Open Letter to Joe Biden

©2012 drkate

Ever wonder who the real president  of the United States is right now?  Technically, its Joe Biden.

Obama is constitutionally unqualified for the presidency under Article II, Section 1, Clause 5. At the end of the long process of voter fraud, voter intimidation, misinformation by the media, voting, vote theft, DNC fraud, and electoral college counts, the joint session of Congress assembled in early January 2009 to certify the electoral college votes.  Both the certification of the candidates and the call for objections to Obama’s eligibility that could have been raised on January 8, 2009 were not allowed/implemented/conducted  by then Vice President Cheney and/or Speaker Pelosi.

If Amendment Twelve would have been implemented– a legal, constitutional, and proper legislative action –Joe Biden would have been President and Sarah Palin Vice President.

Amendment Twelve says in part:

The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice-President and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate;

The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be   counted…

In Kerchner v. Obama  et al –including Cheney and Pelosi, government lawyers argued that these duties under the 12th Amendment were ministerial and not ‘official’; yet they used the official status of Cheney and Pelosi as a shield to prevent legal action while performing ‘official duties’.

But the duties involving the constitutional certification of the President and Vice President are consequential, serious, and constitutional.  Thus, President of the Senate and VP Joe Biden, and Speaker John Boehner need to be reminded of their duties under their solemn oath of office and their Constitutional responsibilities when it comes to Amendment Twelve.

Open Letter to President Joe Biden:

Dear President Biden:

As you are undoubtedly aware by now, Mr. Obama is not constitutionally eligible to hold the presidency. This makes you the current legal president of the United States and Mr. Obama an unlawful occupant of your office.  Since no one has officially acknowledged this I will be the first to congratulate you, and probably the first to offer condolences for the lack of recognition of this fact.

Since you are operating as Vice President, you are simultaneously the President of the Senate.  In that role you have a number of awesome responsibilities, including the certification and counting of the Electoral College vote on January 9, 2013.  That task requires, historically and under Amendment Twelve, the certification that the president/vice president-elect meet the constitutional qualifications of the office.

You have always had it within your power to redress the situation of Congress’ failure to certify Mr. Obama’s constitutional qualifications.  Under the Twenty-Fifth Amendment, you are able to recommend, with the majority of the cabinet, the removal of the President for a ‘disability‘ that makes him unable to fulfill the obligations of the office. As an officer of the United States, you should also know about Title 18 and the misprision of treason and felony statutes requiring the disclosure of activity that would be considered a crime under the laws of the United States.

During that day of January 2013, a number of objections to the certification of Barack Obama, if he is re-elected, are likely from several states, and will include representatives and senators. It is your constitutional duty to call for and hear those objections and ascertain the next steps.

In 2009, your predecessor VP Dick Cheney refused to call for or hear any objections.  Speaker Pelosi ignored the requirement to certify constitutional eligibility contained in Amendment Twelve.

However, unlike 2009, in 2013 millions of Americans are aware of the duty you have as President of the Senate, and as a sworn constitutional officer of the United States.  We will be watching and witnessing your actions that  significant day when your legacy, honor, office, and integrity will all be on the line.

Will history disdainfully conclude that you conspired to overthrow the United States by allowing and working with a constitutionally ineligible foreigner to usurp the office of the President?  Or will history glorify your action and integrity as the man who saved the Presidency?

Honor America, Mr. President.

Well I am sure there are many improvements and better zingers possible with a letter to Biden.😆   I hope you use this one, or draft your own…we can work on many levels to exert influence on those who must be told what to do.

The next officials that I will target letters to are those senators and congressmen in each of the states where a ballot challenge or other legal actions have been undertaken.  In theory anyway, the Senators and Representatives are obligated to object on behalf of their constituents.

Ballot Challenges are Not Over

Remember the ballot challenges are not over;  some suggest that the precedent set by of all the cases trying to get at Obama’s eligibility led to specific legal timing of a challenge–which has to be after he’s nominated but before his name is placed on a ballot.  The window of time is very short and each state varies.  Find your state’s window for the challenge to the state’s General Election ballot.

Your thoughts?  After that, open thread!🙂

Obama using DHS and his unelected czars to collapse the dollar and create civil war to keep in power this summer.
    No. Matter. What.
DHS brass laughs at Americans who let them grope and irradiate them. War will be propped up by economic chaos, racial and class division.
Louis Farrakhan is a CIA asset who will coordinate blacks and muslims to riot this summer, using any means necessary.
Pawns will simulate early rioting to upscale and Arab Spring uprising here, starting in the cities, shut down commerce, allowing DHS to mobilize teams into the streets of America without objection by the sheeple.

Obama will restrict travel through curfews and checkpoints.

Obama plans t ocreate chaos to DELAY ELECTIONS INDEFINITELY.

Obama regime works closely with Bernanke, Geithner to destroy the economy and middle class. Obama’s mother worked with Geithner’s father in Indonesia. clintons are highly involved in the “revolution” planned.

They know Europe will implode then massive hyperinflation will ensue with ultimate collapse of US dollar.

There will be blood in the streets as Obama wants when peopel realize there is no money. Planned Chaos.

Trayvon was the tip of the racial divide iceberg. More planned. Valerie Jarret was angry that after shots were fired at the white house that DHS hadn’t clamped down more.

Watch for an obama scuffing event, a false flag against him or his family, which will outrage “black America”, carefully choreographed to create racial chaos, making the Watts riots in 1968 and Rodney King riots pale in comparison.

    THE END GAME

Obama looks unworried about upcoming elections because his regime is planning a MANUFACTURED INSURGENCYagainst America. Obama is desperate to remain in office, and will use indefinite postponement of elections.

DHS “brass” is supporting him. They’re power hungry and want more power and to stay in charge.

DESTRUCTION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC with assistance of agencies under DHS is the end game.

Just a friendly FYI on Doug Hagman and his Northeast Intelligence Network, both he and Steven Quayle have been at this for years. There are occasions when they do provide good info, best to use discretion. Doug Hagman started out giving warnings after 9/11 to be on the lookout for any Middle Eastern men or women carrying a suitcase. He had ‘inside info’ they were all carrying nukes. His site charged a fee for information on ‘the terrorist’ Jihad roaming our streets…

The GOP has proven itself an ineffective and incompetent organization. It should be destroyed to give room for a new constitutional party.

Maybe I’m dense, or whatever. I thought that since obat picked Biden for his running mate that since obat was not eligible neither would Biden be, that anything that obat signed would be invalid, that any appointments would be invalid, so wouldn’t that leave Boehner as the pres pro tem until a new election? Boehner was voted in by the Congress after obat was declared the pres.
Personally I would love to see the majority of Congress/Senate behind bars for the roll they all played in installing this butt head in the white house.
Watching the RNC blatantly ignoring Ron Paul, I would love to help destroy the RNC and the DNC they are all traitors.

    • 16 drkate May 9, 2012 at 9:23 am

at this time you would be right Jan, Boehner would have to step in. But in 2009 there was still plausible deniablility that Joe didn’t know, Congress would have found that out and by law Biden would be president. Now they are all part of the sham, so this is a way to let them get rid of barky and ‘save face’…for the time when they are all jailed.

Wasn’t the first evidence of fraud the democratic certification of candidates by Nancy Pelosi to the Secretaries of State? A fraudulent document which named both Obama and Biden on the same certification.

This was the Constitutional Crisis that Breitbart, Ericson and the rest of ilk would rather sweep under the rug than support and defend the Constitution.

Does Orly know what is going on with this case and the Sheriff’s investigation? Trying to support or undermine the Sheriff? She has planted the idea that the sheriff is going to act ‘closer to the election’, which is that Sheriff Joe is acting politically. He is not a politician, he is law enforcement. Politics don’t count. So ultimately is she hurting herself or the investigation, or both?

I’d wait for the Sheriff’s word.

Obama Seeks Sovereignty Surrender Via LOST Treaty

    Posted 05/08/2012 06:49 PM ET

Sovereignty: Even if he’s not re-elected, the president hopes to leave behind a treaty giving a U.N. body veto power over the use of our territorial waters and to which we’d be required to give half of our offshore oil revenue.

The Law Of The Sea Treaty (LOST) has been lurking in the shadows for decades. Like the Kyoto Protocol that pretended to be an effort to save the earth from the poisoned fruit of the Industrial Revolution, LOST pretends to be an effort to protect the world’s oceans from environmental damage and remove it as a cause of potential conflicts between nations.

controlled opposition. protecting himself with establishment republicans, who support Obama in office and want him to win. Divert attention from the more serious aspects of obama’s BC fraud by saying nothing about something else. Kerchner speculates the selective service information/evidence has been disposed of, so its ‘safe’ to talk about it. This is all about the Mockingbird Stuff…what song is Rush singing, or imitating?

      • 29 Voco Indubium May 9, 2012 at 10:19 pm

Thanks. I think you are right.

        • 30 drkate May 9, 2012 at 10:51 pm

BTW, personal view–for all his millions, they’ve got Rush on taxes, investments, or other financial stuff. He’s bought and can on the surface have body guards, but his self is owned, lock, stock and barrel…😯

          • 31 heather May 10, 2012 at 7:16 am

And don’t forget that a few yrs ago Rush was arrested for illegal drugs–drugs he had to have for his back pain (I can so relate to that)…he paid his dues and the libs still hang him whenever he speaks out to much–they will crush him both personally and financially if too much gets out.

Rush is still on a some sort of probation/court action at this time, but I read that’s about to come to an end. Whatever sentencing he got is nearly over and quite frankly he doesnt need to speak out about this corruption in DC—he let’s his callers do it for him….after all he has a multimillion audience and what better way to spread the word—exactly as he is doing. Customer service is done the exact way, word of mouth.

Rush isn’t about to destroy his own life for the likes of barry and co and I wouldnt either–and that doesnt make me less of a patriot, because there are all kinds of ways to skin a cat….my mother used to say, the bigger you are the harder you fall, and this will come to be. They will go down hard and there will be arrests made.

These corrupt criminals in DC knew exactly what they were doing when they LET a usurper take over with this coup—a black man, with a black family that no one really knew much about—but by GOD we cannot afford to have him lose–there will be riots in the streets and Americans will be the cause because of racism–so their racial card has been played to the max and now everyone has had enough of it–to hell with racism, they created it – not us. The American people IMO have decided enough is enough and they want him gone!

            • 32 Voco Indubium May 10, 2012 at 10:57 am

              RE: Rush

I don’t blame Rush for his overuse of prescription drugs. However, I take issue with the implicit assumption that he could not defend himself physically, legally and his character. He has the money, the power, the influence and the connections. In the worst case he could set up his headquarters outside of the US temporarily.

In addition he could enhance his reputation and go down in history as the man who brought down the Prez, Watergate-style.

We need only one man like Cato the Elder. Who was convinced that the Roman’s vital interest was to eliminate the threat of Carthage. No matter what the theme was, he finished every speech in the senate with: “Carthago delenda est”, (“And Carthage Must be Destroyed”.)

Imagine, Rush finishing his every broadcast with the words: And the eligibility of the president must be investigated. With words like that Rush could eliminate O from the Dem ticket, well before the election, and he would go down in history as the champion of the constitution and truth, as the Watergate-journalists.

The “Doctor of Democracy” doesn’t even know that what the Founders gave us was Republic.

                Consititution, Article 4, Section 4

The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.

RE: The first Prez to endorse same-sex marriage

The Prez has made a hard decision to gain the vote of a very vocal group, nevertheless close to his heart.

If after his second term he wants to be the leader of the world’s Moslem caliphate, with DC as capital-city, the today’s statement will not endear him in the eyes of Moslems.

It had to be a hard decision. Decisions, decisions – stress and stress – in the oval office most occupants turn gray. But as a good politician, he figures 4.5 years from now, no Moslem will remember what he said today.

    • 42 heather May 10, 2012 at 7:28 am

    • 43 j2j2 May 10, 2012 at 11:51 am

For the fraud, there is NEVER a hard decision….he has always spoken out ot both sides of mouth.
When is this nation going to recognize that fact….and not only him, but all politicians.
But maybe not Rand and Ron???

    • 45 parker May 10, 2012 at 12:12 pm

Remember that he campaigned for Communist Odinga back in 07-08, pushing laws promoting homosexuality. Kenyans rejected the legislation and TPTB in Kenya demanded that Obama stay out of their business. Odinga lost, then killed women and children who were hiding in a church. Odinga went on to be given a co-leadership position…after making threats.

So, Obama seems to be consistent in pushing the homosexuality issue…but is it for votes? Or it is an issue with which he identifies personally?

      • 46 Voco Indubium May 10, 2012 at 1:01 pm

RE: “Or it is an issue with which he identifies personally?”

Good question. Especially in view of this:

“Dems’ elections chief: Gay marriage will have little impact
        USA TODAY –

By Susan Davis, USA TODAY The House Democrats’ top campaign strategist said President Obama’s declaration that gay Americans should be able to marry will have little ripple effect on races this November.

So if that is so – why is he doing it, if not for what you suggested?

        • 47 drkate May 10, 2012 at 1:09 pm

they’re hoping it has little effect. but what its doing is announcing ahead of time that obama is gay before someone else does, so they can just dismiss it.

His funding from the gay community was threatened–and gay guys have a lot of money.

Its just one more example, like the ground zero mosque, where he shouldn’t say anything but does to divide us and shift the conversation away from his serious infractions

          • 48 Voco Indubium May 10, 2012 at 4:48 pm

He certainly shifted the attention – all the “conservative” and even the mainstream media talks only about this issue.

In spite that the surveys show that most voters agree with O on this issue, I have a suspicion that they are wrong. This is still a conservative nation, although less and less conservative year by year. Even left-wing California rejected it by vote some years back.

I think that O may have miscalculated on this one. He may get the Hollywood-elite campaign money, but it is going to cost him a lot more votes than he the votes he gains. Of course, if Romney reacts in McCain-fashion, that will not happen.

By the way, I was surprised to hear Mark Levin attacking the Justice Department on behalf of Sheriff Joe.

          • 49 heather May 10, 2012 at 9:25 pm

Yes gay guys do have a lot of money, that’s a well known fact–and for 4 yrs now I have said that michelle is a transvesite–just look at her large features and her round shoulder posture. Next come the girls, the youngest one looks and acts like one while the oldest is tall and slinky. So for barry to say that he has spoken to her and the girls and they agree with same sex marriage is absolutely pathetic–they arent even 16 and know all of this? How can this be—most families would never have open discussions on homosexuality let alone be proudly open about it.

LC is right about the girls, who knows what goes on behind those closed doors–when at a moments notice he demands an interview declaring his and his family are for same sex marriages.

Late this afternoon I finally heard a soldier talking to hannity on his radio show, and I had been waiting for someone, anyone to talk about what he said—when barry gave that interview he talked about the military and refered to it as “HIS MILITARY”…………..which pissed me off to the max and I was screaming with paint brushes in my hands………..and this soldier was adament that they do not belong to barry, their oath is to the USA to protect and defend, not him, and they are not his slaves…………..so needless to say, the military are anti barry.

He is one disgusting pos muslim – a liar, non Christian, Christians do not believe in dont ask dont tell same sex marriages, or abortions, or anything else he does and God will tend to him, I promise because that’s the promise God made to those who follow and believe in HIM.

And 1 more thing, Michelle Bachmann was a dual citizen of Switzerland and the US and used her husbands nationality as an excuse! OMG—and she was running for potus as a dual citizen and no one knew it. She’s toast now.

REV. WARREN: Okay. There’s a lot more I’d like to ask on that, but we got 15 other questions here.

    Define marriage.

SEN. OBAMA: I believe that marriage is the union between a man and a woman. (Applause.) Now, for me as a Christian, it’s also a sacred union. You know, God’s in the mix. (Applause.)

REV. WARREN: Would you support a constitutional amendment with that definition?

SEN. OBAMA: No, I would not.

    REV. WARREN: Why not?

SEN. OBAMA: (Applause.) Because historically, we have not defined marriage in our Constitution. It’s been a matter of state law that has been our tradition. Now, I mean, let’s break it down. The reason that people think there needs to be a constitutional amendment, some people believe, is because of the concern about same-sex marriage. I am not somebody who promotes same-sex marriage, but I do believe in civil unions. I do believe that we should not — that for gay partners to want to visit each other in a hospital, for the state to say, you know what, that’s all right, I don’t think in any way inhibits my core beliefs about what marriage are.

I think my faith is strong enough and my marriage is strong enough that I can afford those civil rights to others, even if I have a different perspective or a different view. (Applause.)

Just heard Mike Huckabee quote O from 2008, part of what Durus has quoted: “SEN. O: I believe that marriage is the union between a man and a woman. Now, for me as a Christian, it’s also a sacred union. You know, God’s in the mix. “

Huck says the press will not call the inconsistency but Romney should. We will see if Romney is a fighter – McCain was a war hero but a coward when it came to confront O. We will see if we are repeating 2008. This is a test.

      • 53 Tenacity May 10, 2012 at 4:34 pm

War hero according to whom? That’s not what I heard from witnesses. Don’t forget the Swift Boat folks. McCain like Rubio, if he had any integrity would admit he is not a natural born citizen.

Speaking of which, Ralph Nader is technically the President as he got the most votes amongst those constitutionally eligible in 2008.

At least he sold himself that way, pretty successfully.

RE: “Ralph Nader is technically the President as he got the most votes amongst those constitutionally eligible in 2008.”

Interesting – I think you are right. But after disqualifying the Prez the succession is not automatic, Congress would have to decide and they could decide a new election or have an interim Prez until the next ellection.

Has Ralph ever thought of that? He could file a Quo Warranto.

It feels like it’s raining non-natural born citizens and now a dual citizen of a former presidential candidate? She knew when she was running that she wasn’t qualified. Why , all of a sudden, do we have so many questinable people wanting to be POTUS or VPOTUS? Do no good people in this country want the job who are actually eligible? Ah, yes, we have Ron Paul! I’m sure he wouldn’t pick a VP running mate who is ineligible.

      • 75 Voco Indubium May 11, 2012 at 10:49 am

RE: “…Ah, yes, we have Ron Paul! I’m sure he wouldn’t pick a VP running mate who is ineligible.”

I would support him, but how can you be sure? He is silent on the issue just like the others. In fact he made some statement in the past that the issue is distracting or something in that nature. Let’s face it he is a selective constitutionalist.

        • 76 Tenacity May 11, 2012 at 11:30 am

What he said was that if he had objected at the electoral college, “I would have been made a laughing stock”.

I keep suggesting that people read The Iron Web by Larkin Rose. If you don’t get into office or onto the right committee and maintain some level of support by peers, you never reach a position of significant influence. Dr. Paul has fought a good fight and been consistent in his message and voting. They* have marginalized him by misrepresenting his foreign policy, enforcing media blackouts on him, laughing at him, ignoring him, and cheating in polls, caucus & primary votes. I have little doubt that They* would have drawn & quartered him had he attacked eligibility. Sometimes it is easy to criticize when we are not the one with our finger on the trigger or facing the barrel.

          • 77 heather May 11, 2012 at 1:36 pm

            I agree 100%.

          • 78 Voco Indubium May 11, 2012 at 1:43 pm

He is the best of the bunch. .

However, I maintain that he is a selective constitutionalist.

He is afraid that they laugh at him? He should laugh at them and ridicule them and call them traitors, and cover up artists, and demand uncovering the documents and immediate investigation. He would be standing on the truth and he should accuse them that they laugh at him on false grounds.

So if we assume that the “laughing at him” is his real reason, he has no confidence in his own ability to defend a constitutional truth. Not a great characteristic for a Prez. Afraid to tell the truth because afraid of false and groundless accusations.

RE: “I have little doubt that They* would have drawn & quartered him had he attacked eligibility. Sometimes it is easy to criticize when we are not the one …”

These people are our representatives and taxpayers pay them for the work of representing them. All of them took oaths to protect the constitution, even if such work is unpleasant or draws resistance. These members of congress and candidates have the opportunity to correct and improve mistakes or injustice. The average citizen does not.

So the average citizen can and should criticize and say: “If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.”

            • 80 Tenacity May 12, 2012 at 1:36 pm

VI, I am in your camp. The reality in Presidential politics is that you have to get the votes of a bunch of people that are asleep, in denial, uninformed & scared of the truth. All of those people believe most of what they hear out of the bankster controlled media. Additionally, it takes two to object at the electoral college, one Senator and one Congressman. In 2008, what Senator do you honestly believe would have stepped up? Dr. Paul has been laughed at to no end. He didn’t say they would laugh at him, but said they would have made a laughing stock of him. There is a huge difference. One you can ignore, the other renders you politically impotent. No doubt someone needed to object and they didn’t. I was not happy with any of them at the time. I had to ultimately forgive Dr. Paul and respect his calculated judgment. He is our best champion and he would have been totally negated had he acted alone.

As an aside, Cheney never even offered the opportunity to object. He is a traitor and deserves to be convicted as such.

                RE: RP, Joe Biden, Cheney

I agree with you that RP is still the best of the bunch. I just heard a TV show organized by the Wall Street Journal. Carl Rove was one of the guest-panelists. They really marginalized RP.

By the way they were not at all optimistic that the GOP will win the top spot. It sounded almost as if they are preparing the party’s members that the GOP will lose. I am beginning to think that Michael Savage is right, (WND story) when he says that the top GOP leadership wants to lose.

Where we disagree is RP’s refusal to address the vital issue. He cannot be marginalized by his own party any more than he is. He said that he will not run for any office after this attempt. So why not go down in history as the champion of truth? He still has the opportunity, but not for long, before he fades into obscurity. And his popularity would increase, not suffer, as Trump’s popularity increased at the time of that half-hearted attempt. The imagined and publicized threat of riots is nonsense. it was probably invented by Carl Rove. There would not be any such thing.

We very much agree on Cheney. If he could be successfully sued or not, was discussed on Leo’s site in 2009. Leo though that such lawsuit would not succeed. It would be interesting and perhaps useful to get a second legal opinion on that, and if there is a chance, Joe Biden should be politely and respectfully advised, in the vein of DrKate’s excellent letter.

Kerchner sued Obama Pelosi and Cheney. Gov’t attys argued that Pelosi and Cheney could not be sued for actions they took while performing their duties but also and argued those duties were ‘ministerial’ and not official

We know the collapse is coming but I look for it to happen before the election, if there actually is one. Isn’t that how the fraud got in in ’08 by claiming that only he could straighten out the economy? Think Cloward-Pivin, Washington insider.

    • 91 Tenacity May 11, 2012 at 11:38 am

Who/what is Ulsterman? When I look at articles there other than the insider pieces, I am not only not impressed, I find them off base, shallow & not worth the read. We have little information on these insiders. For all I know, they are as much a part of the problem as any solution. They are more likely controlled opposition than true rogue whistle-blowers. As Herzl said, the goyim will accept words for deeds and wait until it is too late to act.

      • 92 cedartree May 11, 2012 at 12:02 pm

I agree, it’s kind of like Obama’s composite girlfriend…they “found” some dialogue-y description of Obama sweat and cologne and crap which sounded like a homoerotic fantasy, all b.s., Ulsterman is too conversational, gutter, stupid…maybe one tidbit per 500 words, and you’re right it sounds like controlled opposition. Once Ulsterman “threatened” tea partiers and constitutionalists to “lay off” the eligibility issue, like it was a boogeyman topic.

    RE: Romney’s apology

Has the Prez not admited in his book illegal drug use and alcohol abuse? Here we go again: 2008-McCain-apology-style. Romney apologizes what may or may not happened 47 years ago. He should file a law suit immediately, in retaliation, for illegal drug use of the Prez. And every time the regime attacks him file a new law suit on the ignored issues.

    • 95 heather May 11, 2012 at 1:41 pm

so romney cut the guys hair–big deal! my son did the same thing as a freshman in HS–of course he got expelled, but i called DC and spoke to Senator Pell who was head of education at the time, and he got my son back in school, but the last half of the day–and he learned a valuable lesson, I went to school with him and to each of his classes. Of course he didnt like that much, but too bad, somewhere along the line he had to learn–he’s lucky he didnt get his butt kicked–that was 28 yrs ago and he still talks about it today. I embarrassed him–too bad he embarrassed me so he got a lesson that has lasted a lifetime!

It was the talk of the small town we lived in and what made it even worse (but funny)was no one had ever challenged these snobs who sat on the school board—except me, and the more they looked down their noses at me, the more they showed their true liberal colors. I made sure when I had to go to that committee meeting that I drug along the local newspaper. Crap out of 1000 students, they couldnt control 1 and I guess I made them all look like the fools they were. I got the last laugh though.

    • 101 Tenacity May 11, 2012 at 10:47 pm

The fact is that each State has its own party rules. Some, like Colorado, have delegates declare who they are bound to vote for in the first round at national convention and most are undeclared. They are not bound by any straw poll or primary, but by their own declaration. In Colorado for example, none of the Ron Paul delegates were declared and are thus free to vote their own conscience. Some of them were initially for other non-Romney candidates but were leaning toward Dr. Paul. Thus, of the 33 State delegates, 20 are Ron Paul supporters.

This endurance contest is shaping up to be very exciting.

Has anyone noticed a difference in LC writing since hes been back? Seems a bit different than before.

      • 104 drkate May 11, 2012 at 7:34 pm

        How so?

        • 105 heather May 11, 2012 at 7:41 pm

Can’t put my finger on the exact words, but words and writing seem different almost like its someone else trying to write for LC. I know it sounds strange but ever since LC started writing again I noticed a difference.

          • 106 drkate May 11, 2012 at 9:06 pm

well, can’t say as I’ve noticed anything different than being more direct…new or expanded sources perhaps…

      • 107 Tenacity May 11, 2012 at 10:52 pm

I agree with you Heather. I don’t see it as someone else in that it is obviously quite LC, but is an increased edge at times and an even more recklessness at times. He doesn’t seem to be too concerned whether a reader gets what he’s saying at moments. Its as though the genius slips over the edge toward insanity consciously, if that makes any sense.

        • 108 no-nonsense-nancy May 12, 2012 at 4:06 am

That article the other day about Hitler, practically honoring him, was over the top. It made me ill. I think LC is some wacked out person. And does he ever give any links or proof of what he claims?
          just my opinion.

This is from a piece by Hagmann
      http://www.canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/46516

Excerpt from phone call with Rosebud:

“The DHS takes their marching orders from the Obama administration, from Obama himself, but mostly from his un-appointed czars. And Jarrett, especially Valerie Jarrett. Don’t think for a minute that the administration is doing anything to stabilize events in the U.S. They are revolutionaries, and revolutionaries thrive on chaos,” he added.

My source stated that he has not seen things this bad since he began working within DHS. “It’s like they [DHS agency heads] don’t care about what the American people see or feel about what the DHS agencies are doing. They figure that if the average American will put up with being “sexually groped and nuked” just to fly, they’ll accept almost anything. “That’s why their actions are becoming more overt. “It’s in your face and the brass actually chuckle about it” said my source.

I wonder what it will take—the situation in France should be more than enough. Should be !! The failure of socialism is synergetic, Failure only begets more socialism. Will we address the US problem in time??

  22. 115 Gary Wilmott May 12, 2012 at 9:31 am

    Hi Dr. Kate,

I disagree with your premise that Biden would be the rightful successor. Biden was picked by the ILLEGAL Obama and they were elected as a two-man slate. Leaving Biden in after Obama was gone (to prison I would hope) would in effect mean that the USURPER himself had chosen his successor and thus would in absentia (from prison I hope) still have influence on the leadership in the USA. That is unacceptable. Also…consider the pardons that Biden would issue!

    • 116 drkate May 12, 2012 at 10:14 am

I agree Gary. What I’m saying is that in 2009, there might have still been “plausible deniability” for Biden and the joint house session.

In 2013, Biden should call for objections and then recuse himself or resign from any further deliberation. House and Senate choose the president and vice president.

I agree with Tenacity that Ralph Nader was the only qualified president in 2009. Not sure about Palin for the same reasons you mentioned above re obama.

    • 117 j2j2 May 12, 2012 at 6:44 pm

Then as this is suggested by many constitution and legislature scholars, all of the successors are ineligible??

    • 119 Tenacity May 12, 2012 at 6:57 pm

Look at the date of that article. Being 2 tiers away, it is unlikely this will bring him down.

    • 120 drkate May 12, 2012 at 7:32 pm

Interesting, the ‘selective dirt’ being released, the other in connection with Romney cutting hair off a gay guy. So release itself is timed to gradually lull people into accepting corruption–as long as its not Obama. The gender, race, and homophobe cards pulled at once. This is only the beginning.

That said, if enough of this is released and Paul still makes headway, it will affect the ticket, nominee, the platform and the eventual taking back the political power from the cabal that has it now.
