Holder’s Terror Games

©2011 drkate

Important Update and Research Request.  The Supreme Court ruled that the mandate is unconstitutional, but said other parts of the bill survive.  The law had no severability clause, which was removed, so that any provision of the law that is ruled unconstitutional voids the entire law itself.   So as of this moment, Obamacare is dead in my opinion.  Please folks do some research today to find out about this and post your results here.  Revolution Radio tonight will have full coverage.

Looks like its going to be a bad day for Eric Holdup and Barack Soetoro/Obama. 😛

Update 2:  House votes Holder in criminal contempt of Congress, 255-67

The Terror Pattern

This post is about the continuing story of Eric Holder’s on-going campaign to create terror within the United States, and comes as the intent of Fast and Furious  now becomes perfectly clear.  The Holder-Obama plan was to create terror on the southwestern border of the United States traced to American guns sold in American gun stores.  The universal abhorrence of  violence and bloodshed would have enabled the introduction and passage of stricter gun control legislation. We have heard of this  strategy before:

This stunning story about Eric Holder and the Oklahoma City bombing is reported  here, with the following excerpt from that report:

…the Oklahoma City bombing had aspects of being an FBI sting operation that went out of control. Holder had authorized the FBI to provide explosives to Nichols and McVeigh, then lost track of both the explosives and their targets. McVeigh went on to detonate some of the explosives outside the federal building, an act that was designed to help anti-terrorism legislation pass Congress. But an additional case of explosives was unaccounted for. (emphasis added)

Now that we know what happened despite AG Holder’s obfuscation,  Fast and Furious was clearly designed to create terror to ‘help pass  gun control legislation  and the NDAA , the then- pending but now passed  onerous totalitarian anti-liberty legislation that diet-coke Romney supports, Ron Paul completely opposes, and Obama threatens to use. So, the pattern is to create and arm the terrorist, create chaos and murder, then pass anti gun or anti-terror legislation so long as there is a ‘war’ on drugs or ‘war’ on terror.  The end result is always a military/police state. This is lawless, unconscionable, and terrorist behavior out of the unscrupulous AG Holder (aka Eric Hold-up), aided and abetted by Obama that is covered by lies, for which people have died, and lots of them.

The Obama administration’s war on Arizona was in part designed to shield the administration from the illegal activities of Holder’s BATF and the entire fast and furious scheme.  I am sure if they could have found a way to blame Sheriff Arpaio for the gun walking they would have.  They may still blame him.  Also,  if the gun shop owners who had been directed by ATF to sell the guns to known criminals hadn’t come forward, you can believe that they would have been fingered for the violence, even though they ‘signed agreements’ purporting to shield them.

The State Department and Obama’s  Executive Privilege

But wait, there’s more.  Hillary Clinton is said to have been a mastermind behind Fast and Furious as well, and there is suspicion that the State Department sold grenades and other military equipment to another mexican drug cartel.  But association with criminals, guns, and war crimes is nothing new for Ms. Clinton as her State Department has overseen the overthrow of middle-eastern governments (aka, ‘the arab spring’) and their replacement with the Muslim Brotherhood.

Obama’s claim of Executive Privilege drags his ass squarely into the middle of Fast and Furious, where his ‘under the radar’ promise of work on gun control to Sarah Brady connects the dots directly to Holder and the operation itself.   This bold use of Executive Privilege is Obama daring Congress to come after them both…and its a dare that will work as Congress is so compromised it cannot take this any further than a contempt vote.

Congressional Black Caucus to Stage a Race Tantrum

Staging a Race Tantrum

Causing a political scene is as usual, Mad Maxine Waters, who plans to lead the Congressional Black Caucus out of the House chambers when the vote on Holder is taken.  Calling it an election year political stunt, it is great theater–along with this ridiculous statement by another CBC member.  Remember race, gender, and class are the tickets to the Demoncrats party.  Trouble is, too many are not taking the bait and won’t be switched by this nonsense.

“Illegal” does not equal “racist”, you idiots.

Larger than this incompetent is the plan disclosed in this video, found in context here.  The war on liberty and financial freedom has been underway for a long time, before our founding as a Nation; with the same tactics being used over and over again.  And now they kill us in huge amounts, like OKC and 9-11; the chemtrails, vaccines, economic system, and the means of food production. Planned ‘incompetence’ as represented by people like Eric Holdup,  purchased by the global elite and placed inside governments all over the world, now has a firm grip on America. We are not fighting the Constitution; this global cabal is, and everyone is disposable.

What kind of retaliation do you think these felons have in store for America?

The double whammy of losing Obamacare and Holdup’s contempt citation gives the Obutt everything he needs to run against an ‘obstructionist’ congress and supreme court. The problem for Obama is that the public is not on their side.

Nevertheless, don’t let your guard down as they will use their own disaster to try to make a run-around us all.

  2. 2 drkate June 27, 2012 at 11:10 pm

Holder has been in the background of:
    Oklahoma city bombing
    TWA flight 800
First and Second world trade center bombings
    Elian Gonzales
    Ron Brown murder
    Representing terrorists pro bono
Granting terrorists trials in the US
    Underwear bomber
    Times Square bomber

Isn’t it time for Holder to permanently retire to a jail cell, where he can be on the receiving end of getting screwed?

    • 3 Voco Indubium June 27, 2012 at 11:39 pm

I think you are too optimistic assessing Congress. If I would venture a prediction, it would not be prison for Holder, but they will let him resign gracefully, so O is not harmed. Congress is scared of being called racists, (usually wrongly). Mad Maxine plan will partially work.

      • 4 drkate June 27, 2012 at 11:47 pm

oh even if they do give him a contempt citation, they won’t take it any further, and Holder will not resign, nor will Obama fire him. Its all a game.

        • 5 Voco Indubium June 28, 2012 at 12:07 am

You are probably right that a contempt citation could be the end of it. So maybe I was too optimistic about congress when I said they will force him to resign.

          • 6 Jan Rogers June 28, 2012 at 12:55 am

Take a look at Barney Frank, how many charges did Congress levy against him, and he just got re-elected.

Tomorrow will be interesting, I just wonder what joyous surprise they have in store for us if SCOTUS rules in our favor and Congress rules against holder. I’m not a betting person, but there are probably millions across the world taking wagers tonight.

        RE: Andrew Fraser’s articles

The two articles paint a dismal but possibly true picture. Showing how the present stage was reached is very valuable in understanding the current situation. For many conservatives, even when admitting that the painting reflects reality, it is emotionally too painful giving up hope.

Missouri needs to flush McKaskill down the drain. She’s up for reelection and has distanced herself from her buddy nobama until her run is over. Let’s boot her to the curb Missouri. Hey ho she gotta go.
    Watch her lose bigtime

    • 13 parker June 28, 2012 at 8:10 pm

McCaskill was behind an attempt to amend the requirements for the qualifications to run for POTUS. She’s a New World Order putz.

  4. 14 Quantum Leap June 28, 2012 at 1:29 am

It over for Holder. He done. Stick a fork in him. Dems in congress will vote for contempt.

They want us all to be afraid so they can control us. We are so past that. It’s not working. That would be like trying the herd a bunch of cats. We cannot be controlled.

Their race baiting is not working. Let ‘The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People’ group storm out and throw a fit. We do not care. Their EQ is very low. They are emotional basketcases. They act like little children only worse. Advancement of Islamofascist marxist colored people my butt. They want to take over. You can’t fix savages. Why does congress even have a FAVORED group? This is 2012 not 1892. How advanced can ya get…..a cushy gig in congress with little work to do and lots of parties and free trips. How about a group called “National Association for the Advancement of Pink People”? That’s a color too.

sky–its past time for our military to arrest them all—they should have marched into the WH 3 yrs ago when he was sworn in illegally by a paid off judge.

            • 24 RacerJim June 28, 2012 at 9:50 am

Sad but true…the time for a modern day General George S. Patton to lead his “Blood-N-Guts” Army into Washington DC and arrest, try, convict and appropriately punish Obama/Soetoro/Soebarkah et al was the day he was sworn in illegally (in secret and without a Bible) by a paid off and now Dishonorable SCOTUS Judge.

It’s sickening. Wasn’t Roberts the 5th vote. The vote that pushed this thorugh as a freakin TAX! Tea party has been screaming that it was a tax but MSM made fun of them. Premiums come out of everone’s paycheck. If you don’t have Ins pay a fine of $200. OMFG That puts me at 50% taxes all total combined. I can’t do this anymore. Paying 50% is a sin.

      • 29 heather June 28, 2012 at 9:07 pm

and we wont be able to afford our mortgage with all the insurance increases between homeowners and car because of the storms. this is just too much.

i just called my mtg co today and told them i wanted to end my escrow–i will pay it myself, because apparently they were paying my taxes and ins at the end of the yr (per my escrow statement)which means they were using all of my money all yr making interest–so i will no longer escrow and will keep a separate act and pay at the end of the yr too. will just deduct it monthly and pay in dec. I save money that way.

      • 30 heather June 29, 2012 at 1:40 pm

the tax will be $690 per person and that includes each family member–so say a family of 5 opts out–their tax will be $3450.

  7. 31 no-nonsense-nancy June 28, 2012 at 7:58 am

    Very good post, Kate.

Why did we expect any different from SCOTUS? They are all pigs. And that bi**** who should have recused herself, especially. Well, my daughter should be happy. She works for a big insurance company. And my other daughter, who is concerned about her brother-in-law who supposedly can’t afford health insurance and is going to get it free now! HaHa.

    I am beyond angry.

    • 32 heather June 28, 2012 at 8:19 am

I hope everyone knows that AIG insurance co got billions of dollars from the tarp money and who owns AIG—the muslims! So they get printed money and we are taxed to pay it back! So NNN–her company will make money BUT she will be taxed heavily and so it goes around and around–every one with a job and all the seniors on SS will pay heavy for this destruction of our republic.

Like I just told my brother, who said think positive that the republicans will repeal this in NOV—really?—well barry hired 18k irs agents and armed them with high powered rifles-to collect and kill us.

      • 33 Sallyal June 28, 2012 at 7:22 pm

My insurance gets cancelled immediately. I am healthy (for now). I will pay cash for whatever testing I need for the time being. Cash pts get BIG discounts. My monthly savings of over 225.00 can be put to better use.

  9. 35 Bob's Box June 28, 2012 at 8:13 am

Got this from Devvy Kidd in my email…SHE BLAMES THE IRS, AND THUS THE FEDERAL RESERVE!

    Obamacare upheld.

Not under the commerce clause, but under the taxing power of the Outlaw Congress.

Roberts sided with the socialists on the court. He was the swing vote on this case.

Many states have voted to reject Obamacare.

I have said all along: Look out. The forcing of an ‘individual mandate’ will be upheld by the IRS with a gun to your head and that’s just what old Roberts said.

The states can reject Obamacare, but how are they going to protect their citizens from the IRS?

To say I’m shocked is putting it mildly.

The impostor president said over and over and over the bill was not a tax.

What Roberts and the rest of the !@!#! on the court said is the criminal syndicate (Congress) can force you and me to purchase anything they want to shove down our throats. The court said those gangsters can legislate have the “right” to legislate our behavior. It is truly insane.

“To consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men and not more so. They have with others the same passions for party, for power, and the privilege of their corps. Their maxim is boni judicis est ampliare jurisdictionem [good justice is broad jurisdiction], and their power the more dangerous as they are in office for life and not responsible, as the other functionaries are, to the elective control. The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots. It has more wisely made all the departments co-equal and co-sovereign within themselves.” –Thomas Jefferson to William C. Jarvis, 1820. ME 15:277

“In denying the right [the Supreme Court usurps] of exclusively explaining the Constitution, I go further than do, if I understand rightly quotation from the Federalist of an opinion that ‘the judiciary is the last resort in relation to the other departments of the government, but not in relation to the rights of the parties to the compact under which the judiciary is derived.’ If this opinion be sound, then indeed is our Constitution a complete felo de se [act of suicide]. For intending to establish three departments, coordinate and independent, that they might check and balance one another, it has given, according to this opinion, to one of them alone the right to prescribe rules for the government of the others, and to that one, too, which is unelected by and independent of the nation. For experience has already shown that the impeachment it has provided is not even a scare-crow… The Constitution on this hypothesis is a mere thing of wax in the hands of the judiciary, which they may twist and shape into any form they please.” –Thomas Jefferson to Spencer Roane, 1819. ME 15:212

“This member of the Government was at first considered as the most harmless and helpless of all its organs. But it has proved that the power of declaring what the law is, ad libitum, by sapping and mining slyly and without alarm the foundations of the Constitution, can do what open force would not dare to attempt.” –Thomas Jefferson to Edward Livingston, 1825. ME 16:114

  10. 36 heather June 28, 2012 at 8:21 am

And Roberts also said that the states and people still have their power! Really? WTH does that mean–that is a massive slap in our face–or was that statement (in writing) a hidden message for us? Its on page 8 of their ruling.

    • 37 Tenacity June 28, 2012 at 8:29 am

        • 39 heather June 28, 2012 at 8:46 am

That is correct! I woke up this morning with words that were dancing in my head—we are no longer a sovereign country, no longer a constitutional republic. We are too interwoven with the world and it will take decades to unwind us if ever. They have had yrs to destroy us under the cover of darkness and never let this crap be known until now.

We have absolutely NO REPRESENTATION BUT WE HAVE MASSIVE ILLEGAL TAXATION. And what did our founders do about this–they fought a revalution.

        • 41 sky June 30, 2012 at 9:19 am

Dont forget the congress they are elitist also,Look at all their benefits, even when they work a term or so, these people should know that what their jobs are is a service, not a corporation. Term limits now then they must go get a job somewhere else. Stop middlemen lobbiest.

  13. 44 no-nonsense-nancy June 28, 2012 at 9:26 am

They want us to rise up and rebel against this. That’s why they did it. Then they can kill us all.

    • 45 heather June 28, 2012 at 9:35 am

oh wth–they plan on killing us who oppose him one way or another–but now is the time for US to outsmart these criminal thugs. somewhere inside the scotus ruling there has to be an open loophole and you can bet that the constitutional attornies will be looking.

    • 46 drkate June 28, 2012 at 9:41 am

The one possibly good thing about this is that it will FINALLY wake people up enough to start working for our republic. It was always how bad it was going to get before Americans would wake up. So the next American revolution begins.

      • 47 no-nonsense-nancy June 28, 2012 at 9:56 am

Are people really going to wake up, or are they going to keep on burying their heads in the sand? I know this is a giant tax but people go ahead and pay those taxes. Do we truly have enough people in this country who are willing to actually fight for it?

      • 48 heather June 28, 2012 at 9:58 am

its being said that all those who do not have healthcare will be the ones who will be paying for it–but each one of us is on the edge, either of trying to hold onto our jobs, or approaching SS/medicare….and in the end the employers will drop all insurance and we will be in that same line.

its people like my niece who thinks the govt should support us—well wth–how do they do that when they produce nothing of monatary value—they tax us–so those who are for this that are entitlees if they claim kids on their taxes and expect their refunds of 5000+ that money will go directly to the irs for payment for their insurance–watch them scream its unfair! well stupid you voted for this so keep screaming………..i am totally fed up totally. just sitting here thinking what country i can move to–i will sell everything i own including my house – take my money and leave–and most US drs are moving and opening clinics in costa rico. there really is no other place to go at this time.

RE: SCOTUS – Consequences beyond O’Care

DrKate said sometimes ago that nbc should not be defined by the current SCOTUS. I was hesitant to agree with her. Now, I think she is right. So now the “nbc-eligibility-card” should not be played. So only the “bc-card” is left. But the GOP refuses to make a political issue out of it risking O’s reelection. Not looking good.

    • 53 heather June 28, 2012 at 11:29 am

The bc is where Sheriff Joe is coming from–and now Lord Monkton. But unless our military stands for their oath we are still without representation.

  17. 55 True Patriot June 28, 2012 at 12:22 pm

Roberts is now a common criminal just like these thugs we have in our WH.
The blood of this country is now on his hands & all of these evil corrupt scum need to be purged from America.

I agree with Dr. Kate that the problem Congress and the rest of this cesspool has is the “majority” of the American people do not support the behavior of these “Outlaws” corrupting every part of this nation.

I say “Throw Down Boy” taken from my favorite Western Tombstone.

Meaning throw them all out, every damn one of them. It would be important to also mention they are outnumbered globally 1 million to 1 corrupt scumbag

  18. 56 Tiger 7 June 28, 2012 at 1:55 pm

The only good coming from this SCOTUS mess is that 60% 0f the public are opposed to obamacare and the court decision leaves that issue on the table for the GOP to use against bho. If the SCOTUS had struck it down, then that large, unpopular factor would not be available as a campaign issue.
There;s bound to be a pony in the pile somewhere.

What a way to wake up this morning.

This tax sh*t is a crock. Affordable Healthcare bill. It’s hardly affordable.

Obots think they get to keep their kids on THEIR OWN HEALTH INSURANCE UNTIL the kid is 26.Someone needs to tell them they won’t have their OWN Health Insurance anymore. They’ll be on the government health plan. It’s not a Health Plan. It’s a TAX! Everyone will end up going to the emergency room anyway because no one will be able to get an appt for 6 months and whne you do you get to speak to the nurse is all.

How many doctors will retire because of this TAX BILL?

This bill is super stuffed with PORK. Why else does it have nearly 3,000 pages?
A haelthcare bill should contain no more than 3 pages. Stupid f*cks

    • 61 heather June 28, 2012 at 2:50 pm

Since Roberts named this as a tax and the IRS can now come after us for not having ins–did he do us a favor to win in Nov with all republicans?

And I have insurance and mine is fine–thats what you get as a benefit when you work–of course we have to pay for it, but we have it and yes there are deductables for every proceedure and copays, but we have it…and now will every company in the US drop this as a benefit because it will be cheaper for them to pay the penalty then to cover each employee?

The American Indians have their own insurance, the military have their own, there’s medicaid for welfare and medicare for seniors–so wth is he thinking–and those who dont have insurance most likely chose to pay out of pocket. I know a lot of people who don’t have insurance because they don’t want to pay for it because they normally don’t get sick and decide to pay if needed–that is our freedom of choice—our constitutional right.

      • 62 drkate June 28, 2012 at 2:58 pm

The mandate was ruled unconstitutional. No one has to buy insurance, period. What all those IRS agents are going to do is unclear.

        • 63 Jan Rogers June 28, 2012 at 3:04 pm

I don’t think the Mandate was ruled unconstitutional as the court ruled it a tax and therefore legal?????

          • 64 drkate June 28, 2012 at 3:06 pm

no, they ruled it unconstitutional and rewrote it as a tax. Justices cannot rewrite the laws. so it is a flawed decision.

            • 65 willywonka June 28, 2012 at 3:17 pm

Yes! and combined with the rewrite is the severability clause!

I just got a call inviting me to join a conference call featuring Virginia AG Ken Cuccinelli, Tea Party Patriots founder Jenny Beth Martin, and several other prominent figures. I stayed on the line long enough to hear Mr. Cuccinelli describe what he called “a silver lining.”
He said that if the Supreme Court had invoked the Commerce Clause it would have required 60 Congressional votes to repeal. But that since the rationale they used was a tax hike, it only takes 51 Congressional votes to repeal, and that “we are almost there…just need two or three more votes.”
This is certainly an incentive to defeat any candidate who doesn’t run on repealing Obamacare.
That said, not a good day for our country.

          • 71 willywonka June 28, 2012 at 3:18 pm

The Commerce Clause Mandate was unconstitutional, so Roberts just rewrote the legislation to make it a tax. Oh they’re just doing “whatever” they want these days.

nothing will happen to holder–its a slap on his wrist only-contempt of congress is a made up gig–and there is no legalities that will go against him.

      • 78 Jan Rogers June 29, 2012 at 7:55 pm

Jason Chavetz (sp) Arizona, was just on Gretta and said they have three choices to get what they want from Holder. The final choice would be to have the Sgt. at Arms cuff him and walk him out. Gretta was shocked and said, do you think you would do that? Would Congress allow it? Jason said absolutely. They knew what they were looking for and one way or another they would get it.

Again, as more is learned of the Roberts statement re. his decision on the obama care thing, the more I see it as him quaranteeing the defeat of bho. His statement indicated that the court interpreted laws made by congress and sponsored by presidents and if you don;t like the result, vote the law makers and sponsors out.
Also, he gave the Rep.’s another very large tax target as well as an unpopular law to exploit. Hope they pick up on his bait.

Of course, I agree with Ann. I usually do. Having written that, a vote for Romney buys us time. A vote for the clown(which I know none here would do) or an abstention based on sheer stubbornness is a vote for continued freight-train-in-your-face destruction. How anybody doesn’t see the logic of this is perplexing.

I never mean to cause offense, but Ron Paul cannot win. He’s been marginalized, to put it kindly I’ve seen many on this blog post they will abstain from the election. If that’s true you are culpable, and are being stubborn against all reason. Buying time, at least, gives the republic’s true patriots a chance to band together. The one good thing to come of this decision is people rapidly went through the stages of grief and are now united for one reason: to defeat the monster. Join in its defeat or carry the burden of guilt that you could at least have bought us time. Your choice, of course. If I get through to at least one person……..

      • 92 drkate June 29, 2012 at 8:34 am

What is your plan if Romney chooses an ineligible VP like Marco Rubio or Bobby Jindal? We vote again for our own destruction and legitimize Obama’s usurpation.

        • 93 Rosemary Woodhouse June 29, 2012 at 9:09 pm

I am praying he doesn’t get us into such a bind, for surely the precedent will then be set in stone. There are plenty of wonderful people to choose from: West, Ryan, Cantor, and the list goes on. Of course, being human, we are *all* flawed and so everyone will disagree for one reason or another regarding whomever Romney chooses. But PLEASE do not abstain. To buy time is better than assured and swift immolation.

          • 94 drkate June 29, 2012 at 9:20 pm

I am holding my nose and voting Romney. But I will not vote for him if he chooses an ineligible VP. That is my line in the sand.

I personally do not think Romney will win anyway, as I have written before, establishment republicans want him because he has the best chance of losing to Obama…they want jebby bush in 2016 and to continue to thump their chests pretending they are fighting democrats.

Today was a very tyrannical day for America, when one man a chief justice of the Supreme Court re-writes and changes the wording in the original bill to read tax instead of mandate. This is taxation without representation, and Roberts did not interpret the regulation he completely re-wrote it, that was congress’s job. Since when has the Supreme Court been given the authority to change a bill that only congress can write and make it supreme law…..he can’t…….but he did and got away with it just like Obama who is a pretender got away with murder and being ineligible.

    • 97 drkate June 28, 2012 at 10:08 pm

Well said, Ken. The dissent spelled it out, but not one of the attorneys on our side has seemed to figure that out yet.

This is a straight out attack on boomers. Nancy pelosi is behind this attack as her idea to solve the boomer issue and social security payments to boomers when soc sec is broke.

So you will not get treatment. You will just be told to go home and how to die.

I can’t do this anymore. We need to all do something.

I don’t want his freakin health plan. I have my own tha covers everything.

It’s making someone rich now. The stock market is booming around the globe because of this.

They are trying to milk every penny we make out of us. Divine intervention NOW!

QL-I also have my own ins for now….and yes for sure this is a direct threat on the boomers/middle class–why do you think she and barry keep throwing that at all of us.

Sure they want to get rid of us–because there are millions getting ready to retire and collect on the moneys they stole from us throughout our working yrs. That’s their plan–and they know WE know and know that we will fight them. The rest of the age groups will be brainwashed into their way of thinking.

I have posted this continually–here it is again: the major hospital my husband works for has posted directives in the clinical areas of the entire hospital since April — stating—all 75 yr olds, if diagnosed with ANY form of cancer will no longer recieve any form of treatment–no chemo, no radiation and no drugs–you will be DIRECTED to end of life counceling to get your affairs in order.

I cannot post the notices since they are meant for the drs and nurses only and it has their logos all over the notices–just be aware its true, I have them in email form.

Once again only my Lord has the right to take my life, not some low life scum thug who thinks they are better than we—-and guess what, we made them this way by allowing them in office.

But I believe in my heart that this bill will be killed asap and that Roberts wrote it this way for a reason–he knew the conservatives both R&Ds would never go for this–so now because it is full of fraud and they all defrauded us, they have no other choice but to kill the entire thing. IMO.

I saw that Roberts hid some of his money in the vatican bank

      • 105 willywonka June 29, 2012 at 2:33 am

So there really IS a Vatican Bank.
Vatican Bank (Istituto per le Opere di Religione – IOR) is located inside the Vatican City. Its ATM uses Latin. Only Vatican employees and religious institutions are allowed to open accounts in the bank — which you’d think would make it the most moral bank in the world. All its accounts are identified only by number.
“The IOR is not a bank in the normal definition of the term,” wrote Vatican spokesman Federico Lombardi in a recent letter to the Financial Times. In fact, it doesn’t lend money or act as a consultant to businesses. “It is more a fund deposit and transfer institution than a bank,” said Carlo Marroni, a Vatican expert with Il Sole 24 Ore, Italy’s financial daily. IOR doesn’t invest in the stock market, he thinks, “though they operate on the currency or bond market, or buy gold.” To trade in world markets it must go through other banks, such as the Credito Artigiano.
It is run by a professional bank CEO who reports directly to a committee of cardinals, and ultimately to the Pope. Since its assets are not considered property of the Holy See, it is not overseen by the Prefecture for the Economic Affairs of the Holy See and it is listed in the Annuario Pontificio together with foundations such as the John Paul II Foundation for the Sahel, which provides funds for training people to fight drought and desertification in nine African countries. The current President is Ettore Gotti Tedeschi.
The Institute was involved in a major political and financial scandal in the 1980s, concerning the 1982 $3.5 billion collapse of Banco Ambrosiano, of which it was a major share-holder. The head of the Vatican Bank from 1971 to 1989, Father Paul Marcinkus, was under consideration for indictment in 1982 in Italy as an accessory of the bankruptcy; however, he was never brought to trial due to the Italian courts’ ruling that the priest, being a high-ranking prelate of the Vatican, had diplomatic immunity from prosecution.
        The Bank Identifier Code: IOPRVAVX.

(CNSNews.com) — U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy, in commenting on the dissent in the Obamacare case said, “In our view, the entire Act before us is invalid in its entirety.” He made his remark inside the Court on Thursday.

In the written dissent, it states, “we would find the Act invalid in its entirety. We respectfully dissent.”

  28. 109 Quantum Leap June 28, 2012 at 11:34 pm

Justices John Roberts, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Stephen Breyer agreed that the penalty Americans will face if they do not abide by the mandate is a kind of tax that Congress can impose using its taxing powers. Justices Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Anthony Kennedy dissented.

  29. 110 Quantum Leap June 28, 2012 at 11:38 pm

The dissenting opinion reads, “In our view, both these central provisions of the Act — the Individual Mandate and Medicaid Expansion — are invalid.”

The dissenting justices further said, “What is absolutely clear, affirmed by the text of the 1789 Constitution, by the Tenth Amendment ratified in 1791, and by innumerable cases of ours in the 220 years since, is that there are structural limits upon federal power – upon what it can prescribe with respect to private conduct, and upon what it can impose upon the sovereign States. Whatever may be the conceptual limits upon the Commerce Clause and upon the power to tax and spend, they cannot be such as will enable the Federal Government to regulate all private conduct and to compel the States to function as administrators of federal programs.”

if they do not buy their own insurance in ma. they can pay their own way–thats a far cry from the entire country paying this massive tax–thats not a choice–at least romney gave them a choice and there is nothing wrong with what he said in my opinion. make everyone accountable and responsible for themselves instead of the population paying for those who refuse to pay.

this death panel bill is exactly that–death panels–drs. will no longer be able to diagnose and treat patients without first getting permission from the death panel–they will no longer get paid what they were earning–they will get paid what the govt thinks they should make. drs are pissed everywhere and this is going to fall back on us and our care. i for one do not want my medical history plastered all over the halls of congress when the panels will now have full knowledge and access to our personal info. these are just a few of whats to come.

i will vote for romney because i have too he is all we have and hopefully he is a man of honor and morals to bring america back.

When are you people (the American people) going to be ready to fight?

How much more is it going to take?

    Is it not enough yet?

When I say fight, I don’t mean protests and letter writing and emails – I mean FIGHT!

Is there anyone still disillusioned enough to think that there can still be an alternative solution? – Have you not figured it out yet?

I’m not going to die as a “lone-wolf” – tapping my foot and patiently waiting for “the word”.

I’ll do my part and fully expect to be a casualty….There will be many on both sides, but in the end we would win….We have them unbelievably out numbered.

Nothing short of an all out fight is going to work…..I’ve known it and stated it for almost four years, when the communist usurper was installed.

Who will give “the word”?….I was thinking that the execution of Andrew Breitbart might be enough to light the flame, but nope!….What if they slay Arpaio or Ron Paul and throw Palin and West in for good measures – will that be enough?….I doubt it.

We’re like the Jews who willingly marched themselves onto the death trains….Not even a fight….Pathetic!

Jeff Knox says it’s time to celebrate Independence Day in a new way

    • 116 Katie June 29, 2012 at 7:28 am

I so appreciate that Jeff Knox refers to it as INDEPENDENCE DAY.

My wise father pointed out to me a couple of years ago that it’s NOT “the 4th of July” holiday. It’s “INDEPENDENCE DAY” that happens to fall on July 4th. We don’t have a holiday because it’s the day between July 3rd and July 5th…we have a holiday to celebrate our Declaration of Independence. Otherwise we’d have a holiday called “25th of December” instead of CHRISTMAS.

As usual, the marxists have tried to co-opt the day and change it to something it’s not, and I for one refuse to comply, and will help enlighten others as I can.

So here’s wishing you a Happy INDEPENDENCE Day!

Did Roberts have a seizure due to pressure on Monday afternoon?

  34. 122 Kiltie June 29, 2012 at 9:46 am

One small thing has come of this…”Justice” Roberts is under the spotlight. There is rampant speculation about his two sons he adopted, Irish boys, but he adopted them from Latin America? And that Roberts has had seizures (epileptic) and may have to have Drs. determine if he can continue to serve since epileptic medication causes problems with cognitive thinking. He certainly screwed up the “swearing in”. Theories abound Roberts was either bribed or blackmailed in connection with something in his past. Let’s just hope and pray Obummer doesn’t get to appoint another of his lousy choices for the Supreme Court before November.

  36. 124 Quantum Leap June 29, 2012 at 10:14 am

What a day yesterday. My friends dog died. The deathcare bill passed SCUMTUS
and my central system at work crashed.

75% of this monstrous tax will be paid by citizens making under $250,000 per year. We need to explain to voters in swing districts and swing states that the Obamacare tax will destroy our economy.

Next, we need show voters across American that this insanity is a perfect example how Washington works against the American people.

An arrogant, out-of-control President proposes unpopular legislation, which is passed by an out-of-control Congress, which is then approved by a deaf, out-of-control Supreme Court!

We are going to pound home this message across America until Congress repeals this Obamacare monstrosity. We are going to recruit, train, mobilize and deploy Tea Party volunteers all across the nation.

When we are through with the politicians, they will be practically begging for an opportunity to repeal Obamacare.

Remember what happened in 2010? Barack Obama and liberal Democrats pranced around Washington celebrating the passage of this law. Nancy Pelosi even taunted tea party protesters with a giant gavel!

And then we stomped them at the polls in a historic landslide.

Now history is about to repeat itself. Yesterday Pelosi hosted a “victory party” in her Capitol Hill office and the Democratic Party is giving out “I love Obamacare” bumper stickers!

But Tea Party Patriots will have the last laugh.

One way or another we WILL repeal Obamacare.

    Take action.

30% of conservatives are not registered to vote.

    Tea Party says:

We are going to force both the House and the Senate to vote on repealing this vile law this year.

We are going to force every Congressman and Senator to go on the record as either for or against the largest tax hike in history.

We are going to educate the American people about which politicians stand with them, and which support Obamacare. The American people will exact their revenge!

And then we’ll be sure the new Congress that convenes in January strikes Obamacare from the books forever!

  38. 127 Ken Allen June 29, 2012 at 10:20 am

I don’t believe in everything in this post but its an interesting read because 2 things happened in Roberts opinion that pissed of the liberal judges. In fact the court said that the states that say no to obama care and there are at least 27 states “can’t” be attacked and funds cut. The Federal Government can’t enforce anything. And the fed can’t force anyone to buy anything, and on the bright side of a bad decision America came to life. However I don’t agree that we have avoided a civil war, thats yet to be seen, that depends on what happens in November.

  39. 128 Ken Allen June 29, 2012 at 10:21 am

    forgot the post……..sorry

Before you look to do harm to Chief Justice Roberts or his family, it’s important that you think carefully about the meaning – the true nature — of his ruling on Obama-care. The Left will shout that they won, that Obama-care was upheld and all the rest. Let them.

It will be a short-lived celebration.

Here’s what really occurred — payback. Yes, payback for Obama’s numerous, ill-advised and childish insults directed toward SCOTUS.

Chief Justice Roberts actually ruled the mandate, relative to the commerce clause, was unconstitutional. That’s how the Democrats got Obama-care going in the first place. This is critical. His ruling means Congress can’t compel American citizens to purchase anything. Ever. The notion is now officially and forever, unconstitutional. As it should be.

Next, he stated that, because Congress doesn’t have the ability to mandate, it must, to fund Obama-care, rely on its power to tax. Therefore, the mechanism that funds Obama-care is a tax. This is also critical. Recall back during the initial Obama-care battles, the Democrats called it a penalty, Republicans called it a tax. Democrats consistently soft sold it as a penalty. It went to vote as a penalty. Obama declared endlessly, that it was not a tax, it was a penalty. But when the Democrats argued in front of the Supreme Court, they said ‘hey, a penalty or a tax, either way’. So, Roberts gave them a tax. It is now the official law of the land — beyond word-play and silly shenanigans. Obama-care is funded by tax dollars. Democrats now must defend a tax increase to justify the Obama-care law.

Finally, he struck down as unconstitutional, the Obama-care idea that the federal government can bully states into complying by yanking their existing medicaid funding. Liberals, through Obama-care, basically said to the states — ‘comply with Obama-care or we will stop existing funding.’ Roberts ruled that is a no-no. If a state takes the money, fine, the Feds can tell the state how to run a program, but if the state refuses money, the federal government can’t penalize the state by yanking other funding. Therefore, a state can decline to participate in Obama-care without penalty. This is obviously a serious problem. Are we going to have 10, 12, 25 states not participating in “national” health-care? Suddenly, it’s not national, is it?

Ultimately, Roberts supported states rights by limiting the federal government’s coercive abilities. He ruled that the government can not force the people to purchase products or services under the commerce clause and he forced liberals to have to come clean and admit that Obama-care is funded by tax increases.

Although he didn’t guarantee Romney a win, he certainly did more than his part and should be applauded.

And he did this without creating a civil war or having bricks thrown threw his windshield. Oh, and he’ll be home in time for dinner.

thru out the entire article Conceco Financial was named—Conceco Financial during the 1998+ yrs had been a high cost subprime mortgage co that did bad loans. I worked across the street in King of Prussia Pa from their operation. I also knew many of their employees of course being in the industry. They would meet with our employees and tell us what a scheming, fraudulent group they were and yes, I so well remember Trumps name affiliated with Conceco. This article is true–as I was reading it I was recalling all I knew about it and remembering what I knew.

We, in the mortgage industry knew if anyone could get a bad loan done it was conceco…..then suddenly around 2000-2001 conceco was caught with dirty deals by the Banking and Insurance Commission and then they went silent from there.

        • 147 heather June 29, 2012 at 7:53 pm

Oh yeah I almost forgot another player in this—Mr Tom Flatly from (guess where)Swanksville, Pa—he was another co conspirator of this fraudulent co—going under the co company of Epic resorts – a time share group and he had dealings with the saudi’s–they were involved and co owners! Oh yes, Tom Flatley knew me well and came to me to run his credit report to see who was after him! This is a true story, I lived this and later on I found out that he was check kiting with 5 banks–chase, core states, wachovia, citi, and wells fargo. He sold his share of epic resorts to the saudi’s and went on his way–i never heard from him or anyone with these companys again–odd, hmmm how we tuck things away until a name or 2 pop up and the memories come back like it was just yesterday.

See what you started Dr Kate with your link!!! lol

Rep. Allen West: ‘Life, Liberty & Pursuit of Happiness Got Struck Down’ by Supreme Court
    By Patrick Burke

West also said that the Supreme Court ruling Thursday upholding Obamacare and the individual mandate as a tax on people was a “dangerous precedent” that gives the government unwarranted power.

“Now we have a federal government that has unlimited taxing authority and power based upon the precedent that was just established by the Supreme Court,” West said, “So that if I want to tell you that all runners in the United States of America must buy New Balance running shoes and if you don’t buy New Balance running shoes, I’ll tax you for it.”

West said that there is now literally “nothing that the government cannot do” by imposing a tax.

CNSNews.com had asked West the question: “I’m wondering if in your view, the individual mandate in the health-care law today, is that a tax?”

  48. 151 Quantum Leap June 29, 2012 at 2:58 pm

Of course it;s a tax he said.

West noted with irony that the Supreme Court decision came just in advance of the Fourth of July.

“(N)ext week we’re celebrating 236 years of this great constitutional republic. And the words that Thomas Jefferson wrote in the Declaration of Independence. Our country was established because people were not happy with onerous tax policies and the intrusive nature of government. And look at where we are 236 years later.

“I think that you’re looking at redefining the relationship between government and the individual in the United States of America,” West said. “So I think the people who lost today were the American people because individual sovereignty, those inalienable rights that come from our Creator — life liberty and the pursuit of happiness — they just got struck down by the Supreme Court.”

    • 152 drkate June 29, 2012 at 4:16 pm

So Allen West, lead the revolution. Stop whipping up hysteria. Come up with a plan.

This is the guy who talks great but votes for the NDAA, the debt ceiling elimination, new taxes…just an opportunist who sees his words now as his ticket to re-election. Then when he gets there he will turn and run the other way.

Alan West, put up or shut up.

  49. 155 Tiger 7 June 29, 2012 at 4:10 pm

Ken A– You are so correct in your point that Justice Roberts really stuck the needle to bho with his sly twist of the tax in his finding. The Dem’s don;t know their throat has been cut–they haven’t tried to shake their head yet.

    • 156 drkate June 29, 2012 at 4:14 pm

I agree. The mandate was ruled unconstitutional under the commerce clause–correct–and ‘legal’
, but not ‘constitutional’ under the taxing authority. But it can’t be income tax, and if it is a tax under article 1, it has to be apportioned. Plus they can’t play their game anymore.

I want Allen West and the rest of them to stop whipping up hysteria and start telling the truth about this. We need more analyses like Ken presented.

They will have to take each and everyone of those cases to court. For example, if I take a job and don’t accept that job’s health insurance, but have my own, they can’t garnish my wages. They’d have to go to court.

This is where our jury system can be revitalized where IRS has to prove there is a problem. They won’t get very far.

I remember riding the bus to work in 1980 which was the time of Jimmie Carter’s reign and a deep recession exactly like what we have now. Before I boarded the bus in the morning, there was usually a person handing out doomsday literature in the form of a paper magazine complete with colored pictures of disasters. I read it on the bus to work. By the time I arrived at work some 45 minutes later, I was so depressed I could hardly make it through the day. There will always be stories of doomsday. Some are to be heeded and some are to be ignored.

“Obamacare could only be constitutionally salvaged as a tax, an expensive and complex new burden on the middle class that will only escalate with time.”

Under the Act’s complicated shared responsibility payment structure, the minimum shared responsibility payment amount per year for each adult who lacks minimum essential coverage will be $95 for 2014, $325 for 2015, $695 for 2016, and $695 or more for 2017 or later, increased due to cost-of-living adjustments. . . . read more.

  61. 191 Quantum Leap June 30, 2012 at 6:40 pm

And if both the premium and the penalty are considered a tax, the mandate becomes the largest tax increase in U.S. history.

The median U.S. family income is about $50,000. Family health coverage can easily run $20,000 a year — and rising quickly. In that scenario, the coverage mandate is essentially a 40 percent tax on that family, which is now required by law to ensure that every family member has qualifying coverage.

And because the cost of the coverage will be similar even though incomes vary significantly, the lower the income the higher the effective tax rate — in essence, the most regressive tax in U.S. history, too.

If ObamaCare is viewed as being defeated primarily by unelected judges, we will see intensifying efforts to delegitimize the Court and its ruling.

But if ObamaCare is repudiated soundly at the ballot box, and the elected officials who supported are sent packing, this will send a powerful message to those seeking to revive some form of ObamaCare (or worse).

This is from a medical website:

    relevant excerpts:

Ari Armstrong: “Supremes’ ObamaCare Ruling: Altruism In Politics” (The Objective Standard)

(Armstrong notes, “Essentially, ObamaCare turns health insurance into a gigantic wealth-transfer scheme, in which young and healthy workers are forced to buy expensive ‘insurance’ that in fact serves to subsidize the health expenses of others… ‘Shared responsibility’ is a euphemism for forced sacrifice.”)

David Catron: “Supreme Court Wimps Out on Obamacare” (American Spectator)

(Catron observes, “In an utterly Orwellian opinion authored by Chief Justice Roberts, the majority held that the mandate was not a tax for purposes of applying the Anti-Injunction Act (AIA), but that it was constitutional because it falls within Congress’ taxing powers…”)

Loren Grush: “Individual mandate upheld: What does that mean for you and your health?” (Fox News)

(In particular Grush reports, “Another change that will eventually go into effect is the government’s ability to seize your medical records. In order to make information more readily available for doctors during their appointments, the government hopes to create a national database of every person’s medical history.”)

Mark Long: “Health Law’s Survival Means More Demand for Fewer Doctors” (Wall Street Journal)

(Long notes, “[T]he U.S. will be more than 60,000 doctors short in 2015 — the year all those newly covered patients enter the system — around 90,000 short five years later.” In other words, patients may have theoretical “coverage”, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll receive actual medical care.)

Milton Wolf: “Only the Voters Can Save America Now” (Washington Times)

(Wolf writes, “If Barack Obama holds the White House, and if Democrats win control of either house of Congress, then Obamacare will be unstoppable, and America will become the United States of Europe.”)

And in case you missed it, PJ Media published yesterday: “What Should Americans Do After the Supreme Court ObamaCare Ruling?”

  65. 196 parker June 30, 2012 at 7:15 pm

Ignorant liberals are dancing around because they think they will get free health care; however, this isn’t true. The court ruled that states do not have to expand their Medicaid rolls, therefore, the poorest will have to purchase insurance along with everyone else or pay the TAX.

Would liberal states choose to expand their Medicaid rolls, which ObamaCare helps fund the first year, but which states must fully fund from then on?

States already feel the pinch from this failed policy and would have to be corrupt and getting kickbacks – or believe that the rest of us will bail them out.

Someone needs to tell stupid liberal voters that Messiah doesn’t have the “free health care” that they were promised.

Some people have the vocabulary to sum up things in a way that you can quickly understand them. This quote came from the Czech Republic . Someone over there has it figured out. It was translated into English from an article in the Prague newspaper Prager Zeitungon on 04.28.2010.

“The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their president.”
