A Warning to Republicans

©2012 drkate

There are more than enough factors to suggest that Republicans will lose handily to Obama in the upcoming presidential election.  Here are just a few:

  • Your choice of VP nominee.  You’ve got problems.  They are named Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush, and Bobby Jindal.
  1. All signs point to the unconstitutional choice of Marco Rubio–once the darling of the tea party, now a traitor to the constitution for not immediately bowing out of the running due to his non-NBC status.  Marco’s parents were not US citizens when he was born.  If you nominate the ineligible Rubio, how different are you than the usurper Obama?  Rubio supports the NDAA, supports internet crackdowns aka privacy invasion and has been singularly unspectacular in his first two years as a senator. He needs experience and you republicans should stop trying to play the race card by putting in a cuban to get the hispanic vote or to take Florida.  We the people aren’t as stupid as you think.
  2. Jeb Bush.  You really want to ‘bush-whack’ the American people again? “W” lied about the war in Iraq, gave us TARP (the grand cover up of theft), and gave us torture, the Department of Homeland Security, and any number of nefarious and dubious Executive Orders expanding the powers of the president.  Daddy bush, the grand master behind it all, ushered in the NWO, the CIA (formerly the SS), was present at all the political assassinations in the last 30 years, and still controls the game.  Bush Sr and Romney are best buddies.  Who do you think chose Romney for 2012?
  3. Jindal.  His parents were not U.S. citizens when he was born, and he is not a natural born citizen.  What deal did he make with Obama on the Gulf BP oil spill?  How has he compromised his state to ‘get along’?
  • Sweeping Obama’s ineligibility and crimes under the rug.  Your spectacular, intentional failure to address Obama’s ineligibility makes you complicit in the crime.  I suppose you think that just by winning the office you can ‘make this go away’.  On the contrary, we the people will have every right to ignore and arrest you for violating your oath of office.  Any of you republican candidates who fail to address this issue are sealing your fate with millions of us…far better to continue our efforts against the usurper (and the rest of you) because he is fully and completely exposed.  With you chicken republicans, it will be swept under the rug and never be addressed.  Heck you will probably reach into the private sector and pardon Obama of his treason.  Which makes you treasonous.
  • Your position on the NDAA and Homeland Security.  How are we to believe anything you say about the constitution, small government, the rights of the people when you support draconian actions to gleefully kill Americans or detain them indefinately—are you listening John McCain, Lindsay Graham, Michelle Bachman, Mitt Romney?
  • Your failure to tell the truth about income taxes, the FED, and fiat currency. As we face the collapse of the dollar, you discuss play games with the democrats about who gets taxed and how much, swear the FED stabilizes the economy, and continue to deceive Americans who are now waking up, in large part due to Ron Paul’s truth telling.  Never will Gingrich, Santorum, Romney ever talk the truth.  They are willfully ignorant, in fact, taking great advantage of the system.
  • Your position on unconstitutional wars.  Yes, lets keep sending other people’s children to get their legs blown off, while you rape in the profits from the military-industrial complex, give America to the UN, and pound your fist in false righteousness.

How many actually believe Romney will win?  Clearly these guys don’t:

Better watch out. A Gideon strategy may come around and bite you in the butt.

Dr. Kate, what ever happened to Ron Paul? As I see it, he’s our last hope. Thanks.

    • 2 drkate April 26, 2012 at 7:32 pm

Ron Paul IS our last hope, see Gideon, and in the first paragraph, the link to an article showing he is the only one who beats Obama.

this does not change my opinion that it has been a mistake to ignore the eligibility issue–on the part of all of them. I appreciate ‘strategy’, and the issues that just getting rid of Obama won’t help, like the FED. But I think it is a problem and makes me distrust them.

At least we know what is happening, and what isn’t, and what things might be the reason for this diversion.

Judge wants definition of NBC…any guess as to which way the Supremes will rule, given that the chief justice knowingly swore in the usurper?

    • 8 Voco Indubium April 26, 2012 at 10:38 pm

I would not read too much into Judge Anderson’s statements. It will probably be called “dicta” by the Fed-court. The Fed-court will stonewall it, as usual. The fact that Anderson would not allow the hearing at a state court means that he is in enslaved by the regime.

“Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio., for example has said. “I will continue to take the president at his word that he is a natural born citizen of the United States.” As long as the GOP makes statements like this, O will be reelected, and serve a second term without objection. It really looks as if the GOP wants him serve the second term.

      • 9 drkate April 27, 2012 at 8:31 am

Portman gets added to the list of traitors who should be forced to resign (Ohioans–recall him) or taken to court.

It is a federal question, Voco. The judge is moving in the right direction. The supremes won’t take it I am sure of that.

    • 10 Steven Lee Craig April 27, 2012 at 6:06 am

In spite of all the gnashing of teeth and and negative assertions of the VALUE of Judge Anderson’s ‘findings’ that produced his OPINION to deny remand to the State Court, I, personally find vindication for the proposition I have asserted in various forms since my 1st “complaint’ of ’09.

The Judge indicates that the “definition’ can be ‘found’ within the Constitution and the (subsequent) Federal Law.

In my 1st action I asserted that the definition could be “distilled” from the Acts Congress and promulgated Codes. Distill was the wrong word and I had changed it to “deduce” and its various conjugated forms.

Judge Anderson uses the word “construe” and I have determined that it would be prudent for me to adopt that usage.

Although a simple reading of Justice Waites usage of the word ‘resort’ when he said that the Constitution does not say in words the definition of NBC and for that “resort must be made elsewhere’ , we have, collectively, gone to extreme lengths looking at historical and Judicial interpretations of the term of words.

When, in fact, it would be the OBLIGATION of the adjudicative process under the Rule of Law emanating from the Constitution to look 1st to the NEEDS of the provisions of the Clause and then to any and all related ACTS of the Congress to determine if they do indeed provide the definition in “words that say so or words that would REQUIRE it”.

Whether Judge Anderson understands this remains to be seen, nevertheless, he points in the correct direction of ‘resort’.

        Attn.: Steven

RE: “…all the gnashing of teeth …The Judge indicates that the “definition’ can be ‘found’ within the Constitution and the (subsequent) Federal Law…”

Always a pleasure to read your comments.

If you permit me to create an analogy, it is like one stone came loose in the mighty wall of the fortress of the Regime. Sheriff Joe threw his javelin which caused a stone move a tenth of an inch. The fortress is still standing strong and the walls are still impenetrable. Judge Anderson, seeing that there is a slight chance that the fortress can be taken, if political winds change, as a typical judge, leaning slightly in the possible direction of the future wind, shot an arrow at the stone. Of course, the arrow broke and did not move the stone even a hundredth of an inch. So he is regarded as an OK-guy by both camps.

The independence of the branches of government and the checks and balances principle has been abandoned years ago. The Constitution is unenforceable. The entire Judiciary Branch is subservient to the Executive Branch. Unless this issue becomes a political issue with major networks reporting it, as during Watergate, the fortress will continue to stand strong.

        • 12 Steven Lee Craig April 27, 2012 at 5:29 pm

Well, you always offer an interesting read, but defeatism is not among my flaws.

I concede that the wall may appear to have been impregnable, but, like much of the deception we have encountered, it is not a wall at all.

What we face is a series of legal-loop-holes based on two undeniable circumstances.

The 1st being that the definition of NBC has been ignored in large measure and deliberately made obscure by both the passing of time and particular political interests, (and apparently in a non-partisan way by the two major parties).

The 2nd being the lack of specific ‘vetting measures’ being a part of the State Election Codes.

Implicit in both are (a)s and (b)s; the 1st having, (a), Citizenship aspects, and (b), transient Political aspects; which makes for an (a.1), Civil Rights concern, and (b.1) Political Question Separation of Powers concern.

Then, of course, the separation of State and Federal Jurisdictions further divided by the express authorities granted to the Political Parties in determining who their candidates are or ought to be.

In this overlap of legal-loop-holes is the tangled ‘public interest’ obligation of what is supposed to be a “Free and Independent Press”, which, as I have discovered, owe their Political access to “The Standing Committee of Correspondence” and the “Senate Press Gallery” and the various sub-divisions that are ALL regulated under the directions of each of the Three Branches.

Having navigated through various Federal Departments, State and Federal Courts asserting the Civil Right to be acknowledged as a NBC, insofar as Citizenship is concerned, I have never doubted that the DAY WILL COME.

So I regard the words of Judge Anderson as a vindication of what I have maintained from the beginning and, since his words were published, have been incorporating them, with citation, into my current effort, soon to be filed.

Defeatism requires one to surrender, to which I say, “NUTS”.

I just pray they use the other cases besides Minor that have been settled and that this judge has a conscious and does the right thing.

    • 14 Ann April 26, 2012 at 10:10 pm

He’ll be threatened to “stand down” or else. Look for a dismissal in the near future, with some lame excuse. Nobody wants to touch it and I guarantee the SCOTUS won’t either.

    • 15 Steven Lee Craig April 27, 2012 at 6:41 am

What was the “point” of the Scott v Sandford, (aka Dredd Scott), decision…???

That in spite of what the several and various States may have determined in regard as to who they regarded as their Citizens, the Constitution and the subsequent Acts of Congress held that their was a ‘limitation’ as to who were ‘eligible’ to be U.S.Citizens.

In the Opinion they noted that it was not their prerogative to disregard the Constitution or the lawfully instituted Acts of the Congress for that would make them out as a Political Body rather than a Judicial Branch.

In other words, they “construed” the Law as it existed and declared that notwithstanding the fact that a State regarded Dredd Scott as a Citizen, that did NOT make him a Citizen of the US under the Rule of Law.

That decision made it clear that an Amendment was necessary to change that Constitutional FACT. The circumstances of the times REQUIRED a Civil War to ‘settle’ the question, yet, in spite of the blood and treasure, the Constitution still demanded an Amendment in order for the RULE of LAW to be reconciled.

My point in pointing to this, and any other case, is to suggest that 1st the needs of the provision and the subsequent Acts of Congress must be looked to and allow all of the judicial and historic references stand as affirmations and/or conflicting interpretations, as the case may be.

Just checking in, my DSL has been down and I’ve been quickly hitting local wifi establishments to conduct business and keep abreast. Century Link shipped me a new modem/router and that did nada. Tomorrow, a service tech finally shows up to check the line. I told them my handler must have adjusted the surveillance device at the junction box, but the support tech in Manila didn’t follow my suggestion.

It’s time for the Ron Paul Revolution to rise and rise again!!!!

I should be back in the virtual saddle by noon tomorrow. I hope I can persuade the service tech to remove that surveillance device, but I’m betting he is the one that installed it.

Dr. Kate, regarding your post about Russian troops training at the Denver airport: it seems that story is at least partially correct: Alex Jones reports that the Department of Defense has confirmed that Russian troops will be training in Colorado:

    • 38 heather April 27, 2012 at 7:23 pm

those same russian troops were brought into the san diego harbor 2 yrs ago all 18k of them. barry wanted chancelor merykl to bring 18k UN troops here 2 yrs and she asked why and he said for civil unrest, and she said, i will come to america and see for myself before i send anyone—barry then went to putin with the same request and he sent 18k russian troops. they all headed north–remember QL when i posted this 2 yrs ago–you are north of california and they went off into the northern parts of california and washington until they were called on.

are these the same troops? if so why were they 2 yrs early? i mentioned this to an FBI agent and he looked at me like i was nuts and said he never heard of this. i said, since whey would the fbi know everything–barry hates the fbi and plans on doing away with them and keeping the cia only. once again he said, how do you know these things—my answer was a simple one……its all over cyberspace and everyone knows.

so now we are the north american union………who did this and is the the practice play up to a hugh false flag to bring in martial law prior to the election—it must really hurt to know barry will not win this election without cheating. ok–time is of the essence now and now is here.

OT–be on guard this june and july for something like this to happen. this has been their plan all along–and nothing will stop this country in its tracks if this happens–this country will come to a skretching halt–and if gas goes to $9-it will kill this country all toghter.

These are the promises he made–and my car ins and homeowners ins, and all utilities have jumped so high now we’re not sure if we can retire in our house at all…..and now the county wants to do away with our trash collection and bring in automated cans that are so expensive, not to mention the wkly cost and absolutely no grass clipping or landscape materials allowed. AND THE COST IS: TO BE DETERMINED! omg–they are taxing us and raising prices to whatever they want for their pockets….this is the final straw and we aren’t taking this sitting down–we have been emailing letters everywhere for the past 3 days for everyone in this county to say NO–enough is enough and wth is wrong with people–when do you fix something that isnt broken!

    Deaths Tied to Barack Obama

    Two most recent

Andrew Breitbart – Died of a massive heart attack, walking outside late at night, alone, in the dark approximately one week before he was to produce tapes of Obama’s extremist activities in college. More speculation: Breitbart: “Wait ‘Til They See What Happens March 1st”, Breitbart’s Footage Shows Obama ‘Palling Around’ With Terrorists….. Michael Cormier – respected forensic technician for the Los Angeles County Coroner died under suspicious circumstances at his North Hollywood home April 20, the same day Andrew Breitbart’s cause of death was finally made public. Medical examiners in Los Angeles are investigating the possible poisoning death

    Look at this one.

HASAD AL SHAREEZ – FBI informant. Reported to his handler in January 2001 that he had a tape about of a person named simply “B. Hussein” meeting with 9/11 hijacker Mohatma Atta in Prague. Was found shot in the basement of a mosque in Dearborn, MI in October, 2001.

Kate is right. Mitt Romney will lose to President Obama. As for Ron Paul, it is far, far too late for him to be declared the republcian nominee. He would lose too, but it would at least be interesting.

The monied established republicans have always intended that Romney be their choice. He was bought by them ages ago. Paul is independent. They can’t control him and therefore, they will not let him be the nominee. It really is that simple. They would rather have Romney, someone that will lose but is under their control than Paul, who might lose but is not under their control.
