Establishment Republicans Betray America

©2012 drkate

So the establishment whinos–i mean Rinos–along with daddy Bush, the Tea Party and Freedomworks, are setting up America for another FAIL–i.e., either electing Romney the fool, or re-electing the usurper Obama.

Let’s play this again:

Playing around with Newt Gingrich, Sick Rantorum, and Herman Cain is just a game.  We will get the ineligible Rubio as Vice President, the muslim-judge- appointing failure of Chris Christie, or Jebby-boy Bush in a ‘brokered convention’ of establishment whinos, dressed up as the tea party.

If you are going to be for America, you need to be for the Constitution, not ‘conservatives’.  Are there any more ‘conservatives’, anyway?  If I hear one more person comparing who supports Gingrich vs Romney as to ‘who is the conservative’, when they all cite the traitors to America, well then all I can do is shake my head.

We deserve the leaderless traitors if we can’t even have to courage to see the truth and act on it.

What are your plans–personally, politically, in your community– for defeating the establishment republicans (i.e., the obamacrats)?

THAT a year-old video of a speech by Ann Coulter is now making the rounds on the Internet, showing the conservative pundit warning that the nomination of Mitt Romney as the GOP presidential candidate will lead to a Democratic victory in November.
Speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference in February 2011, Coulter said: “If we don’t nominate [New Jersey Gov.] Chris Christie, Romney will be the nominee and we’ll lose.”

Flash forward to the present day: Coulter has changed her stance and now supports Romney’s candidacy. She has even penned a column titled “Three Cheers for Romneycare.”
She writes: “One difference between the healthcare bills is that Romneycare is constitutional and Obamacare is not.”
THAT comedians in post-revolutionary Egypt aren’t laughing after one of the nation’s most beloved comics was sentenced to three months in jail for “defaming Islam.”
A court handed down the decision against Adel Imam for a 2007 movie in which he plays a corrupt businessman who tries to buy a university diploma, the Ahram Online English website reported. The film included a scene with bearded Muslim men wearing traditional Islamic robes.
Imam was sentenced in absentia, and his whereabouts are reportedly unknown.
THAT a majority of Americans believe that food stamp recipients should be fingerprinted to be eligible for the benefits, according to a new poll.
The survey by Rasmussen Reports found that 53 percent of respondents think recipients should be fingerprinted, while 36 percent disagree and 11 are undecided.
The issue has come to the fore in New York City recently. Mayor Michael Bloomberg is in favor of the current policy requiring fingerprinting while New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo wants to end the practice.

Ann Coulter has an Adam’s Apple, I can’t help but watch it go up and down when that horse-face talks. I think she’s a transvestite! “‘Nuf said”!! (I miss Lame Cherry!!)

I’m all for starting to gather a mass of people to enlarge the Constitutional Party in full swing. I know there is a small group of them now, maybe we could build on it.
There is no difference between Progressive Repubs or Progressive Dems.
I still think Romney was the pick of the Powers that be, so that is who we are stuck with unless we vote Independent and then get obat for sure. The war they are planning in Iran will be the start of Martial Law here and there won’t be an election. obat is such a good puppet they don’t want to lose him.

Fox News ran a story on him quite a while ago: I resent it with all that I have in me. It is NOT the place of the Media to choose for us!

Who is the Constitution party’s candidate this year? I’ll have to go and check. It might be a good thing for all freedom-loving Americans to switch to the Constitution party if RP is not the Repub. nominee (which we all know that Romney or Gingrich is the shoo-in). I haven’t read all of their platform but it appears they have it just about lined up with the Constitution. What do ya’ll think about them?

Why don’t freedom loving Americans get behind this party and say to heck with the ONE party system, Repubs and Dems?

Here is a link to their platform:

Jsn-agree with you but don’t forget the war they are starting in Syria–deliberately being done and exactly the way they did Egypt and Lybia. They want these countries to have a democratic govt so the NWO is in total control and the people go from one dictator to another. This must stop – we cannot continue to take over countries and RP is so right about his foreign policy concerning these arab countries.

I have been saying for months, there won’t be an election.
You are correct. Martial law is in place now, just a tad hidden except for those that are awake

    • 13 Upaces February 6, 2012 at 3:37 am

Jane, I have been telling everyone I know the same thing! He has NO intention of leaving our WH — just wait and see. A few months ago when they were “playing like” they were fixing the budget — I knew then when it was stated that he “might” suspend elections to fix the budget.

Do you realize what will happen if he does that? He is already prepared for another Civil War. And, just to add this tid bit in?

John Wiley Price (Dallas, TX) is a very corrupt politician and an Obama wannabe. I knew him years ago when I worked for the City of Dallas. I am making a point, hang in there, okay?

About two weeks ago, under the Authority of Homeland Security, he gave Mr. Price the New Black Panther Party to work “FOR” Homeland Security. I know you see the pattern here. IF you have time, Google John Wiley Price in Dallas and the FBI Investigation.

They quit counting the votes half way through and declared Willard the winner.

Looky here…….. no wonder RP is perplexed.

Add these up and tell me if this isn’t close……. And RP’s Clark county stop counting the votes until people started beotching about it. The biggest county in the state and they stopped coutning votes cause Ron Paul won that county? Now theya re stalling trying to figure out what to do and how to backtrack now that we know. Ron Paul knows too.

Add these up on a cacluator…….this is minus Clark county. Some say a total of 38k votes were cast and some are saying 44k total votes were cast…… they can’t get their lies straight. And voting after the polls closed??? WTF? This is illegal. Dems making the rules up as they go along. naw naw naw. It don’t go like that…….

I am throwing my hands up just for tonight.

It may seem like an empty gesture at this point — but what I WANT is for teachers in public schools to make the Constitution to COME ALIVE and drive that into the minds of all children.

I do remember the classes about it. I also vividly remember standing before the flag, with all of our little hands over our hearts and pledging to our flag of the United States of America. After that, we’d all sit down and a morning devotional would be read over the loud speaker to every class.

That, My Friend, made an impact on all young minds!

There is,imo, three very important buttons on my TV.The first one I used, was the “Mute” button. Then I decided the “Off” button was a dandy function, but somehow I was still not totally satisfied, paying for something ,that remained “Off” So then I realized it was time to hit the “Money” I canceled the whole mess.I do
realize now, that I must rely on folks to post up videos to find out what various folks
have to say, from their own lips which I believe is more factual than listening to

Will they count them in the end?

  12. 26 Quantum Leap February 6, 2012 at 4:45 am

There are over 400 delegates available for the winner of the 3 largest states, New York, California, and Texas. For all you people starting to panic after Nevada, keep in mind, NONE of those primaries happen until APRIL. That is well after Super Tuesday. Ron is picking up delegates, and staying in the race. That is all we need.

Nobody will win this thing until well after Super Tuesday. The campaign knows this.

For all the complaining we do about how the media lies all the time, a lot of us seem to buying into the lies pretty easily. Ron can win more delegates in one day by winning Texas, than Romney has won so far.

Come April, when all these delegates are up for grabs, the MSM will have convinced everyone that Romney already won, and nobody will give a crap about showing up to vote. This is where Ron will surge. The smaller the turn out, the better it is for us.

Let’s all focus on the task at hand. When your state is done, remember to send your signs and materials to those three states, and lets win 400 delegates in huge states that nobody will even be talking about.

Whether that gets us the nomination or not, it is 400 delegates which we can use at the convention.

Stay the course people. Nobody said we would blaze out front immediately. Ron has stayed the course for 30 years, I think we can at least go until June without abandoning ship.

    • 27 Tenacity February 6, 2012 at 2:42 pm

Words of wisdom from the Great Quantum Leaperson. This is an endurance contest…where have I heard that before? Colorado’s primary isn’t until June 26. These caucuses are just straw polls and the straw polls do not determine who the delegates are or how their votes are pledged, if pledged at all. There is a lot of B.S. floating out there and most don’t have a clue.

“World Net Daily is citing an outdated post-Revolutionary War act repealed by Congress that only recognized “free white persons” as citizens to make its case that Miami born Marco Rubio is not a “natural born citizen.”

WND’s argument comes in the wake of several 2011 articles, which make a birther argument that recently elected U.S. Senator Marco Rubio of Florida is not natural born because his parents were alien residents at the time he was born in Miami in 1971.” Cont’d:

“Affirming his stance that questions about the president’s eligibility to occupy the Oval Office will not make a winning strategy and should not be pursued by opponents, he told radio host Hugh Hewitt that the president has “invited” the controversy over his qualifications by refusing to provide basic information.

Hewitt said he rejects “birtherism” completely.

Breitbart responds, “I have not looked at the facts because I’ve said even it were true, it would be a losing battle. It would split the country. When we for the first time ever – as fiscal conservatives and constitutional-minded citizens – have a winning argument for what we stand for. And I do not want to divide the country. So I honestly haven’t read the information.”

          “… constitutional-minded citizens …”

We need to stand up and say, “No.” The whole issue is substantively false – the President has always been a citizen and eligible to serve. That’s just a fact – and facts are supposed to be our currency. If there was ever a question, the voters answered it in 2008. …

In Massachusetts the State consolidated control and ownership of all counties in the state by merger of all counties into the State. This happened over a decade ago in Massachusetts. In addition to merger of the counties the “State” changed their government status from the “State” government of Massachusetts to the “Commonwealth” of Massachusetts. This transition was implemented by the “State” prior to 1995.
The big point here is that: “Private Associations” were used over the last 75-years to transition local governments from what we use to know government as into “Corporate” for profit enterprises and did so by direct consult over the years.
The structure of the “Commonwealth” of Massachusetts over the “State” government of Massachusetts, at the stroke of the pen overseen and checked off on by key player “Attorneys”, implemented the transition from a “government” entity into what could be more closely considered a “Private Association”.
The implications here are grave specifically as would apply to the transfer and masking of public wealth. The People own government, they do not own private associations. Leave the liabilities under the “State” government shell and transfer the wealth holdings to and under the “Commonwealth” association.
This was done right under the noses of the Massachusetts residents and done without a clue given that it was being done to the Peoples of Massachusetts. The same is covertly taking place in NJ, PA, CT, and many other states.
The shell structure of government is being left in place as the wealth and stewardship responsibilities are transferred to the Private Association, or as in Massachusetts case when transitioned from the “State” government of Massachusetts into the “Commonwealth” of Massachusetts.
When this transition took place about two decades ago, Massachusetts no longer produced a “State” government CAFR (Comprehensive Annual Financial Report). The CAFR was now produced under the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The State Court System and Financial operations were also transitioned into and under the same “Commonwealth” structure.
Mitt Romney is the Presidential pick to be promoted by the syndicate being the prior governor of Massachusetts. He is versed on operating procedure to implement the same nationally. That will be his primary mission if elected President and thus the Syndicate is moving forward full steam utilizing all of their contacts and tactics to force Mitt Romney’s win as President.
I note Barack Obama as an attorney and as current President is attempting to consolidate through restructuring federal government into the same transition.

    • 65 Quantum Leap February 7, 2012 at 12:34 am

Hmmm. As far as I know Mass has always been one of the few commonwealth states. The counties are separate although large for such a little state..

They are giant acceptors of pharmaceutical funding

    • 72 DABIGRAGU February 6, 2012 at 8:55 pm

Codex Alimentarius was created in 1962 as a trade Commission by the UN to control the international trade of food. Its initial intentions may have been altruistic but it has been taken over by corporate interests, most notably the pharmaceutical, pesticide, biotechnology and chemical industries.

Codex Alimentarius is backed up by the crippling trade sanctions of the World Trade Organization (WTO). Any non Codex-compliant nation would face huge economic punishment since they would automatically lose in
any food-trade dispute with a Codex compliant country.

      • 73 cedartree February 6, 2012 at 9:34 pm

I also read that the Codex Alimentarus does not set any upper limit on food irradiation.

What this means is that … well let’s say you used low level radiation to kill pathogens in food, extend is shelf life… not too bad of a proposition with world starvation, etc.

But when if they start hitting the food with unlimited radiation, it can actually make some of the food itself radioactive. Most food is low-element atomically, but there are some metals in it which can actually become radioactive with sufficient radiation hitting it.

In New Zealand their cat food was irradiated but the cats all got sick and they banned it.

Did you know if you mail anything, it goes through a room where they hit it with about 10,000 times a chest X-ray or electron beam, and even paper mail comes out smelling weird and yellowed and crispy! The zapped mail was making postal workers sick. So you know darn well that much radiation is causing production of new molecules which may be poisons, or even making things radioactive that weren’t before. That includes food. So maybe Aunt Mabel bakes a fruitcake and by the time you eat it, it literally is radioactive and has new heretofore unknown compounds formed in it!

        • 74 cedartree February 6, 2012 at 9:53 pm

this information is off the FDA website and an article I found about the cat food

          • 76 cedartree February 7, 2012 at 1:19 am

and sorry it was 2 million times a chest X ray that they use! It won’t matter for Carbon, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Nitrogen…but it could make metals like Iron, Cobalt, Tin, others radioactive at that dose

            This is from FDA

In October 2001, the deadly micro-organism anthrax was found in mail sent to various news agencies and to the offices of U.S. Congressmen. As a precaution, the U.S. Postal Service, with assistance from FBI and national public health experts, began irradiating mail to kill potentially present anthrax spores.
Irradiation of mail kills organisms in or on the envelopes and packages, thereby protecting the recipient against possible bacterial or viral releases from that mail. It is a reliable sterilization method that can handle the large flows of mail that come to Federal agencies.
Irradiating mail does not make it radioactive. The process is comparable to shining a flashlight on the mail – when the flashlight is turned off, mail does not glow, or radiate back the light it received. However, mail tends to be brittle and discolored and may have an unusual smell after it has gone through the irradiation process.
Irradiation does not make mail radioactive
Individuals who handle large amounts of irradiated mail have complained of adverse health effects, including skin irritation; eye, nose, and throat irritation; headaches; and nausea. Initially, some workers mistakenly feared these symptoms were due to radiation. It was necessary to ensure they understood the basics of radiation science involved in the process and that the mail itself was not radioactive. The symptoms may have resulted from a combination of factors, including a dry environment, drying effects on the skin from handling irradiated paper, chemicals released from plastics in the mail, and the odor from the irradiated mail.
The irradiation process sterilizes mail by passing it through a high-energy beam–an electron beam or x-ray. This beam is ionizing radiation that delivers in a dose approximately 2 million times more potent than a chest x-ray. The beam penetrates deep into the mail to destroy germs and viruses and is capable of penetrating letter trays and packages.
To ensure that employees and visitors are not exposed to even low levels of radiation at the irradiation facilities, very thick concrete or lead-lined walls shield the exposure rooms. Radiation levels are closely monitored at these facilities to ensure that workers are safe.

DrK…the first thing I noticed about this article was the author. Irony or tounge in cheek? I mean really, Chet Arthur. I wasn’t the only one.,.note the comments.

Also, quote from Orubio staff member: “Mr. Orubio considers himself a Natural Born Citizen”. If true then I question his loyalties and his role in this. Why did his parents naturalize!

Also, Joe Arpaio has a 4.8 mil price on his head and is still vertical. He has protection that rivals barry’s Secret Service. Orly should note that appearing at that hearing would be extremely burdensome, I promise you that Joe has no fear of the federal gov’t. I listened to the first hour of the sheriffs’ conference Sunday last..thank you.

Here’s one for everyone to grind on and decide for yourself. Read the research of Don Nicolof(f). He says that Eisenhower was not elegible for the presidency. He may well have been an NBC but he couldn’t prove it. He had to have a birth certificate made…oh well.

    • 86 A Crazy Old Coot February 6, 2012 at 8:59 pm

Read all the comments. The mostly are very on point about rubio not being eligible.

      • 87 cedartree February 6, 2012 at 9:48 pm

        Here’s my thesis:
They want another ineligible candidate to water/dummy down Obama’s ineligibility.

McCain wasn’t a NBC born in Colon, Panama (although the Law of Nations does say NBCs can be born of citizens in the “armies of the state”)
Mitt probably is (theobamafile did an ancestry to show he is cuz George was a US Citizen)
        Jindal no freeking way
Rubio…well .drkate vehemently says he’s not and lamecherry says he is since Cuba was a US protectorate before the Batista coup like Puerto Rico, all that..

but just for the sake of “what-ifs”, if it was argued that Rubio was NBC via the lamecherry analysis then it takes away the “well he’s not a NBC either” argument

not that Rubio didn’t fail us, but why help Obama with yet another ineligible candidate? seems like shooting yourself in the foot a bit

      • 93 Ann February 6, 2012 at 10:03 pm

Yep, a lot of us are awake but there are still many that are not and this kind of article is ridiculous. And very misleading to those that don’t know WTF the nbC clause means. I hope this is a “ruse” or “joke” (Chet Arthur?) but won’t know until the author of the article states that. Even then, he’s changed the minds of some and that’s not good.

  26. 94 Troy February 6, 2012 at 8:12 pm

Well, it is now crystal clear that the GOP ignored the ineligibility of the Chimp ‘n Chief all because they didn’t want to damage their golden boy, Marco “Polo” Rubio…..That, alone, is all the reason that I need to devote all of time and energy to exposing the ineligibility of the next Usurper ‘n Chief….Mark my words – Marco “effing NWO puppet” Rubio WILL be the next usurper to reside at 1600 Pa. Ave….Remember what I wrote here today, because it is going to happen!

    • 95 Jan February 6, 2012 at 8:38 pm

And I’m still not convinced that Romney is eligible. Anyone seen daddy’s citizenship papers?
The Mormon geneology shows some of Mitt’s family renouncing American Citizenship and taking Mexico’s so they could keep all their extra wives.
But I could not find where Mitt’s daddy and mommy took back their American Citizenship when they moved back.

(Not on topic, however the Muslims are allowed to bring all their extra wives with them when they migrate here.)

Sheriff Joe sets D-Day on Obama’s eligibility
Arpaio won’t release any of Cold-Case Posse’s conclusions in advance

    Published: 2 hours ago
    by Jerome R. Corsi

Following a Georgia judge’s ruling that Barack Obama is eligible to be on the state’s 2012 Democratic Party presidential ballot, the front lines in the continuing eligibility battle are being fought in Arizona.

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio told WND today his office has scheduled a news conference in Phoenix for March 1 to release findings of the Cold Case Posse that has been investigating Barack Obama’s birth certificate and eligibility to be president.

In a separate matter, Arpaio told WND that a group of Department of Justice officials from Washington, D.C., began meeting with officials of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office regarding the DOJ’s allegation of systematic violations of the federal civil rights of Hispanics.

If the negotiations fail, the DOJ has threatened to take Arpaio and the MCSO to federal court, setting up an epic political battle just as Arpaio prepares to issue the results of the Cold Case Posse’s investigation.

BINGO-That’s the whole deal…the key words are “allegation of systematic violations of the federal civil rights of Hispanics. This is their angle. “CIVIL RIGHTS” that now trumps the constitution. This is how they are squashing the constitution. ‘VIOLATIONS OF CIVIL RIGHTS……’
Funny, the constitution was written to protect individual rights…….they don’t want individual rights……they want globalism/collectivism…. Sooooooo altruistic of them (citizens) huh? It sounds good BUT…… All the while not knowing globalism for USA in actual practice will be a death knell.
If you want constitutional rights then you are labeled as outdated and full of “old ideas”. This is not all obamao’s doing. RP even says this was started some time back. Obamao doesn’t have an original thought or idea if his life depended on it. He’s just the frontman/actor/spokesperson. So take away obamao and put in Willard and you have more of the same and a continuation of the killing of the bill of rights……That goes for Newton Leroy McPherson Gingrich too.
Willard’s wife is creepy too. Callista Gingrich is creepy. These dudes have creepy wives.

Ginsberg is a globalist/marxist. She needs to retire. The masks are being ripped off their faces. That’s why they want to hit the kill switch to the net. SCOTUS is full of commies. PUTIN is pissed at them too.
Don’t get angry, just look at the big picture. In your wildest dreams nightmares you can’t make this stuff up.

As Hillary reaches the end stage of her life, her conscience must be bothering her. It must. She was indoctrinated. She was not brought up like that. You can’t get away from your upbringing. Just saying. I could be wrong. When she retires, She owes us. She better do the right thing. Who knows what will occur. But CFR will no longer own her. (I hope) If she was a true die hard illuminati she would not be retiring…. I’ll wait and see. Not that I support her. I just have some hunches about the near future. She got punked and she’s a scorpio…..wait and see.

Lets see… next step? We should pray regardless of our next step. I don’t like what my intuition is telling me right now. Here’s a lame attempt to express what’s on my mind.

    Some will wring their hands,
Some will seek a quick fix,
Some will write a poem or song.
Some will just wait too long.

Get your cranium out of your drainium,
Clean the scales from over your eyes.
Its time to water that tree boys,
Its either us or the republic that dies.

Some will crawl into a hole,
Some will just say it ain’t so
The banksters’ll keep spending your money
Till the hive is out of honey

Steal the key from under the pillow
No time for a kitchen pass
Its time to water that tree boys,
Get off your bellies and amass.

    You can watch the genocide,
or ape your dog and bark,
You can suck in the oxide
or you can take the mark.

    Divine Providence is my reliance,
    Onward in faith I trod,
Its time to water that tree boys,
    No hope left ‘cept God.

    Very true and very entertaining:

    A few lines from it:

    “When he screams and hollers;
    Then tax him some more,
    Tax him till
    He’s good and sore.

    Then tax his coffin,

People across the nation are waking up to the truth!!

    NATIONAL numbers according to Reuters/Ipsos:

    Romney: 29%
    Paul: 21%
    Gingrich: 19%
    Santorum: 18%

This is where it starts getting good. Around the tipping point is always a special place to be. Let’s build upon this momentum!!!

  41. 127 Troy February 7, 2012 at 8:01 pm

There is no way in hell that people are voting for Romney in the numbers that they show…..It’s all FAKE!….They are making it up as they go along……People have rejected that asshole time after time whenever he has ran in the past….Now, all of a sudden, they expect us to believe that people have fallen in love with that robot?….I say, Bullshit!….No one wanted him before and no one wants him now…..He is not being elected by the people….He is being installed by the GOP…..Time for Bastille Day!

A direct post on FB from the FNF Investigation….

Fast N Furious Investigation- Boehner has not authority to shut down any investigation..And like I have said many times in the past on this page..Investigations take lots of time..There is a procedure that needs to be followed first..This investigation is the biggest one our country has ever seen..I work on this investigation that is why I made this page…So unless you have first hand knowledge of the facts which you do not..I suggest you learn them before making comments about what will and will not happen..If anyone of you had any idea what it took to do and investigation of this magnitude you might think differently..Boehner has no authority to tell oversight what to do.He runs the congressional agenda..Not investigations..

          • 154 drkate February 8, 2012 at 12:00 pm

ok, that is good news. Was the source Issa, or someone close to the investigation? Speaker of the House can do anything he/she wants–look at Pelosi’s squashing of any investigation.

            • 155 Ann February 8, 2012 at 8:17 pm

It is good news! I don’t know who started that page on FB but he says he’s one of the investigators so ?. He obviously wants to stay anonymous but he doesn’t pull any punches and gets quite livid when people questions the motives, etc. He said last year that they don’t want to arrest anyone (Holder in particular) until after the election because they don’t want Obummer to pardon him on his way out of office. And yeah I think Pelosi had a lot more power than her job gave her. Obviously Boehner doesn’t push the envelope like she did. Just my opinion on that though.

              • 156 drkate February 8, 2012 at 8:29 pm

practically, if obama loses, this means holder is out anyway, so is prosecuted for crimes he did before. BUT, like Nixon, Clinton, Bush and others, it is definitely possible that obama could pardon him anyway, or find some way to excuse any charges in advance.

They might be counting on Obama winning, and arresting Holder after Jan 20 2013…obama could still pardon but the Rs would have a fun time and ‘show’ they are fighting the obutts.

Big night for Santorum in Colorado in spite of huge disproportionate Mormon turnout at caucuses.
    Candidate Votes %
    Santorum 26,354 40.24%
    Romney 22,855 34.90%
    Perry 52 0.08%
    Paul 7,708 11.77%
    Others 57 0.09%
    Huntsman 46 0.07%
    Gingrich 8,390 12.81%
    Bachman 27 0.04%
    Total 65,489 100%

People like Dr. Paul but have been duped into believing the government run media that he is not electable.

    • 158 Tenacity February 8, 2012 at 12:07 am

The majority of the People in my precinct like Dr. Paul, only 9 out of 51 that showed up voted for Dr. Paul. My household represented 3 of those 9. Yet I introduced 12 resolutions that were all consistent with Dr. Paul’s playbook and all 12 were overwhelmingly adopted. My caucus attendance was nearly 50% Mormon and Romney got 25 of the 51 votes in my precinct. The neighborhood may be 12% Mormon, if that and in the years that there is no Mormon running, hardly any of them show up at caucus. So 2 factors have skewed the results…the media and Mormon turnout for caucus. Some counties in Colorado are reporting over 60% for Santorum. From what I heard from long time Republicans, that does not surprise me. Everyone is saying we have to beat Obama, they don’t trust Gingrich, they are convinced Dr. Paul will not be the candidate and most will not vote for the fulfillment of the White Horse Prophecy. Santorum hasn’t done enough to dissuade the voters and defaults as the anti-Romney vote. I asked a few people if they knew Santorum was a Knight of Malta and they had no clue what a Knight of Malta was.

Jane, I thought that’s what Troy & Cedar were commenting on. Boehner was obviously co-opted long ago, but I don’t place too much credence in BeforeItsNews especially when they come out with unsubstantiated speculation. Its one thing to openly speculate, but another to purely speculate and act like its fact which BeforeItsNews has done. I am in no way defending Boehner here. I have written how the left & right attack each other but cover for each other at the same time because they must appear to be in opposition while not revealing their common perversions, murders, grand thefts, payoffs and sinister esoteric agendas.

  55. 164 Quantum Leap February 8, 2012 at 1:32 am

Well it’s good that sanitarium blocked Romney from wrapping this up. Paul got the most delegates. Sign up to be a delegate in your state.
Here ya go. Don’t lose heart.
URGENT!!!!!!!! PLEASE READ!!!!!! How Ron Paul WINS
This was passed as URGENT by Patriots—to give information on Election 2012……… (Sounds good).

In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way. ~Franklin D. Roosevelt
Time to face the facts. What the GOP fears most is what America needs most.
Neither Santorum nor Gingrich can win the Nomination for one simple reason. Neither of them can collect enough delegates to win the Nomination.

Neither man can be the nominee because neither one was able to get on enough states’ ballots to make a difference. (564 delegates that Newt can’t win ), Same with Santorum (over 700 delegates he can’t win ). And the media as well as the GOP is praying to god that the American people continue to remain ignorant of this fact for as long as possible while they try to come up with a strategy that will bury Ron Paul before Romney is forced to face him on stage alone and the commentators are no longer able to marginalize Paul by giving all the questions to everyone but him.
Ron Paul and Mitt Romney are the only two candidates that made it on the ballot in every state. Romney will not beat Obama, he’s too similar except he will raise taxes on anyone making 40k a year or less in favor of giving himself lower taxes. Independents are going to run to Obama if Romney is the alternative.
It is a two man race between Ron Paul and Romney for the nomination.
It is also a two man race between Ron Paul and Obama for the White House.
It’s time Conservatives and people with any functioning brain cells in their heads started backing the only real candidate that will beat Obama and save America. And whether you like it or not, that candidate is, by default, Ron Paul.
The facts can’t be twisted to point in any other direction. The Delegates decide who gets the nomination and you can’t get delegates if you aren’t on the ballots. It doesn’t matter how much money gets pumped into your campaign by special interest groups. The facts are the facts.
Fact : Gingrich and Santorum cannot win the nomination no matter how much they get in ” popular ” votes.
Fact : Romney will fail epically against Obama in a general election.
Fact : Ron Paul will decimate Obama on his Foreign Policy stance alone. Add in his Economic and Defense policies ( All 3 of which were policies Obama ran on in 2008 and abandoned once he got in the White House so no one would be stupid enough to believe he’s going to follow them in his second term ) and you have an un-beatable candidate in the general election who the bulk of the American people will vote for when they finally get a chance to see the man unfiltered and unbiased by the media. Don’t give up or give in. Be diligent to take pictures and record the elections and exit polls if GOP wants it all in private, do what you can to secure the votes and post at watchthevote 2012 on facebook”

America is broke and the average American is tired of hearing about another war on the horizon and seeing more dead soldiers coming home in coffins for no reason…all the while the freedoms they are dying to ” protect ” are being stripped away from us by our own government…one by one.
Obama has ‘0’ chance of beating Paul and Washington knows it. The GOP knows it. The corporations that own Washington know it too so they instruct the media outlets they own to hide it from you.
But now you know. Gingrich and Santorum are mathematically incapable of winning the Nomination and Romney can’t beat Obama in the general election.
Ron Paul is the only choice we have. It’s just nice that, for once, he’s the RIGHT choice and not just the ” lesser of two evils “. Stay in, Don’t give

    • 165 Tenacity February 8, 2012 at 9:49 am

QL, my caucus is a perfect example of what you have disclosed above. Half of the non-binding straw poll votes went to Romney, but none of the 3 delegates elected were pledged to Romney or anyone else. I disclosed that I currently support Dr. Paul but made no pledge to any candidate. I also disclosed that I favor a brokered convention where important platform commitments could be negotiated. Yes, it was good that Santorum blocked Romney’s romp to being the chosen boy. Dr. Paul may not achieve the nomination, but his platform is widely held and will have a huge impact at convention if it is brokered. None of the GOP candidates stand a chance if the Paul voters are not brought on board and that will not happen without specific platform commitments. If anyone is interested in the resolutions I submitted, all of which passed, I will post some of them or give to Dr. Kate to post. They must pass muster at county assembly and then State Assembly.

  56. 166 Quantum Leap February 8, 2012 at 1:42 am

In one state Sanitarium didn’t get any delegates. No one did.

This August the convention will be in Tampa. It’s a nice place to be a delegate but watch your back because they may try and steal your delegate pass. Watch for criminal activity all the way up to and past the convention.

The place to really watch is Maine. We are hoping for a RP win in Maine.
be diligent and post your precincts votes.

Additionally the states have not counted all the votes yet but are declaring sick rant the winner. He’s the radical right’s extremist and America doesn’t like extremists especially the radical and social religious right extremists.

Lastly, There is a petition circulating to have a Nevada recount. Please sign it. Nevada is Ron Paul country.

Not all the states are finished counting as of 4 pm EST.
    Take heed.

  57. 167 Quantum Leap February 8, 2012 at 1:50 am

Take a new person(s) with you to the caucuses. Hold their hands and help them sign up.

    This is how we win.

Identify supporters and personally make sure they become delegates. NOW!
    Delegates vote, voters usually dont.

Be sure the youth are registered to vote.
Register them and then get them to register others. College campuses are great for that. They will vote if they are RP supporters. Don’t let the news tell you otherwise.

Here is one of the resolutions submitted and passed at caucus:
Be it hereby resolved that the constitution grants no authority to the Federal Government to convey any ruling power or authority to any other entity or organization such as the United Nations or to enter into any treaty that diminishes the sovereign authority of any of these united States.

    • 174 Tenacity February 8, 2012 at 10:04 am

Ten, I would like to see your resolutions. The only one we have so far in MT is the Resolution Exposing Agenda 21

      • 176 Tenacity February 8, 2012 at 5:22 pm

Hi Jan, here are the ones that I didn’t previously post above and below:

Be it hereby resolved that the Supreme Court ruled in the 1895 landmark case Pollock v. Farmers’ Loan & Trust Company, 157 U.S. 429 (1895), that the unapportioned income taxes imposed by the Income Tax Act of 1894 were, in effect, direct taxes, and were unconstitutional because they violated the provision requiring all direct taxes to be apportioned and the court subsequently determined that, if properly ratified, the 16th Amendment conveyed no new taxing power, then the Income tax system imposed today is unconstitutional.

Be it hereby resolved that only paper ballots be used in elections and counted in the open by hand and available for recount to insure the integrity and accuracy of elections.

Be it hereby resolved that certain amendments to the constitution have been proven to be unlawfully deemed ratified and should be investigated to determine whether these amendments should be considered law, specifically those amendments known today as the 14th, 15th, 16th & 17th Amendments.

Be it hereby resolved that the original 13th Amendment to the constitution, that was properly ratified and became law in 1819 was deliberately removed from the constitution during the tumult of the Civil War and subsequently ignored, shall be restored to the constitution. [Amendments To The Constitution: Article XIII: “If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain, any title of nobility or honor, or shall, without the consent of congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.”]

I had fun explaining the last two above to the 50+ people in that caucus. I got about 90% yes votes on them. I was encouraged that the people really wanted to learn and I brought backup documents to support what I was saying. Most had never heard any of this.

  62. 180 Tenacity February 8, 2012 at 10:05 am

Be it hereby resolved that because fiat currency without intrinsic value results in inflation and constitutes a form of taxation to all economic classes, we demand a return to constitutional Sound Money, that being gold and silver.

    • 181 Tenacity February 8, 2012 at 10:06 am

Be it hereby resolved that electronic vote counting can only be done in secret and is therefore unconstitutional.

      • 182 Tenacity February 8, 2012 at 10:07 am

Be it hereby resolved that the proprietary ownership of money is pertinent to the pursuit of happiness and therefore an unalienable right of all citizens of these united States which is being denied by the Federal Reserve which is a private banking cartel that has been formed and operates without constitutional authority.

        • 183 Tenacity February 8, 2012 at 10:11 am

Be it hereby resolved that the constitution is the highest law of the land and any and all legislative acts, statutes, rules of procedure and judicial decisions that serve to negate any individual right reserved or secured by the constitution are null and void and of no lawful effect.

Be it hereby resolved that any or all Federal mandates upon individuals or States that fall outside the scope of powers expressly delegated by the States to the Federal Government in the constitution are a violation of the rights of the people and States of these united States, particularly health care mandates.

              • 186 Katie February 8, 2012 at 12:02 pm

                Good job, Tenacity!

I don’t have the exact wording to share, but we passed two at our caucus with unanimous vote. Essentially upholding the 2nd Amendment, and to declare the NDAA a blatant violation that will not be enforced.

What was declared loud and clear last night in CO is that the loss of delegates in the heavily populated liberal areas (the ones that went for Romney last night) were outvoted by the more conservative people in the more rural areas of the state. The GOP’s corruption in the 2010 Governor’s race is coming back to bite them!!!

I never sensed a passion last night for a single candidate, more it was a declaration that the propagandists are NOT going to dictate who we vote for, and above all, it was “anyone but Romney”.

In a caucus of 49 people, Paul got only 4 votes. It’s not all corrupt as some of you believe.

                • 187 no-nonsense-nancy February 8, 2012 at 12:57 pm

Katie, is it corrupt in the sense that the media and the GOP have falsley made RP out to be unelectable and therefore many people do not vote for him who may have otherwise?

                  • 188 Katie February 8, 2012 at 1:51 pm

Hi Nancy – There are a lot of comments on this blog that the counting is rigged against Paul. All I know is that in my caucus, he got 4 votes out of 49, and the numbers are available online to verify it.

I just spoke to a friend who was at another caucus in CO. One person stood up to speak in support of Ron Paul. She was a sloppily dressed, middle-aged woman with FLAMING hot pink hair. In a military/conservative area, she didn’t go over very well.

The media – who I refer to as the propagandists – and the GOP establishment aren’t just isolating Ron Paul. I was a county coordinator for a governor’s campaign in the last election that was literally stolen from the will of the people and controlled by the propagandists and party insiders. Gov. Sarah Palin who has a record of reform, weeding out corruption in her own party, balancing the budget, energy independence, commander-in-chief, and the highest approval ratings of a governor has been marginalized for now by the propagandists.

Some people like Paul’s message – but not so crazy about the messenger. It’s hard for ardent supporters to accept that but as someone who doesn’t have a dog in this four way hunt (except that I’m for anyone by Romney at this point) I’m able to be more objective than someone who is a passionate supporter of one of these candidates. Personally it pained me to vote for any one of them last night, and I honestly didn’t know whose name to circle until the very last second.

And if boosting Santorum last night helps keep Big GovernMITT from walking away with it (remember when all the pundits said it was over after NH?), then you should be happy that process is still at work to give Paul more time to reach voters with the message you support.

                    • 189 no-nonsense-nancy February 8, 2012 at 2:19 pm

Katie, you said it right,”the process is still at work”. I hate it when the media acts like it is all over. I don’t like Santorum any better than most of them, we had him in PA as senator and he was awful. But I’m glad he won those states if it means the process will go on. People in the later primaries have a right to have our votes counted, too.(in so far as our votes really count). My primary isn’t until late May. I personally think all primaries should be on the samne day and it should be a secret paper ballot.

                    • 190 drkate February 8, 2012 at 4:10 pm

I am a Ron Paul supporter and don’t have pink hair. I am middle-aged, professional, and educated. Look at the obots and tell me many of them don’t look like Paul supporters too. YOu do a disservice to judge on the appearance thing.

ps..Palin gets more coverage than Ron Paul.

                    • 191 Katie February 8, 2012 at 6:10 pm

I didn’t judge anyone’s appearance, Dr. Kate. I wasn’t even at the same caucus.

I’m just relating that the caucus hot-pink-haired-lady was at is one of the most conservative in the state, heavily in a military base area and people didn’t relate to her.

I don’t think I’ve ever written anything on your site that would imply otherwise. I’ll stay away.

                    • 192 drkate February 8, 2012 at 8:00 pm

My apologies if I jumped to that conclusion based on your comment.

See I come here and I don’t know Ron Paul from Adam Ant other than there’s a lot of pro-people and vicious anti-RP people.
So what I gather is that RP is not liked by the media, which is probably in his favor insofar as his being for The People.
I gather RP doesn’t really like Israel, and I believe this is the crux of a lot of his problems. It seems like Israel is a vulnerable bug that needs to do a lot of manipulation because its very survival is at stake. Jews are self-limiting in terms of their own population size and Israel is surrounded on all sides by mortal enemies and its economy, though doing well enough, isn’t enough to sustain against a long term war scenario without assistance, and its military, though sizable and well equipped would be kept very very busy. One lucky shot could take out their entire country as Iran says, in “9 minutes”. Israel’s motives seem to be to use the wealth and might of the USA to defend its financial and security interests. And this would mean preventing any nuclear hits by Iran. So it would seem to be Israeli interests which would put the USA into any attacks on Iran, at least at the current time. But Iran has also spelled out that it will use any nukes it develops on the USA.

RP is not going to be “pro-Israel” but does he think Israel should be defended preemptively ever? It’s so small that waiting to act after an attack would mean no more Israel.

I’m just trying to figure this out.

This is Pro wrestling staged and fake now, they are giving Rick Santorum a 3 state win to make him the #1 villan now and take Gingrich out. It’s all staged, anything to get rid of Ron Paul
State Gingrich Paul Romney Santorum reporting
    02/07 MO 12.0% 25.3% 55.3% 89%
    02/07 MN 10.8% 26.9% 16.3% 45.7% 42%

    • 197 Troy February 8, 2012 at 3:57 pm

Wow!…..Did you assume all of this Israel / Ron Paul stuff or is this something that you have heard from someone or somewhere else?

Not much in the way of facts there…..Israel would like the U.S. to butt the hell out of their business and let them do what they will with Iran…..It’s not Israel that needs the U.S., but instead it’s the U.S. that needs Israel.

Israel is our one and only friendly piece of real estate in that part of the world…..It is our main staging ground for the next Muslim country that we get a hankering to wipe out…..It’s all a matter of strategic geography.

We had to pay Israel off and furnish them with Patriot missiles to keep them from wiping out Iraq back when Sadam was lobbing Scuds at them during the NWO’s / Papa Bush’s first war with Iraq……They wanted to take care of business and we wouldn’t let them.

    • 198 drkate February 8, 2012 at 4:04 pm

I’d say do some more reading on Ron Paul and israel….there are no facts cited here at all, just speculation.

Israel can take care of itself, and I agree with Troy, the US needs Israel more than the other way around. That said, Paul has always said that if there were an imminent threat to Israel and they asked for our help, Paul would ask Congress to vote on it first before he sent any troops that way.

      And a longer view:

Israel is more important to the US–precisely as a staging ground for attacks or destabilization of arab regimes. Bring out the threat to Israel–imagined, and wowzie zowie the US is gung ho for war. But the president’s never ask for Congressional authority, they just send the troops into harms way, illegally. Double illegal with Obama, who can be accused of murder for sending our troops into harms way as an ineligible CIC.

Why do you come here then? This entire blog is about the Constitution, and if you’ve read anything here it would show you why the only constitutional candidate is Paul.

Obambi is obviously an anti Israel site and pro Ron Paul?…..Just because RP would cut foreign aid to Israel, right along with foreign aid to every other country, and he is more than happy to allow Israel to defend itself and fight it’s own wars doesn’t mean that RP is anti Israel…..I think Obambi is attributing an ideology to RP that simply doesn’t exist…..”Foreign aid” is nothing more than bribe money and usually never ends up in hands that do good…..It almost always ends up in the pockets of the corrupt crooks…..We’re broke and have no business lining the pockets of crooks and despots with untold multiple billions upon billions of taxpayer dollars – our dollars!!!….Want free healthcare for all U.S. citizens??? —- Simple, take all that foreign aid money and all the money pissed away on supplying, maintaining and manning all of our unnecessary military bases around the world and toss in all of the bank bailout money and we have free healthcare for all and for generations to come….It ain’t rocket science!

          • 205 Paula February 8, 2012 at 8:31 pm

Right on! Can I say Amen to that? Troy, why aren’t you in Congress already, along with Tenacity & Dr. Kate?

We so desperately need citizens that know and believe the Constitution of our country to run for offices. How hard they’ve made it for ordinary folks to run. Why does it seem that all are crooked in the feds and a good number of them in the states?

          • 206 heather February 8, 2012 at 10:17 pm

that is exactly what foreign aid is–bribery money definitely to line the pockets of the corrupt foreign politicians–of course–it pushes them all right into the UN and they all become 1.

Cedar Why don’t you know RP from Adam ant? You need to make it your business to know.

And please stop assuming. We have enough of that going on in other blogs. RP is only PRO this or that and never ANTI anything. Too many people are winging it and not really knowing what they are saying about RP. On the radio today they said RP would DO NOTHING to stop Iran from getting nuclear bombs…….. that is patently false.
Peaceful Paul will do something alright but it won’t be by brute force unless congress voted for it. Mother Theresa and Ghandi would be proud of Dr Paul. He’s mature and doesn’t need to pick fights to get his way. Ron Paul is not a bully but he knows how to get it done. He’s mature and knows how to pick our battles. He’ll stop Iran dead in their tracks if they become a threat to us and not by pre-emptive strikes on innocent citizens.

Tell me this–what business is it of USA to be the bully and butt into other nations business telling them what to do like today when traitor SCOTUS ginsberg told Egypt that the USA constitution is flawed and not to write their constitution based on ours…….it’s none of our business what other nations do unless they pose a direct and immediate threat upon USA…….so answer the question.

I also believe the party in question has been inviting it, if not starting it for the last 3 years. Problem is, the stink has ended up on all of us and its time to take a shower.

        According to

“……However, there has been a concerted effort by someone playing the role of an attorney ….. as was evidenced by her mailing an unenforceable, downloaded “subpoena” form from Georgia’s OSAH website. ……..”

          • 223 Voco Indubium February 9, 2012 at 12:03 pm

I just cannot believe that a licensed attorney would issue a fake subpoena; she jeopardizes her license if true. I wanted confirmation. I don’t know the answer. Much of the internet information is not reliable and I respect Troy’s opinion. I could not follow the matter in detail as I was too busy in the past few weeks. The article’s language is very anti-Orly biased. So I just wanted confirmation.

RE: “what are you trying to do here? “
Trying to get some answers from people who know more about these things than I do.

            • 224 drkate February 9, 2012 at 1:11 pm

Your confirmation is in the article. Dean Haskins would not put this out if it wasn’t true.

            • 225 drkate February 9, 2012 at 2:15 pm

All I can tell you its not the first time this person has done that. And plenty of attorneys try to do this anyway, without fear of losing their license. Like I said earlier, I’m letting Dean Haskins handle this stuff, as the last thing we want to do is fight with each other–our opposition would love that.

    • 227 Paula February 8, 2012 at 8:54 pm

      • 228 drkate February 8, 2012 at 9:22 pm

I’m going to let folks like Dean Haskins deal with this…there are lots of possibilities…disruptor for attention or agent? We don’t have time to argue this, because if we do, it will achieve what our opposition wants…infighting among us.

    • 230 heather February 8, 2012 at 10:22 pm

Updated: Rick Santorum’s Other Big Unelectability Problem: He Didnt Make The Ballot In 6 States. Spread The Word.

Cant get enough delegates without those states. His surge is based on his lies & pandering to the evangelical right about his supposed “family values” & “strong faith”-the non thinking evangelical right. They obviously haven’t looked at his big government voting record supporting funding of planned parenthood abortions, or they just don’t care that he is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Either way, it is important to let the evangelicals know that Ricky did not make the ballot in 6 states. Aside from his small government rhetoric not matching his big government voting record, aside from his touted “family values” & “christian faith” not matching his support for government subsidized abortions, he is unelectable for another big reason-he didn’t get enough signatures to get on the ballot in 6 states. Enough said. Please spread the word.

  72. 237 jacqlynsmith February 8, 2012 at 11:01 pm

The Grinch isn’t on all the ballots either so don’t give up folks….it’s all about collecting delegates……we need everyone involved if we are going to get the DOC elected…….please consider being a delegate at your primaries and caucuses….this is how we get the doc elected!

Ron Paul Winning the Battle for Delegates

Campaign is well-positioned in delegate race

LAKE JACKSON, Texas – The Ron Paul 2012 Presidential campaign released the following statement regarding the results of yesterday’s election results. See comments below from Ron Paul 2012 National Campaign Manager John Tate.

“We are thrilled with the yesterday’s results. Our campaign to Restore America continues to gain ground, and we are poised to pick up even more delegates from Minnesota and Colorado adding to our delegates in Iowa, New Hampshire, and Nevada.

“As people across the country view the results of yesterday’s contests, it is important to consider a few facts that have not been clearly reported. Not one single delegate was awarded yesterday, instead the caucuses in Minnesota and Colorado were the very first step in the delegate selection process. And there are still over 40 states left to go. The Ron Paul campaign plans to continue to vie for delegates nationwide.

“There are a few significant takeaways from yesterday’s contests to remember:

    1) The Missouri primary means nothing. It was a non-binding beauty contest, and the contest that matters in the ‘show me’ state won’t take place for another month. The Ron Paul campaign is well positioned to win delegates in Missouri’s caucus a month from now.

    2) As in Iowa where not 1 of the 28 delegates has been awarded yet, in Colorado and Nevada the Paul campaign will do very well in the state delegate counts. We will have good numbers among the actual delegates awarded, far exceeding our straw poll numbers.

    3) In Minnesota where we have finished a solid second, we also have a strong majority of the state convention delegates, and the process to elect delegates has also just begun, the Paul campaign is well-organized to win the bulk of delegates there.

“We are confident in gaining a much larger share of delegates than even our impressive showing yesterday indicates. As an example of our campaign’s delegate strength, take a look at what has occurred in Colorado:

In one precinct in Larimer County, the straw poll vote was 23 for Santorum, 13 for Paul, 5 for Romney, 2 for Gingrich. There were 13 delegate slots, and Ron Paul got ALL 13.

In a precinct in Delta County the vote was 22 for Santorum, 12 for Romney, 8 for Paul, 7 for Gingrich. There were 5 delegate slots, and ALL 5 went to Ron Paul.

In a Pueblo County precinct, the vote was 16 for Santorum, 11 for Romney, 3 for Gingrich and 2 for Paul. There were 2 delegate slots filled, and both were filled by Ron Paul supporters.

We are also seeing the same trends in Minnesota, Nevada, and Iowa, and in Missouri as well.

“We may well win Minnesota, and do far better in Colorado than yesterday’s polls indicate.

“In the latest national poll from Reuters/Ipsos Poll, Ron Paul places a strong second with 21 percent, gaining ground on his main competitor nationally, Mitt Romney, whose support seems to be fading at 29 percent. Congressman Paul’s support has grown by 5 percentage points nationally since January, while Romney has seen a 30 percent decline in his support since January.

“This poll follows a January 30th Gallup Poll showing Dr. Paul within the margin of error of defeating Obama. Also, a January 16th CNN/ORC Poll showed Congressman Paul and Obama in a virtual tie in a general election showdown.

“Yesterday’s contests were significant, but not a decisive or a conclusive end to this race. Our campaign will keep pushing forward and continue to take our message of liberty all the way to the convention. This race after all is about delegates, not about beauty contests.”

Graphics provided by the RP2012 Campaign team for a more added visual punch, at the end of the article:

    Straw Polls vs. Collecting Delegates

Last night was a good night for Ron Paul. But it was a better night than many might realize.

The desire to accumulate as many delegates as possible has long been the campaign’s primary focus. After all, this is how one becomes the nominee. But collecting delegates is not the same thing as winning the straw polls, which obviously make the headlines.

Ron Paul 2012 campaign chairman John Tate explains:

“We are thrilled with the yesterday’s results. Our campaign to Restore America continues to gain ground, and we are poised to pick up even more delegates from Minnesota and Colorado adding to our delegates in Iowa, New Hampshire, and Nevada.

“As people across the country view the results of yesterday’s contests, it is important to consider a few facts that have not been clearly reported. Not one single delegate was awarded yesterday, instead the caucuses in Minnesota and Colorado were the very first step in the delegate selection process. And there are still over 40 states left to go. The Ron Paul campaign plans to continue to vie for delegates nationwide.”

Indeed. Below is a pie chart created by a supporter that shows how Paul’s straw poll performance measures against collecting delegates in particular Colorado precincts. You will notice in each example, the delegates selected exceed the straw poll results. Check it out here…..

Dr. Kate, we must THINK ALIKE since you have posted the same information that I have posted…..twice. LOL

  77. 246 Voco Indubium February 9, 2012 at 1:39 am

What do you think of this?

WND predicts the repeat of 2008. Accordingly, no GOP candidates could beat O if the election were held now.

Was it not taken for granted, by just about everyone here, that O cannot be reelected? When I brought up the possibility of reelection due to the $1 B campaign funds, the support of the media and the improving economy, I was the most unpopular commentator on this site.

Was not I told a few months ago “that it is time to get a new paradigm” and it is counterproductive (paraphrasing) to dwell on the single issue of eligibility, and I should not be so narrow sited as not to understand why none of the GOP candidates address eligibility?

If the WND survey is true (and I am not guaranteeing it) is it totally futile to promote or attack any GOP candidate as none of them have a chance anyway?

(My own informal survey shows that the people who voted for O in 2008 are ready to reelect him.)

Is it time to change the paradigm again, or let us dismiss WND’s survey as pessimistic and worthless?

    • 247 drkate February 9, 2012 at 10:32 am

YAWN. Nothing is taken for granted here, and no, no one here has suggested or promoted the idea that O can’t be re-elected. You see he was never elected, he stole the vote by lying about who he is, through voter intimidation, and by foreign aid which is illegal.

Romney is the one who can’t beat Obama, and that is why the establishment Rs want him. did you not read the title of this post?

I take WND with a grain of salt, knowing they are trying to sell themselves. On more than one occasion I have disagreed with them.

And the ‘anybody but Obama’ is the same as ‘anybody but Bush’, which is how we got Obama. The rs ran an ineligible candidate in McCain.

    • 248 Tenacity February 9, 2012 at 11:01 am

Out of the hundreds of Republicans that I have talked with, I have not encountered even 1 that would consider voting for the seditious criminal in the White House. Additionally, I have heard dozens of people of various political affiliations that voted for Obama in 2008 say they are sick about their mistake and want the communist gone or that he lied and has done none of what appealed to them in the first place. Frankly, I stopped reading WND nearly a year ago because I no longer trusted their motives or data. I honestly believe the Wenzel poll article is a bunch of malarkey.

Now Voco, you have never been the most unpopular commentator here, at least not in my mind. Your points about the $1Billion campaign funds and media bias were valid. I personally believe one of two things has to happen for the stinking usurper to be defeated: 1) Ron Paul must surge and go into the convention with enough delegates to be included on the ticket, or: 2) have enough delegates at a brokered convention to negotiate a platform commitment to incorporate sufficient elements of Dr. Paul’s economic plan for his constituents to vote for the GOP candidate. In my mind, these are still long shots. I believe that Dr. Paul is quite electable in spite of the media blackout and smear. What is more difficult for him to overcome is the corruption of the bankster establish pulling the purse strings behind the GOP. They will do whatever they have to to keep Dr. Paul from restoring constitutional governance which includes a return to Sound Money. My point is that those supporting Dr. Paul must be included in the process or the GOP will go down in defeat. The Paul revolution will vote 3rd party or not vote at all before supporting another RINO that will maintain the status quo just like Obama and every President since Kennedy has done. The Republicans want to beat Obama, but the money pulling the purse strings of the party wants to protect the status quo more than beating Obama. If it is Their* choice and the platform reflects that choice, the GOP and our republic loses. If the people wake up and rise up, then and only then does the GOP have a chance, if we are allowed a fair election. We the people must strongly demand a fair election. This is all a huge uphill battle, but we must keep fighting.

Thanks for the thoughtful answer. I always appreciate your reasoning even when I am not in agreement with it. But I am 90% in agreement what you said above. Maybe I am taking the WND survey too seriously. That is why I wanted to know what others thought of it.

        • 250 heather February 9, 2012 at 7:43 pm

WND—I believe has been bought or threatened because of their drastic changes in journalism.
I do not read there often, but check the site periodically just to see what lies are coming through.

I would say, those of us here are all smart and wise enough to know when we are being baited and lied to and can read any article and differicient the true vs lies.

  78. 251 Troy February 9, 2012 at 2:02 am

The only GOP candidate that will not beat Obama is Romney….That is why the GOP is installing him….They are pulling a McCain’t 2008 again…..They had no intention of winning that one either.

I don’t recall anyone telling you any of the above things that you mentioned…..Go back and bring those comments here and lets have a look.

It’s funny how someone can take another person’s comments and spin them into something never said.

    • 252 Voco Indubium February 9, 2012 at 2:32 am

It was not you, and I did not address my comments to you. Several others made comments in that direction. That is OK – I am respecting their opinion as long as they are respecting mine.

Did you read the WND-survey? They say all GOP candidates would lose.

      • 253 Troy February 9, 2012 at 2:55 am

I remember the conversation well from a few weeks back…..The main participants in the disagreement were you, me, Tenacity and Dr. Kate and the conversation revolved around eligibility and certain politicians not being willing to address the issue.

I have a pretty good memory and don’t recall anyone suggesting to you what you wrote above….Sometimes people interpret things said by others in a preconceived manner….I see it happen all the time on various blogs.

I did not check out WND’s poll / survey as I do not put a whole lot of stock in polls.

Romney has absolutely no chance of beating Obama….Santorum would be close, but would probably lose…..Gringrich would most likely beat Obama as would Paul….Just my opinion – no survey, only instinct.

        • 254 heather February 9, 2012 at 7:29 pm

Troy–I believe that Paul would beat barry on all fronts–but if the msm and the gop are holding Paul back, then what chance does he have.

Romney will never beat barry–Newt may and I believe that Santorum can beat the crap out of barry. Santorum has faults as they all do-however, after listening to him today at a rally here at ORU/Tulsa, he has religious beliefs that romney/newt do not have and do not talk about for fear of turning off non believers.

He spoke from the heart, with no teleprompter and no notes–right off the cuff without a single loss of thought. He didn’t bring up his opponets–he only educated the people about the dangers of barry being re-elected and the loss of our constitution and declaration of independence and quite frankly I was impressed with his stance on bringing back our constitutional laws and forbiding sharia law in our courts and our country.

The people here have not really heard of Santorum before today and they only expected 1000 but 5000 showed which meant they had to change venues to a larger facility at the campus. He touched on everything wrong with barry and co/healthcare and romneys hc bill and throughout the almost 2 hr speech he had 4-5 standing o’s. This is a red state but there are radical liberals and Santorum brought the reddest of red states to their feet today.

All in all, he was impressive. We cannot afford to allow romney in just to rid ourselves of barry–we need a true leader who can bring our morals and religious freedoms back.

          • 255 drkate February 9, 2012 at 7:53 pm

Santorum is lying, sorry to say.

He also is unelectable as he is not on the ballot in every state.

Our standards have been lowered so much that we are impressed by someone who talks shit without a teleprompter. He may sound good, but look at his record!!!

      • 256 drkate February 9, 2012 at 10:34 am

YAWN. The point is are you going to develop some independent thought, and act on it, or just sit around and wait? And then say “I told you so”? If you are a patriot, you have responsibility here.

        • 257 Voco Indubium February 9, 2012 at 11:22 am

RE: “YAWN. The point is are you going to develop some independent thought…”

The independent thought is that it is maybe a fruitless exercise to spend energy on promoting or fighting a GOP candidate, as any of them would be beaten in November anyway and concentrate on eligibility, and as a contingency plan try to prepare some movement to object on January 9, 2013 at the joint elector confirmation hearing. This is the obvious conclusion from the WND survey.

I just asked a question. I guess the answer is that the survey is worthless. That is OK with me. Just wanted to know your opinions.

          • 258 drkate February 9, 2012 at 1:37 pm

The contingency plan is in place, and its called the Article II SuperPac, the Birther Summit, and the Obama ballot challenge.

Beyond that, all of us need to get back to our Creator-God, as we will not be able to do anything without him.

dr. kate —– i will be surprised if the birther summit draws more than one thousand people to washington and the obama goons will prevent any plantiffs from getting a ruling in their favor . i hope i am wrong . something else needs to be tried and i don’t know what maybe citizens arrests of congressmen and charging them with misprison of a felony along with treason . sheriff arpaio may be the last hope on march 1 . all the ballot challenges were probably in ga. van irion blew that by stipulating that the birth certificate was good and that he accepted that obama was born in hawaii . that opened the door for the judge and gave him an out . hatfield did not help by not stating that the b. c. is computer generated pdf that has never been authenicated when he held it up to show the father . very possibly they got the ruling they deserved . it took 3 years to get into court and the lawyers blow it . i question who van irion was working for . he really did a dumb thing along with his client who was in agreement with that statement .

              • 260 drkate February 9, 2012 at 6:24 pm

                DISAGREE ENTIRELY.

              • 261 Voco Indubium February 9, 2012 at 8:30 pm

RE: “… question who van irion was working for. he really did a dumb thing…. “

It seems fashionable to blame the attorneys.

One of the two attorneys, who did not claim the fake bc, explained his reasons before the trial. Basically he felt that the precedent set by Minor v. Happersett was so strong that no judge doing his duty could ignore that (of course, Malihi did just that). He also said that many judges don’t like multiple causes and a single cause would have a better chance to succeed. Furthermore, it did not need discovery because the facts were already at hand. This is basically the same theory that Leo had in 2008. It makes sense, provided that a judge intends to do his duty, interpret the law.

The cases were separated and Orly’s case “stood on three legs”, instead of one, adding the fake bc and the SS No. Orly reasoned that if the judge interprets Happerset as dicta rather than precedent, “leg one” is kicked away (paraphrased). This is not an unreasonable thought as some experts still argue if it is dicta or precedent.

However, the judge did not do an honest job of interpreting the law. One leg or 3 legs, it did not matter. When one reads his ruling one almost has the impression that the errors he made are intentional, so the plaintiffs have grounds to appeal. It reminds me of the CA judge who said in 2009 that the vetting was accomplished by the voters twittering. Also, Malihi separated the cases, but ruled un-separated, ignoring just about all key points. Also, he rushed the attorneys and rushed the witnesses.

Back to the question: “who Van Irion was working for”?

You should rather ask: who was the judge working for?

            • 262 Voco Indubium February 9, 2012 at 8:51 pm

RE: “The contingency plan is in place,…”

              That is good news.

          • 263 drkate February 9, 2012 at 1:54 pm

Well, that is exactly what the opposition wants, is for us to give up, wouldn’t you say? Mitt Romney shoved down our throats is what they want, unthinking americans just going along with the ruse. But so far, even tho I don’t like Rick Santorum or Newt Gingrich, their ‘plan’ for romney is being spoiled. And the people are waking up, not giving up. Eligibility issues will always be there for those who love the Constitution and know it in their hearts. If one does, it is very easy to see who is the right canddiate for right now, and to fight for him. There is nothing to lose in your primary vote, or caucus vote, but to upset ‘their’ apple cart. At final election time, we may not have a very good choice at all…Obama or Obama lite. Globalist/socialist, or globalist/socialist-lite.

You’ve seen how the Constitutionalists have been thwarted by the legal and political system. But we can’t just give up. Its the whole deal. I would challenge you on whether the ‘giving up on r candidates’ as an independent thought. Its attitude and conviction that matter here.

  79. 264 Jan February 9, 2012 at 2:25 am

    From my friend Kelleigh

Paul Ryan, put this together with Chris Van Hollen, Dem. I saw them on Greta about mid December 2011 talking about it.

Today, it required House Repubs and Dems to approve a bill giving Obama line-item veto. I previously discussed this with my congressman’s staff who said line-item has long been considered un-Constitutional!

  80. 265 Paula February 9, 2012 at 5:57 am

No way, no how. It is unconstitutional! The president does not have line-item veto authority but, apparently, they have been doing this kind of thing all along.

Here is more info found here:

In 1996, a Republican-controlled Congress succeeded in giving line-item veto authority to another Democratic president, Bill Clinton. He exercised that authority 82 times, and although Congress overrode his veto on 38 instances, the moves saved the government almost $2 billion.

But in 1998, on a 6-3 vote, the Supreme Court ruled that the law was unconstitutional, saying it violated the principle that Congress, and not the executive branch, holds the power of the purse.

Supporters say the bill has been written to meet constitutional standards. They say that while the president can propose items for rescission, or elimination, Congress must then vote on the revised spending package and then the president must sign what is in effect a new bill.

Support for the bill appeared to be broad despite the usual acrimony between congressional Republicans and the president.

“I’m not thrilled about involving this president in budgeting decisions any more than is absolutely necessary,” said freshman Rep. Rob Woodall, R-Ga. “But given the nature of our challenges, it’s not about this president or the previous president or the next president, it’s about the American people.”

“We know that this body has been unable to produce cleaner, leaner spending bills, and I think it can be a constructive step to enlist the help of the president of the United States in removing unnecessary and indefensible pork from spending bills,” said Democrat Rep. Jared Polis of Colorado.

Under the proposal, the president has 45 days within the enactment of a spending bill to send a special message to Congress proposing cuts to any amount of discretionary, or non-entitlement, spending. Legislation to consider the proposed cuts would move quickly to the House and Senate floors for automatic up-or-down votes with no amendments.

The White House, in a statement, said it “strongly supports” passage of the bill, praising it for “helping to eliminate unnecessary spending and discouraging waste.” It said the bill was similar to a line-item veto proposal that Obama sent to Congress in May, 2010.

One top Democrat, minority whip Steny Hoyer of Maryland, voiced opposition, saying that while he had supported line-item veto bills in the past, he thought the bill was too restrictive in requiring that money saved from a rescission go to deficit reduction and could not be used to fund other priorities.

The bill, if it passes the House, faces an unclear road ahead in the Senate. Four senators _ Republicans John McCain of Arizona and Dan Coats of Indiana and Democrats Tom Carper of Delaware and Mark Udall of Colorado _ pushed to have a line-item veto provision considered by the supercommittee which last year was unable to come up with a comprehensive plan to reduce the deficit.

But the Senate, traditionally more protective of its constitutional powers, has not always been receptive to the line-item veto idea. In 2007 former Sen. Judd Gregg, R-N.H., picked up 49 votes for a line-item proposal, well short of the 60 needed to break a Democratic-led filibuster.

    Found this at Gulag Bound:

“Romney is aggressively compliant with Agenda 21, Millennium Goals, which destroy American sovereignty, the very foundation for our freedoms. Agenda 21 & ICLEI establish unelected regional governance in America, soviet-style, instructed by one-world mandates. That is all we should need to know about any Quisling who would support it.”
Here is a page on Gulag about Agenda 21 and the candidates’ stance on it:

Interesting story. A judge rules that a US born citizen is not eligible for local office as her language skills are inadequate. She says it is up the voters, not to the judge.

So judges do rule in eligibility cases. Of course, it is a local election.,0,363432.story?track=lat-pick

David Wilcock Releases The Final Sections of Financial Tyranny – What did he say about Madonna?

Before we feature our exclusive interviews with the key players in the lawsuit that could defeat Financial Tyranny, let’s step back and look at the Big Picture.
We now have a compelling storyline of Financial Tyranny, dating back to 1776 with the publishing of Smith’s The Wealth of Nations — and the founding of the Illuminati in Bavaria.
Click here to start from the beginning if you have not already read the first six sections.
We have scientific evidence that a monopoly of 1,318 corporations, headed by the Federal Reserve banks, is now earning 80 percent of the world’s wealth. This ‘core’ is in turn being run by a “super-entity” of 147 corporations, most of which are financial institutions.
The top corporations in the “super-entity” are the Federal Reserve banks — and they created 26 to 29 Trillion dollars in bailouts for their own companies from 2007 to 2010.
The Rothschilds admitted in their own 1962 biography that Mayer Amschel’s five sons “conquered the world more thoroughly, cunningly and lastingly than any Caesar before or Hitler after them.”
Nelson Rothschild destroyed the British economy by making the entire market think Napoleon had defeated them. In one single day of trading, he was able to increase his net wealth by 6500 times — and did what Napoleon could not.
    Rothschild conquered Great Britain.
We gave links to multiple books full of information — now free to read online — proving there was a government-led uprising against the Illuminati in 1784… and a massive worldwide revolt against Freemasonry beginning after William Morgan’s murder in 1826.
Freemasons openly bragged about controlling the media, the police, the judiciary, the financial system and the government. 45,000 out of 50,000 Masons in the United States — 90 percent — all quit once the scandal broke, and were treated as heroes.
I believe there is abundant evidence that we are right on the threshold of another historical event like this — only of significantly greater magnitude.
We have also thoroughly documented how the global media is in the hands of a very small number of corporations.
We gave compelling evidence that its content is controlled through Operation Mockingbird, which was implemented in the dawning years of the CIA.

Some people I find hard to stomach, especially the ones that draw so much attention to themselves, take credit for other people’s work, artificially inflate their own knowledge base, cry poor me (act the victim), and go dramatic on bazaar theories that have no basis in observable data. That said, the financial tyranny trail has a lot of truth in it. Because of this particular reporter’s propensity for all of the above, I would prefer getting information from the real original sources.

“One of the criticisms I make is to what I refer to as more of a Libertarianish right. They have this idea that people should be left alone, be able to do whatever they want to do, government should keep our taxes down and keep our regulations low, that we shouldn’t get involved in the bedroom, we shouldn’t get involved in cultural issues. That is not how traditional conservatives view the world. There is no such society that I’m aware of, where we’ve had radical individualism and that it succeeds as a culture.”

One piece of the puzzle from Financial Tyranny……

Earlier we described how the sudden arrests in Fox News phone-hacking scandal has given us a preliminary glimpse of what may become a much larger series of mass arrests — likely this year.

Now, on February 7th, 2012, just as we are preparing to publish the final version of this investigation, we find out that this Fox News scandal may extend into the US as well.

US Authorities Looking Into Murdoch Foreign Payments

(Reuters) – U.S. authorities are stepping up investigations, including an FBI criminal inquiry, into possible violations by employees of Rupert Murdoch’s media empire of a U.S. law banning corrupt payments to foreign officials such as police, law enforcement and corporate sources said….

The FBI is conducting an investigation into possible criminal violations by Murdoch employees of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), a law intended to curb payment of bribes by U.S. companies to foreign officials, a U.S. law enforcement official said….

If it is found to have violated the FCPA, Murdoch’s News Corp, which has its headquarters in New York, could be fined up to $2 million and barred from U.S. government contracts….

Individuals who participated in the bribery could face fines of up to $100,000 and a jail sentence of five years.

As you can see, there is a tremendous amount of evidence that the world’s gold was seized, bonds were issued, and a vast occult economy has been formed — using them as collateral.

A variety of initiatives are surfacing that could break this all open. One of them, which apparently has the direct support of the “good guys” in the Pentagon as well as a 138-nation alliance, is the Dragon Family lawsuit.

As we head into the next section, we will explore this lawsuit and its full ramifications — with original, firsthand interviews with the principals in this case.

If the rumors we are hearing are true, this lawsuit could be one of the most important keys in defeating Financial Tyranny.

    • 288 drkate February 9, 2012 at 6:49 pm

Another piece of the puzzle from Financial Tyranny…..

DW: And now, here is the Cease and Desist notice as it was sent to me.

    Preface To Cease and Desist.

On November 11, 1961, the President of the United States has agreed and attested that:

Ownership of the Assets committed under terms of agreement between President John F. Kennedy of the United States and President Soekarno of Indonesia on November 10, 1961, and further committed under the Collective Agreement, when signed on March 1, 1971, then based on the certificates issued by UBS (Union Bank of Switzerland), is private ownership.

Therefore, as signed and witnessed, as ratified and confirmed, the ownership shall pass unbroken to the successor as named in Family or otherwise mentioned.

Recognized for legal access, control and authority in breach of the Treaty, the Heir and Successor named — and/or those he shall appoint and/or designate — shall control as ownership change of the ownership name of the ownership receipt is illegal and improper, according to the law. So said they all, Geneva, November 11, 1961.

We, the undersigned Trustees, appointed by the Heir with Full Power of Attorney, state and declare that the Trust and Treaty were violated on January 20, 1995 by illegal appointment of Heir of ownership — an impostor never mentioned in the Treaty.

We further state that the terms of Agreement have never been honestly and properly managed as agreed.

Rather, the assets have been used for the perpetration of fraud, and the violation of sovereign rights of many contributing countries through discriminatory access, and the violation by other sovereign nations and Heads of State of these accounts that were centralized for the betterment of the world with equitable access guaranteed to all contributors, and never to be used as the casino fund of bankers, be they Central Banks or Commercial Banks.

Now this is certainly more than the first time I’ve heard this and seen ‘who’. And I am sorry to say I don’t believe it one bit. This is February 9th. What gives? I’ve hearing this for years.

Until I see something I can hardly invest any time thinking about it or running it down. Who gets the money?

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

No offense personally, I just won’t even think about it until it shows itself in other than fantasmic emails.

The lawsuits are real….I have been following David Wilcock for a while now….he was even threatened recently when he made it known on Kerry Cassidy’s radio show Project Camelot that he was about ready to publish some of the information he had been given……it is true but NOT very public yet….that is why they are asking others to send it viral! There’s a lot to understand….he has been working on the publication for months!

Santorum has one thing going in his favor more than any other. Working on a couple real estate projects in the mountain communities of Colorado taught me one very strong lesson: it is very difficult to get mountain or independently minded people to agree on anything, but if you try to ram something down their throat, they will come together to fight you. The media and establishment money behind the GOP are trying to ram Romney down the throats of conservative America. That is the reason Santorum has surged. Who knows, maybe that was the plan all along…to get the people to think they should vote for Santorum as the anti-Romney vote. I see the plan as get any one of the 3 other than Dr. Paul installed and They* will be happy. So the Tea Party thinks they’re pulling a fast one over on the banksters and the banksters are smiling all the way to the bank. Romgingorum…all look about the same to me…special interest shills.

    • 299 heather February 9, 2012 at 8:09 pm

But I refuse to vote for someone just to get barry out—like 08 with mccain. I have to follow my gut on this one and i refuse to accept romney and newt — however if Paul gets the nomination which is what we all want, then we will elect the best of the best once and for all and we will win. So we will just have to wait and see–but Santorum would be better than the other 2 and we would not have barry and co in office anymore. Something has to give and we cant sit and twiddle our thumbs and wonder what to do next.

      • 300 drkate February 9, 2012 at 8:34 pm

I hear you. Santorum will be eaten alive by Obama. No chance, imho

Bottom line, is there any real difference between Obama and Santorum on war, the second amendment, the use of the US military, foreign policy?
