Letters to the IRS, No. 5

©2012 drkate

Would it surprise you to know that the second major plank of the communist takeover of any society is to develop a heavy progressive income tax? In the United States, this has manifested as the illegal Sixteenth Amendment, the Social Security Act of 1936, Joint House Resolution 192 of 1933, and various state ‘income’ taxes.  While most Americans assume that communism is dead, it by far remains a serious threat to our Constitution especially since Obama, his cohorts, and 80 members of Congress are openly declared and visibly acting communists.

In this post, we continue our series called “Letters to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)”–a series of letters to a hypothetical IRS agent– with a look at letter number 5.  The purpose of these letters is to give the taxpayer some comprehension of the mentality of anyone who would be a tax collector…and to give the taxpayer some legal ammunition to use against the unlawful collection of income taxes and the search and seizure of property committed by the thugs from the IRS.

What we have covered so far:

  • In letter No. 1, the stage was set for the confrontation of an IRS agent who determines he/she must search your records; a search from which you are protected under the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments to the Constitution.  This letter was concluded in a session of Revolution Radio, which carried Red Beckman–the author of the letters–and Terry Dodd in an interesting and informative discussion.
  • Letter no. 2 continued the ‘therapy’ for the IRS agent and discussed  the research that determined the Sixteenth Amendment was unconstitutional, not only because it was never ratified, but it was never a bill, only a resolution, and congress as well as the state legislatures suspended their rules to consider the resolution!  This letter was presented in a further discussion on Revolution Radio, and included a fun discussion of ‘how to have fun with an IRS Audit’ and some interesting historical notes.
  • Letters 3 and 4 were presented on Revolution Radio on Wednesday April 11, and once again we were joined by Red Beckman and Terry Dodd.  Of considerable interest and fact is that by our consent, individuals, churches and the public generally accepted this illegal income tax.  Our Republic is supposed to function by consent of the governed, and all laws of government are subject to our petit and Grand Jury votes.  When you point one finger at government, three point back at yourself.  It is essential that we understand what has happened as no movement forward will occur unless we the people realize that we failed the Constitution, it did not fail us.  An interesting story from I Kings 12 was presented as evidence for what happens when the people realize they’ve been had.

In letter no. 5, the therapy continues for the IRS agent, who should be at this point seriously considering turning in his badge.  Don’t steal my apples!

Dear Mr., Mrs., Ms., and Dr. I.R.S. Agent:

It is time for another session of therapy and another dose of medicine.  The effort and time which I have invested in your behalf should indicate my continued concern for you.

One of the surprises in this process is your inability to recognize how crazy IRS agents have become.  The IRS would like to blame fellows like myself for the growth of the tax protest movement.  I don’t have to recruit taxpayers to become tax protestors!  You, as an IRS agent, will enlist more tax resisters than I ever could.  How do you think I got involved?  It was agents just like yourself who were crazy enough to think I would be terrorized when they came around.  When that first happened, I didn’t know my history too well, but there was one thing for sure, the IRS had punched my mad button.  I’ve been mad ever since and the more I get informed, the angrier I get.

If you were not psychotic, you would mix some common sense with a little history and discover how foolish you have been.  This great Nation was founded by a tax protest which became a Freedom Movement.  We had men who protested the taxes King George levied against them.  The tax collectors for the king lashed back.  The tax collectors were determined to show the people who was the master and they used some very harsh and cruel actions to enforce their demands.  As the government of King George attempted to intimidate the people, more and more recognized the danger and joined the tax protest.  As the tax protestors researched history, they learned the nature and danger of bad government.  At some point, the tax protest became a Freedom movement and a political force.

Today in these United States of America, there is a political force which is dedicated to freedom and it was IRS agents who recruited the men and women who are involved.  King George and his tax collectors had a mental problem back in the seventeen seventies.  They too had a mental disability and they did not have the capacity to learn a lesson from history.  The Freedom Movement is now a political force because our government now consumes over half of the wealth created by the people.  Our founding fathers objected and fought a revolution against the King when the tax rate hit fourteen percent.  History tells us no Nation has survived when the people lose more than one-third to government.  Your learning disability has robbed you of common sense which should tell you how precarious your position is.  The tax protestors you have recruited are now dedicated to freedom and they will not back off or disappear until they have won back the freedoms our forefathers fought and died for.

You, as an IRS agent, represent the forces that would destroy the freedom guaranteed to ‘we the people’ by the Constitution of the United States of America.  There are other forces which are involved, but we do not have as close a contact with them.  The Supreme Court Judges are not out meeting the taxpayers as you do, but they are as guilty as you of committing crimes against the taxpayer.  When I was a small boy of five years, I was playing with a group of larger boys who game me their permission to pick some apples that were inside the fence.  I then gave the larger boys some apples because they were so kind to give me permission to go through the hole in the fence and pick the apples.

We fellows had a real good thing going for us until my mother caught me eating an apple and she asked me where it came from.  I quite well remember the lesson I learned from that experience.  The fellows who gave me permission to go through the fence had no authority to give that permission.

You IR$ agents are the little fellow who has been given permission by the Supreme Court to steal my rights and freedoms.  When I went through the fence and stole the apples, it was my decision to go through the fence.  I made some mental adjustments because I wanted the apples.  The paycheck you get as an IRS agent has helped you make the mental adjustments to excuse and justify your theft of wealth from the people.  The pain I suffered as my conscience was bruised by my mental gymnastics is the same as you have experienced.  When my mother confronted me with authority, my mental weakness was exposed and now it is time for you to be confronted with authority.

The larger boys had no authority to give me permission to go through the fence to steal apples.  The fence, nor the apples, were their property.  You IRS agents love to recite Supreme Court decisions as your authority.  The Supreme Court has supposedly given permission to IRS agents to search and seize my private papers and records. These black-robed big boys have given you permission to go through my fence onto my property to steal my apples. You have been eating my apples and of course the Supreme Court is now eating my apples too. It isn’t me who has exposed your theft.  My mother was the authority that exposed my weakness.  The people found out about my theft of their apples when I was sent by my mother to confess.  The Freedom Movement is the force which has exposed the same of the IRS and the Supreme Court.  Where did the black-robed boys get the authority to give you permission to go through my fence to steal my apples?  The answer is very simple.  The got the authority from the same source as the lads who gave me, a five-year-old, permission to steal the apples so many years ago.  I adjusted my fiver year old mind by thinking about the apples I was going to get.  You will commit all kinds of crimes against your fellow man for a paycheck.

IRS agents steal property, bank accounts, close businesses and never allow the taxpayer a day in court.  How can this be when the law which you swore to uphold says “if there is controversy of over twenty dollars, the right to trial by a Jury shall be preserved” (7th Amendment)?  You have no right to take any property without due process (5th Amendment).  What is due process?  The Supreme Court is not the authority on what due process is.  The Seventh Amendment tells us what due process is.  If you want more than twenty dollars from me, you must sue me at the common law and let a Jury of my peers decide if you can have my apples.

Now let’s get back to the Freedom Movement.  These are the people who know what the Constitution means and how it is being violated by the big fellows in black robes and the little fellows with IRS badges.  You little fellows took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution the same as the big fellows.  You don’t know anything about what the Constitution says except what the big fellows have told you.  Now you had better listen to someone else.  That someone else is a strong political force and their goal is to make you and the big boys leave our apples alone.

We will pay you some apples if you render proper and lawful services.  If our government performs its proper function we have no quarrel. WE pay our light bills, telephone bills and we pay for our roads when we buy gas.  We have no problem with Constitutional taxation, but, when you wish to steal from us to give low interest loans to our enemies, that changes the picture.  Millions have now pushed the mad button as they are charged unbelievable high interest and the Russians borrow our tax money at low rates.  Young people cannot buy a home so the carpenters are out of work.  Few can afford to buy a car so the auto worker is out of work.  The politicians too have joined the fellows in the black robes by passing laws in violation of the law which governs them.  They have given permission to steal apples so they can have apples to trade for votes at the next election.

Let there be no mistake as to the intent of the Freedom Movement.  It is a political force committed to government limited in its power by the law (Constitution).  We want our Congressmen, Senators, Presidents and Judges to obey the law.  If they obey the law we will pay lawful taxes.  When tax-consuming public servants ignore the law and give each other permission to steal my apples, they have gone too far.

You have been doing a good job recruiting people for the tax protest. Once these tax protestors get informed, they become part of the Freedom Movement.  Anyone in the Freedom Movement will spend ten dollars to keep you and your apple-stealing buddies from getting one dollar in illegal taxes. Your entire IRS code is null and void and you will soon see the day when those boys in the black robes are forced by their master to admit they were wrong.  They have been caught with the stolen apples by the owners.  What will the Grand Juries do when they investigate your activities?  Will they indict you for your crimes?  What will happen when the Grand Jury investigates the U.S. Supreme Court?  The Grand Jury is made up of twenty-three sovereign individuals who have the authority and the jurisdiction to investigate all public servants.  Have Supreme Court Justices protected the IRS from the authority and power of the Constitution?  If the Supreme Court has defended government from the Constitution, they are in violation of their oath.  Is the Constitution stronger today than when it was ratified by the States?  The Constitution is being destroyed by those it was designed to control and govern.  The Constitution is being mocked and spit upon by those who swore to uphold and defend it.

This Nation was founded by brave men. Our government was created by law which was to bind and control public servants.  The rights of ‘we the people’ were not given to us by our government.  Our rights are God-given and the only rights our government has are defined in the Constitution.  “We the people’ gave certain of our God-given rights to our government to protect, and if government goes through the fence and steals our apples, it becomes criminal.

Why am I saying all of this?  Remember, your medicine was a combination of different elements.  Ridicule, fear, satire, humor, truth, and logic were some of the ingredients.  I was recruited to become a tax protestor by the IRS and now I have graduated to the Freedom Movement.  Now it is my patriotic duty to help as many others to become informed as I possibly can.  To make all of that medicine work properly in your life, we must inform the people who get called for Grand Jury and Jury duty.  These are the people who will inject massive doses of fear into your mind if you do not take the cure.  If every angry individual in this country was registered to vote, and knew how much power they have on a Jury, we would have no more problems with the IRS or the Supreme Court.  All of these letters are designed to help other taxpayers to know their rights and how to protect them.  If the taxpayers learn how to protect each other, the cure of your mental problem will be a sure thing.

To close this session of treatment and therapy, let me remind you that I pay for all services rendered by government.  I refuse to pay for foreign aid, abortions, no-win wars, welfare fraud, and pay increases for Congressmen during recessions or depressions.  That is just part of the list; I will not burden you with the rest.  If the IRS is not audited as required by law, then you yourself should know that you are working for an illegal entity.  Are you a patriotic American or are you only interested in your paycheck?

Hope this letter will help speed your recovery.

    Starve the beast.

    Pay only lawful taxes.

  2. 2 jane April 12, 2012 at 2:10 am

    does this include property tax?

I have issue with property tax due to unfair accessments, coding a quality number that is subjective, and giving the monies to rogue educational systems, illegals, and other pockets of interest.

You have such a short window of time to protest that it is impossible to win unless you pay several hundred dollars to prove a lower accessment.
It will cost me four hundred dollars to have my home appraised.

    It’s all a racket.

I believe it is GOD’S LAND, not the governments to rent to us.
My last home purchase I had deeded as private property. The attorney did not understand this; oh well.

I will fight this with my last breath! LOL!

Great article Dr. K. Thank you. Will you be covering 1099s?

Jane, property taxes are governed by the state.

      • 4 heather April 12, 2012 at 8:51 pm

And I have always had a problem with paying property taxes–one buys the land with or without a building on it–what gives them the right to tax what we own. And who’s authority calculates the amount paid, and the length of time you are made to pay.

Bring in the fair tax and eliminate all other taxes.

A consumer tax based on what you buy only. Actually I don’t agree paying taxes at all.

    • 5 Ann April 12, 2012 at 7:19 am

Protesting your tax assessment is usually a losing proposition. They may even raise the value, which would make you have to pay more taxes than you were. Tax values are usually about 25% less than the actual value (at least they are here) of your home. I haven’t seen one person win as the result of a tax protest. Don’t do it unless you feel they’ve appraised it waaaaay too high and do research in your area before you do.

      • 6 Tenacity April 12, 2012 at 12:53 pm

I am an expert on assessment appeals. I have never seen the county increase the assessment on an appeal. This would only happen if you appeal an under valued property, which would be pretty dumb. I have been very successful with appeals, but then I only protest after doing my homework. If the comparables sold during the relevant time frame indicate a lower valuation, then you should have a great chance of having the assessed value reduced. It is not that hard to do and everyone should appeal if you are confident the county has overstated the value of your property.

Jan, a tax is a tax is a tax..it’s unfair and you never see the forms on HOW they truly access anything.

I did comps on my street and it was unbelievable how they varied!!!!

  4. 10 justafly April 12, 2012 at 5:10 am

Property taxes, building codes and fees, eminent domain, zoning codes and fees all have in common the fact that 99.99% of all Americans do NOT own their land they have fee simple titles to their land, similar to the feudal tenure in the monarchies of old Europe where people used “their” land but the and was owned by the king. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allodial_title
W e do not have “Allodial Title” to our land in America.

    • 11 Ann April 12, 2012 at 7:20 am

      Correct! Sad but true.

    • 12 Tenacity April 12, 2012 at 12:57 pm

You have to research all the way back to the original land patent and then formally (record the docs) accept the grant of deed for each transfer including when you purchased. The problem is that if you do not accept transfer of the chain of title, then the State considers it an open title and takes it for itself. You can remedy this, but it takes some work.

Doesn’t mean you cannot try to fight. I built my home almost 5 years ago.
After getting the new assessment, not only was it more than I paid, but within another 2 years, it went up an additional 40 grand.

I am trying to sell it well below the tax assessment and it’s not moving.
Yes, I will fight till hell freezes over.

I do not support communist schools, illegals, social programs for women who cannot keep their legs CLOSED.

My money, My house, paid in full and the government doesn’t own GOD’S LAND even though they’d LIKE TO believe so.
    We have been HAD.

He is standing for us and with us and is unafraid to tell the truth. And I love him too!

Heather I believe in miracles. He’s packing them in and has more support than anyone. The fact that MSM is lying has no bearing on it. let them lie all they want. Are you voting for Romney? Is anyone you know or is anyone who lurks or posts here going to vote Romney? See Heather. Romney is not popular. He’s a flip-flopping liar and the eection is being cheated.
Ron Paul has enough delegates and Romney does not. What you hear are a pack of lies. Ron Paul
has won plenty of states ike virgin Island but MSM gave them to Romney. MSM calls Romney the winner with just 1% of the votes in. Naw naw naw. Wait and see what happens. Ron Paul
is in it to win it and not there to educate peeps about the constitution.
President Paul or we all are going to be in a world of hurt. You are retired but many of us are not and small business is in big trouble.

    Attn.: Jane & Ann

    RE: Property Tax

Property tax is state matter and the counties are entitled to enforce, collect and administer it. It gets distributed in various percentages to the state, county and incorporated community (city, town) if the property is located there.

It is not entirely unjust. It pays for roads, fire & police (or county sheriff), school, courts, administrative social and other services. Usually, the unfair part is part of the social services.

The chance of reducing the property tax depends on the particular practice of your county guided by state law. In some states you can indeed reduce the property taxes by applying for re-assesment and thousands are doing it successfully (partially due to the current real estate slump). In others, not so easy. Several states and municipalities are near bankruptcy and they need every penny they can get.

Check the county assessor website or talk to the clerks. They give you the legal procedures. If you are a legal minded person with some real estate experience you can probably do the application for re-assessment yourself. If not you must hire an expert. (Be careful as some are not real experts, they just claim it.). You will probably have to hire an appraiser even if you do it yourself. You must tell the appraiser the purpose, as some states have special rules for appraising for re-assesment.

    Hope this helps a little.

    • 31 Ann April 12, 2012 at 3:56 pm

No it’s not me that was going to protest. I worked in real estate (legal secretary) for 24+ years so I’m familiar with how the tax codes work. lol I was just advising her to be careful basically because it’s a tricky proposition. Some win but most don’t here.

  13. 33 jane April 12, 2012 at 4:23 pm

I too was in real estate and have been a teacher…. over 30% goes towards the education system….if you have no kids in school, shouldn’t have to pay…particularly since THEY took GOD/JESUS outta there.

If it doesn’t follow sound principles, I am against it.

    • 34 Voco Indubium April 12, 2012 at 5:53 pm

I agree that the school part should not be paid by people who have no school-children. Especially because, as you say, they took traditional morality out of their teaching, but they teach subjects that are contrary to that, and often contrary to common sense and decency, therefore against the common benefit of the community or country.

Furthermore, the school administration boards and departments are top-heavy and paid extraordinary high salaries, in several states. I wish someone could change that, but in the current environment I don’t see any politician even mentioning the subject. He/she would be immediately attacked and probably would be even called racist.

    • 36 Ann April 12, 2012 at 8:15 pm

I agree!! I have no kids, much less any in school. Doesn’t seem fair to me.

      • 37 heather April 12, 2012 at 9:16 pm

I have none in school either and I resent having to pay school tax–I paid for mine and its not fair. So much for barrys fairness.

  16. 42 FiddlerBob April 12, 2012 at 8:58 pm

The property tax is unfair and immoral in its current structure because it is set and adjusted arbitrarily and never ends. Instead, we need to have a simple fixed sales tax that can be paid up front or ammortized with interest over a predetermined time certain – such as coinciding with any mortgage payments.

Then, once you’ve paid for your house and the sales tax, it really belongs to you.

    • 43 Jan Rogers April 13, 2012 at 10:11 am

I agree that sounds nice in theory, but then where would the funds come from to support the city, county, state?

      • 44 FiddlerBob April 13, 2012 at 11:19 am

This would not dry up the tax revenues from home purchases. In fact, it would probably inspire more home purchases. There will always be turnover as people move from one area to another and there will always be those who prefer to rent instead of own.

And remember, there are other sales taxes, usage fees, etc. You don’t ever have to worry that the politicians will run out of ideas on how to get your money. I just want it done up front and out in the open so the people will be more likely to hold them accountable for how much they collect and how it’s spent.

I also want our personal finances to remain personal, not subject to government x-ray every year. They are our servants. It’s none of their business how much money we have.

      • 45 Voco Indubium April 13, 2012 at 11:26 am

        Attn.: Fiddler

Some states (and municipalities) already have a transfer tax on real estate transaction usually paid by the seller. On top of it, they have the continuous property tax. Yet some states and municipalities are near bankruptcy.

Yes, one could restructure the property tax as you suggested, but in net present value it would be the same amount. Which is in essence what Jan is saying.

The problem is spending on worthless projects. One example: one state (I know, and probably others as well) ordered translation of driver’s booklets in dozens of languages. This type of business should be left to the private sector. Driver’s schools or language schools could do a better job.

Generally, the big ticket item is government-schools. The administrators are overpaid and the schools indoctrinate children instead of teaching them basic skills and knowledge. Social services are another such item.

    • 46 dabigragu April 13, 2012 at 11:20 am

Good point. They do this in Australia I believe, it’s a one time pmt at time of purchase. If you look up CAFR1, then your particular city, you’ll find they have all sorts of funds. Hidden, yet in plain site.

  17. 47 Tenacity April 12, 2012 at 10:52 pm

Ron Paul can win Colorado. He took half of the national delegates & alternates in the 7th Congressional District last night. His campaign is so much better organized going into the State Assemblies that he could really pull this off. It’s like the campaign says, they are not looking to win the beauty contests, but have targeted the national delegate race. If you have 200 people vying for 3 national delegate spots in one district and you have 20% of the delegates pledged, but they are all voting for the same slate of 3 top candidates, you have a superior chance of winning a majority. No other campaign has that kind of unity. Dr. Paul is emerging as THE conservative alternative to Romney. Pray good people…Pray!

Yep, for a solid week there were numerous chem trails over us, all directions and sometimes three side by side back and forth. Yesterday looked like a horendous storm was about to hit. This morning we have blue skies but the storm clouds are building towards the southeast and Colorado is the target of this one.

        • 59 heather April 13, 2012 at 10:47 am

be very careful Jan, they are bad and this morning the chemtrails must have been sprayed in the middle of the night because they were heavy and thick and today they are heavy and thick..no sun and the wind is gusting about 20-25 mph right now and this isnt even the storm. looks like i will not sleep for this entire weekend.

        • 60 Jan Rogers April 15, 2012 at 12:05 pm

Well, their chem trails worked and today it is snowing. Bast***s

    • 61 Ann April 13, 2012 at 2:20 pm

I saw that earlier and immediately thought of you. Stay safe out there if you’re in the area! Thankfully we won’t be getting this one, according to our local meterologist. Maybe some thunderstorms Monday & Tuesday though. I’ll be praying for the safety of all in those areas!

      • 62 heather April 13, 2012 at 5:59 pm

Thanks Ann–I am staying as safe as I can and most of these bad things happen in the middle of the night so no sleep all weekend. This is not normal and for the meterologists to say these are life threatening is serious and scarey to say the least.

        • 63 Ann April 13, 2012 at 7:19 pm

I understand! Been there, done that. Same thing happened here last April. Over 60 tornados came through the state in one day. Horrible and not at ALL normal. Just get some sleep while it’s not so serious and set your weather radio, if you have one. They’ve become a staple here since last April.

Major Obama Crony-Contributor company to count and manage 2012 US Vote results?

You think we the people stand a chance to win this election when
one of obama’s contributing company is going to count our votes??
Where are the Repubs screaming “foul”??

  24. 72 Tiger 7 April 13, 2012 at 3:55 pm

No, the people don’t stand a chance to win if the undeclared dictator is allowed to be a candidate. Hopefully, there is enough ground swell building to bring this multi-decade charade to a halt and bring about a degree of retribution so badly needed.
If the person -whoever he really is- currently in our White House is “elected” one more time, he will no longer be our undeclared dictator, he will openly declare himself. He has already laid the ground work in his dissing of the Congress and Supreme Court.
Hold on to your hats, kids, the ride is going to be wild!!

    • 73 heather April 13, 2012 at 5:56 pm

Yes he has laid the ground work and congress is doing nothing anymore then the senate. but they will be obselete if this happens, he will allow them to stay but they will have no authority to do anything–it will be for show only.

How come Dutch no longer shows Harp rings? Is that what he got in trouble for?

      • 76 heather April 14, 2012 at 7:38 am

probably Jan–but if you go directly to his website he shows everything–i guess he cant on youtube. dutchsinse.com

      • 77 heather April 14, 2012 at 8:44 pm

Jan–I just viewed a new video from dutch and you are right he does not mention harrp rings—he talked about rotation.

This afternoon around 6pm the clouds were thick and swirling and the winds gusting 30 mph (since yesterday the winds have been strong)—well there was a break in the heavy clouds showing blue skys and MASSIVE CHEMTRAILS! thick ones right over our rooftops—this means to me that these tornadoes are haarp and chemtrails–man made. call me a conspiracy nut, but there have never been this amount lasting 3+ days not to mention the distances they are covering..they are out to destroy the entire midwest.

  25. 78 Tenacity April 13, 2012 at 8:11 pm

Okay, I said Dr. Paul may win Colorado. Today, 21 national delegates were selected from 7 Congressional Districts. Only 5 of those delegates were pledged to Romny. The balance are all unpledged at this point and all of them are listed on the Ron Paul unity slates. What that means is that 16 delegates are either supporting or leaning toward Dr. Paul. Tomorrow 12 more delegates will be selected at the State Assembly. Dr. Paul is looking very strong in Colorado. Don’t believe the media propaganda as this endurance contest is far from over.

    • 79 drkate April 14, 2012 at 8:06 am

Here’s the thing. On the first round of voting, all the delegates have to vote for the guy who won the state, right? Then if Romney doesn’t get the required number of delegates, then on the second/third round, the delegates can vote for Paul. Is that right? So the more states Romney wins, he gets the nomination anyway…is that right? Or are the delegates allowed to vote in the first round proportional to who won their state? Are the establishment repubs and RNC going to make any rules that would change this?

      • 80 Tenacity April 14, 2012 at 3:06 pm

No that is not correct. The delegates elected in caucus states are either pledged (whomever they declare for) or they are unpledged. Some states GOP Party rules vary. Most delegects in Colorado are not pledged and are free to vote for whoever they choose. Those pledged delegates are only required to hold to their pledge in the first round, IF that candidate is still in the race. One thing we found out is that most Santorum delegates are ANTI-Romney. Primary state delegates have varying rules depending upon Party rules in that State. Some primary states do the proportional thing, some are free to vote how they choose and a few primary states are supposed to be winner take all, but those are not hard & fast rules necessarily.

Very seldom are the party rules changed. More often than not, the reading of the rules are waived and old rules adopted by acclamation with an occasional amendment.

Right now, you will find that close to half of all delegates to national are unpledged and free to vote how they choose. Most (almost all) of the Romney delegates seem to be pledged and most unpledged are ANTI-Romney. We are headed for a brokered convention.

    O/T but important
“Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the United States Constitution indicates that State land belongs to the States, and if the federal government is to have any control over State land by taking possession, or otherwise, the land must be purchased by the federal government, and the State legislature must give its permission.”

“No place in the Constitution is the federal government given any authority over State land in any other manner, nor does the Constitution grant the authority for the federal government to enforce environmental regulations over State lands. As per the Tenth Amendment, since no authority over environmental issues is granted to the federal government, nor is it prohibited to the States, any environmental regulations are a State authority.”

Obama Secret Service Detail Fired For Banging Whores In Colombia

CARTAGENA, Colombia – A dozen Secret Service agents with President Barack Obama at an international summit have been relieved of duty because of allegations of misconduct.
If only they had been “banging” glamor boys, I’m sure they would’ve gotten a pass or possibly fired for not sharing it with Barry.

  29. 90 Tenacity April 14, 2012 at 4:59 pm

Okay, of the Colorado national delegates elected through the caucus/assembly process, 20 are from the Ron Paul unity slate and 13 are from the Romney slate. We are definitely headed for a brokered convention.

    • 91 heather April 14, 2012 at 7:01 pm

Ten-is a brokered convention a good thing? Not sure I understand how that works………and then if RP wins how do we get him to win potus with the fraud software from spain?

      • 92 Tenacity April 14, 2012 at 7:32 pm

Well, the Romney folks certainly don’t see a brokered convention a good thing. They are crying and booing the very thought. While they see their candidate in the lead based upon the media declaration of coronation, they are now acting like the Ron Paul supporters are traitors for suggesting that some may never be willing to vote for Romney. I want to know how many of them will take their toys and go home when their White Horse prophecy messiah fails to when the nomination. Most of them don’t bother to show up for caucus except when a Mormon is running.

I see a great opportunity in a brokered convention, but I won’t be there to do what I would do. When Romney fails to take the first ballot at convention, it will be a perfect chance to negotiate a few things before conceding votes his way. That is if Dr. Paul isn’t ahead of him in the count, in which event the shoe will be on the foot. But lets just say that Romney is close to winning. Well, then you start making demands about policy and commitments or at least asking questions. Will you abolish the departments of energy & education? Will you support Sound Money and wipe out the current unconstitutional tax code? Will you phase out the Federal Reserve and restore the coining of money to the government? Will you push for and sign the repeal of Obamacare? Will you repeal all of Obama’s executive orders? Will you not exercise war powers without the express approval of Congress? These are just a few of what I would go after and I would like to see the commitments in writing, like a contract with consequences like a commitment to resign. Point being, a brokered convention gives the competing candidate(s) an opportunity to push their weight around and have a stronger voice in policy. It also provides the possibility of compromise alternative candidates like Palin or the possibility of joining a ticket like Romney/Paul or Paul/Romney. If Dr. Paul is unable to get the nomination, I’d rather see him as Treasury Secretary with firm commitments from the nominee to give him free reign to “end the Fed” than to get the VP slot. None of these things would Bain Romney do without being forced.

Regarding the vote count fraud…that’s a tough one. We have no help from the treasonous commies in the media. Wish we had some well-regulated State Militia to watch the polls and insist on NON-electronic counts. We can’t lay down and quit so we must fight this battle the best we can and demand an honest count State by State.

Dr. Kate, yes I am, thanks for your concern…we made it through this nightmare. I didnt sleep Friday night, slept a couple of hrs yeterday morning and then was up until 7am this morning. Thats close to 3 full days with absolutely no sleep and I am crashing. I was able to finally get in bed at 8 this morning and slept til noon.

I can tell you Dr. Kate and everyone, the power of our Lord–I prayed the Lords prayer over and over and asked for safety and the deliverence from these evil thugs–and a miracle occured–the radar was on track for tulsa and area to take a direct hit from the tornadoes that tore through the state–and then within minutes of getting hit, we had strong wind gusts of 60mph, some thunder and hardly any lightening, and lots of rain but no flooding! It lasted about a half and hr and then it was gone–there was no damage to tulsa or the surrounding area….goes to show the mighty power of the hand of God! And I thanked him for his mercy. Believe me, I was terrified, the more radar showed these massive cells and haarp rings, the more I prayed.

Seems to me I have never seen storms comes from california across the country. All I know is these storms were man made and deliberate.

Heather, I pray you are okay.
A few reasons why OK has been hit so hard over the past few days with the weather:

Oklahoma is the only state that Obama did not carry one county in the last election 2008…
Oklahoma recently passed a law in the state to incarcerate all illegal immigrants
Recently we passed a law to include DNA samples from any and all illegal’s to the Oklahoma database
Several weeks ago, we passed a law, declaring Oklahoma as a Sovereign state, not under the Federal Government directives
and passed a law that ALL driver’s license exams will be printed in English, and only English, and no other language.
Oklahoma , a week ago, passed a law confirming people in this state have the right to bear arms and transport them in their vehicles

                • 100 heather April 15, 2012 at 1:02 pm

Jan–thanks for your concern–and I am still very concerned and have said this since barry stole potus–we are the reddest of all red states–even though there are a lot of libs in the city of tulsa-who did vote for him. So yes, we are his target and of course when he was here at the cushing oil center he didnt get any oohs and ahhs-and our gov and the AG were conveniently out of state! No one to greet him but the mayor of the town! No one here likes him–we are a state that carries our Bibles and guns and satan hates that!

Also the concealed carry license has been in effect for many many yrs but the new gun law is to protect us!

And dont listen to any media hype about racial tension, if there is tension its black on black–these couple of incidents that just happened only got the media attention because of Trayvon in Fl. any other time it wouldnt have — we take care of our own here.

And Joe Biden and barry soetoro hate this state as well as Tx because of our laws.

Dr. Kate, Thought I would pass this on. I got this in an email so I don’t think it will be a copyright issue.

    Very Important….
This is a retired Police officer with the Texas Highway Patrol………..

    If you
know veterans and gun owners, please pass this on to them. Be very cautious
about what you say and to whom. ” I am passing this along…there are comments
from two other people I have also been asked if we keep guns in the house. The
nurse just kinda slipped it in along with all the other regular questions. I
told her I refused to answer because it was against the law to ask. Everyone,
whether you have guns or not, should give a neutral answer so they have no idea
    who does and who doesn’t.

My doctor asked me if I had guns in my house and also
if any were loaded. I, of course, answered yes to both questions. Then he asked
why I kept a loaded gun close to my bed. I answered that my son, who is a
certified gun instructor and also works for Homeland Security, advised me that
an unloaded, locked up gun is no protection against criminal attack.

Government now requires these questions be asked of people on Medicare, and
probably everyone else. Just passing this along for your information: I had to
visit a doctor other than my regular doctor when my doctor was on vacation. One
of the questions on the form I had to fill out was: Do you have any guns in your
house?? My answer was None of your damn business!! So it is out there! It is
either an insurance issue or government intervention. Either way, it is out
there and the second the government gets into your medical records (As they want
to under Obamacare) it will become a major issue and will ultimately result in
lock and load!! Please pass this on to all the other retired guys and gun

Thanks From a Vietnam Vet and retired Police Officer: I had a doctors
appointment at the local VA clinic yesterday and found out something very
interesting that I would like to pass along. While going through triage before
seeing the doctor, I was asked at the end of the exam, three questions: 1. Did I
feel stressed? 2. Did I feel threatened? 3. Did I feel like doing harm to
someone? The nurse then informed me, that if I had answered yes to any of the
questions, I would have lost my concealed carry permit as it would have gone
into my medical records and the VA would have reported it to Homeland Security.

Looks like they are going after the vets first. Other gun people like retired
law enforcement will probably be next. Then when they go after the civilians,
what argument will they have? Be forewarned and be aware. The Obama
administration has gone on record as considering veterans and gun owners
potential terrorists. Whether you are a gun owner veteran or not, YOU’VE BEEN
WARNED!!!!! If you know veterans and gun owners, please pass this on to them. Be
very cautious about what you say and to whom. _

Food for Thought Never trust a
    dog to guard your food.

      • 104 Jan Rogers April 15, 2012 at 12:13 pm

Just a heads up to all, we had a local call from the health services dept doing a survey to see what might be needed in our clinics and hospitals. Sounded good at first and then they started asking questions like, how much food do you have, how many days worth, do you own a gun, etc. and these questions were in between simple ones, then they would ask when you last saw a doctor, when was your last flu shot, are your vaccinations up to date, are you on any meds, are you diabetic, etc.. The whole thing took over 1/2 hour. A friend hung up on them and found she could not use her phone for over an hour.
They tell you the call is confidential, it is just a survey, however, they have your number and can use reverse directory to get your address.

        • 105 heather April 15, 2012 at 2:11 pm

I guess we better be prepared for all calls coming in that say they are taking a survey–and i just had a political survey and the poor young girl had such a hard time reading the questions and pronoucing some words, i felt sorry for her–i also answered all her questions only because they were about the upcoming congressional elections for OK.

But good to know about your call and I will not give them the answers they are looking for!

Total mileage: 206,264 miles or 2,427 average miles per trip

Total flying time: 428.6 hours or an average of 5 hrs per trip

Cost to the taxpayers: $2,100,744.59 or $27,715.00 per trip or $1,285,162.00 per year

Cost of in flight food and alcohol: $101,429.14 or $1,193.00 per trip or $62,051.00 per year.

On one junket to Baghdad, according to the Air Force report, she had the aircraft bar stocked with Johnny Walker Red Scotch, Grey Goose Vodka, E&J Brandy, Bailey’s Irish Creme, Maker’s Mark Whiskey, Courvoisier Cognac, Bacardi Rum, Jim Beam Whiskey, Beefeater Gin, Dewars Scotch, Bombay Sapphire Gin, Jack Daniels Whiskey, Corona Beer and several varieties of wine. This was obviously a very important “gubment bidness” trip.

The Speaker always gets to use a USAIR jet. When Nancy became Speaker she insisted that her jet be bigger and better for security reasons. She took trips all over the world, jetting her friends along with herself, even on vacations. When she lost her job as speaker she lost her free jet privilege and now has to use her family private jet or hire a jet or whatever. There many of us that were very happy when Nancy lost her jet, which we used to call Nancy’s flying vodka bar. I don’t believe that she will ever reach the ultimate in power again and there is nothing left for her to do but retire.

“We have suspended Lord Ahmed pending investigation,” a Labour spokeswoman said.

“If these comments are accurate we utterly condemn these remarks which are totally unacceptable.

“The international community is rightly doing all in its power to seek justice for the victims of the Mumbai bombings and halt terrorism.”

Ahmed apparently made the offer during a speech in Haripur, Pakistan, on Friday.

The peer, who was appointed to the House of Lords in 1998, called the US reward “an insult to all Muslims”, according to the Pakistani news report.

“If the US can announce a reward of $10 million for the capture of Hafiz Saeed, I can announce a bounty of £10 million on President Obama and his predecessor George Bush,” he is reported to have said.

Ahmed denied the comments but spoke out against Bush and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair over the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

“I did not offer a bounty. I said that there have been war crimes committed in Iraq and Afghanistan and those people who have got strong allegations against them – George W Bush and Tony Blair have been involved in illegal wars and should be brought to justice,” he said from Pakistan.

“If the Labour Party want to suspend me I will deal with the Labour Party. They will have to give me some evidence,” he added.

O/T again, sorry, I promise to be good tomorrow
Is there anyone one this blog that is a member of RAP RuSa? Mr. Turner’s group to take over America.
Please, go to Freedomisorradio, there are several parts to the documents and this is part 5 of the expose.

    • 127 Ann April 15, 2012 at 11:19 pm

NO! I actually believed in it at first but soon became wise to some of what was going on and said forget this crap. Thankfully I never signed anything! Tim Turner is an evil man.

    • 132 Tenacity April 16, 2012 at 8:18 am

Turner is known to be on FEMA’s payroll. In fact, if you will notice, every time one of these smokescreen gurus loses momentum, another story/guru arises. Sometimes they recycle them, as is the case with Turner. After he brought Sam Kennedy (alias) into TRAP and Kennedy was outed as a known seminar scammer, TRAP’s “Guardian Elders” split and started new groups. Turner eventually declared himself President without even an election within his own group. Not a word that any of these gurus have said has ever been verified or proven. The original documents TRAP put out represented an unlimited power of attorney. What evidence do we have that Freedom Reigns is any different. They chastise Turner and Keith Livingway while giving an almost identical spiel. What purpose is served by controlled opposition? Are people persuaded to wait and do nothing in hope of a saving event? How many times do we have to do the same thing before realizing our own insanity. Hoping for the best is only a problem if you fail to plan for the worst. We know the banksters are lying, cheating, murderous thieves that have ambushed the people at every turn. Even Fulford is telling us that the people in the west (that’s us) must arrest the members of the cabal. That means we can’t just sit on our duff and wait. If you look closely at NESARA, you will find it is SOCIALISM and is not based upon the principles of a REPUBLIC. Which means, IF it were to come to fruition, it would not be a stable form of government. Democracy is an unstable transitional form of government in route to oligarchy. Collectivism is our ENEMY. We must hold to our constitution and enforce its principles if we expect to hold on to our INDIVIDUAL CREATOR granted unalienable rights. We must act now to break the banking-taxing vortex. That means stop believing the lies, fight to put statesmen in office, restore Sound Money (State by State), revitalize our well regulated State Militia, and begin to take responsibility by judging the law. This is how we will return God, the People & the constitution to the top of the pecking order. This is the vigilant and realistic path…it takes work and possibly the blood of tyrants and patriots, but the latter is less likely if we act now and not sit back waiting for someone else to do it for us. Spread the word to those who have ears and don’t fret over the swine who won’t recognize a pearl.

      • 134 Ann April 16, 2012 at 10:22 am

I agree that there are similarities but the main things I see that are different is that Freedom Reigns is a radio show and not an organized “group” or club like RuSA. There is no leader, they are not collecting names of supporters in a database to throw under the bus (or worse), they aren’t asking any one to sign anything and they don’t plan to overthrow the Government. Supposedly, Drake is just the “insider” trying to put out information of what’s been & is being done. Not to say I believe all of what they say as I’m a firm believer of taking most things like this with a grain of salt but those are the major differences that I can see. While it sounds great, if it’s true, I don’t see it happening as smoothly as they seem to think it will. Like anything else, time will tell.

This story is spun in Romney’s favor. There were 20 delegates won by the Ron Paul Unity Slate out of the 33 total.

Seems to be the consensus…he’s got most of what he will get and its not enough. Most are Anti-Romney, but just short of how much they are anti-Obama. Like Dr. Laurie Roth says, They* want us to have a choice between Coke and Diet Coke. Dr. Ron Paul is pure clean distilled water served in a chilled glass with a gold rim. You can quote me on that.

What do you suppose the average age of the highest priced prostitutes in Columbia is? I would figure in the 14 to 15 range. Newsmax is now suggesting that some of the prostitutes may have been underage. Well…DUH! I won’t dignify that bankster propaganda rag with a link. The real question is: What did those SS guys do to make the usurper-n-chief want to terminate their services and negotiate their silence for a slap on the wrist? Their fate seems better than Seal Team 6. Also, who set them up for S/Ob? Maybe, the spy-n-chief just wants more playmates around him that will provide better stuff for him and look the other way more often? The next crew better remember to invite him to the party.

      RE: Judge Jeff S. Masin

It is the judge, not the attorney who should lose his job. The attorney is just a hired hand. Her job is to find loopholes etc. However, who will do it? No one.

It seems that Troy is correct predicting that that no judge will render a fair judgment in this matter. For all practical purposes, the constitution is unenforceable. The US is no different than a typical banana republic.

The disqualification could have been done long time ago by any of the major GOP candidates. They refuse. At this point once we know who the GOP nominee is, and regardless, who he is, he must be pressed for action. He will likely refuse. But it must be attempted.

In that case, a congressman and a senator must be found who are willing to object on Jan. 9 2013 (at the joint session), assuming that O wins the election, which is likely.

      • 149 Tenacity April 16, 2012 at 9:51 pm

It’s certainly likely if we get Diet Coke for a nominee. I don’t see real hope for an electoral college objection. The only chance of that happening is finding 2 freshman. I believe they swear in on Jan 3rd.

        • 150 drkate April 16, 2012 at 10:28 pm

We need Senator Rand Paul, or Senator DeMint, or a freshman senator (unlikely) and 1 representative to object. We need to start this process now and have it working behind the scenes. Trouble is, they don’t want to ‘compromise’ their tenure…cowards all.

          • 151 Voco Indubium April 16, 2012 at 11:11 pm

Yes, the work of finding them at this time should be low key, because there is little chance that GOP nominee would use the issue before loosing the election. The difficulty of finding a freshman is the timing. There may not be enough time.

WND claims, that in a week, they gathered a high number of signatures for the letter to congress. If they get a real high number that would be an indicator if it is worthwhile to initiate a letter campaign with this specific aim at the appropriate time.

            • 152 Jan Rogers April 16, 2012 at 11:19 pm

Yes, WND has a petition to Congress and again they have fully pissed me off. They only mention the birth certificate and where obat was born, still nothing about his father and the FACT that obat is not eligible.
I chose not to sign the petition.

              • 153 Voco Indubium April 16, 2012 at 11:45 pm

The idea was to use the number of signatures (of WND) for indicator whether it is worthwhile to do the suggestion. Because, Dr Kate thought, and she is probably right, that it is difficult to get a high number of signatures.

I am only guessing that WND thinks, that the two-parents-citizen issue is too complicated for the average voter and they are concentrating on the be.

                • 154 drkate April 17, 2012 at 12:24 am

WND has never thought the 2 parent issue was relevant. Look at Corsi’s book. Now this is a huge set up for defeat, as Obama’s attorneys will probably put out another BC that is not so obviously a forgery, and the 2 parent issue is gone. Controlled opposition? Sabotage? I never thought the 2 parent issue was ‘too complicated’ for the public, and never got stuck on the BC for that reason.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WND, but this is not the first time. Try to run with an issue that they were behind on in the first place and then blow it for the rest of us.

                  • 155 Voco Indubium April 17, 2012 at 10:02 am

You are right. The 2-parent-issue is mentioned in the WND articles but usually as second priority after the bc. It seems probable that O will issue a better bc, as you suggested, and blame the crude version on some underling. Therefore, the 2-parent-issue should not be pushed to the background.

Of course, it is not more complicated for you or your readers. Unfortunately, it is more complicated for the average voter. They don’t even know the difference between nbc and citizen. Furthermore, for the regime-supporting Judicial Branch, it is child’s play to confuse the issue, ignore facts and logical conclusions, as we have seen.

Congress will probably largely ignore the WND letter, although some members of congress may pay more attention to it than others. But it will still be interesting to see how many signatures WND will get. It seems to this humble observer that January 9, 2013 will be the key day. Losing the Constitutional Republic or keeping the remnants of it.

                    • 156 drkate April 17, 2012 at 10:59 am

Remember the original idea you had was to sign a letter saying we wouldn’t vote for any republican unless they addressed the eligibility issue. that idea I passed on to the Birther Summit… and they didn’t bite saying it could backfire. WND is way late in this game and does a disservice on the NBC issue.

I personally think that we have been educated to not know this constitutional provision, which is as plain as day. I don’t think it does WND any good, or us for that matter, to pretend that we’re ‘too dumb’ to understand it. Educate, educate, educate. I wish they did not become part of the problem and have the ‘elite’ mentality that dumbs down people. There are plenty of ways to say this, like ‘pure american’, or “only loyal to America’ or ‘dual citizen can’t be president’. They undermine their own cause of trying to say Rubio is ineligible when all they focus on is the BC.

                    • 157 Voco Indubium April 17, 2012 at 8:18 pm

                      Dr Kate,

I agree with all you said above.

After you told me that they don’t like the idea, because they are skeptical that they would not get enough signatures, I thought about it, and decided that that they are right, unless some prominent person or organization is initiating it. And there were no such organizations or persons willing to do it. At any rate, this idea is no longer practical, the debates are almost over.

I am really interested to see how many signatures WND will get, regardless of the fact that that the content is not what we would like to see. It is an indicator if such letter writing campaign, possibly to selected members of congress, asking them to act on Jan 9, 2013, has any merit.

I see that date as the last line of defense.

Obviously I am pessimistic about the election. Or maybe realistic. At any rate, there is not much time between November and January 9 and the holydays are in between when people are preoccupied with private plans and duties. In other words, it would be good to know what “Plan B” is before the election. My idea would be to find a well-known person, perhaps Sheriff Joe himself (there are others as well) and ask him to be the symbolic leader of the letter writing campaign, provided that the current “WND indicator” will be good enough.

You might suggest, wait and see if Joe’s action and the state ballot actions will bear fruit. I think that the state and fed judges will be able to drag out any and all actions until the election is over. At that point it will be too late.

                    • 158 drkate April 17, 2012 at 10:10 pm

I am starting a post on this last line of defense strategy. I think it is possible to pressure our senators and reps to make that challenge on January 9th 2013 via (a) ballot challenges in that state, ignored by judiciary, (b)voter fraud, (c) questions on signatures for his nomination petition (eg Indiana), and perhaps WND would commission a state by state poll or petitition drive (similar to petition initiative on state ballots) to gather the requisite number of signatures specifically calling for the senator or congressman to object to the counting on Jan 9.

is this now part of agenda 21? i was talking to my borther the other day and he said his father in law has had many visits from the govt in OK—to remove his water ponds that feed his cattle as he is a cattle rancher. his ponds are on his hundreds of private acres owned by him for over 30+ yrs and he was ordered to remove and dry up those ponds as they were not there to begin with–put the land back the way it was—well he is fighting this epa epidemic tooth and nail and needs those ponds for his cattle. just more unconstitutional corruption and in oklahoma the epa is really pushing this agenda 21.

    • 173 drkate April 16, 2012 at 10:26 pm

his major strength is going to be water rights for his stock, which permits him to do this. Where the f*** is the state???

Dr. Kate–I don’t know what the state is doing, my brother didnt know more than what he told me and I told him to pass along about agenda 21 (which he knows about from me)and to tell his f-i-l to call Senator Jim Inhofe since he is heavily involved in agriculture.
