Note to Candidates: Grow a Pair!

©2011 drkate

Who is best for AMERICA?

I must confess…I don’t believe that anyone in the Republican field really wants to win the 2012 election.  I also have a feeling that none of them want to defeat Barry Soetoro aka Barack Obama.

This is a critical moment in our lifetimes, one in which the passionate constitutionalists are the awake voters who care deeply for our country, and the GOP is like warm vanilla ice cream.  They are the faux opposition to the NWO, pretending to be republicans, conservatives, and constitutionalists when they are up to their eyeballs in the corruption.

Thanks to the hard work of every Patriot, we have educated many…and millions of people have had a paradigm shift regarding the political elite’s mockingbird tune, the presence and tools of the New World Order (NWO), and the reality of the increasing theft of our liberties.

Its time for the GOP and all those candidates to grow a pair.  😡

Note to the republican candidates: Do you really want to win this thing or not? If not, get off the stage.

The candidates need to stop the gimmicks, snide remarks, threats, and posturing, and start talking about the things that really shape our future and the way Obama and Congress have misled Americans.  Oh, and the media outlets should all lose their licenses to operate–they are state-sponsored media paid to do a job on Americans.

End of rant.

Name the candidates you would trust protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic, and include all who are running.  Who in that position would most enable you to get a good night’s rest?  Why or why not?  Who should they include in their government?

There are rough waters ahead.

The only candidates with balls are in the Constitution Party of the American Independent Party.

Democrats and Republicans are still the same old same old, and you know you will get the best bastards the Party can provide.

It takes balls to run as an Independent, knowing you will risk all that money gambling for voters to show up and vote for you.

Paul is right on the economy, and instead of agreeing about fundamentals, the republicans circle the wagons and all pronounce Paul unelectable or dangerous.

Not dealing with the reality of our enslavement with the FED is like what was done to constitutionalists on eligibility–ignore it and tell a big fat lie. the big lie is easier to believe that the small one.

So, “everything is fine but a little tweaking” is the standard answer…

And now fox news and Dick Morris are running away from RP–Morris just said he is scared to death of RP and that he is a RADICAL LIBERAL! Imagine that. Morris just said that on Hannity tonight with the host of Mark Stein, who btw-is canadian and has no say so.

I am extremely angry that the gop, dems and now media are all against RP. He is far from a radical liberal and they know this. They are labeling him as such to SCARE the public into voting for Newt or Romney or barry.

For me, this whole question stands on which ears I’m listening with; the red, white & blue fever ears or my ‘unwilling to be subverted’ ears. Foreign policy seems to be a big stumbling block for many and it was for me until I shed my RW&BF ears. What got us into our policeman of the world mode? What really instigated every war we’ve been in? Realizing we were lied to at every turn for the past 200 years should make one take pause. Repentance requires that one first recognize the destructive path they have been walking. The banksters were not able to initially scare or buy the founders into centralizing power so they took what cracks in the armor they could get and chipped away continually and repeatedly until they could gain control of our money supply. Then once they got hold of our money, they were able to escalate their subversion in earnest, taking over every significant control mechanism in the world.

My path to repentance (changing direction) may have started with reading the Screw Tape Letters (C.S. Lewis) and teaching my way through the Bible. This gave me greater awareness of the raging spiritual battle. Then came 9/11 and recognition that we were being lied to. Then my 20/20 hind-site was activated…OKC bombing, Waco, Ruby Ridge, Vietnam, the World Wars, the Civil War, the depression, the war on drugs, the war on terror and on and on. Every time I researched and looked for the real cause, I kept running into the same Luciferians spewing the same lies, conning the people into conflict to serve their agenda, and then rewriting history to fuel the RW&BF. They used the theft of technology to hold us captive to inferior use of resources to facilitate control, theft, & eugenics. Without fear of so many bogey men, they would have been unable to scare us into giving up our rights. So they created the bogey men. They* are the real axis of evil and every threat we have faced has been installed, fabricated or the result of forced blow-back. It’s not just about oil, its about total control (being worshiped like gods); drug running; gun running; setting up central banks; installing controllable oligarchy; population control; making the whole of humanity dysfunctional; dumbing down through disinformation, demoralization & chemical mind control; buying the vote of the slaves with entitlement; using addiction and distraction (“panem et circenses”), and; normalizing all of this by desensitization. Without keeping us under threat, none of this would be possible. So we have been conditioned to believe that the threats exist and that the rest of the world is insane, when we are just as insane (expecting a different result). They* are the real threat and They* have subverted the world into believing us to be a threat to them. As long as we buy into Their* foreign policy lies, we are a threat to the world. We are a threat to ourselves as long as we continue the magical thinking we have been conditioned to accept. So change directions lest we arrive where we are headed. The strongest DEFENSE at this point begins with ceasing the funding of the offense. Peace through strength begins with ending the insanity They* have normalized with Their* empire of lies.

      Debunking The Anti-Paul Messages
December 26, 2011 by Bob Livingston

They are saying, simply, that they have been so terrorized by their government and the mainstream media they are willing to surrender all their freedom and wealth to the military industrial complex and big government so people in a foreign land can be bombed into submission and subjugation. Years of government propaganda and years of war have cemented in their minds the need for perpetual war.

When you have problems like national parks, etc, there are people who are with you to stop the mistreatment of them, but when their names are brought out even politicians that agree, everything goes silent, why they wont be voted for next time,or if they are working for a corparation or a developer, they lose their job, bought off or threaten.A lot of different agencies in states also this happens. They are tied at the hip, with the banksters. You know a lot of corporations and lobbiest money went to get this treasonous obama elected, along with the unions, banksters, and people who were blind about how this country is being run ever since the FED and the income tax, that never was ratified.

Ron Paul is the only one on that Pres pool that I see that is a strict Constitutionalist.
We need watchers in every Caucus in every county and state to report the outcomes of the primaries. If we all turn in results will the RNC have any choice?

  6. 17 Tenacity December 26, 2011 at 1:35 pm

Dr. Kate, I have a little different view. I believe they all want to win. However, the establishment GOP is controlled by the banksters and the banksters are pulling the strings on both sides of the isle. They* want to install a puppet that will best serve Their* agenda at this stage of Their* game. If They* believe S/Ob has outlived his usefulness, then they will install a neo-con to keep the natives from getting too restless. If an outlaw in Their* view becomes a threat, They* will Bull Moose him. What each of the candidates want really doesn’t matter as they are suckling the teet of the money/media handlers. The candidates are either playing a phony game or they are naive and I believe most are in the phony group. They have long been sold out and entrenched in being the good puppet clinging to the hope that the system will not consume them before their lusts are satisfied. The naive ones never come close as their delusions are used to merely set the stage for the initiates. Let me give you some examples. Romney was unwilling to lose, so he stepped aside so as not to get consumed and allow McCann to take the fall in ’08. If Romney doesn’t believe he can win now, you watch him fold his hand to avoid being consumed. He will play it safe to keep from losing, hoping to win another day. Gingrich is a megalomaniac and is angered by the thought of losing. He perceives himself above others and deserving of the thrown. Perry believes he has paid his dues to the globalists and has been in denial that he has spent his…opportunity. I doubt he can recover to play another day. Bachmann must be playing for the future, she must realize at this point that this is not her time. I doubt she will have a time unless she can parlay a V.P. bid. But oh I believe they so want to win. Who will be the lucky one chosen by the banksters to be installed? What an interesting game? Which pawn has played the best “Survival” game and will not be eliminated this week?

There is only one that understands all of this and is willing to risk his life betting on the people to see through the bankster’s game. That is one reason I have been willing to forgive his avoidance of the eligibility issue. It is his life on the line if he is successful.

Thus, the candidates are not so much gutless, but rather too conflicted to embrace the truth without falling on their sword and they are far too self-righteous and proud to do that consciously. Their hearts are hardened and they have little perception of this Word of Truth: Matthew 5:29 Wherefore if thy right eye cause thee to offend, pluck it out and cast it from thee; for better it is for thee, that one of thy members perish, than that thy whole body should be cast into hell. 30 Also if thy right hand make thee to offend, cut it off, and cast it from thee; for better it is for thee, that one of thy members perish, than that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

Well, I think the main question that can be asked of all of them is how important is it to win the election? When Kerry answered in 2004 ‘well I am rich, have a beautiful wife, great home…so no biggie’, I thought that was telling. Obama had a goal coming in–to fundamentally transform America–and of course he was assisted forcefully by the purchased congress, media, and banking elite…but hoodwinked his way in to the office and managed to avoid even the most basic scrutiny.

Paul has got to say something like, “I want to fundamentally right America by returning to Constitutional governance, and permanently away from the Congress, the Executive, or the judiciary straying beyond their enumerated responsibilities regarding declaration of war, making of laws, and national defense”…that would take it out of the sound bite control and set him apart.

Romney would probably answer like Kerry in 2004; Gingrich would blame Americans or the States. Bachman would continue to fight and would be gracious. I believe she is eying a VP slot, but, also she might want the Speaker’s position…

So, right now they are all Milquetoast in my mind, without spoken vision for returning to our form of government, which is that the law is the constitution.

Interesting…worth doing a general post on polls..and pols!

Those who have played in the game already (Newt, Romney, to a certain extent bachman) have more to ‘play with’ for the opposition…more scandals or potential scandals, experience, promises not kept…’inside game’ sort of stuff…notice Huntsman doesn’t get any flack. With Paul, they don’t have much to use. I wonder–but Paul isn’t even on this guy’s radar screen.

I bet Time comes up with the cover of newt v romney, leaving Paul out totally.

New CDS Data with Jim Humble (Chlorine Dioxide Solution) 12-26-2011

    • 26 Ann December 26, 2011 at 10:29 pm

Ten, I’m fascinated by this stuff, but IMO Mr. Humble’s made it so complicated to use, most people are just not going to bother. I have the original MMS and have never worked up the nerve to actually take it. lol Now he has a new method so I probably won’t ever. Do you take it? And do you go through all this if you do? Just curious. 🙂

      • 27 Tenacity December 26, 2011 at 11:19 pm

Hi Ann, Yes I use MMS daily, 3 drops in the morning and again in the evening. I buy from and they provide a 50% citric acid powder and a spare bottle to mix it in. I put 3 drops of 50% citric acid solution in a dry glass along with 3 drops of MMS and wait 3 minutes for the reaction. Then I dilute with a couple ounces of non-citrus organic juice and drink it. I was a chronic antibiotic consumer due to sinusitis/deviated septum and I have not been to a doctor in 3 years since using MMS.

I see the advantages of making up CDS and will give it a try. I agree that Jim Humble did not do a stellar job of demonstrating the new application. However, recognize that once you’ve made up an 8 ounce container of CDS, then you don’t have to worry with mixing every dose and it will not have the same bitter taste. Thus, you may be able to take it with water instead of juice every time. It also is reported to be even more effective and versatile.

        • 28 Tenacity December 26, 2011 at 11:29 pm

If you do not have the 50% citric acid solution, lemon or lime juice has 10% citric acid. Thus, 5 drops of lemon juice to each drop of MMS works the same. If you are allergic to citric acid, you may use apple cider vinegar at a 5 to 1 ratio as well. Simply put 15 drops of lemon juice in a dry glass, add 3 drops of MMS, wait 3 minutes, add non-citrus organic juice and enjoy. Apple cider with NO vitamin C added can be used to dilute for drinking also. Beware, do not dilute with most juices as they add vitamin C. You are not supposed to consume vitamin C within one hour of taking MMS as it messes up the chemistry.

          • 29 Ann December 27, 2011 at 8:38 pm

Thank you Ten. I’m still considering it. 🙂

USE LIVE FOODS commonly known as super foods or a wheat grass juice flush daily (look up benefits of wheat grass juice). Careful-women have different body make-up and this is dangerous.

QL, please explain the chemistry behind your comment. Specifically, explain how it can damage a liver and give evidence of anyone ever having such a problem. I am not aware of MMS ever damaging healthy tissue.

Ten, does it help with chronic pain? I have a relative who has uncontrollable pain.

            • 33 Tenacity December 28, 2011 at 11:29 am

nnn, MMS will only help with pain if that pain is caused by a microbial condition. In other words, MMS will kill infection and pathogens, but not heal a physical injury unless it is a cut or burn. Be more specific and I will help. For diabetics, it will help about 50% of the time as some diabetes are from microbes. MMS will kill many diseases such as Lyme disease, many cancers and most microbial conditions. What is the cause of the pain?

For general pain, go to and order Icewave, Glutathione & Aeon patches. These are not chemicals but are nanotechnology that stimulate acupuncture points. The body does the healing itself when told via frequency what to do. The Icewave will give immediate pain relief, but the other two will remove toxins and reduce inflammation giving longer lasting relief. If you or anyone would like to become a Lifewave distributor, let me know and I will sign you up.

Dr. Kate, you should sign up and put this on your store so others can sign up under you.

For the record, Red has rheumatoid arthritis and had lost almost all use of one of his arms. After 2 weeks of use of the patches, he regained the use of the arm he hadn’t been able to use for several years. When I was at the Tesla Conference in July, I met David Schmidt and Dr. Haltiwanger. They put an Icewave patch at the top of my spine and the strong pain in my upper back muscles disappeared in 10 seconds. I was shocked and became a believer.

Ten, thanks. I guess he has fibromyalgia. They don’t really know. I don’t know if it is related to any pathogens. I’ll give him the web site and he can look up MMS.

                • 35 Quantum Leap December 30, 2011 at 12:56 am

@NNN-Fibromyalgia originates as a gastro-intestinal disease with debilitating symptoms affecting the entire body (I do not have it). It sounds like they need to pay a visit to a gastroenterologist. Fibromyalgia is from Heavy metal pollutants in our the environment including from a steady diet of PROCESSED (dead) food that has no nutrition .i.e. Pizza, Hot dogs, pancakes, salty snacks, canned food, taco bell, mickey D’s and the like. They must cease eating all processed food and stick to LIVE FOODS-vegetables and vegetable proteins. Best to buy organic veggies if possible and take a cooking class at the community college on how to prepare live foods. Drink plenty of mineral water to flush out the toxins. Make sure they do not consume CELLULOSE in foods. Cellulose is a filler in fast food and processed foods. It’s contents are wood chippings (dust) and is allowed by the foody police if you can imagine. I said once before, I make wood filler by mixing cellulose (wood chippings) from my table saw and elmers’s glue to make a paste and I seal it in a container to keep it from curing until ready for use….. this should raise red flags. They need to quit drinking coffee, soda and alcohol. They should drink water and herbal tea only. Freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices are good too.
Have their primary care provider refer him to a gastroenterologist. Fibromyalgia will not go away on it’s own and it’s not from damp weather.

Former aide: Ron Paul would like Israel to vanish
‘He sides with Palestinians and supports their calls for abolishment’

    By Bob Unruh
    © 2011 WND

A former staff member for U.S. Rep. Ron Paul says the congressman and candidate for the GOP nomination to be president wishes Israel didn’t exist.

“Is Ron Paul an anti-Semite? Absolutely no. As a Jew, (half on my mother’s side), I can categorically say that I never heard anything out of his mouth, in hundreds of speeches I listened too (sic) over the years, or in my personal presence that could be called, ‘anti-Semite.’ No slurs. No derogatory remarks,” wrote onetime congressional staffer Eric Dondero in a commentary posted on the site.

“He is however, most certainly anti-Israel, and anti-Israeli in general. He wishes the Israeli state did not exist at all. He expressed this to me numerous times in our private conversations. His view is that Israel is more trouble than it is worth, specifically to the America taxpayer. He sides with the Palestinians, and supports their calls for the abolishment of the Jewish state, and the return of Israel, all of it, to the Arabs,” Dondero wrote.

I certainly don’t believe this, and yes, this is how obama plays dirty. the guy is describing Obama, not Paul.

While they want Paul to have to waste time defending this, it may back fire on them as Paul proves he didn’t say it AND truly defends his israel policy.

    • 40 Jan December 26, 2011 at 8:32 pm

Left off the first interview and also on the WND interview:
The candidate apparently has “no problem” with American Jews, however. “In fact, there were a few Jews in our congressional district, and Ron befriended them with the specific intent of winning their support for our campaign,” Dondero wrote.
More than 100 people have written comments in response to the post, including many who noted that Dondero was fired by Ron Paul, and several who pointed out that he ran against the Congressman in a follow up race. One person said his “real name is Eric Rittberg.”
Many contradicted Dondero’s assertion of anti-Israel sentiment, using the lone example of pointing out his isolationism did not stop him from being one of the lone voices in the U.S. who supported Israel’s attack on the Osirak nuclear plant in Iraq.

    Dr Kate

    RE: Naysayers

First, I hope you don’t mind that I comment on the comments connected with the past article “Why do Establishment Republicans Fear Ron Paul? But I as many, just did not have enough time during the holiday.

The main commentators, including you, seem to be fed-up with “Naysayers”. At the same time you declare that your site is not purely a promotional site for RP.

It seems that the commentators have formed two major camps. Camp 1 main line of thoughts are, more or less:

    a. Only RP can save the Constitutional Republic, therefore we must be an unconditional supporter of RP. (Absolutely no other? What is this if not naysaying?)
    b. RP refuses to address the eligibiity issue for a good reason – he will be ridiculed and he will be destroyed as a candidate if he does.
    c. There is hope that if he gets to be Prez he will change his mind and will force eligibility.
    d. SCOTUS will never hear the eligibility issue on merit – so the eligibility issue is beating a dead horse. (What is this if not naysaying?)
    e. Therefore the only open avenue is through the states.

    Camp 2:

    a. RP would probably not be a constitution-supporting Prez, because he cherry-picks parts of it.
    b. This is exactly what the Establishment GOP says. Furthermore, Trump’s popularity skyrocket during the time he addressed the eligibility issue. RP’s refusal doing so is counterproductive. Besides, do you want a Prez who “cannot stand the heat” but will stay in the kitchen anyway?
    c. There is no indication that he would change his mind. His cynical remarks on the subject indicates just the opposite.
    d. SCOTUS will have to define nbc one day, but probably not during the reign of this regime.
    e. Yes the states and counties are good but that does not mean that it must be given up on Fed level.
    f. Some of these Camp 2 members add one more point, and it is a practical one. The media will destroy any GOP front-runner as they so easily destroyed Cain and now starting to damage RP as he is getting some momentum. O, when using his $1 B campaign fund to buy TV sound bites will win over any so badly damaged GOP nominee, even if the nominee is RP. Therefore, the only practical way is disqualify O.

So there are naysayers in both camps. It is unfair to call Camp 2 naysayers only just because they don’t follow Camp 1’s doctrine. It even goes beyond calling everyone naysayer who does not unconditionally support RP. I was called “you sound like an Obot” and “are you dense ?”. My languge was always polite. I never attacked anyone personally. Nor called anyone names.

I like your site especially your articles, because you are very talented to throw new light on controversial issues. I respect some of the major members of Camp 1, especially their passion, but that, in my humble opinion, does not entitle them to call the Camp 2 people names. It is simply a matter of respecting other people’s opinion.

With regard to naysaying, and doing nothing, I did support the revival of the letter writing campaign to tell the GOP that we will not vote for them unless that make an effort to disqualify O. I had no reaction to my suggestion. I know that was initiated by one on your clear-thinking readers and you supported it but the leadership rejected the idea at the conference. I still think it is an excellent idea and I explained why. Maybe not a good idea, but don’t say that I did not try.

So Camp 2 is not a 100% naysayer. And Camp1 is a naysayer in some respects as well.

The naysayers who add nothing new to the conversation are just that, naysayers. Its a ‘put up or shut up’ kind of thing….I asked people on the post to put up information on why or why not Ron Paul, and why the GOP is so scared of him. The ‘naysayers’ put up LSM reports and unsubstantiated rumors…there was one exception. And every one of the points of the naysayers was answered in the post with substantive articles or videos. Your stance is basically that none of them have mentioned eligibility and that is final for you, but that is all you posted, and is a purist position and a singular issue. No one here disagrees that eligibility is critical, some see it as a symptom, some see it as the main problem. But we know it is not right.

Not everyone is comfortable with Ron Paul ignoring the eligibility issue in ‘either camp’.

This is a constitutional blog and has not endorsed anyone for president. We appreciate dialogue and information here. Disagreement is ok and uncensored.

My main goal is to defeat Obama, and I’d rather do that with someone who is going to move us collectively back to constitutional governance, as close as possible to it.

The Supreme Court has already defined nbc, we the people need to enforce it and stop asking permission from the courts or congress. Force the issue at the state level and keep educating, raising awareness.

Regarding the idea to let the candidates know we won’t vote for them if they don’t address eligibility would go over like a lead balloon. What if only a half million people sign it? With millions out of work, losing their homes, concerned about war or radical islam, concerned about money, do you think this is going to matter?

So then the taunting begins….”see how few people really care about this issue (eligibility)”…and that gets used against us the next time.

No one likes the position we are in. Its a personal choice what each one of us does. My goal is to defeat Obama as once he is out of there he is not immune from legal challenge. Which of the current candidates do you think will pardon Obama for all the crimes he has committed in office?

      • 54 heather December 27, 2011 at 11:26 am

Newt will be the one to pardon barry and co. There’s a chance that Romney will as well. Those 2 will hold their hands out for the greasing of the palm money to degrade our constitutional laws at every level.

RE: “Which of the current candidates do you think will pardon Obama for all the crimes he has committed in office? ”

Thanks for your reply. To answer your question:

All current major GOP candidates would pardon him including RP. Possibly going further and instructing the Department of Justice not force the issue so it would not become a second Watergate (except larger). Their reasoning why not touch these issues is unlikely to change in the event any of them becomes Prez. They are convinced (wrongly) that it is a toxic issue that could only do harm for them – they are convinced now, and that would not change. They rather have the population in O’care and in other O-signed harmful policies than risk a perceived unpopularity.

Dummett is the only exception – but he has no name recognition and cannot possibly win. .

If there are 500,000 signatures – the politicians know that it means much more that 500,000 votes, as a lot of voters don’t sign but think that way. I don’t know if the proper multiplier is 20 or 100. But 500,000 signatures, could not be ignored.

        RE: Single issue: eligibility

Camp 1 assumes that one of the GOP candidates can beat O. I don’t think so. I explained my reasoning many times. In other words, promoting one GOP candidate over the other is an academic exercise. The GOP can only win if O is disqualified. That is why I don’t engage in discussions who is the better GOP candidate. In other words, that single-issue is the absolute critical and crucial issue. Any of the GOP candidates are better than O, and RP is better than Romney, but as of now, none of them have a chance against O, unless they attempt to disqualify him. Of course I know that Camp 1 disagrees with that, and call me naysayer or dense, but that does not change reality. Of course, this is only an opinion.

        • 56 drkate December 27, 2011 at 5:48 pm

Your artificial ‘camp one and camp two” is just that, artificial. None of us believe here that anyone can or will defeat Obama. end of story. In fact I’ve said all along that Romney is chosen precisely so he won’t win. Gingrich can’t win against Obama. The wild card is Paul, they weren’t anticipating that he would get this far…

RE: The wild card is Paul, they weren’t anticipating that he would get this far.

I agrre with that. But could he beat O, when his own party (Establishment GOP) is agains him in addition to the very strong opposition and the media?

I hope you are right that he can, even if I dont see it happaning. .

            • 58 drkate December 27, 2011 at 10:37 pm

i am not sure anyone can beat O because he has control over the media, the government, and the money. There will likely be huge voter fraud as well…by both dems (for O) and the repubs (to ensure romney or gingrich)

          • 59 Voco Indubium December 28, 2011 at 12:40 am

RE: “Your artificial ‘camp one and camp two” is just that, artificial.”

All manmade classifications are artificial. Just tried to simplify the debate showing the issues in disagreement as I perceived them. Perhaps the issues were not defined accurately, but there were definitely two major opposing views, before Camp 2 had to retreat.

            • 60 drkate December 28, 2011 at 12:46 pm

“camp 2 had to retreat”–you know, you can go pound sand. save that crap for someone who needs it. Did you even admit that you didn’t understand the argument at all?

      • 61 Voco Indubium December 27, 2011 at 10:20 pm

RE: “The Supreme Court has already defined nbc.”

I think we mean the same thing and agree, but disagree on the meaning of the word “define”. Leo and others argue that there is a precedent (A court decision that is cited as an example or analogy to resolve similar questions of law in later cases.) Others argue that there is only “dictum”. (Opinion of a judge that do not embody the resolution or determination of the specific case before the court.)

The original language of the constitution does not define nbc. So we agree with Leo and others that it is precedent. However, just as many legal minds, genuinely or pretentiously state that it is dictum. Even if we are right and SCOTUS would interpret it as precedent, they could make up their own definition and ignore that precedent. (SCOTUS has reversed itself on other issues in the past.) Ignoring it would be unlikely if they were honest, but unfortunately they are corrupt. There are other factors that point in the direction of our interpretation, but they are not sufficiently explicit either.

Also, a clear, explicit and non-ambiguous interpretation of nbc is badly needed, written in a style that everyone including people blessed only with lower intellect, such as congress, can understand only one way. Ultimately such interpretation will have to come from SCOTUS. One can only hope, that when that occurs, their oath will govern over their spinelessness.

    • 63 drkate December 27, 2011 at 12:33 am

Its the NWO that does not want any constitutionalist to win. Notice that in 2008 they were willing to run an ineligible republican– John McCain, and are in 2011 willing to run Marco Rubio, who is ineligible.

Where we are winning is that the poll numbers like 65% or more of Americans don’t believe his nativity story…

Words to describe Gingrich: tough, “Politician”, establishment initiate (Bohemian Grove), opportunist, slick tongued, hardened heart, big government, centralized power, globalist and banker’s friend. What he is not: a statesman, true conservative, or constitutionalist. It’s all about Newt. He would further destroy our republic and sacrifice individual rights.

Interesting point, DrKate, the fact that conditions in the country have gotten so uncomfortable for a large portion of the people that the fact that the man in the white house is an illegal imposter has lost significance to them.
To a large number of voters, the eligibility issue has become a “so what” issue. That is so very unfortunate and poses such a problem for the folks who do care about our Constitution and our form of government.

I personally feel that the issues of eligibility and criminal activity should be brought up and made a major factor prior to the election—yes, there would be all manner of flack from a number of factions and some violence likely, but the future of our nation is worth the trauma–let the chips fall.

Look at how Wikipedia lies about the Civil Rights Act of 1866. The purpose of CRA1866 partially was to give citizenship to former slaves, this was verified again in the 14th amendment in 1868, and then CRA1866 was passed YET AGAIN in 1870 to codify the intent irreversibly.

Yet here is Wikipedia with its monstrous lying obots rewriting history to make it sound like CRA1866 is the opposite (as in racist). The people who try to correct it are wiped out and the out of context clip quotes are replaced to paint the act into what it’s not, and hide what it IS.

First the NWO Wikipedia Obots tried to say the 14th erased CRA1866, but in fact the 14th was meant to make the contents of the CRA1866 permanent and to drive it home, CRA1866 was passed TWICE, again in 1870. In order for an amendment to undo an Act of Congress, it has to specifically mention that it is overturned (by SCOTUS).

You can see the history of NWO Obots trying to lie about the act and preventing those who post the actual quotes from the LAW. Then they try to lie and say that only parts of it are in effect, which is a lie. Unless SCOTUS specifically overturns an Act of Congress as unconstitutional, it is VALID. CRA1866/1870 is THE LAW.

    1866 Civil Rights Act
    14 Stat. 27-30, April 9, 1866 A.D.
An Act to protect all Persons in the United States in their Civil Rights, and furnish the Means of their Vindication.
“Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That all persons born in the United States and not subject to any foreign power, excluding Indians not taxed, are hereby declared to be citizens of the United States; and such citizens, of every race and color, without regard to any previous condition of slavery or involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall have the same right, in every State and Territory in the United States, to make and enforce contracts, to sue, be parties, and give evidence, to inherit, purchase, lease, sell, hold, and convey real and personal property, and to full and equal benefit of all laws and proceedings for the security of person and property, as is enjoyed by white citizens, and shall be subject to like punishment, pains, and penalties, and to none other, any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, to the contrary notwithstanding.”

The NWO Obots need to make jus soli only a means for US Citizenship, whereas the LAW says NO, a person must have NO other citizenship and can naturalize if the only thing they have is “on the turf” birth. This LAW has been perverted and steamrolled and by fiat ignored because the NWO Obots need to destroy US sovereignty, the middle class, the Constitution, and security; by allowing foreigners to FALSELY claim US Citizenship, they achieve many of these ends.

You can tell wherever the NWO Obots try to rewrite history, they’re concerned… like removing Minor v. Happersett in Justiagate, and disallowing the truth of the fact that MvH is a PRECEDENT RULING (whereas Wikipedia lies and states it’s only opinion/dicta) cross cited over 24 times, more than Roe v. Wade! Also the NWO Obots on Wikipedia are lying about CRA1866 and actively censoring the truth. This also rewrites history to make a GOP-proffered Act of Congress which was meant to give US Citizenship to former slaves into something “racist”, whereas it was the democrats who fought this civil rights act and every single one brought to fruition by the GOP (in essence the democrats are trying desperately to switch places take credit for GOP civil righs and simultaneously blame the GOP for the Dem’s own crimes of slavery, Jim Crow, KKK, being anti 13th, anti14th, anti-every single civil rights measure brought by GOP in US history).

    • 76 cedartree December 27, 2011 at 12:15 pm

If Wikipedia is non-profit, it should have that status removed since it is a political organization, pure and simple, just like factcheck and snopes.

Give Obama a Break; He was Abused

Martha Trowbridge’s creatively written stories about Barack being the son of white, living Jo Ann Newman and her deceased secret lover, Malcolm X, seem to be another fabrication about Obama’s history. Trowbridge, a creative writer herself, has spun another familial background for Obama. Scant, seldom cited documentation gives no more credence to the credibility of her stories than the one already told by Bill Ayers in Obama’s “autobiography,” Dreams of My Father.

Kind of puzzling why Apuzzo has been carrying Trowbridge’s water.

I would rather read Apuzzo’s writings on constitutional issues, than Apuzzo’s armchair quarterbacking of Trowbridge’s articles, which are loaded with speculation.

As Dr. Kate has stated, Obama is stuck with the family history he has published whether it is true or not. If his family history is not true, then he is guilty of fraud.

We have been miraculously formed and established by men and women of vision, courage and Christian faith who gave their very fortunes, blood and lives to be free.

Empowered by vivid memories of oppressive taxation and controls, our founders stood in the face of hell and the sheer power and might of the British Army. Many died but as I revisit our unique history, you can’t help but notice God’s hand upon our nation and miracle after miracle as our rag tag few stood against the British Goliath again and again….and won.

For some reason after watching the first hour of this, I recollected President Eisenhower’s statements about the military-industrial cabal in his farewell speech.

I find it quite amazing that there were certain beacons of light who foresaw where we would be, if we allowed the office of the President to be assumed by someone who owes allegiance to foreign sovereigns [President Washingtion’s farewell address, on basically allowing foreign influence to destroy the Republic] or if we gave the military-industrial cabal the ability to expand out of control [President Eisenhower’s farewell address].

Holy cr@p!!! Did anyone hear about this? (linked from WTPOTUS blog mentioned above)
Is Meckler a bad guy? Is this article written to discredit him? WTH is going on?????

“Last week the unthinkable happened. While you were distracted by the banal and only marginally important presidential primaries, the lion, Harvard Law School, publicly lay down with the lamb, the Tea Party Patriots. The long-term political implications are, potentially, far more potent than a mere presidency.

The SuperElite and the SuperPopulists convened at Harvard for a “Conference for a Constitutional Convention.” It was co-hosted by Lawrence Lessig, from Harvard, and by Mark Meckler, co-founder of the 850,000 member Tea Party Patriots.” Cont’d:

    • 86 Tenacity December 27, 2011 at 8:23 pm

Meckler can go play…twiddle-Dee-winks. First of all, most of the calls for an Article V Con Con have been specifically for a balanced budget amendment. A number of states have rescinded their call for fear of Con Con doing the same thing the first Con Con did. It would take 34 of the State legislatures issuing a call and then 38 States to ratify before the constitution can be amended. Now I recognize that there are no provisions to limit a Con Con’s agenda and no provision to rescind a call once issued. However, the States have written those limitations into their calls and some have an automatic rescission in their call if the Con Con is for any other purpose. If their respective delegates are bound by the terms in each State’s call, then the Con Con would not be complete and the States rescinding would most certainly not ratify. Thus, Meckler and whatever fool is working with him will have a nice exercise for naught.

      • 87 Troy December 27, 2011 at 8:46 pm

        That’s good to hear, Terry.

I hate to be a pessimist, but I have given it much thought lately and I have come to the sad conclusion that this once great country cannot be saved….The deck is simply too stacked against us…..They have all of the angles covered…..I would like to see RP win the nomination, but he won’t….They will and are seeing to it.

A couple of the main reasons that we can’t save it:
The traitorous media – all they would have to do is tell the REAL truth (about everything) and the country could and would mobilize and be saved, but that is never going to happen.

The dumbing down of the citizenry, at large, has been an astonishing success…..It gets back to the media, because the only thing these sheeple know is what that box in their living room tells them and they believe every word of it.

After the “Great Collapse”, that is inevitable, all we can hope for is an educated sector of the populace establishing a new, mini version of the country we once had.

I’m not suggesting “giving up” – hell NO!….Far from it….I’ll fight until the bitter end, because to do anything less is not acceptable…..I’m just being a realist – I can see the writing on the wall.

To tell you the truth, maybe splitting off from the infected portion of the body public is the more desirable option anyway.

        • 88 Tenacity December 27, 2011 at 9:13 pm

Troy, nothing is too big or too small for God. People are waking up and once they wake up, there seems to be no turning back. I know you are just being a realist, but how many times have the odds been beaten? I am determined to keep fighting the good fight and trust in God.

The media has been sold out since before the TV was in every household. The citizenry has been dumbed down since before we were born. At least for the moment, we have an alternative media and we must keep taking advantage of it as long as we can.

Just before, during and after the collapse will be a critical time. The transition can go a number of ways. I pray something like Bix Wier suggests will happen and we will end up with at least some oases of true liberty, if not the whole country. I know that if there are territories where there is Sound Money, I will go and live there.

No, giving up is not an option. There are a lot of folks in this country like you and me. We are not alone and it is important that the One True God is with us in this spiritual battle. If I am martyred, I know where I am going.

For a change I agree with 90% of your assessment, although I am still holding out hope that O will be disqualified. I know you don’t agree with that, but let us not argue about it. We both know each other’s position.

If not disqualified his second term will be a disaster and in 2016 a new party will emerge replacing the GOP in influence and power. I spoke with several Republicans and they are fed up with the leadership. We just have to hope that O will not succeed in tearing the country apart during his second term.

      • 90 Katie December 28, 2011 at 6:57 am

I have been thinking about this all night. Something doesn’t add up. Meckler was arrested in a NY airport earlier this month when he told the agent his checked bag contained his gun. He followed all the legal procedures and they have no legal ground to charge him.

So now is he set up to be blackmailed? What better way to demoralize the tea party awakened citizens than to put out information that discredits Meckler and Tea Party Patriots? What if he did attend this event to learn what the communists have planned?

Meckler has been at this for over three years and I don’t think he’s corrupt. I smell a rat and it stinks like BeeOhh!

The question is why is Troy accurate. The answer is They* have used the banking/taxing vortex (theft of our production) to buy every control platform, either by bribe, blackmail or force (fear). The only way for the People to regain any ‘standing’ is by way of Sound Money that will break the vortex. The redress of grievance clause (last 10 words of Article I of Bill of Rights) has been entirely negated as all petitions have been ignored. Nearly every constitutional violation has been formally petitioned since 1995 and all have been completely ignored and the abuses have continued to mount. Until we break the vortex, the people fear the government. Break the vortex and the government will again fear the people. Getting rid of the usurper will be wonderful, but will not solve this greater problem.

    • 104 Voco Indubium December 28, 2011 at 1:26 pm

I am also skeptical of SCOTUS performing their well-defined function of interpreting the constitution. In fact, I tried to point out the fact that their sabotage (it is difficult to call it anything else) goes further than the O-issue. It makes the constitution unenforceable.

This is not entirely new. There were law suits on constitutional issues well before 2008 which were not heard and the excuse was often no Standing. In fact, RP filed such suit 5 or 10 years ago, or requested interpretation, and SCOTUS declared that he had no Standing as a member of congress.

I tried to call attention to this aspect without success. People, including conservatives and the Tea Party, are not interested. I argued that if this trend continues the constitution will be unenforceable, if not already is, and the US without an enforceable constitution is as good as a banana republic, where parts of the constitution is enforced or ignored the ruling class at their choice.

There has been some discussion on this topic in some legal circles, but I have not seen much attention to this crucial issue lately. In other words, SCOTUS, the official protector of the constitution is making it unenforceable. = Sabotage. While some of the GOP candidates criticize the Judiciary Branch, I have not heard specific references to this vital issue lately.

“standing” = a completely made up out of thin air tool used to say, “Hey, we ain’t gettin’ involved….It’s too hot and we can’t handle it…We’re effing cowards.”

Standing can be used and is used to break the law – break it’s back!

Laws are only laws if they’re advantageous to the elite….If any law causes the elite pain or embarrassment, they simply ignore it and dodge it…..The easiest way to do that is to say, “You don’t have standing….You don’t have the right to be heard….Now, piss off!”

One of the other neat little tricks of the trade they use are “precedents”…..When a law is broken or ignored by a judge / court the next crooked lawyer and judge that come along use that bad ruling as a precedence to decide their case and break the law again…..To hell with judging that case on it’s merit and weighing it against current laws.

“Let’s just use that precedent, call it a day and get the hell out of here, Judge….Whaddaya say?”

“Sounds good to me, Counselor…..I rule in favor of the Defense…..Case dismissed!”

“But, your honor, that’s not fair…I haven’t even been able to state my case.”

“The plaintiff is out of order!….I hold you in contempt of court….Bailiff, hang that dog from the yard arm!”

        Court adjourned!

          RE: Standing

Most of the Standing doctrine is a patchwork of post-constitution legislation and case law. At any rate, it is very easy to abuse it and judges are abusing it with abandon. This latest action of the 9th Circuit demonstrates that. Alen Keyes and company have no standing because they filed a few hours after the swear-in ceremony.

So if a doctor takes his oath, he is immune even if his education is a fraud?

          • 109 Troy December 28, 2011 at 8:55 pm

In Key’s original case, before it move up the chain, I seems like (if memory serves me correctly) he was denied standing because it was said that he didn’t really have a chance of winning the election anyway and therefore had no more injury than any other citizen of the U.S.

            What a load of crap!

            • 110 Voco Indubium December 28, 2011 at 11:36 pm

Yes, that is another excellent example of abusing the Standing Doctrine. It was unfair to small politcal parties, totally violating democratic principles. How is it that only so few legal minds were upset about it? How is it that minority leaders could not care less?

Amazing how they tried to spin this by cutting/editing the interview before.

I would like to offer a little wager with anyone that believes Dr. Ron Paul would pardon S/Ob. I will give 2 to 1 odds on a $50 wager. In other words, if President Paul pardons S/Ob then I will pay $100 on a $50 wager.

To be honest, I would be glad to pay the $100 because it would mean that Dr. Paul was the POTUS and S/Ob needed to be pardoned.

Any takers? Think about it, you can’t lose. If you have to pay, it means Dr. Paul is POTUS and the Leninist usurper is going to jail. It beats pounding sand! LMAO 😎

I will take the bet after he is sworn in as Prez. A bit too early now, don’t you think? He is not even nominated yet.

What makes you think he would do it? Am I missing something? His remark on the subject was nothing less than cynical.

To instruct the DoJ to investigate the issue could result in shock waves of 100 multiple of Watergate. It would shake up the Dem Party, HI and half of Washington DC and lawsuits would be filed every minute. It would create many new enemies at the time when the new Prez seeks cooperation.

That is one reason why the disqualification should happen before the election.

      • 116 drkate December 28, 2011 at 9:13 pm

Tho I wish it would happen before the election, it won’t for the very reason you just pointed out–shock waves. No way anyone is going to allow this to happen right now in an election year. We have been thwarted since 2008, not for lack of trying, but by the corruption in the judicary, the media, and the Congress.

        • 117 drkate December 28, 2011 at 9:19 pm

I believe Paul will let the investigations happen and take their course. By that time it might not be congressional investigations but citizen criminal complaints…that may end up targeting people like Pelosi, Reid, Kerry, and the host of others that could no longer hide behind their veil.

        • 118 Voco Indubium December 29, 2011 at 1:02 am

          Re: shock waves

Well, what you said makes sense, if your theory that the GOP is not really fighting to win is true.

If they were fighting they would not be afraid of the shock-waves.

That brings up another question. Say the GOP loses – would any congressman (coupled with a senator) object at the confirmation hearing of the Joint Congress on January 20, 2013, or there will be silence like on 1/20/2009?

      • 121 Tenacity December 28, 2011 at 9:47 pm

Ron Paul will not have to initiate an investigation. He simply will not block it. If legitimate evidence is presented and Obama is out of office, the people will demand it be heard on the merits. A lot of things will change when the banksters are on the run.

There will be a conference call with my friend Pastor Dwaine Moore at 6:00 p.m. Mountain time or 8 p.m. Eastern time tonight. If you are interested in truth and real faith, don’t waste your time on delusions like the galactic federation.

      Solemn Assemblies conference line:
      Dial 218 895 4397 pin 2222#

While the multitudes of the world fights in an almost panic-sticken way for their lives and freedoms using satan’s endlessly suggested methods, I thought perhaps that we might try showing them something a little different, and how to get back to the basics of our sovereign God and Creator, and how to respectfully ask Him for a little help and reassurance in these tough times. How does that sound?

      • 127 heather December 28, 2011 at 5:42 pm

Great Ten but I can’t make it tonight and not to worry about the galactic federation–have never been there and don’t intend to.

        Luke chapter 13:

23 Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that shall be saved? And he said unto them, 24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate; for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.
25 When the good man of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us, and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are. 26 Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.
27 But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity. 28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the Prophets in the kingdom of God, and yourselves thrust out at doors

We are not all ONE! There are those in Christ and those subject to the second death. To claim otherwise is to leave some lost by not telling them the truth. Those in Christ are ONE.

          Ephesians 4
1 These three last Chapters contain precepts of manners. 2 He exhorteth them to mutual love. 7 Sundry gifts are therefore bestowed of God, 16 that the Church may be built up. 18 He calleth them from the vanity of infidels
1 I therefore, being prisoner in the Lord, pray you that ye walk worthy of the vocation whereunto ye are called, 2 With all humbleness of mind, and meekness, with longsuffering, supporting one another through love,
3 Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your vocation.
5 There is one Lord, one Faith, one Baptism,
6 One God and Father of all, which is above all, and through all, and in you all.
7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
9 (Now, in that he ascended, what is it but that he had also descended first into the lowest parts of the earth?
10 He that descended, is even the same that ascended, far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)
11 He therefore gave some to be Apostles, and some Prophets, and some Evangelists, and some Pastors, and Teachers, 12 For the gathering together of the Saints, for the work of the ministry, and for the edification of the body of Christ, 13 Till we all meet together (in the unity of faith and the acknowledging of the Son of God) unto a perfect man, and unto the measure of the age of the fullness of Christ, 14 That we henceforth be no more children, wavering and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the deceit of men, and with craftiness, whereby they lay in wait to deceive.
15 But let us follow the truth in love, and in all things, grow up into him, which is the head, that is, Christ.
16 By whom all the body being coupled and knit together by every joint, for the furniture thereof (according to the effectual power, which is in the measure of every part) receiveth increase of the body, unto the edifying of itself in love.
          17 This I say therefore and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in vanity of their mind, 18 Having their understanding darkened, and being strangers from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardness of their heart;
19 Which being past feeling, have given themselves unto wantonness, to work all uncleanness, even with greediness.

RE: “close Gitmo before the elections of 2012”

They will not close GITMO. It is a perfect location for that purpose. It was one of O’s campaign promises. No state wants them on US soil. The Regime has this hang-up – whom are they trying to please anyway? Who are these voters they are trying to please?

      RE: Miranda

The GOP candidates could make an election issue out of this. They probably will not. Miranda for US citizen terrorists. No Miranda and military court for-noncitizen terrorists. Very simple.

Noncitizen terrorists are in essence no different than say the Japanese pilots attacking Pearl Harbor.

Re: – “(Dec. 28, 2011) — The US Attorney General Eric Holder is suggesting that the Miranda Rights should be modified for terror suspects, charge terrorism suspects in a civilian court rather than in a military court…” …… this is from:

      Compare the-above to this: —

(Updated Dec 28, 2011) — “… Paul believes that al-Qaida terrorists caught in the United States ought to be treated as common criminals, not enemy combatants. He wants them read Miranda rights to which they are not entitled and he wants them tried and sentenced in civil courts rather than by military tribunals.” …… this is from:

…and another one that I found startling:

      from –

“… Paul, Perry and Santorum oppose E-Verify …”

And, Numbers USA scores Ron Paul an ‘F’ — the lowest of all candidates:

” Numbers USA, one of the leading groups opposed to our current insane immigration policies, gives Republican presidential candidates the following grades on immigration: Paul, F; Gingrich, D-minus; Huntsman, D-minus; Santorum, D-minus; Perry, D; Romney, C-minus; and Bachmann, B-minus.”

Attorney Van Irion Files Opposition to Obama’s Motion to Dismiss in Georgia Ballot Challenge

    ObamaRelease YourRecords on 8:15 PM
The U.S. Supreme Court has defined “natural-born citizens” as “all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens.” See Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162, 167 (1875). The Court in Happersett did go on to state that other sub-categories of people may or may not be within the broader term “citizen.” However, it did so only after specifically identifying the narrower category “natural-born citizens.” Id. The Happersett Court clearly understood and established that “citizen” is a much broader term than “natural-born citizens.” Its discussion of “citizen” does not negate or alter its earlier definition of the term “natural-born citizens.” See Id. at 167-168. This precedent has never been questioned by any subsequent Supreme Court. This precedent is binding.

    • 147 drkate December 29, 2011 at 12:13 am

This should be interesting…i have a feeling that the court is going to punt and allow him on the ballot for the primary –I think this is the weakest point of the whole case is that it is on the primary–and then this will have to be submitted again after the primaries are over and sometime next august or september where the challenge is then held.

Watch for the dems to hold their convention very late (late september) so there is no opportunity to challenge his name on the ballot and still hold the election.

I hope I am wrong on this.

    • 148 drkate December 29, 2011 at 12:18 am

Great! This is what I think should just begin to happen–the Supreme Court already decided what an nbc is and nothing has challenged that at all…so asserting it is where we need to go, and that is at the state level.

No matter the outcome, and I’m cynical, it keeps the issue in front of the public eye, so there is already a doubt in people’s minds about Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve, irrespective of the popular vote.

Even if Ron Paul does not win, at least we’ll have an nbc in the office of the president.

    From Chuck Kolb
Every elected “Representative” who fails to uphold the Constitution should face criminal charges,
starting at the top with the one who illegally holds the office of President of the United States and
who has trampled our Constitution. His treasonous acts are destroying the fabric of this nation.

    — “A government big enough to give you everything you want is also
big enough to take away everything you have.” – Barry Goldwater

1% tax on all bank transactions HR4646
Watch for this AFTER November elections; remember this BEFORE you
VOTE in case you think Obama’s looking out for your best interest.
1% tax on all bank transactions HR 4646
This government just cannot think of enough ways to hurt the American
people! I sure hope this dies!!!!!
FORWARD THIS TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW 1% tax on all bank transactions HR
this on snopes, it’s true! Check out HR 4646.
President Obama’s finance team is recommending a one percent (1%)
transaction fee (TAX). Obama’s plan is to sneak it in after the
    elections to keep it
    under the radar.
This is a 1% tax on all transactions at any financial institution –
banks, credit unions, savings and loans, etc. Any deposit you make,
or even a transfer within your account, will have a 1% tax charged.
~If your paycheck or your social security or whatever is direct
deposit, it will get a 1% tax charged for the transaction. ~If your
paycheck is $1000, then you will pay Obama $10 just for the privilege
of depositing your paycheck in your bank. Even if you hand carry your
paycheck or any check into your bank for a deposit, 1% tax will be
charged. ~You receive a $5,000 stock dividend from your broker, Obama
takes $50 just to allow you to deposit that check in the bank.. ~If
you take $1,000 cash to deposit at your bank, 1% tax will be charged.
Mind you, this is from the man who promised that, if you make under
$250,000 per year, you will not see one penny of new tax. Keep your
eyes and ears open, you will be amazed at what
you learn about this guy’s under-the-table moves to increase the
number of ways you are taxed.
Oh, and by the way, if you receive a refund from the IRS next year
and you have it direct deposited or you walk in to deposit that
check, you guessed it. You will pay a 1% charge of that money just
for putting it in your bank. Remember, any money, cash, check or
whatever, no matter where it came from, you will pay a 1% fee if you
    put it in the bank.
Some will say, oh well, it’s just 1%. Are you kidding me? It’s a 1%
tax increase across the board. Remember, once the tax is there, they
can also raise it at will. And if anyone protests, they will just
say, “Oh,that’s not really a tax, it’s a user fee”! Think this is no
big deal? Go back and look at the transactions you made from on
year’s banking statements. Then add the total of all those
transactions and deduct 1%. Still think it’s no big deal?

“Congress Passed HR-4646, The Debt Free America Act, That Proposes a 1% Tax On All Financial Institution Transactions- Fiction!”

      “Summary of the eRumor:

Various forwarded emails that say that we will soon be paying a 1% tax on all transactions conducted with financial institutions.

      The Truth:
There was a bill in the 111th Congress, House Bill, HR-4646, the Debt Free America Act, that was introduced on February 23, 2010, but it died in committee and was never voted on or passed into law. Some versions of this eRumor allege that the bill was being sneaked into law by members of Congress but that is also fiction.

The bill was sponsored by Democratic Congressional Representative Chaka Fattah of Pennsylvania and says that it is to “establish a fee on transactions which would eliminate the national debt and replace the income tax on individuals.” Fattah has a description of the bill along with a press release posted on his Congressional web site. Fattah is a member of the House Appropriations Committee, not President Obama’s finance team, as some eRumors alleged.

The Thomas Library is the official site where legislative bills are posted and progress can be monitored. The bill can easily be found and currently the Thomas Library site shows that the Debt Free America Act is in the House committee and then will be referred to the Committee on Ways and Means, the Committees on the Budget, Rules, and Appropriations. Click here for the Thomas Library for text and status of the bill.”
“Email: Obama Plans 1% Transaction Tax”

“Analysis: Quite misleading. It’s true (as of this writing) that there’s a bill in the House of Representatives, the Debt Free America Act (H.R. 1125), which would impose a one percent tax on certain financial transactions if passed, and it’s also true that the bill was introduced by a Democrat, Rep. Chaka Fattah of Pennsylvania (who introduced more or less the same legislation in 2010 as H.R. 4646).

However, the legislation has zero co-sponsors, nor has it ever been acknowledged, let alone endorsed or supported, by anyone in the Obama administration.

Moreover, contrary to what is repeatedly claimed in the email, under the proposed legislation personal bank deposits would not be subject to subject to the tax. Section 4501(b)(2) of the current version of the bill reads as follows:

EXCEPTIONS- The term ‘specified transaction’ shall not include–
      (A) any transfer between accounts of the taxpayer, and
      (B) any deposit into a personal account of an individual.

Like all previous iterations of the Debt Free America Act, the 2011 version isn’t expected to be voted on, let alone passed by Congress.”

    More Paul opposition…

Why I’d Back Obama over Ron Paul

Rep. Ron Paul’s surge in Iowa has triggered a theoretical question for his rivals this week: given his foreign policy views, would they be willing to support him over President Obama if he were the nominee? Newt Gingrich said “no,” Mitt Romney said “yes.” But it is also a kind of an intriguing gut check question for conservatives on how they balance foreign and domestic policy. Having thought about it over the last few days and debated it on Twitter for a bit last night, I’ve determined that I’d very begrudgingly back Obama in such a matchup.

Klein’s justification for his stupid statement were as lame as you can get. He sees S/Ob continuing Bush’s anti-terrorism policies. Well, S/Ob has continued to protect the poppy fields and continued to remove the rights of the American People. His other statements about Dr. Paul are uninformed and false. I really don’t know why anyone would repeat this garbage.

O/T document on Ambassador Lee Emil Wanta. Most we have read elsewhere, however a lot of info all in one report.

    • 174 heather December 29, 2011 at 5:39 pm

And they said that Christopher Story “committed” suicide in July of 2010–sure he did. He was too close to this entire story and I was an avid reader of his site. can still be googled and read up to his death.

Bush Sr holds dual citizenship eh?–well then he is also a usurper and a very evil one. The Clintons, they are pure satanic and raised a daughter to walk in their shoes.

This story will not end until the money comes to the american people. At that time these corrupt criminals better be brought to justice (as GWB likes to say)… includes him as well…….all wives and kids.

I posted this story a couple years ago. You’ve heard me quote it a few times. This article was one that I trusted more than some others. Nicoloff has been very consistent in his reporting.

Regarding the Ambassador Lee Emil Wanta story……

The following is “a new chapter” in the larger story:

        ALERT- Fulford confirmation

Since first reading articles by Benjamin Fulford about the “Good Guys” behind the scenes, I’ve always hoped for someway to verify what he said, as well as confirm his own authenticity.. I today stumbled onto the audio below, which provides amazing historical behind-the-scenes information, which fits.. The audio is 3 hrs, but the 1st hr + 40 mins is Wilcox’s interview with Fulford; the remainder also contains great info.. I encourage you to find the time to listen to this audio.. It provides soooo many pieces of the puzzle. ~Loretta

Ten, I know you did, that’s where I first heard of Wanta. Just surprised it is now coming out again, so refresher course.

        • 179 Tenacity December 30, 2011 at 11:19 am

Jan, I was glad to see again and just affirming. I don’t understand why people don’t go nuts over this. We could be looking at the potential theft of upwards of $70 Trillion dollars. There is enough there to pay off the national debt and and a lot more. This dwarfs the bailouts! If for no other reason, H.W. Bush and Clintons’ theft and embezzlement of these funds should put them away for life. Just a fraction of these funds would turn our economy around in a heartbeat just by liquidating all the debt.

Still reeling from the Obama administration’s ongoing socialist makeover of their country, most Americans have understandably focused their outrage on the executive and legislative branches of government, watching a rogue president and radicalized Congress wreak havoc on the freest, most prosperous nation on earth.

Yet, the branch of government arguably most responsible for the “fundamental transformation of America” is neither the executive nor legislative. As the January issue of WND’s monthly Whistleblower magazine dramatically shows, the most arrogant, unaccountable and transformational branch of government today is the judiciary, which, virtually unshackled from the Constitution, has declared itself the supreme branch of government.

Buy the vote? Paying cash for recall names targeted

A Republican state lawmaker in Wisconsin, a state torn asunder in the last year by the fight between conservative and left-leaning interests over the state budget and its fiscal future, says he is surprised that anyone would oppose his legislation that would make it illegal to buy signatures for a recall petition.

But Rep. Evan Wynn told WND today he’s already getting pushback against his plan.

One position he encountered was that the left-leaning commenter wanted “chaos” to reign until his political favorites were back in control in the state. Wynn told WND he believes the legislation is needed because his constituents have reported being offered money for their signatures on a petition to recall Gov. Scott Walker.

Walker and the majority Republicans in the statehouse are in the bull’s-eye for affronting public-sector unions by requiring that state workers pay 12 percent of their health care premiums and 5.8 percent of their salaries toward their own retirement.

Wake up, America! Your country is about to disappear. Read Mark Levin’s No. 1 best-seller “Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto”

Walker’s moves are estimated to save the state several hundred million dollars – in the face of a $3.6 billion deficit – but made him the target of incensed labor interests.

This was all over the news today Troy and as far as making an example of the corrupt criminals on te benches — yes we do BUT we need to throw more than 1 person in prison–lets throw all 3 branches in — and start anew. No need to make examples of them, they are guilty as hell and have been for yrs and yrs. Time for them to pay the piper.

people arent afraid of prison or jail the criminals look at those places as a free place to live.It should be if you murder are behind murders, you get the same the same treatment. If you steal from others, all your assets are frozen[example the Rothschilds, banksters, goverment insider trading,FED,IMF,WTO,UN] The punishment for treason, should include everyone.

I highly recommend Kelleigh Nelson’s article on Ron Paul, best I’ve seen yet.

    • 194 Tenacity December 30, 2011 at 1:13 pm

Kelleigh’s article is good and, for the most part, fair. Even with all of her research, I would say that some of her negative conclusions are the result of not fully understanding certain topics and/or Dr. Paul’s reasoning.

Lets look at marriage for example. What happens to the issue of marriage if the income tax is gone? Like many other invasions upon our rights & privacy, the marriage issue is related to tax deductions or entitlements. What right does the government have to control who we live with? This is not a delegated power. So what is the purpose of this whole topic at the government level? It’s about taking control over the people and not about what is right or wrong. I don’t remember seeing in the constitution where the government was given any authority to tell an individual how to live his/her own life within their own house.

The whole licensing issue takes a right and converts it to a privilege. The fact that a person is not willing to be judgmental on a subject or prefers to leave it to individual will does not translate to meaning it is not deemed a sin. It only means the choice is not the governments to make.

The business of whether a particular group is a threat to our national security is directly related to a declaration of war. Our founders were referring to a physical threat concerning taking up arms against a foreign power. We have been lied to on so many fronts and misled into so many wars and conflicts that we have lost most clear thinking on this subject. The founders left the declaration of war in the hands of the People via their elected representatives in Congress. If we hold to the constitution and hold our representatives accountable to their oaths of office, Sharia would not be a concern now would it? It is our own representatives and the banksters empowering them that are the real threat. They* are using Sharia to destroy the constitution. The Jesuits & banksters have erected so many false enemies to suck the Christian world into self destructive battles that we no longer see who the real enemy is. I believe Dr. Paul is not saying that Islam is not a threat. I believe he sees a greater and differently defined threat, being the lies that we have been told by the tyrant bankers.

It is my own opinion that the enemy is Lucifer and those humans that want to be worshiped like gods. Islam is no different or greater threat to me than Catholicism or any other world religion that proposes to supplant The Lord Yshua, the Christ. They have all kissed the ring of the pope. They all have worked to destroy orthodox Christianity & protestantism. We are rightfully concerned about Sharia law, but it is too bad we are not equally concerned about the Vatican, some Roman law and particularly the Zionists (not Biblical Zion). Any law that operates to remove YHWH as the ultimate sovereign is a threat to our God granted unalienable rights.

My point is that Dr. Paul’s eyes seem to be open to some very deep truths and, in this empire of lies, holding to the founding principles & precepts is more trustworthy than the wisdom of men. Our constitution seems to conform to Biblical principles or least not violate them. Holding to that higher law of the land is Dr. Paul’s compass.

        J. B. Williams article on Paul:

‘Will Ron Paul get Barack Obama Re-elected?’
        Source: JB Williams – (12/29/11)

        • 196 drkate December 30, 2011 at 1:53 pm

          JB Williams…a false patriot!

I have to come out and say this, I don’t trust this guy at all.

          • 197 Durus December 30, 2011 at 2:04 pm

He is connected with Freedom Force and Patriot’s Union right?

            • 198 drkate December 30, 2011 at 2:30 pm

yes, all these false patriots find their way into these organizations. This guy completely undermined Terry Lakin, has trashed all the birther attorneys, doesn’t believe women should be in the presidency, and believes only his theory of eligibility. See my new post.

            • 199 Tenacity December 30, 2011 at 2:37 pm

I am fully aware of who JB is connected with as I have interviewed him and spoken on several occasions. I found it interesting that after he posted his “Enemies Within” article at Canada Free Press, he proceeded to become one of those within, in effect if not intent. This article you have linked is by far the most ignorant and deceptive I have seen out of him. His representations about Dr. Paul are false and indicate that he is either not thinking clear or controlled by others. Don’t tell me you bought this malarkey.

              • 200 Durus December 30, 2011 at 3:00 pm

Nope… been cautious of reading too much into JB articles for sometime after vetting some of his so called facts and finding them to be false. I don’t know if he gets a little carried away at times or what.

I do have to say that something about the words from Paul’s mouth in the following video. There was nothing that could be called the “Nation of Israel” until 1947. Then in 1967, their neighbors launched a war against Israel, which Israel won. As part of concessions for losing that war, their neighbors conceded land to Israel, which was added basically as a buffer zone to Israel’s borders.

Paul sees the Gaza strip as a concentration camp.

Paul sarcastically questions that those building home made bombs are the aggressors.

In that light, Paul may as well be saying that the American border is like a concentration camp, due to the hardships that illegal aliens must endure to enter America across the border.

Also in that light, Paul may as well be questioning sarcastically that the drug cartels trafficking drugs across our borders are the aggressors.

Israel has every right to defend her borders, just like America does. If the Arab settlers don’t like life along Israel’s borders, then they can leave.

                • 202 drkate December 30, 2011 at 3:23 pm

According to the film by Bill Whittle, the palestinians have been in a concentration camp first by Jordan and then by Egypt.

I don’t think one can extend his comment to our borders, which is completely different than the land struggles there.

                  • 203 Durus December 30, 2011 at 3:45 pm

                    Transcript of Paul’s statements follow:

It’s our money and it’s our weapons. But I think we encouraged it. Certainly the president has said nothing to diminish it. As a matter of fact he justifies it on moral grounds…without even mentioning the tragedy of Gaza, you know the real problems that are there. To me I look at it like a concentration camp. People are making homemade bombs – like they’re the aggressors? …

I think if we weren’t in the Middle East there’d be a much greeted motivation for Israel to deal with all the people and maybe the Arab League. Maybe they would be talking to the Arab League every single day and work out problems. But they don’t do that. They don’t have the motivation because they know we’ll back them up. No matter what happens over there, Israel knows and our government knows, Republican or Democrat, that we’ll do whatever is necessary to bailout Israel.

If Israel has a problem they have to deal with it. I don’t think it should be any of our business. It’s just that it’s our business and we will be blamed because we support Israel blindly so. And we give them the money and we give them the weapons. …

If I personally favor one side or the other side then it’s really pretty academic because politically I don’t want to be involved. If I wanna say well, you know, I really think the Palestinians have been ripped off and therefore all the blame is on Israel, then I’ve sorta stepped in a little bit more than I want to. I can have a personal opinion but politically my position is that America would be much better off if we just minded our own business

                    • 204 drkate December 30, 2011 at 3:53 pm

Yes, I listened carefully. The difference between the two films is that one has a chance to discuss history, and the other is a news and sound byte interview, where full history cannot be explained.

This issue has its roots a long long time ago, and the arabs are not blameless…neither is Britain or the US. I do agree that our meddling has made it worse. That said, do I think the answer is to completely withdraw? No. I do believe Paul will be tempered by the reality well before he takes office and as he develops his discussion points on this issue. Let me say that it is necessary for Paul to clear this up.

Israel can defend herself, and yes, we have sold them weapons. But we sell everybody weapons, including the Saudis. We arm and train our enemies and then go to war when we are ‘surprised’ that they attack us.

Paul has a lot of work to do with the jewish community in America to fully explain his position and strategies. he also must work on his view of islamic jihad.

      • 205 Jan December 30, 2011 at 4:23 pm

Ten, I agree with you completely.
The reason I posted Kelleigh’s article is because I believe out of the many pieces pro and con of the candidates, (she has written about each of them, Paul was her last one) she tends to be more fair and gives links to back up her writings.

Here are her articles on the other candidates at the bottom of the article you can click for 1, 2, 3 and read all of them.

      Hi QL.

Have missed you and Papoose and NNN. Not sure where they are, but miss them just the same.

Ditto with prices, my gosh 16oz of coffee is my locally owned grocery store is $17! Who can afford that–so have am forced to buy at walmart–for 11.50 for the same kind and weight. These prices are killing us. Perfectly designed to I might add.

Ron Paul must win this nomination and election or we are dead in the water. I am sick of everyone declaring him a nut. Why–because he is a constitutionalist and sticks to his guns, can’t be bought and sold, can’t be bribed, and stands firm. He rates up there with Ronnie Reagan and his foreign policy is fine with me.

      • 208 Quantum Leap December 30, 2011 at 8:38 pm

Heather: Think of how much money would be saved when Ron Paul releases non violent offenders from jail. Those busted for weed get thrown in jail and most are blacks. The jails are full of people in for drug offenses. Can’t they be put in rehab instead? Get the word out.

I do not drink coffee. Bad for the liver.

I’m not always near a computer these days. Plus I hate to continually concentrate on how evil and stupid that the tan/mulatto conman is. Everyone knows now how much of a pr-ick he is. They all know he’s a selfish, self-important peckerhead.

I just replaced my ram so I have a faster computer. I added 1 gig of Ram and it cost $38…did it myself….voila. Saving where ever I can.
