Consequences of Presidential Ineligibility

©2012 drkate

For all you flat earth ineligibility deniers, here are the consequences of your foolish behavior protecting this foreigner in the White House.  Got blood on your hands, boys and girls?

From the Article II Superpac

On election day, vote for the Constitutionally Eligible candidate!

Who’s Constitutionally Eligible?

Learning who is and is not constitutionally qualified to be a presidential candidate should be as easy as reciting the alphabet, counting to ten or learning to tie your shoe laces. There are only three job requirements

  1. Must be 35 years or older;
  2. Held residency in the US for 14 years prior to nomination; and
  3. Must be a natural born citizen.

We already know Republican candidate Mitt Romney meets Article II requirements (see and of course, four years later we still don’t know if Mr. Obama is a natural born Citizen. But what about the top four Third Party candidates?

We teamed up with Cmdr. Charles Kerchner (Ret.), a 25+ year geneaology expert, to learn if these other candidates met Article II requirements. We quickly learned that two out of four of these third party candidates are constitutionally qualified. The remaining two remain unknown.

Here is what we learned –

35 years of age Yes, born September 9, 1951
14 year residency Yes, Prior to his serving as Mayor of Salt Lake City for two terms he was a practicing attorney for 21 years in the area.
Natural born citizen Yes, He was born in Logan, Utah to Roy and Grace Anderson both American citizens (see 1940 census)
35 years of age Yes, born October 17, 1946
14 year residency Yes,He served in the Virginia State Legislature and then Congress between 1997 – 2009 and then practiced law in his hometown of Rocky Mount, Virginia.
Natural born citizen Yes. He was born in Richmond, Virginia to Alice Clara (nee Besecker) and Virgil Hamlin Goode both American citizens (see 1940 census)
35 years of age Yes. Johnson was born January 1, 1953
14 year residency Yes. Johnson served as Governor of New Mexico between 1995 – 2002 and in 2009 launched a non-profit titled “Our America Initiative”
Natural born citizen Unknown. Johnson was born in Minot, North Dakota to Lorraine B. (nee Bestow) and Earl W. Johnson. According to the 1920 census Earl Johnson was adopted therefore his son, Gary’s citizenship status is unknown (
Jill Stein – Green Party
35 years of age Yes. Stein was born May 14, 1951
14 year residency Yes. Stein launched her political career in 1998 by serving on  various health related nonprofit boards in Boston, Mass. Stein then began in earnest to build her political resume in 2002 by first running for Governor, then House of Representatives (2004) and finally the Secretary of the Commonwealth (2006) in Massachusetts. She won election to serve as a Town Representative on the Lexington, Massachusetts Town Board serving between 2005 -2008 before running for Governor again in 2010 and President in 2012.
Natural born citizen Unknown. Stein does not provide any information in any of her bio’s about who her parents are. She tells us she was born in Chicago, Illinois. The only biographical information found is from interviews conducted by Forbes magazine tax writer Peter J. Reilly who refers to her biographical details as “thin.” Click HERE to read Reilly’s interview and HERE to watch Stein tell his audience who her grandparents were but nothing about her own familial situation.

The Dem0rat 0’bot useful idiots have shown us that they have the numbers and / or the ability to ‘stuff the ballot boxes’ enough to vote in anyone they want and soon they will put an 18 yr old muslim transvestite from somalia on their ticket just to prove it.

We’ve witnessed no less than 40 various attempts to directly or indirectly challenge the “0”s eligibility yet they have all failed and will continue to fail as long as there is no uniformly acknowledged legal definition of a U.S. natural born Citizen, insofar as citizenship is concerned.

The alternative is to file a Civil Rights Complaint, if you believe yourself to be a U.S. natural born Citizen, under 42 USC @ 1983 & 1985 claiming the denial and disparagement of Constitutional rights found in A1S8C4 and A2S1C5 and the 9th & 10th Amendment and the Congressional Act’s of 1790 & 1795 to establish an uniform Rule of naturalization and then citing 28 USC @ 1331 that sets out the circumstances on which a the submission for determination of a Constitutional Question is a statutory when the Relief sought hinges on it.

Point is, this circus ONLY continues because there is no uniformly acknowledged legal definition of a U.S. natural born Citizen, insofar as citizenship is concerned.

Once that Constitutional question is answered and Declared in Judgement then the door to legal and political consequences swings wide open to any that have been damaged by the usurper and to have his term of Office reduced to an -*- on the pages of history through the political process.

P.S. Voting 3rd Party at this point of our domestic dire circumstances would be the least possible Patriotic thing I can think of………..tantamount to to a handful of southern and northern representatives walking out of the Constitutional convention on “principle” and leaving the Constitution unsigned and as a mere relic of a moment of time.

    • 4 Quantum Leap November 6, 2012 at 10:22 am

100% agree. I’m one who was damaged by this usurper and I will not vote 3rd party. That’s what the uspurpers dream is: to split the vote with 3rd party. I’m not going to be party to his dream come true.

Here we are peeps, at the altar, the 12th hour and If horse head steals this I will most certainly have a meltdown. I have had enough of this photo-op president of the ignorant & brown people. He speaks out of his ass with a wire in his ear and a teleprompter surrounding his fat homely head.

      • 5 Rosemary Woodhouse November 6, 2012 at 11:12 am

        Also 100% in agreement.

      • 6 heather November 6, 2012 at 11:38 am

I too will not vote 3rd party. Black panthers in philly, naacp in tx and those un thugs planted everyplace else. News is barry plans on calling the election before the polls close so everyone stops dead in their tracks–DON’T BELIEVE IT—GO VOTE!

Everyone raise your voices and your hands to our Lord who built this nation and pray that our country is won by the man who loves American–that would be Mitt.

Put your faith and trust in the Lord and he will bless us again.

O/T Not a whole lot of folks remember the Berlin Airlift feat but we supported a large city for many months by the heroic efforts of our Air Force. Why can’t the present bunch of “leaders” instigate a similar rescue effort to aid the trauma in our own northeastern states ?? Now we have a dedicated Gov. agency to do that job—FEMA ( Failing Effort Made Again)–so how is that going for you??

    • 11 heather November 6, 2012 at 11:41 am

Ditto Tiger–I said the same thing this am. Supplies can be air lifted in with no problem–but for some reason fema and hhs are denying the people their God given rights. This is what we will all have if barry gets back in.

Now to address “The Consquences of Presidential Ineligibility” Edwin Vieria, a Constiutional writer with approximately 8 PHD’s has written some amazingly insightful articles on the subject. He states that such a situation not only diminshes our national security but affects every court decision down to the smallest court. Thhe reality is nothing a usurper does is legal because he is not legal. America is weakened by the fact a usurper can and was blackmailed by other countries. I still wonder why Barry gave away the Alaskan islands.

Speaking of the Consequences of an ineligible Presidentm just think about all the confusion and court cases that is going to be caused when the bills he signed into law is found to be null and void. It will take years to clean up the mess because there will be many that will continue to try to enforce those illegal laws anyway.

I am just soooo mad about all those judges that have refused to allow American citizen to have their day in court due to “standing”. Not one judge has judged the claims against Mr obama on the merits of the evidence.

I pray that God will take a hand in this country and turn it around to what it was supposed to be and used to be.

Sorry to get on my soap box again. I’ll shut up now. And May God Bless America!!

  8. 17 typistjan November 6, 2012 at 11:54 am

I have a question on the Census reports. There is one question on the form – are you a citizen of the USA –
What is to stop a person from saying “yes” when then are not a legal citizen?

  9. 21 steve K (@sk1951) November 6, 2012 at 12:23 pm

You will NEVER divide the entitlement groups and NONE will vote 3rd party. A third party vote is a vote for BO. We will NOT have a judge rule on NBC until this race is over or if BO is elected again not until he is out of office. WHY? I can only assume the violence threat is the main reason.

  10. 22 Quantum Leap November 6, 2012 at 12:48 pm

In Early Voting, It Appears Romney is Ahead. Never Mind…

.Don’t believe anything you read on Facebook, Twitter, basic cable, Fox News, MSNBC and any other media outlets about the outcome of this election – until this election is actually over. The problem with today’s interconnected world is that there are too many ‘information outlets’ in existence today thanks to the wonderful algore invention called the Internet.

Note: very few represent professionals who know what they’re talking about. You can always rely on a print newspaper (remember them?) but the morning editions won’t be out until 4 a.m. Wednesday. So, what’s the message here? Only trust me? No, not at all. Let’s hope they get it right.

    • 23 A Crazy Old Coot November 6, 2012 at 12:57 pm

“You can always rely on a print newspaper (remember them?) but the morning editions won’t be out until 4 a.m. Wednesday.”

You arn’t serious, are you? Trust a newspaper?? Come on now, I trust them as much as I trust msnbc or cnn.

  11. 25 Tenacity November 6, 2012 at 1:36 pm

Before we seal the vacuum lid on this “Mason” jar (pun intended), check out some opposing views. If I just voted for a non-NBC, it won’t be the first time.

        • 28 heather November 6, 2012 at 2:38 pm

Well Ten-I thought we all went through this earlier in the year about NBC/Romney. His father was mexican but had to naturalize here in order to run in politics/governor. There is no mention of his naturaliztion other than they chose US citizenship for their kids.

          • 29 heather November 6, 2012 at 2:43 pm

Until any proof is discovered about his mormom religion being a cult or him being an illegal alien I must vote out the evil one.

I don’t see Romney with one evil bone in his body and I also don’t see anyone else without sin in their life.

            • 30 heather November 6, 2012 at 2:44 pm

Ten-btw–this wasn’t meant as a “dig” against you so please don’t take it that way. I am just commenting on the article where it is said he was never vetted.

I am sure somewhere he was vetted.

              • 31 Tenacity November 6, 2012 at 4:50 pm

Regardless of whether Willard is an NBC, and I have no idea at this point, we have to keep this Monsanto lover off the pedestal and hold him accountable like never before.

              • 33 slcraignbc November 6, 2012 at 5:02 pm

The matter of Geo. Romney’s citizenship at birth turns on the question of his father and or grandfather being Citizens, as several census forms show them to be along with exit and re-entry ship logs showing Miles P.Romney being a citizen when he went on the mormon church mission to england and then returning. Those would be the same process of entry and exit logs that forced Wong Kim Ark to go to court to gain citizenship by the court of Justice Gray.

The establishment of the Mormon Church in Utah was heralded as being among the most “Patriotic” of U.S. Citizens who spent a great deal of time attempting to get the NorthWest Territory admitted as a U.S. State with many petitions and trips to Washington DC. Much of their efforts hinged on the number of U.S. Citizens residing in the Territory so to think that the Romney’s, who were Deacons in the congregations and carpenters for Church buildings, were not U.S.Citizens is on thin ice.

Also, Geo. Romney’s father sued in U.S. Federal Court as a U.S. Citizen against the mexican guv’mnt for his losses after they were forced out of mexico and ultimately won a settlement of some thousands of dollars.

    • 34 drkate November 6, 2012 at 7:10 pm

George Romney was an American citizen. Not a natural born citizen, so he shouldn’t have run for office. But his being a US citizen is ENOUGH for Mitt to be a NBC. Parents do not have to be NBC’s.

      • 35 slcraignbc November 6, 2012 at 7:22 pm

That is what the incidental evidence shows but still lacks a naturalization certificate for Mile P. and or Miles Romney.

It may be in the Archives of the Mormon Church but no ‘Romney’ has come up with it.

There was a Congressional investigation on the subject when Geo Romney was running but when he lost in the primaries it became moot and the investigation was never completed, HOWEVER, they did consider him to be a citizen. The NBC issue was the question of the inquiry.

At least, unlike with John McCain, the Senate did not just “deem’ Geo. an NBC based on a faulty conclusion.

As I was leaving a poll worker walked me through the door and I said, I love the empty chair! She got hysterical laughing and said, Yep–an empty chair no more! I have never seen my polling place so crowded-no where to park but the people moved in and out and no problems here.

Yahoo in the tank for 0bama saying he is ahead by double in electoral votes. PA and OH are having voting problems. Obammy congradulated Romney and then went to pick up a trick on the down low shoot hoops

  18. 47 Quantum Leap November 6, 2012 at 6:35 pm

52% of the people polled are angry. Another 20% are worried.

Barack Obama told reporters today he’s prepared a concession speech.
    CBS reported:

Obama gave the campaign one last push Tuesday morning by visiting a campaign office near his South Side Chicago home.

Thunderous applause from about two dozen volunteers, many with tears streaming down their faces, greeted Obama. Removing his suit coat, he sat down to make some calls to volunteers in neighboring Wisconsin. “Let’s get busy,” he said.

“Hopefully we’ll have a good day,” he said on one call. “Keep working hard all the way through.”

…Obama said late Tuesday in an interview with Denver television station KDVR that he had prepared both a victory speech and a concession speech for election night.

“You always have two speeches prepared because you can’t take anything for granted,” Obama said. Romney on Tuesday told reporters he has only prepared a victory speech.

Mitt Romney said he has one speech prepared – Victory

  29. 74 Ann November 6, 2012 at 8:58 pm

    • 75 Tenacity November 7, 2012 at 7:10 am

Those posts were based upon logic. It’s like the fellow on Infowars said last night, “the oligarchs have obviously decided they will be better off with 4 more years of Obama.” There is no logic in that but then where is the logic in murdering 85% of the world population. They* won either way as Their* boys were installed during the caucus/primary process. They* could just let their boys battle it out in a survival of the fittest arena.

It is time to draw close to God. Our republic has become a dualocracy with the majority believing the lies of the tyrants. Was this election real? The fraud was so fractured from the beginning of the process that no one will ever be able to unravel it.

    • 81 Tenacity November 7, 2012 at 7:17 am

And that is the test. Lucifer wants to reclaim God’s creation. If you place victory in what government you have, you lose your faith. I am sickened for our nation. I will not surrender eternal life as a result. It is time to draw closer to God, not give way to the gates of hell. If you look at Christ’s prophecy, this is precisely what was foretold. We have deluded ourselves into a false expectation. We have placed our hope in an election by a fallen people.

    • 83 Grace November 7, 2012 at 8:05 am

What has happened had to pass by God’s throne first and He has allowed it. For the book of Revelation to take place, all “free” governments have to be gone. This is a repost from 11/3

It seems I must have had a premonition. I often write from a stream of consciouness

    A hope and a prayer

Remember when Obamacare finally reached the Supreme Court of Dishonorables? All indications it was going to be ruled UNCONSTITUTIONAL. America was so certain this would end Obamacare and restore America to the already good system we had. This was our last chance, our last hope. When the dishonorables announced their f**ked-up ruling about it being a tax and it was constitutional, America was crushed. Barry did it to us again right up the kazoo. He forced this abominalbe plan on us and flaunted his power to corrupt the most sacred and highest court in our land. This totally demoralized America.

I have become so neurotic this election, I check the inter net every two or three hours to get news of the polls and election predictions. This is what is coming forward for me–all major indications and experienced pundits are now predicting a landslide Romney victory. Oh I feel so good when I read this. My hope soars to new levels. The way this malevolent liar is campaigning–”voting is the best revenge”. That idiot Maher saying “black people are going to get you” tells me they are like the drowning man grasping at any straw. They are desperate just three days to go. I comfort myself–finally we will be rid of this black cloud of evil over America.

Then I remember that’s how we all felt about Obamacare when the Supremes were going to give us a decision. Then I wonder–even if There is a landslide of votes for Romney–what will Obama and his thugs do to steal this election and crush our last hope again. I have never been more worried about an election in my entire life, Then I realize the last action for me in the face of this is prayer. I am praying 24/4 right now that Obama is defeated and America is rid of this scourge. Prayer is powerful and the more of us praying the easier it is to be heard. Long live America!

Romney campaign not yet ready to concede—per foxnews-whats going on?

    • 105 drkate November 6, 2012 at 10:14 pm

That’s correct. It is not over. Not conceding until this election fraud is investigated. Remember FOX is not our friend!

      • 106 heather November 6, 2012 at 10:29 pm

and this is election fraud–how can one have so many popular votes and the other wins the same state with electoral votes? NJ popular went to romney and i watched this over and over again. what is going on?

  44. 107 heather November 6, 2012 at 10:16 pm

romneys still ahead by the popular vote–isnt this what happened in 2000 with bush/kerry–the popular vote with the hanging chad and they went by the popular vote?

  45. 109 zekemae November 6, 2012 at 10:18 pm

Dear God, I hope that Romney’s lawyers come out and fight this fraud. I really have not thought too highly of lawyers but I could change my mind.

  46. 111 heather November 6, 2012 at 10:27 pm

  47. 112 heather November 6, 2012 at 10:37 pm

  48. 113 zekemae November 6, 2012 at 10:41 pm

That is really strange because my phone went out and my computer is acting strange.

  49. 115 heather November 6, 2012 at 10:47 pm

romneys giving a speech at 12:55 est on fox–i hope its not his concession speech.

  50. 117 zekemae November 6, 2012 at 10:54 pm

Me, too. I really have grown to admire him a lot. No, I have to worry about who obama is going to take revenge against and that old bag Valarie J. !!

  51. 118 heather November 6, 2012 at 10:56 pm

I can see those who voted for him–fb is loaded with barry lovers and talk about stop hating because he won—really-really? I told them to grow up and get jobs because they are going to need to work and have their incomes redistributed more now than 2008 and this country will become a 3rd world country because this has been these communists agenda for yrs. I’m very sure someone will come back with trash and I dont care. From this day forward I never will speak to anyone who approves of him or voted for him. There is no changing their minds .

The Fox News Obamaroids just said that Romney was the last of his generation. The Republican party now has younger up and comers like Rubio to groom for the office of the President.

  56. 128 Quantum Leap November 7, 2012 at 1:02 am

See how close this is on Redstate’s map. No 100% reporting yet.

    FU Gary Johnson!

,b>Like when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object,.. we now know what happens when a candidate so weak anybody can beat him meets a candidate so weak he cannot beat anybody. Americans vote for the status quo. $6 billion later, Americans voted for the status quo. Karl Rove, call your donors.

Republicans will keep the House. Democrats will keep the Senate. Obama will keep the White House.

It is what it is. The next two years are going to be some of the most fun and exciting years within the modern American conservative movement.

We know in American politics that nothing is permanent. The question we are going to have to assess is whether Barack Obama’s coalition is a Democratic coalition or a Barack Obama coalition. My personal opinion is that Barack Obama built a winning coalition for Barack Obama and it may not translate to a long term Democratic coalition. Just ask Minority Leader Pelosi and that now endangered creature known as the Democratic Governor.

As the jockeying for 2016 begins soon (and it will begin very soon) we will find out.

The Obama campaign ran a very good campaign. The Republicans did not. There was no fraud. There was no stealing the election. There was just a really good ground game from Barack Obama and a lot of smoke and mirrors from Team Romney and outside charlatans, many of whom will now go work for Republican Super PACs making six figure salaries, further draining the pockets of rich Republicans when not on television explaining how awesome and expert they are. Whether you can bring yourself to say it or not, like it or not, Barack Obama is, today, your President.

There will be a lot of blame to go around, but, if Republicans are honest, they’ll have to concede that the Romney campaign ran a bad campaign and only almost won because the President had a bad debate. Romney could not even win his home state, his second home state, or his vacation home state.

Neither side bothered to put forward a serious agenda that stood for much of anything. Barack Obama ran on beating up Mitt Romney and Mitt Romney ran on running away from himself. He stood for nothing and everything at the same time. At least Barack Obama campaigned on the consistent message of hating Mitt Romney.

    • 129 heather November 7, 2012 at 6:26 am

Romney ran on the economy so restate can kma–that group i think is eric ericison and he’s an AH.

Of course there’s cheating – barry could not have won, the election was in romneys favor and yes, soros counting software was in play.

florida hasnt even finished counting and i cannot believe thhese numbers, both popular and electoral. they make no sense. americans hate barry and have spent 4 yrs screaming and now they serve us up on a silver tray to him?–nope i dont believe it–i want a total recount.

  57. 130 Quantum Leap November 7, 2012 at 1:04 am

    I am feeling super nauseaous.

  58. 131 Quantum Leap November 7, 2012 at 1:08 am

Bill O’Relly offered this shrewd analysis of the 2016 election tonight before the votes were even reported in any of the swing states.
    O’Reilly said,

“It’s not a traditional America anymore. People want stuff. They want things. And who is going to give them things? President Obama. He knows it and he ran on it. Whereby twenty years ago President Obama would be roundly defeated by an establishment candidate like Mitt Romney. The white establishment is now the minority. The voters, many of them, feel like the economic system is stacked against them. And they want stuff. You’re going to see a tremendous Hispanic vote for President Obama. Overwhelming black vote for President Obama. And women will probably break President Obama’s way. People feel they are entitled to things. And which candidate between the two is going to give them things?“

    • 132 sky November 7, 2012 at 1:57 am

Like Soros want things,Its time to demand to see our gold,no more hedge funds, deritives. No foreign aid to countries like Iran, north korea, etc, let the rothschilds pay for it..Have we got very much foreign aid in our natural disasters from other countries?Stop banking with the 5 biggest banks, here and overseas.corporations should do the same.

Romney was nothing but a strawman; their evil plan is still fast tracking.
IT is all fixed; get it? Voting matters not. Said this a year ago.

EVIL is in control people! Wake up! God is all we have now.

    • 139 no-nonsense-nancy November 7, 2012 at 6:52 am

I agree with you, Jane. I started to like Romney but he was too weak, even in the debates, which he supoosedly won. I always said the GOP didn’t want to win. The parties are the same. We have no hope of congress doing what it should. We lost our country to evil-doers by fools.

    • 140 heather November 7, 2012 at 7:24 am

I dont think romney was a strawman, or a puppet, he has too much money and class to be their pawn. Soros counting software and the media and the dems stole this election just like 08. They were calling the numbers on the exit polls and florida still hasnt been counting.

Nope this is clearly rigged. The polls showed romney with a landslide lead, so how did this happen.

Peole have been screaming for 4 yrs about barry all across the country and suddenly they vote for him–no I can’t figure that one. Rigged by sosoros and the dems and this is why barry wasnt sweating winning-he knew his ass was covered.

  63. 141 heather November 7, 2012 at 6:51 am

Carl Rove is going over the numbers again and like me he can’t see how barry won.

I wish Romney had demanded a recount and not conceded because barry clearly cheated and the electoral college cheated and thats my story and I’m sticking to it.

Another fixed election. BTW-Putin is in all his glory!

    • 142 no-nonsense-nancy November 7, 2012 at 6:56 am

I saw Putin’s huge grin on yahoo. Can’t open it up to read it. Too disguted.

  64. 144 heather November 7, 2012 at 7:19 am

This election was rigged, all odds were in favor of Romney.

This electoral vote is too easy to rig, we need the popular vote to decide.

  65. 145 True Patriot November 7, 2012 at 7:32 am

I said from the very beginning Romney would not beat Obama. He refused
to attack Obama on the Benghazi Massacre of our 4 innocent Americans
and allowed Obama to “photo-op” Hurricane Sandy with Muslim Hugging Traitor Pig Christie.

My prediction was once Romney got the Repub nomination it was over for us. Romney has continued to use a Q-Tip strategy to fight Communists
thugs. Won’t work. Yet he didnt mind viciously attacking Newt during the primaries so I knew he had it in him.

Totally suspect when he walked around Obama with “soft shoes” They haven’t learned a damn thing since the disastrous McCain loss. We need
to start a 3rd Party. Repubs mostly Rino scum and neutered Cowards.

I along with this group and Dr. Kate have fought the hard fight to get rid of this dangerous Fraud.

Had America listened to us Birthers and acted upon it we would not have this disaster in our WH, but no they wanted to appease and allow this
Illegal Fraud to destroy America with the Help of Speaker Bonehead and the rest of the RINO Traitors.

Sorry folks but I have had it. I know I along with most of you have stayed
on this 24/7 and fought for America, while some within our base have ingnored us, attacked us, tried to destroy our credibility instead of helping us unseat this Illegal Fraud.

In most countries he , Hillary, Panetta, Holder and the rest would be in Prison but our Terrorist Liberal scum and Illegal Scum are being allowed
to destroy and dismantle America bit by bit.

I will never give up the fight for America because we must continue however we now are facing the Devil head on.

    • 146 sky November 7, 2012 at 8:10 am

He also was involved in the BAIN Capital Fraud, corporations making bids to rebuild after the iraq war, nothing about protecting our borders,[treason] believes in the corrupt fed.People get out of the biggest banks, world wide.Started the health care bill first. If he is involved with treason just like obama then punish them like the founding fathers said about treason, and anyone backing them. Then back to real LIBERTY and God.You know something isnt right when Ron Paul had more of a full house, than Romney, and he was even in the military. Its time to go after these thugs, and folks its the financial fraud that has put this country in its mess since 1913.

      • 147 heather November 7, 2012 at 8:15 am

Sky, we know, but we the LITTLE people have no defense against these thugs. We need to plan on how to get them out and maybe, just maybe this Bengazi attack will do it. The repubicans can impeach him for this–not sure where else to go to get him out.

I know we are screwed come the end of the yr which is approaching fast.

  66. 149 Tiger 7 November 7, 2012 at 8:40 am

Wednesdaymorning quarterbacking—After a rather sleepless night, I came to the conclusion that this election outcome is probably for the best. Where we are and where we were going isn’t solving the real problem. It has to get worse before it can get better—Romney was not the answer. He would have only perptuated the stale, milktoast GOP position and delayed the revitalization of our nation.
Prayerfully, the next few months will provide the impetus for serious change, not just make-do change. So much for my rationalization. Crying doesn’t get the job done!

  67. 152 usapatriots-shout November 7, 2012 at 9:31 am

America is gone. We now have to learn to survive in a very different government.

It is now time to look to our survival. The revenge is soon to fall upon us. Retaliation—large and small—is about to be felt by all those who opposed him.

In the last four years they (in this statement “they” means Barry, his supporters, puppet master strategists ,and all his co-conspirators) have worked diligently to gain power and keep by corrupting the Supreme Court, our entire judicial system, shred the Constitution, diminish the military and demeaned and ridiculed our religion, human values, traditions. They have crushed and demoralized America by destroying any recourse we had under American law to defend ourselves and inalienable rights from this lawless government. Nest they will go after the last corridor of free speech and accurate information to us—the inter net. They have removed any protections from the government we had. Soon they will begin the task of looting and ultimately performing the “final solution.” From now on, this is government ruling from big guns pointed at us. We are fish in a barrel.

They are watching us. We are now no longer permitted to have opinions that disagree with the government. Under the HLS report—we are now enemies of the new government. That means they can now legally break into our homes without search warrants, remove us and detain us for undetermined amount of time, confiscate our bank accounts, take our children, loot our homes and steal our property.

This is what we must do hence forward. Survival is the primary duty we now must consider. First we must maintain our physical and mental health. Clarity of thought and action by us has never been more necessary than these times peril stock up on extra supplies—food, emergency, and negotiable items. Then we must tone down our rhetoric against this government; learn to communicate in code, live like secret agents—under the wire. We must make ourselves invisible while hiding in plain sight. Do nothing to bring attention to ourselves or our ideas—i.e.: bumper stickers, front yard signs, wearing of religious symbols, displaying the flag, or be too willing to express your point of view. Guard—as if your life depended upon it—because it does– who you trust or will trust. Become very careful with whom you associate and share anything about yourself with co-workers, neighbours, and even relatives. Finally, we wait and watch. We watch for signs of a true and real underground of rebellion as eventually to revolution will begin. It will need us alive, healthy, prepared and willing to support them.

  68. 154 typistjan November 7, 2012 at 9:33 am

Romney was a diversion; to make you THINK you had a choice; Hence; STRAWMAN

  70. 156 sk1951 November 24, 2012 at 1:35 pm

Most people want a candidate like themselves…or that appear to be so. Politicians know this and project an image that works on the gullible. The majority that believe in a Bible doctrine based in superstition and magic. Most feel that this country was founded on religious fundamental rule. The Founders tried to separate away from the superstition and religion to form a foundational government in a constitutionally defined rule of law for all people…a Republic. The Republic was not meant to be a new age religion or to be ruled by religious fanatics. There are principals in law that can be found in the Bible and thousands of other books of moral code. But the Founders did not write laws based on Noah’s ark, the Garden of Eden or Jonah and the whale. The problem is not government…it is we the people.

    • 157 sk1951 November 24, 2012 at 1:41 pm

Fundamental religious claim a man cannot use his intellect and understanding to view the world and its problems or to solve problems. You have to “seek god for understanding” and that God will do and solve everything. Since we have the same problems that we have had for thousands of years I question where and when will the religious that make this claim come to us with the answers for our problems? They keep insisting that God is the answer. Ok I submit…that they know the answer since they profess a knowledge and wisdom of God and should therefore have the answer by now. Well…what is the answer? I patiently await.

      • 158 drkate November 24, 2012 at 2:02 pm

You won’t accept any answer, let’s be clear about that. Sideways swipes at Christians like this don’t win you any accolades…but you keep wanting to argue this, asking for an answer to something you say which is not backed up by fact or any ‘doctrine’ or alternative except atheism.

    • 159 drkate November 24, 2012 at 2:00 pm

Fundamentally flawed argument. “bible doctrine based on superstition and magic”? Prove it.
