    August 30, 2012 at 10:31 pm (Edit)
Well, I just got home about 15 minutes ago and turned on the TV and there was Romney……I haven’t read any of y’all’s comments yet, so here is my unbiased opinion of the last 15 minutes of his speech and of him, in general.

He appears to be a Robot with the personality of a turnip and was giving a robospeech…..I thought it was pathetic and welcome to another 4 years of Obama……We have our ticket backwards……We would stand a chance with Ryan as front runner, but we’re screwed!

And that’s exactly the way they have it planned = McCain vs. Obama round two.

    • 9 drkate August 30, 2012 at 9:33 pm

Not sure many here watched him! 😯

your description sounds about what I expected…

      • 10 heather August 30, 2012 at 9:45 pm

I watched Ryan last night and Romney tonight–the entire convention and I so hate to disappoint you Dr. Kate and Troy, but my opinion of Romney is: compassionate, sincere, ethical, moral and love for America shined through.

I remember in 08 when barry was campaigning and all I could say was, look into the eyes as they are your soul and of cours I was right with barry, he is soulless and he has proven me right.

As I look at Romney and listen to his awell spoken words with a voice that one can HEAR I feel that he will lead us out of this devastated mess that that radical communist sent us into.

This is my opinion but I must trust him and get behind him – he is all we have. Ryan was an excellent pick and will not be challenged as he has already stood up to barry during the health care summit where our POS POTUS gave him the middle finger on camera for the world to see.

Everyone has their opinion and I know I will take flak for this but so be it. I feel comfortable and have something now to look forward too—the restoration of America and our constitution.

        • 11 drkate August 30, 2012 at 10:02 pm

Not that we have much choice this year…I hate to disappoint you, but the election will not bring the restoration of our constitution or America. That is going to be up to us and there is still a lot of work to be done. And that is the design, to give people a false sense of comfort as the noose is tightened up. IN the end times, as scripture says, we will be willingly deceived.

Is there room for hope? Of course. Hold his feet to the fire, eliminate the marxist appointees, repeal obamacare (which was built on romneycare), stop the illegal wars, stop the banksters. Does that really appeal to Romney?

        • 26 roseandpeony August 31, 2012 at 10:39 am

I didn’t watch one bit of the convention because I will not vote for the man who calls himself a Christian but is not, run against a man who calls himself a Christian but is not! Two side of the same coin. No thanks. But I did hear a clip or two from Ryan’s speech (fairly underwhelming) and when he talks excitedly about getting rid of Obamacare, I have to wonder…what kind of surgical excision does the brain have to do to produce a rant against Obamacare when the guy who picked you as running mate is the father of Obamcare? Romney STILL is out there talking up his takeover of health care in Massachusetts!!! And it began because Romney used $500 million of FEDERAL tax dollars to implement it!!!!!!!

My word, talk about schizophrenics! Romney and Ryan are delusional.

And no, Romney is not ALL we have.

If 20 million fewer people tuned in to the convention this time than they did in 2008 there is a reason! Could it be that the ignored usurpation of our WH is the reason?? Where are Ryan and Romney on that!!?? Don’t answer, we know they were content with the greatest constitutional crisis in our history… the overthrowing of America from within.

        • 27 Rosemary Woodhouse August 31, 2012 at 5:21 pm

I am with you, Heather. I agree with every word you wrote ^^^. I was expecting Romney to be an automaton (especially after Ryan’s “Everyman”/who could possibly not love him but diehard Marxists?) Instead saw a genuine, compassionate guy who loves America and is not ashamed for having attained The American Dream. ALL of the speakers were wonderful. I am fully behind Romney/Ryan.

Not voting is NOT an option! To quote a 60s phrase (which Ryan actually quoted his dad as having said) “if you’re not part of the solution you’re part of the problem.” If you abstain and Obama wins, you are complicit in the final destruction of America. Harsh words. but you all know I don’t parse my words- especially when I am passionate about something. Everyone here is passionate about re-establishing our founding principles. How can you possibly not vote??!!

          • 28 drkate August 31, 2012 at 5:26 pm

We are all complicit in the destruction of America, you know, having not paid attention to how our founding principles have been destroyed, how the FED took over the country, how we continue to elect dweebs with no loyalty to the US. Romney and Obama work for the same people. the two party system is in reality a one party system, there is no difference.

We the people have let the constitution down 100%. And until we recognize that and repent for this, nothing is going to happen no matter who we ‘vote’ for. “vote” is in quotations because it is an illusion. the machines will be rigged for the ones the bankers want, and if that doesn’t work, the electors will do the job for them.

I will wait for my instructions from God, and no one else.

            • 29 Rosemary Woodhouse August 31, 2012 at 6:38 pm

As you well should. As everybody should. God is, has been, and always shall be in charge. As you all know, I put God and His instruction manual for human life (a.k.a. the Bible) first.

              God, family, country.

          • 30 drkate August 31, 2012 at 6:54 pm

One good reason to vote for Romney is that he is a natural born citizen, and the elimination of Obama’s marxist appointees. To allow Obama to get in again legitimizes the usurpation.

Beyond that I don’t expect much ‘reform’ or a ‘return to constitutional principles’, just the illusion of that…

    • 31 sk1951 September 3, 2012 at 8:37 pm

If they thought voting meant anything…they would not let us do it.

When Boehner came out to close the convention last night he had a real hard time talking, and my first guess was he had been drinking, his words were slurred to a point and some words couldn’t come out without him stumbling over them. Maybe it was me, or maybe he couldn’t read the teleprompter but it sure was iffy. The rinos know their days are numbered. The same as the traitor McCain.

    Subj: Respond quickly and powerfully

    Friend —

I have one message burned into my memory for everyone who cares about the outcome of this year’s presidential election:

Respond quickly and powerfully to attacks from the other side.

We’ve got to step up and fight back before it’s too late.

What makes 2012 different from when I ran for president in 2004 is that the other side doesn’t have to wait for an outside group to come along with false attacks.

Consider this: Swift Boat Veterans for Truth spent about $23 million on smear ads against me in 2004.

This year, the Romney campaign and super PACs have promised to spend more than $1 billion.

Barack Obama has been a tremendous leader who has moved our country forward in more ways than we even probably now realize. He needs another four years to get the job done.

If you tune in to the convention, you’ll see that Mitt Romney and his allies have no qualms about misleading voters if it means defeating President Obama.

But their attacks won’t work if enough people step up to protect the President’s record.

Don’t let them get away with it.

The campaign faces a critical fundraising deadline tomorrow night.

Please make a donation of $5 or more today:

    John Kerry

How can he say that with a straight horse face? Kerry lied about his record. LOL. Thanks for posting. 😛

      • 46 heather August 31, 2012 at 9:28 am

And Kerry is a traitor. I have tons of VV friends and none of them are traitors-they love this country. Kerry would have no power of anykind if Theresa Heinz wasn’t the queen of ketsup.

HAHAHAHAHA!!!!—they can’t give those tickets away!! They are infiltrating bars to get people to go to the Dem convention!

  12. 52 Quantum Leap August 31, 2012 at 5:11 pm

Romney is another BSer. Ryan too. Let’s hope that’s Ryan’s Catholic guilt comes into play.
The way Romney campaign stole this from Dr Paul and the way he and the delegates were treated made me sob.
I can’t do another 4 years with obama in the WH. BUT……….
I’m going to have to sit this one out.

  13. 53 drkate August 31, 2012 at 5:12 pm

BREAKING: Article II Superpac sends letter to Commission on Presidential Debates:

  14. 55 Quantum Leap August 31, 2012 at 5:15 pm

Oh PS: Romney is the current pick by the Lords of London. Remember when he took his trip to London? That’s why. When a candidate takes a trip to London you know they are the chosen one.

Sad day: Most paul supporters are voting for obama to “teach Romney camp a lesson. Talk about insanity. That made me sob too…….
I just can’t make it through another 4 years of obama. Not guessing it, I know it.

  15. 59 n0-nonsense-nancy August 31, 2012 at 6:08 pm

All of the Ron Paul people in my group are voting Gary Johnson or Romney Go ahead and sit it out if you want to be assured that you have Obama for life.
i watched the speeches on Wed and Thursday only becaue I was at my daughter’s house and they were watching it. So I held my nose and listened. My daughter and son-in-law both voted for Obama in ’08 but now she is on the fence as to who she will vote for and he is definately against Obama now. He runs a very succesful business that was built by one man with no help from anyone.

To me Ryan came across as fake and insincere. He ridiculed Obama for his policies but he voted for all of them! And Romney just has establishment and Bilderberg written all over his face. I will research Gary Johnson because I don’t know very much about him. In order to get him elected it would have to be a HUGH effort and I don’t think enough grass roots people would be willing to try to promote him or vote for him. It would probably make Obama’s victory inevitable. I’ll probably hold my nose and vote for R&R. and if they do manage to beat the usurper hold their feet to the fire. That all hinges, of course, on if there actually does turn out to be an election, which I have been saying for a long time the won’t be.

  16. 60 parker August 31, 2012 at 6:16 pm

For those Ron Paul supporters who will sit this one out or vote Obama, here’s an incentive:

The difference between Romney and Obama is your head. As a jihadist Commie who has been busy infiltrating this country with Russians, terrorists, and illegals – you will lose your head if you are on the “red list.”

All Ron Paul people are on the “red list.”

    • 62 drkate August 31, 2012 at 6:28 pm

and Gore’s call is too late. I believe this would require a constitutional amendment.

      • 63 heather August 31, 2012 at 7:15 pm

Ditto it sure would, and the article says a few dems put it up for a vote and it didn’t go anywhere–these idiots that call themselves our representatives and politicians are balless when it comes to certain things. But hey, in this case thats a good thing!

And what does big mouth gore have to do wit
        h anything–he’s the #` traitor and tthief.

  17. 64 heather August 31, 2012 at 6:30 pm

I found this to be quite interesting and so help me, if this is even tried here there will be a revolution unlike ever seen.

  18. 66 Jan Rogers August 31, 2012 at 8:27 pm

Thank God, but why do I suspect we have not heard the end of this? Maybe because Sheriff Joe cannot find one single Congress Critter to take up the case?

  19. 69 Quantum Leap August 31, 2012 at 9:28 pm

I can’t participate in this charade. Besides, for all those voting for Gary, that’s votes taken away from Romney and you INSURE an obama win unless diebold is rigged for Romney. Diebold is rigged but for whom?
Raping Ron Paul like that (removed his elected delegates and installed unelected people for Romney) was worse by ten times than what happened to Hillary.
Plus there will never be another vote for caucus…Romney can just pick who he wants to be seated as a delegate.

This is too gut wrenching.. If you vote for him you are saying you condone his electin fraud and theft. We are screwed no matter how you loo at it…..

  20. 71 Quantum Leap August 31, 2012 at 9:31 pm

No. It’s only half inch but deep.refuse to go to emergency room even though I have my own Ins.. It FELL onto my arm but was not on. It was getting dark and The cat was crying and I shook the ladder…just not paying attention and trying to rush…as fall quickly approaches…I’ll check with my doc when holiday is over.

          I can’t participate in this nightmare anymore…
Like obots were fooled and now feel bad……you too will will feel betrayed once you find out about Romney after you vote for him. Let the chips fall where they may. My measley vote doesn’t matter as I have witnessed in the Caucuses. Diebold will pick the winner not us. It’s all a sham. My best defense is not participating in their lies and phony voting event. Then I will say to you “I told you so” just like we are saying to the obots. The elections are pre-picked and Romney is another politician with his word salad…….

Hell, Romney held a party for billionares in Tampa during the elections and had a Cayman Island flag……flying high but no USA flag……. How much worse can it get? I’m done with all this BS.

  21. 76 Quantum Leap August 31, 2012 at 9:32 pm

Why does Ryan always have that smirk on his face?

  22. 79 Tiger 7 September 1, 2012 at 7:08 am

DOJ case against Arpaio dropped ??? Does that mean a deal was cut ? Or just a political move to save embarassment of a loosing, unpopular effort ??
The wheels seem to be coming off the ” Gumment” programs. The worst is yet to come, however.

  23. 81 Jan Rogers September 2, 2012 at 3:53 pm

Wow, today for the first time I saw what they are calling “bombing the clouds”. A chem trail goes straight in to a tiny cloud or a whispy cloud and a big puff cloud goes up. They have been doing that all day to the little white puffy clouds to the south of me and now there is a big dark cloud right over head and more dark ones in the south with blue sky in between and foggy mist hanging between clouds.
I keep praying for their exhausts to plug so nothing will come out. We had clear skies for a week with no chem trails, no this.

  24. 82 Jan Rogers September 2, 2012 at 11:23 pm

When Mitt ran the first time and then suddenly dropped out, I had read an article very similar to this one. Could this be why he dropped out and after obat was illegally installed and got away with it now Mitt can also?
I have searched through all my records and could not find the original article I read about Mitt, but this one comes close and covers it and then some.

  25. 83 Jan Rogers September 3, 2012 at 9:59 pm
