Our government

We are in the most serious Constitutional Crisis of our lifetimes, and the so-called conservatives keep leaping from one politician to another until those politicians are also exposed as betraying the Constitution.  No principles, only politics.

The latest to ‘vault’ to an ‘overwhelming media lead’ is Rick Santorum who has the dubious distinction of being just one of the most corrupt politicians in America, and one of the most corrupt senators in his brief so-called ‘representation’ of Pennsylvania–when he didn’t even live there.  Here’s another hard-hitting Ron Paul ad, exposing him along with Gingrich:

From a great patriot, David LaRoque, as quoted by The Steady Drip:

When we have an ineligible president, an unconstitutional monetary system, unconstitutional czars, unresponsive elected representatives, a thoroughly corrupt federal court system, undeclared wars in violation of the Constitution, an unconstitutional tax system, numerous federal agencies and departments that undertake roles far exceeding the limitations of the Constitution, serious and growing abridgement of specific constitutional rights originating from our Creator and guaranteed by the Constitution, unconstitutional infringement of the rights and prerogatives of the states on a massive scale, unconstitutional land grabs by an out-of-control federal government, outrageous abuses of governmental powers in a wide variety of areas (including the infamous TSA operation, the EPA, the IRS, the DHS, the ATF, the DEA, the CIA, the FBI, the Forest Service, the Fish and Wildlife Service as examples), a socialist welfare scheme that is both unconstitutional and is bankrupting the country, no federal budget for three years running, a “First Lady” who desires to be addressed as “Your Excellency” and has a personal staff paid for by the taxpayers as large as some small agencies, an administration overrun with individuals committed by their Marxist political philosophy to the overthrow of the Constitution and the rule of law, a so-called “Congressional Research Service” which manufactures lies intended to deceive the American people, a Department of Justice that is so corrupt that it defies comprehension and acts as if it is above the law, a corrupt Congress whose members openly exploit their positions of trust for personal financial and political gain, a Supreme Court with members who brazenly defy the obligation of recusal in the face of outrageous conflicts of interest, a Speaker of the House who proclaims that a bill must be passed before we can find out what is in it, unconstitutional “government sponsored enterprises” (including FNMA and Freddie Mac) which have incurred huge losses arising from politically-motivated policies and which losses were borne by the taxpayers while virtually destroying large sectors of the national economy, the passage of a plainly unconstitutional health care bill which will almost certainly destroy what is left of the economic vitality of the nation and insure the descent of the nation into a fiscal abyss from which there can be no recovery, election fraud on a massive scale, and on and on – well we just don’t have much of a Constitution left, in my opinion.

I would add that this administration is loaded with Muslims who intend on destroying America–the U.S. Military, the Department of Homeland Security, the White House, the Justice Department, and the Energy Department.

We have a spineless military command that wrings its hands instead of taking action as Obama shares our most precious military hardware with our enemies, conducts unlawful activities every single day, and destroys our economy.

Another liberal idiot in Robert Reich demonstrates how anti-God and morally bankrupt he and his communist-by-proxy comrades truly are:

“The great conflict of the 21st century will not be between the West and terrorism. Terrorism is a tactic, not a belief. The true battle will be between modern civilization and anti-modernists; between those who believe in the primacy of the individual and those who believe that human beings owe their allegiance and identity to a higher authority; between those who give priority to life in this world and those who believe that human life is mere preparation for an existence beyond life; between those who believe in science, reason, logic and those who believe that truth revealed through Scripture and religious dogma. Terrorism will disrupt and destroy lives. But terrorism itself is not the greatest danger we face.”

We are at the point where the only ‘candidates’ that Americans can trust are the write-ins, or soon to be write-ins, like Ron Paul, Montgomery Blair Sibley, John Dummet, Sarah Palin, and others.  We have every reason to throw them all out, but wring our hands or fight over political position, as the false patriots continue to paint themselves as saviors.
This is the turning point, and its not looking favorable for America.  We cannot expect anyone to save us from this disaster, it is in part of our own making, although there are some fine efforts right now to make Obama stumble.  Get right with your Creator-God as soon as you can, you need Him in more ways than you can imagine.

      Great article, thanks Dr. K.
I posted a followup on this story in Co. in the last thread. This afternoon two people in Co were injured when they picked up a package on their front porch and it exploded. Said it was Lafayette, Co, no info on people injured and I’m not sure if this might be her parents’ house.

All these dems who in all honesty oppose barry will vote him out–after all there is no one in the booth when anyone votes, we are there all alone.

And let’s see what happens once this goes in front of the Ga judge. We better pray for this judge to remain safe and stay honest.

Great article, Kate. You said it all! And I love your title. Santorum must not win the nomination.

I may have to stop reading one of my favorite sites. What is it with Canada Free Press that they are so against Ron Paul? We are Paulbots? Gme a break! And this following article made me mad I couldn’t finish it. Where did the authors of these articles come from anyway?

My name is Clint Richardson, and I am running for President of the United States of America.

Social Security and Medicare are not broke!

” According the Federal Government’s 2010 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), which is for all intents and purposes an audit of the Federal Government, the Social Security Investment Trust Fund has $2.54 trillion dollars within. ……… And the fund keeps growing while the government tells us that Social Security is bankrupt, and obfuscates (hides) this fund from the general public’s perception, by purposefully hiding the existence of this CAFR report from public knowledge and scrutiny.”

    • 9 Tenacity January 7, 2012 at 9:19 pm

CAFR funds existence in the States and Municipalities also. There is a lot of money out there that is kept from public view while They* justify ripping us off to the bone. The income tax and debt is entirely unnecessary. They* need the fraudulent debt to control and steal from us and it would otherwise not exist. This is also why they have removed our manufacturing industries, to keep us from resisting Their* tyranny.

Remember that the Georgia Memorial Petition on the non-ratification of the 14th Amendment became law in 2007. I recognize that it should not be relevant in any case, but, in Georgia, it cannot under color of law be used as a tool to confuse the issue. I doubt any of the counsels have even considered this.

OT—-I like to sew and I have many, many scrapes of leftover material in my house that I sometimes use to make clothes for my granddaughters or their dolls. This picture of MO looks like I took all of my scraps and made them into one dress!

Sick Rantorum is saying what sounds good. He gets on my nerves. He reminds me of obama.

Huntsman is okay but he appears weak and easily bought and sold (misled).

Diane Sawyer and the greek kid “stinkylopoulis” are true marxists.

You can bet that as Dr. Paul’s support grows, and it will, They* are going to escalate Their* attacks. They* have no conscience or ethics. He is showing great courage with the legitimate truth attacks on the RINOs. He is in this one to win and We the People must help him. They want flack, let’s give it to them. Call the lamestream media for their support of the globalist bankster establishment. Call their lies out for what they are. The Paul campaign is putting out plenty of ammunition and we can multiply its effect.

Sicko Rantorum kept snidley insinuating that Dr Paul is a libertarian. First off, he’s a Conservative Reagan Republican and secondly, Sicko doesn’t even know what a Libertarian is. It’s a constitutionalist. But Sicko was saying “I’m not a Libertarian” implying ‘so I can ignore the constitution’…..and making fun of Dr Paul the whle time without knowing what the F a Libertarian is. He acts like he can go bomb Iran or other countries all he wants and makes fun of Dr Paul for being peaceful.
Sicko and his “Adam’s family” with his barefoot and pregnant wife all need to go home to Virginia where his real home is and where he is really from. He’s such a liar. He’s not from Penn.

His family is uglier than obama’s. Please. We keep going from bad to worse. Make it stop.

Dr Paul barely got a chance to speak at the debates. It was between sicko and mittens…..

          Who’s uppity backing?

Atty. Van Irion Discusses Georgia Ballot Challenge and the Constitution

    by Sharon Rondeau

The Full Faith and Credit Clause of the Constitution states “must honor the judgments from courts duly constituted in other states.” They don’t have a choice, and law enforcement must follow the orders of courts from other states. If they don’t, they’re violating their oath. That’s where we’re at now!

    • 34 cedartree January 7, 2012 at 9:37 pm

This is a clash of all clashes
how could the Supreme Court rule that the Supreme Court oathed in an ineligible candidate without self-impugning?
Talk about a “conflict of interest”, the entire SCOTUS needs to recuse itself.
I think the people of the USA are mightily pissed at things, especially the media because their lies are so exposed.

There was a FOX story about Obama giving US nuke secrets to Russia (added to that helipcopter tail, the drone, SALT giveaways, British secret release, terrorist releases, and God knows what else he’s handed away)…but anyway it had a poll about “how do you feel about this story” and 100% of the responses had checked ” SCARY”…then I noticed that FOX zeroed out the poll and kept it at zero. My estimation is that the media is catching on that the citizenry is really angry and scared, not a good combination.

      • 35 cedartree January 7, 2012 at 9:40 pm

and Kagan is the spud who removed docketed ineligibility cases, and Sotomayor…the two appointed by a usurper, wow, talk about exponentiated “bad”

The number of people that I am running into that now “get it” has grown exponentially. It seems that the waking up of Americans is now geometrically progressing. The interesting thing for me is that the Tea Partiers are the slowest to wake up because of their red, white & blue fever. There is a libertarian spirit growing in the independent population. I am more convinced that we are at a real tipping point.

      • 37 drkate January 7, 2012 at 11:31 pm

But are you running into a ‘selective’ audience? The radio shows I visit and people I run into, its like they are totally pissed about Paul, or perhaps afraid. We are in real trouble.

  8. 39 cedartree January 7, 2012 at 9:31 pm

Natural Born Citizen = 2 US Citizen parents born on US soil.
Naturalized Citizen (by statute) = EVERYTHING ELSE
    Both together = US Citizen

I still want to know how come INA (Immigration and Naturalization Act) can contradict CRA1866/1870 when the latter was never deemed unconstitutional and is still on the books? These two laws are diametrically opposite one another. I can only think that perhaps the INA was based on a that bogus interpretation of the 14th amendment that the progs love so much (to import non-assimilating non-Citizens to destroy US sovereignty). But the very reason the Civil Rights Act of 1866 was passed yet again AFTER the 14th amendment, was to prevent any other interpretation.

Why aren’t America’s blacks more angry about this? They are being utterly replaced as far as any entitlements by foreigners by the Dems. The Dems have destroyed a large portion of their family structure family, their independent spirit, their young males. The Dems have propagandized and tried to rewrite history of their slaver past and present. I do not get the loyalty, for leftover kibbles, to any Dems by American blacks. They got a really raw deal and just a bunch of worthless verbage.

    • 43 Tenacity January 7, 2012 at 11:35 pm

Then what is a native born citizen that is not a natural born citizen? What is a baby born abroad of U.S. Citizen parents?

      • 44 Jan January 8, 2012 at 12:06 am

My understanding, if it is born on a military base, to a military person, both mother and father are US citizens, then it would be considered natural born, that’s why Mccain was not, he was not born on base, but off base in a local hospital.
I would assume that if citizen mom and dad were traveling outside the country and mom gave birth, it would be a baby that would have to naturalize at age 18?

      • 45 cedartree January 8, 2012 at 12:37 am

a baby born abroad of US Citizens, like McCain, is a statutory naturalized at birth US Citizen but not a natural born citizen

a native born citizen can just be born in-country — but a native is a natural born citizen
that’s why the term native is ripe for abuse and why it’s prudent to stick to the two citizen types “natural born citizen” and “naturalized citizen” (by statutes)

John McCain is a “naturalized” citizen. He gets his citizenship via the Immigration and Nationality Act — “by statute.”
Sec. 301. [8 U.S.C. 1401] The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth:
        (c) a person born outside of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents both of whom are citizens of the United States and one of whom has had a residence in the United States or one of its outlying possessions, prior to the birth of such person;

        • 46 cedartree January 8, 2012 at 12:39 am

I would add that Vattel said that children born of citizens “in the armies of the state” were natural born citizens

but the debate never got that far since McCain played dumb about the NBC issue altogether

      • 47 Tenacity January 8, 2012 at 11:05 am

Citizenships are attained by 1) birth or 2) naturalization. Birth includes jus soli (on the soil) and/or jus sanguinis (by blood).

        From the Legal Dictionary

        American Citizenship

U.S. citizenship is attained either by birth or by naturalization, the legal procedure that a qualified person must satisfy in order to be accepted as a citizen.

Federal law provides that those who are born in any of the 50 states, Puerto Rico, the former Panama Canal Zone, the Virgin Islands of the United States, and Guam are all native-born citizens, including the children of an American Indian, Eskimo, Aleutian, or any other tribal member.

Persons born in outlying possessions of the United States, such as Wake Island or Midway Island, and their children are called nationals. They owe allegiance to the United States and enjoy some rights. The term national denotes everyone who owes allegiance to the country, including citizens, but not every national possesses all of the rights of a citizen.

A person born beyond the geographical boundaries of the United States and its outlying possessions, of parents who are both U.S. citizens, is a national and a citizen of the United States at birth if one parent had a residence in the United States or one of its outlying possessions prior to the birth of such person. If only one parent is a citizen and the other is a national—but not a citizen—the parent who is a citizen must have been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year prior to the birth of the child in order for the child to be a national and a citizen of the United States at birth.

A person born out of wedlock in a foreign country acquires at birth American citizenship if the mother was a citizen at the time of such person’s birth and had formerly been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year preceding the birth.

NATURALIZATION. The act by which an alien is made a
citizen of the United States of America.

Note that naturalization applies only to aliens. A person that is a citizen at birth, whether by statute or not is NOT AN ALIEN.

I don’t care how some attorney has attempted to re-categorize citizenship or redefine terms for convenience of an argument. What you read above represents the intent of the founders and is consistent with the law.

        • 48 A Crazy Old Coot January 8, 2012 at 11:14 am

The problem arises that Natural Born Citizenship is not adressed. NBC requires two American citizen parents, and to be born on the soil. We are not contesting obama’s being a citizen (although there is some doubt) but the contesting is about his NBC status which is not in doubt since his father was never a citizen of the U.S.

          • 49 Tenacity January 8, 2012 at 11:43 am

Say Coot. I was just trying to correct some misinformation. Natural Born Citizenship is the purest form of “birth” citizenship…no doubt, by no other means, no divided allegiance…on the soil of citizen parents.

        • 51 cedartree January 8, 2012 at 2:31 pm

          No non no nono onono

There are BORN-CITIZENS who are naturalized at birth
they are NOT natural born citizens

natural born citizens and naturalized (by statute) citizens

anything else is DESIGNED to conflate and obfuscate
the Supreme Court says this too, two types of Citizens
natural born citizens and naturalized (by statute) and naturalized is NOT just for immigrants, it’s for ANYBODY who becomes a citizen via US Code 1401 Article I Section 8

            • 53 Tenacity January 8, 2012 at 6:34 pm

Dr. Kate, I see nothing in Kerchner’s article or his chart that resolves the issues raised previously. If Willard’s grandparents had become Mexican citizens and George never naturalized, then the Commander’s chart is not accurate. We need proof, not somebody making assumptions and putting it on a genealogical chart.

              • 54 drkate January 8, 2012 at 7:29 pm

Disagree. The grandparents have nothing to do with this. The governor of MI was a naturalized US citizen, period.

I am not going down this path with Romney at all. Write to Kerchner and Apuzzo if you don’t agree with this, I will spend no more time on this.

                • 55 Tenacity January 8, 2012 at 8:42 pm

The grandparents are relevant because they had the ability to convey citizenship to George even though he was born in Mexico. If they were U.S. citizens in 1907 when he was born, then George would be a birth citizen of the U.S. If they were not U.S. citizens at the time of his birth, then George would necessarily have had to naturalize by 1947 in order for Willard to be a NBC. I will gladly write to Mario.

                  • 56 drkate January 8, 2012 at 9:30 pm

Nope. Do you think George Washington’s grandparents were relevant?

Glad you will write to Mario. Chances are if he hasn’t come out with an article right now he’s not convinced that Romney is not a natural born citizen.

George Romney was born in Mexico, and not eligble for the presidency. EVen Wiki confirms that. Alternatively ask Susan Daniels to confirm this.

                    • 57 Tenacity January 8, 2012 at 9:59 pm

George Washington would have of course fallen under the constitutional exception the founders granted themselves. Otherwise his grandparents may have been relevant. Marco Rubio would be a better comparison. Let’s say that all of Rubio’s grandparents had been U.S. Citizens that happen to be living in Cuba when Marco’s parents were born. Then Rubio’s parents would have been birth citizens of the U.S. Unfortunately for Marco, that is not the case. The question at hand is whether George Romney was a U.S. Citizen when Willard was born. If George Romney’s parents had expatriated becoming Mexican citizens as Edward Noonan believes based upon his research, then George was an alien and would have had to naturalize. Without any evidence that George Romney naturalized and without knowing the citizenship status of his parents when he was born or before he came of age, we just don’t know whether George was in fact a U.S. citizen in 1947.

                    • 58 drkate January 8, 2012 at 10:09 pm

If you persist on questioning this, and it is of importance to you, and you disagree with the Obama file’s statements (as related by Cedar’s statements), then really go research it yourself. This is a diversion, and since we can’t even get Obama out with PROOF, I suggest it would be even more difficult on Romney. If Romney chooses Rubio we’ve got lots of ammunition to torpedo the entire ticket, further exposing obama and the rinos.

If you’re not going to research it, then leave it at your last sentence. Remember you are the one who has disagreed that we go after Obama on his ineligibility, said it was not as important as everything else, and defended Paul for not mentioning it. I hardly see how you will get any traction here.

                    • 59 Jan January 8, 2012 at 10:30 pm

Watching FOX townhall. Just played a clip of Romney stating he is a PROGRESSIVE. Is he so stupid that he thinks we have not figured out what that means?

          • 60 Tenacity January 8, 2012 at 3:05 pm

How about you show me a codified definition of “naturalized” that includes a birth citizen being naturalized. There is no point to be naturalized if they are already a citizen. By definition naturalized means the process by which an alien is made a citizen. If one has never been an alien, they have no need to be naturalized because they are a birth citizen by ius soli and/or ius sanguinis. What you are saying makes no sense. I have provided solid proof of this above.

            • 61 Tenacity January 8, 2012 at 6:53 pm

Cedar, note that in the Nationality Act of 1940 under Chapter I, Definitions:
“The term “naturalization” means the conferring of nationality of a state upon a person after birth.”
Chapter II – NATIONALITY AT BIRTH
This chapter explains all of the ways that a person is deemed a citizen or national at birth via jus soli and/or jus sanguinis.
This chapter deals with becoming a citizen after birth.

Mario Apuzo writes and I quote:

“John McCain is a “naturalized” citizen. He gets his citizenship via the Immigration and Nationality Act — “by statute.”
Sec. 301. [8 U.S.C. 1401] The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth:
                (c) a person born outside of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents both of whom are citizens of the United States and one of whom has had a residence in the United States or one of its outlying possessions, prior to the birth of such person;”

                • 63 Tenacity January 8, 2012 at 8:35 pm

If he was a citizen at birth, he had no need to naturalize. Your quote of Sec. 301 [8 U.S.C. 1401] does not pertain to naturalization. Giving you the benefit of the doubt that Mario Apuzo wrote that, I am not responsible for his error and certainly don’t have to perpetrate it. If you think attorneys don’t make mistakes, then I suppose you accept Gary Kreep’s definition of natural born citizen. Read the act. Look at the legal definition of naturalization. The law and the definition speak for themselves and they are logical.

                  • 64 cedartree January 8, 2012 at 9:44 pm

He was naturalized at birth, per the term used by Mr. Apuzzo, versus those who are naturalized after birth

                    • 65 Tenacity January 8, 2012 at 10:54 pm

I have tried to be polite, but you are certainly wearing on my patience. Not only did Apuzzo NOT say what you stated, but he made my very point in his first statement in the comments under the article:

The Court explained at length the history of U.S. citizenship. It explained who the “original citizens” were. It then told us that other “citizens” could be added to the nation. It said that additions could be had by birth or naturalization. Since Virginia Minor was neither an “original citizen” nor a naturalized citizen, she could only be a born “citizen.”

Now is that clear enough for you? Now cut with the disingenuous B.S. If you persist, I will have to assume you are one of the Obama enablers that Mario Apuzzo mentioned as misleading the public.

Jan, that is interesting. If they are getting it from milk supplies then family members would be exposed at the same time since they would be drinking from the same carton of milk. I ran into a friend yesturday who said that all three of her children had pneumonia over the holidays. They are a little older children but it may be possible.

Yeah baby. A good read on Sick Rantorum with the same man boobs as obama. He reminds me so much of obama. If he were mulatto he’d be a dead ringer to obammy.

Next read like you did to WEST dk, should be “SC governor Nikki Haley campaigns for Romney.” Gag me……..
Even fat head…what’s her name (she was Roves co-hort in 2008 and helped punk the vote especially at the RBC meeting-she’s black, fat and has an overbite with a weak voice….with graying Phyllis Diller hair that everyone calls a rats nest on her head) said dems are excited that Romney would be the candidate because obama will beat him. You know it……She’s right…..I said it’ll be a McCain redo should he be the nominee. McCain wants obammy to stay and Romney will assist with that.

And the all time pisser is…… drum roll…..

NH DEBATE: (MILLIONS ARE UNEMPLOYED,) “LET’S TALK CONTRACEPTION”…. Says stapholococcus-enopoulos……the nutjob he is.

Sick of the extreme right and their social agenda while they spend us into oblivion and ignore the constitution. Romney is for banning contraceptives…….good thing my poor mother is dead…..she is the poster child for not having access to contraceptives. All the birthing of 9 kids cut her life short and created severe economic lack and constant struggle to do the right thing..Bless her heart. Mitt can bite the big one. F the repub social agenda’s…..that’s why they always LOSE. Legislating behavior is unconstitutional. 😡 LACKADASIAL Women hating by Romney and Sick Rantorum is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE IN A MODERN WORLD

The only economist of the bunch is Dr Paul. The rest can have their social women hating opinions AND THEIR football games with men fondling each other on TV and beating on each other…… but they should STFU. :green:

This is O/T, but you can either laugh or cry or scream cause Big Sis has put her foot down.
CHICAGO (CBS) – A new state law requires those who buy drain cleaners and other caustic substances to provide photo identification and sign a log.
It’s getting a rough reception from customers and merchants alike although perhaps none more than a cashier at Schroeder’s True Value Hardware in Lombard.
“They’re not very happy about it at all,” said Don Schroeder, one of the store’s owners. “One of the customers actually threatened the (cashier) and threatened to throw the acid on her.”
Although the customer did not make good on the threat, and no one called police, other employees of Schroeder’s said they would call police immediately if any similar threat is made.
The law, which took effect Sunday, requires those who seek to buy caustic or noxious substances, except for batteries, to provide government-issued photo identification that shows their name and date of birth. The cashier then must log the name and address, the date and time of the purchase, the type of product, the brand and even the net weight.
State Rep. Jack Franks (D-Woodstock) obtained passage of the new law following attacks in which drain cleaner was poured on two Chicago women, badly scarring them.
“So that’s who I have to call,” Schroeder said.
He said that when he called his local legislator, the legislator claimed not to know about the new law. Neither, he said, did other retailers in the area. He said he and other store personnel had to call to a number of stores before they could get details.
Non-compliance results in fines: $150 for the first offense, $500 for the second and up to $1,500 for the third and subsequent violations.
Schroeder estimated that there are “easily” 30 or more products in the store that must be reported when sold.
Jewel-Osco has removed the few items it carried from its shelves, but Schroeder said he does not have that option as a hardware store. He said he does not believe that the precautions written into the bill will prevent such crimes from occurring.
“How are they going to find out, by asking every customer, what kid might have done that? It’s not going to solve any problems,” Schroeder said. “It’s not going to cure anything.”
3.Yes, we have been overrun by “those who would be king” and yes, we have silently stood by while the “American Way of Life” has been taken from us and disparaged by those without morals, integrity or conscience while we were in our pursuits of happiness – what are you going to do about it? Nothing, deny it, ignore it?

Terrorism will disrupt and destroy lives. But terrorism itself is not the greatest danger we face.”

The biggest threat to our American way of life is pResident Obama and his administration. They are the real terrorists.

Did you hear Gingrich say he’d tap into all of USA’s natural resourses and cut off big oil from commie countries….
Someone needs to tell Newt that he can’t do that. Obammy and Billary gave our away our public land, water rights, waterways, mineral assets and real property to the Chinese as collateral for the money borrowed from them to give to foreign countries. Doesn’t Newt know this? Sick Rantorum said the same thing about our natural resources. I think they are parrots saying what they think the people want to hear. How could they not know that all we own has been given via eminent domain to the chinese and or used as collateral for debt? 😡 Newt and Sicko Rantorum have no real intentions except to line thier own pockets with insider trading and gaining bribe money as well as their sick need for power over.

Where is Nancy and Harry, the ‘New Democrat (sic) Communist Party’ leaders? I haven’t heard a peep from them. They must be up to no good. They are too quiet. They were Bushes puppets and now have obammy for a puppet. She threatened to out obammy’s ineligibility if he didn’t allow her to stay on as minority leader when she lost the gavel. Does she still have her taxpayer funded private jet stocked with puerto rican rum?

Order a case today. It’s not too early to work your state. Get a group to pitch in and buy a case and send a list of voters in your area…they will mail them. The time is now. SC, then Nevada and onward… to the WH….

And send them to the confused bloggers at Hillbuzz, etc…
Who knows, maybe even gateway folks might come to their senses if they are not too lazy to read the truth instead of rehearsing the tired meme that Paul is a kook..

Ron Paul is not racist. He gave minorities free health care who couldn’t afford it. He is the last person to call a racist. That’s the famous race card being played by obammy ’cause they have NOTHING ELSE.

No offense aj, but please don’t judge a Presidential candidate on what’s said or not said on stupid debates. Look at their congressional voting records, youtube videos, etc. Research is important and never more important than this election. They can say anything they want to in a debate. No one holds their feet to the fire.

Do they send them to random names because I don’t know people in other states.

Obama’s latest shredding of the US Constitution and replacing the USA’s 3-Branch Equal-Powers Federal Government system with his own dictatorship include but, are hardly limited to the following:

    1. Removing local police presence from communities and replacing them with a federally-paid (that’s US taxpayer-paid) Obama-controlled National Police force. It is starting–in earnest–in Detroit.

Because it is a complicated story, and because none of us wants to believe what the courts are doing to our children this is an important show! In the news segment, Dave Hodges and Annie De Riso will be discussing the Stacy Lynne child snatching case. The child snatchers work in the justice system for Larimer County (Ft. Collins, CO). Stacy is an independent researcher who has routinely exposed the evils of ICLEI and Agenda 21 in Larimer County, CO (Ft. Collins). She and her son have been the victims of threats from the boy’s father, who has never been a part of the boy’s life. Larimer County, despite the proven threats by the biological father to the mother and son has repeatedly refused to issue an order of protection against the accused. Amazingly, Larimer County Court awarded full custody in a bogus marriage dissolution action even though the couple had never been married. The biological father has ICLEI business interests, the very organization that Stacy has been working to expose their corruption in Larimer County. Stacy has no criminal record but she has lost custody of her son and ordered to pay child support in a clear case of political retaliation. Researcher, Diana Hunter, will be joining in with her findings on the corruption of Larimer County, CO. and how this factors into the Lynne child custody case.

O/T A little long, but great info
First published in the Alaska Patriot News:
    The Missing Link
    by Anna von Reitz
There is a reason that our government is failing and our Constitution is ignored. There’s a missing link. It’s called the state government in each one of the 50 States.

The Constitution is a contract. In the 1824 edition of Webster’s Dictionary, the word “federal” was a synonym for “contract”. The “federal government” is a “contract government”.

The 50 States are parties to the contract. Individuals are only parties to it under subrogation meaning that we are one tier down from being active parties to the contract, with our interests being (supposedly) represented by our State government.

Like any other contract, the parties to it are responsible for its enforcement, but since 1933, the States have slacked off their responsibility. Once the federal government got into our pockets with the Income Tax and the Federal Reserve schemes, the States took back seats and the Governors started sucking up to the federal officials for favors and federal money.

They have allowed the members of Congress to “rule by presumption” for the better part of eight decades now, during which time the Constitution has been given lip-service, but seldom been honored by anyone in government.

A contract that is not enforced is subject to being breached. During our lifetimes we have seen the Constitution breached and breached and breached.

So what do we do? Politely ask thieves to honor our property rights with endless petitions that are ignored? Chase our tails trying to get this person out of office and that person into office, thinking that will change anything?

Petitions are a waste of time and seeking to change things via elections is nearly as useless, especially as we are now ruled by Diebold machines.

There remains one effective and efficient means to regain control of our government: the 50 States and their governors have to be prodded into action. How, you say? The Governors are as bad as the rest of the politicians, so what help are they?

The Governors bear a fiduciary responsibility to you and me that the federal officials do not. When our property interests, represented by our rights, freedoms, and immunities, are trashed by Congress, the State is under legal obligation to stand in our stead and enforce the terms of the Constitution. If the Governors don’t do their job and fail in this fiduciary responsibility, they can be sued, criminally charged, and put out of office.

Let’s say that the Governors are subject to becoming highly motivated, and it is time to motivate them to enforce the terms of the Constitution.

In Alaska, the process has already been engaged. Governor Sean Parnell, Lieutenant Governor Mead Treadwell, and the Alaska Attorney General John J. Burns, have been served Notice of Dereliction of Duty and Demand to Show Cause. If they don’t respond, they will receive Notice of Willful Failure to Perform. If they still don’t get moving, they will be served Notice of Breach of Contract. If they continue, they will receive Notice of Full Estoppel and Denial of Authority to Act. Once those four Notices are cured by Due Process, they will be ripe to stand as evidence supporting a Motion for Summary Judgement in US District Court. That Summary Judgement will require removal of these men from office and the end of the commission of “The State of Alaska” as it now exists.

The state government and state officials also become liable for material damages. It is, after all, a fiduciary trust they are willfully ignoring.

The Governors so attacked by The People for non-performance are between a rock and a hard place. They do their job and enforce the terms of The Constitution of the United States of America in behalf of the Inhabitants of their State, or they lose their job and become subject to liability for their inaction, up to and including being sued and serving jail time.

So, for all those who are weary of seeing their rights disrespected and infringed, their money going to support causes they don’t believe in, their lives circumscribed by an out of control government—-take heart. You have a cheap and simple means of goading your State officials into action in your behalf, and engaging the considerable resources of state government to enforce the terms of the Constitution. You can reconnect the Missing Link and make American government functional again.

Please share this insight and information with as many other Americans in other States as possible. Get the Governors moving!

It was the tea party the Obamas just couldn’t resist.
A White House “Alice in Wonderland” costume ball — put on by Johnny Depp and Hollywood director Tim Burton — proved to be a Mad-as-a-Hatter idea that was never made public for fear of a political backlash during hard economic times, according to a new tell-all.

Tim Burton and Johnny Depp are drug and alcohol addicts and Depp is known for disgusting personal hygiene. Depp lives in the south of France because he hates America and makes it well known. How many times since his first pirates version was released did he continually say that Americans are stupid and the politicians are stupidier and America is a stupid country.

I beg your pardon Captain Sparrow, but you make your money in America. You, pal are the stupid one…you were a broke hobo living practically on the streets in LA until Pirvates 1 came out and then its been uphill for you after that. Now we’re still all stupid–yes I guess we are, we elevated you and your livein girlfriend and 2 kids to the multimillionaire lifestyle but fear not, I saw your first pirates and vowed never to see another of your movies. You are disgusting and Tim Burton is nothing but your sidekick, living the life of coke heads.

Now I feel better. And this is why I refuse to ever go to a movie. These hollywood so called actors, don’t deserve the millions they make and we best see to it that they stop making this money, boycott them.

The obamas pulled off a secret party that we the people never heard about until now–why is that, do they feel guilty for living off of us….I hope they do and their daughters too.

I feel like we are living the global rosemarys baby-unless you conform to them you are the slave….if you conform and worship satan then you are on the top of the world—how long will that last?

“George Romney was born in a Mormon colony in Chihuahua, Mexico, to American citizen parents which bestowed American citizenship upon him (Jus sanguinis). Although a citizen, George Romney was never a “natural born” citizen.

When George Romney’s parents fled the United States with their children because of the federal government’s opposition to polygamy they did not lose their American citizenship.

Gaskell Romney, George Romney’s father, was born on September, 22 1871, in St. George, Washington, Utah. He’s an American citizen by birth.

Anna Amelia Pratt Romney, George Romney’s mother, was born on May 6, 1876, in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah. She’s an American citizen by birth and marriage — remember this is pre-19th Amendment, when a woman’s citizenship was derived from her husband’s.

Mitt Romney’s parents were both American citizens when Mitt was born in Detroit, Michigan on March 12, 1947.

One thing that ther Mormons get right is genealogy.

Mitt Romney was born in the USA (jus solis) of American citizen parents (Jus sanguinis) and is eligible to serve as POTUS.”

OT–challenges to Obot’s health care law

WASHINGTON, Jan. 6 — The office of Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas, issued the following news release:

Today, U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX) joined 35 of her Republican colleagues in the Senate to file an amicus brief with the United States Supreme Court on behalf of the bipartisan, multi-state challenge to the Democrats’ health spending law.

“The Obama health care law is a perfect example of government regulations hamstringing our businesses with more red tape and bureaucracy,” said Sen. Hutchison. “Almost two years since that bill was passed, businesses are still facing unprecedented premium increases, as high as 20 percent or more. Twenty-six states have sued the federal government, stating the federal government has overstepped and overreached its authority. I trust the Supreme Court to overturn this poorly constructed legislation in its entirety.”
