the best attempts of politicians, media pundits, and well known talk show hosts from both sides of the political aisle. It’s the issue of the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to occupy the highest elected office in the United States.

Heather, Troy is right on and yes they are all acting except for the hopeful exception of Dr. Paul. Bachman, Perry, Romney, Cain, Gingrich and others are all initiates hiding behind conservative rhetoric. Remove their masks and there is little difference between their sold out globalist bankster agendas. There is only one marginalized by the bankster controlled media. Why?

I would not bet on his defeat? As DrKate pointed out: Who will be his opponent?

He is raking in campaign money hand-over-fist. No GOP candidate can match that. TV sound bites matter – and cost money – most voters base their vote on that.

  14. 64 Voco Indubium October 6, 2011 at 12:23 pm

RE: “It is pure stupidity (being so sure O will lose the election) or intentional stupidity (letting O in the press race again to steal the presidency one more time! )”

You are saying the same thing that I said (4th comment from the top) in other words.

The ball is in the hands of the GOP. The Media, all three branches of government are corrupt. The Tea Party is not strong and focused enough. So only the GOP is left. And what are they doing? Nothing.

What is the “objective” of the GOP (DrKate uses the word “objective”) ?

    Or is there one?

Is Corsi’s theory true that the GOP thinks Hillary would be a more difficult opponent?

Or is this a miscalculation by the GOP?

Or – intentional to reelect O?

There is no rational explanation. It is not enough to say there is only one party. What are the unpublicized “objectives” of the GOP?

Here is an email forwarded to me by a foreign friend. The email is from Van Jones. The recipient was not aware of Van Jones’ communist background.

      Dear XXXXX,
The brave occupiers of Wall Street need your loving support and assistance today, as they rise up and demand a government that is responsive to the 99% of us, not the 1% that can afford lobbyists.
We’re joining with MoveOn and labor and community groups in New York for a massive march down to the Occupy Wall Street encampment. And for those who can’t make it to New York, we’re holding a huge online “Virtual March on Wall Street” in solidarity with the courageous protesters in New York.
We in the American Dream movement respect and celebrate Occupy Wall Street as an independent movement; we love their spirit, courage, and nonviolence. Like so many Americans, we want to do what we can to help them succeed.
The occupiers have asked for the rest of us (who make up America’s “99%”) to stand and act with them in solidarity. Today, we answer that call.
Take a few minutes to share your story or your message of support for Occupy Wall Street, and we’ll bring your stories and messages straight to the protestors.
Upload an “I’m the 99%” story.
Send a message of support to those occupying Wall Street.
Check out and share the stories and messages posted by others.
Right here, right now. This is when we stand up to those who have brought us to financial ruin and proudly align ourselves with those whose democratic innovations are breathing life into our finest ideals.
No more listening to the titans on Wall Street. They were wrong when they told us less regulation would bring more jobs. They were wrong when they told us their banks were too big to fail. There is only one thing that is too big to fail today: the dreams of this new generation, finding its voice in Liberty Park.
Help us support those occupying Wall Street and spread the word about these first critical steps in the creation of a movement that can restore American democracy, and renew the American Dream.
Add your voice, stand with those occupying Wall Street.
Upload an “I’m the 99%” story.
Send a message of support to those occupying Wall Street.
Check out and share the stories and messages posted by others.
Thank you for all you do to make our country better.
–Van, Natalie, Billy, Jim, Ian, Somer, and the rest of the Rebuild the Dream team

We need to get to the bottom of who is behind this Occupy Wall Street movement. You saw what I posted before and now with Alex Jones talking about them in a positive light has certainly got me confused.

I believe those in NY are part of barrys paid community organizers put there by van jones, since yesterday he came out with they have to emulate the tea party but will in essence be his commies.

If you listen to some of the interviews, these people don’t have a clue as to what they are there for. Some are calling for debt forgiveness to everyone including foreign countries, some are calling for a minimum wage increase to $20 an hr., some are calling for the govt to take over more private industries and the govt to tax the very rich more and on and on.

I don’t think these people are legit, but put there by barry and co.

Some may be there and are constitutionalists, but the ones I heard interviewed were commies. I haven’t heard any of them say to end to fed in NYC.

      • 70 Durus October 7, 2011 at 10:07 am

The true “Tea Party” could start counter protesting the “Occupy Wallstreet” goons.

The message of the “Occupy Wallstreet” goons is “covet your neighbors stuff”.

The message of the “Tea Party” is “restore fiscal responsibility to the federal government”.

The frustration level is really getting high—DrK is quite correct in that the way to stop bho is the dual citizenship route. That solves a lot of the problems w/o congress and all their fumbling. The big question is timing—too early and the Dems get behind Hillary, too late and irretrievable damage will be done( like elections called off and the subsequent chaos).

The Rep.s are campainging among themselves now, but when they pick a candidate they will be working against bho. That should–SHOULD-make it open season on theThief in Chief. Yes, both sides have dirty linen, but if the GOP doesn’t get with the job at hand, their linen will be rags. And the country will be a larger version of Venezuela.

RE: ” too early and the Dems get behind Hillary, too late and irretrievable damage will be done( like elections called off and the subsequent chaos)….”

It is too late already now. Why worry about Hill? The Dems will have to come up with a nominee. Accoring to Corsi, the GOP thinks it is easier to beat O than Hill. In my opinion the opposite is true, but it is possible that Corsi is right on the GOP misconception.

Also, do you see a major difference between Hillary and Romney?

  17. 81 deafy2 October 6, 2011 at 3:11 pm

    About time!

But are we going to allow this to be a “side issue” and die off?

Make noise, and keep this upfront in everybody’s eyes …

    March and Protest!!!

  18. 82 uguesswhat October 6, 2011 at 3:14 pm

I think Hillary could be beat as we all now know of her “progressive”
agenda and her support for Obummer. She has more hidden dirt
in her closet now than she had when she was running for pres.
It could be that her previous supporters have all deserted her,
including PUMA, because of her dirty foreign deals. I think even
Rick Santorum or Michelle Bachman could now beat her out.
Hillary supports NWO and commies. Most Repubs have been bought
or threaten and I wouldn’t vote for either Romney, Cain, Perry or Newt.
Romney had his chance in 2008 but he sold out to the RNC and Rove
to put McCain as the runner against obama. Rove supports the Bushs
    who are the NWO.

    • 83 no-nonsense-nancy October 6, 2011 at 7:21 pm

I have been going back and reading some of the PUMA blogs again just to see what they are up to. Believe me, they are still in bed with Hillary and Bill. They are blind and deaf to what the Clintons are up to. They are in their own little world. I’m sure they never read any of the more conservative blogs or publications. They don’t really support the tea party but they are interested in the repub candidates and they watch the debates. They will vote for a repub if BO is the candidate but if it were Hillary they would definitly vote for her.
I guess I lost a friend lately because in an email I said I couldn’t support Hillary if she would run again because I know too much about her now and I never heard from her again.

Marxist ‘Occupy DC’ Protesters Hold Anti-Capitalist Rally at Chamber of Thursday, October 6, 2011, 4:03 PM

They Don’t Want Jobs – They Want Revolution
Marxists, union officials, Code Pink leaders, and far left loons held a rally against capitalism today at the Chamber of Commerce Headquarters in Washington DC. The protesters don’t like the kind of jobs created by Chamber of Commerce members in a free society.

That’s Marxist Code Pink founder Medea Benjamin speaking to the protesters from the stage.

And, what a coincidence… Here, Barack Obama came out today and supported the protesters and attacked banks right along with them. You’d almost think this whole movement was planned by the White House?

    • 86 heather October 6, 2011 at 7:49 pm

IT WAS! Remember barry is a community organizer by trade (haha) and he is encouraging this—its called agitating—street thuggery, distractions to his so called job bill with all the fine print of our lost sovereignty by eliminating the 11th amendment.

    • 88 no-nonsense-nancy October 6, 2011 at 7:44 pm

      • 89 heather October 6, 2011 at 7:53 pm

I kind of get the sense that Biden is NOT on board with barry and what he has done to all of us.

When Biden was the senator for Delaware for all those yrs, he did a good job there and the people loved him—–they were not taxed out the ying yang and didn’t lose jobs etc. Biden was loved by them and something has told me all along that Biden is going along to get along, because he has been threatened too. His wife Jill is a professor at one of the Univ in Del and I don’t think she wants any part of this obama communism either.

Anyway one reads into that article — leaves one thinking of what he is doing.

        • 90 drkate October 6, 2011 at 8:04 pm

He should envoke the 25th amendment while he can. It has to come from the VP and a majority of the cabinet, or Congress.

          RE: Joe Biden

I did not read the article but watched Joe on C-SPAN this evening. The blame thing came up. Of course he did not take the blame. He blames it all on Bush as usual.

With regard to “not on board” with O. I did not have that impression. .

He is often criticized for his careless speech. He said he often speaks the way he thinks. If that is true, he is an unusual politician. Overall, one gets the impression that he is a likeable man, even if he is on the wrong side. (I am sure most of you will not agree with me on that.)

Awesome song by Diamond Rio – The song you are about to hear is from a Las Vegas Diamond Rio concert. They received an immediate resounding standing ovation, and continue to do so every time they perform. Sadly, major radio stations wouldn’t play it because it is considered “politically incorrect.” Consequently, the song was not released to the public. Although it is written for the United States it also applies to Canada and most other free Countries. You may want to share the song by circulating it to your friends OR maybe not. We still have the freedom of choice.

Would obamacare become null and void if the president is ineligible? Did congress adjourn within ten days after the bill passed? If not, according to the Constitution, the bill would become law without a presidential signature.

As to the executive orders and Sotomayor/Kagan, the constitution doesn’t have anything to say about their status. Executive orders from an ineligible president should be void. Sotomayor and Kagan were confirmed by the Senate. Would they have a legitimate claim to the Supreme bench? If it could be proved that Kagan had an active role in putting the ineligible president in office, wouldn’t that qualify as a high crime? Sotomayor has no such known skeletons in her closet.

    • 95 Tenacity October 6, 2011 at 7:10 pm

In the absence of an eligible POTUS, no veto has been afforded. So no, if there is no lawful POTUS seated, then no legislation can be enacted. Additionally, there are members of the legislative branch that are complicit to the fraud. If the legislation was signed by the Vice Pres as presiding officer of the Senate and his election were nullified, that would be a factor as well.

    • 96 Voco Indubium October 6, 2011 at 9:10 pm

Would you please explain the practical consequences?

      RE: Soto/Kagen

I think what you are saying is that just because O nominated them that would not disqualify them in case O himself is disqualifed. If that is what you are saying, I think you are right.

      • 97 drkate October 6, 2011 at 10:48 pm

it would prevent them from hearing any case on obama’s eligibility because they have direct financial interest in keeping their positions.

It was signed on march 23 2010, congress had not adjourned.

Both are good questions I think, KJ, thanks

“People always ask what it is like to have Secret Service around,” Mrs. Obama said. “It’s like having family around. … We have a fight among our family over who’s getting which people.

“Sasha will come in, it’s like, ‘You took Scott!'” Mrs. Obama said. “Malia’s like, ‘You took Scott? That’s not fair!’ And then I’ll say the same thing to Barack. It’s like, ‘Why did you get Beth?’ It’s dinner table conversation.”

Believe me, the Wons aren’t the only ones fighting “over who’s getting which people.” In fact, sometimes the SS agents resort to drawing straws to keep it fair.

I’ve got some bad news for Alex Jones and anyone else that thinks the banksters are going to be “taken down”.

The “banksters” are the ones secretly bank rolling and pushing all of these Soros backed fake protests.

It is part of the long thought out and well planned transformation from a free market capitalist system with the U.S. dollar as the international reserve currency to a new one world currency for the NWO communist government.

Think about it for a minute….What will the banksters really lose if their banks are “taken down”?….Nothing, that’s what…..It’s all PAPER FIAT Monopoly Money that is backed by absolutely nothing….It has absolutely NO REAL VALUE…..They will simply fire up the NEW printing presses and PRINT all of the new ONE WORLD CURRENCY that they can possibly stand…..They will be in the EXACT same dominating position that they are in right now…..THEY WANT THE CURRENT SYSTEM “TAKEN DOWN”!!!

Out with the old and in with the new….”Meet the new boss – Same as the old boss”

he is after the Fed. Res.
Exactly!….Who owns the Federal Reserve and what does the Federal Reserve print?

Answer: The international banksters do and the Fed prints U.S. dollar bills.

Result: Fed fails and with it, America and the rest of the world economy fails along with it.

Solution: A single world government and a single world currency with a new global monetary system.

Result: End of US dominance and sovereignty.

This documentary that I posted is looong, but it’s the best I’ve ever seen on the subject and it offers sound solutions at the end of the video.

It does not offer any particular political slant and could be viewed and it’s solutions agreed upon by right or left, I believe.

      I highly recommend it.

Terry, I’d like to hear your opinion on the solutions offered at the end.

It, in great detail, explains just what in the hell is going on in our country and throughout the entire world right now and yet the video is several years old….It’s uncanny just how on point it is with our current situation.

      • 126 Tenacity October 7, 2011 at 2:26 pm

I have watched this before, but will watch it again and address their solutions. First of all, this isn’t a bad history lesson, but there representations about paper money and precious metals are neither accurate nor complete. Hence, the claim of being “non-fiction” is not completely accurate. They have altered the true history and misrepresented context to fit their desired outcome or skewed solutions. Please always remember that a fiat currency will always approach its intrinsic value. Thus, with a fiat, you will always be subject to inflationary and occasional deflationary swings and manipulation. Any solution that allows a bank to create money is a real problem. Only the rarest commodities have been successful long term as a stable medium of exchange. Dr. Edwin Vieira, one of less than a handful of authorities I respect on this topic, will have nothing to do with any system or solution using paper money. The problems are complex and plentiful. If anyone really wants to thoroughly understand this issue, I highly recommend they read Dr. Vieira’s writings. The key is proprietary ownership of the medium of exchange being held by the people. Even where the paper money is backed by a precious commodity, proprietary ownership of the commodity is NOT IN THE HANDS of the people. Remember the saying “he who holds the gold rules”? If the people are to be sovereign, then they must hold the gold. You want to resist tyranny, then keep the bloody gold out of the hands of the tyrants. Any solution based upon centralized planning is a real problem. Centralized planning has been proven to not work. This is an important point and one that Dr. Vieira hammers over and over again.

RE: Ron Paul’s plan to impeach O for eliminating Awlaki

Just read the WND article on Awlaki

He was a genuine terrorist leader. In addition, the guy was a pervert and probably only barely escaped sentencing in the US for such behavior. Do you think Ron has any chance of impeaching O for getting rid of this guy, US Citizen or not? Public opinion would be against RP for sure, and O would benefit from the publicity.

Poor judgement for a prospective Prez.

  31. 128 Troy October 7, 2011 at 1:54 am

Poor judgement for a prospective Prez.
I’m not even a RP supporter, but I can tell you this….RP is putting the constitution and country before his own self interest and preservation….It’s to damn bad that other so called “leaders” won’t do the same.

It wouldn’t matter if Awlaki was killing and eating babies – he was still an American citizen and was suppose to have unalienable God given rights protected by the US Constitution…..What Barry & Co. did was just another act of ignoring and marginalizing our constitution.

Awlaki should have been capture, tried, convicted, sentenced to death and strung up in full public view right here in the US, not ordered for assassination….I don’t know why some people can’t see the dangerous slippery slope that has been started.

What if you were a militia man and someone in the government decided you were a terrorist?….What if you were wrongfully accused of a terrorist act that you didn’t even commit or have any knowledge of?….Wouldn’t you appreciate being able to defend yourself in a court of law before you were assassinated by a tyrant?

Lets get this straight – Awlaki was a murdering piece of shit and deserved to die, but he was a citizen and is supposed to have the right of a citizen to defend himself in court….That RIGHT was denied by a tyrant that thinks his opinions over rule our constitution.

This doesn’t have a thing to do with politics or political aspirations of any one person….This has to do with an out of control freak pissing all over this country and it’s laws.

This has to do with a very seriously dangerous precedent being set for future assassinations.

    • 129 heather October 7, 2011 at 11:08 am

As I said before I agree with you that capturing or eliminating with some kind of prior blessing of a special congressional committee, would have been preferable. (Although, I would be concerned of leaking, allowing the target to relocate.) So we have no arguments there.

Where we have disagreements, these 2 points:

You paint an image of RP as the champion of the Constitution. I say that there are so many violations of the constitution that no champion can take issue with all. He must choose a realistically achievable issue. The Awlaki elimination is not such case. So don’t go down on that road, especially when it will probably help O.

The second point is that if RP is such brave champion of liberty and the Constitution, then why is he refusing to get behind the most glaring and obvious violation, the eligibility. That issue is a tool placed in his hand, ready to be used and more effective. All other constitutional issues seem almost trivial in comparison.

I will vote for RP if he uses that tool, even though I think he has poor political judgment on the Awlaki issue. I will not vote for anyone who is not using it. My friends say that it means that I will stay home on Election Day. They could be right.

      • 133 Tenacity October 7, 2011 at 2:43 pm

I have responded to this before and I am not insane so expect no different result now. I suggest you vote for no one and allow whichever stooge the bankers select to occupy our White House.

If it were the “more effective” solution, it would have been used. Ask the question, “which Senator would have objected at the time of the Electoral College.” Allow me to answer…NONE. It takes one of each house. You might as well run on a platform of restoring the well-regulated State Militia and see where that gets you. It’s a real constitutional issue and would most certainly change the whole predicament we are in, but the concept has been effectively demonized. If RP raises the eligibility issue now, he can kiss his nomination goodbye.

We must fight this battle outside of the presidential nominees. If there was a candidate that had a billion dollar war chest in hand, then they might take on the issue and survive.

he ought to have secret service protection now, but, with the SS protecting the fraud Obama, no guarantee that they can do their job at all. They’ll protect the usurper and harass the constitutionalists.

          Attn. Tenacity

RE: “I have responded to this before and I am not insane so expect no different result now..”

I responded to Troy’s comments, not yours. I never called you insane and I never would. I have respect for your opinion, and I hope you have the same for mine. All we do is express opinions.

RE: “If RP raises the eligibility issue now, he can kiss his nomination goodbye. “

Here we have totally different opinions.

RP made negative statements about the eligibility issue as early as 2008. Many constitutionalists expressed surprise and disappointment already at that time. The issue was not demonized yet, and he could not rationalize at that time “kissing the nomination goodbye”.

Secondly, he has no chance of being nominated as it stands now. The Establishment GOP will make that sure. On the other hand, if he used the eligibility, his popularity would meteorically rise, like Trump’s popularity did. He may not get the nomination even that way, but it is a far better shot.

If I recall correctly, DrKate expressed similar sentiments a couple of weeks ago. If I find the post I will show it to you.

          • 138 Sallyal October 7, 2011 at 6:36 pm

I was about to make the same point about Trump. I do believe his popularity would rise “meteorically” as V

            I says.

              Attn.: Sallyal

Thanks for expressing the same idea. You and I are not the only ones on this opinion – there are many. The question is why is he not doing it, especially if he is such champion of liberty and the constitution?

Misconception, same as the Establishment GOP’s misconception?

Frightened? Of what? Trump survived pretty well.

Afraid of being ridiculed? Who cares, if his popularity sky-rockets, the last smile is his.

          • 140 Tenacity October 7, 2011 at 9:11 pm

Voco, you proved my point. I did not call you insane, I was making the point that I expected you to respond the same as you did before and you did. I would have been the one that was insane to expect a different result from my response. Now, if you expect a different response from me, that would be insane. Capiche?

      • 141 chris October 8, 2011 at 4:27 am

Voco, Please don’t stay home and not vote, especially in the primary! Temporarily switch to Dem party and vote for Cody Robert Judy in the primary. Cody is the one and only candidate who is addressing the o elig issue, and he is a strict constitutionalist. What better way to send them the mesaage that you will not support them if they don’t address this issue, than by voting for their opponent who will? If a respectable number of voters vote for Cody they will get the message!
        So spread the words:-
“I am working for The Cody Robert Judy for President 2012 U.S.C. Eligibility Campaign!”

        • 142 Voco Indubium October 8, 2011 at 3:54 pm

If Cody really fights on the eligibility front, I will vote for him. And I think we all should.

I spite of the approval ratings, O still has a chance to get reelected, because the Establishment GOP, it seems, is nominating a McCain type, resulting in the 2008 disaster. They never learn.

Most of you are taking for granted that O is not re-electable. In the meantime he is raking in campaign donations hand over fist. The TV sound bites are the deciding factor for most voters, but they cost money. No GOP candidate will be able match O’s war chest. The only sure way, is the eligibility route. If Cody will do, I and many others, will vote for him.

        OT but really important
I put a request up a few days ago here for information on HR 1505, and was directed to a news article from an AZ paper. Since I don’t believe the Press, I sent out another “sos” to a large group. What we are finding is mind boggling. Imagine Homeland Security having full power and highest power over everything and everyone for 100-miles inland from any of our borders.
Google NorthernBorderPEIS (PEIS (Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement)
There are many web sites (too many to list here) but check out who all is involved in this.
I knew that HR 1505, a ONE PAGE bill was making my skin crawl and now I know it was for good reason.
Did you know this started a long time ago? ACLU exposed it in 2006.
First 100-miles, then 200-miles, then what? Stack ’em and Pack ’em.

        Excerpt from article:
“In 2006 the American Civil Liberties Union exposed the expansion of border control [4] activities to within 100 miles of any point on the U.S. border. ACLU labeled this area the Constitution Free Zone [5]. Search and seizure options at border checkpoints are not constrained by the Fourth Amendment to the U.S Constitution, which protects against unreasonable search and seizure. Now, thanks to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), just because they’re within 100 miles of the nearest border nearly 200 million citizens are subject to searching and procedures that previously were used exclusively at border checkpoints.”
Scroll down to the Canadian Mounties picture and read the article.

Something interesting on Hannity tonight—during his coverage of the Fast and Furious mess, he flashed back to other questionable actions of the DoJ in past years. During the recount of the Ruby Ridge murders by Gov. agents under Clinton and Janet Reno, a brief glimpse of the property showed a New World Order sign with a red diagonal line through it. Could there have been a little more behind the raid than a question of illegal firearms dealing ???

  48. 189 aprilnovember811 October 7, 2011 at 8:02 pm

Please read this article before watching the video of what is claimed to be Obama’s mother Stanley Ann Dunham. Is Malcolm X his true father? I believe he is.

She is standing beside Malcolm X in this video. She has very short hair. You must read the article to understand the reason I’m bringing up her hair. For a long time, there have been rumors about Malcolm X (real name Malcolm Little) being Obama’s true father. I’ve included a link with photos of the two together also. The resemblance is hard to deny.

What go me looking into this tonight, was something Rush was talking about the other day. He mentioned the time Obama said he or his mother and father were in Selma Alabama. Well, Barack Obama Sr. wasn’t but Malcolm X was. There is video of him there. Did Obama slip when he said that, revealing who his true father is.

Please pass this around, so others are aware of it.

    Malcolm X in Selma Alabama

Photos of the two to compare.

    • 190 Katie October 8, 2011 at 12:00 pm

Did Obama slip when he said that, revealing who his true father is.
It’s as plausible to me as the nativity story we’ve been fed. The other aspect of this is IF true, then the usurper is 4 – 5 years older than he’s been marketed, and even if born in Hawaii, it wasn’t a US state at the time.

Which means he was born a citizen (see NY story) – like every other human on the planet. The question is…a citizen of WHERE???

      • 191 Voco Indubium October 8, 2011 at 3:34 pm

The resemblance is undeniably there. But without DNA there is no proof. Furthermore, DNA testing is not within any possible reach. So what practical use does this theory have?

Was it Berg or Andy who said that he researched this theory and found confirmation, back in 2008?

Why would O have to be older?

If the theory is true (and O is not older) O is nbc. Agree?

        • 192 Katie October 8, 2011 at 9:02 pm

It has to do with when Selma happened and the usurper’s slip about his parents being there. If I remember correctly, his lie was off about 4 or 5 years. Which would make him in his mid-50’s and could be another reason HI is hiding his records.

So many lies it’s impossible to know right now what is fact and what is fiction. Which I imagine is part of the plan.

was there ever any doubt that Palin was right from the start. these “little” blurbs are all now just coming out for all to see.

if everyone had read the initial HC bill when they first put it out on line–everyone would have known what was to come.

personally my husband and i took a full weekend to read the original bill and all of this and more horror was to come full spectrum at all of us.

when pelosi said, “you have to pass the bill to see whats in the bill”, that should have sent shivers up and down everyone spine. that bill was never changed for the better, but only for the worse and everyone should have read it prior to congress’s signing–and maybe, just maybe with the help of 300 million americans screaming NO it may have stopped it.

this HC bill is noting but higher taxes, hidden clauses, and full death panels for the disabled (or they like to call them, the disadvantaged) and all seniors. this bill does nothing for the good of anyone, except illegal immigants who will get their care for free, with us picking up the tab.

it also opens the doors for all foreign student docs to come here to practice, because the govt knew our drs would NOT approve of this bill for any reason. so its another wealth redistribution to all foreign student drs.

this evil and illegal bill MUST be stopped and killed before it even goes into effect, yet some insurance companies right now are gearing up and changing their benefits early to adjust and have their customers adjust to whats coming at us.

these evil corrupt criminals in the WH are just that, and they all must be arrested and jailed. they have committed the highest of crimes against the american people and our laws.

just who are they to sit in judgement of us?

Hillary’s smoking gun — the next segment in State Department’s role in Gunwalker — October 7, 2011

This is, in essence, Hillary’s smoking gun, the bombshell proof that she was personally involved in what became known as the Project Gunwalker scandal — an illegal scheme that was concocted in order to claim that draconian new gun restrictions and gun bans were needed in the United States, given [the false propaganda] that ‘most of the guns criminals use in Mexico come from America.’

Gunwalker part 2–the State Department connection — October 7, 2011

Breaking new information on the Project Gunwalker scandal, reported last evening by investigative citizen journalist Mike Vanderboegh, indicates that the connection between the Hillary Clinton State Department to the illegal operation is much more extensive than previously reported.

Add the State Department to suspects in DOJ-ATF gun smuggling scandal — April 18th, 2011

As the dragnet widens in the momentus scandal involving agencies of the U.S. government deliberately placing guns and weapons into the hands of Mexican drug cartels, it can now be reported that the State Department is included in the list of suspects. Today, Examiner’s Kurt Hofmann reports that the U.S. State Department, under Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, approved the sale of $177 million in firearms and explosives to the Mexican government, which, not surprisingly, made its way into the hands of the cartels.

The Ron Paul Mystique – Part I: What’s so different about Ron Paul?

    October 5 2011

$8 million raised by Paul in 3rd quarter of 2011?

    ~ Forewords ~
During the same period in 2007, he only raised $6 million.

Maybe you need to really look at the REAL Ron Paul!

What EXACTLY does Ron Paul really stand for? A lot of questions are long overdue and thanks to our columnist, S.J. Miller – they are finally being asked. The first of a four-part series – exclusively on The Federal Observer. This column will remain in place until someone gets it (hopefully Paul himself).

This four-part series was originally published on the Federal Observer during the month of August, 2007. It is imperative to revisit the REAL Ron Paul during Campaign 2011.

No man is an island, and none should be placed on a pedestal. Only Moses could deliver – and excuse me for saying so – Ron Paul is no Moses! (Editor)

      Minuteman’s comment is worth repeating:

My -sole- focus now, due to full and total infringement of, the Constitution by nearly all members of Congress, combined with my full conviction of the inviolability of that document, I see Ron Paul as the last and ONLY chance left to SAVE our blessed nation. ALL these politicians took an OATH. With possibly three or four exceptions,.. ALL BROKE that OATH

Maybe I’m too much of an idealist, -a dreamer …But I -know- this; as an “old white guy” I watched as my “American Dream”, was stolen and slipped out from underneath me my entire working ‘career’ by the liars among us; -the Corporate bigwig bastards, and the CORRUPT Politicians. And I deeply RESENT IT.

So, though I certainly don’t want to, I am willing to overlook some things about Ron Paul’s record that I otherwise would not in order to RESTORE the principles of our founders. Not the best choice maybe, but I see it as the only one we have.

To me, -Job 1 is SAVING the country-

And the only job we should all be focusing on.

ALL else is secondary. It is too late for anything else.

Does anyone care to comment about this information?:

          An excerpt from:

“The de facto UNITED STATES CORPORATION was unlawfully established by the forty-first congress in 1871 by deceptive means and without proper consent from “We the People”. The American people were placed under involuntary servitude by a “Legal” system of laws that have continually violated the “Constitution for the united States of America”, “Bill of Rights” and the “Declaration of Independence”. The corporate constitution was changed from the original form, wherein Amendments were unlawfully added and removed without the people’s consent. Since 1871, the abuses of this corporation upon both the international community as well as the American people are inestimable and unconscionable. De facto Congress has repeatedly violated their Oaths of Office, fiduciary responsibilities, and in many cases, committed treasonous acts against “We the People” of the united States of America and the world.

We humbly come forward apologizing for the numerous atrocities we have unknowingly allowed the U.S. CORPORATION to carry out upon the international community. It is our mission to establish the American image of truth, honesty, integrity and honor around the world. Our plan is to rebuild our economy and support other economies around the world, fulfilling humanitarian needs. We will allow our military to withdraw from unnecessary conflicts around the world and promote world peace and prosperity. We intend to follow God the Creator’s command to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, and care for the sick, irrespective of creed, religion or race. There is no law against these things.

We are calling on the support of all Nations around the world to help us end the tyranny that has been perpetrated by the unlawful actions of the UNITED STATES corporate government. We shall achieve this goal PEACEFULLY AND LAWFULLY, with boldness, integrity and truth, so help us God.”

Follow our Constitution a little bit or pick and choose which parts of the Constitution you will support and defend.

When you look at the big picture of the Constitution, it is a contract between the federal government and “we the people” which was not meant to be changed without amendments. It can be enforced as long as “We the people” support and defend every jot and tittle of it.

Ya gotta admit AJ has the guts to lead a protest against the fed–and its a wonder that barry and co doesn’t demand he be thrown in jail!

Go AJ–keep spilling the beans on the bankster/robbers—this Dallas protest is great!!!

Oh sure, I bet Bernanki, Clinton, and the rest think the WSO are great–sure they do–! Liars, their scared to death now–they know we all know they are the shadow govt/NWO who has stolen from all of us and started all of these wars for generations and murdered millions of people.

Time for the bankster/robbers to stand trial for crimes against humanity!

Durus asked: — The next question would be, was the Fast and Furious program a continuation of the Bush administration’s plan to undermine the 2nd amendment or was it wholly a concoction the Democrats had waiting in the wings for when they controlled the executive branch once again?

‘Wide Receiver’ CI: ‘It had nothing to do with Bush or even DOJ’

    October 7, 2011

“… The AP story said that under Bush this case was never prosecuted and it took the Obama administration to find this Bush debacle and prosecute.

The truth is that the first two AUSA’s [US Attorneys] assigned to this case declined to prosecute it because ATF, ASAC, SAC and above, lied to him and told him that the guns were being followed on the other side of the border. One AUSA told me, “Why would I take this case to court when I’d have to sacrifice my integrity and professional credibility because ATF screwed up so badly?”

There you have it. It had nothing to do with Bush or even DOJ at that point. ATF decision makers made the decision to devote 3 years worth of resources on a case based on a lie.

…… how can a new prosecutor take this case to court when the fundamentals have not changed? The foundation of the investigation was based on a lie.”

Yes, its a fact that barry is the spitting image of MX—however if it is true that they are father and son, barry can never tell, he has already admitted to obama sr being his father!! OH well to bad for him.

RE: Ron Paul’s intention to impeach O on the AWLAKI issue

It looks as if O looked at the legal implications. I still say that that it is a mistake by RP to try this. It will not work and it will help O.

“The Obama administration’s secret legal memorandum that opened the door to the killing of Anwar al-Awlaki, the U.S.-born radical Muslim cleric hiding in Yemen, found that it would be lawful only if it were not feasible to take him alive, according to people who have read the document.”
