The Sixteenth Amendment and the Federal Reserve

©2012 drkate

It is no coincidence that the two major actions which have undermined the Constitution and taken control away from the people occurred during the same year, and that they are intricately related.  The Federal Reserve Act established a central banking system in the United States–not controlled by the federal government–but designed to control the federal government. The Act was passed by Congress on December 23, 1913 and  illegally granted authority to a banking cartel to issue Federal Reserve notes as legal tender.

This allowed the U.S. government to borrow these notes–money–to grow beyond the boundaries of the Constitution, and pay them back to the central banking cartel with interest.  Where would the money come from to pay back the banking cartel?

“Income taxes”, aka, the non-ratified Sixteenth Amendment.

Notice the burst of ‘federal spending’ outside the Constitutional limits–for example, creating agencies, expanding the military operations overseas, creating laws outside of the eighteen enumerated powers that expanded the government after 1913.  The government borrowed money from the FED, and earmarked Americans’ personal income to pay it back. Declaring bankruptcy in 1932, the ‘social security scheme tax’ was implemented–and promised to Americans as a safety net in their retired years. We’ve all paid into it but the politicians stole it…my mother until her last day paid taxes on that social security ‘income’ that was in fact derived from taxes on her income all the years she worked.

The book, “The Law that Never Was”, researched and written by Red Beckman and Bill Benson, provides the historic documentation that the Sixteenth Amendment was not legally ratified. This book is being offered free to the 50,000 commenter on drkatesview.

In a series of “letters to the IRS” taken from the book “Do Unto the IRS As They Would Do Unto You!”, the author advises a misdirected IRS agent attempting to collect illegal income taxes to do the research himself to verify the non-existence of the Sixteenth Amendment:

  • Read the Congressional Record to check the intent of Congress in 1909.  Who was to be taxed–the rich, the middle class, or th epoor?
  • Find the resolution passed by the Congress.  Try to find a bill passed by the Congress.
  • Get Senate Document 240 (Library of Congress 1931–Serial set 9346)
  • Look at the legislative journals for the 48 states.  Why did the 48 states suspend their rules in their consideration of the Sixteenth Amendment?
  • Did the state legislatures pass resolutions or did they pass bills?
  • Check to see if these resolutions are binding
  • Find out why the proclamation by the Secretary of State is labeled PRIVATE LAW
  • Where is the President’s signature?
  • Can a law be passed without the President’s signature?

The Freedom Law School is offering a $300,000 reward to anyone who can prove the Sixteenth Amendment was legally ratified.  If you are instead more concerned about how to deal with any current “IRS Problems” this site provides some excellent resources and guidance.

As advised by Joe Bannister on Revolution Radio’s “Walls in our Minds” recent broadcast, it is important to understand the realities of challenging this illegality thrust upon America in the last 99 years.  The awakening of the people to this fraud is why the ‘NWO’ and alien financiers are so hell-bent on controlling the world through destabilization and defeating America as we speak, as these words are written.  Notice the only candidate to mention the Sixteenth Amendment and the income tax is Dr. Ron Paul–who understands the sound money system which our country was built on, and to which our Republic must return.

When the word of the income tax fraud began to be spread via public meetings in the early 1980’s, IRS agents would show up at these public meeting places and record the license plates of attendees…with the inevitable IRS notice of audit sent along shortly thereafter.  How astounding to find in the ‘confidential’ IRS Tax Audit Guide for Special Agents the following notes:

“An individual taxpayer may refuse to exhibit his books and records for examination on the grounds that compelling him to do so might violate his right against self incrimination under the Fifth Amendment and constitute an illegal search and seizure under the Fourth Amendment”.

OT, sort of, h/t QL for Ron Paul:

Can you all including lurkers go here to vote for Ron Paul in this small town paper. Sick Rantorum is leading and we need only 100 or more votes for Dr Paul to sway the vote. Please pass it on.

Scroll 1/3 to half way down the page and look to the right to vote.

  3. 10 charlesmountain February 22, 2012 at 1:28 am

In many states you must be a registered Republican to vote in the primary. Could this be affecting Paul’s numbers?
    Ok, back to lurking…

    • 11 Jan February 22, 2012 at 2:11 am

I think all states in order to vote in the Rep. primary or Dem primary you have to be registered with the party. Independents, etc are not allowed to vote in primaries.

      • 12 charlesmountain February 22, 2012 at 2:39 am

Not all states…Some do allow independents to vote in the primary.
I wonder if the majority of young people who support Paul realize this….
It’s hard to imagine them all as registered Republicans.
If not then they better register soon because most states require it by 30 days out.

        • 13 Tenacity February 22, 2012 at 9:42 am

Charles is correct on all counts, but some states/counties require registration 60 days in advance of caucus to be a delegate to County Assembly.

      • 15 heather February 22, 2012 at 10:22 am

I believe you are correct–at least in my state you cannot vote ind in the primary only the general election–primary is reps or dems only.

      • 16 Ann February 22, 2012 at 10:52 am

Not so in my state. I’ve never registered either way and I vote in the Repub. primary. If it’s a general election (not president) they ask you which party’s ballot you want.

After posting on the Washington Post for several years and this morning, I posted “Obama’s lover, Donald Young, murdered in December of 2007” and it failed to post…was censored. I had included the URL address to the article. Thinking it was a fluke, I attempted to post it on several different articles…and it was censored out and failed to post my comments.

      • 21 Paula February 22, 2012 at 1:23 pm

What are they afraid of? Oh, yeah…the truth hurts. I bet, even if you posted this in comments on some of the “conservative” websites, it would be censored, as well.

      • 22 cedartree February 22, 2012 at 8:28 pm

Ha, Joe, I’ve been actively censored so many times on ABC, NBC, Politico, WaPo, Puff-Ho, etc. I can’t count. Obots never discuss things on merit…they only know how to censor, stifle and do ad hominems.

Ooops…sorry friends; I didn’t read the previous comments to see that it was already done. I was finishing up reading the comments on the other post and saw QL’s poll and immediately copied it to the new post.

this was on birther report, a blog post:
“Sheriff Arpaio gave a interview to the huffington post yesterday and he said his cold case posse investigation was doing obama a favor. Go read it for yourself. I new he was a sellout. This country is finished. Obama is our dictator and no ballot challenge will change or stop that.”

well, I knew the slow roll meant nogood

    • 27 Ann February 22, 2012 at 11:00 am

John Doe Sr. said this in response to that comment.

Joe also said he has briefed Santorum on the soon to be released report, so that Santorum could agree to accept…or not, Joe’s possible endorsement of him for president. Kinda sounds like he wanted to insure it was OK with Santorum if someone labeled a “birther” was about to endorse him.

Others who say they have been briefed on the report have said the results will be shocking and devastating for Obama.

Of course the Bots are saying Joe is about to clear their Messiah….what’s new?
Let’s not give up yet until we hear the report. I predict he’s holding off until “Black History Month” is over to try and keep the violence down or possibly being labeled “racist”. Just my opinion, for what it’s worth. lol

      • 28 heather February 22, 2012 at 11:24 am

hope your right—but he was threatened and maybe he will change his mind about releasing the truth–omg–that will devastate all of us.

        • 29 heather February 22, 2012 at 11:25 am

well if memory serves me right–i thought at first his findings were to be released in jan, then moved to feb and now mar?

        • 30 Ann February 22, 2012 at 7:59 pm

Yeah so do I. I’m nervous about it, to say the least. I think Feb. was the first release date, then March but I would have to go back and read previous articles on it to be sure. If you haven’t heard yet, WND will run it LIVE on their stream. You can also sign up to get an email copy, which I already did. I plan on printing it out for my non-computer family members and emailing to all my computer friends and family.

      • 31 Tenacity February 22, 2012 at 11:54 am

Sheriff Joe began the investigation with a sincere heart. I heard his “tongue in cheek” remark about doing Obama a favor when he spoke at the Sheriff’s Conference in Vegas and had heard it once before that. It was a tongue in cheek remark and should not be taken as the obots are trying to spin it. That said, the investigation has been in the hands of his cold case posse. The fact that he supports Santorum is scary enough in that he obviously doesn’t know the person he has said he supports. If he did, he wouldn’t support him. Like many others, Joe has apparently bought into Santorum’s political rhetoric that fails to match his record. We all should send Sheriff Joe Kelly Nelson’s articles on Santorum and pray he reads them. My greatest fear is that They* are wearing Sheriff Joe down. He appeared tired to me. He needs all the support he can get and I am praying God strengthens his resolve.

        • 32 Tenacity February 22, 2012 at 11:56 am

Be aware that Sheriff Joe is not comfortable with computers. If you want him to see something, be advised that sending a hard copy is wise.

        • 33 heather February 22, 2012 at 8:36 pm

  13. 64 cedartree February 22, 2012 at 9:34 pm

from birther report, a blogger wrote on the risk of destruction of US cities — pertaining to the delayed timing of Joe Arpaio’s reporting on Obama’s ineligibility”

“The Iranians’ timing couldn’t be better. They are now just six weeks away from having weaponized uranium, and the Israelis are not yet ready to defend themselves. Obama wants to “talk”,” giving the Iranians even more time to prepare their attacks. Meanwhile, numerous American states may soon declare Obama ineligible to run for political office, which would in turn make him a renegade president. He will not leave the White House of his own free will, choosing to barricade himself with his conspirators inside the building and become a dictator. There will be riots in the streets, pitting the constitutionalists against the anarchists. It will be civil war.
When the chaos is well underway, the Iranians and their allies will strike not only Israel but also the United States and our allies. The goal will be to exterminate the Jews and erase all non-Muslim influences out of the Islamic world. It will be the global jihad that the Iranians have hoped for, and Obama will be their accomplice. The price of electing Obama will be soon be paid in full all over the world with the deaths of millions of innocent people, making him what many of us fearing him to be—The Destroyer!”

    • 65 drkate February 22, 2012 at 9:52 pm

I call bullshit on the Iran threat. Look at this video. If this was a nuclear fuel rod, do you think a face mask or handling it with bare hands would be appropriate? This is a false flag in front of our eyes, and we are too stupid to see it!

C’mon, a FACE MASK? A nuclear fuel rod which is highly radioactive?

      • 66 heather February 22, 2012 at 10:03 pm

they have to wear face masks and gloves–all nuke stuff is handled wearing full white gear. and hillary is to blame for this as well since she is sos and has done nothing to stop this propaganda–instead she embraces it!

        • 67 drkate February 22, 2012 at 10:05 pm

face masks are for much less volatile stuff…they have to wear radioactive proof SUITS, not facemasks. Its bullshit

and no secretary of state is working on behalf of the American people. She looks like an old hag.

          • 69 cedartree February 22, 2012 at 11:02 pm

            you are right dr. kate
if that was a bunch of refined uranium, I can’t remember I think they need like about 10 pounds to get it to bomb grade, and they have to do some horrific mining for it, they bore into the ground and basically put a pump at the bottom of the ground up rock and percolate chemicals through to get the uranium liquid, which is refined…
well I know even the uranium mining procedure is incredibly radioactive, as you know the decay daughters like radon are emitted, so the mining site is incredibly dangerous alone

let alone a block of freeking uranium? It would need a lead shield several inches thick, it would need about a foot of steel around it, unless these zealot idiots are standing there getting zapped with gamma, alpha radiation, mutating their thyroids, liver, spleen, bone marrow, and balls…into already 1400 year inbred sperm DNA into …

you’re right dr. kate, all those “scientists” would be hairless and covered with boils at the very least, the amount of gamma alpha beta radiation being emitted would be ginormous, I expect truly they’d be dead of acute radiation syndrome within a day or two

I never saw this video before, what a buffoon show!

So any false flags will be WHO then on US?

            • 70 drkate February 22, 2012 at 11:41 pm

there was a similar video shown by the bbc or one of the other networks recently, of them lowering the rod into a pool of water, again, no suits, gloves, protection, etc. TOTAL BS, and whoever is placing comments like that out there is lying. post this video over there to that commenter and challenge this BS

              • 71 cedartree February 23, 2012 at 12:09 am

I’m trying to find out how many curies per kilogram uranium gives off, then I could find out how many Sieverts per hour…can’t locate that yet.

But let me just guess…it’d be off the charts! Plus they’re touching it with bare hands! The gamma just goes right through them, so does the beta, the alpha might bounce off their clothes but if they touch it with their bare hands and get it internally…well alpha is the worst. Remember Litvinenko got Polonium-210 which Putin chose on purpose because it eats from the inside out, and he just got a tiny amount compared to what these guys would be getting.
It would be like near ground zero of Hiroshima Nagasaki without the heat, because see they’re just standing there lounging around for a long time too…the radiation dose depends on the distance and amount of time, and they don’t seem to be in any hurry.
If they had alpha-contaminated internally, they, all iran’s elite nuclear scientists, wouldn’t “be”. They can’t be nuclear scientists because they’d know you don’t go fondling uranium metal.

                • 72 cedartree February 23, 2012 at 12:16 am

OK they have cheap latex gloves on. In nuclear medicine they wear lead gloves, lead glasses, lead aprons, and use leaded syringes and tongs…

                • 73 cedartree February 23, 2012 at 12:37 am

The uranium metal itself, and its decay products are emitting ionizing radiation, which can kill from the outside in. Plus if get internal contamination with the radioactive chemicals themselves, those emit ionizing radiation from the inside too. Just the external ionizing radiation alone would be acutely lethal without shielding.
Brachytherapy seeding is when they put radioactive seeds in usually the prostate gland. They’re handled with leaded hoods, tongs, etc.— compared to this. It’s ridiculous.

          • 74 cedartree February 22, 2012 at 11:08 pm

In the hospital when a patient is getting say Iodine-131 for thyroid conditions…the procedure is something like this…

the nurse comes in to the patient’s room, in REVERSE ISOLATION, with a lead box, containing a capsule with the I-131, puts it by the bed, steps back 2 meters, the patient takes their capsule, then they are treated as the ULTIMATE pariah…they are a radioactive specimen themselves until the I-131 clears, and it has a half-life of about 8.5 days. They cannot leave the room, walk down the halls, they are giving off dangerous amounts of radiation to other people. Bodily fluids have to be handled as radioactive (pee, blood). They have to isolate themselves after they are discharged, because pose a risk to others fora while, no intimacy, no shared foods…

well the precautions for nuclear medicine for one darn iodine-131 capsule are more than they took for this fuel rod, by about 100,000,000 fold!

          • 75 heather February 23, 2012 at 3:42 am

oh yes she does look like an old hag–whats with that? and i erred–in saying face masks–i should have said radioactive proof suits instead as well. i knew it, but lost the wording.

    • 76 Tenacity February 22, 2012 at 11:06 pm

Cedar, do you believe this unsubstantiated fear mongering? If not, why on God’s earth would you regurgitate such obvious idiocy. “Israelis are not yet ready”? Give me a break. Show the proof of weaponized uranium. Does the fact that such proof does not exist matter to the blubbering source of this bull dung? Of course not. This is either hysteria or propaganda. Either way, I have no tolerance for it. Give specific evidence or stop perpetrating this garbage.

      • 77 cedartree February 22, 2012 at 11:13 pm

I am not in the military, how would I know? But when I see dr. kate’s video above, I know that is no fuel rod, it’s preposterous.
“oooh aaaah ooooh aaaah”? more like “puke diarrhea puke diarrhea cerebral hemorrhage die” would be the real scenario

      • 78 cedartree February 22, 2012 at 11:16 pm

Didn’t RP kind of accede to Iran’s nuclear progress? I’m confused…
maybe Iran put on a clown show on purpose?

        • 79 drkate February 22, 2012 at 11:20 pm

No, he said there was no proof they had a bomb. No he didn’t want them to get a bomb, but it was time to talk to them as we were threatening them.

          • 80 cedartree February 22, 2012 at 11:23 pm

either the video is deliberately a clown show or they don’t have anything insofar as a weapon
so far I see iran as good at hanging gays and apostates and stoning raped women, not much else
now what is really going on?

            • 81 drkate February 22, 2012 at 11:35 pm

nuclear is not going on, thats for sure. its BS that is perpetuated by the ruling elite to war monger us into a false flag event.

              • 82 SirLurksAlot February 23, 2012 at 1:37 am

In a sophistiated environment as is a nuclear facility, these rods are handled by robotics.

But I wonder if they’re “fuel rods” at all. Looks more like they may be the rods that contain the energy. You push them into the reactor, the rod absorbs the energy and slows the reaction; pull them out and vice versa. If this is it, and this rod has never been used you can handle it any way you want. Once it’s been used it will burn you…kill you.

                • 83 cedartree February 23, 2012 at 1:42 am

Is the rod made of uranium? All I’m commenting on is you can’t get that close to uranium metal without significant shielding or you die.

                • 86 drkate February 23, 2012 at 8:23 am

No, the ‘nuclear fuel’ rods are the rods with the nuclear fuel, and highly radioactive. they are placed in water to COOL them, as the steam generated by putting nuclear ‘hot’ rods into the water is what produces the energy. Don’t try to make this look like something it isn’t. Its a fake. Go and get some footage of a US nuke plant and check the difference.

                • 87 drkate February 23, 2012 at 11:18 am

“rods that contain energy” would be nuclear fuel-based. The actual ‘energy produced’ is steam from cooling of the rods.

  15. 90 jacqlynsmith February 22, 2012 at 10:58 pm

Is the truth coming out NOW…..they can’t hide it much longer…..

John King (CNN) – He is right, he is second in the delegates count!

Ron Paul after the AZ Republican Debate – CNN – February 22, 2012

  16. 91 Tenacity February 22, 2012 at 11:50 pm

    The current delegate count:
Dr. Paul’s campaign has estimated the following as of yesterday:
Total Delegates (IA, NH, SC, FL, NV, MN, CO, ME)
    Romney: 93 (6, 7, 2, 50, 14, 2, 7, 5)
    Paul: 82 (13, 3, 0, 0, 5, 28, 17, 16)
    Gingrich: 29 (0, 0, 23, 0, 6, 0, 0, 0)
    Santorum: 25 (6, 0, 0, 0, 3, 7, 9, 0)
    Unpledged: 14 (3, 2, 0, 0, 0, 3, 3, 3)

If you add Missouri to this mix, there is a total of 295 State delegates whose States have had straw polls, precinct caucuses &/or primaries. Out of those 295 delegates, 182 are officially not pledged or unbound. The Paul campaign is tracking how many of the overall potential State delegates have expressed their support to the Paul campaign and thus calculated the above estimates. Being a participant in that tracking, I’d say the above numbers are at least more accurate than any other guestimates out there. You can see from these numbers that Gingorum not being on all State ballots makes it difficult at best for the Bohemian Newt or Knight of Malta Rantorum to place in the top 2 when said and done. This endurance contest is truly getting interesting and a long way from over.

    • 92 drkate February 23, 2012 at 12:06 am

Thanks Ten. a question, what does ‘unpledged’ mean as the last item on the list, versus the “182 ‘not pledged’ or ‘unbound’ delegates” ? Its Romney V Paul for sure

      • 93 Tenacity February 23, 2012 at 9:16 am

On the Paul campaign estimates (14), it means they were unable to get an indication of how those delegates might be leaning. In general, (182) there is no difference between those terms. It just means those delegates did not sign a pledge to vote for a specific candidate in the first round of the national convention or the rules of their State has not bound its delegates to a first round vote. I understand that after the first round or maybe two, all delegates become unpledged (unbound or not pledged).

  17. 94 Quantum Leap February 23, 2012 at 12:43 am

Pardon my french but it helps me blow off steam…..

The debates were good tonight. Santorectum is a d*ck justifying his actions in congress and making up excuses—he even admitted in a round about way that he goes along to get along-what a fat head..
Newt had a brand new haircut. Romney took swipes at santoranterectum and Paul told santorantor that he was a fake…. 😆 Everyone in audience laughed. Santorectum said he could beat obama with very little he out of touch or what? He’s dangerously stupid. He can’t beat obama with all the money in the world.
RP got to speak for most every question. It was the least sickening but santorectum talks too much. He’s a bona fide war monger and a liar. All 3 stooges are for war with Iran…..tiny Iran who has no capability to make a bomb…with 40+ US bases surrounding them. 😀
40+ US bases surrounding Iran and everyone but Paul is panicking that they’ll get a nuclear weapon? Same chit different day. They pulled this same crapola story on Iraq. Fear-mongering and war mongers —why? In order to pick a different stance from RP. Why isn’t anyone talking about how Santorectum never lived in Penn the state he was congressman for? He lived in VA. He’s definitely a progressive closeted RINO. Paul called the 3 stooges NEO CONS. 😯

    • 95 heather February 23, 2012 at 4:01 am

Yep–its fear mongering all right–and yes exactly the same as iran and sadams wmd that were never there–anything to drag us into another war against another muslim country to give to the brotherhood so barry can control their oil and money flow. nothing again but propaganda–and lies and a new false flag and possibly here in the us to terrorize us and take more control from us.

push this false flag issue because they know we are on to them and in a big way and they will need to find a way to stop us from blowing them off!

        • 97 heather February 23, 2012 at 4:08 am

oh and another item on this false flag issue—these idiots in dc can’t even get their PLAYERS straight and keep them straight—-gwb first brought us the taliban as the enemy, then changed it to al qaeda, now barry is befriending al qaeda and arming them, and using the new name—rebels! well which freakn is it? exactly who are we fighting? do they even know for sure? i think not—but now too they are using the name islamists–again who exactly are we fighting? what a joke and our military leaders need to stand up against this domestic enemy–barry and co.

  18. 98 Quantum Leap February 23, 2012 at 12:51 am

This only adds up to 79% but take it with a grain of salt. RP got moe than 24%. Brazille and Dobbs are saying good things about the freedom candidate?

  19. 99 Quantum Leap February 23, 2012 at 12:54 am

Funny how they always list RP last no matter what his numbers are.

They are pissin us off. we ought to have a “run over your TV day”

  20. 100 Quantum Leap February 23, 2012 at 1:00 am

This is a vid on diebold……BUT they may still call Maine for Paul. I heard they are going to count votes again. Are they going to throw Charlie Webster in fed penitary yet? I am waiting.

  21. 101 cedartree February 23, 2012 at 1:05 am

So Drudge paints RP as nutz because he isn’t “tough” on Iran, and read the blog posts, people buy it…

so there’s apparently a lot of support for the upcoming false flag in the media too

why would iran make threats like it does when/if it has no weapons?

    • 102 cedartree February 23, 2012 at 1:05 am

and iran sure is provoking with its death sentence for a christian convert, i wonder if that factors in

    • 103 Quantum Leap February 23, 2012 at 1:45 am

This is par for the course. They did it to Saddam. They befriend them for oil and then turn on them. Now US leaders are doing it to Iran. US thugs can’t take the fall for it. They have to make it look like it’s the other countries fault. They did this to Iraq……claimed there was WMD’s and there was none, just to justify the war for oil and turning on Saddam and I’m a dinner jacket. I’m a dinner jacket has been a guest in the WH with druggie in chief obama numerous times and Hillary was there partying and all too. Troy knows this.
No wonder the world hates us. Our leaders can’t be trusted. Iran is the size of Rhode Island. How scared can you be of R.I. If it is surrounded by at least 41 US bases all pointing drones and bombs at Iran? Iran is shaking in their boots. Of course I’m a dinner jacket calls US evil. They are terrified. Here it is in a nut shell…… hey obots and the youth….. here it is….. WAR FOR OIL
Nothing has changed in 50 years.
RP is going to change it. ready? set? It’s our turn now….. we outnumber you all….. RON PAUL r3VOLution. 2012 Get the f out of our way. And count every vote. Stop cheating! Stop stealing delegates. They are stealing delegates saying the person didn’t vote last election so they can’t be a RP delegate-what about the youth?……. where does this stop!?
F sobama and the horse he rode in on.
Using our kids to steal another country’s oil is going to stop right here and now. Newt said tonight drill here in US and overhaul EPA……so be it. They are cheating Newt too……. And I’m no Newt supporter.

  22. 104 Quantum Leap February 23, 2012 at 1:12 am

This guy is a freakin nut speaking to his 15 people attending his rally.
He is so angry. He’s creepy. We do not need this train wreck. No way he can beat obama. He is totally an abuser. His wife doesn’t work and this is not what we need.

  23. 105 Quantum Leap February 23, 2012 at 1:28 am

I’ve got a plan. Everytime a pundit says and does things offensive to or about Ron Paul we can all send them a box of ducolax. No return address required.
When they leave him out and censor him we can send them 2 boxes of ducolax ….. 😆

What shall we do when they cheat the vote again? Send them a calculator? 😀 these stupid f’s are embarassing us. The world is looking at us like we are brainless. If they only knew the vote counters are lower than a snakes belly. Ron Paul just got 1.7MM donation to his freedom pac and he is getting so much support that the constipated pundits are besides themselves….. Paul is going to win this…. know how I know? Pundits are slowly turning Paul’s way……

    RE: Sheriff Joe

    Att.: Ten

Yes, his remarks about “doing a favor” appear to be misinterpreted. If one reads it in context it did not mean that the result will be favorable to O.

However, it does not look tongue-in-cheek. It looks as if he was trying to say that he wanted to be fair and open-minded, when he started the investigation, and let the facts determine the finding.

Someone referred to a video, (where he looks disturbed) I cannot find it. Can you please provide a link?

Carter, Malihi and others looked promising at the beginning and they took a 180 degree turn. Will Joe do the same?

We don’t know but the video hint would be a good clue.

Does anyone know why he needed so much time to complete the report? The experts have gone home long time ago. Was not that a tactical mistake – to give so much time to the opponents to regroup?

It seems that Joe has gone down on the road too far to turn back, but that was the reading in Carter and Malihi’s case as well.

How far this the Constitutional Republic of a superpower descended? It is in the hands of sheriff of a county with insignificant economic importance and population. No other official in law enforcement and in any of the three branches of the government will touch it, and political candidates treat it as poison. They rather lose the election that disqualify their opponent.

    • 107 heather February 23, 2012 at 4:30 am

it was me who said he looked disturbed and i saw him during the debate when the camera was on him—there is no video of it—the camera turned on him and his eyes were darting around the room as if he was watching for someone or something–thats all—no video. maybe you can catch it on cnn since they were the media outlet who did the debate.

    • 109 Tenacity February 23, 2012 at 9:24 am

Voco, when you read a quote or even hear it as a sound byte, you lose the body language and possibly the whole context. In Vegas, I watched the Sheriff and heard all he said approaching and following the comment. There was a chuckle in the comment. You are correct that his intent was to be fair, but there was an implication that he wasn’t trying to do anyone a favor other than his county constituents.that petitioned him to investigate.

      • 110 Voco Indubium February 23, 2012 at 2:16 pm

Yes, I agree that the text does not reflect the body language. So your interpretation is possibly correct.

I am still concerned why he is delaying the release. What is your guess?

“The national debt is likely to balloon under tax policies championed by three of the four major Republican candidates for president, according to an independent analysis of tax and spending proposals so far offered by the candidates.

The lone exception is Texas Rep. Ron Paul, who would pair a big reduction in tax rates with even bigger cuts in government services, slicing about $2 trillion from future borrowing.

According to the report — set for release Thursday by U.S. Budget Watch, a project of the bipartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget — former Pennsylvania senator Rick Santorum and former House speaker Newt Gingrich would do the most damage to the nation’s finances, offering tax and spending policies likely to require trillions of dollars in fresh borrowing. ”

OK about the Uranium radiation risk…this site says the inhalation risk for a “nearby worker” is 0.2 mSv/mg, from alpha particle inhalation from U-235 exposure.
There’s about 40 pellets per single fuel rod, about 1 cm3 each.
The density of Uranium-235 is 19.1 g/cm3, so each fuel rod has about 764 grams of U-235, so that’s a risk to workers of about 153 Sv.
153 Sieverts is instant DEATH from a single short exposure, and these guys are just partying hearty around the Uranium.

All he is a loud mouth radio jock who screams at his callers if they disagree on any subject. He’s nothing back another arrogant pig.

RP is not collaborating with Romney no matter what Levin says. Ron Paul doesn’t have to cater to anyone, he is his own man and the protector of our constitution.

REVEALED Romney’s Top Funders Made Billions on Auto Bail-Out

    – Thanks to Mark

    by Greg Palast

Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney called the federal government’s 2009 bail-out of the auto industry, “nothing more than crony capitalism, Obama style… a reward for his big donors to his campaign.” In fact, the biggest rewards – a windfall of more than two billion dollars care of U.S. taxpayers –– went to Romney’s two top contributors.

John Paulson of Paulson & Co and Paul Singer of Elliott International, known on Wall Street as “vulture” investors, have each written checks for one million dollars to Restore Our Future, the Super PAC supporting Romney’s candidacy.

The two hedge fund operators turned a breathtaking three-thousand percent profit on a relatively negligible investment by using hardball tactics against the U.S. Treasury and their own employees.

Gov. Romney last week asserted that the Obama Administration’s support for General Motors was a, “payoff for the auto workers union.” However, union workers in GM’s former auto parts division, Delphi, the unit taken over by Romney’s funders, did not fair so well. The speculators eliminated every single union job from the parts factories once manned by 25,200 UAW members.

Under the control of the speculators, Delphi, which had 45 plants in the U.S. and Canada, is now reduced to just four factories with only 1,500 hourly workers, none of them UAW members, despite the union agreeing to cut contract wages by two thirds.

It wasn’t supposed to be quite so bad. The Obama Administration and GM had arranged for a private equity investor to provide half a billion dollars in new capital for Delphi, but that would have cut the pay-out to Singer and Paulson. The speculators blocked the Obama-GM plan, taking the entire government bail-out hostage. Even the Wall Street Journal’s Dealmaker column was outraged, accusing Paul Singer of treating the auto company, “like a third world country.”

But it worked. Singer and Paulson got what they demanded. Using U.S. Treasury funds:

GM agreed to pay off $1.1 billion of Delphi’s debts,

Forgave $2.15 billion owed GM by Delphi (which had been spun off as an independent company)

Pumped $1.75 billion into Delphi operations, and

Took over four money-losing plants that the speculators didn’t want.

If those plants had been closed, GM factories would have shut down cold for lack of parts.

Then there was the big one: The U.S. government agreed to take over $6.2 billion in pension benefits due Delphi workers under U.S. labor law.

Governor Romney, while opposing the bail-out of GM, accused Obama of eliminating the pensions of 21,000 non-union employees at Delphi. In fact, it was Romney’s funders who wiped out 100% of the pensions and health care accounts of Delphi salaried retirees.

Paulson and Singer paid an average of about 67 cents a share for Delphi. In November, 2011, Paulson sold a chunk of his holdings for $22 a share. Paulson’s gain totals a billion and a half dollars ($1,499,499,000), and Singer gained nearly a billion ($899,751,000) –– thirty-two times their investment.

One-hundred percent of this gain for the Paulson and Singer hedge funds is accounted for by taxpayer bail-out support.

But, unlike the government loans and worker concessions given to GM, the U.S. Treasury and workers get nothing in return from Delphi.

From GM, the U.S. Treasury got warrants for common stock (similar to options) that have already produced billions in profit.

And Delphi? It’s doing well for Paulson and Singer. GM and Chrysler, still in business by the grace of the U.S. Treasury, remain Delphi’s main customers, buying parts now made almost entirely in China and other cheap-labor nations.

And exactly who are Paulson and Singer?

Billionaire John Paulson became the first man in history to earn over $3 billion in a single year –– not for his hedge fund, but for himself, personally. At the core of this huge payday was a 2007 scheme by which, via Goldman Sachs, he sold “insurance” on subprime mortgage loans. According to a lawsuit filed by the Securities Exchange Commission, Goldman defrauded European banks by pretending that Paulson was investing in the insurance. In fact, Paulson was, secretly, the beneficiary of the insurance, reaping billions when the mortgage market collapsed.

Goldman paid half a billion dollars in civil fines for the fraud. While the SEC states that Paulson knowingly participated in the scheme, he was not fined and denies he defrauded the banks.

Multi-billionaire Singer is known as Wall Street’s toughest “vulture” speculator. Vulture fund financial attacks on the world’s poorest nations have been effectively outlawed in much of Europe and excoriated by human rights groups, conduct Britain’s former Prime Minister Gordon Brown described as, “morally outrageous.”

Breaking News!!! White Hats have released a scanned document of one of the contracts between Yohannes Riyadi and the Federal Reserve!
    2/24/12 , 4:55am est.
    By: enerchi

Remember Lord James of Blackheath and the White Hats Reports. Well it looks like they just released a scanned document of the contract between Yohannes Riyadi and the Federal Reserve.

The document can be found here:
The website and location of the document is based out Republika Srpska which is a Serbian.

The testimony by Lord James of Blackheath suggested that there are many contracts between Yohannes Riyadi and the Federal Reserve. Lord James makes the claims that there is major corruption and criminal activity taking place within the jurisdiction of the USA Corporation involving the Federal Reserve Bank. Lord James specifically named Alan Greenspan and Timothy Geithner as having signed some of the contracts. It seems that this first document is just one of many to be released into the public domain. This document has the signatures of Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke and Roger Ferguson Jr. I am sure they can supply evidence of other contracts between Yohannes Riyadi and the Federal Reserve showing additional signatures and higher USD currency transactions. So can we arrest these guys?

The document is dated March 31, 2006. Do you see a connection with this date? Ok, I see it! Remember Benjamin Fulfords last article titled ” A March 31st deadline has been delivered to the committee of 300 by the gnostic “illuminati” faction”. Wow! Seems to be a relationship between the White Hats and the White Dragon Society which is represented by Fulford.

The Federal Reserve and the Main Stream Media refuse to report this, even though there is evidence to support the allegations. The news outlets like Reuters, CNN, Fox, CBS, MSNBC, and many others, seem to turn a blind eye to one of the greatest corruption stories ever told. The Oath and Anthem of the American/World Press Should Read like the Speech from President John F Kennedy to the American Newspaper Publishers Association. You can listen to his speech to the press here ……

There is even more evidence uncovered by Christopher Story, Benjamin Fulford, Al Hodges and his letters to world dignitaries, and David Wilcock’s Masterpiece “FINANCIAL TYRANNY: Defeating the Greatest Cover-Up of All Time” .

There is so much evidence of corruption in the political and financial sectors that logic would tell us “CHECKMATE! , Game Win Goes To White Hats/White Knights”!

SANTORUM IS ONE BIG A$$ MISTAKE……even after he admits his mistakes…..we don’t need any more MISTAKES in the White House……Join the REVOLUTION……vote Ron Paul 2012!!!!

Ron Paul’s plan: the only one that cuts debt, study shows

    Published: 23 February, 2012, 22:53

U.S. Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul (Reuters / Eric Miller)

In Ron Paul’s latest campaign, he calls out rival Rick Santorum as being anything but the fiscal conservative he claims to be. According to a new report, the only GOP candidate capable of bringing down America’s debt is Congressman Paul himself.

Should America undergo any of the tax plans favored by the other three GOP frontrunners, the US Budget Watch predicts that America’s massive national debt will only increase. An administration governed by Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum or Newt Gingrich, says the group, would fail to reverse the increasing debt and instead only add to America’s financial woes.

The US Budget Watch, an offshoot of the DC-based bipartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, finalized their report early Thursday. “Each of these candidates has a detailed, albeit still incomplete, set of proposals to reduce both taxes and spending,” the group explains in their summation of their findings. “This report reviews those policy proposals and evaluates their impact on the federal debt.”

On Wednesday night, the group suggested that even under the latest tax plans put forth this week by Romney, a White House run under his watch would see around $2.6 trillion tacked onto its debt toll by 2021. By that same year, estimates that group, a Santorum presidency could cause the debt to go up by around $4.5 trillion and a Gingrich-run America could see upwards of $7 trillion in increased debt.

Under President Ron Paul, the US could see around $2 trillion taken off of future borrowing, explains the group.

Taking into account several scenarios of varying risk, Paul repeatedly comes out as the true fiscal conservative in the group’s report. Estimating the debt impact of each candidate in an “intermediate-debt scenario,” the group says Congressman Paul would be the only candidate to decrease that statistic. Under a Paul plan, America could expect to see the debt impact in relation to the country’s gross domestic product decrease by 9 percent, while on the other side of the spectrum, a Gingrich White House would increase that impact by 30 percent.

Estimating a low-debt scenario and a high-debt scenario, Paul emerges in all contests as the candidate that would create the least damaging climate, economically speaking, under each politician’s current proposed tax plans. Through eliminating taxes on capital gains and dividends, repealing the estate tax, cutting the federal work force and ending overseas military operations, a Paul presidency is predicted to be the one with the best impact for America’s skyrocketing debt. By ending wars alone, the group estimates that Congressman Paul could cut nearly $900 billion in a best-case scenario. Other initiatives, like privatizing the FAA and TSA, could save America $70 billion during and immediately after his administration.

During Wednesday evening’s televised Republican Party debate, Paul was asked to explain why he calls Santorum a “fake” in his latest ad and refuses his claims to be a true fiscal conservative. “Because he is a fake,” responded the congressman.

“No. I find it really fascinating that, when people are running for office, they’re really fiscally conservative. When they’re in office, they do something different,” said Paul.

The congressman went after Santorum for voting in favor of the No Child Left Behind Act, which in turn caused greater spending for the US Education Department. Santorum admitted on Wednesday that he regrets his initial decision to vote for the bill.

“I admit the mistake and I will not make that mistake again,” said Santorum.

“So this idea of being fiscally conservative now that we’re running for office and we’re going to repeal something that we did before, I mean, this – it loses credibility, is what our problem is,” responded Paul.

Roger Ebert Wants a Paul-Gingrich Debate: “Poor fuzzy-mouthed Gingrich would be cruelly mismatched.”

Following CNN’s decision to cancel the final debate before Super Tuesday for lack of participants (Romney and Santorum declined to attend), Roger Ebert laments that CNN failed to capitalize on what surely would have been a ratings bonanza: A two-man Paul-Gingrich debate.

Here is snip from Ebert’s blog on the Chicago Sun Times: The Debate that Wasn’t Held

    – – – – –

The debates have fallen into a miasma of sameness, with the usual sound bites recycled endlessly. The purpose of the candidates is to get through them safely without putting their feet in their mouths. This late in the season, there’s little chance of anyone springing a surprise except by mistake, as when Mitt described himself as a “severe conservative.” The press and viewers are united in one hope: That someone will make an error.

But imagine Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich sharing the stage. Paul has already thrown down the gauntlet by accusing Mitt of not being a “true conservative.” No matter what that charge means, no one is likely to make it against Paul.

Two men on stage. They can run, but they can’t hide. Ron Paul would flourish in such a format. He is the most plain-spoken and articulate of the candidates, the master of the zinger, the expert in sound bites, the most gifted at saying what he thinks directly and with humor. Against his verbal skills, poor fuzzy-mouthed Gingrich would be cruelly mismatched.

Campaign for Ron Paul Fingered, Attacking Gingrich & Santorum for Romney
What is behind this Alinsky-style pattern of attack?
We suggest one possible answer to this riddle is Ron Paul’s principle political benefactor, globalist financier and libertarian activist for the homosexual agenda, Peter Thiel.
    As has been noted:
Romney is the U.N. Agenda 21 candidate favored by the bankster/globalist manipulators; a very alarming, perhaps treasonous alliance
Romney has a track record of strong ties to the homosexual agenda
The global governance (para-Marxist) movement is about sexual as well as socioeconomic revolution
Ron Paul has numerous problematic liaisons that call his conservative persona into question
For more on Thiel, see “Follow Ron Paul’s Money too: Peter Thiel, Globalist, Bilderberger, GOProud Activist.” For more on the candidate in question, see the Gulag Bound tag, “Ron Paul.”

Haven’t you guys figured out that Ron Paul supporters are “Blue Republicans”? They’re either demoncrats for real or used-to-be demoncrats without a home and have settled on Ron Paul!!

    • 170 drkate February 24, 2012 at 6:36 pm

Folks, look at this misinformation, now being picked up by the supposedly ‘patriotic’ gulagbound. Another ‘patriot’ blog comes under suspicion…why are they doing this?

Yes, Paul has some democrats and independent supporters. Does this make them ‘demons’? Or maybe they are the TRUE, old style liberal democrats of long ago that are anti-war and pro-constitution?

This is a desperate move to try Paul with innuendo.

I am letting this post so you all can see it and watch for these false attacks. I expect many other supposed ‘patriots’ of the tea party genre will try this more in favor of sick rantorum or neutered gingrinch.

      very interesting indeed.

      • 171 Paula February 24, 2012 at 8:54 pm

Gulag is doing a running post on suspicious ties on all 4 candidates. That is the only thing they had on Paul (but said to be continued), and one man made a thoughful comment as to the Peter Theil support.

        Here is the comment:
“Mark Levin supports Santorum. That is why he is trying to downgrade Congressman Ron Paul. I just researched Peter Thiel. Peter Thiel believes in ” The Constitution” . He believes in smaller government. He believes that each American is a free person and can attain wealth by innovation and working hard; Not government handouts.
Why would he support Romney or Santorum? Romney is just another man controlled by the same elitists that control obama. I’m not sure about Santorum. Going by their records; I would not vote for either one of them.”

I posted my support for Paul over there.

      • 172 jacqlynsmith February 25, 2012 at 12:35 am

If this is the same Saska who posts at Citizen Wells blog the person does NOT like Paul is the biggest misinformation agent against the DOC! They posted this over there too and I tried to inform people of the truth!

WHAT? 😯 RP supporters are non partisan constitutionalists, otherwise known as Indies. What? Tea Party was hijacked by social issue republicans. But started out as fiscal non-partisans. What?
Please write a story about this nonsense dk. At least Jim of Gateway stopped supporting wolves in sheep’s clothing for now. Social issue Repubs are the easiest to fool. WTF? Stop the party BS.

Ron Paul adressed it here in this vid. I hope this stops the meme dead in it’s tracks.

      • 175 heather February 24, 2012 at 9:24 pm

Well, it was just a matter of time before “they” tried to “dig” up anything on RP—there is nothing to dig up–he is a true american patriot–constitutional conservative—THE END….nothing more nothing less–they know primarys in quite a few states are coming due in the next couple of weeks and will everything they can to raise romney and lower paul–not going to happen–RPs followers have already made their decision to ride with him.

He’s my vote on Mar 6

        • 176 Quantum Leap February 24, 2012 at 10:15 pm

Tea Party is for Santorum Heather….at least the social issues Tea Partiers are. They are nutz. RP is not running on soical issues.

          • 177 Paula February 25, 2012 at 11:40 am

I’m afraid Santorum’s loyalties lies with the Vatican. We better hope he isn’t the candidate they force upon us through their fraud. Same goes for Romney and Gingrich. They’re all puppets. Why can’t most Americans see straight through these flip-floppers, a.k.a. liars?

    Lame Cherry has a posting

  52. 182 SirLurksAlot February 24, 2012 at 5:18 pm

Hope this is ok to post, It may be old and it is lengthy but there is interesting stuff in there, It’s about the Illuminati and the commitee of 300.

There’s a part in there where Margaret Thatcher ordered Geo Bush to England to receive some orders on The gulf war.

  53. 183 kiltie February 24, 2012 at 5:44 pm

Glad to see Lame Cherry posting again, but whatever can it mean? A picture of a $5, $10 and $20 bill. Lincoln, Jefferson I think, and Jackson’s pictures thereon. Is it a riddle?

    • 184 drkate February 24, 2012 at 6:31 pm

“National currency” and “silver certificate”…notice the silver certificate insignia on the bottom, “Payable in silver to bearer”, versus “twenty dollars”…look at how the money has changed…

    • 185 Troy February 24, 2012 at 6:34 pm

Two of the bills were silver certificate U.S. Treasury Notes – that’s what we’re suppose to have…..The last one, the Twenty, is a Federal Reserve Note – fiat fake money.

      • 186 SirLurksAlot February 24, 2012 at 6:50 pm

Troy..I have to be curious. The red seals that I had, I am sure it said US treasury note. I noted “National currency” as well. Key is US treasury note and not fed reserve note, which is worthless.

    • 187 SirLurksAlot February 24, 2012 at 6:44 pm

I think what you are looking at are different kinds of ‘money”. The $5 and the $10 are silver certificates. They can actually be redeamed in silver. It warrants that amount is on deposit, in silver. The $20 (I have had some of those and I thought they were called “United States Treasury Notes and not “Federal Reserve Note”) Note the red seal. I am sure that Lame Cherry will have an indepth post on this full of big words and everything.

The red seal is from the JFK era and rumor has it that he was assinated because of his effort to end the Fed. I don’t know that for sure.

  54. 188 7delta February 24, 2012 at 6:44 pm

As several of you have noted, the $5 and $10 are Silver Certificates issued by the Treasury. The $20 is a Federal Reserve Note issued in Minneapolis, but I can’t see the writing clearly enough to read the small print. The three presidents are Lincoln, Hamilton and Jackson. Lincoln and Jackson both bucked the bankers. Lincoln was assassinated and an attempt was made on Jackson’s life, but the two pistols misfired. The perpetrator was arrested and said to have bragged while in prison that people in high places would protect him. He was acquitted for reasons of insanity. Jackson called the bankers a ‘nest of vipers’ and ran on the platform of eliminating the central bank, which he did. He was the only president to balance the budget. Hamilton was a friend of the bankers and wanted a central bank. I have read before that he married a member of the Rothschild family, but I have not verified that.

    Message? Dunno.

  55. 189 heather February 24, 2012 at 9:29 pm

very strange post by LC–3 currency bills only–no explanation–odd. keep our eyes on LC –someone could be posting in their name.

    • 190 drkate February 24, 2012 at 9:47 pm

Heather, the difference in the currency bills as described above is VERY telling. We’ve been talking about the federal reserve, the 16th amendment, and historical posts here on the NWO/Banksters manipulation of the whole thing. Assassinations, and presidential candidates, including the exclusion of Ron Paul. Why? ITS THE MONEY. These federal reserve notes are fake money, might as well be playing monopoly. Something like LC’s post forces you to dig, doesn’t spell it out, but makes one connect the dots. Connect the dots…read up on the fed, the 16th amendment, why Lincoln, Kennedy were assassinated, why Obama is still where he is.

      • 191 heather February 24, 2012 at 10:25 pm

And this is one of the main reasons why they refuse to acknowledge RP—is he at risk as well?

        • 192 drkate February 24, 2012 at 10:32 pm

Of course, Heather! This is the MAIN reason they are marginalizing him. When I said earlier he was risking his life to run for President, this is what I mean. Lincoln and Kennedy were murdered, attempted murder on Jackson. This is the banksters, aka, the NWO, the bilderbergers, the establishment rinos, the senate and congress, the fake tea party! They don’t get it.

    • 194 drkate February 24, 2012 at 9:47 pm

no way anyone could be posting on his blog other than himself, he’s too smart for that.

Also, on Lame Cherry, you can access his/her webpage now and send a comment. You click on, enter your name, email, etc., and there is a comment section. I was reluctant to do it because I was worried it was not really him/her. I miss the postings and hope whatever caused him/her to close up shop, either all is well now, or whatever the cause he/she has learned to live with it.

  59. 206 tdr February 27, 2012 at 7:47 pm

The most we can do is discuss this issue. Eventually people will understand what happened. I tried to talk about this in 2009 but no one would listen. Just spread the world.
