- Obama cannot prove he was born in the United States because he can’t produce documents to prove it. Hence, we do not know his legal identity, nor can we say he ws born in the United States…

Hence, Obama has not proven he is an Article II ‘natural born citizen’ because he has not proven place of birth and citizen parents.

Update on Arizona Ballot Challenge
Plaintiff in the Pima County Ballot Challenge, Kenneth Allen, submitted a brief in opposition to the Arizona Democrat party’s motion to dismiss his challenge that is sure to make headlines and has already made the democrats steaming mad…so mad they have moved to strike the brief itself. While it is expected that the judge in the case will dismiss it as all others before him, it is worth reviewing the standard democrat arguments and Plaintiff Allen’s challenges to them so as to ‘try your hand’ at using these arguments yourself.
Plaintiff Allen’s introduction to his argument opposing defendant AZDems motion to dismiss:
Comes now Plaintiff Kenneth L. Allen in opposition to Defendant Arizona Democratic Party (“the Party”) Motion to Dismiss on the grounds that Defendant cannot guarantee to the Plaintiff nor the citizens of Pima County that it will not commit fraud as it certifies that candidate Barack H. Obama is constitutionally eligible for the office of President of the United States.
Typically, the democrats cite disparagingly the “49 cases that have been dismissed resolving forever the discussion the Obama’s eligibility:

Defendants proffer Obama’s birth certificate released by the White House as proof positive of Obama’s birth in the United States, making it a central part of the case. Plaintiff Allen’s response:
VIII. Defendants “Make Up” a Definition of Natural Born Citizen that Conflicts with Existing Case Law, cannot be supported by the facts and Cite No legal authority for their Definition.
While erroneously relying on case law that does not address the merits of the definition of natural born citizen, Defendants make up a definition by stating that candidate Obama is a ‘natural born citizen’ because he was born in the United States (Hawaii) to an American citizen mother, that is, a single citizen parent (Defendants at 2, 1-7). Defendants proffer Exhibit A, a purported copy of candidate Obama’s birth certificate, as proof of his birth in the United States.
Plaintiff asks this Court to take judicial notice of the March 1, 2012 findings of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio which state that there is probable cause that the Hawaii birth certificate proffered as evidence that candidate Obama was born in the United States to a U.S. citizen mother is a forgery and thus a fraudulent document . Defendants cannot definitively state that candidate Obama was born anywhere in the United States, which is just one of the characteristics of a natural born citizen.
Defendants also erroneously interpret Minor v Happersett and include the Fourteenth Amendment as necessary to the discussion of the term natural born citizen (fn6 p 5). The Fourteenth Amendment is not relevant to the discussion of natural born citizen as it concerns only the requirements to be a citizen of the United States; did not refer to or modify Article II; and never once mentions ‘natural born citizen’.
The purported Birth Certificate of candidate Obama (Exhibit (A) has been proven to be fraudulent through investigation of Sheriff Joe Arapaio. Because the defendants have brought the argument about the birth certificate here they should provide all documents for inspection and have made this issue relevant in this case.
The Arizona Democrats step in the pile big time…making up out of thin air their own definition of natural born citizen, and relying on fraudulent documents to do so. They also erroneously try to use the case of Wong Kim Ark–long a standard bulwark of the flat-earth eligibility deniers–and the Fourteenth Amendment to argue for the illegitimate Carnival Barky:
XII. Defendants Erroneously suggest the Fourteenth Amendment grants ‘natural born citizen’ status to candidate Obama.
Defendant erroneously focuses on the case of Wong Kim Ark (69 U.S. 649 (1898)) and the term ‘citizen’, failing to recognize that the case is completely separate from and did not decide that Wong Kim Ark was a ‘natural born citizen’. Wong Kim Ark became a citizen, not a natural born citizen, of the United States.[1] Defendants also claim that candidate Obama is a natural born citizen based on his birth in the United States, a statement that is now without merit in light of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arapio’s report (id note 2).
[1] Wong Kim Ark’s children would be natural born citizens of the United States if Wong Kim Ark married an American citizen.
Finishing the party off in grand style, Plaintiff Allen reasonably concludes:
Because Defendant cannot prove that candidate Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States as required by the Constitution, and cannot prove he was born in the United States, this case should proceed on the merits of the questions initially asked of this Court. Absent this case, Defendant is likely to commit fraud on this Plaintiff, the citizens of Pima County, state and county officials of Arizona, and the citizens of Arizona by failing to conclusively validate the Party’s candidate for the president.
It is important to note for this case, as probably in others, the Democrats argue that they have exclusive privilege to select their candidate for president–irrespective of whether that candidate is eligible or not. In this case, the Democrats argued that even with that right, the Plaintiff should bring in all other counties in Arizona to the dispute. Challenging their authority, the Plaintiff retorts:
IX. Defendants claim a right to choose the Party’s candidate—irrespective of qualifications—to place on the Arizona ballot.
Defendants ask this Court to dismiss this ballot challenge because it has the right to choose the Party’s candidate whether it has proof of the candidate’s eligibility or not. By stating this, the Party represents that it is representing candidate Obama’s efforts to secure a place on the Arizona ballot. Plaintiff opposes Defendant’s motion to dismiss because Plaintiff does not believe that the Party has a right to defraud the citizens of Arizona by putting forth a candidate that does not meet the qualifications of the office sought. Defendants have offered no proof of candidate Obama’s constitutional qualifications for the office, rely on patently fraudulent documentation (fn 5 p 5), and demonstrate disrespect of the Plaintiff and the voters of Arizona who have a right to vote for a constitutionally eligible candidate. Defendants also demonstrate spurious disrespect for Constitution of the United States (fn 3, 4 p 2).
What the Plaintiff is pointing out to all of us is how much information we have already and that we don’t need to be lawyers to start taking them on. This is a citizen complaint, written by ordinary citizens. Get copies of these documents from the Obama Ballot Challenge site, there is a lot of good material to use in your own letters and documents. You will be well-versed in how the democrats use smoke and mirrors to deceive, and how to break them into so many shards of glass.

It’s a fraudulent document because it is an “unauthorized” false identification document bearing a false authentication feature. I know I sound like a broken record, but I am talking about that short form, again. It’s the best and only proof we have of a crime.
Unless someone has physically examined Obama’s alleged hard copy birth documents, there’s zero evidence of forgery and zero probably cause. We could all scan in our birth certificates and do whatever the heck we want to them in Photoshop, but none of that is evidence that the physical copy is forged or tampered with.
To prove fraud, you must prove certain elements, in general.
For example, there must be an intentional misrepresentation or concealment of a material fact (ie. After staff personally inspected the document, Factcheck.org falsely reported there was a raised seal on Obama’s short form COLB, which is required of all certified copies, in Hawaii. Furthermore, they concealed the fact that there is a debossed seal, produced by a criminal, which actually makes the document illegal.).
Also, someone must have reasonably relied on that misrepresentaion (ie. Bob Casey and Arlen Specter were quoted as stating that they, and other members of Congress, relied on Factcheck.org’s false reporting in determining Obama’s eligibility.).
Those targeted by the fraud must have lost something of value as a result of relying on the misrepresentation (The U.S. was targeted and Obama obtained employment from the federal government.).
There are other elements, but it’s pretty obvious that Factcheck.org fails those tests, too. Somebody at Factcheck.org committed federal criminal fraud.
I just can’t help but be skeptical of all this because those supposedly on our side leapt right over to that long form just as soon as the debossed seal on the short form came to light.
There’s nothing in Ken Allen’s argument that disagrees with what you state, and nothing in Sheriff Joe’s report either. A physical examination of the real document is required, wherein everything about the lack of an embossed seal will mean a huge difference.
I agree with you, the seal is critical. Nevertheless, someone has committed a crime by using government seals in a computer generated document (the BC). Someone forged the selective service registration, using a government seal (the post office) fraudulently.
As the Sheriff ‘drills down’, I have no doubt that some kind of physical document will have to be produced and forensically examined. Then all the people who misrepresented that will begin to fall. The Sheriff is not done and neither is anyone in the ballot challenges.

The point now is we do not know who Obama is and he hasn’t given us one scintilla of evidence. Anyone who relied on the April 27, 2011 release to stonewall constituents has been defrauded, raised seal or no.

Including the short form deficiency would have strengthened the Cold Posse Findings, in my humble opinion. As many attorneys say: “ Why stand on one foot when you have two? “

That is what I meant when I expressed my concern about the delays caused by the institutional stonewalling. You are 100% correct.
I think there are several approaches that have not been tried such as this. This entire movement is fragmented and underfunded. Would it not be great if the GOP candidate who is proud of his assets would donate a small part of it to get to the end of this constitutional issue?
I had an idea, or two, back in 2009, but it did not get any traction. But yours is much better and more solid. Great work.

As I said the ideas are not based on solid evidence as yours. Also, the time of limitation have expired (probably 2 years in HI ) So this conversation is academic, and unfortunately not any longer practical, but I give you some brief notes anyway. I have deleted my original notes, so I may not be 100% accurate, as I am writing from memory.
You remember the so called “Hospital Letter’ allegedly signed by O? Kapi’olani used it for advertising the excellence of the facility. The hospital said later that it had to be genuine because it was delivered by Governor Abercrombie (not yet governor at that time). The WH refused to confirm that it originated from O. Thereafter the hospital quietly took the letter down, indirectly admitting that it was a forgery.
The idea was to sue the hospital for false advertising. The injured plaintiff would be people who donated to the hospital’s funds and/or patients or prospective patients who relied on the false advertising. Of course, some detective work would be needed to find such people, but probably at least one could be found. The DOJ could not defend the hospital because O would not be the defendant. The hospital in order to defend itself would have to reveal some dark secrets. Eventually, Abercrombie would have to reveal who was the person who handed him the document in D.C.
Maybe a long shot – but none tried it. The weakness is proving injury for standing – but maybe easier in a false advertising case than in an eligibility case. At any rate, this was an idea in 2009 and probably the statute of limitation expired.
The second idea was finding a relative of O (possibly on the mother side in Germany) and apply through a US attorney to the DoH for disclosing the vital data of O. The original law (I read it at that time) said nothing about how close the blood relative has to be. Later HI changed that section, but I don’t know if that part remained intact or was changed as well.
There was a rumor that a guy who claimed that he was O’s relative in the US filed such request and did not receive a reply, but I don’t know, how serious an attempt was made. If the DoH of HI refused such request they could be sued. Of course that would not be the first time. So with this idea, also, some detective work should be done and a willing participant to be found. After the 2008-election, a German town was celebrating big time, because O’s ancestors (on mother side) were from that town. There are living distant blood relatives there.
None of these ideas are half as solid as yours and probably not applicable anyway anymore. But maybe worth an intersting conversation.

He is for sure part of it. What is also interesting, his conflicting statements after he became governor. One had the impression that one hand did not know what the other was doing – and maybe there was a conflict with the WH coordinators.

Oh, I agree completely. But then the COLB was known to be an ‘abstract’ of the ‘information on file’ and it was always implied that the ‘Original long form’ was secreted away for ‘privacy concerns.
With ALL of the expertise that is in the Cold Case Posse I would feel comfortable in expecting that they had thoroughly dissected the COLB, including the “Seal”, since, in whole, it most probably would produce some of the forensic elements of the ‘new fake’.
But since it is a continence of the same conspiracy bringing the COLB back into the spotlight at this time might be a case of showing too many cards.

I understand your frustration MissTickly. You did more than yeoman work in your HI investigations and laid out a clear path for any number of potential litigants and/or atty’s to take the DoH through the HI Courts and on to the Fed system all the way to SCOTUS with irrefutable evidence of corruption of the States own Laws, which in large measure were/are corrupt by design.
Yet no one took up the Challenge.
When I early on identified the FACT that there is no acknowledged “legal”, (enforceable), definition of the Constitutional idiom of natural born Citizen, insofar as Citizenship is concerned, any number of otherwise bright people found cause to dismiss my posited position as being uninformed while being unable to offer where to find the controlling legal authority to enforce the Constitutional definition.
In time, yours and others who have stood fast in attempts to expose the unconstitutionality of an undocumented fraud who knowingly breached the “exclusionary prerequisite imperative requirement provision” of A2S1C5 with the intent of expediting the death of the Constitution though the intentional usurpation by coup will be vindicated when the light of truth shines on the FACTS.
However, we must pray that the “light” is not from the flames of our Country burning down around us, but rather the shinning and shimmering light of the Principles and Ideas of the Constitution spreading their meanings and understandings to the hearts and minds of every American Patriot.

I remember reading somewhere that it was the sheriffs that were the law enforcement that could put an end to this by arresting the non-existent personhood of “Barack Obama” (since there is no such person since he was adopted). If that is the case, is there any chance that Sheriff Joe could do the “honors” and if so, would that only be possible in the state of Arizona?

Ok so we’re back and both of us voted RP–this info is for QL–who asked a wk or so ago to notice who else was on the ballots. All 8 candidates were listed. Huntsman, Bachmann, Perry, Cain, Santorum, RP, Romney and Newt.
We still have paper ballots and then they go into the scanner which I think is so easy. There were no questions of any kind, just the names.

Going to delegate training tonight at Ron Paul headquarters and then off to our county convention on Saturday to vote for RON PAUL again…….hope to be a delegate to the state convention in Sparks…May 5-6! Anyone else here doing their part to get Ron the nomination???
Jackie, I’m precinct captain for Ron Paul and will be chairing the County Assembly for my House District this Saturday. My brother and oldest daughter are delegates for Dr. Paul also.
My husband is trying to see if he can still become a delegate for Ron Paul. This is new to both of us, so we’re not sure how it works or what it entails.

How do you become a RP delegate? My primary isn’t until May. I would love to be a delegate.
In caucus states you show up in your respective precinct caucus and run as a delegate for your County Assembly, then for State, then for National.
Before your caucus, you sign up as a precinct captain at your local Ron Paul office and they will feed you all kinds of information about how to handle the caucus and get elected as delegate. They will even provide your 1 minute speech. Most caucus allow you to nominate yourself.
If your caucus is already a done deal, then you can still sign up with the RP campaign as a precinct captain and promote Dr. Paul in your area.
go to RP’s official site and then to your state fill out info and someone will contact you. Verify that they are really from RP campaign. Each state has a deadline for siging on as a delgate. hurry.

I can’t believe that after all the caucus fraud four years ago that we still have caucasus in this country. They should have been eliminated by this time. We should have all closed primaries with paper, secret ballots. They could still commit fraud but not so easily. I suspect that many people don’t go to caucuses for fear of being intimidated or just because they don’t want others to know how they are voting. Doesn’t the constitution say that we have to have closed, secret ballot elections?

In PA only registered dems or repubs can vote in the primary and only for your party candidates. They have separate ballotts for dems and repubs. Independants or any other party can’t vote in the primary. And thata needs to be changed.
I’ve said it before. Every primary should be on the same day all over the country. That would stop a lot of the horse and poney show. They should only be allowed to start campaigning on the 1st of Jan. and have the primary in May. That would give them plenty of time to get their messages out. With today’s communications they don’t need to get to every state. Sending out brochures like the Ron Paul super brochure should be a lot more cost effective than traveling all over the country. People can investigate their records on their own on the internet. It wouldn’t even take that much time out of watching their sports or reality shows.

nnn, there is a lot of misunderstanding about caucuses. First of all, the votes are by secret paper ballots and counted by hand. The presidential straw polls are nothing more than an indication support. These straw polls bind no one. The major purpose of the caucus is to elect delegates for higher assemblies and to propose resolutions to form the party platform. The State Assembly is where the delegates determine which non-presidential candidates have sufficient support to be placed on the primary ballots and delegates are elected to attend the national presidential convention. Any non-presidential candidate with 30% or more support is placed on the primary ballot. Delegates to the national convention are either pledged or not pledged and this varies per State. In my State, delegates declare whether they are pledged or not and are not bound by any straw poll or even by the primary vote.
I personally believe that the caucus system is great and invites more local participation of the people. Corruption is present at all levels with every system and the easiest cheating is in the counting of the votes. The constitution calls vote counting the votes in the open or not in secret. An electronic vote count can be no other way but in secret. So primaries afford NO PROTECTION against this unconstitutional cheating and note that caucus States still have primaries.
Ten, our voting is secret but our counting is not. My husband was judge of election for many years and he and another member of the election board transported the ballots to the court house and all the ballots from the county were counted. He would never get home until the wee hours of the morning. I’m pretty sure we vote for our delegates on our ballot and don’t have a state convention to elect them. But I could be wrong.

QL–I’m with you on the enslavement of the catholic religon. I was raised a First Baptist and raised my kids the same and I converted my husband from catholic to 1st baptist. Although the 1st Baptist is somewhat harsh on certain things, it is by far an awesome religion. And there are certain things they teach that I don’t go along with because they are so harsh but I am still a baptist.
I don’t go to church and haven’t for many yrs, because I feel that a church is a building only, and I am there to worship my Lord and Savior and I can do that in the privacy of my own home and never lose my faith and trust in the Lord. How many people no matter what their religion go to a church and walk out and are hypocrits? Too many–and to many of them hide inside those walls and really aren’t a Christian at all–they pretend to be.

the fact that Santorum did so well tonight means…..all four will remain in the race. Gingrich won’t leave….not yet. Santorum has no reason to leave with this success. The golden boy won’t leave. Therefore, the delegates continue to be divided making it impossible for any candidate to reach 1144. Tonight just increases the prospects of a brokered convention and that was always our best chance.
Romney did horrible tonight considering his front runner stamp and Santorum has no organization. Remember a few weeks ago when the guy from Dr. Paul’s campaign in 2008 said even if Santorum runs the board, he can’t hit 1144. Stay strong!!!
We cannot get downhearted. So so so so many things can happen between now and Tampa. All tonight means is we just keep going forward, continue to organize and get to the convention.

To all of the Ron Paul supporters around the country, other than taking each state with a 1st place, all the pieces are falling in place for a brokered convention.
It is looking as if there will not be enough first round votes to take the GOP nomination, so then all of you Ron Paul supporters that have clawed your way to those delegate spots in place of Romney, Santorum and Gingrich supporters, you will be free to vote.
This is Paul’s strategy and it’s falling perfectly into place.

Paul has the most second place finishes to date, and as the primaries move on, Paul is getting stronger.
So Far Paul has 9 second place finishes. More than likely we have gotten the majority of delegates in these states: NH, MN, WA, VA, VT, ND, Maine, Idaho, and Alaska.
Paul has four – 3rd place finishes, more than likely the most delegates in 2 of those states:
IA, NV, MO (no caucus yet) and MA (caucus still to come).
This is like a NASCAR championship, let’s just keep getting delegates.

it is an endurance contest. Not only is the nomination still wide open, but having a strong influence on policies and platform at the national convention are key also. If Dr. Paul ends up with just 20% of the delegates present, which is quite possible and even probable, then what chance do you believe They* would have of slipping in a different cabal puppet as nominee? Romney is going to have a real tough time getting 50% of the delegates to hold their nose. Santorum’s votes thus far are anti-Romney votes that haven’t got the brains to vote for Dr. Paul and don’t know the truth about Rantorum. God is good and I intend to stay the course, trusting in Him. This endurance contest is a long way from over.

heather…..I believe a brokered convention is when NO one gets the 1144 delegate votes it takes to win. The first vote is divided among the four candidates and are bound….after the first round of voting if NO ONE hits the 1144 magic number then the votes become UNBOUND and the delegates can vote for whoever they want…that is why it is good for the doc to have all of the states splitting their votes among the 4 of them…….so if we get a lot of delegates for Ron Paul then even if the votes are bound and scatter the FIRST time around amongst the other 3 NO one wins and then the 2nd vote is UNBOUND and each delegate can vote for whoever….so all the RP delegates of course would change the bound votes for the others to a vote for DR. PAUL which means he could possibly win……the voting continues until someone gets 1144…….and you are RIGHT…..NO MORE Bushes……I doubt Jeb would fair any better than MITTENS!

Medical infection is rampant. Hep c was spread through donating blood too before they had tests prior to 1992-get tested if you donated blood prior to that. QL, there are very effective treatments for Hep C (Interferon is one). It is like chemo and it can be harsh but it is effective. I know several people who have had it and are fine. I’m more afraid of Hep B. There is an antigen for that but you can still get it. I worked for many years in a facility where a lot of the patients had Hep B.
The ‘cure’ only works on a small fraction of people who have not had the disease very long or who have a certain strain of the virus. don’t be fooled. Interferon can blow out your other organs like thyroid or kidney’s. It happened to Natalie Cole. So thus there is no real cure in the true sense off the word. It may help some people be undetectable is all. The disease never leaves the body but hides out. People are desperate so they call it a cure to boost their morale. It’s far from a cure. Interferon has been known to actually kill people but you don’t hear about that now do you?
QL–I just recently found out that my younger sister took interferon a few yrs ago for hepatitis (?) and it destroyed her–she took it for 30 days and then no more—she said she was never so sick in all her life–that it was devastating. You can get this from working in the dental field with a needle stick as well as blood work in the medical field, it doesnt just come from donating blood or receiving blood. And you are right the disease never leaves the body, same as cancer–just another form of cells.
Actually I believe that they have cures for all of these diseases, after all these wonderful scientists that we pay have been working on cures for over 50 yrs now…so you mean to tell me they are that stupid that they havent found cures for these things. Most of you will disagree, but I don’t see anything in this that can be elevated to some political “smoking gun” status. Look, the informed voters are absolutely not surprised. There are so many other open or hidden issues implicating O that this is not a big deal.

Yesterday began the “public vetting” of Barack Obama with the much anticipated release of a video referenced at CPAC by the late Andrew Breitbart. The 1990 video shows Barack Hussein Obama at a Harvard protest publicly speaking in favor of Professor Derek Bell and the hiring of more minority faculty members. At issue, apparently, is that Professor Bell is a proponent of the “Critical Race Theory,” a doctrine that, at its core, advances and deliberately exacerbates class and racial division. The footage offers proof of Obama’s early radical views and associations with proponents of controversial doctrine that appears to be facilitating our growing domestic division. Is anyone surprised?

As an investigator, when someone deliberately and actively ignores critical evidence while pushing something of lesser importance, I question their motives. Anyone of integrity and with any level of intellectual honesty would too, rather than being a cheerleader for such diversion.
