Reporting on the Obama Ballot Challenges across the nation and in Arizona specifically, in each and every instance the Democrat Party has been served with summons’ and complaints by the various elector-plaintiffs who have challenged Obama’s right to be on their state’s ballot. And in each and every state; in every town and city where the Democrats operate, they are actively perpetuating fraud upon the citizens of their state by falsely pushing Obama’s name onto the ballot.
For the record, Obama is not a natural born citizen due to his father’s citizenship and foreign allegiance, and is at best a dual citizen; Obama has also failed to prove conclusively that he was born in the United States. Finally, Obama has failed to provide evidence of his repatriation to the United States or evidence of a legal name change after his adoption by an Indonesian citizen. His legal identity as Barack Hussein Obama is what his hat-hangs on.

- DNC Chair and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi lied to each state by stating Obama was ‘constitutionally qualified’ for the position of president.
- Obama himself knowingly falsely swore in Arizona to be a ‘natural born citizen’, affixing his personal signature to a document which was required for him to be on the 2008 ballot in Arizona. Perjury or false swearing is recognized as a crime in Arizona and other states
The state of Arizona accepted as true the false sworn statements by Obama and thereafter placed his name on the ballots. He was then elected President. The voters in Arizona were directly defrauded by Obama’s false affirmations.
When Obama swore he was eligible, he lied. He didn’t swear that he might be eligible or that there was a good chance he would be found eligible. He swore that he was – in fact – eligible. Obama’s certain affirmations under oath and penalty of perjury are false. He could not have been certain and he should not have sworn that he was. He’s guilty of false swearing despite whatever definition of natural-born citizen comes down the pike.
- The Hawaii Democrat party went against its own rules and certified Obama as constitutionally eligible to appear on their ballot…a mysterious visit to Granny Dunham, her death, and the appointment of the HI Democrat Party Chair as Lt. Governor in 2010 followed.
Current DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman-Shultz promises to do the same to the American people–knowingly falsely certify Obama as constitutionally qualified for the party’s nomination. Swimming in bribery money or drowning in threats to life and limb, all the democrats who work for Obama and place him on the ballot, produce and distribute literature on his behalf are committing a crime.
And they should be told about it. Send them all a copy of Title 18 Section 4. Oh how the Democrats scream and yell when they are served with legal papers summoning their presence in a lawsuit challenging their Obutt’s name on the ballot. They run away, block your car from exiting the parking lot, or throw the papers on the floor. But there is no way they–the Democrat party’s subdivisions, officers and employees– will be able to avoid criminal charges for their participation in one of the greatest thefts and scams in United States history, second only to the FED and the Sixteenth Amendment.
In Pima County, Arizona, plaintiff Ken Allen recently filed a ballot challenge pursuant to Arizona regulations. The Democrat party was served, along with county officials and a status conference held on February 23, 2011. The Judge in the case was ‘not certain’ he had jurisdiction but when presented with evidence that he had, quickly granted leave to the plaintiff to file an amended complaint by March 1, 2012. The Democrat party, Pima County Attorney, Barack Hussein Obama, and others will be served and trial strategy is being planned. Remember, Obama has already lied to Arizonans once before, and we know he will do it again if the Democrats are complicit in submitting fraudulent documentation to the Arizona Secretary of State.
In the meantime ballot challenges in Pennsylvania, Florida, California, Indiana, Alaska, Illinois, Georgia, and several other states are continuing. In Georgia, plaintiff’s attorney has submitted a motion to suspend the Georgia primary election based on the egregious, arbitrary and capricious actions of Georgia’s SoS and “Judge” Malihi. Don’t forget that Georgia got two nuclear plants in exchange for the Judge and State officials’ betrayal of their citizens.

Well, actually you have the situation arranged backwards and the definition of NBC MUST be accepted and acknowledged as the “legal and Constitutional” definition in order for ANY documentation or circumstances to have ANY relevance.
Understand that at the moment the eligibility Clause might just as well read; “…No person except a ? shall be eligible…..” insofar as ALL “local” State Laws are concerned and there is NO promulgated legislation by the Congress that “Codifies” the definition in the US Codes.

Timothy GeithnerThe creditors’ committee representing what’s left of Lehman Brothers asked bankruptcy Judge James Peck last week to force Timothy Geithner (left) — currently Obama’s Treasury Secretary but President of the New York Fed at the time of the Lehman Brothers’ bankruptcy — to answer some questions. The original subpoena issued by the committee to Geithner to appear last August was ignored and so the committee appealed to Judge Peck.
The committee claims that Geithner played a pivotal role in Lehman’s collapse and may have “unique” knowledge about a last-minute transfer of some $8 billion out of Lehman to JPMorgan just before that collapse. Lehman is suing JPMorgan in an attempt to get that money back and Geithner’s testimony is crucial. Time is running out: The discovery period for the committee ends on March 16.
The committee claims that JPMorgan did a “last-second collateral grab” in order to save itself while inflicting fatal damage on Lehman at the same time. And Geithner was in on it. The week before the Lehman collapse Geithner made 35 phone calls to Lehman’s CEO Richard Fuld and another 10 calls to JPMorgan’s CEO Jamie Dimon, and at least some of those calls, said the committee, centered on those collateral demands. Therefore, the committee insists that Geithner should be required to reveal what those calls involved.
Geithner has remained silent; however, a spokesman for the Treasury Department, Anthony Coley, said he couldn’t understand what all the fuss is about: “Treasury and the Fed have provided thousands of pages of documents and arranged for depositions of numerous other witnesses.” [Emphasis added.] In light of all that disclosure, Coley said, “it is unclear why the plaintiffs [Lehman’s committee] continue to insist on unnecessary depositions.”
Geithner has been less than forthcoming on previous occasions as well. In January 2010 Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) released a series of emails between American International Group (AIG) and the New York Fed in which the Fed urged AIG not to disclose the full details of bailouts to various banks which AIG insured using derivatives. At the time, AIG’s credit swaps insured half of the western world’s banking system. When those derivatives failed, the banks and AIG were bailed out with taxpayer funds. Geithner was in charge at the New York Fed while this was going on. When Geithner was finally forced to testify in that case, he defended those payouts and denied any attempt to withhold information. His testimony was greeted with disdain, skepticism, and anger by members of the House Oversight Committee who heard it.
If Geithner is forced to testify, it could further confirm the high-level corruption and self-dealing that surrounded the Lehman collapse and remind taxpayers of how such manipulations have cost them billions. In light of the March 16 deadline, it is clear to observers that his strategy is to lie low and keep quiet. As Graham Summers, writing at ZeroHedge, put it, “The only reason this process hasn’t already reached a fever pitch is because the benefits of not talking for most of those who were in on the corruption still outweigh the consequences…” [Emphasis in original.]
With Geithner’s announcement that he won’t stick around for another term if Obama is reelected, it seems possible, if not probable, that by waiting out the clock he will escape unscathed into oblivion. On the other hand, if he is forced to testify, and his testimony does show the suspected back-room dealings involved in saving JPMorgan at Lehman’s expense, then the lid so tightly fastened on the investigation to date will be removed. If that happens, says Gary North, “the public will find out about the nature of crony capitalism [and] the voters’ trust in the existing system will disappear.”

Do we have a sense of what will be announced on Thursday ? I believe March 1st is the date Sheriff Joe Arpaio will share the conclusions of his investigation. I noticed that WND is going to “live-stream” the event, so it would seem they are confident of dramatic findings. Will the MSM actually cover the news conference ? This has the potential to shake up the status quo in a very “constitutional way”. I was wondering if anyone at Dr. Kate’s had some inside scoop or hunches. The Sheriff has so much integrity and courage, I cannot imagine he would back down. But, frankly, I’ve been surprised before.

Yes, Jane, the blank stares and the total lack of reality is maddening—normally reasonable and intelligent folks that I know don’t want to believe anything bad. I’m not sure what has surprised me more over the last few years while this issue has come to the fore, the contented passive ignorance of the masses, the complete lack of discernment in recognizing the threat, or the breadth and depth of corruption in those societal entities charged with and who voluntarily swore an oath to protect the U.S. Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic.

Just last Sunday, I actually heard a pastor, in what is considered (by some) a “conservative Bible believing” church, describe “politics” as a “distraction” from what should be a Christian’s focus. Listening to such “insight” in a sermon, I couldn’t help but note the irony in that it was “President’s Weekend”. Thank God and His Patriots that George Washington didn’t regard the formation of a new nation a distraction from his “proper focus”.

Gov. Jack Markell, the Democratic governor of Delaware and the vice chairman of the National Governors Association, told The Hill that the meeting was “very good” and said many of the governors were responsive to ideas about bypassing Congress.
“There was a sense that none of us should wait, we can’t wait for things to happen in Congress,” Markell said of the meeting. “We’re going to do what we can do [now].”
Obama has positioned himself against Congress as he runs for reelection, arguing lawmakers are failing to solve the country’s problems. “Where Congress won’t act, I will,” he said in October when rolling out a series of executive orders aimed at creating jobs.

The governors are in town for the annual winter meeting of the National Governors Association. Markell, who attended the meeting for the first time as vice chairman of the NGA, also talked up the level of bipartisan cooperation between the governors, which he said contrasted with what has “not been a great level of cooperation between members of Congress.”
“We don’t really care where an idea comes from if it’s a good idea,” he said.

Unfortunately, every person that has made this representation in my presence has never been able to show me in the Bible where the word of God says what he said. The Scripture does not say that a man can say that prayer and immediately become a child of God (assuming that term is intended to mean a saved member of Christ’s church whose name is written in the book of life). I will also admit that my vision of hell and Heaven are quite different from what he stated and neither does the picture he painted conform to those I have personally spoken with that claim to have had that experience. It is my humble belief that telling people what this man has said can and has left many lost that have accept such a statement. We must not make up our own gospel. We must not water down the gospel of Yeshua the Christ. We must rely upon the Word of God and what It teaches us. I believe that the Home of God / Heaven is uniform and consistent for all fortunate enough to dwell there, but Hell for the less fortunate would differ for each lost soul….In other words, it would not be uniform and consistent, but instead would be tailored misery to each individual…..I guess each unclean and sinful lifestyle would shape and mold it’s own hellish experience.
For example, if I’m judged at my dying and found wanting and then condemned to hell, I fear that my hell would be to be reincarnated and forced to do mortal life all over again on this earth with all it’s sin….The thought of having to do that disgusts me….I would like to think that I have earned a place in God’s heaven and look forward to that new life reward…..I don’t pursue death, but I have no problem looking at that day as possibly the best day of my life…..How’s that last statement for an oxymoron? 😉 😆
Say Troy, I trust we will be seeing each other on the other side. Most ideas about hell are not from Scripture. The Bible speaks of a second death which I perceive to be a death of the spirit. There is eternal life for those who accept the Christ, God’s Son, as their personal savior. There is the absence of eternal life for those who do not. There is mention of a lake of fire. If all that exists is sustained by God, then the absence of God would leave one with nothing but self without the ability to sustain anything. To me, being left with nothing but self is truly frightening and hell enough. Suffering the second death would be merciful in comparison. Heaven on the other hand I envision as beyond the human imagination. I perceive a great exploration of relationship…a perfected spirit/body that reveals the unique identity and name that Yeshua will bless each of us with. An existence truly outside of ourselves, realizing God’s ultimate purpose for each of us without the toil, pain and confusion we now face.
The Bible speaks of a second death which I perceive to be a death of the spirit.

Everyone is subject to the death of our mortal physical body (first death), but only those not in Christ are subject to the second death (spiritual body). Note that death and hell deliver up the dead to be judged and suffer the second death. In many cases this translation misleads the reader. In the New Testament “hell” is the translation of two words, Hades and Gehenna . The word Hades , like Sheol sometimes means merely “the grave,” (Acts 2:31; 1 Corinthians 15:55; Revelation 20:13) or in general “the unseen world.” It is in this sense that the creeds say of our Lord, “He went down into hell,” meaning the state of the dead in general, without any restriction of happiness or misery.
The Word of God is all one needs in order to know what hell or heaven is like. I don’t believe these people who wrote those books actually died and went to heaven or hell, but I do believe they have overactive imaginations or encountered some type of “trip.” None of that (visiting heaven or hell) is scriptural. Who can improve upon God’s very words to us for salvation or about what we need to know about heaven or hell? Not a single soul.

Sadly, the man ignorantly gave a false gospel. There is nothing one needs to pray or do in order to be saved. All they have to do is believe/trust that Christ has paid their sin debt and already forgiven them. In Acts 2, we have Peter, an Apostle to the nation of Israel, speaking to the nation of Israel convicting them of their crime of crucifying the Lord of glory; once again, a matter of rightly dividing the word of truth or else you end up with unsound doctrine as you’ve published in your post. Peter was not glorying in the cross of Christ as our Apostle Paul does and Israel’s baptism was both physical (water) and spiritual.
I’m amazed that you stopped at verse 41 and ignored the next few verses. If you’re following the baptism you showed in your post in Acts 2:37-41, to exclude verses 42-45 is typical of the religious establishment in order to say that selling ones possessions and having all in things in common is not for us today (here we have a form of socialism that comes from failing to rightly divide the word of truth). We were in that same religious establishment and things just like this did not make sense. As soon as the Lord’s light shined, understanding of right division followed.
Acts 2:44-45~And all that believed were together, and had all things common; And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.
The baptism for the body of Christ is not physical, but spiritual; one Lord, one faith, one baptism. The Holy Spirit does the baptizing of believers (those who believe they are justified by Christ’s payment for their sin and believe they have forgiveness of sin through his death, burial and resurrection) into the one body of Christ, and it is not something you see or feel, for we walk by faith and not by sight.
1 Cor. 12:13~For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
Paula, I ignored no scripture. It is the dispensationalists that treat the Scriptures as a menu to be ‘divided’ by their own wisdom. I was merely demonstrating that there were some things we fallen humans must ‘do’ by and in faith…not our works, but God’s. I was allowing the Word of God to speak to that without protracting the comment. The question is how can you leave any of it out? I find your comments pompous and preconceived. Let the Word speak for itself and bind your prejudice. You have proven your own statement false. Was the baptism of Christ himself not both physical and spiritual? Was His death, burial and resurrection only a spriritual event? How does one dehumanize without an outward expression? I suppose Naaman’s cleansing really did not require that he dip 7 times. I suppose that it was unnecessary to march around Jericho to bring that wall down. The serpents would have stopped biting the Israelites had they just thought about looking at the staff? We had to leave all the churches we were in due to the teachings of men, and they come about by (what was not addressed in your last response), not studying the scriptures rightly divided. Once, again, your pointing out things which God was doing with Israel, called signs and wonders. They walked by sight (signs and wonders); the BOC walks by faith, not by sight (no signs and no wonders). So, anything you can see with regard to our salvation is not of God, i.e. baptism in water, speaking in tongues, healings, miracles, fire from heaven, marching around walls, biting serpents, etc, etc.
Why not address my very valid question as to why religion wants to quote a baptism in Acts 2 which is where people get the idea of socialism, today (just ask Barrack Obama, he’ll agree), but not the next few verses which WERE left out, because they go together in order to get the context.
We can’t just pick and choose which verses of scripture we want to follow. Context is key, and I know you are a very intelligent man, Mr. Tenacity, so I ask why you do not follow the rules of context and ask within in any given text: who, what, where, when, why, and how when it comes to studying holy Scripture; if one is honest, I’m sure one could see that it is because one doesn’t want to let go of their preconceived ideas about God’s Word and teachings of men, which is exactly what you get when you fail to obey God’s word to study and rightly divide the word of truth.

Your statment brings contradiction, because water baptism is our work according to the gospel that is TO us and for us, today; ONE baptism BY the Holy Spirit INTO the Body of Christ is the only baptism we engage in and it is His work, according to the Lord’s spokesman for Him, the Apostle Paul: For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect~1 Cor. 1:17.
The gospel and our doctrine that the Lord Jesus Christ has for us today is so simple and plain as day for those who WANT the truth of God, but those who want to somehow help God out and pay something back cannot ever grasp the free gift that He alone has procured for our salvation.
Doctrine is everything to the Lord, and that is why satan comes along to bring about the confusion as to what the Lord has for us, today. satan has created the blindness to the truth through deceptions using the Word of God. Satan does not want anyone to find out that God spoke to the Apostle Paul, last, to fulfil the word of God, and it is from him that we are to get our knowledge, wisdom, and understanding, because the Lord appeared to him, and saved him by His grace, and revealed new information to Paul that had never been revealed in the Scriptures, previously; that is why the Lord calls it, the Mystery.
Study is key. Right division is key. Commands from the Lord Himself.

This has always been satan’s modus operandi, and the Lord shows us this during His earthly ministry with the Pharisees and Sadducees; it is the same way he operates within the BOC, today.

I appreciate and believe all those scriptures, but where the confusion comes from, regarding the gospel for today, is failure to rightly divide the word of truth. Our gospel comes only from the pen of the Apostle Paul in this dispensation of the grace of God, for he was the Apostle that was given the Mystery, which was hid in God, and was made known in due time; he was the FIRST member of the body of Christ which is still being formed for the heavenly places. Paul is THE Apostle to the gentiles, of the which the Jews are now included, because God is not dealing with their nation at this time in history (study Romans 9-11)
1 Tim. 1:16~Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me FIRST Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should HEREAFTER believe on him to life everlasting.
If you seriously study out what Paul says versus what the Lord Jesus and the other Apostles taught the Jewish nation, you have serious conflict, which is what satan desires in order to keep lost men lost, and saved men unable to be a vessel of honor unto the Lord, speaking the truth in love.
For the Lord has told the BOC (through revelation given to the Apostle Paul concerning the Mystery), that we are not to follow the doctrine that the Lord Jesus Christ gave to Israel while He was in the flesh on this earth, that we no longer know Him after the flesh. The Apostle Paul did not preach Jesus Christ according to His earthly ministry to the nation of Israel.
2 Cor. 5:16~Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more. Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
John 3:3 is the Lord Jesus speaking to a religious leader in Israel, not to the Gentiles. It is Israel that needs to be born again—not the Body of Christ. It was Israel that was first born of God the first time, when He brought them out of Egypt. That was their physical birth as a nation. The Lord tells Nicodemus that his nation must be born “again”….this time not physically, but spiritually.
Notice the Lord says, “thee,” singular, meaning Nicodemus; whereas “ye,” plural, refers to the entire nation as must needs be born again. (It is noteworthy to point out only the Authorized Version from the Majority Text makes this distinction. All of the other modern versions (Minority Texts) muddy up this doctrine to the point pulpits have proclaimed that we gentiles must be born again. No wonder there is so much confusion in Christendom.)
This is why John came baptizing them—to cleanse them so that they could be anointed with the Spirit of God! The issue of “born again” has to do with them getting the Spirit (eternal life)…fulfilled fully in the kingdom (that National Day of Atonement) and will not happen until the end of Jacob’s trouble, a.k.a., the Tribulation period, the wrath of God, and the Day of the Lord.
The Apostle Paul never tells us that we must be born-again, but uses the terms new creature, being transformed by the renewing of our minds via sound doctrine, being renewed in the spirit of our minds.
In Romans 6:4, notice a key word…should. Even so we also SHOULD walk in newness of life. I agree with the Lord, we should, but not all of the members of His body do this, and those members will have a loss of reward at the judgment seat of Christ. That newness of life is after the Spirit and not after the flesh, even the religious, carnal flesh that seeks to add something to their salvation by doing works that belong to Israel’s prophetic program.

I believe that God’s seed is within all of His Creation and we that He calls mankind have been greatly blessed and put above all else. I believe that each is called in God’s own time, with some heeding the call and others rejecting it. Those following God’s Will in time arrive to the Body of Christ and all the Blessings of His Life and Death.
Then there are the others remaining.
This life, this world is the dimension where Righteousness and Evil battle at the extremes each Force attempting to preserve its own existence least total annihilation of both occurs.. We fight that battle in the micro within our own thoughts and heart and in the macro as we build our families, societies and nations often unaware of which side our neighbor may be on.
It is only by imagination and instincts that one learns from history with the ‘differing’ truth’s coming to light dependent upon the Master being served.
I have NO DOUBT that our Founding Fathers would agree in general to this view of the nature of the world, to the extent that in large measure the Constitution was written in respect to such a reality in the hopes of constraining the evil that men do by written Law and wish that the better angels be unleashed by the Laws written on their hearts and souls.
So it has been, in a good measure, for these several generations.
But now, the jealousies of Evil is afoot.
The Good News is that the Righteous of Love will prevail on Earth as it is in Heaven, the Bad News is for those who chose the other Path that is leading them to the Rewards of Evil, is the place where neither Righteousness nor Love is to be found.

Considerations of works have been so divisive…one says something is a work and thus not important and another says something is important because it is a work. Both are wrong. Everything God instructs us to do is part of a ‘faith system’. Salvation is accomplished wholly by God’s work and not ours, but God’s ordained expressions of faith are vitally important, especially when it comes to coming in contact with the redeeming blood of His Son. We are told that it is of Water and of Spirit…that being that the water is something other than spirit. We are to participate in His death, burial and resurrection. These are physical acts and serve a purpose for us, just like observing the Sabbath is for us. We obey in faith and God works.

Two (2) considerations informs us of the Constitutional Statutory nature of the definition; 1] It would be impossible to CONSIDER such a childs birth circumstances “as if” an NBC if the counter part of being born within the limits of the U.S. did not exist; 2] The Repeal of the 1790 Act by the 1795 Congress did not Amend the need for the continued existence of NBC’s.
Given that at the time ONLY the fathers Citizenship was at issue insofar as a child was ‘concerned’, ALL children born to a Citizen father / husband born within the limits of the US or without were NBC’s between the period of 1790 and 1795 and after Repeal only when born within the limits of the US.
A NBC has zero other choice as to citizenship.

several years ago, I started speaking to groups of people. The first thing I had to remind myself of was that people don’t want to be told anything until they first believe you are listening to them. Over the years, I have conducted sales training courses for new sales people. We always taught them to use the “power of questions”. I now much prefer speaking to smaller groups in a more intimate setting, kinda like the focus groups in the above videos. It allows me to get them to first express their concerns. I can then start the discussion with them where they are at in their thinking. Once I know their concerns, then I can use additional questions to guide them in their thinking. After they are engaged, I start slipping in some suggestions and asking them how I can best inform them on topics that most interest them. It is tremendously more effective than when I have rushed to try to “tell” them something. Just my 2 cents worth.
Frankly, this is the method I used most effectively back in the 90s when I would go and speak to church groups as a Promise Keeper Ambassador. Engage them with questions until they are fully engaged in the conversation and the people are much more receptive to unfamiliar concepts.

This is a very important question and it should be discussed and debated, to come to a conclusion. Allow me to express my opinion.
There is no doubt that Slcraig is correct in the above quoted paragraph. However, Stan is also correct, because he is talking about a political or PR approach, rather than the legal approach.
Consider the hypothetical situation that O is forced to admit that the bc is fake, or a court, after allowing discovery, finds it so. The result would be that the Dems would have to withdraw his nomination and nominate Hillary or someone else, because the political damage inflicted on O, would not be repairable. The same thing is true for the fake S.S. No. So he would be politically finished regardless of the “non-codified” nbc definition.
In other words, the Dems would realize that continuing his nomination would lead to a certain defeat in November. They would probably allow him to resign gracefully based on some imaginary excuse, so that the collateral damage to the Dem Party is minimized.
In the meantime the courts would be busy with dozens of old and new lawsuits, where the critical point is nbc. The Dem Party would continue to drag them out, so they would not show up at the doorstep of SCOTUS before the election. After the election, if the Dem nominee wins, the issue will be swept under the rug. If the GOP nominee wins and the GOP gets more congressional seats, there is a slight chance that SCOTUS will be forced to address the issue, however, not guaranteed, because, as Slcraig pointed out the Establishment GOP is RINO. Nevertheless, O would disappear quietly from the political arena.
Conclusion: So even if nbc not “codified” by 1/9/2013, the fake bc and the fake SS No. could do the job.

No circumstance can annul the needs or effect of the Clause short of a Constitutional Amendment.
Although ‘eligible’ informs the ‘prerequisite’ nature of the imperative, that imperative does not expire, ever.
So, when the definition of NBC is opined in a Declaratory form by a controlling legal authority it becomes ENFORCEABLE upon any person then seated and becomes effective to exclude any seeking the seat.
Articles of Impeachment is a Political function by the House requiring a trial by the Senate.
Articles of Removal is a process of Operation of Law and, just as a final Judgment of the SCOTUS, it would become enforceable upon publication.
Removal would have the effect of “nullifying” all Acts of the Usurper and any “exceptions’ expressed by the Congress within the Articles of Removal in favor of the Usurper or the Acts, would be subject to contest and review in Civil actions, just as all Acts of the Congress are reviewable when ‘new law’ is made.

Yes, it is possible that I am underestimating that, or I am still a cautious optimist, who believes that the obvious truth, as water held back by a massive dam built of corruption and deceptions, will at one moment break the now leaking dam.
I understand the difference between impeachment and removal. But I don’t think either one is likely.
I think when the “water” leaks so much that the break looks imminent, the Dems will make a deal with the Establishment GOP (who unfortunately still seems to be able to control their party). The deal could be that O voluntarily withdraws from the nomination, and on the other hand, the GOP will keep quiet about eligibility and the fraud. This will save face for O and the Dem Party. Both parties would agree that they continue the current policy of silence, and continue to influence the courts to do the same. The courts would continue avoiding the issue.
The GOP would be happy to take such deal, as they believe that Hillary would be easier to beat than O. The Dems would save themselves the embarrassment that would come if O is disqualified.
Of course, this is just a theory.
The only thing about the BC that needs to be examined is the presence or lack of an embossed seal. There is no document that Obama has released that has the embossed seal. Yes, the title of this article sounds like science fiction. Nevertheless, declassified American and Soviet government documents confirm that UFOs flew near and even hovered over large numbers of nuclear weapons sites during the Cold War era, including bomb and missile warhead storage depots.
A number of those incidents have been publicly discussed in recent years by ex-military personnel who witnessed the mysterious incursions at various bases. In one such case, a UFO apparently directed laser-like beams of light down onto the U.S. Air Force’s largest nuclear Weapons Storage Area (WSA) in Europe. That event was mentioned during my September 27, 2010 “UFOs and Nukes” press conference, which CNN streamed live:

The shocking incident occurred at the American-operated RAF Bentwaters base in Suffolk, England in December 1980. In the video above, Bentwaters’ former Deputy Base Commander, retired USAF Col. Charles Halt, tells the assembled reporters that he personally observed the UFO, as well as the light beams emanating from it. Although Halt’s remarks were necessarily brief during the press conference—six other USAF veterans presented testimony as well—his description of the sighting has been more detailed in previous interviews. As I write in my book UFOs and Nukes:
During a May 13, 1997 interview with journalist A.J.S. Rayl, Halt said, “[After leaving the woods, our search team] crossed the farmer’s field past his house and across the road, stumbled through a small stream, and went out into a large plowed field…About that same time, somebody noticed a [UFO in the southern sky]. It was round—did not change shape—and at one point it appeared to come toward us at a very high speed. It stopped overhead and sent down a small pencil-like beam, sort of like a laser beam…It illuminated the ground about ten feet from us and we just stood there in awe wondering whether it was a signal, a warning, or what it was. We really didn’t know. It clicked-off as though someone threw a switch, and the object receded, back up into the sky. Then it moved back toward Bentwaters, and continued to send down beams of light, at one point near the weapons storage facility. We knew that because we could hear the chatter on the [two-way] radio.”
Halt further discussed the incident at the WSA during a Sci Fi Channel television program, UFO Invasion at Rendlesham, which first aired in December 2003. After some prodding by the show’s host, Bryant Gumble, a reluctant Halt stated, “The object to the south was actually sending some beams down near, or into, the Weapons Storage Area. That caused me a great deal of concern. You know, what was it doing there? Was it searching for something, was it trying to—who knows what it was trying to do?” For a split second, it seemed as if Halt would say something like, “Was it trying to zap the nukes?” but caught himself before the words left his lips.
Given these public statements, I decided to approach Halt, in the hope that he would elaborate on the nuclear weapons aspect of the sightings at Bentwaters. My telephone interview with him took place on February 7, 2006. Among other things, Halt told me, “[While we were in the forest and, later, in the farmer’s field] we heard radio conversations on the Law Enforcement frequency, the Security Police frequency, and the Command Network. Now, we were having a lot of problems with the radios. They were really acting up. We were getting a lot of interference and static, but we could hear talk about one of the objects [being] in the vicinity of the Bentwaters WSA. I heard that some of the beams, or whatever they were, came down into the WSA. As I recall, the guard in the tower at the WSA made that report.”
During the telephone interview, I asked Halt, “Were you ever concerned that the UFO was attempting to disable or otherwise compromise the integrity of the nuclear weapons?” He replied, “I can’t comment on that, the way you worded it.” He then paused a moment and said, “I did have great concern about the purpose of the beams.” I then said, “So you wouldn’t rule out the possibility that the object was trying to disable some of the weapons?” After another pause, Halt replied softly, “I can’t comment about the weapons.” Pressing on, I asked a follow-up question, “Did you ever hear any rumors about some of the weapons being removed from the WSA and being shipped back to the United States for inspection?” Halt replied, “I have no comment on that.”
As I discuss in my book, in 1994, another retired USAF officer who had been very high up in the NATO nuclear weapons security organization, told me that shortly after the incident two tactical nuclear bombs had been removed from one of the bunkers at the Bentwaters WSA and shipped to Kirtland AFB, New Mexico for inspection. This individual, who I am not at liberty to identify, claimed not to know the results of that analysis.
Over the years, other ex-USAF personnel have told me about UFOs directing beams of light—some of them laser-like; others appearing to be searchlights—down onto nuclear missile silos. Several examples are referenced in my book, which is available at my website.
The “Soviet Bentwaters” Incident
In July 1989, an intriguing UFO incident occurred at the Soviet missile test complex known as Kapustin Yar, located south of the city of Volgograd, in southwestern Russia. At the time, a group of 12 intermediate-range missiles, RT-14s, were operational at Kapustin Yar and spare nuclear warheads were stored in a nearby weapons depot.
The information about the UFO sighting comes directly from declassified KGB documents, secured by Western researchers and journalists following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. Don Berliner, of the Fund for UFO Research, notes that the KGB file contained the depositions of seven Soviet military personnel, drawings of the UFO made by some of the observers, and a case summary written by an unnamed KBG officer, from which Berliner excerpted the following passage:
Military personnel of the signal center observed UFOs in the period from 22:12 hrs. to 23:55 hrs. on 28 July 1989. According to the witnesses’ reports, they observed three objects simultaneously, at a distance of 3-5 km. After questioning the witnesses, it was determined that the reported characteristics of the observed UFOs are: disc 4-5 m. diameter, with a half-sphere on top, which is lit brightly. It moved sometimes abruptly, but noiselessly, at times coming down and hovering over ground at an altitude of 20-60 m. The command of [censored] called for a fighter… but it was not able to see it in detail, because the UFO did not let the aircraft come near it, evading it. Atmospheric conditions were suitable for visual observations.
Berliner writes, “The most detailed communication was submitted by the Officer-on-Duty, Ensign Valery N. Voloshin. A captain from the telegraph center informed him at 23:20 hrs. that ‘an unidentified flying object, which he called a flying saucer, was hovering over the military unit for over an hour.’ After confirming the sighting with the operation signal officer on duty, Ensign Voloshin and Private Tishchayev climbed the first part of an antenna tower.” According to [Voloshin’s] deposition:
One could clearly see a powerful blinking signal which resembled a camera flash in the night sky. The object flew over the unit’s logistics yard and moved in the direction of the rocket weapons (nuclear warhead) depot, 300 meters away. It hovered over the depot at a height of 20 meters. The UFO’s hull shone with a dim green light which looked like phosphorous. It was a disc, 4 or 5 m. in diameter, with a semispherical top.While the object was hovering over the depot, a bright beam appeared from the bottom of the disc, where the flash had been before, and made two or three circles, lighting the corner of one of the buildings…The movement of the beam lasted for several seconds, then the beam disappeared and the object, still flashing, moved in the direction of the railway station. After that, I observed the object hovering over the logistics yard, railway station and cement factory. Then it returned to the rocket weapons depot, and hovered over it at an altitude of 60-70 m. The object was observed from that time on, by the first guard-shift and its commander. At 1:30 hrs., the object flew in the direction of the city of Akhtubinsk and disappeared from sight…
The remarkable UFO incident at Kapustin Yar’s nuclear warhead depot, as summarized by the KGB, has obvious parallels with the sighting at the USAF Weapons Storage Area at RAF Bentwaters in December 1980. In each case, a disc-shaped object hovered at low altitude over (or near) a nuclear weapons storage site and released beams of light down into it for unknown reasons. When I sent a copy of Berliner’s report to Colonel Halt, he responded simply, “This all sounds very familiar.”
