The Compact is Broken

©2011 drkate

Let’s begin with Bill Whittle’s Afterburner:

This is a powerful lesson on the welfare  and commerce clauses of the Constitution, and their abuse by members of Congress for decades.  What they have set up for themselves is long-term employment as part of the political class…and that is why they don’t raise eligibility, or take their time on investigations essentially to ‘go dark’, and why republicans don’t really want to win the Presidential election. Covering this reality up is the fake ‘republican-democrat’ political game.

desert sky chemtrails

What the whole Obama usurpation, Bill Ayers, OWS, Soros, etc vs America is the much deeper conflict that is finally out in the open…and the sides are pretty clear. The video above points out that there is a fundamental  irreconcilable difference between conservatives and ‘liberals’ (aka the left, communists, fascists, socialist) regarding the Constitution for the United States. The ‘liberals’ believe the Constitution is flawed and is a living document that changes with the time and according to popular vote democracy.  Conservatives believe the Constitution is the law which can only be amended pursuant to the national dialogue called for in Article V.

The political class–which includes the judiciary–being either outspoken or closet ‘liberals’, or having been bought that way to enact the decades long abuse of the Constitution, have broken the contract with We the People who made it. The Constitution doesn’t need to be thrown out, the federal government does.

It’s a “When, in the course of human events it becomes necessary”– moment.

  • We call for their resignations beginning on 11-11-11…with regular follow-up in our states
  • We call for the immediate removal of Obama under the 25th Amendment
  • We call for the prosecution and impeachment of those involved in the 2008 coup
  • We call for the States to refuse to put Obama’s name on the 2012 general election ballot, and begin immediately working on our respective secretaries of state
  • We call for an orderly  return to sound money, the elimination of the federal reserve, and elimination of the unconstitutional income tax.

Your candidate may not say these things, but you need to, every day.

Absolutely say them every day. Also, you can vote out state liberal judges and we should eliminate the 11th cir. that believes what obat says, there is no Constitution. Make up the rules as you go along.
Today they announced the bonuses paid to exec. at Freddie and Fannie, maybe if enough Congress critters get pushed any further by their constituents they will start say not only no, but H*** no.

11-11-11 Pray God will be with us.

Not only is there fundamental differences between the liberals and the conservatives, there is also the fake ‘conservative’ ‘media’ at work to fool and manipulate people for their own anything-to-make-a-profit agenda!
John Ziegler (author of ‘Media Malpractice’) confirms my suspicion on the similarity of Cain’s almost meteoric rise to that of obama in 2008.
The media on both sides are operating either on their self-interests of profiting or as propaganda machines for their ‘ideology’. The resulting hovoc and miseries is not their concern.
Please check this out. John Ziegler has nailed it.
Many are so easily maipulated emotionally by the media, (FOX or otherwise), that it is looking gloomier and gloomier!
Just see how they are harping on the Cain sex scandals day and night but how nothing can derail Cain’s momentum. Bring back memories? – obama can do no wrong in 2008. Cain is charismatic, obama is messionic; Cain’s 999 tax plan vs o’s hope and change…..
I have nothing negative to say about Cain and am not passing any judgement on Cain. It just strikes me that this almost meteoric rise on Cain’s part is highly ‘suspect’.
If this recent attack on Cain is bad but make him more popular, wait till you see the nominee Cain under leftists attacks from which he will never recover, and hand over the victory to the usurper one more time.
Almighty god, help us to be strong, not to be manipulated…….

Dare I say Gingrich is our hope? (For the general election we have no choice but to vote against obama by voting for the R nominee!)
Gingrich was marginalized by the lamestream on account of his conservative views. His ‘baggage’ is manufactured and tied around his neck by the lamestream. Why won’t we compare his short-comings to the crimes of obama, or even the less serious ‘shortcomings’ of other liberal politicians? OK, his poor judgement in global warming hoax was a strike against him, but he is a reasonable, intelligent person who can be taught (and he will work with a conservative congress that is not keen on the ‘climate change’ agenda).
Why can’t we see the many positives in Gingrich’s brilliance, the depth and breadth of his knowledge, his experiences, proven-track records, outstanding ability to take on the lamestream, superior ability to articulate his visions for the country, the solid and sound plans he lays out, his proven leadership…….. it is not an exaggeration to say he is the one who will dare to prosecute obama’s election fraud and usurpation once he is the president.
While it is practically hopeless to think anyone of them will use the silver bullet while campaigning, we can think about who will be the one most likely to prosecute usurper obama once he is elected! Cain won’t do it because he will be accused as the person who fights against his own people; Romney? forget it! Perry? maybe, but he will be crushed by the lamestream and quickly go on to other ‘more important’ issues; Ron Paul? he already said he is afraid of being laughed at, it is doubtful if he can dismantle the Fed (think what the global bankers will do), although it is highly likey he will isolate USA (because the left will cheer him on) resulting in bringing the wars inside USA. Bachmann? nah! she is too afraid to do it and if she tries to prosecute o she will be buried alive by the lamestream; Santorium? nope; Huntsman? He is outright anti-constitution!
Who else is there? Mr John Dummett? Mr. Cody Judy? Show of hands – how many will support them to get into the primary? 1, 2 or 3 or even 100?

Chris, I agree with you. Cain now is a marked man, and I see he is swallowing harder everyday with this sex scandle and may not recover from this. I, too do not have any animosity towards him but, what kind of a leader will he make? I am not so sure his foreign policy is knowledgible enough as well.

Newt, on the other hand has mastered his position and yes he has been part of the establishment for yrs, and may have baggage and may have dealings with the NWO thugs, but I honestly believe he is a true conservative american who will bring this govt back to the constitution.

Each one of the candidates, including Perry has something to offer, but are their hearts and minds strong enough to over come the power and wealth and still govern with our constitutional laws intact?

I do believe that Newt is our best choice now. He is the strongest.

From the frying pan into the fire…how well do you know Newt?

Jan posted this on the last thread – it’s an abundance of links with some of the most valid research I’ve ever read. Thank you Jan – this one is being saved and sent around! (

          • 6 Troy November 3, 2011 at 10:43 am

I’ve posted the video entitled “The Real Newt Gingrich” so many times….It exposes everything about that little diabolical creature….I guess some people just never bothered to watch it….I’m pretty sure that Dr. Kate has it captured in her VodPod video library at this blog site.

After watching the video, anyone that could say anything good about Newt I would have to question their motives and loyalty to this country.

Obama is a choir boy compared to Newt Gingrich, because with little Barry he is right in your face with it and doesn’t hide his contempt for our country…..Newt, on the other hand, should be given Academy Awards for his acting abilities….Hell, he even almost fools me sometimes and I already know full well about who and what he is.

If you want to join the upcoming New World Order and live under a one world government based on communism and socialism, then Newton is your guy – vote him in!

I’m not posting the video exposing the slimy salamander, Newt, anymore…No one seems to be paying attention.

It would seem that the author of the above article, contained within the link that Katie provided, has plagiarized Mr. Manus’ words from the above video….Not cool!

              • 9 heather November 3, 2011 at 12:58 pm

You didn’t have to repost this, I have watched it prior and also your previous posting of it.

So Troy—who will be our candidate against barry? One stronger, more liked, a constitutionalist, and honest? Who? Where will he/she come from? Will someone else just jump in, or do we have what we have? And if we have to pick one of them, who will fill these shoes and will they beat barry?

                • 10 drkate November 3, 2011 at 1:29 pm

If Ron Paul is defeated, then I will hold my nose and vote for the republican nominee…except if its Romney, Newt, or Cain (assuming Cain puts newt in as VP). I am loathe to vote for Perry. In that case I will be writing in Ron Paul.

I don’t think its a done deal yet whether Paul will run as an independent or not.

The dynamic that will change this is if Palin jumps in.

                  • 11 cali November 3, 2011 at 2:56 pm

Since you bring up Sarah Palin, where is she? Since she decided not to run, she dropped out of the public eye. Wondering why? I know the establishment made sure she would not run, but here we are….

                    • 12 drkate November 3, 2011 at 3:28 pm

No idea where she is…saw her on Fox a couple of weeks ago…maybe she is rethinking this?

                    • 13 heather November 3, 2011 at 5:09 pm

I read that Sarah has had many death threats to herself and family to stay away from the campaign and not to run, so I think she is keeping a low profile. Haven’t seen her on fox either. And haven’t heard anything about her bus tour, so not sure where she has been. She’s just being very quiet.

I REFUSE to any longer vote for who is the “lessor of two evil”. Doing so is still a vote for evil.

                    Luv ya, kate 🙂

Is there any choice? Of course there isn’t! ANYBODY BUT OBAMA!

              • 17 drkate November 3, 2011 at 4:41 pm

LOL– I’ve still captured the whole series on VPOD now——————————->

            • 18 heather November 3, 2011 at 12:32 pm

Not fair Troy–please I am not a NWO thug nor am I a turn coat. I am simply stating my opinions and that’s all. I did not say that we should elect Newt, I again said, he may be our best pick. ” I do believe that Newt is our best choice now. He is the strongest.” and he is the strongest.

              Bachmann–she’s dropping in the polls.
Santorum–he is not well liked, although I do like him.
              Ron Paul–to into self isolation.
              Gary Johnson–never hear from.
              Romney-NO absolutely not.

              Did I forget anyone?

Who do we have left? Like I posted yesterday, there is a chance that maybe Trump is grooming Perry against barry and Perry doesn’t pull punches with his dislike of barry. So is it Perry?

Is it too late for someone new to jump in?

              • 19 Troy November 3, 2011 at 2:48 pm

Heather, I know….I mostly hoped that someone else from the previous thread would see the video and watch it.

Newt will NOT be the GOP nominee, but if he were to win it, then I would probably have to vote for him and hope that he has changed his ways….I would watch him like a hawk and at the first sign of him pushing globalism I would work to make sure he is replaced in the next election….Basically, I’m going to vote for anyone that runs against the communist usurper.

              • 20 drkate November 3, 2011 at 4:48 pm

There are no good choices, really, and that is by design. The ‘polls’ are all going to be ‘bought’ now…to tell us what our voting preferences are. The Insider suggested something was going to happen to one of the candidates a month or two ago. Then there is the hint of a third party–but bought and paid for by Obama/backers—to ensure his election.

We don’t know fully what is going on, so…right now we have to look at the whole picture of the ‘candidates’ and the people around him. It may be that time not to vote for the lesser of two evils, but vote on principle. This is a full on assault, imho, and we must focus on principles, like for example, sound money, eliminate federal reserve & unconstitutional income tax. Remember Cain just changed is 999 plan to 909–meaning no personal income tax….er…16th amendment…err, funds to the federal reserve for the government to borrow against. Interesting he should be attacked now. They attack Ron Paul by ignoring him and never letting him explain himself.

If Barry really is the product of Mr. X then you know he has to be chomping at the bit to just come right on out and tell everyone….I would think that a radical like Barry would wear it like a badge of honor.

              • 23 drkate November 3, 2011 at 1:18 pm

That is the only reason why I don’t think X is his father (besides this being a distraction)…Obama’s ego is too big not to mention it even in passing.

This could be his October 2012 surprise, however, is to release his BC with that on it. It would be a long shot if he’s losing at that time and does this, but it could throw a big wrench into the whole thing, and his NBC status…”punking” the birthers…

                • 24 Voco Indubium November 3, 2011 at 10:37 pm

RE: “ (DrKate) This could be his October 2012 surprise, however, is to release his BC with that on it. It would be a long shot if he’s losing at that time and does this, but it could throw a big wrench into the whole thing, and his NBC status…”punking” the birthers…”

I suggested a similar scenario about a couple of weeks ago, at one of your threads. You replied at that time, something to the effect that one cannot change identity without suffering the consequences.

In my opinion it is entirely possible that if the nbc issue becomes an election issue (big if), he may just pull that out of a hat. If the nbc issue will fade away, as he hopes, he does not have to do it because he will win anyway.

If he comes out with X as father, the left will celebrate, but the independents may have second thoughts, therefore (if X is the father) he will use that only in desperation. That is what I suggested and now you seem to agree?

                  • 25 drkate November 3, 2011 at 10:51 pm

I was speculating and should have mentioned your theory a while ago, sorry. I still stand by what I thought earlier, that it doesn’t matter anyway because even the supreme court can’t yield to lying without them suffering the consequences. I think it even more unlikely now that the Sheriff is on it and the issue is still alive. If we prevent him from being on the ballot and he is forced to show his ‘october 2012 surprise’ early, he is toast. That is why we have to keep worikng at the state level to challenge whatever paperwork is put forth on his part. Who is challenging him in NH? the NH tea party should get on it.

                    • 26 Jan November 4, 2011 at 12:34 am

And one guess as to who will be in Hawaii again this month? Suppose he will come home with the microfiche? Or at least make sure it is missing in action?

                    • 27 cali November 4, 2011 at 7:54 am

If he were to come out admitting that X was his father, his whole ‘dreams of my ffather, and subsequent books’ would be fake, fabricated, and he’ll would lose any credibility he has left .Nothing he say, would be believable.

                    • 28 chris November 4, 2011 at 11:53 am

I believe Biden has filed nomination paper in NH on or about 10/20.
I read on postemail the open letter to congress by state rep Harry Accornero (of Laconia, NH) calling for impeachment of obama.
Assuming that he is aware of obama’s constitutional eligbility issue, I wrote to urge him (to lead) or to personally file objection to the NH SOS placing obama’s name on NH ballot.
Perhaps if more people contact him regarding this…?

                      Harry Accornero’s email –

                      phone – 603-387-9708

FYI – I have a copy of the 2008 dnc nomination paper to state of NJ – with no mention of o meeting the requirement set forth in the constitution. Wonder if the one submitted to NH still has no such verbage…..

                    • 29 Voco Indubium November 5, 2011 at 9:37 pm

“(DrKate) – …..I was speculating and should have mentioned your theory a while ago, sorry…”

No need to say sorry. That theory is hypothetical, conditioned on two factors:

                      1. X is the real father;
                      2. the eligibility will become a major campaign issue.

The first is impossible to prove or disprove without DNA, the second seems unfortunately unlikely. So probably, the theory is not worth of serious discussion.

Katie, I found Kelleigh a couple years ago when I was looking for someone with integrity that I could recommend. She has written on many topics and I got interested at first with what she wrote on education, then big pharma, and now with what is going on in our country.
I quote her along with Dr. Kate and very few others. hehe

      RE: Cain

No one calls the accusers racists, why? But the Birthers are called racists constantly. Will someone use the same language to fight the opposition they are using to destroy conservative candidates?

      • 34 drkate November 3, 2011 at 12:26 pm

Because sex is not supposed to be about race. Trump has called this a racist attack on Cain, as well as others. Hard not to forget the job on Clarence Thomas, another republican…he turned that into a ‘high tech lynching’ but the dems there were doing the same thing, bringing up sex and using it against him racially.

        • 35 Voco Indubium November 3, 2011 at 8:35 pm

RE ” (DrKate) ….. Hard not to forget the job on Clarence Thomas, another republican…he turned that into a ‘high tech lynching’ but the dems there were doing the same thing, bringing up sex ….”

Yes, the tasteless drama they created about Thomas came out of the same progressive-manual how to destroy conservative candidates.

They are using it even on local level. A conservative friend ran for a county office a few years back. 3 days before the election the major local newspaper in a sizable article painted him an abuser of women.

There was never any accusation or lawsuit or anything like that before. They dug up connections with one of his former office former workers, from the time he was a member of congress in Washington and one of the female workers was quoted that he said something impolite.

His wife and two daughters came out saying that he always loved and respected them, and another office worker supported him, but it was too late. The damage was done. He lost the election to a liberal democrat.

  5. 38 justafly November 3, 2011 at 5:53 am

The fundamental principal on which the American States united was founded and fought for, was that “all men are created equal”. That one man who is called a king (or group of men) is not “more equal” than any other man/person.
The situation we now find ourselves, is of our own making., Our disinterest in the integrity of our representatives and the process of choosing those men whom we send in our stead and instead childishly becoming more interested in how long some Hollywood marriage lasts has given us what we got.
The initial requirement to be included in this process, of only land owners having the right to vote, was a sound condition, as these will be the people that have a stake in the governing of the country. Those that pay no taxes and are suckling at the government teat only have their own self interest in mind.
The fight that may need to be, will not only be with the ruling elite from both wings of our one political party (republicrats) but also with their enslaved minions who rely on “massar” to feed and clothe them.
The problem is obvious to me, the solution is not.

    • 39 bill November 3, 2011 at 10:02 am

The solution is absolutely a slam dunk but either people are unknowing or unwilling
to face the fact that We the People have the ability to kill the great god “money”
Myself and several of the folks on this site have done so by denying the LSMs their lifes blood by withholding Our “Tribute” to their obfuscation and slanted propaganda. In proof of this,I posted a small blurb with brevity,on a Mega Constitutional Site to watch it disappear after another poster chimed in with a parallel suggestion. Not only did our post disappear but the whole thread was obviously sent to the bit bucket.I leave it up to you to decide why. 🙂 cheers

Tonight on Walls In Our Minds, Dr. Kate and I will be interviewing Kirk MacKenzie, author of “Money, Defending Your Prosperity” We will be discussing those solutions Bill and Justafly just mentioned. Red Beckman has often said, “the problem with our government is that we stopped electing tax protestors.” It’s not those that have stopped paying “Tribute” that are the problem, it’s those that are the tax beneficiaries (“suckling on the government teat”) that are the problem…the worst of which are collecting interest on their fraudulent debt for lending air.

Tonight’s show starts at 8 Central or 6 Pacific time. Show link:

        • 41 bill November 3, 2011 at 5:33 pm

It appears to me Ten that “It’s those that continue paying “Tribute” that are the problem ” We as American citizens are financing our own destruction by not shutting down these LSMs that have been the alpha of electing Obama all the way back to 2008. These LSMs rely on mega millions of subscriptions and advertising dollars.Do you suppose these major purveyors of goods and services would continue to pay for commercial air time ,just to have it transmitted into dead air ?.Even the so called “candidates” would not spend millions on “Campaign Ads” if
no one listened. The American people have voted, marched, petitioned, donated, wrote letters, formed citizen grand juries and still we have men sitting in jail and others
awaiting trial, just for following Our Constitution.I believe it is time for citizens to become a “Lethal Weapon” which we always have been, but refuse to realize it.If
enough people will stop feeding the beast, the beast will either starve or get right !
Thanks for the blogtalk link,I will have a listen.cheers

  6. 43 Katie November 3, 2011 at 9:46 am

One of the most important articles you’ll ever read. This MUST be sent viral to get ahead of it, and help others understand what is at stake, who is behind it, and how easily people are getting sucked in (and it ain’t just the ‘democrats’.)

If any of you have received that email that has gone around and around and around for several years about the proposed 28th Amendment, and attaching it to a Con Con, you’ll see that this has been in the works for a long time and most people don’t realize they’re being used as the group of “useless idiots”.

“A new report authored by Deputy Minister Gennadiy M. Gatilov of the Russian Foreign Ministry that is circulating in the Kremlin today warns that the Obama regime is pushing through the US Congress new and draconian “Police State” laws over the fears held by American oligarchs that an Argentina-type “movement” is about to sweep them all away.
The fears of a wider crackdown on dissent by the Obama regime outlined by Minister Gatilov were further echoed by the American Human Rights First organization this week after they reported that over 20 retired US Generals and Admirals had written to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, and to the chairman and ranking Senator of the Armed Services Committee, to demand the removal of police-state “anti-terrorism” measures from the 2012 Defense Authorization Act.” . . . .

More hints being thrown our way of the up and coming plans for martial law….They’re going to use the upcoming OWS RIOTS, yes riots, as an excuse.

Here’s the sick part: It’s all planned, which means that the Repubs are in on it too…..If it happens, and I feel it will, know that it was all well planned in advance, agreed upon and is common knowledge between the upper elites in both parties….It’s a CFR order / mandate and their little marionettes must and will comply.

      • 46 heather November 3, 2011 at 5:14 pm

Rush did this on his show today. He apparently has a friend an insider in DC who said the exact thing. Barry is pushing the OWS (made up of unions, acorns and thugs) to start rioting in every major city with fire bombs etc. so he can declare martial law through executive order.

We all said this would happen 2 yrs ago remember? I’m sure Dr Kate has them archived.

There was some buzz over on Sarah Palin’s Facebook page that she may be reconsidering running for president, but she hasn’t commented about it yet. According to her page, she is planning on making a speech in Florida soon.

If she is reconsidering a run for the presidency in 2012, perhaps she sees that the Cain scandal (whether it is fair or not) might derail his run for the nomination. I recall doing a post at my blog many months ago where she supported his candidacy when he originally announced his run for the Republican nomination.

I really thought that Cain might be the non-political hack type of candidate that the TEA Party needs, but with his flub on the abortion issue during a liberal cable station interview, and now this sexual harrassment scandal, I don’t know if he will survive and make it to the nomination. There has been some speculation that Rahm Emanuel is behind the exposure of the sexual harassment scandal. If so, then perhaps ObaMAO fears that Cain could beat him?

The media of mass deception has done over 50 reports on Cain’s “scandal,” whereas they only did 3 on each of Clinton’s sexual scandals (far more serious I might add). Recall Paula Jones, Kathleen Willey, and Juanita Broderick? (forget her last name) who was allegedly raped by Clinton?

I don’t think that Cain is the political elitists’ choice for the Republican nomination. Karl Rove is certainly trying to get people swayed toward Romney (barf!). I don’t think Newt is electable, no matter how smart he is because of his sordid past. The elitists are dismissing everyone else too. So who do they want? If they want Obama re-elected, then the communists/socialists/Islamo-fascists/anarchists/ have certainly taken over and will do ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING to get Obama re-elected.

A LOT of people have awakened to the farce of Dem vs. Republican, but the question remains, will we have the candidate to finally kick the elitists out who are intent on destroying our Constitutional Republic and Capitalistic economic system? I certainly hope so! I pray every day for God to have mercy on our nation and allow our people to wake up and elect a true conservative Christian who supports the Constitutional and our Capitalistic economic system into the office of the presidency!

McCain never protected her from the vicious and unfair attacks during the 2008 campaign. It looked as if he regretted choosing her as running mate.

When she has a rally 10 times more people show up to hear what she has to say than any other GOP personality. However, the Establishment GOP does not want her to run.

All of the company’s Cain worked for were owned/controlled by Pillsbury. He represents himself as a commoner and that is malarkey. He was chairman of the KC Federal Reserve and worked for Pillsbury, a known Khazarian family. He is a shill. His tax plan is unconstitutional and what he says is rhetoric. He is not to be trusted. Once in the Federal Reserve…walks like a duck. His plan represents a tax increase and does nothing to break the banking/tax vortex that pays “Tribute” (tax free I might add) to the private banking (Fed Reserve) families.

I also trust in his motives. So many are bent on fame and are accidental enemies from within because of their egos. I do not see that with MacKenzie. I urge everyone to study the material he has provided and act upon it.

Dr.Manning says that there is NO way to defeat O unless the birther issue is addressed.

Since he claims that O is the son of Satan, he will win, not matter who runs on the GOP side.

Opening the borders at Canada is bringing in more Muslims…hence, Sharia law will soon be our new way of life. HE will covet the Muslim votes as well.

You really need to think this through. VOTING will NOT matter if O is on the ticket. You need to go after your local/state governments and ask why is he on the ticket since he is ineligible. THAT is a start, not that is will matter in the long run.

You can dismiss the Bible if you must, but it states that GOD has HIS plan and it will play out.
    WE cannot stop HIS PLAN.

You are so right, Kate!! We the People have got to make a stand right NOW or we lose everything. When will America wake up fully to do something about these monsters? I guess it will take, as someone stated earlier on this thread, boots in their faces. but then it may be too late. We need millions to protest and make demands NOW! Please, anyone who can’t go to DC on the 11th, go somewhere in groups and protest with us! Our country was built on faith in God, capitolism, free enterprize and liberty for all. We can’t allow it to all slip away.

Received this from a retired Veteran this morning. He lives in MT, so some of those he names are in MT, but could apply to any state:

“My intuition tells me we best heed the advice of Thomas Jefferson and do it fast. A strong voice needs to be heard above the din of the struggle here in Montana. A voice that calls us together. It is bodies in motion that will cause our enemies to hesitate, it’s not about gun’s, it’s about center mass. We’ve got to find a way to create center-mass of like mindedness. It’s through this use of force that we will prevail but time is not on our side. Much like you wrote about in this mail, and I seconded, better late than never, the never is very near. Where are the Chuck Baldwins or the Rick Jores of Montana? Where is their soapbox set up? Are these people not the de-facto leaders? Who among the group of learned leaders of note in Montana are openly calling for a movement meeting? Who are the ones calling for center-mass? I don’t have the answer, I don’t hear the call, I hear the howl of ‘We The People’ but its distant and alone, I don’t hear the voices of the pack. Mr. Derek Skees is a voice, yet, he himself is not calling for center-mass, he’s a great presenter, very passionate and thoughtful, yet he’s running around meeting one small group at a time. I liken this effort to that of a pebble dropping in the water, you see the large rings nearest the drop roll out large, then start to drop off as they move away from center to eventually disappearing altogether. Is this us? Is this the way of our efforts to inform? We closest to the drop get it and that’s it? The Conservative groups of Montana have got to band together or at least the de facto leadership of the groups needs to meet to find a common voice, identify, then select a Rock-Dropper that can and must pull to center-mass. Zero-in, on what Thomas Jefferson said because it’s the truth…. There are occasions when disjointed groups can win a battle it true. But, they will never win a war and it’s a war we are in. Like it or not ,it is a fact of life. (Sorry for the military example). For the fun of it, check out this web site. Bob…”

Sheriff Joe has a number of options available to him. Backing up any action he may choose to take is misprision of felony against anyone he informs of a crime that refuses to take action upon it. He could present evidence to a District Judge and request a bill of indictment. If the Judge wishes to commit misprision of felony, then take the evidence to a Grand Jury and request a presentment. He could take the evidence before his County Commissioners or to the Election Judge. He could petition the State Election Commission, Attorney General and/or Secretary of State. He could also present the evidence to other sheriffs and build a coalition. He has evidence indicating at the very least that fraud may have occurred. A grand jury has the power to investigate anything they choose where they suspect a crime was committed in their jurisdiction without the permission of judge or D.A. They have complete subpoena power. Perhaps the election in their county could be nullified. A formal presentment would be hard to ignore for even the Secretary of State.

Another woman jumps into race for president
Claims Obama’s birth certificate is verified forgery, a major issue

Just when you thought the field of candidates for president in 2012 was full, a national radio talk-show host is now in the race, claiming Barack Obama is not even eligible for office because he has presented a forged birth certificate to the nation.

Laurie Roth from Washington state is running not as a Republican, but as a self-described patriot and conservative on the American Independent Party ticket. She says she’s already on the ballot in California, and will take steps to make sure her name is listed in the other 49 states.

She joins Republican Michele Bachmann as one of at least two women seeking the Oval Office in 2012. Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin has indicated she will not be tossing her hat in the ring during this election cycle.

Get the New York Times best-seller “Where’s the Birth Certificate? The Case that Barack Obama Is Not Eligible to be President,” autographed by Jerome Corsi.

“I know this will be like climbing up Mount Everest in a bikini with no oxygen as far as difficulty,” Roth said, “but I love my country and believe I have the right ideas at the right time – not political, not legal, and not international but boldly American and freedom-loving.”

Roth is a singer/songwriter with five CD albums to her credit, with one track landing her on Billboard’s top 40 and on the cover of Cash Box Magazine. She also holds a Ph.D. in counseling and a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

On her list of issues, she highlights her contention Obama is not even legally eligible to hold the presidency.

“He has presented a verified forgery of his long-form birth certificate on April 27, 2011,” she said.

A Minnesota congressman has proposed federal legislation that would impose his state’s type of voter registration – which leads the nation in voter fraud cases – on the other 49 states, according to critics who have launched online campaigns to make people are aware of the dangers of Rep. Keith Ellison’s H.R. 3316 and its companion H.R. 3317.

heather, just for the record, I don’t always agree with LC. They/it may have some good intel from time to time, but they are just a flawed human being like you and me. It’s poop stinks just like Troy’s (I usually only pick on people I trust can take it.) So far, LC’s prophecies are doing okay, but not stellar. Point being, I’m not ready to canonize its work. I find LC’s writing interesting at times, but I am not nearly as impressed as LC seems to be with him/herself.

On the other hand, I say go Jesse! If they push him far enough…threaten him…If they beat on him just a bit too far, they will have forged an anvil and it may drop right on Their* heads. I’ll buy a ticket to that party.

He is doing everything he can to keep our troops out of the US and block their vote. Is he nuts? Where is the ACLU on this and the Human Rights Teams and the Congress—this guy is nothing more than a street thug war monger–and they said Rumsfeld was a war monger–not hardly.

We must not allow him to go into Iran — he must be stopped and arrested for war crimes across the world.

    • 101 Tenacity November 4, 2011 at 9:11 pm

The difference between the usurper and Rumsfeld is that Barry is a petty tyrant with no class or style. He only knows how to impress those easily impressed or hypnotized. Rummy got aspartame approved, covered magnificently for H.W., and walked us into Afghanistan slick as snot…don’t underestimate that lying, murderous war monger.

      • 102 heather November 4, 2011 at 9:18 pm

No I don’t underestimate Rumsfeld, not at all, I believe that he is exactly that, however barry may not have class or style but he is just as dangerous if not more since there is no one stopping him. At least the MSM was all over Rummy – though it did no good, but this cannot happen, barry has to be stopped by any means possible.

He will go down in history as not only the worst POTUS in history, but as the criminal slug he is. The image painted by the Insider was so perfect…sitting in his recliner in his t-shirt and boxers watching Faux News with his leg over the arm of the chair. No, the oval office is to official for the imposter, the ghosts of real men will haunt you there. He is nothing but a fraud through and through. Take away the backing of the elitists like Gyorgy Schwartz, Rothschild and the whole Nazi regime and you would be left with nothing but a gutless punk afraid of the light like a cockroach.

Ref. Laurie Roth the Independent pres candidate.
Troy, what do you think about Laurie Roth’s candidacy?
If I may put in my 2-cents –
Wish I can vote for all the elig candidates in the primary! Now it looks like we have more and more choices!

Laurie Roth, a national radio talk show host, a self-described patriot and conservative, who claims obama is not even eligible for office, is running on the American Independent party ticket!
According to her, she is already in the CA ballot, will make sure to get on the other 49 states!
It is worth checking her out.

Should she really be a patriot who stands up for article 2 and the entire constitution, we have our long awaited elig candidate who is more well known, who has more clout, who is not afraid to stand up tall for the constitution and the Republic against obama.

We just might have choice now. If she gets respectable number of votes in the primary, we will send them the unmistakeable message that we demand obama inelig be exposed/investigated and obama kicked out prior to the election!

We can’t send them the message by just talking. We must UNITE, ACT – VOTE – for the one who embraces the constitution whole-heartedly. A vote for the candidate who won’t stand up for article 2 by remaining silent or otherwise, is a vote for violating the constitution as one sees fit.

We have CHOICE in the primary! In the general election we might have no choice. However, should there be more votes for Laurie Roth than the R nominee, we will have a choice!

Dreams do come true if we UNITE AND WORK HARD! Talking won’t make our dreams come true.

At the very least, the votes (hopefully overwhelming votes) will scare them to death. We will have a ball watching the lamestream going nuts, and, we will see how o and his thugs can eliminate all these voters.

    • 111 Troy November 5, 2011 at 7:30 am

I hope she intends to file a legal challenge against Barry…..I assume that is her reason for jumping in the race.

      • 112 Tenacity November 5, 2011 at 8:15 am

At the primary level, a conservative vote cast for anyone other than Dr. Paul, is a vote for a RINO globalist. At the national election level, a vote cast for anyone other than the person with the best chance to beat the Marxist running is a vote for the Marxist. The number one reason we have an Agenda 21 supporting governor in Colorado today is that many independents and conservatives were duped into voting for an American Party candidate. Split the vote and you guaranty Obama another 4 years. Thus, you have effectively voted for Obama. We cannot afford to be willing targets to this form of subversion. We have a true constitutional candidate that has a chance of achieving a major party nomination. That will only happen if we are completely united in supporting him. This is an endurance contest! Get it? We must endure and stand firm to have even a remote chance.

I appreciate Ms. Roth’s efforts and will pray she does as Troy suggested. I would be happy to help her get the word out and defend her eligibility stance. She would be welcome as a guest on Walls In Our Minds and I will extend an invitation unless Dr. Kate wishes to, but my vote will not be wasted at this juncture. Btw, I believe a registration deadline is approaching to vote in the primaries or participate in caucus. If you are not registered to vote in the party you wish to influence, please do not procrastinate and know when your deadline is.

Be aware that splitting the conservative vote is an old trick of the globalist elite that they will use anytime they are threatened. This is precisely how they installed Woodrow Wilson. 40% of men and 60% of women make decisions based on how they feel about the situation v a pro/con comparison. This makes us statistically more vulnerable to making illogical decisions. This is not a case where we can afford to take that chance.

Did anyone know that Rick Santorum is a Knight of Malta?

  30. 117 Troy November 5, 2011 at 8:41 am

It was Roosevelt than ran on a new third party (the Bull Moose Party) that split the vote and handed the election to an almost unknown Woodrow Wilson….The BM Party was formed just for that one election and was never heard from again.

We all know what happened next – The year was 1913 and the unlawful Federal Reserve and Federal Income Tax was created, via Wilson, and the country has been sliding down the tubes ever since.

    Lesson learned?

OT–something about that so called earthquake that struck at 2:12am was not right. It woke me up with a massive swishing wind that felt like it was 100 mph and sucking the roof off of my house and rattled my windows. There was no earth movement to speak of. Just that sucking noise and swishing noise. More like something they are practicing for. 4.7 and at least now a dozen aftershocks all around 3.8 to 4.5.

Very odd, I got up and ran outside and not a breeze anywhere, no nothing, all was calm. Just struck me as an upcoming false flag or maybe something to do with the TEST they are planning.
