The Founders’ vision for America, and ours now, has also been hijacked…and it is someone else seeing a vision of empire…which is now crumbling. Their empire is crumbling, and just like anyone else losing control they’ll try to take everyone down with them.

A patriot friend who is a long-time patriot keeps saying the government is going to fall, with our without our help. Remember it is a time to watch and discern.

It is summer and around us everything is dry and parched, what was green is turning brown. Summer will pass quickly and autumn will finish off what summer missed.
I pray for our Heavenly Father to return soon.

      • 3 heather July 1, 2012 at 9:36 pm

And our temps are once again unseasonally hot–105+ for the last 2 wks of JUNE! Everything is burning up–just like last summer with the entire summer 105+ and no rain. Ap, May and June are our rainy months and we got very little..almost none…and IMO this is haarp–same as last yr and the 2 yrs prior.

      RE: Stunning and plausible

You don’t think than Lame is taking this too far? What if Roberts is, and has been a progressive all along, wrongly assumed that he is a conservative just because Bush appointed him. He would not be the first example of such justice.

This would also explain why they denied ruling on eligibility – it could very well be his dominating influence on the other justices.

RE: Roberts – Ann Barnhardt’s take – different than many optimistic GOP analysts

“Roberts is not a “Machiavellian genius.” Roberts is a moral degenerate lifetime Washington D.C. politico, who is well known in the beltway to be borderline obsessed with his image. In other words, Chief Justice John Roberts emotionally operates on the same level as the average twelve year old girl, and just sold out not just the Republic, the Constitution and the entire American populace, but really the entire planet, because now that the United States is no more, the forces of evil will run absolutely rampant over the rest of the planet. And Roberts did it so that a bunch of coke-snorting sodomites and psychopaths in Georgetown will pretend to like him – for about five minutes. ”

RE: FL challenge – the GOP is on O’s side

“Lawyers for President …..and Gov. Rick Scott’s administration asked a judge ….. to dismiss a ballot challenge that alleges Obama is not a “natural born citizen.”

Rick Scott is republican, right? So why is he doing this?

    • 8 uguesswhat July 1, 2012 at 11:07 am

Right, they’re all on the same side, don’t forget, this is a CORPORATION,
NOT a Government. WE THE PEOPLE are their slaves and work for
them. They need OUR taxes to fund their Departments, NOT Agencies.
With this Healthcare Bill, we are eternaly enslaved.

      • 9 Voco Indubium July 1, 2012 at 1:25 pm

RE: “Right, they’re all on the same side…”

The GOP is an incompetent organization. It should be replaced by a new constitutional party to save the Constitutional Republic, if it is not too late. Ann Barnhardt (see my comments above) thinks that if Romney wins, he will not repeal O’Care, in spite of the recent enthusiastic affirmation of his campaign promise.

Not sure if Ann is right on this? Romney may face difficulties backing off from that, even if he wants to.

This story was written on June 18. After the live-streamed hearing. Old news. The way I read it is as spin calling them lawyers for the Scott admin when in reality they are the Florida Dept of State UNDER the Scott admin. Probably not appointed by Scott. Maybe elected. I think it is just spin. Remember there are career lawyers in DOJ (J. Christian Adams, even though he resigned in disgust/protest) that were appointed by republican presidents.

      • 11 Voco Indubium July 1, 2012 at 1:57 pm

RE: “The way I read it is as spin calling them lawyers for the Scott admin when in reality they are the Florida Dept of State UNDER the Scott admin….. “

Sounds like you researched it. Was the SoS of FL a defendant? If yes maybe that is why they did it.

But you mean that the Governor could not stop it? It should be in the Governor’s interest, aside from party affiliation, that the court rules on (and not dismisses) this issue, in order to protect the integrity of the state’s election structure. So if the SoS is wrong it is the governor’s job to correct it. So why is the state trying to stop it, and joining the Great Cover Up Brigade ?

Difficult to see Scott as an innocent bystander – spin or not.

        • 12 Sallyal July 1, 2012 at 7:21 pm

No Voco, no research. Just interpretation. If I recall correctly, rules vary from state to state regarding the AG and/or SoS. They may be appointed by the sitting governor or elected to office. I do remember that when Obamacare was first passed and some AG’s were suing, there were others that wanted to join but their govs wouldn’t let them. They had to find a way to circumvent. In other cases, the gov wanted to join but because the SoS or AG was dem, they refused. I don’t think most govs have much authority over SoS’s or AG’s in some states. We do know that Florida’s AG is Pam Bondi and she is very against Obamacare. If she has not said anything here I would hope that it is because she has no pull with the SoS. Scott would back her I’m sure. I just reread the article again and it talks about the Fl Dept of State attys. I would have to look at the lawsuit again but I am assuming they were named as co-defendants. Or it could just be more “misinformation” from the newspaper itself. Or misleading info.

            Attn.: Sallyal

Thanks for the helpful reply on the power-structures of the states.

By the way, Klayman is expecting a ruling one way or the other soon. He is very sure that an actual ruling will take place and not dismissal, and he says that ruling will be appealed for sure by the losing party and eventually could go as far as SCOTUS. The O-team will probably be able drag it out until after November. And injunction for the FL ballot will probably be denied. Nevertheless, this case has so far more potential than the others.

Obama was the sworn-in president, but also the unannounced Caliph of the New World Order whom the leaders of the world look to for direction in these last days before Wormwood makes its way to Earth, creating havoc, misery, and chaos.

We know Obama for the corrupt thug that he is, while the leaders are counting on his ruthless despiction for life itself to murder the world’s inhabitants…by the billions.

He can only be in the position of Caliph if the U.S. goes the way of the New World Order…and they will circumvent all law, rule of law, and skewer common sense itself – to make the “appearance” of having won this election.

BBC Broadcasts Nibiru in June 18, 2012, Documentary:

  4. 18 parker July 1, 2012 at 7:01 am

What if the elites knew that Nibiru was incoming, that NASA has tried to hide it from us all the while, pouring ChemTrails into the skies to obstruct from us the knowledge that they’ve been privy to for decades? The incoming orb brings earth’s wobbling, the effects of which we’ve already seen…with changing coastlines, the earth’s change in tilt, animal die-offs, unprecedented weather changes, food shortages, etc… One effect of Nibiru’s passing is a pole shift, which is one of devastation and only a fraction of humanity survives, if that.

Wouldn’t it make sense that, with this knowledge, leaders of the world rule by keeping the masses uninformed, choosing their “safe locations,” and saving their own asses instead of ruling the people righteously? Why would they care what we think or what is constitutional or what is best for citizens?

It would also explain why the New World Order is so frantic to put their plan into full throttle. For all nations of the world will be affected, countries will be enveloped by oceans, with others emerging…and they care only for themselves and their own safety. An aware public is a threat that could threaten their safety, their safe houses.

We must be further along and closer than we think.

There is proof out there…and people’s eyes and cameras cannot be made into lies for long.

    Just saying…

      Mark 4:39-41

      (39) Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.

      (40) But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?”

      (41) And they feared exceedingly, and said to one another, “Who can this be, that even the wind and the sea obey Him!”

      Mark 11:23-24:

For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, “Be removed and be cast into the sea,” and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.

Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

Lest we forget, the seasonal changes our earthly existence experiences is nature’s, God’s, way of stabilizing the environment of His Creation.

The dynamic nature of our earthly experience begins in the far reaches of the Heavens, which set the conditions for our Milky way, which holds together our tiny piece of the Heavens, our Solar System, where this 3rd Rock twists and turns exactly in that place that so Pleased our Lord that He named it His Garden of Eden.

There He laid the seed which grew His Tree of Knowledge, Truth and Wisdom that He might raise His own children who He conceived in Love that WE might share, in Love, the Glory and Wonder of Life in all of it’s Seasons.

    (excerpt below; E. Griffith-Jones)

Consider for a moment the enthralling interest presented by the variety of human individuality and destiny. By a law of our nature, we do not find the same pleasure in the rigid proportions of symmetry as we do in a rapid or even leisurely movement of development. The static aspects of the Universe do not satisfy us as do the dynamic. The pleasures of still life soon pall, but the perpetual dramatic interest of experience, with its endless shocks and surprises, is inexhaustible. Genius and mediocrity, virtue and vice, wealth and poverty, good and ill-fortune, success and failure, the ideal and the actual…… is the contemplation of these ‘variables’ with all the gradations that lie between, which fire the imagination, inspires art, and makes life a changeful vista full of engrossing fascination to the student of the soul. If this element of contrast suddenly gave place to a monotonous equality of character and lot, life would instantly lose its salt and savor to beings such as we are.

There is no pictures of human life so wearisome and insipid as the Utopias of poets and reformers.

    We sincerely try to admire them; but in the end we secretly turn away from them and say;

‘Give us the world as it is, with all its topsy-turvydoms and inequalities, its squalor and its splendor, its low attainments and steep ideals, its ecstasies and its agonies, as a place to live in.’

Nature does not send all of her children into the world equally endowed for the battle of life; she does not place them in equally advantageous conditions; she does not seem to care for the interests of the less fortunate as she does for those of the fortunate. Accordingly, the race is to the swift and the battle to the strong; and though by degrees the ascending scale of life is climbed and the world is filled with finer and happier creatures, yet every step of that stairway is slippery with the blood of those which have perished on the way up. The final result is glorious, but the method by which it has been attained seems, at least at first sight, strangely ruthless and coldly cruel.

This is no accident, no chance happening; it is one of Nature’s ineradicable, ubiquitous laws.

Those who dream of an ideal social condition in which manifold differences that distinguish men as regards their endowments, their outward lot and fortune, their ultimate destiny in life, are to be finally and forever leveled, and in which all are to have an equal share in the good of existence, may be filled with a most worthy and laudable ambition; but it is certain that they are flying in the face of the constitution of the Universe.

Men are not born equal, nor do they fare equally, nor can any artificially arranged equality amongst them be long maintained. You may minimize the evils of inequality, and readjust your estimates of men in view of their wide differences of gift and opportunity, but the fact you will never remove.

Not with all your inward heats and outward revolts will you reverse this law; you must reconstruct the Universe ere you will annul its operation or undo its consequences. In dealing with a fact like this, it is better therefore, frankly to face it, than fruitlessly to gird against it.

    • 21 parker July 1, 2012 at 7:26 am

Thank you, Steven. The truth about current events in our solar system and on the planet do not, IMO, contradict the Word.

Let me live out my days in full knowledge, rather than in darkness. God gives Light to those who seek it. Knowledge of the events of the end times does not bring about terror, but the calm knowing that, indeed, these events are occurring as foretold.

    Just dreaming:
    What if
All the elites are in a panic and head underground all at the same time?
What if a huge earthquake seals the tunnels?
What if God decides that now He is rid of them, we can survive better without them?

    • 23 parker July 1, 2012 at 9:37 am

LOL…that is what they are afraid of…Elites are busily locating many alternative “safe places” – but will undoubtedly some will make wrong choices. Remember the Bushes bought thousands of acres in Paraguay? Prince Charles bought a “primitive rural” place in Romania in 2005…complete with outhouses and an apple orchard.

They are busy spending what they stole from us.

A huge mass of electrically-charged particles thrown out by a gigantic eruption on the Sun is due to strike the Earth tonight.

Very logical and beutuful theories with correct moral thinking. However, in practical terms, only Congress can correct this nightmare. And as long as the Dems control one house, they will not. The only practical way is to void the Prez’ signature on the law due ineligibility.

What does OBlowMe care if the SCOTUS made a decision about the ACA being a tax, not a penalty, and therefore constitutional?????

OBLOWME says that SCOTUS is wrong!! and says it’s a penalty after all…

I mean, people, does it get any stranger than this?

“The White House insisted Sunday the consequence for Americans not having health insurance is a penalty fee, despite the Supreme Court ruling that it is a tax, and said the debate on the Affordable Care Act should finally end.
White House Chief of Staff Jack Lew said on “Fox News Sunday” that “when the Supreme Court rules” the country “has a final decision” and that the presidential campaigns should focus on the economy and jobs.
“What we need to do is go forward with the implementation” of the law, Lew said.
He also argued the health care law will not result in a tax increase on the middle class, despite a Congressional Budget Office report that it would result in a roughly $27 million increase over the next 10 years.”

    Read more:

Everyone get an on-line ordination for $100…file for a property tax exemption by turning your house into a church…put out a sign…file for a religious exemption from the ACA…

Robets’ decision is slick and overly-ingenious. I imagine his briefing went somwthing like this:

“I’m sure you’ll find a way, Mr. Chief Justice,” the terrifyingly smooth voice intoned. “Our boy requires it.”

So litle Jack Roberts stuck in his thumb,
    Pulled out a plum,
And said “What a good boy am I.”

  13. 44 Voco Indubium July 1, 2012 at 11:54 pm

    Dear DrKate,

Now there is an undeniable wave of public antagonism directed towards Roberts and SCOTUS. If O will be reelected O’Care will obviously stay. If Romney wins, many believe, that he will break his promise to repeal it. In other words, there is only one sure way to eliminate O’Care: Disqualify O and as his invalid signature on the law renders O’Care void.

We know that the media, all the three branches of government and neither political party want to acknowledge this simple possibility.

There must be a way to inform and convince the public that this is the only sure way to avoid O’Care. The current public anger must be redirected to action from helpless frustration. How? I don’t know, but there are many smart people on your site, who could brainstorm and eventually come up with ideas and a catchy simple slogan that could be spread by alternative radio, bomber-sticker, or by other means. Maybe you could ask your readers to come up with a good slogan, better than this:

    Ineligible Prez
You want to suffer this mess?
    Void his signature

Maybe you can discuss this idea with your contacts. Hope they don’t reject the idea as they rejected the suggested movement to tell the GOP that they don’t get the vote unless they bring up eligibility. Or they all switched to Romney and they trust him to repeal it, if he wins. And that is still an if.

This surge of anger will subside in a few weeks; it should be redirected to useful action before it disappears.

There is never just one way. This has been the most logical way to do so, and the simplest.

We don’t have any statesmen that will do this, our only hope is education and the ballot box right now.

      • 47 Voco Indubium July 2, 2012 at 12:34 pm

RE: “….our only hope is education and the ballot box right now.”

Education is what I am suggesting, in an effective manner.

O’Care is here to stay if O gets his 2nd term. I think you agree. If Romney gets in, there is only a 10% chance that it will be repealed, depending on the future composition of Congress and on Romney himself. I think you still agree. So if the chance of the 2nd term is 50%, there is only 5% chance of repeal. You can argue that these probabilities are too pessimistic, but by revising them realistically you are not going to have much better probabilities.

So, sure, there are other ways, but all low probabilities. And what I suggested does not eliminate approaching it from the “ballot box”. In fact it helps in that direction as well.

RE: “…We don’t have any statesmen that will do this…”

Unfortunately we don’t. That is why it has to come from grass-root. Education, a good slogan etc could generate enough pressure on the self-centered politicians of both parties so they stop covering up. O’Care is unpopular among a high number of Dems as well.

The Judges Opinion is the same old obfuscations, distraction, distortion and “evasion” that continues to be the ONLY defense the “0” has in regard to his eligibility …….. the holdings including this one hides behind the minutia of Fed and State Election Laws which are SILENT ….. which in the Judicial system would historically REQUIRE them to look at the SOURCE upon which the COMPLAINT relies………. so far NO Court has had the COURAGE to look to the Constitution nor the contemporaneous Laws regarding Citizenship, (i.e. naturalization),………..

The grounds for appeal is found on page 4 of the Dismissal where it is said that it is the Plaintiff’s burden to PROVE ineligibility and not the State, SOS, Political Party, etc……..

        …the Appeal need only ask the questions;

1] “Does the lack of an acknowledged “legal”, (enforceable) definition of ‘natural born Citizen’ by the various State and Federal election laws render the Statutory Constitutional provision of “…no person except … shall be eligible..” to be without effect … contrary to Marbury v Madison …?”

2] “Can the Constitutionally ‘legal’ definition of ‘natural born Citizen’ be correctly construed within the words that say so and what the words require within the 1790 & ’95 “Act’s” …”to establish an uniform Rule of naturalization throughout the States…?”

Thank you for throwing light on this case. Larry Klayman noted that the judge used nbc and citizen interchangeably. I think your #2 suggested appeal question would indirectly address that.

RE: “the grounds for appeal is found on page 4 of the Dismissal where it is said that it is the Plaintiff’s burden to PROVE ineligibility and not the State, SOS, Political Party, etc”

It seems that the judge supported that with case law, at least the part that the SoS does not have the “responsibility”. Is this not the critical “loophole” we talked about in the past?

The judge also said (citing a case) that the SoS does not have the “authority”. I would strongly disagree with that part. If he has the authority, as I think he does, then it becomes his duty, as well, to protect the integrity of the election structure. Do you agree?

          • 60 dualer July 3, 2012 at 2:59 am

The SOS has the duty to do whatever the Florida statutes say, as put forth by the legislature. He used to have the ministerial duty of a Federal Candidate oath of eligibility, which was ignored for many years. He also sits on the Presidential Primary Selection Committee, which had a provision for the striking of a candidate by a member of that candidate’s own party. I caught them not performing the oath, and pressed them on it. The criminals simply rewrote the Fla. election code to make themselves legal. surgically removing those 2– the only 2 provisions of ministerial duty w/ respect to POTUS eligibility in May 2011 ( by HB 1355). Now Florida statutes basically say the Mickey Mouse can run, and no one can do anything about it.

The Florida Supreme Court has held MANY times (see Shevin v. Stone, 1972) that eligibility is a judicial question, to be determined upon any contest “properly made”. At all costs they will seek to deny standing by the Fl statutes, so as not to make that determination. My case, like all the others, was dismissed for standing— failure to state a cause of action, and the merits were not reached, despite the attempt to manufacture false “precedent” that is in the dismissal. This is exactly the same as Ankeny. The talk about nbC is dicta, and has no relation to the holding of the case. The judge said what he was told to say.

Anyway, Obama WAS nominated by Florida statute. No matter the parsing of words by the defense. Fl. ss. 101.252 says he was nominated, and Federal statute 100.2 (c) (5) says he, as the only candidate, was elected. This ruling violates every law of statutory construction with respect to the statutes being read as a unified whole, and that election law shall not be read so as to dismiss a complaint by technicality– and besides the technicalities are on my side. There is NOTHING in the statutes that says a Presidential Primary should make the statutes mean anything different. They are wrong, and I will appeal. I suspect that at this moment they are planning to rewrite election law, to plug the holes I have found in their armor, just like they did with HB 1355. This is about POWER over we the people, whom they say have no right to examine the candidates put forth by the criminal political parties. NOTHING will be done by sitting here talking on the internet— they are laughing at you. Awake yet?

          • 61 Steven Lee Craig July 3, 2012 at 5:46 am

Well, yes, but with a qualified explanation. My 1st attempt in the Federal Courts to be acknowledged as a U.S. natural born Citizen was dismissed from the USCA 10th saying, among other things, that I did not have the ‘right’ to be acknowledged as an NBC based on my ‘preferred’ definition derived from the writings of some ‘Swiss philosopher’.

The “legal loop-hole” regarding the Constitutional definition can be traced directly to the words of Justice Waite in the Minor v Happersette case where he said the Constitution does not define NBC, for that “RESORT” must be made elsewhere.

Those points are important in order to understand the “legal”, (enforceable), status of NBC and explains why the various ‘obscure’ questions were discussed from the bench, (the death of a father before the birth of the child….?)

So, an SOS, or any elected or appointed Official, would have no more standing than I could find to advance any given definition of NBC.

            BUT, what they do have the ‘authority’ to do is to ASK THE QUESTION…whether in the form suggested above or along those lines;

“What is the Constitutional legal and enforceable definition of the Constitutional idiom of natural born Citizen insofar as it affects the effectiveness of the Constitutional ‘exclusionary prerequisite imperative requirement provision’ of A2S1C5.”

        • 62 dualer July 3, 2012 at 3:10 am

By the holdings of MANY Supreme Court of Fla. (Shevin v. Stone, 1972) rulings, eligibility is a JUDICIAL determination, made upon any contest properly brought– no differentiation is made for a POTUS primary. They will avoid making that detremination at all costs— so they denied standing because Obama was not “nominated or elected”. Florida statutes (101.252 (1)) say he was nominated, when he was the only candidate on the ballot– there is no language there that says that a POTUS primary is any different– so they clearly broke the law of statutory constuction. Plus Federal Election statutes say he was “elected” (100.2(c)(5)). I can blow the judge’s decision out of the water, but I have no illusions that the captured courts will listen. This may take people in the streets— they are laughing at us sitting here on the computer. But I will press on.

          • 63 Steven Lee Craig July 3, 2012 at 9:11 am

I agree, the Fed, States and Courts stand behind the ‘silence’ of a definition of NBC within their own various laws, rules, regulations and practices and ignore the plain language Constitutional “exclusionary prerequisite imperative requirement provision” that states in statutory language, “…no person except ….. shall be eligible …”.

It does not say “free white man” but rather ANY PERSON that is also a “natural born Citizen”, with the only additional implied condition being a U.S. natural born Citizen.

What they are attempting to do is to say that by their own silence the Constitutional provision is moot.

If the population demographic holds up it would show that approx 275 million Citizens ARE natural born Citizens ……. insofar as I have been able to determine I am the ONLY person in U.S. History that has attempted to be Judicially acknowledged as being a U.S. natural born Citizen in conformity with the requirements of the Constitution.

If only 1/10th of 1% of the NBC’s in the country would sue for acknowledgment there would be over 275 thousand cases in the Courts right now………..

            • 64 Voco Indubium July 3, 2012 at 8:57 pm

              Steven and Dualer,

Thank you for your comments. It looks clearer now.

RE: “If only 1/10th of 1% of the NBC’s in the country would sue for acknowledgment there would be over 275 thousand cases in the Courts right now………..”

Even a thousand would probably cause Congress to change their attitude ignoring the issue.

    Important Read re Roberts.
If you’ve been following LC’s view, this describes more of the bribery that had to happen re Obama’s deathcare law…

Now we see another criterion for appointing key people–they have a past that if leaked would destroy them–to be used by the next guy when he needs it.

just like the already-dead bin ladin card.

Since they all have something in their past with which they can be squeezed, I say they shouldn’t be in office at ALL, pretending to serve the public or the Constitution.

  17. 67 Quantum Leap July 2, 2012 at 3:19 pm

Yes. Remember when that guy got disqualified for his past drug use…pills from the doctor. What was his name? Eagle, Eastern or something? He ran for president against carter I think. They all need to be vetted before they are allowed to run for office. Scumtus Roberts is a sexual predator of underage boys. Why isn’t anyone talking about this? That and other things are the reason he is likely blackmailed. Remember when scumtus roberts helped to get Liar obama sworn into office? Now I know why. He was likely blackmailed for that too. Each time he and liarObama had numerous meetings BEFORE these things occured.

RE :”…nor bho will be on the ticket… ”

O will be the Dems’ nominee. He is still popular in many segments of the voters, as the polls show it. There are 2 main voter groups supporting him: 1. Those that the only thing that matters is skin color, usually in some ethnic or minority groups ; 2. Groups of progressives, like the well to do Hollywood crowd, but even middle class progressives, who don’t understand or don’t want to understand where O is taking the country. For these two groups no amount of government scandal or murky history of the nominee maters.

Therefore there is only one way to eliminate O as nominee, and that is the disqualification. However, as long as the opposing party rather lose than disqualify, the Dems will be able to drag out any such challenges until after the election. At that point the dictator will crush the opponents.

Illegals are allowed to scam the IRS by getting refunds for non-existing kids and for non-existing schools, while the IRS treatment of regular citizen- taxpayers is less than kind.

“He told the news station, “We’re tax examiners but the truth is we’re not supposed to look into anything. We’re not supposed to examine anything. ….Get it out of here and don’t worry about the fraud. …..’”

Antelis said he reported the scams regularly to his managers – for years – with no result.” “

There should be a congressional investigation to find out:

Why did the managers ignored it? Who were those managers and how far to the top? Was the intention buying illegal votes?

This could be as big as Fast and Furious.

    • 121 Voco Indubium July 4, 2012 at 12:12 pm

It also adds insult to injury that O wants to raise taxes (someone commented here about a 3.5% house sales tax, for example), while willingly letting non-citizens leak money out the Treasury. Congress should investigate this, but no one seems to be very interested; surprisingly in an election year.

    Long, but interesting read:

John Roberts Jr. Attack on Bill of Rights

The Robert’s firm used their lawyers to attack retail gun sellers because criminals abused their guns. Their purpose was to make it impossible for Americans to protect their homes. In effect they want to bring about the abolition of the 2nd amendment and make individuals totally dependent for protection on the national police under their control. By putting Roberts in the Supreme court you can kiss the Constitution good bye. Considering Roberts is the protégé of C. Boyden Gray, the Skull & Bones point man akin to Kissinger and Rasputin and Robespierre. John Roberts Jr. has already … decided for dictatorship … and against the American people with his decision on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, July 15th 2005, giving the Skull & Bones hierarchy the power to designate any individual as an “enemy combatant.” Thereby the President total power to set up secret tribunals notsubject to judicial review. This is what despotism is all about. John Roberts and C. Boyden Gray are clearing the path for the NWO.

“Jane Sullivan Roberts law firm is especially proud of a law firm member … John A. Sutro … who chaired the San Francisco conference that hosted the world and formed the United Nations. Jane know where the money is coming from. Their clients include American Express which funded the attack on the Constitution by Cutler, John Robert’s partner. The Committee on the Constitutional System mentioned above. So both John and Jane Roberts law firms are intimately involved in destroying the Constitution. Jane’s company also represents big drug companies, banks, big oil … J.P.Morgan/Chase, General Electric, Chevron, Lehman Brothers, Stanford University and Apple. John Roberts Jr. is not being appointed to defend the Constitution … He is appointed by a member of Skull & Bones to murder the Constitution. Look at the fools and so called leaders supporting John Roberts as a “conservative ” or “constitutionalist” and chart out a new course … investigate … and think for yourself”
