Why do Establishment Republicans Fear Ron Paul?

©2011 drkate

Because they want to rule instead of govern.

In one of the recent debates Ron Paul was asked whether he had any ‘electability’…and with absolute ease responded by posing the question–

Why should the republican party not be for the Constitution, small government , fiscal stability,  and be for individual liberty?

And in that sentence, Ron Paul laid bare the willing participation of the establishment republicans in activities that are anti-American, contradict their sworn oath of office, and aid in undermining the Constitution.  The extent to which the establishment republicans are out of touch with we the people and the Constitution is shown by the shame of both houses of Congress enthusiastically endorsing the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and its indefinite detention of American Citizens during ‘declared wars’ like the war on drugs or war on terror…

While the media quibbles over Romney versus Gingrich, the Occupy movement, and other diversions, pResident Obama continues to undermine law and order, dismantling the US Constitution piece by piece.  When public officials seek to limit freedom, it can be concluded that these officials want to rule instead of govern. (eMphasis added)

And therein lies the whole scam of  ‘the party system‘ for both establishment democrats and republicans.  Under the influence of artificial, un-granted power, money, fortune & fame, they’ll let everything go….just like they did in the 60’s and 70’s, and they transformed themselves into politicians so that they now think they are the law…and indeed they do hold every position of power of the U.S. Government.  But they’re busted once and for all.

Who can forget this statement of Mayer Amschel Bauer Rothschild:

“Give me control of a nation’s money and I care not who makes it’s laws”

What Dr. Paul has revealed is that they have full control over the money, and it doesn’t matter who is elected…they are in the game for something else and that’s not our Constitution or us.  Isn’t this precisely the right thing the general public needs to hear right now?  The only candidate who talks about the constitution, even mentions it in his stump speech…is Ron Paul.  Every other republican candidate is an establishment candidate.

The regular republicans, independents, even some democrats, AKA AMERICANS, are for the Constitution. Many of us are more informed than others, and it is obvious that Ron Paul is on the right track.  For others, not so much.  The false media hype up or mislead on subjects of critical importance to Americans, for example

  • Minimizing what should be a serious discussion of radical Islam/sharia by labeling Paul’s constitutionally-based non-intervention policy’  instead  ‘isolationist foreign policy’;
  • Deliberately deceiving the pubic on Paul’s ‘s position on helping our friends and a strong defense by calling it ‘refusal to support Israel’ and  ‘gutting the military’;
  • Misleading people on Dr. Paul’s position on the Tenth Amendment and legalization of drugs by scaring people  on ‘legalize marijuana’ , ‘legalize heroin’,  forgetting to tell people that the government itself is sponsoring these programs…e.g., drugs, guns, money and murder in the American southwest.
  • Painting Ron Paul as a one-dimensional candidate who is timid, isolationist, and weak on foreign affairs, as too focused on money.

By trying to label and isolate everything about Ron Paul, they show more about themselves and what they are doing…they accuse another of what they themselves could be accused of.  How often do they pull out the ‘protect the troops’ mantra and use it as a ruse to pass even more outrageous spending irrelevant to force protection or national defense?

Ron Paul is right to point out the ‘blowback’ of our own foreign policy run amok and its meddling in other countries.  Think about Newt’s recent “bombastic” statement that “Palestinians are not real people”–how helpful is that Mr. smarty-pants?  And they call Ron Paul ‘anti-Israel’?  In the video below you will see John McCain accuse a ‘isolationist’ policy of the United States as causing World War II.  Does John McCain even know American history?

(video h/t Troy)

The purpose of this thread is to identify and defeat all of the concerns and mis-truths  about Ron Paul, real or imagined, and to place in this thread the arguments countering these ideas.  Where there are still areas unclear, let’s focus the question so that an answer can be found.

For example, if Ron Paul is ‘weak’ on foreign policy, identify his strong and weak points AND ask the question, who would complement Ron Paul in those areas…i.e., who is his cabinet, who is his Vice President, who is his defense secretary?   Let’s give Dr. Paul a helping hand.

If you still think someone is better, then make the case for him/her here, contrasting their positions to Ron Paul’s.

If you are a Tea Party member reading this, why does the Tea Party support Newt Gingrich, when he is antithetical to what the Tea Party supposedly stands for?

Another question: is the issue of ‘electability’ falsely clouding the picture, i.e., more important than principles?

  2. 5 Troy December 21, 2011 at 2:40 pm

The only way any “conservative” could possibly support Gingrich is if they covered their eyes, plugged their ears and refused to look at any of the evidence of who and what Gingrich really is.

I don’t know that the Tea party has members. I certainly haven’t joined anything but I support the ideals of the Tea party movement and marched on April 17, 2009!. I was left a phone message last week about last Sundays call- in polling from the Tea Party Patriots but I must have missed the call. I was surprised that Newt came out on top with the most votes. A few thousand voted when 23,000 people actually picked up the phone to listen. Sure, it is a good sampling but…who knows? I have no idea why those who voted did so for Newt. Electability must have something to do with it.

I used to dismiss Ron Paul myself but this year have really listened to what he says and I must say I plan to vote for him when my primary rolls around. The way things are set up, at that point my vote may be like spitting into the wind and not mean much. Paul is closest in thinking to the rule of the constitution and the founders ideas.

The “establishment” really doesn’t want things to change much in DC, of that I am convinced. Movement of $$ and power deals are so much easier to hide under bloated government. The so called conservative talk hosts are doing everything they can to try to convince people Paul is dangerous and crazy. But really, do people vote based on what Hannity, Rove, Coulter or Limbaugh say?? Maybe the gullible do.

I said this on another website, but if you go to Hillsdale College’s website and read this month’s Imprimis on the constitution and the Declaration of Independence, you finish that article understanding how Paul really is the only one closest to the thought expressed in there. Hillsdale is the only college that takes no gov. funding.

When you come across a video or comment that you think is unrelated or a distraction, what is so hard about simply moving past it to the next related posting?

    • 10 Quantum Leap December 21, 2011 at 10:07 pm

Lots of people are giving RP a second look and rightfully so. No one wants to be punked for their vote ever again. i.e. McCain.

I don’t care about “electability”. All I care about is that I feel good about my vote and it’s not for the “lesser of the evils” Forget it. I’m voting for my person regardless of who thinks who can win. That’s what we all have to do now.

Most people have dismissed RP at one time or another without knowing a thing about him. Once you learn about him it’s hard not to get enthused about him.

    2012 Iowa Republican Caucus
    Iowa: Romney 25% Paul 20% Gingrich 17%

Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney and Texas Congressman Ron Paul are leading the pack in Iowa with just two weeks to go until Caucus Day. But large numbers of voters remain uncommitted and lots could change between now and January 3.

    • 12 drkate December 21, 2011 at 3:36 pm

The polls we see are biased and are not telling the truth. SO, anyone who is concerned about ‘electability’ must understand that the polls are not to be relied upon. You must start ‘honing’ your ‘America-radar’, and get back to your responsibility as an American to shape the course of history with your actions.

As they say, you either watch it happen, it happens to you, or you make something happen.

This shows two things (a) lack of understanding of the constitution by many americans, and (b) tactics. What do you think about confronting people like this?

    • 21 Jan December 21, 2011 at 6:14 pm

Why you never argue with liberals.
Mostly those between 40 and 60-years, they were brainwashed that our Constitution does not matter. They won’t realize the value of it until they are in FEMA camps, if even then.

    • 24 Quantum Leap December 21, 2011 at 10:56 pm

This is just like what happened before Hitler took control of Europe. He was backed by people like this. Who is this lame brain? She may not care about the constitution BUT it is the LAW OF THE LAND.

She says the constitution does not matter……. this is what is wrong with this country. Our liberties don’t matter to her and her like kind. WTF?

My Granny escaped Mussolini along with her mum and sis on the boat. Perhaps this lady needs to have those that escaped government control and tyranny over personal liberty to teach her a lesson.

QL–they all missed the boat, and ellis island. They all need to re enter the same as our families did-and quaranteed for 30 days the same as they were.

Mine came from germany and gave up their germany citizenship and became American citizens—they were proud to be American citizens and never looked back and never spoke a word of german in their homes–they were the true american immigrants.

If ever you are in NYC go to Ellis Island and see the new wall — and register your family for $100 as it will always be etched in granite–like the VV Wall in DC.

We did it for our family 10 yrs ago and I can even pull it up now on the internet.

    Individual Responsibility:

This is a big part of a Constitutional Republic designed by we the people, and the political establishment fosters dependency instead.

So it IS up to us to be self-determined and to exercise that responsibility to act for our country. JFK’s “ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country” is relevant today…and notice that the condition we face right now is exactly the opposite. Obama is increasing dependence, threatening that ‘you’re on your own’ vs pay to play in their foreign approach to all things American.

The primary purpose of our government is to protect our liberty and the national defense. They exercise their responsibility by doing their sworn duty to abide by it. If they can’t live within its confines, they don’t belong in the job.

Fargo, ND preparing for martial law
Nestled amid plains so flat the locals joke you can watch your dog run away for miles, Fargo treasures its placid lifestyle, seldom pierced by the mayhem and violence common in other urban communities. North Dakota’s largest city has averaged fewer than two homicides a year since 2005, and there’s not been a single international terrorism prosecution in the last decade.

But that hasn’t stopped authorities in Fargo and its surrounding county from going on an $8 million buying spree to arm police officers with the sort of gear once reserved only for soldiers fighting foreign wars.

Sorry to go o/t here. This is directed to Tenacity as a f/u to the Fulford article you posted on the last thread. I knew I had seen this somewhere and scoured around till I found it.

“Every year January is a month for settlements of accounts among major banking players. January of 2012 is going to be a very interesting month. The talk is that Citibank, J.P. Morgan and Bank of America are among the doomed entities. Then of course there is the universal disgust at Goldman Sachs that is not going to go away quietly.”

What made me think of it was this..”Bank of America’s (BAC: 5.23, +0.06, +1.16%) Countrywide Financial unit agreed on Wednesday to pay $335 million”

First impression: This is another old obama scam–get them to pay based on so-called discrimination…which they FORCED on the banks through actions of community organizers like obama. And where does the settlement money go? What about all the people who were scammed. Pure election standing with black community

      • 39 Sallyal December 21, 2011 at 6:44 pm

I was actually getting at the idea that BOA may be going away. It made me feel that maybe there is something to this article in that it predicted their possible demise and then this article pops up. Of course it would have been no secret that there was a trial or whatever but the timing is suspicious.

And Dr. Kate, that whole discrimination thing has me seeing RED! I don’t care about what the banks were forced to do, or that maybe they cross all the t’s and dot all the i’s or they weren’t holding their tongues right. It does not change the fact that these homeowners DID NOT MAKE THEIR PAYMENTS as agreed and deserve to be foreclosed on!. Their is so much more to home ownership than just making a payment like a rent payment. You have insurance and must have equipment for upkeep that the do-gooders just can’t seem to comprehend. Sorry. Kind of went off on a rant/tangent there. Deep breaths, cool cleansing breaths…..

        • 40 Sallyal December 21, 2011 at 6:49 pm

Oh my, I have embarrassed myself with my typos and misuse of “their” which is really a pet peeve. There is so much more to home ownership. Harder to type on a netbook. Too little.

        • 41 drkate December 21, 2011 at 7:01 pm

Yes, I see your point and I guess just focused on the discrimination case…angrily–these marxists create/invent the problem!

          • 42 Sallyal December 21, 2011 at 7:49 pm

Oh I definitely agree with what you said. Don’t even get me started on Pigford. Which by the way, is getting another look. Just wondering what Ten has to say about the “coincidence” of this article stating BOA may be doomed and then this judgement. Seems to lend some credence to the entire article.

            • 43 Tenacity December 21, 2011 at 11:30 pm

Thanks for the f/u Sallyal. Glad it wasn’t what Troy was laughing at.

BOA is in much deeper water than that little pee in the ocean (i.e.:$335MM). Countrywide was the largest holder of mortgages in the nation when BOA took over. They are at the heart of the MERS scandal and have lost a lot of suits stopping their foreclosure actions due to a number of problems including the absence of original notes after being stripped playing the MBS/derivative game. Also, they failed to record proper chain of title upon acquisition of loans originated by others. Also, they failed to properly appoint MERS as their agent and MERS failed to properly engage legal counsels that prosecute the foreclosures. Several judges have thrown out there foreclosure actions in bulk (not just one but blocks of cases at a time). Plus, the derivatives don’t add up right…lots of fraud and unlawful paper trails. They literally have deliberately erased a lot of audit/paper trails to cover their tracks, leaving them without lawful collateral. It is a huge mess and I don’t see how this can ever be straightened out…nothing good could come of this other than theRoadToRootA. Uh oh, I just opened a can of worms. 😎

    • 44 heather December 22, 2011 at 3:25 pm

I saw the beginning of that interview with Holder yesterday and he blamed the banks for charging higher interest rates and subprime loans to blacks and used it as discrimination.

Having been in the mortgage industry for years and writing loans for everyone I can truly say Holder is a liar. There was NO discrimination based on race.

A well known fact in the industry is that Congress and congress only writes the underwriting guidelines for all mortgages, fannie, freddie,va, fha, hud, conventional, usda and all subprime. Every lender has underwriters who approves all loans based on income or non income, credit worthiness, fica scoring, disposable income/residual income, cash flow, etc. These are guidelines used by all, written by congress and if the borrower does not meet the guidelines then they don’t qualify for a particular type of loan but will qualify for subprime. I am so sick of this govt blaming the mortgage lenders and the broker/bankers for their supply of qualifications. This is why there are so many foreclosures and the housing industry downfall. Congress controls the entire industry and we, as brokers followed their rules and reguations.

So Holder can lie, cheat, steal, committ treason all he wants, it all falls back on him and his corrupt govt criminals.

The banks should not be held accountable for foreclosures or upside loans, because once again congress controlled this. The banks just lent the funds.

This is my take on holders little racial discrimination speech yesterday.

      • 45 heather December 22, 2011 at 3:48 pm

And for all of those people who let their homes go into foreclosure, they did it deliberately–remember one thing, they were all entitlees and knew that by not paying their mortgages, they could just scream racism—————-and they knew they would ‘get off’—does white guilt = racism? hmmmm

    Associated Press

PHOENIX (AP) — Dozens of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s jail officers lined up at a news conference in Phoenix Wednesday to ceremoniously hand in their federal credentials a week after they were stripped of the ability to verify the immigration status of inmates.

Arpaio spoke at the same news conference, saying he’s going to hold the federal government to its promise to send 50 federal agents to do such screening in his jail. But he predicted there will be illegal immigrants in jail who won’t be deported and will be put back on streets.

This is what I mentioned in the last thread, flack over the target and so-called conservative online propaganda rags doing the bidding of the banksters. If this is the best they can throw at Dr. Paul, then they are obviously desperate to find anything they can and they have nothing. “Truth is treason in the empire of lies.”

        • 56 heather December 22, 2011 at 3:52 pm

Certainly didn’t appear to me that he stormed off–he slowly took of his mike and someone removed the rest of it and he left–I saw no storming off. More propaganda to make him look bad.

The more they do this to him, the madder it makes him and he gets stronger.

MSM TV said tonight that RP was slated to win in IA. Am I dreaming? They actually said it on TV……. but then said Romney would win NH…..

NOT… NH is seriously eyeballing RP. If Dr Paul wins IA I predict he wins NH.

I too would like to see him debate the speechifyer. RP doesn’t need a teleprompter.

RP was mentored by Reagan. He is a Reagan Repub so why are the repubs not voting for him at Jim’s place?

I guess they too don’t know a thing about the Bill of Rights. It’s all about social agenda for them maybe. Repubs cannot, I repeat cannot and never have won anything based on social agenda and sticking their noses into people’s business and individual freedoms. Stay out of the abortion schtick and the gay schtick. It’s legislating behavior and has no place in the fed gov. RP wants it left up to the states… states rights. AS IT SHOULD BE.

Those at Jim’s place think RP supporters are druggies and college kids only. Oh the dumbing down of Americans.

Pray for Ron Paul. Divine intervention through him to save America.

Oh, at Jim’s place they do not even want to know the truth about RP. Sounds very much like the obots attitude in 2008. They just vote for the pearly white smile or the orator who lies as long as they sound good.

How could Nikki Haley endorse the fat corrupt pompous ass Newt world order??? This is perplexing.

It has become very clear to me that only a candidate that is willing to follow the CFR’s plan to attack Iran will be allowed the nomination…..That is basically every single candidate other than RP…..According to Lindsay Williams, Barry and the CFR are going to attack in Sept. or Oct. next year….They want to make certain that whoever wins the election will carry on the war.

    • 66 drkate December 21, 2011 at 10:26 pm

I agree the globalists are in charge…but…what if the people have awakened in time? Or at least the critical mass? What if there is divine intervention going on?

I am encouraged that the assessment a couple of posts back was that the fascists in this country ‘don’t have the numbers’…and if Ron Paul wins and they try to take him out, it is now too obvious–now that we know history, the FED, 16th amendments, Wilson, FDR, inflation, fiat money, the wars. And every other republican establishment person has been outed.

I hope the republicans commies by proxy in the house and senate ‘revolt’ in a Ron Paul win, and resign from the party! LOL cut off their own nose to spite themselves sorta thing…

The interviewer looked genuinely clueless as to the truth…and there is the sign of the first ‘brain-soiled’ class of ‘americans’ that are now running our government. 😯

    • 87 Tenacity December 22, 2011 at 12:18 am

I sincerely believe there is more to this story. McCain’s (McCann’s) ancestry is as foggy as the Bush/Scherff clan. Is his family history a fiction? I really believe what we have been told is not the truth. Don Nicoloff investigated his family history and found a pattern of made up dead end trails. There may be ties to Operation Paper Clip or similar illegal foreign infiltration. I’m not saying he wasn’t born in the Canal Zone, but I’m saying we may not know who his parents/grandparents really were. I am convinced we haven’t been given the truth about his military experience, at least not by him or his campaign.

Benjamin Fulford, interviewing Rockefeller, asks question about Ron Paul….Rockefeller plays dumb.

    • 91 drkate December 21, 2011 at 11:55 pm

If Ron Paul wins it may be too late obvious for the globalists to take him out…everyone else is their stooge, its the whole system… maybe they will retreat hoping to fight another day? They don’t have the resources unless they invite the whole chinese army into the US.

      • 92 Tenacity December 22, 2011 at 12:39 am

Dr. Kate, they will fight him tooth and nail. If there is more turnover in the House and Senate and some real constitutionalists are elected giving the GOP Senate majority, the elite subversion program could be set back by decades, if not a century. They* have way too much to lose. They* will do everything in their power: 3rd Party, trumped up scandals, false flags…you name it. It may be too obvious to try to snuff him like They* have so many others, but they will cheat and apply duress to those around him if not able to get to him directly. This is going to be a huge battle…a spiritual battle…indeed a war for our liberty, our very souls, our children and our republic. Already, They* are in a panic and Their* agenda so blatant. It will become even more in the open. I hope Bix Wier is at least correct in thinking there are some in influential positions who expect Dr. Paul’s victory and see this as a lesson the People will never forget for generations to come…that the founding principles must be defended vigilantly and we must never be willing targets of subversion again. That will be a dream come true…a real American dream.

        • 93 Troy December 22, 2011 at 12:48 am

It may be too obvious to try to snuff him like They* have so many others
Tell that to Judge Roll and innocent bystander, Gabby Gifford.

If they have the gal to take down the twin towers, they won’t hesitate to pull off another Kennedy.

          • 94 Tenacity December 22, 2011 at 12:57 am

I agree Troy, but the blowback will be very different than They* have experienced up until now. They* will have no place to hide and way too many people will be pointing the figure directly at the cabal. Nothing They* could say will stop millions of people knowing full well what has happened and who is responsible. They would have thousands of Ron Pauls taking his place. Look at the rock solid support he has garnered. The vast majority of those supporting him are AWAKE. Once those blinders are off…its Katie bar the door.

            • 95 Troy December 22, 2011 at 1:11 am

It’s extremely important that he choose a Vice President that holds his same views, because it is very possible that they will take him out – someone like Judge Napolitano.

              • 96 Tenacity December 22, 2011 at 2:36 am

              • 97 Durus December 22, 2011 at 8:39 am

                Judge Napolitano? Scratches head!

Persons who do not understand the meaning of “natural born Citizen” or carries the water for those ridiculing those who do understand the meaning of “natural born Citizen”, need not apply.

                • 98 Troy December 22, 2011 at 9:23 am

I have never heard the Judge mention the NBC issue at all, let alone ridicule anyone….To my knowledge, he stayed out of that argument altogether.

                  • 99 Durus December 22, 2011 at 9:32 am

Which suggests he doesn’t understand the issue, or he would be educating his audiences about why it is important.

                    • 100 Troy December 22, 2011 at 10:15 am

Fox News management (Robert Ailes) isn’t allowing it on air….Never has and never will….If the judge brought it up they would immediately go to commercial break and then you’d probably never see him on the air again.

                    • 101 Jan December 22, 2011 at 3:29 pm

Durus, the judge fully understands it, all of FOX was told to never discuss it and their salaries are more important than saving America.
The only ones on FOX that I have seen sort of discuss is would be the late nite RedEye group.

                  • 102 Durus December 22, 2011 at 9:59 am

Has Judge Napolitano joined the Article 2 SuperPAC yet? If not then, why not?

Either the issue is a valid constitutional issue or it isn’t. Judge Napolitano knows whether it is a valid constitution issue or not.

I am really enjoying this thread. Not much left for me to say except “yeah baby!” Instead of “Ran Paul in 2012” we should say “Liberty in 2013.” Do you realize what the world will think about the U.S.A. if this miracle were to happen? It’s like Dr. Paul says about setting an example. Please God! In the name of Yshua.

    • 116 Tenacity December 22, 2011 at 12:50 am

That was not a Freudian slip. I meant Ron Paul of course.

    • 117 Troy December 22, 2011 at 12:58 am

He’s just a man and is capable of mistakes of which some he would make, but at least his heart is in the right place…..No one should should deify him like the Obots did to Obama (not saying that you are)….It’s just best to know right up front that his task would be monumental and there would definitely be some mistakes made here and there when trying to take on a mess this big.

      • 118 Tenacity December 22, 2011 at 1:11 am

The thing that makes his support so solid is that he represents a nation of law, not men. He is simply setting an example of integrity…holding to the constitution. He has somewhat quietly helped to awaken a movement of people opening their minds to the truth. I happen to believe there is divine providence involved in those minds being opened. They* will have a tough time snuffing that out. It is a grass fire of people refusing to swallow the lies. The movement has a life of its own and is replicating itself. That fire is beginning to burn outside of Their* control. We must continue to pray and repent, giving the glory where the glory is due. Dr. Paul readily admits that he cannot do this alone and he is not doing this alone now.

  27. 119 Troy December 22, 2011 at 1:08 am

If RP, through God’s grace, were to win the Presidency the first thing the banksters, via the CFR, will do is to launch an attack (probably nuclear) on our mainland….They will set it up to look like Iran or N. Korea did it, since they plan on taking down both of those countries….If RP won’t fight their war, they will force a war upon him to feed their military industrial complex beast.

    • 120 Tenacity December 22, 2011 at 1:29 am

What happens if Their* fiat is no longer respected and the people have the option of Sound Money? What happens if some of Them* go down, as to jail or flee the country in fear of criminal charges? Kissinger is already not welcome on part of the globe. Poppy Bush has been found guilty by an international court. People around the world are awake to GMOs, false flags, chemtrails, technology hoarding, banking theft, dictatorial actions and the media lies. I don’t know if there is any turning back. 1. Why doesn’t RP address the obama ineligibility issue if he is so constitutional? He said to his constitutents: ‘we will not do anything because we will be laughed out of congress’
    2. obama tries to kill the enemies with kindness. See what happens? RP wants to isolate USA. Do you really think the enemies will stay away just because we ‘leave them alone’? RP will be another obama apologizing to everyone for our ‘evil’ acts.
    3. Now more than ever, we need a fighter to remove the evil usurper and challenge the lamestream media and improve education. In 2008 the idealists didn’t vote and we have the usurper installed thanks to them! Even McCain would have saved us from trillions in deficits and debts and we won’t be the laughing stock of the entire world. He would have secured the border and NOT sue our states for enforcing the immigration laws.
    4. We have to fight strategically. Sticking with your ‘ideals’ at the expense of losing the war is simply NOT feasible or wise. Who is to define what/who is most ideal? The establishment defines Romey as ideal, now Dr Kate et al define RP as close to ideal, many conservatives define Gingrich as the conservative fighter who will win the war….
    5. What is the most important at this juncture? Winning the election WAR! By electing the best available – a fighter, experienced, skillful, knowledgeable, proven leadership, proven records and electable if given a chance. Someone who has acted on conservative principles against all odds to achieve great results despite some relapse of judgement while not in office.
RP is not the candidate – what impressive legislature has he ever enacted? What leadership has he shown in all the years in congress? (Other than leading people in 911 conspiracy theory) As a president will he be persuasive enough to convince congress to act on his ideas? In such a terrorists infested world can we afford an isolationist? Do you really think he can defeat obama? Be honest!
    6. It is a fact that many RP supporters are democrats or independents leaning towards dem who proclaim they want a ‘peaceful’ leader so they organize just like obama supporters do to win him the nomination. But whom will they vote for in the general election? OBAMA WITH HIS OBAMACARE AND CZARS and thugs……If they win RP the nomination, they will get obama re-elected, then it is obamacare for everyone!
    7. You folks were so taken by Hillary Clinton only to discover that she is the biggest traitor. That is not so impressive a record of the judgement at work back then.
    Just my 2-cents.

    • 123 drkate December 22, 2011 at 11:59 am

Ummm, “kill with kindness”? Where have you been with Obama’s arming the muslim brotherhood, killing our defenses, offing the polish government, killing our soldiers, jailing anyone who disagrees with him, forcing the passage of nationalizing legislation?

Clinton? Sure many of us were for her, and more than half of those who supported her jumped off that wagon when she betrayed her constituents. Now as SOS she continues her and Obama’s agenda of destroying America and sending our money overseas, for heavens sake, arming the mexican drug cartels.

NO ONE has mentioned eligibility. If that is your sole criterion, then vote in the primary for Dummet, Cody Robert Judy, or write them in….if you are a democrat, and if you are a Republican, hold your nose and vote for the one who has the best chance of defeating obama.

No one could be more disappointed than I–spending 3 years on this blog and others fighting the eligibility issue–that the one constitutional candidate will not mention it.

Be grateful that we are still moving and harassing Obama’s name on the ballot in as many states as we can. That is our responsibility when the Congress and judiciary utterly fail to protect the Constitution.

I heard that too. I also read and know that RP’s supporters are die hards and are with him to the end. MSM is spinning shat again. As for him not mentioning the natural born issue: I wish he wouldn’t mention some other issues too. Just until he gets into office. I can’t take another “I can see Russia from my porch” lying moment again. President Paul 2012

Oh and obots are all around the conservative blogs posing as repubs who hate RP. Careful. They are calling RP voters Paulbots. LOL like we are the robots. NOT!

RP gains more and more support daily as people see who he really is……. a man of honor and very caring man. He delivered black babies for free to those who could not afford it. What mighty fine man.

Today CNN tried to accuse RP of racism. That went over like a lead balloon.

It looks like they can’t attack his stances anymore because they KNOW he is right. So all they have left is the race card.

Can someone question the obama’s on their blantant hatred of white people? naaaaa they are to scared of the mulatto.

  30. 129 Troy December 22, 2011 at 1:27 am

You folks were so taken by Hillary Clinton
I don’t know where you came up with that nonsense from – you folks???

He hasn’t addressed the eligibility issue because to do so would guarantee him a defeat and then he would not not be able to start cleaning up the country.

One of the first departments he intends to shut down is the department of education, which is where the communists are indoctrinating the youth….I don’t know how one could improve education much more that that.

His stance is to make our military’s role – home defense….That means if someone is dumb enough to attack us we wipe their asses out.

His stance is that Congress declares war, not the president, and when Congress does declare the president abides by the decision and sees to it that we win that war swiftly.

    • 130 heather December 22, 2011 at 11:04 pm

Not me Troy–I knew hillary was just as evil and corrupt as bill and barry from the start–her and bill were in Russia protesting the VV war during the war–and protesting in another country makes them traitors.
Don’t get me wrong, I hated that VV war too–but to protest against your own country while at war in another country is pure bs and neither clinton should have never been allowed in politics. They are both dirty and their closets are full of scum.

RE: “…and your comment sounds right out of his playbook too….”

Excuse me if I sounded flippant. I did not mean to.

Sure I know that the major commentators here, do not want to hear that, but the fact is, and it is very serious, that they are subscribing Karl Rove theory, that the eligibility would hurt any GOP candidate and Trump is the only miraculous exception whose popularly skyrocketed at that time, but any other politician is doomed if just dare to address the biggest constitutional fraud in the political history of the US.

          • 134 drkate December 23, 2011 at 9:30 am

Hello? This blog has repeatedly written about these factors and actors. Trump is democrat operative. The entire system is corrupt and needs replacing.

This post asked people to come up with solid reasons why or why not DrPaul. I realize I have offended some by you thinking this blog has turned into a Paul blog. IT is not.

So rather than accusing people here of just ignoring the issues we have written about for three years, understand there is deep context. Come up with something new, and a plan. Throwing up your hands is a plan. Reasoning your solution is another.

Whoa, and it is way beyond Karl Rove–this is the NWO speaking. Their candidate is Romney. How do you feel about that?

        • 135 sky December 23, 2011 at 7:13 am

Of course, everyone is called an Obot who does not agree with you. You sound like an Obot yourself because the Obots call names (like racist) any time you respectfully disagree.

I know that you don’t like Karl Rove, no conservative would, but please admit that your theory on the issue of avoiding the eligibility is very similar, if not the same as Karl’s.

I admit that I could be wrong, and you and Karl right. Mine is only an opinion. In a year from now we will know who predicted the future more accurately.

There is no way in hell that I could possibly vote for Romney or Gingrich, therefore my choice is very easy to make.

  32. 144 Tenacity December 22, 2011 at 1:46 am

Chris, I really question whether you have listened to Dr. Paul or have any idea what he represents other than what you have heard out of the MSM pundits. Your comments about isolation and apologizing are NOT Ron Paul. Have you even read what Dr. Kate has been writing? Your whole list is full of misinformation, misinterpretation and false assumptions. You keep repeating the same malarkey that one would expect from an Obat or GOP establishment propagandist. Recognizing the lie (dictated mantra) of unelectibility and studying all the other GOP candidates, I don’t see how any of the others could beat the seditious putative incumbent as they have all been outed for their hidden agendas and bankster loyalties.

In summary, your points are stale and have been heard from the controlled media…supported only by conjecture and false assumption.

Btw, I was never taken by Hitlary…red, white & blue fever I will admit, but never by the that conniving back-stabbing Leninist lawyer.

I can only assume the neocon warmongering Governor Branstad, who is rumored to be a VP possibility in a Romney Presidency, had a hand in this since he whined that a Ron Paul win at the IA caucus is to be ignored.

  35. 148 eddie h. December 22, 2011 at 10:26 am

i cannot support ron paul . he has stonewalled all that inquired with him on obama’s constitutional eligibility for the last 3 years as all others in congress have . even now , he refuses to address it and has stated that it is irrevelant . i do not call that a constitutional conservative . he is doing the phony dance the same as the other candidates . i warn here again , do not believe he will act on that issue later . his feet have to be held to the fire now . there were several that ran for congress in 2010 leading voters to believe they do something later and you see what has been done . the coward allen west comes formost to my mind . he got away with putting the voters on in his district .

    • 149 Tenacity December 22, 2011 at 11:11 am

e h. I agree about West, however Dr. Paul has made no such phony statement. What he has said is that he would undo the executive orders.

I believe it is reasonable for you to offer the solution, like who are you supporting. Just being a naysayer does little to solve the problem.

The real problem with the eligibility issue has been the legal fiction of “standing”. Without Sound Money, we the People are not likely to ever achieve de facto standing again. The eligibility issue is not the root of the problem, it is but one symptom. No one takes a stronger stand on eligibility than I and others here do, BUT getting rid of the fraud in the White House does not cure the much larger problem.

So what exactly is your solution to the larger problem? Give us your plan. Who do you see that has a handle on the problem AND is competing for POTUS? Is taking on the eligibility issue your primary litmus test?

    • 150 Troy December 22, 2011 at 11:57 am

Well then, you will be voting for no one, because none of them are going to address that issue – ever!….That’s just how it is.

      • 151 Durus December 22, 2011 at 1:39 pm

Then any oath they would swear to support and defend the Constitution of the United States would be meaningless.

I am done with candidates who selectively choose which portions of the Constitution they will support and defend.

For any candidate who will not support and defend the “natural born Citizen” qualification for the office of the President, the only qualifications for the office of the President are:

        1) attained to the age of thirty five years,
        2) and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.

        • 152 drkate December 22, 2011 at 1:42 pm

Good point on the oath of office. And I agree, the Constitution is not a menu.

          • 153 Durus December 22, 2011 at 2:26 pm

That is right… the Constitution is a CONTRACT which the Founders established to secure the rights of the individual as sovereign and limit the federal government’s control over sovereign individuals.

  36. 154 eddie h. December 22, 2011 at 10:37 am

i don’t buy that line that if ron paul addressed obama eligibility and made a national debate on it that it would guarantee his defeat , on the contrary i believe it would guarantee his winning the election . obama cannot prove his eligibility and a national debate would sink him so low that he would not stand a snow balls chance in hell of winning any election .

    • 155 Tenacity December 22, 2011 at 11:18 am

And who would then win? I am 99.9% certain that Paul or any other non-Dem candidate would be defeated if they attack the S/Ob’s eligibility now. If Trump were to run as a Dem, with his establishment support, money and media, he could possibly pull it off. I believe he is the only one.

I hope you respond to my questions above.

Let me add that if another Dem or any of the establishment GOP candidates were to win, we will have Obama or Bush part II and our republic is doomed. In some ways, we would be better off with a lame duck S/Ob and a conservative Senate majority. A Romney or Gingrich with a GOP Senate majority would be devastating…talk about a phony dance.

    • 157 Troy December 22, 2011 at 12:08 pm

No it wouldn’t….The MSM would see to it that anyone who brings it up would be marginalized into oblivion….RP is already marginalized just because he wants to end the Fed and the aggressive wars….If he brought up the eligibility issue in the middle of his campaign he would be finished for good – Then he wouldn’t be able to do anything for this country….The NWO banksters would continue to run roughshod over us.

    • 159 Durus December 22, 2011 at 1:24 pm

Nobody has the backbone to go after Obama’s achilles’ heel.

The bottom line is… we lose our Republic, if we continue to allow foreign influence to control the office of the President.

  37. 163 eddie h. December 22, 2011 at 12:32 pm

tenacity —- you are wrong . ron paul was asked by a voter why he did not challenge obama’s election . his answer was that if he did he would be laughed at . now isn’t that some kind of an answer ? he answered another voters letter telling him that the state of hawaii had provided a birth certificate for obama and he met the requirement for a natural born citizen . then , about 3 months back he stood up on the senate floor and stated that obamas constitutional eligibility was irrevelant . that is ignoring the most egregious violation of all in the constitution . there may be other examples of rp stonewalling and lying other than those 3 and i have no doubt there are . i have knowledge of those 3 .

    • 164 Tenacity December 22, 2011 at 1:51 pm

e h., I am one of those that brought out the laughing stock comment from RP. I believe your comment about a letter is false and demand you produce the evidence of that letter. You are misinterpreting his comments on the Senate floor. You are avoiding answering my questions and spewing conjecture without merit. Provide your proposed solutions or take a hike.

      • 165 cedartree December 23, 2011 at 6:56 am

Ron Paul is guilty of misprison of treason. So are they all.
        Prove they are not.

        • 166 drkate December 23, 2011 at 9:41 am

Hello? Have you read this blog? Of course they are all guilty of misprision of treason. Anyone is who has not spoken up. The system is rigged to keep them in place.

  38. 168 eddie h. December 22, 2011 at 12:37 pm

this message is for troy —– i disagree again . once the issue got brought up and others joined in , the media would not be able to stop the onslaught . it would continue to fester with gradually more and more people getting on board .

    • 169 Troy December 22, 2011 at 12:43 pm

I disagree…They wouldn’t even report on it….Same as it has always been….Trump is the only one that might be able to get away with it, but he is evidently a Dem operative….All he would have to do is announce that he is running on a Dem ticket and then challenge Obama’s eligibility….I believe he would have “standing”.

    • 170 Voco Indubium December 23, 2011 at 7:06 pm

RE: “….once the issue got brought up and others joined in, the media would not be able to stop the onslaught …”

It depends who would bring it up. If it is a minor candidate like Dummett – it is not reported. However, if it is any of the major ones on the debating circle, and brought up during a live-TV broadcast, I agree with you, the flood would break the dam – nothing could hold it back.

  39. 171 Quantum Leap December 22, 2011 at 12:45 pm

I’m still back at drkates question. “why don’t repubs want to win” I think the bulk of newt world order supporters are neocons. Neocons and radical ‘new commie dems’ are the problem in this country. Newt world (dis)order is a neocon.

Ron Paul is a fiscal conservative who will never run as independent……never. He is not a neocon. If RP is not the nominee then repubs lose. I for sure will not vote for anyone else. McCain punked me for my vote and I’m in no mood to be punked again.

    • 172 Voco Indubium December 23, 2011 at 1:04 am

RE: “….back at drkates question. “why don’t repubs want to win ? ‘ ”

Let me offer my theory and look forward to read your comments:

The Establishment-GOP controls the party (Karl Rove and Co). They live in an ivory tower. While acting as if they knew their constituents’ intentions, they are totally disconnected. Yet, they are able to force every single candidate follow their rules. These rules in layman’s language are: “Retain a noble politeness, stick to policies, when the opponent kicks you in balls you are still not supposed to hit below the belt, that would be compromising your dignity”.

Example: Romney , the other day, refused to confirm that O is a socialist. Another example: avoiding the eligibility.

Conservatives want a fighter. They say if you cannot stand the heat, get of the kitchen and take a job as an accountant but not as a politician. That is why they did not like McCain. That is why they don’t like Romney. That is why any possible GOP nominee, including RP, will lose against O in 2012. It is a repeat of 2008.

That is why the GOP is doomed and will probably be replaced by a third party in 2016, if elections and the Constitutional Republic will still stand after O’s second term.

      • 173 drkate December 23, 2011 at 9:26 am

They are all NWO, not republicans or democrats. They all need to be removed. And yes, they are all guilty of misprision of treason by not speaking out.

  40. 174 Quantum Leap December 22, 2011 at 1:02 pm

Troy, you said hillbuzz is for RP. I couldn’t believe that Kevin would suddenly become that rational so I had to see for myself as I never venture over there. Kevin is a whack job not because he’s gay but because he’s an arrogant bipolar nutcase..
Here is what I found and you can keep this as proof that Kevin supports neocons.

For the record…Kevin and I have discussed at great lengths the current GOP field and agree that currently Newt Gingrich would be the best man for the job Read more http://hillbuzz.org/

    I rest my case.

    • 175 Troy December 22, 2011 at 1:12 pm

I believe the author of the article at Hillbuzz, in support of RP, was written by a female (last name: Gee)….She was the RP supporter over there.

  41. 176 Quantum Leap December 22, 2011 at 1:05 pm

Chris is half right by saying people were fooled by Hillary……the other half is that most of us, not all, have woken up and will not ever be fooled again. I’m sure obots relate. They got punked for their vote too.

  42. 178 hockeyfan530 December 22, 2011 at 1:31 pm

    eddie h.

I’m in agreement with you 100%. Any candidate that ignores the eligibility will not get my vote PERIOD.

    • 179 Tenacity December 22, 2011 at 1:53 pm

So who are you supporting? Look at the questions I asked e h. and provide your solutions.

      • 180 Voco Indubium December 23, 2011 at 2:27 am

RE: “So who are you supporting? Look at the questions I asked e h. and provide your solutions.”

If you please allow me to put in my two cents?

I don’t have a solution but a few things may help:

Tell your favored candidate in writing that you are voting for Dummett in the primary unless your favored candidate addresses the eligibility. If he gets 100,000 letters he knows that it represents opinions of perhaps 100 times that.

Dr Kate supported the excellent idea that a WND should be persuaded to lead a campaign based on a similar idea. Dr Kate said that the idea was rejected by the Birther leadership, because they were afraid that not enough signatures could be collected. My answer is if all the conservative bloggers would unite on that front the sufficient number of signatures would be guaranteed.

If you don’t get enough don’t submit it. There would be still time between now and the primaries if some organization like WND would be willing to take the lead.

If there are enough signatures, the candidate is directly influenced, it matters less if the Media ignores it or not. The candidate himself has to decide if he is going to risk losing a high number of votes in the primary. If such campaign is initiated by a credible entity, it might succeed. If every individual has to write separately, there will be fewer letters.

You can see, that even though, the predominant opinion of this site is following the Karl Rove theory in this respect (see my comments above) there are commentators even on this site who are determined not to vote for anyone who avoids the eligibility issue. So would the general conservative public act.

For my part, will vote for RP, in the primary, if he brings it up, otherwise I have to vote for Dummett.

    • 181 Jan December 22, 2011 at 4:42 pm

Just keep in mind, hockeyfan and Eddie and everyone else, NOT VOTING OR VOTING FOR A WRITE IN IS A VOTE FOR OBAMA

  43. 182 Durus December 22, 2011 at 1:54 pm

All my letters stress the truth about the eligibility issue, so when some politicians, Republican or Democrat, casually dismiss this issue with remarks like” this is not a major issue with me” are they aware of what they are saying? The person acting as President of the World’s most powerful Nation has the power to lead America toward prosperity or ruin, yet, they claim Obama’s right to occupy that Office is “not a major issue with them.” Also, to those who claim his eligibility “has been authenticated by proof he provided, may I remind them that proof consisting of fraudulent and/or ineligible documents is merely proof of fraud and/or ineligibility! Those who defend Obama’s legitimacy are either uninformed, avoiding it for political or personal reasons or simply ignoring the truth. If any still need a house to fall upon them to understand this, Obama’s deception, when exposed, will provide a skyscraper! When The Constitution was written, Article 2 specifically limited the Presidency to a natural-born American citizen, so as not to allow someone with a dual-nationality or other foreign allegiance to adversely affect the governance of our Country. By deliberately withholding access to a valid birth certificate, school records, 1981 passport to Pakistan and virtually every other document bearing his name, plus creating both a false COLB and a recent false “Certificate of Live Birth”, Obama has effectively shrouded his eligibility in secrecy. Recently, on National TV, America heard him telling subordinates to “find a way to get around the Constitution”; this from a man who, when inaugurated, swore under oath to defend it.Truly, Barack Obama is a President who never was!

    Robert Quinn

    • 183 drkate December 22, 2011 at 3:25 pm

Nobody here believes Obama is eligible, and none of us will defend his lack of constitutional eligibility. We all are free to use whatever criterion we want to, and to keep working this issue as many are doing so.

There will be a lot of pressure on the nominee–whomever he/she is, to deal squarely with this issue….except we know Romney won’t. I am not convinced that any of them will, but holding out hope that strategically they will see the wisdom of confronting obama however obliquely on his ineligibility. Newt, for example, could be asked historically when was the last person in office who may not have been constitutionally qualified…etc

    • 184 Tenacity December 22, 2011 at 4:20 pm

So if someone says, “that’s not my focus right now, I have issues that I believe are important and will continue to push those issues,” you see it as fair to assume they are not acceptable even though all their other issues are defending the constitution and individual unalienable rights?

Has anyone read Larken Rose’s “The Iron Web”? If you had, you might understand my point. It does absolutely no good to press a lesser point that will keep you from ever achieving the position necessary to solve the bigger problem, regardless if that point is important. It’s like stepping over a $10 dollar bill to pick up a quarter. You gain the quarter and miss out on the $10 bill. We are in a spiritual battle. I have watched pride and stubbornness keep people from crossing the finish line after running 9/10 of a race. Its like worrying about a cut on the arm when you are hemorrhaging internally. There is a bigger picture here and it seems some are so focused on the cut on their arm, they want to shoot the doctor because he wants to repair the hemorrhage first.

Imagine your car is about out of gas, but your engine has no oil in it. Do you drive to fill up your tank or put some oil in the engine first. In this case, Obama ineligibility is your gas and Sound Money is oil in your engine. If you make it to the gas station, you won’t be able to go anywhere with a thrown rod in your engine. The banksters have your coil wire in their hand. You can fill your tank to the brim, but if they pull your coil or you throw a rod, you ain’t going anywhere. We’ve got to oil up and get their hands off that coil, then we can think about filling that tank. I say we send somebody else for gas while the driver of our bus is oiling up and taking control of that coil. Guess what, that’s precisely what is happening. But no, we say lets find a driver that wants to go for gas first. So we send the one driver trying to oil up home and find that the only other driver left is siphoning the last bit of gas out of our tank.

      • 185 Durus December 23, 2011 at 6:31 pm

It appears that we have come full circle again, back to the Constitution of the United States being a menu from which one can pick and choose which issues to support and defend.

In the case of issues codified in the Constitution, there are no lesser or greater issues.

  44. 186 Troy December 22, 2011 at 2:23 pm

    Here’s the deal:

Tenacity and I, both, are pissed about Barry’s ineligibility…..We have both fought it from the very beginning and have tried to educate as many people as possible about it….There is no doubt whatsoever that the dude is not eligible….We all know it…..There is something else that I know and I suspect Tenacity knows and the politicians know and that is – NOTHING is ever going to be done about the issue…EVER!….The SCOTUS are the only ones that have jurisdiction and they aren’t going to touch it….They have made that crystal clear….I am glad that many are still fighting and I still try to educate anyone that isn’t aware, but the truth of the matter is that we are beating on a dead horse….IT’S NEVER GOING TO BE HEARD IN THE SCOTUS….Never, ever!….That’s it!

With that being said, we still have to continue on with all other matters, one of which is trying to get someone in leadership that will put an end to the bankster’s shadow government.

If you don’t want to vote for anyone who doesn’t bring up the eligibility issue then you aren’t going to vote at all, because nobody is going to bring it up….A no vote is a vote for Barry.

    • 188 Troy December 22, 2011 at 2:47 pm

Another topic that will get you “Alinskied” by the MSM….I’ll bet if he were to get elected president that would then tell the people the truth about it….To try to do so during a campaign would guarantee a loss.

    • 189 drkate December 22, 2011 at 3:28 pm

all of them are avoiding this. At least Ron Paul is dealing with it on one level by pointing out useless wars, unconstitutional wars, and all the military spending going on right now. He is dealing with this issue also by focusing on sound money and the federal reserve.

  45. 190 Katie December 22, 2011 at 4:38 pm

So if a “war” is unconstitutional (Iraq/Afghanistan), isn’t it up to Congress to impeach the POTUS? Did Ron Paul take any action in Congress against Bush?

    • 191 Troy December 22, 2011 at 4:50 pm

One senator alone can’t do squat.

    • 192 Tenacity December 22, 2011 at 4:51 pm

One man does not an impeachment make. He spoke out against Bush and the unconstitutional wars/actions on the floor of the House. So yes, he took what action he could. You don’t call for a vote unless you have sponsorship and the votes to carry it.

    • 193 Troy December 22, 2011 at 4:55 pm

Congress, overwhelmingly, gave Bush the green light after the 9/11 fiasco…I’d be willing to bet that RP was totally against us going into Iraq.

Kusinich (sp?) and Paul were both talking impeachment when Barry went into Libya with no authorization.

    • 194 drkate December 22, 2011 at 4:55 pm

Do you think any other of the republicans would take action against Bush? Or even democrats?

Yes, all the wars since WWII have been unconstitutional. And yes it is up to Congress not only to declare war, but to impeach a president who went to war without authority. This never happened in Korea, which was the first undeclared war.

Do you think Romney, Gingrich, Bachman, or Santorum will stop going to war? OR will make Congress live up to its constitutional duty instead of everyone abrogating their duties?

Ron Paul has voted against war consistently since getting to Congress. Congress has let the Executive assume more control than necessary, i.e, CIC is really only operative during a time of declared war. The congress is constitution-blind. He has been outnumbered by idiots to the constitution.

Sometimes you live to fight another day, and that CAN be done by adhering to principles as Paul has demonstrated.

  48. 204 eddie h. December 22, 2011 at 8:53 pm

dr. kate —– i believe you are applying the old least of the evil rule . some of us are determined not to go that way this time . if there is no true constitutional conservative on the ballot that respects every article of the constitution including article 2 then let soetoro / obama have it and just allow a total collapse and then just maybe we can start all over with a honest constitutional government . we are sick of the least of the evil routine .

    • 205 drkate December 22, 2011 at 8:57 pm

yes, well eddie, by definition, you are not voting for anyone who doesn’t talk about eligibility. so who do you have?

Mine is strategic, and I am aware. I prefer Ron Paul right now, in a heartbeat. And you are ignoring him because of one issue, yet you don’t put anyone else forward. You’re going to have to stop whining at some point and make a decision.

    • 206 drkate December 22, 2011 at 8:58 pm

“let it collapse”…again, you’re guessing that it will collapse without control. the NWO wants the collapse, we are easy pickings then. I’m not that stupid.

      • 207 drkate December 22, 2011 at 9:21 pm

And Eddie, I do respect your right to vote for no-one…any anyone else who feels that way for that matter…just know consciously what you are doing and ask yourself if you are being a responsible American at this moment in history. That decision is yours.

  49. 211 Tiger 7 December 22, 2011 at 8:57 pm

Drkate, I feel very much the same way you do re voting against bho ( or Bari Shabazz ). I don’t think any of the GOP cats are “saviors”, but the important thing is to get control of the Congress—such as it is. Anyone who doesn’t vote because they don’t like the GOP candidate is casting a half vote for bho.–the vast majority of votes have historically been cast against a candidate, not for one.

  50. 215 Quantum Leap December 22, 2011 at 9:47 pm

Is anyone doing phone banking for RP? I hope the script has things that helps the voters to understand the caucuses and what to do with radicals who want caucus chaos. They need to bring their cell phones and snap pictures and call the cops of any irregularity of votes like trashing RP’s votes, locking out people and other vote fraud.

The world doesn’t not want NWO. See the affects of what NWO is doing worldwide? No one wants the elites to control the world except the elites.

I hope they run Hillary to punk the vote from Barry Hussein Of*ckface, the biggest phoney and weakling in the entire world. .

  51. 216 Troy December 22, 2011 at 10:00 pm

Yeah eddie, lets just let it collapse into a one world communist government, because that’s where they’re taking us – Dems and Repubs alike….Right now, there is only one candidate who intends on trying to keep that from happening and that is who I’m going to vote for….If RP doesn’t win the nomination, and I don’t think he will, I’m also going to hold my nose and vote for whoever is running against Barry….I won’t be voting for someone…I’ll be voting against someone, just like I did when I voted against Barry the last time….It’s a proven fact that the only reason the communist won is because the conservatives stayed home instead of voting for the Rino….Look where that got us.

You think we can let Barry collapse the country and then rebuild?……I’ve got news for you – there wouldn’t be anything left to rebuild….This country will be forever gone…..A “no vote” is a Barry vote, just like last time.

    • 217 Ann December 22, 2011 at 10:35 pm

    • 220 Troy December 22, 2011 at 11:11 pm

I remember when elder Bush was pres and would speak he had a creepy EVIL twist to his face, he’s effed up, and now he’s a drooling Depends-wearing mushroom and he’s still effed up. Proof, that evil does not diminish with dementia.

  52. 222 eddie h. December 22, 2011 at 11:08 pm

dr. kate —– rp will not stand up for article 2 . we have no guarantee that if he were to get elected that he will stand up for other articles of the constitution when the going gets tough such as the second amendment for example . i maintain that it is of the utmost importance to stand up for article 2 now . then we could likely be more assured that he would not back down under pressure on any of the other articles of the constitution .

    • 223 drkate December 22, 2011 at 11:26 pm

I don’t disagree with you about RP and Article II…but the longer term question is what are you going to do about it? NONE of them are going to stand up for it. So you look at who is going to stand up for MOST of the constitution right now in this corrupt world. Ron Paul comes closest, and, is is after a very important piece of the destruction of America, the FED. Who do you think installed Obama, anyway?

Any other candidate I could mention also are not standing up for Article II right now.

Now you have made your choice ‘not to vote for anyone’ and ‘let the whole thing collapse’. I hear you. That’s a pretty clear statement of where you are, and if that is what you think being a responsible American is right now then that is your choice, your action, and your burden.

Remember ‘live free or die’? Don’t die while you’re living!

  53. 224 heather December 22, 2011 at 11:11 pm

Did anyone hear late this afternoon that the feds went in and took Sheriff Joe’s responsibity away and are using the excuse that HS/Nappy–says he discriminated against hispanics? This is big news and I cant find it anywhere–but here a blurb on fox at dinner time tonight.

They did this deliberately because of his investigation against barry…just more corruption–its time Sheriff Joe made the arrest against barry/holder and company.

  54. 226 Troy December 22, 2011 at 11:20 pm

Who is RP suppose to raise the eligibility issue with?….A brick wall?….A tree stump?…..Might as well, because the SCOTUS damn sure isn’t ever going to address it….They have said so and they have shown us that….SCOTUS is the only one that has jurisdiction, so RP may as well lodge his eligibility complaint with the wall or the stump, because either one will be happy to listen where as SCOTUS covers their eyes and sticks their fingers in their ears.

Go ahead RP lodge that complaint and see how fast you are ridiculed and marginalized into oblivion and out of public office.

  55. 233 Troy December 22, 2011 at 11:40 pm

This is the situation in a nutshell:

We have to vote Barry OUT OF THERE!….That means voting for whoever is running against him….When the next election comes due in 2016, we vote out the incumbent again….We will have to continue repeating that process until we are lucky enough to finally get a constitutional conservative in there….We have a chance to put one in there this time, but NOPE! – all because on one single issue….The same issue shared by every single one of them…..I am certain that the word was put out that any member of congress that raises that issue on the floor will be unanimously expelled from congress.

  56. 235 cedartree December 23, 2011 at 7:08 am

It’s a numbers game, literally everyone in DC is guilty of misprison of treason, it’s a tidal wave of raw threats which has gotten them into line. Not one wayward word about these Article II-bashers.

The NWO needed to destroy the middle class, US sovereignty, and the Constitution. They have their usurper who by his presence destroys the constitution, who works to destroy the middle class and US sovereignty (oh and add in US national security too).

All the EVIL ARTICLE II BASHING MISPRISON OF TREASON government “officials” are NOT on our side, they are working to destroy this country from the vantage point of Washington DC. They are hopeless and need to be ignored…

What’s needed is to reinstitute the Constitution elsewhere on a smaller scale and rebuild it, with proper and SEVERE guards. The Constitution is NOT in effect in DC.

How come people think these people, who are ALL guilty of misprison of treason, are EVER going to be on our side?

There is not a single candidate or official, other than Arpaio, who has stepped up to the plate. Not one. All turds. Flush!

    • 239 drkate December 23, 2011 at 9:42 am

      “elsewhere”, like where?

  57. 240 hockeyfan530 December 23, 2011 at 7:56 am

I’m with eddie 100%. If barry is allowed to run again we are done. None of the republicans will tell us WHY article 2 of the constitution isn’t important. If they can tell me why eligibility isn’t important then I may reconsider. But thus far they just tell me it’s not important.
Conservative talk radio like levin, hannity and rush are equally, If not more responsible for this mess. If these people would have discussed this issue fairly then we wouldn’t be in this situation. These people tell their listeners that the issue doesn’t matter. So, to most of the listeners, the issue doesn’t matter. However, if more people knew about what was going on the MSM couldn’t stop it. Too many people would know. The candidates would have no choice but to push the issue.
Agree that there needs to be a signed petition letting the candidates know we won’t support them if they avoid the issue.
I will support Dummet, Cody Robert Judy and I believe Ed Martin(I believe he’s running isn’t he?).
To me this is the ONLY issue. We all know that barry’s policies are crap but they can all go away and we can expose the left for the scum they are if the eligibility issue is addressed. It’s like complaining about the cold while your standing in front of an open window. Close the window and you can get rid of the cold.
It’s about integrity and courage. If the candidates were to honestly look at the evidence they could make the case and it won’t be ignored by the masses IF it’s done properly, methodically. The more people that know the truth the more the issue will become important.

  58. 241 hockeyfan530 December 23, 2011 at 7:59 am

Also, I’d like to add that if we allow the candidates to ignore the issue aren’t we saying that we agree that it’s not an important issue? That’s how I feel anyway. We can stop all discussion of the issue if we don’t put their feet to the fire

  59. 242 hockeyfan530 December 23, 2011 at 8:17 am

PS. IF the eligibility issue would destroy a candidate would the people that agree that it’s a non-issue hold their nose also and support the candidate anyway? Similar to what we are expected to do.
    Just curious

    • 243 drkate December 23, 2011 at 9:46 am

‘eligibility issue would destroy a candidate’ is NOT the same as ‘agreeing its a non-issue’. Have you followed all the work that has been done on this…starting with several blogs, to Phil Berg, to Apuzzo, to TAitz, to the supremes stating they will ignore the issue?

Do you know the Supremes already decided it in 1875?

None of us here believe its a ‘non-issue’. But we do agree that the entire deck is stacked against us.

  60. 244 Troy December 23, 2011 at 8:20 am

One more time: SCOTUS is NEVER going to hear the issue! – NEVER!

They have said so and they have shown us over and over and over again.

It’s never going to be corrected, so the entire issue has become mute.

We have to get rid of the people and the institutions that allowed this to happen in the first place.

We need to go straight to the source of the cancer and kill it! – The Federal Reserve.

We can stop them from being able to finance anymore of their garbage.

    • 245 cedartree December 23, 2011 at 8:46 am

      SCOTUS is all TURD
2 of them were appointed by an ineligible usurper (Soetomayor and Kagan) and they are null themselves
      Roberts swore in the USURPER
The rest are CRIMINALS who turned a blind eye to the USURPATION

        agreed!…bunch of criminals

This thread started out superb until the naysayers showed up with NO PLAN to solve anything and just naysay. This is precisely why there has been no coordinated effort against the Luciferians. Too many people stuck on stupid. I noticed nobody bothered to comment on my scenario with a bus about out of gas, no oil in the engine and the elite with their hand on the coil. God forbid somebody brings some syllogistic logic to the table. No, lets just naysay our way to an engine that can no longer run and watch the last bit of gas drained out of our tank. Its called dysfunctional people…arrogant ignorance, codependent…cutting your nose off to spite your face. Get into the real world or shut up. I will not respond to anymore naysayers unless you have a workable solution to present. You (naysayers) are just wasting my time. As a matter of fact, it would be and has been a good tactic for Luciferian agent provocateurs.

          • 248 cedartree December 23, 2011 at 4:41 pm

Or maybe YOU are what you project on to others!
There’s nothing wrong with pointing out that the entire bucket of scum in DC are all guilty of misprison of treason, are ineligible, and illegally appointed because that’s square one to realizing THERE IS NO WAY TO WORK WITH THEM.

  61. 250 Troy December 23, 2011 at 10:47 am

Wow, Fox news is working 24 hrs a day to do to RP what Fox complained about the liberal MSM of doing to Sarah Palin….It’s flat out electioneering….These media people, on both sides, need to start getting thrown in jail.

They, along with and via the Iowa RNC, just issued a warning to Iowa voters that if RP wins, Iowa will lose it’s stature and standing in the primary process.

This happened just a couple of minutes ago….They actually threatened the voters of Iowa….How can they possibly get away with that….It’s no different than the Black Panthers standing outside of a voting place and waving billy clubs around.

  62. 254 Troy December 23, 2011 at 11:06 am

Fox just announced that RP has officially taken the lead in their poll….They’ll be ramping up their RP destruction plan -big time!

    • 255 heather December 23, 2011 at 12:45 pm

Go gettem Dr Paul! Don’t let them trample you–we stand beside you all the way and for all those in any media outlet, we stand with you. You are our only hope to bring back our rule of law — our constitution!

Troy–be it foxnews or cnn or any of them, i believe nothing they spout off–they are all liars and actually it’s to our advantage–we know the truth!

  63. 257 cedartree December 23, 2011 at 1:11 pm

    This makes no sense…
if the ineligibilty issue will destroy a candidate
    SO WHA?
The ineligibilty issue will destroy a nation!!
Which is more important! UNLESS THEY’RE ALL NWOers, ALL OF THEM

    • 258 drkate December 23, 2011 at 1:49 pm

They might be! Except Paul who is going after them by going after the FED and foreign aid.

It is absolutely excruciating that no one even mentions Obama’s eligibility, or denigrates the issue when it is mentioned…and I include Ron Paul in the criticism.

    • 259 Tenacity December 23, 2011 at 4:36 pm

      Follow this please.
      1. They* take control of the money supply.
2 They* buy control of our courts, our entertainment, our education system, our media, our communication systems, our pharmaceutical supply, our food processing, our regulatory agencies, our technology, our legislature and bribe the ignorant electorate with entitlements.
      3. They* escalate their theft with fractional reserve banking.
      4. They* promote war and welfare to increase the debt to further enslave the middle class.
      5. They* create a subversive group in the name of national security that manages their drug and gun business and facilitates their strong arm tactics worldwide.
      6. They* install their puppets in all key administrative positions via both major parties, none of which are loyal to this country or constitution.

Now which of these items are the most important? Which one affects all the others? If you get rid of one of the key administrative positions, how does it change all the other items? How could They* accomplish items 2 through 6 without item 1? Which of these items most affected the “standing” of the people? Now do you better understand the Creature from Jekyll Island? Now do you understand why Sound Money is so important?

Obama was recruited through the CIA. Clinton was recruited through the CIA. H.W. Poppy Bush/Scherff has run the CIA for the last 50 years. The constitution was under water from the time they took control of the money supply. We haven’t had a fair election in my lifetime. Obama may well be the 4th if not the 5th non-NBC president. Getting rid of Obama is not as important as restoring constitutional governance. Constitutional governance CANNOT be restored without regaining control of the money supply because that is what facilitates items 2 through 6. Eliminating item 6 or a part of it does little to eliminate items 2 through 5 unless one or more of those key administrative positions understands that item 1 is the key to changing items 2 through 6. GET IT???????????????? yet

The naysayers want to solve the problem by picking one flea off a flea ridden dog. We have a Vet that knows the dog needs flea powder and the naysayers won’t hire him because they are looking for a Vet with two flat rocks. It’s like trying to get rid of the measles by scratching one spot. Stuck on stupid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Katie says:
    December 23, 2011 at 4:31 pm (Edit)

This rather brilliantly cuts thru all the political doublespeak we get. It puts it into a much better perspective.

    Lesson # 1:

    * U.S. Tax revenue: $2,170,000,000,000
    * Fed budget: $3,820,000,000,000
    * New debt: $ 1,650,000,000,000
    * National debt: $14,271,000,000,000 (give or take another TRILLION in the last few weeks)
    * Recent budget cuts: $ 38,500,000,000

Let’s now remove 8 zeros and pretend it’s a household budget:

    * Annual family income: $21,700
    * Money the family spent: $38,200
    * New debt on the credit card: $16,500
    * Outstanding balance on the credit card: $142,710
    * Total budget cuts: $385

    Got It ?????

OK now Lesson # 2: Here’s another way to look at the Debt Ceiling:

Let’s say, You come home from work and find there has been a sewer backup in your neighborhood….and your home has sewage all the way up to your ceilings.

What do you think you should do ……

Raise the ceilings, or pump out the crap?

Your choice is coming Nov. 2012

  66. 267 eddie h. December 23, 2011 at 5:24 pm

dr. kate —– just because none of the other candidates will stand up for article 2 , i do not accept that as an excuse for rp not to do so . he is supposed to be more of a constitutionalist than the others is what the word is on the alex jones radio show .

    • 276 Paula December 23, 2011 at 6:48 pm

Vote out Barry Sotoero, or whatever his name is! Vote for the most constitutional candidate out there, and that is Ron Paul. I agree with the comments stating that by Dr. Paul going after the Fed. Res. he is taking out/on the ones who are responsible for the usurpation of the potus and the undermining of our Constitution.

This video was well put together and I’ve passed it on to my contacts:o) Hope others will catch on to Ron Paul for President.

If RP wins Iowa they just take it out? What happened to our votes—or should I say, why should we vote, they dont count when the NWO just puts in their puppet. WTH is going on?

    • 283 heather December 23, 2011 at 9:20 pm

Now that Holder and Nappy are going full force after Sheriff Joe for their trumped up charges, lets all hope and pray Sheriff Joe stays safe throughout this escapade. I’m sure the closer he gets to what he wants to release in Feb 2012, the more pressure and threats they will give him.

Will they please stop playing scientist against the human race. They all lied about global warming, now they’re manipulating insects as an experiment which of course we all know will go awry.

Stop playing God. Stop spreading your wrath against us. I am tired of these evil criminals being allowed to experiment on humans and animals.

How to STOP the rigging of the Iowa Caucus 2012

    ” Urgent! Iowa Caucus, Jan 3, 2012!

This video tells honest citizens how to STOP the rigging of the Iowa Caucus 2012. This video includes Ron Paul speaking about the necessity of Watching the Vote.

The Iowa STATE GOP has a long history of rigging the Iowa Caucus. The LOCAL Iowans do everything honest and in the open at each local Caucus, and then call in their results honestly. THEN — the Iowa Caucus is rigged at the STATE LEVEL by the Iowa STATE GOP.

Google “A House without Doors” for how the Iowa GOP, the Big TV Networks, and Voter News Service (now renamed National Election Pool) stole 13% of Pat Buchanan’s vote in Dubuque County in the 1996 Iowa Presidential Caucus. Dole benefited in 96. This year they will try to rig the Iowa Caucus against Ron Paul and Michele Bachmann — and for Romney and Gingrich — if they can get away with it.

This was a great discussion, I thank you all. 😀

Here are the main issues readers found to be essential for Ron Paul to be clear on:

    1. Article II and eligibility. As stated before in this blog Dr Paul can raise this issue without become ‘marginalized’ as a ‘birther’
    2. Realistically discuss the threat of sharia inside the United States and the influence on state and federal law
    3. Discuss the foreign threat from islam that has already been developed from past administrations and how the national defense would be built up.

The post is long with lots of videos, so I am closing comments. Please feel free to continue this discussion in the new post now up–
